Very good. This app allows me to read anything that i can copy and paste. It is the only one i could find with this option. Great in certain occasions for speaking your messages, saves me lot of time

Helpful tool for transcript messages. It picks up my voice and records what I say. It then transcribes it and I can keep the voice notes. It is easy to set up. It runs well. It captures what I'm saying and plays it back clearly. I like using it to organize my thoughts or reminders or texts I want to send.

Does not transfer recordings. The basic app prompts you to upgrade to the pro so you can transfer your recordings. Upon upgrading to the pro version, you will discover this is a new app and the original recordings are stuck in the basic app. Waste of time and money. 1000s of other recoding apps out there that can transcribe and these people TRICK you into paying them only for it NOT to do what you were asking it to do when it prompted your to upgrade. Waste! Do not buy!

Admin Assistant. This app worked fine, but it would’t record in the background, so when my iPad went to sleep, it stopped. It was kind of an important board meeting that it stopped recording…. I had to use Smart Recorder instead, because it keeps recording even when the device sleeps.

There is No way to keep my files in any particular order. I, too, used to love this app but on iPhone X whatever you record goes in to outer space. I have to go through all my recordings to find my latest one. There is no logical sorting. I do hope this is fixed very quickly before I have to find something else. I have been using QuickVoice for years but this has become ridiculous. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!

Help. You’re support websites are down ! And the one that is up doesn’t send off the email in the email form! Not cool. My files used be ordered by date and as soon as I record something now it gets lost in the mix. I use this for song ideas and I have so many , but they becomes really hard to find because as soon as I record one it jumps up in the list somewhere and have to dig to find it. It used to be ordered by date so the last I recorded I know right where it’s at at the bottom. How can I fix this annoying issue ? Can’t find anything in the settings. Also, what doesn “dynamic type” mean in the settings ? Using iPhone X using latest IOS Thanks

Buggy. I bought the pro version because the regular version suddenly started mixing up the dates of my recordings, which span several years. Your new recording will appear at the bottom at first, but upon re-entering the app, will be elsewhere, lost in a jumble of dates. However, this version has the SAME issue, and their Help function is completely useless. They need to fix this issue, and could also benefit from installing a search function to quickly find specific recordings.

My Favorite Recording App. I’ve tried a bunch of recording apps and this is my favorite. I started out with the free app and liked it, so I sprung for the paid app — to get the file sharing options and voice-to-text emailing — and am glad I did. Pls don’t change a thing. Keep it simple. Thanks! Note: Noticed some reviewers having trouble getting recordings off their devices… Use the File Sharing function. It couldn’t be easier. Look it up on Apple’s site (or the “i” button, for Info, on the app). Hope this helps!

Very helpful. Such a little app.. yet to the point. Saves me time by allowing me to speak my thoughts . I was delightfully surprised at the accuracy and relative smoothness of the speech-to-text. This is just the kind of app I've been wishing for!

I Been A Faithful User. I love your app, I’ve used it for years, but I’ve just purchased the latest model new apple iPad 7th. My problem is when I attempt to give my recording a name this big white sheet with ‘add reminder’ appears and it will not go away! When I pull down the window, at the top I see where one can title your recording, but it will not appear naturally as it does on my older mini iPad. What’s up with that?

Has problems, impossible to get support. I had this app on an iPhone 6, and it suited my purposes nicely. I just got issued a new work phone (iPhone X), and now the app doesn’t work quite right. Even with syncing to iTunes to download the voice files, it is very difficult to access them in chronological order (which was easy in the app on iPhone 6). I downloaded their desktop app to try to bridge to ITunes, but it didn’t work well either. I tried to contact the developer through their website, and the App Store, but get a 413 error. I suggest finding something else until the dev gets the many bugs fixed. I liked the app when it worked!

A waste of time and money. This app is so unusable that I can't even describe it. I'm just going to say that I usually don't like to write reviews specially if I'm not happy with an app, but this one is so bad that I'm taking two more minutes to write this. So there you can have an idea of how much I dislike this app. I was looking for something that could help me to transform an audio note into a text, this is not that even though it says that you can do it.

Love this app!. This is great! It’s so simple and easy to use. I have it installed on both my iPhone and iPad, so if I want to record a phone call, I just put the phone on speaker and record on the iPad. I have recorded entire proceedings on it, thereby saving the cost and wait for a written transcription. And it’s so much better hearing the actual testimony than just reading it. The voice quality is great. And I’m only using the medium setting. It’s so handy to have. My friend uses it to record her mother’s doctor visits so she can be sure about what was said. There are so many uses for it. And it’s so easy to just text or email the file right from the app.

Loss of Confidence. I use this app to record rehearsal sessions with my band, and any inspiration I might get at odd times. Has been working great for a year and a half. However in the last month, all the dates of the recordings have been messed up, ranging from 2015 to 2019, in no particular order. Also, everything I’ve recorded deletes itself the next day, meaning all the recordings I’ve done over the past week have simply vanished....... really frustrating when trying to go back and hear things. No customer support either...

Does not record while other apps are open. I needed this to record a Skype interview and have it transcribed. I searched online for iPhone apps that would record Skype calls and this one was top. I paid for the pro version and nothing. I tried recording in the background while having snapchat open and it interrupted as well. Not worth it if you want to record while still using your phone normally.

Titles have stopped sorting. Has this app been abandoned by the developer? Last update looks like it was 2 years ago. I’ve been using this app for years, and previously I would’ve given it a great review. But lately, the titles of recordings won’t sort in any particular order, by title or by date of recording. Very frustrating. Please fix.

My favorite app. Just got this app this morning and I have used it to text, take notes, translate into Spanish, sent messages and wrote emails. It WORKS PERFECTLY. I am so excited that I told my girlfriend and she likes it too. It makes so many tasks easier

Hangs after file sharing in iOS 13. I used to love this app. It kept improving with every release. And then came iOS 13. Now it hangs after sharing a recording. The file transfers ok but then the app hangs. I have to close and restart the app each time. Also on the iPad you can’t rename recordings anymore after iOS 13.

Save Button Out of Reach. When I try to save the new name of a recording, I cannot access the save button. I see the cotton of the word, but no matter how much clicking I do near that area, it never results in the file being saved. The proportions of the app needs to be fixed visually.

When U Upgrade. I was using free version of QuickVoice and was unable export or email a bit bigger recorded audio files and when I was trying a message appear to buy its pro version to do so. I at once bought it but pro version installed as a different app without my audio files that were in free version and I could not successful to transfer free app's files to the pro version. As a result, my all effort and went in vain. Also, help support is a piece of crap and it does not provide any really required way to reach them.

WAS a Great App!. This was an awesome app, but the company seems to be out of business and no support available. Still works with 10.3.1 however. Any mention of addition apps for pc use are inaccurate. My rating is because the app still works great but there's no More support for it.

Good voice recognition. This app is very ACCURATE. I was pretty much able to speak a whole paragraph without one mistake. Matter of fact, I’m using it now. Very fast conversion and convenient, no need typing anymore

Company completely unresponsive? Are they still in business?. I bought this app because the free version of QuickVoice stopped exporting audio files from my iPad to my Mac through iTunes. I wanted to be able to upgrade and then transfer my files to my Mac. This app does not solve that problem. Furthermore, when I attempted to try to reach the developer through the developer website and through the various links listed in the App Store and within the app itself, I have received absolutely ZERO RESPONSE. Several weeks have gone by, and no one has responded to me. I would think that the company is no longer in business –– except for the fact that they did take my money for this app. You have been warned. Caveat emptor.

Unable to short no order at all drives me crazy. I wish this app would add the recordings in some form or order it sorts then and I organizes them horribly. I’ve had the app so long I can’t afford to lose anything I have too many very important recordings. And I have so many I need to them sorted by name date or something. That’s my only issue with this app I have to find something new and try to get all of my recordings off. I see that people who upgraded lost their recordings that why I never upgraded.

Excellent. Downloaded it with lots of skepticism and was proved wrong. It’s an incredible app, easy for use, excellent voice recognition and so many functions. It saves me time in typing and on my fingers

Best quality. I use this app numerous tines each week to record audio files lessons for students of mine. It is simple to use, has a nice file system allowing the user to create a file directory and records in acceptable quality for my purposes. Highly recommended! It also has beat sharing functions to send via email which is perfect for my use. Love ❤️ it.

First recording errors out. Since the latest update, the first recording after opening the app generates error: “an unknown recording error has occurred” and then creates an empty recording record. This problem is reproducible and happens after first opening the app.

Doesn't work. It doesn't work. I have yet to get an email. In QuickVoice I record a few seconds of voice, touch on “Voice to Text Email”, fill in the address field for the email, and touch “Done”. About twenty seconds later the message “Success – Audio sent for conversion” appears. I touch OK, and nothing more happens. No email is ever sent. The process has ended. I am running Microsoft 10 OS. Is that why?

Accuracy. This is the best app ever you don’t ever have to worry about misspellings something because it works perfect, very convenient while you’re busy doing other things

Bug on iPhone XS?. This app was great until I upgraded my phone and transferred my memos. Every time I make a new recording and title it, the app disorganizes everything. For example I’ll record something today then close the app and next time I open the app some recording from June of 2016 will be where the most recent recording should be. 😤

Didn't actually upgrade my version just a new install. I thought, as it says, that you can "upgrade" to pro and your files would be shareable...they are still not. It didn't upgrade my voice memo app, it installed a whole new one. So I still can't share my files. Support people please contact me there is no link to send you an email or get in touch with you.

They use to be good. I don't think there's anyone to support this app anymore. They used to be responsive and good, now nobody replies when there's a problem. This app has a major glitch: Sometimes when you hit the record button, an error message comes up that says "recording error - an unknown recording error has occurred". It makes the app quite unusable. It's too bad, it used to be the best voice recording app out there.

Don't upgrade.. I recorded a message o. The free version. After all the hard work. I tried to email it and couldn't. I had to upgrade to this so called pro version. When I upgrade my files stayed and couldn't move my files to the upgraded version. Don't waste your money if you are upgrading to be able to send the files. This app is garbage. I want my money back.

Can't get important recordings off my phone. I think this app is good at recording but inability to take the recorded audio files off the phone completely defeats the purpose. The only way to get the files off is to email them to yourself. You can't email large files so if important recordings are 1-3 hours long. You basically lost them. That's what happened to me after I recorded an important business presentation. I couldn't stored it anywhere else outside the app and later my phone crushed and I lost a very valuable and expensive piece of information. So I don't recommend to take this app seriously if you're looking for a good reliable audio recording app.

Can not play or send recordings. QuickPro use to be great until this upgrade. Now when I play back a recording the play button dont work but tapping the recording it will play. Also with the upgrade, there is no way to send a recording to someone else…in the old version I could. Would have given no stars but couldn't leave feedback without giving 1

WBR. This is just another case of a dishonest developer making a fraudulent claim. The "free" download of the computer version of Quick Voice is completely incompatible with any OS I am aware of. Apple really should DO SOMETHING about this sort of blatant fraud. DO NOT purchase or attempt to download anything related to this developer. The good reviews are ringers. You have been appropriately warned. Very best to all (except the developer).

App no longer supported. I just downloaded the app, and the “voice to text” feature that I purchased it for is no longer available. I clicked on “get support”, and it opens up a screen saying “this site is available”. Obviously, this is no longer a supported app, but they’re still happy to take your money. Very frustrating and unethical!

Good. I love this product in making it easier for me to text people in the car I am visiting. And it works real well I have no complaints. The app has nice UI and many useful features built-in. Worth The Price

Inadequate and Next to Useless. The app stupidly still doesn't permit editing of recording titles without having to completely erase the text! App will not let you mail files that are too large, but it won't tell you they are too large until after you stop recording. Will also not allow you to transfer the file via iTunes either. So you can't edit the file in any way. It's trapped in the app. It also claims you can adjust quality but there's no button or icon for how to do this. App also freezes up during attempts to mail files.

Can’t access it anymore.. I just opened this the other day and I can no longer access any of my recordings. I purchased this version so I could record song lyric, my kids, conversations with my parents who have since passed away. I’m so sad. I’ve gone to the App Store but it showed me no updates and if I select “open” it opens it but there is no play or record but. If I select a recording and press play it closes the app. If you can help me at least retrieve these wonderful recorded memories that would be wonderful. Please contact me. Kevin

Best voice to text app. This app is amazing for convert voic to text. I can save time for typing. This app perfectly well to better than other apps. I have no complains about this app. I like it.

Unhappy customer. I bought this app some time ago to record meetings but over times I am seeing an error message to the effect that recording has stopped. This error has become more frequent over time. I can generally start recording again if my iPad is in locked status there is nothing to indicate recording has stopped. I have tried to contact the vendor but as the contact form is broken (it branches to a domain that is for sale when you click submit) and the emails sent to addresses I have for them do not work. I am using an iPad mini 2 (model ME279LLA) running the current version of iOS (9.3.5) and there is about 3GB of free space on the iPad. I am really hoping someone from the company will see this review and at least fix the contact form but until they do, I cannot in good concience recommend this app to anyone as there is not an indication that it has failed if the device is in lock state and critical data may have been lost before people realize it is not recording. I feel somewhat guilty about posting this review as I got several years of use from the app before this started happening.

Ok recorder. It works ok, but when I get a phone call, it stops recording instead of ignoring the call. I would love to be able to sort the recordings by title or date. I would love to more easily get back to the spot I left off when I listen to the recordings, maybe have a 10-second forward or back feature.

How can I get a refund. When you select "Email Recording as Text" both the text and the recording are being sent. So it is not doing what it is supposed to do. Also why is it listed as $2.99 and you get charged $3.99.

QuickVoice - Pro version is dodgy - Free version is great though. Waste of money. Get the Free version instead, which works well. The only difference is, the 'Pro' version gives you Voice To Text, which is useless because: a) they say it's great for capturing "entire lectures and seminars" - but what they don't tell you is, it only lets you convert voice files of up to 30 seconds! Would need to be a pretty short seminar! b) you can't see the voice-to-text conversion happening - the application emails the entire voice file to their server, and after about 10 minutes it then emails you back the text version. You can't edit the voice file before sending it, so you can't edit out any mistakes, or if you change your mind about what you wanted to say - everything you say will be converted to text. c) the text conversion accuracy is dodgy and not suitable for anything other than curiosity value (and a laugh when reading what it thinks you said!) It also attaches your voice file to the email - proof that even the developers aren't confident about the end result of their product. Verdict: It may work well one day, but it's definitely a 'work in progress' for now. What it desperately needs is a way to edit your recording; and lifting of the 30 second time limit for recordings.

Rip off. Just like everyone said on here, you can't press the send button to send the e-mail... Anything Positive about this app doing what it claims is by themselves or friends. Don't get ripped off.

Cannot even email 15mb file. I just bought this app and recorded my first message but couldn't even email it to myself as the file size is 15mb. How silly.. It says error exceed server file size.. Please fix

Works for me. I am constantly amazed how people don't read instructions, don't read websites, don't know how to use their iPhone/ipads… and then write scathing reviews about an app they can't use.. Never built an app, but I would guess its not an easy thing to do, so constructive feedback (rather than spitting vitriol) might actually help. Its $3 people, what do you want? a moon landing?!

Disappontment. Their phone base products are good. Why destroy a good brand name by putting out this type of trash. One star is to much emails did not arrive. How do I get my money back for non delivery of service.

Very useful apps but needs improvement.. This is a very useful and easy to use app for recording Voice memos, especially for the price. This main advantage over iPhone 3.0's built-in Quickvoice is the ability to convert voice to Text. To do this requires you to email a voice file from your iPhone and then a few minutes later you will receive an mail in your inbox with the memo transcribed to text. The accuracy is okay, but I will always email to myself first for checking. Suggestions to improve my rating: better accuracy and longer voice recording, ability to automatically email to self or to personal message store such as Evernote. With these improvements I would raise my rating to 4 or even 5 stars.

Only 30sec clips can be emailed. Only upgraded to this version so that I could have my voice clips translated to email to find out it can only do 30 second clips. Complete waste of money.

Good but.... OK you buy this for the voice to text email function. It works but what you need to know is it is done on a server somewhere. But it gets it very right, even swear words (so I'm told). However there is a delay in transmission because of this. It probably takes about five minutes before the email arrives at the destination. Also remember that you are expecting it to do the right translaion, but you have no way of knowing unless you cc yourself. Unless you send all emails to yourself and then forward them, this could be a problem. Now the Applestore says $2.99 as a special but you will pay $3.99. Small matter but one of life's annoyances. Can I report a problem....No. Doesn't work when you click on the link with your receipt. Finally the free software: it is for a desktop Mac or PC and it does not offer the voice to text feature, so it's just a glorified recording device. Nothing spectacular. It would be if it did what the iPhone applcation did with respect to voice to text. They should add this. Now finally, it doesn't register as it should and four days later I'm still waiting for a reply from nFinity to try to fault find the problem.

Used to be great. This used to be a great app but when I got a new iPhone 11 it stopped sorting my recordings in order. Now they are all randomly jumbled with no logic to how they’re sorted and I have to scroll through all my recordings to find even the most recent ones. If you intend to keep a lot of recordings saved in the app then I don’t recommend this app for you until the problem is fixed.

Misleading Description. Hi, It would appear from the app description you can convert long meetings/tutorials into text. They don't tell you that that function is limited to 30 second recordings! The "free" app is not even worth the $1.19 I paid for this.

Misleading description!!!!. This app does not convert your voice recordings to text. This app can send your voice recordings to a server and then the server can convert the sound file to text and deliver it via email to the address you specify. This results in a delayed delivery of your message as well as data usage to transfer the sound file instead of just plain text.

I want my money back. This App does nothing it says it does. The only thing it does is record your voice. Apple should pull this app and refund our money....

Jumbled recording order. Upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus to an iPhone 12 Pro Max and the order of my recording’s is all over the place. This app has no way to sort this issue out. Save your time and money, find an app that is better designed.

The Best. This is by far the best voice-to-text app I have tried! I am now using it to supplement my report writing and saving hours. The 10 minute wait for the server to do the translating is a very small price for the pin-point accuracy! Well done to the developers and thanks.

No email. Forget emailing clips out. I paid, then found it would only send 30 second clips. No, I don't want to install a desktop sync version. Not happy.

very disappointed. Thought this was a great idea but it doesn't send the message via email as it says it will you cant press the send button dont waste your money

TERRIBLE. I agree with all the other reviews here saying how misleading and therefore terrible an app this is. DO NOT BUY IT if you want a program for instant speech to text, it cannot do that. If I could give it no stars I would!

This is a great idea. Well it looks like I'm the only one writing a 5 star review. This app does what it said and seems to do it very well. Yes, there is a delay on receiving the email, but I'm not sure whether the iPhone has the grunt to do the Voice To Text processing so the designer chose to do it on a server. Many reviewers seem to give poor reviews and complain about value for money, but this app is only $3.99. A coffee costs more than that. Any way, I like it. So thanks to the developer.

Does what it says just follow instructions!. I'm happy with product, sends a copy of recording with text to avoid errors and to those complaining it doesn't email YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR ADDRESS IN SEND LINE!!

disappointment personified. Well I have to agree with the other reviews - what a disappointment. I didn't even get the email for the text - I know its easy to bang away negatively, I had high hopes that this apt would do as stated but no!!!!!!!. Apple really should vet these apts better than they do. we go as customers in good faith to purchase and yet have no recourse outside of America. Well Apple your a global company, get global and ensure your apt suppliers go the right thing by your customers and deliver what they state.

What gives guys?. Reading through these reviews nearly put me off buying this app. Luckily I very reasonably assumed that $4 is worth the risk. This thing works! I can switch it on, walk along making notes to myself, pausing the recording in between, then email it to myself and it comes as txt. Most of the complaints that reviewers mention seem to be because they didn't press the right button - read the instructions if u really have to guys! You CAN select an email address from your contact list to email to and , yes, you can email just the sound file if u hit the button that says ' email recording' - Try the button that instead says 'email recording as text' if u want text. This app does just exactly what I was looking for and once you've bought it you don't need to pay for the transcription service like some apps. $4 ? I love my iPhone.

No go. The app will record message but that's it will not do any thing else want my money back sick of being ripped off from non working app in the itunes store About time apple did something about this

How do I get my money back?. The max length of recording which can be converted to text is 30 sec! The is no way to check what text you sending. Also, since the converted to text recordings are emailed via the app. there is a potential that yours and all other emails will be collected to be later on bombarded with "great and limited offers". sine there is a Money Back guarantee, i will ask for it and let you all know how it went. But pls do not waist $3 on this app. If I could submit no stars, I would. This IMHO is worth ZERO stars.

Quick voice pro no longer working. I paid for this app some years ago, it was brilliant but recently Suddenly stopped working. As soon as you try and use it it kick you out won’t load properly. Please fix the problems

Crashes when sending email. This version crashes when trying to send the recording as an email attachment. Also, for some bizarre reason, you're limited to 30 second recordings if you want to translate to text. I hope the money back guarantee is real.

Sorting Feature. I regularly use this app to record. but it doesn't have any sorting feature for recorded files. as i have many files it gets hard to find it afterwards as it gets lost in the middle of the other records. please add sorting feature asap.

Great Program. I've found the program suits my requirements wonderfully, although I would have appreciated being able to see what file format it used before buying - m4a.

Misleading Description. Wasted my $1.19 as I cannot get it to work. I thought it would convert my voice to text but the only option is to convert to an email. When I tried to email myself with it the server at nFinity refused the connection. Can I get a refund? And where is the version for Windows/Mac that the store states is included in the package?

Good idea. Great idea but has trouble understanding the Australia accent when sending emails. Please look at this area of the app.

Does what it claims. No idea what the negative people mean. I sent a voice message by email from my iPad and it was great. So I sent it as text. The text was exactly what I said, and the voice message was received also. So I rate it as good value. (Later) Well I have used this and tested it, and it works extremely well. I don't deny that there could be a couple of upgrades with improvements, but I have absolutely no idea why there are so many negative reviews. And my e-mail to the developers was replied to within one day. Perhaps the negativists just don't know how to use it. I recommend it unreservedly.

Fraud. This is an outrageously misrepresented product that is a fraud being deliberately perpetrated on consumers. As a non-US citizen a refund is not available which is a pity - another example of the ugly American business ethic at it's usual low standard.

Happy with this product. Very happy with the response from the support team who answered my query with easy to understand instructions when I wanted to extract my sound recordings from my iPhone to my pc which I've done successfully.

Great App. This app is excellent. It does everything it claims to. Only suggestion would be to have a shortcut to email the text to a default email.

My Worst App purchase. Less functionality than the iPhone voice recorder. Dropbox upload feature stopped working after I bought the paid version. No response from support after contacting twice. Free version seemed to work better than the paid one.

Quick Voice Pro. This is an excellent App. I use it all the time, I record meetings, diary entries that are time stamped, appointments to enter into my calendar later it's outstanding and works flawlessly. The sync app for PC is great, however I erased it inadvertently and need to download it again, can anyone help me with this?

Feel cheated. I paid and downloaded the Quickvoice App. Had a utube explained how to use it. But when I open the app it didn't appear to be like how it looks and appear in the actual download app. It has no options to send by text or voice. It neither transcribe my voice message to text. Frustrated person!

Another App overselling itself, and not being clear about limitations. Note to all purchasers, the line about 'spinVox Voice to text emails to 30 secs' actually mean in real language will only convert a maximum of 30sec recording to email

Please add sorting or searching. Good app but desperately needs sort and search feature.

No use with only 30 seconds voice to txt. The main reason I wanted it was to convert voice to txt. How lazy must you be for 30second limit to be of any use. May as well just go back to my free voice memo app.

Disappointed. Saving recordings to Dropbox no longer works after have paid for the full version. This is now a total waste of money. It is useless.

Useless app. Had it for a while before trying to text and email. As with other reviewers, it has a ridiculous limit and then it crashed. If even 100 suckers have bought this, that's a lot of revenue for nothing.

Seems good. Does what I want by emailing it to myself without putting ads on subject line or in message body. I'm a bit concerned about manually typing in my own email address but this is only for the first email I sent (it saved it after). Typical plus sign so I can send via a contact or type in. I like this app but what I really wanted was to use it as copy and paste into my iPhone diary. Dragon does that but Dragon quality is spotty at best. Maybe this one is more accurate. In that case it's ok to wait for the email emailed transcription :) This app seems to work well so far and so far seems more accurate than Dragon (free Dragon doesn't necessarily mean better)

Almost five stars.... There are some technical issues associated with the in app email to text function button not be available for all recordings, that could be resolved with an update. The turn around time from emailing your audio clip to receive in a reply email is remarkably quick.

Annoyed. Only coverts voice to text in 30 second grabs. Not what I expected and useless for my purpose. As you can't see the text prior to emailing in order to edit it I find it hard to see how it could be useful to anyone. Save your $4.

☹☹Not true voice to text☹☹. It's not true voice to text app!! It only converts 30sec of voice into text and it's not all that accurate! Email is then sent over their server with both converted text and audio recording. Still looking for true voice to text app that would be easier to use and has the ability to convert large chunks of text right on the device.

I should have read the reviews more carefully there is no preview of the email and it does not use your email client so no history and no gaurantee what you are sending is coming out right at the other end It also attaches a copy of the recording so now everybody knows you can't type. Oh yeah and make sure you pre practice your email and don't say ummm. Lastly either the emails don't come through or they take forever and you don't know which it's going to be until it's too late. Definitely not a business app. Any chance I can get a refund?

Missing PC software & Doesn't work. I didn't get the bonus PC software that was included with purchase and when I went to use the app on my iPad it didn't function as advertized

Dissatisfied. I wanted to be able to covert convention talks of 1 hour ea of voice to text. I wanted this for notes. I wasted a whole day recording in Increments only to find that it was considered to huge to convert to text. Will you be either making a up date that will do this or will you credit accounts because I feel I wasted money and time for nothing.

Could you import the recordings from the free version. I bought the pro version because I would like to email one of my recording to my PC. I would like my money back -- not a good app. This app was a waste of money and I would like to return the app and have my money back. It doesn't allow you to preview the emails "converted to text" so you have no idea what the finished product will be. I regret this purchase and do not recommend the app. Very disappointing. On top of that, the ad said that purchasers would receive the quick voice software for mac as a bonus -- and you don't. All you get is the app for the phone or iPad.

Translation not done inside my iPhone. It should be more clearly stated that these audio messages are not processed on the phone, but rather sent to developer’s server and are translated probably by human. In any case, I’m not planing to use this app anymore since I do not wish my private data to be in a third-party possession. I’m disappointed that this fact was not indicated to the user and they did not ask for the permission.

This app did exactly what I wanted - it is great!. It is a quick easy way to send a audio recorded message on its own or with a quick text message.

Not as advertised. There is no option to text. You do not get to see the text that is to be converted before it is emailed. The app does not interface with mail.

This app is brutal. The only reason I am not completly loosing it is because this horrible app only cost 99 cents. I have tested this app many times and no voice to text message has ever been returned. I guess the real kicker is if there are 3999999 other suckers like me out there that thought this app would be amazing then these con artists just made 4000000 bucks and for me that is the kicker.....

Recording time too short. Very disappointed with this APP as it runs out on memory in about 30 seconds, even though I have the newest 64 GB IPAD. The free version allows me the ability to record lectures almost 2 hrs long, this does not.

I love it and I’m a snob. I’ve used a number of voice apps and this is the best. I record myself and then with one click it sends to REV to transcribe it for a fee. I’ve seamlessly written tons of content this way, when inspiration hits.

Waste of $3. Can't port my demo recordings to the pro version as they are separate apps...dumb development. Can't save my recordings off the phone...can only delete them....dumb. Wouldn't even give it a single star if I didn't have to.

BEWARE!. I could not get this software to convert voice to text on my Ipad as advertised. I could not get the free Windows software that is advertised as my email was returned "no such address". I cannot recommend this app at all.

High Quality recording. I have used 8 recording apps and this is by far the best for three reasons: first, the recording quality is very good even with the default setting which is medium; there are four settings, low, medium, high and highest. Second, the ability to email files large files fairly quickly is also very good. Most of the other apps used cumbersome protocols to transfer recordings. The third reason is the very quick response to concerns from support. I was using the free version when I was notified that the Pro version was now available. I downloaded it but it didn't work with my iPod Touch. Within two days of my email to support, the problem was fixed--really remarkable.

Waste of time. My initial experience of this app on my ipad was positive. But unfortunately I recorded several lectures at 3 conferences and now I cannot access any of them because the app stopped working. Crashes as soon as I open it! WHERE is the bug fix?????

Disappointed. It also did not work for me as promised. Email could not be sent at all as "send" Button is not enabled. Hope it's a fixable bug as I'd love for this to work but since so many are not recommending this app ( wish I'd read the reviews first) I'll be asking for my money back. Hope they honour that promise.

Nice App But... This recording app is well done and easy to use except for the fact that it often crashes when trying to export it in email. I thought maybe this glitch would be corrected when buying the full app.. but no. More exporting options would also be welcomed as well as other recording formats, not only .caf file.

Disappointed!. This application only works partially for me. I can send the voice file to an email acccount, but when requesting voice-to-text, I NEVER received anything in my inbox or junk mail, no matter how many times I tried or how long I wait. The feature is not working. I have tried this with several email accounts, but to no avail. I am extremely disappointed because I purchased this application specifically for the voice-to-text feature. I emailed support and at first they replied and promised to "get me going" but then they've been quiet for nearly the past two weeks, not replying to any of my help requests. It seems that when they don't know the answer to something they get fairly quiet. If anyone can help me get my problem working it would be most appreciated!

Unusable. App crashes within 2 mins of launching. Can’t email recordings or translate them due to constant crashes.

Amazing. I am stunned how well this works For years I have tried different voice to text software and have never seen anything that is so easy to use and is really accurate in the translation I would have liked the option for it to put a copy of the text on my iPad and not just to email but other than that it is a great product

Recording all mixed up. The recordings don’t remain in date order so it is quite a hassle to have to scroll through scores of recordings to find the one you need. There is no search option, which would help. Apart from that the recordings are very clear.

Couldn't transfer files. How can I get my recorded file from the Quick Voice version into this Quick Voice Pro? There is no option for me to do this?

Warning - before upgrading to Pro - unable to transfer data. Beware. I downloaded the Quick Voice, I then updated to Pro in order to transfer Audio recordings. Guess what? NO BUENO..... I THEN tried to contact support, and visit their website no bueno. In the end, I was unable to transfer my data..🙁😠😡🤬

QuickVoice pro. I just purchased this product for my iPhone version 5.S, iOS version 10.3.2 with plenty of memory available. The product works standalone however, when I tried to record during the phone conversation I get a message saying "an unknown Recording error has occurred" How do I how do I resolve this or get my money back?

Organizing dates. The system work fairly well but the only thing is the dates are not in chronological order by the date.

This app is crap. Paid $2.99 and it is worthless. Converting voice to text via email...email never arrives. Go to settings and help and it says the domain is for sale. Go to tech support and send message and it says 403 forbidden. Sounds like these pirates are out of business but still taking coin of the realm.

Not what I was looking for.. I purchased the Pro so that I could email existing song recorded on the free version. The Pro is a separate app with no way of linking to the songs on the free version. Disappointed. The Support link is for more apps with no way to ask a support question.

App Support Broken. The app’s support portal is not functioning. I had a playback error and am looking to see if I can recover information. The app has been reliable since I started using it years ago. I’m a reporter. But when it failed, there seems to be a communication blockage.

Skips beginning of a recording. This application is not working. As when one is recording voice message to beginning of the message is not record it. It skips to beginning recording of each message

Can't scan through recording with any accuracy. This app is great but it's really annoying how you can't accurately scan through the recording. It's always jumping through huge sections (backwards and forwards) and you can't scan to the last place you stopped at. Please fix this!!

PROBLEMS ALPHABETIZING RECORDINGS. I bought this app because I used it for years for small note recordings. The major problem I’m having with it now is A- the recordings are not saving in chronological order. B. - the recordings can’t be alphabetized. How do you fix this? I shouldn’t have to scroll thru thousands of recordings without an ability to see them in alphabetical order, or at least chronological order. Please fix this issue soon.

Hatred. I hate this app. There is no rhyme or reason to how it lists recordings and finding anything is nearly impossible. That wouldn’t be nearly as devastating if there were just a simple sort or search feature. There isn’t. Terrible isn’t a harsh enough word.

Sharing Freezes App. Any use of the share function, including just opening the sharing function, freezes the app totally. So, for example, you can use AirDrop okay one time. Then you must kill the app and start again.

Files deleted. After installing current update I accidentally trashed several files while swiping to search for certain files, just like I had previously done before update. Now they are gone!

What happened?. I have an iPhone X with iOS 12 I have had this app for 4 years. Until recently it has recorded and stored my data by date. Then this week it is completely random. I can locate anything! There does not seem to be anyway to get any support....

Terrible Upgrade. When you upgrade to Pro there is no way to port over all of your old recordings. Terrible recording tool. Very frustrating.

Unreliable!!!. I have a court order to record my skype sessions. This program constantly quits working during skype without notice causing me to loose extremely valuable evidence. It quits more often than it works. It does this on both my iPhone 6s and iPad Mini.

Does it transcribe?. I bought this because it says “voice” to text/email...but I can figure out how to get it to transcribe an audio recording. Also, Char Boshart SLP recommended this app based on this specific feature. Can anyone help me figure this out? There is no way to contact anyone about this... Disappointed :/

Sorting???. Hi there. I've been using this app for a number of years in my iPad and iPhone. What happened to the sorting of what I record? Why is it that I have to search for my recordings and they are not in order of the date when I recorded? This is HIGHLY frustrating! Please fix and don't remove any of the recordings!!! Ugh!!!!

Don't use to transfer files. I got this app to try and email a recording from quick voice. It doesn't bring the recording over from the standard addition. It does not work. Buy the .99 cent option in quick voice. That will give you the option to email your document.

Awful. I’m extremely dissatisfied!! The app keeps freezing and it doesn’t even have the option to for speech to text - the only reason I spent the money to purchase it. It should not still be available for sale on the App Store. I saw it hasn’t been updated in 5 years but read a recent article about its benefits.

Not recommend POINT BLANK Hacked. An email was sent to someone I haven’t been in contact with for 2 years with QuickVoice sent email. I tried to contact the vendor and the domain is up for sale. My data is in their server and somehow sending emails of long ago contacts—hugely worrisome—I would not recommend
