###Leaf Filter. A terrible company. A person came out to give me a quote on cost to put cover on rain gutters He walked around, measured and came to door with large brief case. He showed me many pages of how good his product is. He then gave an outrageous amount. I didn’t say a thing and he took a very sm amount off- all only if I bought their product. I had a coupon he really didn’t want to use. It was 30% off but only if I bought product that day. Coupon says good fir year. I thanked him and said again I was getting quotes from others. He kept asking why and he had best product. He wouldn’t back off. At that point I thanked him and said again I was done. He wouldn’t stop talking and get up and leave. At that time I picked my phone up and told him I was dialing 911. He still would not leave. Finally I was going to dial 911 and he slowly fit up and said he could have given me a price less than a third from what he first said. A joke! He finally left slowly talking. I felt threatened,bullied, and finally frightened with his aggressive behavior! Please do not call them and report them.

Responsive to my emergency. Called Stu about 6:30 Sunday night and he was at my house in less than an hour. He secured my irrigation pipe’s elbow (?) piece that I had popped off searching for a leak. Water from the main shooting out and running all over my yard sure taught me about having the right tools for emergencies. The next day I texted Stu that I finally could see the leak that I had been investigating. Stu responded to my text, probably within an hour, and he had his employee Chris at my door just a few hours later. Chris gave me a fair quote and got right to work. He replaced and rerouted some pipes, and put in two new shutoff valves that are much easier to turn. Their work is solid. I’ve left the pipes exposed for over a week to ensure we caught all of the little leaks. I will not hesitate to call this company again, and with my iffy pipes I just might have to. Thank you so much Stu, both you and Chris did a great and Fast job at an extremely fair price.

Southern pines animal shelter Hattiesburg ms. So pines shelter makes it difficult to surrender an animal. I’ve adopted from them many times, given cash donations and food yet they give you a hard time. I had a dog dropped at my home, had her spayed, had shots, a bath and nail clip then took her to them. They made me make an appointment, once I got to the appointment the gates were closed, I opened the gate myself and was intercepted and told they were closed preparing for their “open house” day. Finally they let me in to speak with the person I’d made an appointment with. Fool that I am I checked “do not contact me before euthanasia of this pet”. Not only did they not display/show her for that adoption day but they sent her “up north” (they call it.) To a shelter that needs pets. I know this because I called 2 days later and they told me they’d sent her. I’m guessing “up north” euthanizes. I cried all day. She’d been better off on the streets. Which is my plan from now on. I will take any I find roaming to a neighborhood and drop them. I try to do my part but w/o help from the shelter you finally get frustrated and just give up on them. Their good reviews come from people that adopt !, rude to those trying to surrender. Thanks for caring so very much So Pines

Asks for permissions and forces email link login. Yelp is going the way of many apps now and bombarding the user with “permission begging” every time the app is opened. This is entirely unacceptable. Most of us have set our permissions to notify us only when we want to be notified (or not at all), ONLY be tracked when using the app (if ever), and NEVER tracked across our other apps. Most of us use dozens of apps and we DO NOT wish to be bombarded with every pesky notification, NOR do ANY of us want to be tracked ANYWHERE, and ONLY share our location when we want to know something about our location. That is IT. We certainly do NOT want to be BEGGED for further invasion of privacy. Yelp already suffers a bad rap for being a lousy way to find business compared to Google, and they are about to drive away one more user. Furthermore, the app forces you to use a link sent to your email to log in, thus adding another step and bypassing the SECURE password we all set up for our accounts. I tested this by alternately logging in and out on desktop and my phone. The password was fine every time on the desktop. The exact same password failed every time on the app. This has nothing to do with account security. There was not one notice of suspicion sent of multiple sign in attempts on multiple devices, some of which failed. Instead it smacks of Yelp trying to data-mine its own customers by forcing us to use other services to log in. This is also inexcusable.

DeBella Deceptive Quote Duped. DeBella Roofing provided a very DECEPTIVE quote, after the estimator spent 6 hours at our home, we accepted the bid. On work day, 3/4 of the way through the roof job the service writer blamed their app. and said she did not include the porch in the initial bid. They did not plan to do the roof on the porch, leaving it white, while the new roof for the rest of the house was black, who in their right mind would think that would be acceptable? No one would! Even the lead roofer performing the work questioned the general manger why the entire roof wasn’t being done. Of course it was too late to back out, 3/4 of the work was done, they had us suckered, duped and without recourse. The General Manager would not concede at all, they made a mistake and would not meet us 1/2 way with the additional cost. This was very deceptive and for that reason I would NEVER recommend DeBella roofing or any of their services. They are based in Oregon and all decisions are made in Oregon yet they have work locations in several states, this work was done in Arizona. Very Very deceptive. We have an extremely negative view of this company. DO NOT use DEBELLA for anything.

No third time is a charm!. We heard the chicken pot pie is super yum. We’ve been there twice and still have not been able to try it. The first time we drive over an hour to eat a late lunch. They close at 3:00 on Saturdays. We got there and tried to order food at 2:02. We were told no more food is being served after 2:00. The second time we went was on a Sunday at 12:30. They are open 9-2. We stood in line for over 10 minutes. We were next to order and the women working there comes up to the person behind us, clearly knowing her, and asks her what she wants. Not only were we skipped but completely unacknowledged. To top it off they recently changed the menu so Sunday’s are breakfast only. Nothing is noted on the website. We go with the flow and order brunch. Food was TERRIBLE. I had apple French toast. It was seared a little on top and bottom with the middle not even cooked. Think white bread with maple syrup over it. It had peeled apple slices with cinnamon on it that looked like it should have been warm. Nope, cold. A toddler must have cooked it. Not going back a third time. Definitely not a charm.

Great value vacations was great for us.. My husband and I took the trip of a lifetime with little or no planning to Ireland in April of 2022. We had a fabulous time and I have to say that great value vacations did a great job. We booked our stay and then I did a LOT of research about Covid and masking and all of the rules around that. I looked into the company and I tried to call the airline to change my seats as well but they say VERY PLAINLY that these seats are Economy ONLY. when we were in the airport we tried again to upgrade and were lucky enough to upgrade on one flight to Ireland but the rest we were unable to. The Bed and Breakfasts were absolutely wonderful. I loved the way we got to choose where we wanted to go and how long we wanted to stay at each place. It was just right for us exploring. Now what is cool about great value is that they have all kinds of vacation packages from very very thought out and a tight schedule for people who want to see and do a lot. And they have more casual ones for people just wanting to do their own thing. If I were to do it again I would NOT purchase the upgrade to the touristy things because I could do that when I was there and then I wouldn’t have to be at a certain place at a certain time. The rental car went well it all was fantastic. We were thankful for this company and knew that we were in good hands when traveling. We will use them again in future Jennifer Thompson RN

Arby’s has the worst customer service!!. Arrived at Arbys at 9:30pm and they close at 10pm on Labor Day 2023. Ordered 2 five piece fish basket combos and a chicken bacon Swiss combo. The employee never repeated the order, and only said, “pull around.” Once I got to the window, she asked for payment, then handed me two drinks then walked away for 5-7minutes. When she came back she handed me the food, but I noticed there was a curly fry and drink missing. I asked if she could get the curly fries and drink. She said,“No, we are about to close and I didn’t ring it in as a combo the first time.” At this point the manager walks by the window and I ask to speak with her. I explained what happened. She said very rudely, “Well, if you want fries I’ll have to turn the fryers back on and it will take a while because I’ve already shut them down.” So, of course, I said Nevermind, but can I get the Hi-C I never received? She handed me the Hi-c with no apology, thanks, sorry for the inconvenience.. NOTHING! I’m writing this review because of the lack of accountability on the employees part for getting the order wrong, and no apology or consideration from the manager for my inconvenience!

Home Bedroom & Bathroom Renovation. After more years than we could have imagined, we finally decided to begin reconstruction of our dream bathroom in late September 2022. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but had little on paper that could have helped complete a finished project. We needed help. Our first stop was Bedrosian’s Tile and a consultation with Judi C. who was a tremendous help in finding the right color palette for our project. She coordinated tile for walls and a new cabinet countertop as well as for a new shower floor and vinyl flooring for the bathroom as well as for the master and a second bedroom. We were also introduced to Angel Cardoso, owner of Cardoso Tile in Madera who became responsible for all of the tile and flooring installation for our project. Angel and his capable crew did a magnificent job of capturing and installing our ideas as we completed the project and at a very competitive cost. Their attention to detail and project execution was nothing short of incredible. Thanks for a job well done. Linda and Robert F.

Bad at matching foundation with skin color. So I went to ulta yesterday while my mom was at TJ maxx, and I was looking for a liquid foundation, and I asked this girl with blonde hair, she was very nice, and she couldn’t help me because she had a migraine and that made it hard for her to match my skin tone with the foundations, so she asked this girl named let’s call her katty, and she helped me, but she said it was hard finding my skin shade because I have olive skin, and she finally found “my shade” girl let me tell you, she said that it matched my neck 😐, my neck?! What about my face? And so I tried it this morning, mind you I had church today, and so I was over her applying my foundation, honoring that it would look good, when I say I looked like Donald trump, I really looked like Donald trump if he had a twin, I took it off as quick as I can, To summarize this all, don’t waste your time going to ulta, I say go to Sephora tbh Honestly Walmart has better shades, and If I knew that something like this would happen, I would’ve shopped at Walmart, And I still like ulta, but I prefer getting my makeup at Walmart for cheaper prices, although when I went to ulta it was like 22 bucks, which is not bad for two things,

Fast top notch and friendly. Went into Jersey Mike’s in Attleboro Massachusetts yesterday for the first time and I was very impressed. it was a pretty busy time of the day on a Friday. There was a line but these employees hustled with care to move it along. Deli meat is sliced fresh directly in front of you. The meat slicer(who was likely the owner or manager was very friendly and chatted (while working very quickly) with each customer. Maybe it was just me but it helped the customers feel a sense of community, instead of just a sense of “next”…. I ordered a steak big kahuna sub and it was fresh and delicious. The woman doing everyone’s sandwich “fixings” was also very good at her job and was fast as well. All the employees worked like a team and it showed. Anyway I was very impressed with the customer service and will definitely be back. Great job all around and it’s nice to see the sense of community coming back into the work place.

Not recommended!!!. Let’s start with the positive, yelp is good for restaurants. And if you buy ads it may give your business a little more visibility on the platform. The reviews weren’t good for their business services but I wanted to give it a try and judge for myself. Here’s what I found.. THIS IS NOT A GOOD FIT other service businesses. They’re trying to fit a round peg in a square hole. Their definition of a lead is questionable to say the least. Leads are not verifiable and not really leads because you get no contact information therefore no way to follow up. You pay by click but no real way to verify that either. Whatever budget you set they will make sure the clicks add up to charge you the full amount. Also when I canceled by ad services, my reviews disappeared, I know they say they have an algorithm that decides what reviews stay but I didn’t see any validity in that. Bottom line, It’s expensive fluff and your marketing dollars would be much better spent elsewhere. Google marketing is a better return on investment.

Excellent services. We showed up with our dog in distress 30 min before the clinic opened. They graciously let us in before opening so we could sit inside as they prepared to open. That was the first indication of the high level of service of Bridgetown Emergency Vet Clinic. Next the vet tech met with us in the beautiful waiting room to review our concerns about our dog. She looked at videos we wanted to share and then took our dog in the back to check vital signs in order to determine if she actually needed care. She briefly discussed the case with the vet who also looked at our dog. When they determined she wasn’t in need of immediate care (we had a scheduled appt with our vet two days later) they did NOT charge us for anything. It was excellent reassurance and it felt very helpful and caring. We will choose Bridgetown Emergency as our first choice for any future emergencies. Highly recommend!

No more 20 sponsored results but App-Walls remain. Hey there fellow technologists. I’m a firm believer in the idea of choice, in being able to choose between downloading a company’s app or using the web based version. As Yelp has decided for me, in reality deciding to be anti choice and forcing me to download the app, every time it is a problem! Turns out is too large, either because of a slow data connection or a lack of storage. So often times I don’t get to use Yelp. Yes indeed I remember these problems in the future. Or commonly: “ok Google Local! The Yelp data I am looking for is app-walled. Your turn!” And then next time “ok Google Local, you can be my first choice now.” I must be on to something here, for even Dairy Queen’s App is more popular than Yelp. Is it because Dilly bars are insanely popular? Maybe it’s #8 because it has less analytics and tracking APIs? In fact only UberEats has a larger size .ipsw bundle in the top 10, and my guess is that it’s only because it’s using a common internal codebase… You have to get to #40 to find a larger app than Yelp. (Postmates/Uber.)

Mossy Volkswagen. The warning light and coolant light came on in my 2021 Tigran took it to Mosse the schedule writer was so rude. She told me it could be the tire pressure I said to him thing that’s funny because it’s the coolant light and according to my owners manual, it says not to drive it he says oh, let me go look and see if we have a car comes back and tells me, we don’t have any cars but will give you a Lyft to work and said I would have to get my way home from work and then to them in the morning I was so mad. So I call Cook volkswagon in Encinitas and right away he told me to pull over open my hood look at the coolant level and tell him where the line was. He told me I could make it to their shop with no problem. Drove to Encinitas and they topped it off and Allen told me that they’ve had a problem with the coolant evaporating fast in old Volkswagen since 2018 I think it’s funny that a service center for Volkswagens/dealership would not tell me that, but cook in Encinitas new, right. So don’t ever take your car to Mosse Volkswagon in Escondido because obviously there’s staff knows nothing about Volkswagon’s.

Curry in a hurry on 28th and lex. If you are going there make sure you get a receipt. There is a man that sits in there and sometimes greets people at the door. I’m not sure if he is the owner or not but he is a cheat and a liar. He comes over for certain customers i don’t know if it’s mainly African American people to ring up the food. He then changes the price for everything. I use to go there frequently back in the day. I loved the way they used spices in the food . They use a little less spices I feel now. I haven’t been in there for a 2 years or so . Today I went in just to get 2 samosas which is $2.25 each. The employee behind the counter serviced me but that man came over to ring me up. I gave him $10 he gave me back a dime. I asked him how much it was and they both started talking to me to confuse me. He at the end gave me my $5 dollars back. But that is such bad business practices . How can the employees be comfortable with this type of behavior from their boss. Yuck. I don’t even feel like eating those samosas. He needs to be exposed. I feel the place will be much better without him.

Horrible. They have been switching company’s for the last 6 months according to Jennifer guess , and that’s why they can’t Order any vaccines the computers aren’t fully switched over yet they schedule appointments that they can’t even do because they have nothing for the appointment and they don’t bother to call and tell you they don’t have anything for the appointment they set you up with they let you waste your day off sitting for an hour and half in the waiting room/ exam room just to tell you there is nothing they can do bye . Well according to Jennifer she showed up to do her job and it’s not her fault they can’t order anything and she didn’t even know what our appointment was for until they had already roomed us so she did her job it’s not her fault we can just call you when we get the stuff in . Also another man who was there the same time as me was told oh well we are switching computer so I know we called you last week to have your blood drawn but now we can’t find the orders so we have to call the doctor and have him send them over again but we can’t draw any labs today even though they scheduled him also . So wasting people time all over the place

Happy Days Diner Thorndale PA. My girlfriend and I went to Happy Days in Thorndale, Pa today for lunch. We both ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries. I got wheat toast and water and she got gluten free bread and a raspberry sweet tea. The waitress was less than welcoming. We ate our lunch and got money together Including tip. Waitress was quick to collect slip and money, almost rushing us. We started walking towards front door and my girlfriend asked me if I knew where the bathroom was and I showed her the way. I stepped out and waited for her outside but quickly began to feel sick. I had stomach pains and an urge to go to the bathroom. She finally came out and we said our goodbye. I didn’t think I was going to make home… I live about 4 minutes from the Diner. I made it to my house and the bathroom. I was so sick with diarrhea, which lasted many hours. After talking to my girlfriend, I discovered that she was sick too and she didn’t even make it out of the Diner. I place a call to the Diner and spoke to a manager, Anita, who said she would let the cook know and sort of apologize. I felt like she wasn’t surprised or she didn’t care. Worst experience ever! Give local business a try and get sick in the process!

The “Not Recommended” section is misleading and damaging. Yelp has been extremely helpful to me over the years, but I was dismayed to find that, after I gave a review to the excellent driver who consistently brought me to my medical appointments, it landed in the “Not Recommended” section of the Yelp search page. I guess this was simply because he had only been driving for a couple of years instead of several years, but his service was absolutely outstanding. When I looked through that section, he had a whole slew of other five star reviews, but nobody would see them, unless they scrolled way down. Also, I used to think “Not Recommended” meant that Yelp didn’t recommend these business people, rather than that Yelp simply hadn’t REVIEWED them. This is a usability problem and a Customer Service problem that Yelp has yet to fix. It’s hurting both the business people who rely on Yelp, and the customers who could benefit from these excellent business services. Yelp, please make this change ASAP!

Experience at don vitos. Well I hate to write this but we had a horrible experience there, first off the manager was very accommodating but: My husband was having a problem eating so he asked for the food to be boxed she wanted to put soup in a to go container that’s a no , so she boxed the salad brought it back and said she was putting it on the floor until we left my husband couldn’t believe it. My food was Luke warm my friends bisque was salty and the steak was to be well and served med rare. We dident say anything about that we did discuss this with the manager he took the soups salad and one drink off our ticket. In between all of this really close to our table a man choked and kept having issues for a while and not more than 10 minutes after cleaning that up a mother rushed her kid to the front where the man was and he threw up many times they had to clean that up also. To add to that the three of us that ate all got a virus which had to come from the kitchen my husband did not he dident eat. I had a talk with the manager that someone should know emergency procedures the man was still in distress . The manager did what he could after the fact .

You be sorry if you buy from Leaf filter. I had them come out and told the salesman my problem and he told me that it wasn’t any problem that his installer can take care of it so I bought them the installer came out and put them on a couple days later it rain and now the rain came down behind my gutter they send a guy out and he said he fix the front and look the back and said it needed more support and he would have somebody to come back so I waited and I had to call again the another guy show up and he told me it wasn’t the gutter it was my roof but never had this problem before but I call the roofer and he told me that they have my drip edge push up and it pushing up the shingles and leaf filter need to fix what they have do so I call the back and he said he come back after he got here he won’t to talk to the roofer and he got smart with him and the got smart to me and said that they can’t do anything and he have somebody call me and it been two week and nobody has call me and I have call three time this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and would not ever refer them to anybody do trust the salesman or anybody from this company

Absolute Scam. Back in 2014, when Yelp released their API to aggregators like Revinate, they really didn’t think through how it would highlight their shady business practices. If you don’t pay their annual extortion fee as a business owner, they will highlight negative reviews and flag positive reviews as being suspicious. Through the use of Revinate, before they realized what they’d done, we could see 4*/5* reviews coming in from real guests that we recognized. But those reviews would never show up on our page. When we reached out to Yelp and provided the proof, the first level support seemed shocked and suggested we pay for their “Page Management” service which would give us greater control over which reviews would be displayed. The next tier, once they received the proof via Revinate, completely ghosted us. It is baffling to me how this behavior is not criminal. Please, for the sake of all the small business owners who drive your local economy, do not rely on Yelp for honest reviews. Find your way to Google or Facebook where they are not extorting small businesses to monetize their platforms.

Restaurant staffing dilemmas. Yelp provides a nice easy format to give reviews but please remember when you give a review even though Covid is over restaurants are really struggling with staffing and supplies. Very few restaurants have been able to fit their positions with competent staff. Some are lucky but it’s a different world and if you spent all day cooking, how would you like people to talk about you? We’re lucky we still have restaurants with so many that have closed so unless there’s something really really wrong are worth mentioning try and be kind. Nobody can be perfect every day so when you look at yup if someone is in served, they may not know the whole story try and look for the quality of the product and everybody can have a bad day anyway I’m glad we have y’all because it gives us a good way to communicate about what we like

Tosco has gone downhill!. So disappointed! For years this was my favorite local restaurant but not anymore! A few weeks ago I ordered a simple cheese pizza and it didn’t taste right, something was different. I thought maybe the sauce. Tonight I went back, several things went very wrong. 1) restaurant was a little busy. Greeter wanted to seat me at one of their large family tables. I declined being by my I requested a small booth. The waitress who was assigned to my table gave a look or said something to my waitress about adding me to her section. The hostess said “ I’m sorry, I had too.” 2) A different waitress greets me & took my order. 3) out comes salad, meatball & pasta all at once. 4) meatball was as cold as if taken straight out of the refrigerator & looked like made of soft cat food. 5) wrong pasta dish. 6) I am convinced they were out of lasagna because what I received was a large mess of noodles topped with meat & cheese on a round plate. 7) sauce was disgusting! Tasted like sugar & looked terrible! I left the pasta behind & wasted $. My thoughts, new cooks & staff rushes people through their meals quicker than in the past. Sadly not wasting my time or money again!

Yelp Is Very Helpful; Groovy, Man!. Yelp is the best! Most of the services, places, businesses are “Spot On” with me. Too, I am on the road quite often and getting “munchies” is what it is all about for me. I don’t want the usual fare; I have appetites for the different culture I am. I want healthy too. I am not the “Lardo” I was as a young “Buckaroo”. Most of the time I find what I am craving for. I like the positive reviews. I ignore the, one two tree star reviews. I can not figure out those who have a gripe, complain and mumble. Negativity is a big turn off for me. I guess I am happy being a “just older youth; (JOY). Life is too short; some people just need to loosen up and enjoy the ride and what is dished out to them. Aren’t all of us trying to do our best. Food places, businesses services; etc. are making it their aim to comply, no? Ok! Enough of my tirade, I will get off my soap box. Yeah, there is bad, but there is good. Peace and love to all…Yeah I am old Hippie! Yelp is great, I love Yelp!

Worst customer service EVER!!!. We have spent literally thousands of dollars at Mulberry over the past several years and the first time we complained about an item they ruined, they REFUSED to accept responsibility!!! Yes, we know it’s crazy expensive compared to other dry cleaners in the area, but we liked the nice hangers and the pretty store experience. The staff who helped us were always friendly. Then they shrunk a dress after it’s initial wearing. It was our daughters favorite dress that she wore to a special occasion so we have plenty of photos of her wearing it. After we had it dry cleaned it shrunk from knee length to barely covering g her underwear- we took photos and showed them the huge shrinkage. We have the receipt for the dress which was $64. After MONTHS of needing to ask them to reimburse us for the ruined dress they offered us $20 in credit. Are you kidding me??? We will never use them again. Literally hundreds of dollars we spent there every week for many years and that is what they offered us after ruining a dress? I hope none of you have anything ruined there. You’ll be as irritated and angry as we are!!!

Yelp is a scam. You’re not getting a real idea of any business because yelps as a company is rotten to the core. The way they handle reviews is basically racketeering. A good business might have 10 five star reviews and 2 one star reviews, and only the one star reviews show up. They blame it on “the algorithm” but it’s essentially extortion. As a business, if you start advertising with yelp and then stop, they will run your business (on yelp) into the ground — until you start paying them again. And even then, you don’t get what you pay for. A literal garbage company. I’ve seen people compare them to the mafia, and honestly, after dealing with them, I have to say that I’d rather deal with the mafia. At least the mafia keeps their word. At least with the mafia, you get what you pay for. With yelp, you just keep getting ripped off. And when they don’t follow through on their end and you dare question them, they send you straight to collections. Do yourself a favor, delete the yelp app from your phone, and never look back. The world will be a better place for you and all local businesses when yelp ceases to exist.

So Disappointed. Certainly not our first visit. I love their chicken salad sandwich and potato salad. My husband was a walk-in to go order. He ordered my sandwich and potatoes salad with two sweet ice teas. He ordered a southwest chicken avocado salad. Added two brownies also to go in our order. The wait was very reasonable. Our items were placed in a bag and he left the storefront. Once he arrived home we unpacked our food. On the positive note his salad was great as were the brownies. Sweet tea was awesome! Unfortunately when I unwrapped my chicken salad sandwich I was taken back. The croissant had been cut in half as usual but it was flatter than a pancake. It was dry and somewhat rolled out? I almost took a picture of it. There was mostly salad field greens and two small diced tomatoes on one half. The other side had a medium size spoonful of the chicken salad. I was just so surprised because this is definitely not the normal size given in the past. A lesson learned to maybe open the wrappers or containers before we leave the restaurant. Our bill was $32 and we could have chosen several places in this price range to have eaten our dinner. Just so disappointed.

Very nice and professional practice. The difference between my prior podiatrist and this practice is night and day. Wait time in my old office could be an hour or more pay appointment time, visit with the doctor was quick and rushed, and it just was not professional. My first visit with Dr. Blanken, I was taken back right on time. A nurse took some initial information to add to what I had completed on my form, and the doctor took his time to do a thorough assessment, tried my nails,made some recommendations, fit me for orthotics, and set me up for two visits a few weeks later for x-rays, a shoe check and to pick up my orthotics (visit #2), and to trim my nails (visit #3). I just had visit #2 - all went well and I was out of there in a fraction of the time I had spent on my previous doctor's waiting room. The doctor was very friendly while still professional, and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this practice.

Great Customer Service!. My Mom passed suddenly & unexpectedly in early September & we hadn’t preplanned her affairs. I was told there were 2 florists in my small town. The 1st was closed, but the other was open. The florist was very pleasant, personable & knowledgeable. She made us feel welcomed. She was very helpful in working with me to get the cremation wreathe I wanted & made suggestions that brought the overall price down, while still getting the style, effect & colors I wanted. She made an unpleasant & sad task much less stressful & actually pretty positive. The wreathe was delivered on the day, on time & beautiful! I was not disappointed at all! I have nothing negative to say about the shop (which was eclectic & interesting), the proprietess or the results. I recommend this florist, wholeheartedly. As a special bonus, she had a lovely shop cat that was friendly & added to the positive energy in the shop. 5 ⭐️experience!!

Pizza Bianca. I visited this restaurant with my sister. I was visiting from Denver and had a horrible experience. We waited over 2 hours to receive our meal after being sat at a community table. We asked to move and were told there was no availability at other tables. This was understandable as it was a busy Friday evening. However, before we received our meal we were offered another table because they wanted to seat a 7 top at our table and this would give us an opportunity to have a “quieter” location so we could talk. Weird how this was now an option when it was more convenient for the restaurant. I complained to the manager who took no responsibility for the way we were treated. He just became defensive and said it was a “busy” Friday. Years ago I worked in the industry and realize how difficult it can be. However, I don’t understand the lack of apology and recognition that we were treated poorly. This is an ageist mysogonistic restaurant that should not be frequented by anyone female over the age of 30. I will never be back and I hope no one else experiences this service or treatment.

Beer, Pretzel, and Green Chile Cheeseburger, need I say more... Fantastic beer, food, and service!!! The pretzel was amazing! We agreed it was the best pretzel we both have ever eaten. That’s saying a lot, since we’re from Wisconsin. Light, crispy, twisted dough, with just the right amount of salt. No hard dry or doughy areas anywhere. Served with cheese sauce and grainy mustard. I tried their Bing Bong! Lager since it’s also available in cans. Very refreshing…light, clean, and crisp. Next up will be their Helles Deep and Drop Dead Center. I not a fan of heavy hops beer. My friend had the 4-Cheese Mac and would recommend it. Beware, you’ll be taking extra home. I was looking for a plain Green Chile Cheeseburger. The one on the menu had a mix of Black Angus & Chorizo. I can’t do nitrates. Our server recommended a secret menu item, adding a Black Angus burger to the Hatch Green Chile Grilled Cheese Sandwich. It was amazing! It was so delicious! Parm crusted grilled bread, tons of gooey cheese, green chiles, and a perfectly cooked burger. Tots were crispy and on the mark. Be sure to save your spicy cheese sauce and grainy mustard from your pretzel for the tots. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. We had a great server. Sorry, I can’t remember his name. Told him what I wanted in a beer and to eat. Gave me some great menu ideas. Exactly, what I was looking for. Kuddos to the attentive busboy. We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic new restaurant!!. My daughter-in-law found this new restaurant (opened January 2023) for us to try. It is located on the ground floor of the Abpopa Hotel in Hillcrest. The restaurant is a covered outdoor space with couches and tables with a very comfy feel. It is the kind of space where you can just lounge and catch up with friends or family or just caught a quick bite. Everything is made from scratch. Service was great. Staff was friendly. We ordered coffee and tea all with the butterfly lavender sugar (yum!). We got a pumpkin scone, egg sandwich, portobello sandwich on homemade charcoal marble bread, and the delicious French toast with Mel’s butter and gooseberry preserves. There was barely a scrap left after the three of us were finished! Everything was served with something that elevated the plates visually, such as fresh lavender sprinkled on top of the hot tea and coffee or delicate leaves on the plate of the French toast. They have a charcuterie board that I can’t wait to come back and enjoy!

terrible experience. This bridal shop is the most unhelpful, unpleasant, and money-stealing enterprise. This is where my sister looked first when she came here to buy a dress. They took advantage of that, and under pressure from everyone else in the room, she purchased a very expensive dress ($2,800). I agree that the individual providing assistance wasn't even encouraging. Starting off with such awful energy, not to mention how ghetto the outside looks and smells. Since the dress doesn't really fit her style and was just the wrong fit for her, my sister decided to return it. These individuals are extremely uncooperative and add so much pressure and stress on top of the wedding preparations despite the fact that we previously paid a deposit. They warned us that they would fill out for court if we didn't pick up the dress today. Can you imagine doing that to a bride, wanting to go to court, this store doesn’t know how to work with customer support. Not to mention that we still haven't gotten our money back. Please avoid going here; keep your money and dignity. This establishment is incredibly unprofessional.

Not busy but no time to give recommendations. I went in on a Sunday evening early, and the place was not busy. I sat down, ordered a yellow tail sashimi jalapeño appetizer, which was very good. W. hen I asked for help with the decision between two specialty roles, there was like a blank stare. Every time I asked it seems like the way just couldn’t be bothered and I said she would come back. The food was decent, but when I wanted to shrimp shumai them to me very mushy and not seem to be cooked well politely complained about it. She told me well lots of people like it. That’s the way we serve it. I will tell you I have had sushi from the West Coast to the East Coast. I was with us I asked to have it removed from my check. I couldn’t even chew the second one. Period. When I asked for the check, the itemized bill was not included, and when I asked for the I was told well you already saw it. My response was that still doesn’t matter. It’s usually always included with the checks. I was so aggravated at that point I told him to get it left a decent tip and left. I will never go back there again.

PGA super store. Was recommended to go here by an old high school golfing buddy. Upgraded my Taylor made burner 7, an ancient club to today’s standards and wanted to try out clubs on a simulator to see where I was at? Mike dialed me into the right club and I went from, believe this or not, 272 yards with my burner to 290 yards on the simulator. 290, of course, was with the new club. ask Mike if the simulator was spiked or wrong and he said “no, I’m going to actually get to 300 + yards.” What a difference I played that afternoon at Mesa Country Club and hit one drive 303 another 310 yards and another drive 315 yards. Of course I some sprayed, wish you could buy a swing? What a difference. Keep in mind I play once a year due to lifestyle, I guess, and it was hard to drop the kind of cash necessary to get technology. Kind of worth it blowing my buddies 40 yards by with my driver. I guess the simulator is wrong. I hit it further than it says ha ha! Thanks, Mike!

Loved this app but now the useless red dot. I use this app a lot. It’s great to look for local places for good food and other services. If I hear about a place through friends, social media, the news etc I bookmark places in other cities and countries I’ve never been to in case I find myself passing through that town and have a bookmarked spot to check out even before I’ve ever been there. But now there is the useless red dot notification. Is it there because someone liked my review? Sent me a message? Gave me a thumbs up? Nah. It’s there because someone at Yelp suggested they add it to the interface to make us click into the app. Yelp added a red dot notification telling me that a review I posted is uh being looked at sometimes. Facebook figured this out many years ago and now Facebook shows red dots all over the place even though it does not indicate that someone has directly interacted with one of my posts nor sent me a message. So Yelp has followed suit a decade+ later by adding a red dot notification. To turn it off takes a few clicks into the app and it’s the most annoying fake feature that is not even a feature and Yelp should be ashamed of themselves.

More misses than hits. Finding good people to help you get work done on your home is difficult on your own. That’s why I turned to apps like Angie, thumbtack, and Yelp. However, you should know that using these apps does not guarantee you will get the best work at the best price, or even a response. Yelp did provide several companies that provide services to fix the damage to my house. But, the lessons I learned were to ask for at least five quotes because you might get three. When you talk to the contractor, don’t be afraid to ask questions about the work they plan to do. Get a quote with a complete breakdown of labor and materials. And lastly, take reviews with a grain of salt. I picked a company based on their reviews only to find that the company was sold to someone else who only had the company for a few months. That meant nearly all the reviews I read weren’t about the new owners. I should note that company was not through Yelp, and I did find two good contractors through Yelp, but I still had to go through muck and aggravation. So, know this. All the service apps like Yelp are a starting point to help you find a company to help you fix what’s broken. Maybe you’ll have a good journey or maybe you won’t. Just don’t be complacent and accept any offers you don’t feel are fair or that you might regret. Stay strong and I wish you luck.

Worst service and food ever!. Worst service and dry sushi ever. I had never been to Trapoer’s Sushi and my daughter suggested we go there. When I got there I was told I would have a 45 minute wait for my order. When the 45 minutes were up I asked for an update and the person at the counter rolled her eyes, gave me a derogatory look and said, I told you 45 minutes but sometimes it is longer. I pointed out I just asked for an update. Another nasty look and she stomps off, comes back and says it will be another 10 - 15 minutes. All that time to get 2 entrees and a kids meal! Fine she comes back after about 10 minutes and says the order is ready. We take the order home, we live less than 10 minutes away. Took a bite of the sushi and the rice in the kids meal and it was dry and hard like it had been sitting out for about an hour! We ended up throwing it away and getting something else to eat. So I have been there you can call it twice because it was my first and last time rolled into one!! If I want Good fresh Sushi that is moist and tasty I will go to Happy Bento. I have never waited there for more than 15 minutes. The service is good and the food is fresh and tasty!

Feature requests. 1. When you have a bookmark collection and tap Map, please add an Open Now button to filter out stuff that is closed. This drives me insane not being able to do this and I switch over to google maps since they have that feature. It is so simple, you already have the business hours data. It is not feasible to open the map and click on every single business trying to find one that is open. Not only that but when you tap back out of one, the map zooms back out and you have to re-zoom in and find where you were again. Only to be disappointed with another one that is closed. Repeat ad infinitum = switching to Google Maps. 2. Allow saving filter sets. For example, I always want to filter by the same set of things but I have to manually set them every single time. For example, Sort by rating + Open Now + Price = $$ or $$$ + Full Bar. This is my filter set almost every time yet I have to waste time inputting it over and over.

Zero customer service. We were so happy to see one of our favorite restaurants right next to our hotel. We met our new grand babies and left in time to grab dinner before bed. We arrived at 7:45. They were scheduled to close at 10. There was a note on the door that said they would be closing at 8:30. Well, we figured we would have plenty of time to eat dinner. We sat down and ordered a glass of white wine and a very expensive dinner. After they delivered our appetizer and salad at the same time they told us it was last call. We said, ok we’ll take another glass of red wine to go with our steaks. The bartender said she couldn’t serve two glasses of wine to us. We asked to speak to the manager and he came over. He was extremely rude, awkward, and uninterested in helping us at all. We have never experienced such rudeness. We are so disappointed and honestly shocked. They would receive zero stars but that’s impossible. Please support us by steering clear of this restaurant. This is clearly not the Del Frisco Double Eagle Steak House standard, and probably not even the Tacos Bell standard, if they have a standard.

Horrible service horrible food. Do not go to this restaurant if your wanting food chicken and good service . They gave us old chicken tenders that were hard and dried out . They had no mac and cheese . Gave us a small gravy to go with a large mashed potatoes. Coleslaw was disgusting no flavor and very dry not like the kfc I remember growing up . Order took over 15 minutes to get . Not sure why nothing was fresh. Had no dipping sauce not even the kfc sauce . Didn’t put napkins in the bag, didn’t put honey or butter in the bag for the biscuits or even offer them to us just walked away. Tried to call them back over the girl rolled her eyes and came back like we inconvenienced her to do her job as we just needed dipping sauce but guess they were out of what we wanted . Called them today to speak to a manager about the issue and was told because we don’t have the food we can’t get our money back just what was bad replaced it was a meal a family meal at te holidays and our trash man already took the trash sorry or we would have gladly got it out of the trash and placed it on your counter !!!!!! Horrible customer service we will never go back . Please people don’t waste your hard earned money on this place .

Dreadful experience with concord 911/ police. On Friday, 3/31, at 6:23 pm I called 911 for a missing adult family member in mental distress who had jumped out of driving car and walked off. A police officer would meet me at that location to help search. No one came. 2nd and third call. No one. Each time I had to repeat everything. No one ever called with an update. Contra costa mobil unit mental health also called the police. No one responded until 8:04. It was dark then and we were in an industrial area where the iPad had pinged, having a wild chase without ever seeing the person. Then police wanted to meet up to take a report. I couldn’t care less about a report help find the person I implored them. They arrived with 4 cruisers and at least 5 officers. They were apologetic. Two shootings and one robbery, not enough manpower. We found the person in that plaza at the same time and they all wanted to move in. I stopped them. Afraid of unnecessary escalation( they had weapons), they obliged and actually greeted the person , talked kindly. Then one officer guided us to the hospital. The crew was nice but 90 minutes later arrival for a lost person with a search beginning in the dark? Just write a missing person report …..

I really wanted to love this place. I had high hopes for this place. It’s local and served breakfasts, so we’re excited to give them a try. My family and I decided to give them a try for breakfast. It’s was early on Saturday so they weren’t busy. I ordered my eggs over medium, no slime. Sadly they came out under done with slime. I ordered a side of home fries which I found out just before my food was delivered they were out of. The waitress advised the hash browns were very good, so I agreed to the change. I was very disappointed when I was brought one hash brown, which they charged 4.25, which was the same as I could have gotten at McDonald’s for a buck. My kids did love the pancakes, but the bacon was over done almost burnt on all our orders. I believe they deep fry the bacon which also gives it a wired aftertaste. Most everything is al a cart, no combos. I personally felt the food was not worth what they charge. The sausage gravy was bland with little flavor and the coffee was sadly weak. If the breakfast was bad I doubt I will be giving them a chance for lunch or dinner.

Service did not work. I went to 4 services with ideal image. I had such a bad reaction the first time I could not work for 2 days. By the 4 th one it still was not making my brown spots go away. This is the main and only reason I bought the series. The fifth and final service was not performed as I was not satisfied and the provider said she also didn’t seem to think it would go away without several more visits if it did at all go away. I said NO too much discomfort and no results. I asked to put a claim in and than it all went down hill. I had to call twice to get a response and only than did I get a message weeks later. Now I have tried to respond to their message at the location and it been total of 5 hrs trying to get a call back and being put on hold. The person now says they will credit me for a different service o e time no charge but she had to send me paperwork. That was to be sent in 20 minutes. After calling and put on hold for 34 minutes she finally sends me a contract and wants my credit card info. This company is a scam. Do Not go to them.

Disappointing. A friend was doing work in the area so we ended up eating lunch and having a few beers. Food, cold beers and service was great. We returned a few hours later. We had another beer at the bar and joined another worker at a table. I was immediately handed a $118 bill for some of my workers. I paid it and waited 45 minutes to order dinner. The waitress who collected the $118 then said we needed switch tables. We waited another 30 minutes before she took our order. Patience was gone at that point and I asked for a manager. I was told there was no manager. After dinner, the waitress tried to slip the bill to one of my employees. Since I was paying, he handed it to me. Again, I asked for a manager. and shockingly a manager was on duty. So, effectively she bare faced lied. I had initially planned not to tip (which is built in the restaurant’s bills regardless of size of party). I left half of what the auto bill generated. The next day I went to have a beer (again, it was a convenient place) and then the manager told me that they “don’t like my kind there.” It is a same that management and bad waitress can soil a place. Won’t be back ever.

Staples on Golden Valley Rd, Santa Clarita. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location, in particular, a young woman working the photo copying machine. We came in at around 4:00 and asked for help copying 11 photos off of a thumb drive. She told us they wouldn’t be available until after the following day. When we told her we were on our way out of town for a funeral, she told us their policy was if you come in after 2:00, they aren’t available until the following day. I didn’t know about their “policy” when we chose to go there. I would have thought a little compassion would have been shown us. I felt she was very rude and didn’t even give us suggestions for where we could go. In the same parking area there was a UPS store and we checked there, but they didn’t have photo paper to make the copies on. The young woman behind the counter and the customer were very helpful and directed us to Walgreens. Thank goodness for their suggestion. Walgreens photo counter was super nice and had our photos printed in 10 minutes. They have new printers and the pictures turned out beautiful. Save yourself frustration and just go to Walgreens for photo copies.

3 strikes you’re out. We are huge firehouse fans but I have to give some constructive criticism to the Middleburg location as I have had issues with my last 3 visits. The first two visits we were told there was a 30+ wait on subs due to online orders. They had 3 employees. 1 at the register and two making subs. This maybe an issue of understaffing or delegation of tasks, but myself and 5 other customers that came in all left because we have never had to wait that long at a firehouse. The final straw for me was our online order. (Since apparently that’s the only way you can get subs from there)… we ordered two adult subs and a kids sub. Each sub was missing at least 1 element. Hero with no roast beef or mustard… hook and ladder with no mustard or lettuce. The kids Turkey was missing the cheese, chips, and the drink. Now this is also an issue with the delivery driver because they are supposed to at least check they have all the items, but I’m confident since each sub was wrong the restaurant in the culprit. I even tried to express these issues on my last visit, but was shut down so sadly resorting to a review I hopes better staffing or training can be put into place.

Bookmark System is confusing and bad!. I’ve use yelp for more then 15 years and the current app bookmark system is just silly and unorganized. It breaks your bookmarks into “collection” which isn’t a bad concept but the ability to organize filter and keep your private collections in alphabetical order or by food types is crazy. Every restaurant has their own food type label literally under the business and instead of them automating a system you have to create collections sift through the ones you’ve made and organize the restaurants and businesses on your own. That’s honestly crazy seeing as yelp already has organized the places for you. Simply bookmarking a business and having it auto sort based on a main function or agreed type creating groups based upon the businesses category and your interest. For instance fusion food could still fall under fusion or their separate categories. Even if yelp kept this current system you can’t organize if alphabetically which makes stream lining content very difficult. 😞 having to sift through all my collections after 15 years is antiquated. Yelp isn’t keeping up with the current app trends and has a opportunity to apply simple algorithms or AI integrated assistance. Feel like I’m stuck in 2005

Didn’t get our food on time.. So we ordered food last night. They assured us that even those it was closing we’d get the food delivered we ordered. Now mind you we live only .5 miles from them. Less then a 2 minute drive. So short story no food came. So we had to go out to eat pizza cause everything thing was closed by then. So sitting here at home tonight the next night and what happens? A knock at the door! And it’s my food I ordered the night before now it’s 9:02 pm alittle to late. So I called the manager told him everything and he says if you don’t want the food then just bring it back to him! Now we all know they can’t sell it to anyone else. And the driver was like I’ll take it back and he said I’m gonna eat the cookie. Just amazing how special people can be! I used to run a pizza place anytime food was late I’d apologize and tell the people to keep the food. But we never where a day late! Guess the employees must be hungry they can eat it since we’ve already eaten since we placed our order last night. Glad we have food to cook in this house and money do go out last night cause waiting over 24 hrs to eat what you ordered could make you hungry! 😂

Just ok. This app is helpful however I do not like it when you search for a specific cafe by name and lots of other cafes come up that are not what I am searching for. The map option is great though 😁

Forced download. The forced download of apps is not user friendly.

No longer supports iPhone 5 - why?. Since v12.6 Yelp no longer supports iPhone 5 (even running latest compatible iOS 10.3.3). There's no good reason for this. Touch ID isn't a pre-requisite for finding a good cafe.

Wine Valley Tours. Agnes and all the staff under the pump, all the staff made contact with guests and provided us with a great experience, we recommend this place in the Adelaide Hills tour for nice wine, great views and excellent staff service. Regards, George.

Beach House North Lakes. I got food poisoning there from a chicken caesar salad. I fell so sick 🤢🤮 and was not able to go to work the next day. When I called the manager she just brushed me off and said that I had no proof. My Doctor confirmed all my symptoms point to severe food poisoning.

Great food and beverages at a reasonable price.. Try the Poké bowl. It has many textures and Asian flavours.

Very disappointing- do not go. Wow. Perhaps your manager should know the rules before you kick people out and embarrass my family. The rules are 16 and over have to show vaccination proof - and yet you insisted on requiring my children who are under 16 to show proof of vaccination. And then, despite being told that they are vaccinated, but that we haven’t yet been able to download the certificate, you insist on hassling them and embarrassing them in front of the cafe. All because YOU didn’t know the rule. If you had the rule correct - no problem, that would be on us. But YOU had the rule 100% incorrect. You could have gone to the website to look up the rule - but you instead chose to harass and embarrass my kids. Shame on you. I will make a point of telling everybody I know to never go to your business ever. You have lost not just a customer for life, you have lost an entire family’s custom for life as well as all our extended family and friends. All you had to do was go to your phone or computer to actually look up the rule, but your arrogance prevented that from happening, and embarrassed my poor kids who you couldn’t even apologise to. Shame. Awful behaviour.

Just for developers to see. A very severe problem concerns the entering of delivery address. Although there are google maps’ suggestions, tapping it results unfathomably the notice of “we didn’t recognize the address”, thus effectively rendered me impossible to order. Plz fix ASAP!!!

Food and drink. I irdered a entree sized calamari at the the transport hotel yesterday and it was not any value for money I waited one hour or so for that small meal and also I didn’t get any aloili with it and no slice of lemon/ I just think that there should have been more organisation with the amount of people that they would have anticipated that would be entering the building and restricting the numbers if people entering the building / to give them better service and not have to many entering the numbers should have been monitored by some one at the entry and help things run smoother

New app update is irritating. I am getting an update for my yelp app but not getting installed as I am using iPhone 5s . It says phone not supported . I believe there is a bug in the update . It should only come as an update for iPhone 10 users . Yelp please rectify as it is bugging in phone again n again showing update yelp but doesn't work .

Why do you force people to download your app?. It is so annoying that they force you to download their app to confirm a dinner reservation. If you can build a mobile app, you can let me confirm from a web browser. I’m irritated I had to waste data to confirm my reservation. Enough to take the time to write you a 1 star review.

The BEST!. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly and the vegan ice cream is the BEST I’ve had anywhere, creamy and so flavourful (And I’ve tried a LOT) Also their vegan selection usually has quite a few options which is amazing, as most places only have one or two options and are usually only sorbet. All their flavours are fantastic but their cardamom is 🔥

Just goto any business and look at the suppressed reviews. Someone should shut these scum bags down. I do not understand how google allows them to operate on their platform.

Horrible app. Will never use this app again after hearing they will be giving out ‘racism badges’. Disgruntled employees or irate customers can and will use this maliciously against businesses. Sounds great in theory but there’s no way to prove the business is in fact racist. Very disappointed in Yelp for doing this to vulnerable businesses during a pandemic.

Boston pizza on Starlite in Regina, Sask. I went out for lunch with my ladies group of about 20 of us to the Boston pizza on Starlite in the east end of Regina. Even though we made a reservation, they were not set up for us . But once seated the lady serving us was awesome. She had no problem keeping up with all our requests. They advertise a Gluten Wise menu so I ordered the pick your own pasta in the GlutenWise Fusilli with Gluten wise Creamy Alfredo sauce , chicken breast and mushrooms. The chicken was hard as a rock , and I refused to eat it. The waitress advised that they cook the chicken breasts in the morning and keep them warm under heat. And reheat if necessary. In other words. NOT fresh. The noodles tasted fantastic but the sauce was almost non existent. I would say maybe 2 tbsp over a plentiful dish of GlutenWise noodles. She did bring me half of a cup more sauce. Noodles were quite tasty. I got home and had violent cramps that night from the so called Gluten free food. When I phoned today to make sure what I had was Gluten free the lady who answered the phone advised they cooked the gluten wise noodles in the same water as any other noodle and were not guaranteeing that it was gluten free. Only that it was Gluten wise. I did not know there was such a thing as Gluten Wise. So Boston Pizza. NOT IMPRESSED. Don’t advertise you serve Gluten Wise food because that is pure crap. Most people on a Gluten free diet is on it for a medical reason or for better health. You really made me Sick for over 12 hours. I would not recommend your restaurant to anyone. No stars for misleading customers with false advertising

Intrusively promoting alcohol consumption. Deeply dislike that I received push notification ads for alcohol. I had notifications allowed so that I could get quotes on some home repairs, and I got ads for margaritas etc nearby. Not my taste, but I know many people struggle to avoid alcohol.

So I can’t use Yelp on phone without app???. Yelp is integrated in AppleMaps, yet we don’t get access on mobile devices without downloading de 166mb app. First off, forcing me to download an app to access info available online is an insult, Quora did the same thing for a while and I stopped using the site until they woke up to their mistake. I hope Yelp gets this awakening as well because until then I WILL NEVER USE YOUR WEBSITE AGAIN, EVER. Now if only they would also stop coercing businesses into buying their paid ads, then Yelp could be good. Until then, avoid Yelp at all costs, there are many other options to choose from with much better business ethics.

Yelp is crooked. So today I submitted a review an honest review on a local Tim Hortons which is horrible. When I went to post my review I noticed my review fell under that not recommended reviews what the hell is that? And oddly enough the other couple of review was not recommended along with mine were also one star reviews on this Tim Hortons location.What the hell is that? Obviously yelp is being paid off to bury bad reviews I am deleting the app immediately they have gone south they used to be good but not no more the almighty dollar always wins.

Corrupt reviews. I’ve personally reported 2 reviews that I knew for a fact were written by employees or family of employees and both reports were rejected. This tells me to beware of businesses who have low star ratings and then suddenly there’s a 5 star rating posted. Even though fake reviews by businesses goes against Yelps policy, the reality is that they are allowing them anyway. With that in mind, it is now a useless source of information when trying to decide which businesses to spend our money at.

Support non-existent. Dumb 👎🏼. I use Yelp a lot. I do reviews and use the social part with other Yelpers everyday. Recently the push notifications stopped working. I didn’t change anything. They just stopped. Come to find out from other heavy users that this is common. Many of them have experienced the same problem from time to time. And it just keeps happening. The kicker tho? NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT!!!!! They have stupid FAQ’s that don’t help you with anything that anyone would need help with. We all know that Yelp is not the best or most popular app for finding restaurants and other businesses. And it never will be until they have a way to serve their customers and allow users to get the specific fixes they need. The developers are some of the worst. If things don’t get fixed not only will I delete the app but I will pile on the negative reviews.

Munchie’s best friend. Yelp has been a lifesaver, both at home and on the road when seeking good munchies, either full meals or snacks. Have found many places that are really good by going here first. Folks tend to give really accurate reviews that help in making choices of where to satisfy your appetite. So, if you’re using this app, please submit your review to help others. I tend to really focus on good places that I would send my friends to and return to myself. Mediocre, maybe send a review out. And if it’s bad, then it’s more a warning than a review. Fortunately, I have been steered to those that are 4 or 5 star places. And my thanks to all of those who have posted reviews that have helped us find great places to eat. Y’all are what make the bright side of social media. So, stick to munchies and leave the gossip on bathroom stalls where it belongs.

There is something wrong with this app!. I’ve used this app for a very long time and had great success, but recently, after one of the updates, it started telling me I’m not connected to the internet. I know I’m connected to the internet because I can open Safari and get to any website, even Yelp’s website online, but if I want to read a review, and hit more, it wants to open the app, which then tells me I’m not connected to the internet again! I’ve tried a reset of network settings. Turned the phone off a couple times, checked my connections. There is nothing out of the ordinary on my phone, plus, it won’t even work with my WiFi while at home. So now Yelp is useless to me altogether. Please advise as to what might be the problem with this. I have an iPhone XS and everything was fine until about a month ago.

Great way to find some POPular places!. Yelp is a tremendous help for people who need to find their way around town. Reviews can also change though in a heartbeat when there is a new owner, chef, assistant, hairstylist, etc. If it’s the same cast, there may be consistency but you have to keep in mind that there could have been a recent life change to your favorite person or company too with a milestone event occurrence (ie. Got married, had baby, went to school, someone died, partied the night before, medication after effects) and it impacted their mentality to operate normally. That’s the risk you take but generally it’s a wonderful resource to pinpoint the best place to eat, drink, and be merry with an oil change and:or get those fancy nails done…the whole shabang!!! Enjoy but please don’t take me word for word on my review.

Bad Customer Service. JIA Asian Fusion is always good. Being a NJ transplant, I’ve been eating Chinese food for over 70 years. When I was little, it was the only restaurant food we ate. Since we moved down here, we’ve found it hard to get good sushi or Chinese food near our Lake Wylie home. After finding JIA quite a few years ago, we are willing to make the 30 minute drive whenever we get a craving. Tonight it is New Years Eve. We took out early, so the wait was short. My husband’s sashimi was amazing. We also love the hot and sour soup filled with whatever and lots of it. The egg roll was like those of my youth. I decided after all these years I should see what Moo Goo Gai Pan actually was. It was amazing. Thin slices of white meat chicken, crispy pea pods, carrots, and lots of mushrooms in a wonderful mild white sauce which tasted great with some hot mustard. First, not last time to be ordered. Thank you to JIA!

Parking at Bodensee. Hands down Bodensee is probably the best German cuisine in Helen, however the parking or lack of parking is AWFUL!!! Every time we come to Helen we make it a point to eat at Bodensee however I no longer want to eat there because of the parking. Originally (several years ago) the parking lot had picnic tables covering most of the parking lot and a roped off section that was clearly for the owners. It was no big deal because they had a gravel parking lot right next door. Well now the entire parking lot is covered with picnic tables (again I get if for more seating, even though it is the dead season) but now the entire gravel parking lot is roped off with “private parking” and I noticed the same owners vehicles in the parking lot and that is it. We are with people that can’t walk a mile to eat at a restaurant and the other parking lot down the road in no longer open either. Bodensee needs to open their lot back up for parking for their customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately we won’t be back until the parking can be improved.

MARIA IS THE BEST!!. My wife and I had both our wedding bands completed at Acredo. Maria was hands down the best jeweler we’ve ever interacted with. She was thoughtful of our budget and our wishes. She worked tirelessly to find us our perfect match. The whole experience from beginning to end was so pleasurable. I would highly recommend Maria and her expertise. There was no immediate buyers remorse or guilt because we got exactly what we wanted at a price point that was right within our budget. Maria made us feel not like a sale was transacted but more like we just purchased jewelry from a long time close friend. That’s the feeling you will leave with when you walk out of Acredo! As to the unwarranted 1/5 star review above, I’m glad you went elsewhere. Company’s policies don’t change per customer. They are what they are.

Review for the APP!!. Dispute all of the bad reviews (which are really just people who don’t know how to use the app🤦‍♀️) this app is great! I love the surprise me, which my family uses daily lol! It’s very nice how it’s connected with the “maps” app, so I can just see what’s around me, click on a place, and see Yelp reviews! One thing I would change is just being able to claim businesses. I guess it’s okay, but you should have to contact yelp and show evidence that you work there or something. (I haven’t tried claiming a business, but there’s just a button) other than that, perfect! I feel like people should be able to review neighborhoods, maybe? I know it’s more of a food and fun stuff app reviewer, but even if you made another app for neighborhoods would be awesome! Pope Memorial SPCA. 2 years ago I adopted my beloved hound mix from Pope Memorial. I cannot praise Dave enough for his big heart and skill in helping my Skeeter adapt to Pope Memorial, where Skeeter had been received after his commute from Mississippi. I cannot express how pleased and thrilled I was with all the staff who were so warm and welcoming. The world needs more people such as these staff members. For comparison, many adoption agencies were so so to disappointing. I did not work with the staff of several pet adoption groups, as the times being Covid the pups were spoken for before my paperwork was completed. Several small heartbreaks. However, the worst experience was working with agencies who were slow to respond, didn’t seem interested in helping potential adoptive parents, or who didn’t respond at all. Pope Memorial’s staff are the best.

Extremely Disappointed. Where do I start? First off, the employees of YELP are the most obnoxious people I’ve ever come across. They will harass business owners to try to get them to pay for ads, even if they do not want nor need ads. If you don’t answer their persistent phone calls they start emailing you rudely and in an attacking manner. Second, I recently experienced a user of YELP give a small business [of 14 years with all 5-star reviews] a 1-star review telling complete lies in attempt to discredit said business- all because this person wasn’t able to get a spot in this child care. The business owner can prove this person is telling lies because what she is complaining about is something as simple as saying the business didn’t answer her messages and yet they did in fact answer her, multiple times. YELP can see this and chooses to do nothing about it. Unbelievable that YELP does nothing to protect small businesses who have worked 14 years to build their business and create a great standing in the community. All YELP cares about is money.

Very rude stuff. I’m grubhub driver , I had on line order which I have to deliver to customer. I have instructions that my order awaits me in lobby and limited time to do my job. I parked my car and went to lobby which was closed. Then I decided to not drive- through, but walk -though because I had no time went back to the my car. I stood in line by myself, confirmed my order and when I suppose to pick up my online order, it wasn’t ready. More over, when I asked girl how it could be that online order still doesn’t ready to pick up, she just shutdown the window in front my face and refused to give me my customer’s food. When I asked about reason her behavior, she said because I wasn’t inside car she didn’t give me my client’s order. It’s insane. She also started threaten me to call to police. I was no time to continue this arguing, so I called to my support service and cancel the order. I so sorry that my customer didn’t receive their food. If you don’t want to be upset because of rude stuff, please, choose another place for having your dinner.

T-Mobile. I canceled my former home Internet, and cellular service and signed up with T-Mobile. I am very happy. The Gateway router, which is free, just plugs into the wall, and there are no other connections. I put it upstairs near a window and it delivers very sharp clear pictures on all my TVs - so much better than what I was accustomed to. It almost feels like I have a new TV. The iPhone 15+ is great of course. I got cellular, home Internet, and a new phone, and paid zero and my monthly bill will be a little bit less than with my former carrier, so I’m happy. After I did this the very next day my former carrier jacked up my Internet charge $20 so it was serendipity that I got out when I did. I also found Ben, the store manager at T-Mobile, so accommodating, and I recommend you bop in there and see what they have.

Worst Customer Service Ever!. We are new to the area and have been trying new places and decided to give them a try. Ordered through Yelp and as we were driving there it showed are order was ready. We arrived and it was not and there was a long line and they were busy with only one person at the counter. When I asked about our order they first said they didn’t have it. Then after a while and they said they found it but it wasn’t all ready. The first thing that they gave us was a cold item that ended up being soggy by the time the rest of the order was done. Then after proceeding to tell us they were working on our order 4 other groups of people ordered and their food was brought out before they finished our order! When I brought it to their attention they said nothing. The one order had clearly been sitting around a while before they made the other one because it was cold. They just handed it to us and said nothing and didn’t try to remedy what happened. Worst customer service ever.

Yelp is Fantastic!. As an avid user of Yelp, I am absolutely blown away by the level of service and community that this platform provides! From finding the perfect restaurant for a night out with friends to discovering hidden gems in my city, Yelp has truly elevated my experiences and made me feel like I am a part of something special. Not only is the platform incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the reviews and recommendations from other users are always spot-on and helpful. I have never been let down by a recommendation from Yelp, and for that, I am truly grateful. Overall, I cannot recommend Yelp highly enough. Continued Great Experiences. Absolutely love this veterinary clinic because of their staff and customer service. They love on my French bulldog from the second we walk in and provide genuine care for my dog as if he were their own. Having a frenchie, I wanted to ensure the best care and treatment due to their sensitivity (and because we treat him as a human child), and I haven’t once been disappointed with this clinic. I appreciate that I don’t feel judged by the staff for the behavior or condition of my dog. My frenchie loves the staff at this clinic and tends to jump up on them because he is so excited — the staff is always welcoming of him and never pushes him away or makes me feel bad about his excited behavior/tendencies (which we are working on). Additionally, we brought our frenchie in for some skin issues he had been battling that we were hoping would just go away with some clinical shampoo and probiotics. When we brought him in, I didn’t feel critiqued or shamed for why we didn’t bring him in sooner. He was shedding some of his hair with this condition and the staff wasn’t upset about shedded hair on their clothes either. These are things that as a dog owner you can feel embarrassed by, and this clinic does a great job with our frenchie as well as how I am treated as the owner.

Disappointing. Being a novice I was looking for recommendations on houseplants. I approached one employee and said, “Hi”. They said hi back and scurried away quickly. Amused, I tried again with another employee and had similar results. Perhaps they were migrant farm workers thinking I was there to deport them. On my third attempt I encountered someone who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and, helpful. I purchased 15 different houseplants. Upon bringing them home some were in good health, others had black spot, were dried out, root bound, etc. The frustrating part was the flying insects they came with. I treated with neem oil, sticky paper, and a granular soil additive to kill the eggs. I went to Mahoney’s thinking they were a high end garden center and thought paying the high prices I’d be rewarded with a superior product. I must say in the future I’ll stick with Lowes or Trader Joe’s to save myself some money and get healthier plants that haven't spent months being ignored on dark shelves. Thanks to the one employee who actually did have people skills.

Worst experience ever!!. We had visitors from AL, AK, and HI, and although we had never been here before, we decided to try it. BAD DECISION!! We were sat at a table with two grills and one didn’t work. Due to the number of people in our party, one girl was not feasible. Only 3 people in the party could eat off of the one grill. We initially asked to move to the other empty table and was told that only had working grill as well. We gave management the opportunity to fix it, but once it couldn’t be fixed, we asked for some sort of compensation the bill due to fact that 4 people didn’t have the chance to eat. The manager said he could give us 10% off the bill. After explaining to him that 4 people didn’t eat anything and 10% was not going to suffice, he decided to remove two meals off the ticket. I think it’s awful they are seating big parties at tables with one working grill. Before leaving, we witnessed them seat another big party at the other table with one working grill and gave no warning that was broken as well. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Yelp needs a bad review in its own app!. Countless times I have deleted this app from my phone. I despise that Apple has teamed up with Yelp in Maps. Not once have I been able to use the app or the website with any functionality. For instance, today I looked up a restaurant in Maps. It had only a couple stars. So when I click on one of the bad reviews, it attempts to open the Yelp app, which of course, is in the cloud, so now I have to reinstall. When I get to the app, there’s no internet connection, which is untrue, because all of my other apps are working. After fiddling with the app and Maps, I finally figure out that one of the tabs says Yelp’s app is under maintenance. Perturbed, I go to Yelp’s website and click on the same review, just for it to open the stupid app again. I just want to read the stinking review. If I’m on the website, clicking on the review shouldn’t automatically open the app. It should just let me read the dang review. So, for the umpteenth time, I’ve deleted Yelp again. Useless app.

Getting Back Into Yelp. I decided to get back into Yelp because I have more time on my hands to visit restaurants and coffee shops. The app is easy to use once you get to where you need. Here are a few issues that can improve the app. 1. The profile page needs to be revamped to make it easier to find your past reviews. I always have a hard time finding it. I also want more options to update your profile in the app such as changing your name. 2. I don’t like how the “Share Your Experience” is the first thing you see on your profile page because chances are, I haven’t been to those places. It’s a wasted space. 3. Adding a review also needs to be easier. The button is flushed with the contact information and you can easily miss it if you’re scrolling on the business’ page. 4. Businesses need to update their information. Yelp needs to hold businesses responsible for ensuring their information is up to date. Business hours and menu item/prices are often out of date 5. The photos need to show in chronological order. I’m flipping through the photos and it jumps from 2 months ago to 12 months ago. I wish there was a way to view the photos in order. 6. Please offer a dark mode. Overall, a great app for getting quick information and reviews for businesses. I just need them to update and add the features I mentioned above.

Left Wing Slander Forum. I do believe at one point in history, Yelp was an innovative and useful platform for consumers to make decisions on how and where to spend their money and time. However, with time, it has become insanely polarized politically. From wild accusations of racism against businesses everywhere, to tattle tailing about “mask enforcement” and health passes during the pandemic. I can’t tell you how many bars, restaurants, and stores have one star ratings dragging them down with claims of racism that are unsubstantiated by any fact or evidence. Had a bad experience with customer service? Must be racism. There couldn’t possibly be another explanation to these people. It’s sad because a lot of businesses probably lose money over these unverifiable claims. I will no longer use the platform because it has become too time consuming to wade through the trash reviews. Not sure what the alternative is, but I suggest everyone jump ship. It doesn’t matter where you fall politically, this kind of behavior is helping no one, and hurting everyone.

Horrible drive thru cashier 🤮. Ordered to tacos. Gave the women at the window $3.70 transaction was $3.69. Gave her 3 ones and 70 cents in change. The change on top of the ones. 35 cents slides off to the ground. And she insists I give her another 35 cents. She can plainly see the 35 cents on the ground. I open my car door( not easy to do in a drive Thru) I gave her the change firmly in her hand to make sure she had it. She got very aggressive threatening if I wasn’t nice she would not give me my order. In return I ask for my money back which she gave me. Being accused of being the one who dropped the change is ridiculous. She the one who had her hand out could have used two hands if needed. Knowing she could see the change on the ground she could have have someone get it after I left. 35 cents (really) I work within 2 blocks the location with 8 employees who I guarantee will never go there( ever) again.I will at every opportunity voice my negative experience. Those 8 people including myself will turn to 200 by mouth negative reviews. I hope the 35 cents was worth it. !!!

If your black don’t go here. I came today to fulfill a service that was promised before purchasing. I came for an oil change a few weeks back and asked the assistant manager Joseph Frederick if they offer in between oil change top off’s because the oil burns frequently due to the car I have. He said no problem. I told him I normally go to Jiffy Lube who offer same service. Again he said no problem….so he took my money and now when I return to fulfill the request the Manager Matt is so rude and standoffish and refusing to honor what his assistant promised. It’s like I have no value as a customer. His assistant is telling him that he did have the conversation with me. Yet the manager looks at me as a Black Women and is treating me little respect. Dismissive behavior, telling me to call customer service. It’s so sad to be treated this way. If I were a person of Caucasian decent I would have never been treated with such little regards. This isn’t a business I’d ever give my money to further. I’ll go back to Jiffy Lube where I’m treated with respect and where I’m valued.

service not so great. Was pleased at first but was disappointed when the check came. Food was delicious but when I was ordering my entree the server said that a salad was included so I ordered a ceaser. When the check came it was a $5 upcharge!! Which the server did not mention when I ordered it! Also someone ordered bread for our meals when the check came It was a $6 up charge which again our server didn’t not mention the up charge upon the bread being ordered. Bread was brought to us earlier but not nearly enough for the amount of people we had in our party and again the bread was supposed to be part of our meal. When we brought up the up charge for the bread the server stated that “I could’ve charged you $9 but only charged you $6” not only is this unprofessional but rude. The server seemed to only care about her tip and didn’t not care to mention when things cost extra. Tip was included and again was not mentioned by her. This encounter had thrown me off so I do not know if I will it be coming here again.

I’m not giving it another chance…. I’m not here to bash anyone and I am not angry… But I’m very disappointed…. There are many reasons but I’ll share my recent experience. My telehealth appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I was stuck on a video call…. By myself for 40 minutes!… After the 15 minute mark, I called the office and the auto message announced that they were CLOSED for the day…I asked questions without a response, sent a message to the doctor without a response and called the on call staff and all they did was take a message after my 2nd call. ( I have screenshots). I am still waiting on a call back. You can’t play with matters of health. It’s not a life threatening emergency room type of issue but an urgent issue that I hung on for until our appointment that MUST be addressed. As I grow wiser, I really can not accept this treatment. I’m not coming back. I’ll have to find a more reliable practice. Forget about 10 years of loyalty to a practice that really could give a dang about your life…..

Good app- Please fix this one thing.. I try to write positive reviews as much as bad and mediocre. Too often we only see reviews that were incentivized or by only those people motivated to write a review and that usually means a bad experience. Because of this I may leave a review and return to it later, maybe this dinner will make me sick, the delivery will be delayed or the product will fail or I want to give the place a chance to fix what I instinctively want to rake them over the coals for… so my reviews are sometimes long. When you return to an unfinished review and try to read it the software keeps rolling back to the top or the bottom depending on where the cursor is. It can happen so quickly you can’t move the cursor to keep it where you are trying to read so you can adjust your review or word it better. Please fix this. Thank you.

Don't waste your time. We had gotten to this location at 5:50 pm on a Saturday evening. We were seated immediately then the waitress arrived to take our drink order, but brought no water. We waited for 20 minutes just to get water and drinks. We didn't get our food for over an hour. The waitress barely showed up, and when she did , we had to ask for everything. There was no explanation on why the food was so late as we witnessed other tables getting their food and leaving. When we requested to speak to the manager, they suddenly became very apologetic and stated that they were having trouble with the fryers. There was only one order on our table that needed to be fried. When we got our food, it was cold. They did the right thing and didn't charge us for our meal, but this whole experience was ridiculous. I haven't been a big fan of Cheddar's to begin with, and this has reinforced I have a good reason not to be. Good luck staying in business with such bad service. There's too much competition to waste time here. Ugh

What, wait, wait, yuck. We had to wait for a very long time to get a table even though there are only a few people ahead of us on the sign in list. Once seated we had to wait for amvery long time to get drinks ordered. Then we had to wait a very long time before we receive our drinks. Then we waited a long time for our food order to be taken. And we waited for a very, very, very, very, very long time for our food to arrive. The food was good but I just took so much time that it wasn’t worth it. In addition the bathrooms were having “difficulties” – the men’s room was closed because water was coming out of from under the door, The women’s room was closed because water was coming out from under the door. They let people use the bathroom in the managers office. The toilet in it did not flush, the poor frazzle manager said she would take care of it. Only two people cooking for a crowded restaurant, staff running around chaotically, t take out orders took precedence over dine in, nasty bathrooms. We will not be back.

Unsatisfied customer. When I write a review and it’s a five star review, I think it should be posted. It should not be algorithm and put aside for the public not to see because some computer or software thinks it’s not legitimate, or doesn’t like what was said however, when someone slanders a company by calling them names and making accusations that cannot be proved, but is based on the assumptions of what they say, those should be removed, therefore when you’re paying this company Yelp for your advertisement, they should probably take your word over this one individuals, word or two individuals, words or three individuals words that would make negative statements upon a company when you have dozens and dozens and dozens of positive reviews, elsewhere and example, Google, Angi Leads, thumbtack, Nextdoor, and so forth. My point is Yelp is not for the people that work with them. They are not for their clients. They’ll take a word with no proof of negativity rather than a positive word to help support the local businesses. Thanks Yelp great job here’s your one star review how do you like it?

Christ the King Church Topeka, Kansas. Normally I wouldn’t dare rate a church in a bad manner but I have experienced so many issues with this one in particular. Mainly the parents, who seem to think it’s perfectly fine to fly out of the parking lot, after picking up their child, and blowing through the school zone. No care or concern for other children or for the community as a whole. These school zones were put into place to help insure the safety of CHILDREN. But this is Topeka and no parent here cares a thing about anyone else’s child, except their own, and even that is questionable. All I can say is; what would their Jesus do? Apparently he would slam his vehicle into anyone who is in the way of these satanic Christian parents! Follow the rules of this country or get out. You have no right putting anyone, especially a child, in harms way! This is not an isolated incident, it is a daily problem, especially from this church, as I live in this neighborhood and am out here during school zone hours! Sad and pathetic but not at all surprising as this town is full of evil hate!

Don’t Buy from Ashley In Melbourne. I recently visited the store in search of a recliner. I am having surgery soon and knew I would have to sleep in it for a while. After trying every one in the store, I finally chose one. It was delivered and I noticed later that day that it made a horrible noise. I just thought that it was new and would quit. 🤦🏼‍♀️ It only got worse. I also noticed that the recliner shimmied from side to side. I called the store and was told that it was “as is” so basically deal with it. The lady was very rude. I contacted my salesperson and told him to disregard checking on another piece of furniture I was interested in. He said that “as is” only applies to floor models which mine wasn’t and he would check into it. Needless to say I haven’t heard back from him. I also checked the recliner and the boards (whatever they are called) are broken. The chair is slightly lopsided. So, after $600+ the chair will be trashed and I will have to get another one from somewhere else. I’ve always liked Ashley and have bought a lot of furniture from them. Never again.

Pods moving and storing. Just a shout out to PODS moving and storage. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. It was our first time using this type of movers, but they were right on, from drop off ,to load, pick up to transfer out of state, and then deliver to new home. Always were there when they said they would be. Let’s us know the night before of the estimated window time, then driver called with ETA when he was about an hour away. Both times ,they were right on time. The drivers that dropped them were very knowledgeable and helpful, and an extra big thank you to Justin W. The final driver, for being courteous and careful when placing the POD exactly where we needed it on the driveway. Sorry I didn’t get the first drivers name, to mention him as well. Will use PODS again for final move.🌴🌴Cher🌴🌴CC

Gas center never has attendant .. Everytime I go to the fuel center there is NOBODY there. Doesn’t matter if it’s the morning or the evening the lights are but there is never a person just an empty room with hours saying they are open. Last time there was a note that said “ Be rite back”! Waited 20 mins and nobody ever came. I would venture to say that 70% of the time there is nobody working the register there. I’ve called multiple times to complain and I am always told the same thing that “they are short handed and don’t have anyone to work there”. That’s ridiculous. Pull someone from the main store and have them work out there. You wouldn’t close the main store if you were short handed so why the fuel center? And if it’s closed then at the very least put up a dam note saying that so that way people don’t wast their time waiting on someone who is never going to come. It’s rather rude and inconsiderate and a complete disregard for the customers time.

Planet Fitness is a life changing environment.. Their tremendous investment in exercise machines eliminates any excuse you might have thought you had for not being fit. I have never found that I had to wait to move to the next set. There always a multiple number of targeted machines waiting to help you improve your life. A little effort results in improved fitness. Not to mention the monthly membership is extremely reasonable especially the Black Card Membership. It’s still up to you. But with a Planet Fitness membership you can blame only yourself for not being fit and reaping all the benefits of being so. If the entire adult population in the USA took advantage of a Planet Fitness membership we would be the fittest nations on the planet. Medical expense would drop significantly as would medical insurance. Of course the best benefit would be increased life expectancy giving you more time with your loved ones. Life goes by so fast already so get fit and spend years more with those you love. In my life I have had periods of being fit and not so much. Fit is better. I am 73 now and my goal is to get fit once again. I will start posting my progress on social media. Planet Fitness is my vehicle of choice. See you at the gym!

Do Your Research. Be very very wary & careful of using Yelp as far as reviews go. It’s obvious they differ from the reviews everywhere else & instead of risking my review being flagged - for sharing the truth - I simply strongly encourage you to be very wary of the accuracy & integrity behind the reviews on yelp & strongly encourage you to not base your judgement of ANY business etc solely on the reviews in yelp. If as a business owner you can buy guaranteed 5 stars, then HOW is any 5-star business to be trusted as such? Crías reference yelp reviews with other actual honest reputable ones out there as I have learned yelp is absolutely more like a digital RICO vs an accurate & honest reflection of truth about each business. I hope they either correct & go clean or continue to go down. The public may ne gullible but ultimately we are not stupid & will eventually figure it out & it’s already happening w/unethically processed apps like Yelp where many or maybe most highly rated businesses bought their reviews & other low rated here but great businesses with low reviews here did not pay. That’s more fascist than social. Well then there is that fine line between the 2 as well. Don’t get this app but if you do PLEASE be very careful with relying solely on their not honest nor accurate reviews - a google search will quickly remedy it often but even then never rely on just 1 or 2 sources - just my recommendation based on personal experience as a business owner

Can’t read reviews, very disorganized. UPDATE: I came to complain about how I can never view anything on Yelp, but it looks like I already did. Why can I not read any reviews or do anything? It’s not even a new app, they should have these things figured out by now………. Old review: I really don’t like how Yelp controls viewing ability of reviews. I’ll click on a review (wherever, whenever) and instead of showing me the review I clicked on, it will take me to the Yelp homepage or app. This has been happening for years and I’m finally letting them know. PLEASE FIX THIS! Because this completely ruins the point of reviews if you can’t read them. I’ve literally never been able to read a full Yelp review, they just show me the first sentence to peak my curiosity, and then I click to read it and it takes me to the Yelp homepage even thought I downloaded the app. Anytime I click anything it take me to the homepage for that matter. How do people use Yelp? It always, always pops up in internet searches; are people actually using it??????

Yelp deleted one of my reviews. I got a message from Yelp telling me they deleted a review from over a year ago claiming I had never been to the business in question. That is a bold faced lie. I had been to that location many times and had lived within a mile of it for two years. The restaurant is known for roaches, crappy service, and is named after a racist man who killed hundreds of people by his own hands (Che Cafe). Yelp will delete reviews for businesses they promote and will hide your positive reviews of the good businesses. This rating app is a complete scam. I’m deleting my profile and the app. I will never look at a Yelp review ever again as it isn’t trustworthy. Update: looking through the reviews in the Apple App Store at reviews for the Yelp app itself, I can’t believe so many stupid users are leaving reviews for restaurants/businesses in this section instead of in the app. There are literally people here saying why they love or hate particular restaurants instead of commenting whether or not they like Yelp. The movie Idiocracy was a prophetic. 🥴

An adventure. Goodwill by the pound is a gem to be found , many Northerners ( anyone not from Fla, lol …. And I’m originally from Georgia) can go find clothes ,especially and other good stuff for their family at a fantastic price . No , it’s not a high end store ,staff as in any place my be having a good day or bad day .I was told some people come in daily ,stay hours and hours rummaging through items , they pick clothes and shoes out and send back to their families in another country , that need them .I usually come in looking for particular clothing but end up finding much more . Kohls NWT’s work blouse for my daughter , a dress for my granddaughter’s honor program at school , or baby clothes for my first great baby due this year to name a few . They have a system on moving new stuffs in and it’s posted upon entering the store .

Catastrophically Bad Experience with Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision provided the worst service I have ever had. I was asked to pick up my car on a Friday evening at 6:00. When, I got there the car was not ready for pick up and the person responsible for my car was nowhere to be found. The next time I showed up for car pick up, once again it was not ready. After I did picked the car up, it had a new problem - one that had not existed before the accident. I was told that the repair was under warranty and I should just bring it in anytime. Once I arrived, the manager drove it around the neighborhood, heard the problem m, but insisted “I cannot diagnose it” and therefore cannot repair it. (it’s 2023 - who could diagnose a problem simply by driving a car around and listening?). his proposed solution was for me to go to a dealership pay for a diagnosis prove that it was linked to the original accident and then bring the car back to him. I am reporting the incident to my insurance company, will file a consumer complaint, and discourage anyone from ever using these people.

Mentally Destroyed. There’s an elder black woman with red hair about 230lbs . She made fun of me because of my reading and comprehension, English is my second language however she had no compassion and held back at all when she asked me “ can I read “ , “ do you even have money “ she beckoned “32” and did a “ 3 and 2 “ hand gesture as if I don’t know numbers ? excuse me miss , let me tell you something , you weigh more than me and my brother put together that’s why you trying to bully me ! Childless , bitter weird old lady . You deserve to be let go and black balled from all DSS services I promise you I will stop at nothing until you are . You will never be able to do this to anyone else ever again! Everyone is so sweet! But when I finally meet you, you have everything else to say negative about me but you can’t apply the knowledge of reading and cognitive skills to pick up a diet . Brush your teeth and wash your face before you come for me or anyone else that’s just trying to get their business done .. no one cares about you projecting your depression on to us !

La Carreta International mall. My husband and I are regular diners at La Carreta and we frequent several of their locations. The location at the International mall is very convenient so that is our go to place for a quick meal. We have always enjoyed the food there , however , our last few visits have been disappointing. The servers appear stressed and overworked , the food is brought out luke warm at best and the food is served piece meal. Today my husband ordered a palomilla steak with white rice and black beans. The black beans were brought out first and the steak and the rice several minutes later. Inevitably by the time the steak and rice arrived the black beans were cold. My husband asked for the beans to be warmed up. The server brought another bowl, and that was barely warmer than the one we turned back. I ordered their red bean soup and that was lukewarm to cold as well. I truly hope that these occurrences are only temporary and that they can go back to their “old habits” which for me made them one of my favorite places for a quick Cuban meal

Alicia Anderson Photography. I can’t say enough great things about my boudoir photo shoot experience! Alicia was so professional and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. She had a hair and makeup stylist waiting for me when I arrived. For a little extra, Nikki applied my makeup, eyelashes, then styled my hair. Alicia brought me some delicious coffee then later brought out some champagne for me. I did one hour and found this deal on Groupon. If you want a professional photo shoot to give as a gift to a loved one or just for yourself, she is the one to go see. Her studio was perfect in her house and she coached me the whole way through. I got the pics back in under a week and let me say, they turned out even better than I expected! Book a session with Alicia now. You won’t be disappointed in any way!

If you use this, you’re not a good person. Anyone who writes Yelp reviews, I am speaking to you on a personal level. Who raised you to be such a coward? Can you not leave a review on a site that isn’t biased about the amount of users it has that review? Yelp considers any person any person that hasn’t left multiple reviews “not recommended”. So a company can have 10 reviews, all 5 stars aside from one unhappy customer who did not even have to receive said service. That customer leaves a 1 star review. The other 9 happy customers aren’t represented by Yelp, because they haven’t left enough reviews. So, that company shows a 1 star rating.. Is that fair? If you say yes, I suggest you drive staring at the sunset in the direction of a beautiful cliff view of the Pacific Ocean. It’s a beautiful view, just PLEASE do not stop. You and all of the rest of us will not be sad. Not even remotely. Yelp is trash. If you support it, you likely support President Brandon and should reevaluate all of your life choices, because you are not good at making them.

Overlooked. My wife and I are in town for Mardi Gras and decided to get some this pizza my sister has been raving about. Walked in the door at 7:35 pm and was told there is over an hour wait. There’s only about 4 tables with people and about 11 other tables and booths empty with half of them dirty with dishes. We get seated and wait at least ten minutes before we were told by the lady seating us that she will take our drink orders until the waitress arrives. Ok we give our drink order and inform the lady we are ready to order. Fifteen minutes pass with us just sitting there and noticed a couple who arrived ten or more minutes after us was being served. We wait almost another ten minutes before my wife stopped one of the other waitresses and asked what was the hold up. Apparently no one was coming to our table because the waitress thought we had already been waited on. The restaurant closes at 9pm but the doors were locked before 8pm. I don’t think I will be returning to this restaurant again.

ACE Automotive, SCV, CA. Be very cautious about taking your car to ACE automotive on Railroad Ave Santa Clarita. I have used them for years but now their quality and integrity seems to be in question. I spent $500 for six spark plugs and one ignition coil earlier in the week. One ignition coil had failed at 88,000 miles yet they felt they only had to place one. Statistical reliability says if one out of six failed at 88,000 miles another failure is just around the corner. Two days later after picking up the car the transmission shifting cable broke. Parkway Cadillac/ GMC says that the cable should last 150K to 175K miles. When that cable broke the car was inoperable and was towed back to ACE were they again charged $440 to replace the cable. The Internet says it should only cost $260 to replace, parts and labor. Skeptical billing have been made by other friends. Just be careful if you continue to use ACE automotive. especially if something goes wrong with your automobile a couple days after you pick it up.

Never coming back again. I ordered and waited, like all others. Yet, I can hear the workers giggling and laughing, and then they finally hand us our order. Now, as always, I check the food bags while we’re driving off. The order was wrong. They didn’t give us two of the sandwiches we ordered. Which belong to two of my kids, so we go back. We let them know what we’re missing. The worker at the window says ok she’ll get it. Comes back and says she needs all the food bags back and instructs us to wait at the door curbside. We do that, no issue. I’m already annoyed at this point because we’re not the ones working for Arby’s so why are we giving food back through the window? Anyways. So she takes the food bags back and we wait at the curb. About ten minutes pass, and she comes out empty handed asking for our receipt.. Making zero sense. We’re the only customers here. No customers before or after us. No customers inside the restaurant. So, again we give her the receipt and she’s gone again. Still sitting here, wondering how they expect to resolve such a small situation. All you have to do is make the two sandwiches you didn’t make the first time- when I ordered it. Sooooo, here we are, a family of 5. Sitting in our car wondering why our “fast food” order has become a waiting time from beginning to current - similar to waiting for food at Olive Garden. Mind you, this is our first time ever coming to Arby’s. We wanted our kids to try something new. Never. Coming. Back. Again.

Ewald Kubota in Georgetown is worth the drive. I bought my first Kubota , a 21 inch mower , I was helped by Justin who did a super job . The mower is a fine , sturdy , extremely well made , functional and beautiful machine . The best push mower i believe on the market, i own a honda hrx, toro time naster , snapper ninja , lawn boy sura firce commercial , none of them compare to cut quality , beefiness, workmanship , beauty of the Kubota , hands down best mower . Im starting my lawn care business with this as my go to and the others will be back ups . I highly recommend you deal with Justin in Georgetown Ewald Kubota . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last night I placed a takeout order and when I got home I found around 4 black straight hairs tangled in the fish ( when I went to go pick my order up the lady packaging the food had her long black straight hair down with no hairnet or anything. As anyone would I called the restaurant to see if they could give me my money back and the lady that picked up the phone was rude and dismissive she called her self “pipi” as I was trying to explain the situation to her she cut me off multiple times and kept telling me that unless I have a photos of the hair she couldn’t do anything because they “don’t believe the customers” which is not only disrespectful but but also very accusatory. I then went on to ask to speak to a supervisor which she then got very aggressive and told me no and that I could only speak to her. This is heartbreaking because this is my favorite sushi place and to be treated with this kind of behavior and disrespect is just beyond me. I hope “pipi” learns how to treat customers and learns how to handle uncomfortable situations better. Very disappointing

Regal Upholstery Las Vegas. I looked for a reputable company to reupholster living room and dining room furniture and through Google I found Regal Upholstery. Being brand new to this type of service, I made a call and went into their showroom for an appointment. Not only was the staff unbelievably professional, they were very patient and kind with me. Heidi and Jay are the Grand Masters of that company and the three of us designed the most beautiful furniture and windows treatment I’ve ever seen before in my life! My Beautiful window treatment came Monday and my furniture today. I was literally crying of joy. It was beyond my expectation and I am incredibly hard to please. True Story! The craftsmanship and quality is Magnificent!!! If You want excellence, look no further. Regal is the Best of the Best in Every Single way!!!! Thank You Heidi and Jay!!!
