Horrible bed. I am not one to leave reviews good or bad. However, I am so unhappy with our stay, I must say something. After my family suffered a double loss in four days, we drove 4 plus hours from our home to attend a family funeral in Abilene. We booked a double bedroom so my 76 year old mother could stay with us. She settled nicely and went right to sleep. My husband and I had the worst night sleep in a hotel ever!!! Our bed was like a bouncy house. It was the worst bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in at a hotel. I really thought for Marriott standards this was a safe choice for us. This bed was not anything like any bed in any hotel. Needless to say we endured another sleepless night after long hospital stays, waiting rooms, and faced the funeral of our family member with no sleep and total exhaustion all while paying over $123 for this awful pleasure. The next morning I inspected my 76 years mothers bed and it was very different! So, Marriott Courtyard Abilene we part ways here and I will take my business elsewhere that has an actual bed that can be slept in!!!

Protection plan. I thought two air plain tickets from Boston To Tampa FL, we were not sure of our return date so we spent extra $50 for flight protection. We tried to change the return date 1 day earlier, after I was on telephone line for 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold the agent told us the change is not possible, simply because we bought those tickets at the cheapest price, now why would you sell me a protection plan if you can’t change the dates if I wanted? I filed a claim through their site, and they started asking me why did I want to change the date ? and proof of employ Something Ridiculous, that finally made me just leave the claim page, and write this review. My advice to all people who use Travelocity not to buy the protection plan because it’s nothing but a Scam .now if Travelocity has a good ceo or who ever reads those reviews should Reimburse me that $50 without any questions. Bottom line I’m not gonna use their service any more .

My Go to for all my trips!. My fiancé and I travel a lot and we’re always looking for the best deals when we travel. I’m such a planner and I like finding the best options to make sure we always have an incredible time. Travelocity is my go to traveling site that I use. The site is easy to use, the prices are always the best, and it makes planning a trip so much less complicated. I just planned my entire honeymoon trip for our upcoming honeymoon in June all booked through Travelocity. I recommend the site to anyone who is looking to travel. I plan on continuing to travel as often as I can. I look forward to the deals I can find from now until the near future!

Support. Your support team doesn’t actually know how do use the app or can’t answer questions. They take way too long when someone’s on holiday to get back to you and by the time you get your answer that time has passed for you to take advantage of any tours. People that man the phones are not from the United States and read scripts. You need to do something about your customer support. You have way too much competition to be handling your business this way. I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed since I’ve used Travelocity for two hours almost exclusively and can’t get help using the app we’re getting help with customer service on particular tours and answering questions are not listed in your descriptions.

Smoking room and canceled room 2 consecutive days. This has been the worst experience attempting to book rooms in my life. We booked our stays a couple of weeks ago. The first night we were given a Smoking room when we didn’t ask for one and even looked at the app to see if we could specifically ask for a non-smoking room. My wife and one of my children both have asthma flair ups when near smokers so we were unable to stay, there were no rooms available in over 100 miles and we had to stay in our vehicle at a rest stop. The second night, after we had driven 10+ hours on the road with 2 small children, we were 30min from our second location when we received a notice that our reservation was not accepted and our room is unavailable. This is unacceptable. Travelocity, fix this problem…we are again without a hotel halfway to our destination without a place to stay to recharge and stay safe while driving.

Iffy. My partner and I planned a trip for this past weekend. After booking a hotel, we stumbled upon one that was a bit closer to where we were traveling and was cheaper. I cancelled the booking for the first one and received a cancellation email saying I would be issued a refund. Then I booked the new hotel which was very nice. After our stay, the next morning, I noticed that I was charged for both hotels. I called the one I cancelled and asked what had happened and they said that they didn’t see my hotel was booked through Travelocity and to call them back, not promising a refund. If my email says “cancelled with full refund from hotel,” i’m not expecting to still be charged. But the hotel we stayed in was very nice at a good price and we had a blast. Travelocity just need to work on their communications to the hotels so consumers don’t have to deal with this situation, because now I have to take time out of my day to handle something that should have already been handled. I won’t be using Travelocity anymore for this reason.

Horrible customer service. Our flight was delayed from our first airport, causing us to be to late to our layover flight at the next destination, after speaking to the airlines I was told Travelocity had to change the flights for me due to I booked through them and they control the tickets. I tried for 6 hours to get any sort of assistance from Travelocity, begged for someone to please just tell us what we should do or what would be the best course of action. I was ignored then after asking 5 times for a call, I was placed on hold &hung up on. I asked again for someone to return my call so I could get assistance, I NEVER received another call, asked probably 20 times. I went through the live chat, asked for 6 hrs straight for assistance, received absolutely nothing. I was told originally that basically I was lying, then that it wasn’t their problem, then just ignored. Asked for some sort of reimbursement so we could get another flight, told no- not Travelocity’s fault the flight was delayed. I wa s literally in tears as we watched everyone else in our situation easily get it fixed through Expedia and Priceline, yet we were stuck because Travelocity customer service is literally the worst of any type of company I’ve ever used. I will NEVER use this sight for any reason again and urge you all to avoid it as well. I begged them for 6 hours for help and received NONE.

Delete the app/don’t purchase through Travelocity. Worst flying experience ever using Travelocity. My travel time was 28 hours after I got 5 emails saying my flights have been changed over and over. When I would call and ask about rescheduling my flight, I would get left on hold for an over an hour and then get disconnected. There was no reason we should have a layover of 12 hours in an airport when there’s other flights available. Some of the reps would assure me that they would look into it and call me back but would never call back. I feel like they would leave you on hold forever hoping you hang up and they don’t have to deal with it. I called multiple days and try to chat online and every time they just acted like they couldn’t help me because they don’t even on the tickets themselves. I have used several different travel sites, but I will never use Travelocity again.

No customer service. : I wish I could get some customer service from Travelocity now. I’ve been a member for over 15 years. I have three flight tickets in Europe that I paid for through Travelocity. I need to cancel all three because the conferences I was attending in Europe have been cancelled. I tried canceling them my Travelocity app and couldn’t do it. Two of these trips I actually purchased travel insurance through you so I called the number provided. But they couldn’t help me until the flights were actually cancelled. Then I would have to submit claims for each one. What good is there in purchasing this travel insurance when you have to take all these steps to cancel and get refund. Others seem to be able to cancel trips with no problems since the Corona virus has caused cancellations for most events through the summer. Usually it is easy to do my bookings through Travelocity but these cancellation procedures are extremely frustrating. In the past, Travelocity has been able to contact me if they needed to reschedule one of my flights. Why can’t Travelocity help with these cancellation requests I have now?

DON’T. I will never use this app again. I had booked a hotel room back in November for March for a concert for almost $300 dollar and payed extra for insurance but we found out a couple days before the concert it was canceled so I called letting them know that we are not able to go because of this since we live out of state of where the concert was supposed to be and they told us that they will charge double for and the person who I spoke to in the phone was not able to give me any straight answers as to what I can do. He said that there was not any supervisor that I could talk with. When he gave me the phone number for the additional insurance I paid extra for in case of a situation like this, it led me to a medical alert company in which was a recording of someone speaking and would not let me speak to an actual person. I am extremely frustrated and feel like I have been taken advantage of. I will make sure to post my review of Travelocity on my social media as well as google reviews. There is poor customer service and lack of communication which is a cause for misrepresentation on your behalf.

Complete Scam. Worst owner ever. This lady pretended to be so many people it wasn’t even funny. She refused to issue me a refund even though it is literally on her await message if you call them that they honor all of their vendors cancellations. At first she tried to trick he into saying I canceled first, even though President Trump cancelled the airline for March 26th. Lufthansa Airlines told me she was flat out lying and told me to tell her that she should call Travel Control, Travelocity’s Boss, because Lufthansa issued the go ahead for the refund . She called and said I was correct, was going to issue me a refund and hung up on me. This happened twice before I called my credit card company to dispute it or take them to court. Either or I am fine with. I have everything on recording and she willingly knew she was being recorded and lied right to my face. Unfortunately I have to give this heap of junk 1 star or it would get 0. I’m sure the rest of the ratings are all her personalities too.

Horrible. I have been a LONG time Travelocity user. Even when people tell me that Travelocity is antiquated, I still stuck with them. Until a few months ago, we were on the road and went and booked a room for the next town we were coming to. Somehow Travelocity switched the reservation to a few days later instead of that day. I went to the hotel to check in and they said they didn’t have a reservation. I tried to contact Travelocity, but it was the middle of the night and the message I got said they were checking into it. We were exhausted so I went ahead and just paid for a room at the hotel we were at. At that point I didn’t realize they had switched the date. Long story short, Travelocity insisted on us paying for the reservation for a few days later, even though it was their app that caused the date to change. So Travelocity, you have permanently lost a very long time customer who has booked many many hotels, flights, rental cars and trips through you. I will delete the app after this review and never look back. Hope stealing $100 from a long time customer was worth it! I would avoid using Travelocity at all costs. Because it will end up costing you money. If they will do this to a long time loyal customer, who knows what they will do to anyone. I wouldn’t risk it.

Saved our vacation.. Air Canada cancelled our flight, the first leg of a trip to Norway. They sent an email 6 hours before the flight promising a follow up email with an alternate flight that never came. We left for the airport on faith, but Air Canada was unavailable by phone, had no one at the desk at the airport, and the website offered only an option to cancel the trip and not to reschedule. Luckily I booked through Travelocity and contacted them right away. Three Travelocity representatives and their supervisor worked for FIVE HOURS and finally got through to Air Canada and got us an alternate flight for the next day at the original price. FIVE HOURS. Thank you, Travelocity, for saving our vacation.

If you ever have an issue you are on your own. I rented a hotel for 2 nights through Travelocity Nov 3,4. We stayed the first night and the room had bugs in it I actually caught several in a water bottle to show the clerk. We of course weren’t going to stay the second night. The morning of the 4th I showed the clerk the bugs I had caught and told her we were unhappy and would not be staying our second night. The clerk said I would have to get my refund through Travelocity since that is how I paid. I contacted them later on the 4th to start a claim. The guy was nice and said he would have an answer within 72 hours. The next day I received an email stating they could not get a return from the hotel and that my claim had been denied because the hotel had not contacted them back. I contacted the hotel with no issues and they again said I would need to go through Travelocity and they had not received any communication from them. Back and forth emails got nothing but apologies from Travelocity but no help whatsoever. I will no longer use them and recommend you don’t either. Yes it is convenient and may save some money but if you ever have an issue you are on your own with no help.

Terrible service. I understand with the climate of today, it cannot be expected to be business as usual. With that in mind, I have been on a trip in Australia and with the airlines starting to shut down and government now issuing a warning for travelers to return home, I have been trying to contact Travelocity to change my flight home. No luck on phone or through on line chat, even though trying for the last several days. Airline won't let you modify ticket if you bought thru a 3rd party such as Travelocity - says they (Travelocity) have to change it but you can't get through to Travelocity to do that. On Friday (3 days ago) I received notice my return flight was cancelled. No word from Travelocity and still Couldn't get through via telephone or online. Ended up going through a booking a return flight on Expedia - waiting at airport now. One leg of the new flight was cancelled and within a couple of hours Expedia sent me an email with a rebooked flight leg. Let this serve as a lesson - I will NEVER use Travelocity again.

Could not get in contact. After a death in the family, my son who is in the service booked a flight from Europe to attend the funeral. So, I booked two rooms at the hotel. He called and asked us to stay until Monday to get him to the airport for a return flight. My first itinerary had us leaving on Sunday. Tried to contact Travelocity to change reservation; could not get in contact with anyone. So, canceled that reservation and set up a new one. Luckily that worked. Then son’s plans fell through. App said I could cancel his room before 6 pm but again could not get in touch with anyone. Now I’m trying to determine if I cancel the last two nights on my reservation. Still having the same problems. Will not use Travelocity again.

Not very good.. 1. We were looking for flights to and a hotel in Boston. The airline has the best deal; $20 less than Travelocity. 2. we were looking for flights to DCA. The flight was priced the same as American Airlines. We decided to book through Travelocity. Mistake. Immediately after pressing the confirm option, our itinerary never arrived (We received a notice on the screen stating that our itinerary would generate later. Please check in a few moments “. 12 hours later still no itinerary. Checked the credit card and there was indeed a pending charge to Travelocity. Called Travelocity customer service to address the issue. The rep was friendly enough but ultimately could only tell me what we already knew: The flight was not booked and that the hold on our card would be removed with a week. Meanwhile we’re down the original amount on our card while still having to book our trip. I’d recommend going through the airline or hotel directly. They usually have the same if not better deals.

DO NOT USE!!!!. If I could give 0 stars, I would! But obviously if I want to spill the tea I have to rate some kind of star. Where do I begin? The 5+ hour hold and then hang up in the middle of being serviced… then having to call back again and wait for another 5+ hours. I’m not kidding, I really wish I was. Or the going in circles, constantly putting me on hold, to read some kind of policy that I’ve heard many times but really doesn’t answer my question. Or the fact that I’m waiting on a $2,325 flight refund that was credited instead! My husband and I have been trying to go to Fiji for our honeymoon for over a year but due to the pandemic we are not able to. We have to cancel not because we don’t want to go anymore but because now Fiji is in level 4 for no travel as of 5/27. I have even proposed if Travelocity could use my airfare credits to book another flight to another destination that is open but they have refused and insist that we use our credits. It is impossible to use our credits for this year (which the deadline is 12/31) due to my husband and I not being able to take time off work. The summer is the only time we can travel and unfortunately we weren’t able to due that this summer because Fiji is in level 4 for no travel. I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism I have endured with this company and the lack of support and communication from customer service. Do not use Travelocity to book any future travels.

Car rental disaster. I went through Travelocity to rent a car for a trip to Florida. When I went to pick up the car there were over $300 additional charges above what I’d paid through Travelocity. The company, Routes, also said I was late picking up the car and the mid-size car that was reserved was no longer available so I was charged for a more expensive car. I was reluctant to pay the additional and contacted Travelocity but they said I could not cancel the reservation. While I believe the car company is unethical and untrustworthy, I feel Travelocity should not partner with these companies. It is such an unpleasant experience and that frustration can be avoided if Travelocity cared about working with trusted companies. I’ve learned my lesson and will book future cars with a company that I know and trust. I will not use Travelocity for car rentals again.

Would rate no stars if I could.. Currently sitting at the airport, and have been for the last two hours, working to get the rental car that I ALREADY paid for. And even though I paid for it and that transaction had no problem going through, I needed another $200 once I got here, on top of them running a credit check. After being denied for the credit check, they tried in a different name. So we go from $200, to $608. Once I asked for a refund to go to another car place to just get to go to the hotel that is waiting for us, we are told it will be about a month before funds reach our accounts. I am on a six day vacation after being an essential worker this entire pandemic. It is my birthday week. I have not even seen the hotel I will be staying at. My flight was a total of 3 1/2 hours. And I’ve been at the airport since 7am. It is currently 4:30pm. Do not book with this company. It’s all a run around.

Wonderful customer support. Since booking my trip through Travelocity, I have been impressed and thankful for the ease of comparing options and then keeping the itinerary in one place. However, when an airline cancelled my flight a few hours before I was to be at the airport, I was thrown into a tailspin. I contacted customer support at Travelocity and I was astounded by the help I received from Miji (my apologies for probable misspelling). She worked tirelessly to explore various options with me, stayed an hour beyond the end of her shift, and ultimately got me and my daughter to the airport in the nick of time to catch two flights, flying standby, to the end result of being able to keep our college visit appointments. Thank you!

Car rental not honored by Thrifty. Skip this garbage service and book through rental sites DIRECTLY. Arrived in MCO at 11:15pm. Booked same day car rental through Travelocity. Thrifty does not honor same day car rentals. I was turned away and stranded in Orlando. Had to pay 3x as much for a different car rental company and 90% of the rental companies were closed or out of available vehicles. Nightmare experience. I had even called earlier that day to confirm what terminal I was landing in so I could go to the correct rental pickup location. No one said anything about same day booking until I was turned away. I will NEVER use this garbage service again. Don’t let people book services that you can’t even get. I’m traveling due to a death in the family and it was the most stressful and horrible experience to go through while trying to get to my family. Never again.

Great for searching and/or planning a trip but useless for anything else.... Planning and booking a trip was fine but because my son contracted a viral infection 3 days into a 3 week trip and had to make an emergency return flight, the app was useless. Spent the better part of the day-more than 8 hours-on the phone with customer service trying to make arrangements. In the end it cost me an entire day of my time (and stress) and an additional $1000 (on top of the original $1700 for the 1st flight) to bring my son home. When I went back to the app to file a claim with the flight insurance I’d purchased, all of my flight info was gone and couldn’t be retrieved. Thankfully, I’m old school and manually document everything so I’ll be calling the insurance company directly. If that goes smoothly, I’ll raise the stars in this review. But buyer beware: this app needs major improvement!

Ms Stewart. I was in the middle of an emergency situation and needed a flight and chose Travelocity during this COVID pandemic due to the fact if there was any reason I couldn’t keep my reservation and cancelled within 24 hours of booking I wouldn’t loose my money and be charged. WELL!!!! That was the farthest rest thing from the truth. My flight didn’t get used and it was booked and cancelled within 12 hours of booking it and Flight was thru American Airlines and I got confirmation it was cancelled but my credit card got charged over $500 and I appealed and My credit card did dispute and they said flight went on as scheduled and I chose not to fly and therefore charged me full price without even offering a voucher or refund. American isn’t an airlines that requires cancellation directly with them when booked on Travelocity so I cancelled on Travelocity site. I’ve been battling with them since September 2020. Especially during these hard time taking a hit like this when all the advertising says free cancellation within 25 hours and you do and your still screwed. I won’t back down. This is wrong on many levels and would not RECOMMEND this site to anyone as their slogan is FALSE and they DO NOT STAND behind THEIR word.

Travel Safe, Travel Right. I have used Travelocity for years and I have never been disappointed. The places have always been friendly and attentive, and the service has always been good. I have had issues with small things and emergencies that have needed attention to but every time Travelocity has resolved it. I think their prices are reasonable and you rarely have to go somewhere else to find what you need. I will definitely continue using Travelocity and letting anyone who hears me know that they are the way to travel. I believe if you try them once, you’ll do so twice and even three times #enjoy and you’re welcome ☺️

Not impresssd. App is super slow in updating my travel profile information. When trying to add my family members it takes forever. In addition, for the key required fields like date mm/did/yyyy, the app requires the slash marks but doesn’t populate then itself, which is very annoying. Also find the app super buggy when trying to look at trip information. I just added in trip details about where I want to go, such as hotel area for the place I am traveling, but it doesn’t save. It is very difficult to change the default (eg Cancun airport defaults to Cancun vicinity, whereas I want to change and keep hotel area to Riviera Maya). Also would love to be able to click a setting like, Only non-stop flights, to make mu searching more consistent. Long story short, is that the website is way easier and more efficient to use.

Condado Plaza Hilton San Juan. I wish there was an option for no stars. Sorry for the long post ahead. After traveling all day, we arrived at the hotel at 4:30pm. We were told the room was not ready. So we went and had dinner in the hotel restaurant where the food was not very good and very overpriced. At 6pm still no text that room is ready. I go to the desk and told still not ready and it will be another 40 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager, Luz Rosado who was very rude. At this point, I have decided that we were not going to stay and called Travelocity to change hotels. Now it is after 7pm, Travelocity is not able to get through to Condado. So since I am on the phone with Travelocity, I take my phone to Luz Rosado and she states they have to call the hotel directly. Travelocity is on my caller ID and I tell her they have been trying to call for the last 40 minutes and no response. The Travelocity agent on speaker phone can hear how rude she was and quickly changed our hotel. I have traveled a lot and have never had to wait 3 hours for a room or experienced such rudeness. We are now staying at La Concha and it is far more superior.

Golden Parnassus golden staff. My two adult children and I just returned from Golden Parnassus. It has been our third vacation there. The food is both good and plentiful, the drinks flow like a river and the staff is second to none. Their staff is always eager to accommodate your every need . Special shout out to Fonsi. Fonsi is the most amazing bartender I’ve ever seen. He is an absolute machine behind the bar. You never wait for a fresh drink! He is also extremely cordial. He is a big reason why we are return visitors. His intellect and humor are worth having a drink across the bar from him. It’s amazing how he switches from English to Spanish as needed. Bar body shots use to be fun but for what ever reason they were not allowed on our last trip, I’d like to see them return.

Almost an entirely one stop shop. When I’m looking for a travel booking, I want to see all my options. In addition to getting the things done as planned, I want to stack up on rewards and see what payment options will give me the best use of my hard earned dollar. Travelocity is typically my number one resource for that. Where I think they could improve is a comparison tool, kinda like when your shopping for other products online you can choose 2-5 items and select “compare” to then see your top choices lined up side by side. Also, looking at the search results on my tablet looks like trying to watch a scenic view threw a long and short window. It’s just enough to hide everything your looking for in an initial photo.

Hard to get refund!. My friend got interview schedule at CA, so we booked full package, flight hotel car, and paid on Travelocity website. Next day, we received the email that the flight cost increased. Because we didn’t have enough budget, we tried to contact with phone number given on the email we received. Agent said we need to contact ‘service center’. I put the booking number on the phone and waited for ONE hour. Hung up. Called back to ‘alternatively contact’ and explained the situation. They keep saying that I need to contact service center. Called again. Waited on line for another ONE hour. Hung up. Lined up again and waited ONE more hour! 24hours 7days is a LIE unless they ignored my call. Because of 24hour refund rule, I downloaded this Travelocity App, and contacted the agent through the message. Finally, I contacted the agent and explained this situation to him, and they gave me the Full Refund! Agent was very nice. I really appreciate to him. Result was good, but we were exhausted during the process...

Confusing refund experience. I reserved a hotel room and needed to change it to the week prior. I called the hotel who said that needed to cancel through the Travelocity app. I did so with a virtual agent. At the end of the cancellation and a discussion with agent a ballon popped up to select the one o wanted to cancel along with a question ‘cancel then?’ I chose the one I wanted to cancel and thought it was complete. A full month later I received an email reminding me of my stay. (???) so I cancelled again… this was the day before the stay. I contacted the virtual agent again and told them I had cancelled. One hour later on the chat they told me I hadn’t confirmed. I told them What had transpired on the chat and asked why it had not been canceled. They told me that I had not confirmed and that I would not receive a refund. There was no recourse other than to contact the hotel. They were sympathetic but said they had not received a cancellation. They do not process the transaction until I check out- which I won’t be - the transaction would not go through so they would not receive the funds from Travelocity. They offered me a discount on a future stay. Basically Travelocity would keep the $ from the transaction. I think the virtual cancellation is confusing and too casual. In the future I will book with the hotel directly.

Corona Travels. Had $2,000 worth of flights (2 tickets) from ORD to RSW. With all the beaches, restaurants and “Stay Home orders”, we were in need of cancelling our trip. I tried calling Travelocity everyday for a week and a half as our trip approached in an attempt to cancel our tickets. There phone systems said they were down and unable to take the call and to fill out the cancellation request form and that we would receive a confirmation email with information stating if we got a refund or credit from American Airlines. As time passed, I never heard anything. On three occasions, their phones didn’t say they were down but had “over 2 hours” hold time. I wanted to ask someone if the cancellation was being processed as it needed to be done prior to the departing flight. I held on hold for a combined total of 3hrs and 14min. All three times, the call just dropped me from it (not a reception issue) and i never heard from Travelocity. Not by phone or email. My flights were never handled. I ended up holding for over an hour to speak to the airline directly and handled it myself.

Beware. Scam alert. I had a cancellation last year from catching Covid. So I got a credit for my. Flights. A year later I was ready to use my credit and began to book my flight with a Travelocity agent. Not sure if customer service was in the US. Everyone was friendly but had a difficult time communicating. That was ok. The worst part was having the agent book my flights using my credit, which didn’t give me any savings at all, since they charged $90 service fee per flight. I ended up paying $350 dollars when the original credit was for $285. If that doesn’t sound sketchy. It gets worse. They charged my card (after spending 1 hour with this guy) and they NEVER sent me my itinerary!!! What?!? Yes! I checked my spam, checked everything and NO confirmation on my delta flight. I even called the airline, and they said they couldn’t do anything because the third party handles everything when you book through them. I immediately called Travelocity again and since I had no itinerary or confirmation info, they said they could not help me. Not only did l lose my credit, I was about to lose what I paid for the new flight. At this point I just called my credit card company and filed a fraud case. I was refunded immediately and they opened a case that went on for a month, but ruled in my favor. Truly the worst experience I ever had. No more booking companies for me. I go straight to the airlines where I just pay my way, and can pick my seat at no extra charge.

Poor and inaccurate service. I used app to get help with reservation but they only gave 3 options either you use fb or Twitter to send message or call. Since I don’t have one of those social media accts I called them. Said wait time was 9 mins, after an hour and ticking on my phone call log time a rep answered. I told her my problem, which was Travelocity chrgd my acct but yet said there was a problem and I needed to enter new card info. I told rep my available bal was deducted by Travelocity and yet my trip wasn’t booked. I was told in manner of “its ok the chrg will be refunded and will be put back into my account within 3-5 days. And I explained my concern was my trip and booking it, before the available plane seats were taken, rep said “aha” you’ll have the refund in 3-5 days. Zero care zero Cust service and zero understanding. Been over 10 year customer never had this horrible experience and now my business will go elsewhere.

Wrong app/ not useful. Be careful when u are booing the hotel specific when it says all inclusive! I booked all inclusive hotel in Cancun /Vila del palmer Cancun luxury beach resort and app said room is all inclusive. Right after I purchased it, I received the confirmation email from Travelocity and thanks God I usually don't check, but this time I checked and I couldn't find all inclusive package in my reservation. They charged me too much for just regular room. I called costumer service and I was almost more than 2hr and 20 min on the line with them without getting any result. They said u can changed ur room and buy the other one which is $1200 more than this room that u reserved. U guys be careful when u are booking any hotel for out side of US in this website and specific with this app. I am very very disappointed with their costumer service and this app:(((((

Utter disappointment. I am an avid traveler and share my experiences on Google both good and bad. My background includes hospitality and for years I would run into every situation you could think of but we always took care of our guests, especially in an emergency situation. In this event, I used Tralveloocivty for the first time “ever” and lost over 300 dollars due to illness. I requested a credit or a date change, not a refund, and this was the response: Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren’t able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can’t be granted. We’re really sorry about this; we always try to contact suppliers and advocate for our travelers in these situations. Properties often have strict policies around refunds, and there’s nothing more we can do in this case. Again, we’re sorry that a refund wasn’t possible. Support to Manage Reservation Changes. I have been a frequent user of Travelocity, and really my last experience has been very dissapointing. Due to a major force i had to delay my trip to FLL For one day, but my wife was still able to travel as original plan. I did call Travelocity to request support to let her pick up the car I had reserved and prepaid and answer was that was not possible to make any change, so only loss the money or cancel reservation and I am getting only $80 out of the $180 that was already charged to my credit card. My frustration is that was not any intention to look for a solution as I was needing to use the car as originally was planned. Options like to provide an authorization letter to let my wife pick up the car. In summary i lost $100 and will need to spend more money to use as transportation

Travelocity canceled flights without consent. 1. Booked flights on a Friday and received confirmation email stating that my trip was confirmed and did not need to reconfirm; 2. Saturday Travelocity sent and email twice asking to reconfirm (fishy); 3. Sunday checked app to see that my itinerary was canceled without my consent; 4. Called and told that my child’s name is too long for the ticket even tho the app accepted it; 5. Had to rebook exact same flights, dates, times, seats, pay extra $260 for rebooking tickets (closer to my trip date) and travel insurance not eligible for “new” booking!?! All this and extra to shorten my daughter’s name on her ticket in a span of two and a half days. I think they could have given me until Monday to contact them. I mean my trip is not for another two weeks and they only gave me a little less than a Saturday to respond to a suspicious email... :( All I was offered was, “I’m sorry this happened to you.” If I could give negative stars... I definitely would.

Flight cancelled. This is the worse company to book through. When you are booking a flight you need to go directly though the airlines. My flight was cancelled weeks before and if I hadn’t gone in to add luggage then I would have never know. Then when they rebooked they said it was a one stop flight and it was actually a two stop flight causing an extra two hours to my flight. Had I known this I would have never said ok to this booking. Then after hours on the website and phone call they say oh it’s only two more hours to your trip and it’s non refundable. Well if I had my original flight that I booked this would be fine but they told me inaccurate information and are not willing to fix their error. They even said it won’t help to talk to my supervisor because they won’t fix their companies error either. Think twice before you book through Travelocity for anything if you want them to stand behind flights.

Great app, even better company. This app is very user friendly and never crashes. The search functions make it a lot easier to find what you're looking for. I love using the map to find hotels because it's really easy to filter and manipulate. Travelocity itself is such a great service. It makes it so easy to plan your entire trip and there's always discounts, especially when you book things together. Their customer service is also incredibly helpful and generous. I had an emergency while abroad and with one phone call they helped me work everything out and get as much of a refund for my flights as I could. I only had to pay a cancellation fee to the airline.

Poor back up for problems. Made and then canceled hotel reservation over a month in advance. Received confirmation email of cancelation. I still have both those emails with Travelocity. Then on original reservation date was charged by hotel. The second day a second charge was placed on my credit card. I Called hotel-that said the reservation was never canceled. Called Travelocity. Spent almost two hours on the phone. No satisfaction. They told me they would be back to me in 24 hours. 12 days later I received an email from Travelocity that informed me the hotel would not reimburse me. Travelocity wanted me to send them proof of the charges so it could be dealt with further. They never once offered reimbursement from them as a possibility. To date I’m bank stopped the pending 2nd charge from clearing and reimbursed me for the first charge while they investigate. The results my bank gave me took 5 minutes to get those results. I will never use Travelocity again. Once I get the final clearance letter from my bank I will delete the Travelocity app. My suggestion is be very careful using this organization. I will maintain those emails.

Don’t use this service! Deal directly with the airlines!. I have used this service many times and it has worked good till this most recent booking. In February of 2022 I booked a flight to San Diego for 7:00 AM in a Friday and even paid a premium to fly back later on Sunday so we could go to twitchcon. 3 weeks before the convention I check my flights to see if there have been any changes and WOW!!!! My 7am flight is now scheduled to leave at 7:58 PM!! Needless to say this was not going to work so I called and although everyone was very “understanding” and I was told I would hear back within 72 hours it’s now a week later and I have had to cancel my trip, I’m out $500 for the flight that I’m not going to use and the cost of the ticket to the convention and still no help from Travelocity. In fact I’m on the phone with them right now and on hold as I write this. Don’t use this service!!!! Go directly through the airlines!! You may still have problems, but at least you will be dealing directly with the company that is causing them instead of a third party!! I would have given 1 star for this most recent thing but I have got good trips on the past.

Bad service. I made travel arrangements that could not be kept due to the travel limitations set by my state as well as the World Health Organization yet Travelocity said I could not have a refund. They disregarded what is going on around the world with the Covid Virus. The customer service is lacking with Travelocity, I could not speak to anyone after several calls and being kept on hold, and when I finally did she basically had nothing to say except “you will not get refund!” Completely bad business considering that we are told by airlines and our president not to travel due to this virus and Travelocity doesn’t seem to care about our safety. They just want to keep our money. I will never do business with Travelocity and I will advise everyone I know. When business is back as usual Travelocity customers that have been taken advantage of and disregarded will have opportunities to take their business elsewhere. I had reached out to my airline and my resort and they said no problem to reschedule or cancel without any penalty realizing it was all due to the Covid19 virus but Travelocity didn’t care!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is my first time ever traveling and I decided on booking through Travelocity. At first it was smooth sailing. Unfortunately with the covid 19 I had to cancel my original trip which was simple. I then had to wait on the phone for 2 HOURS to reschedule a flight and was almost charged $3,000. I literally was put on hold at least 7 times and during each time the agent picked up the phone there was a bunch of laughing and yelling in the background. Finally after 2 hours my flight was rebooked. I just got a notification my flights got changed so I contacted them through their virtual agent thinking it would be quicker. WRONG it took just as long and was nothing but a head ache to change my flight so I didn’t have a five hour lay over. First I was told it was $200 then was told there was no fee. Finally I was told there w re no flights with short lay overs. At this point I gave up. I ended up contacting my air line directly and thankfully my air line switch all of it over on the house without any fees because of how much of a hassle Travelocity has caused me. I will never book through Travelocity again.

Please never use this app. First off they changed my flight to earlier in the day without telling me or changing it on the app so I missed my fight and they basically said it’s my fault????? So I wasted money on the flight going to the airport parking hotel and car.....so I had to go back home. I booked another flight and when I got to Florida I go to get my car that I booked from this app.....paid for it and everything! I get there it’s a place called “right cars” they would not give me the keys because I wouldn’t fall for their BS and buy the expensive insurance when I have proof I have Allstate ! So basically I lost money for round trip flight and my car for 7 days ! They are the worst please go through companies directly because travelocity will tell u to call the companies and they have nothing to do with it and then when you call the companies they say to call travelocity and they have nothing to do with it!! It’s all a scam

DISHONEST PRACTICES. This company dishonest when it comes to airline credits. We had canceled credit with American through Travelocity. I initially used part of the credit for a trip to Orlando. After this there was $665 each for both my husband and I remaining. Also, the link for me to access the credit disappeared, and I now had to go through a chat agent to use the remaining credit. I’m guessing they take away the access in hopes you forget to use it. Anyway, I found a flight to St Thomas for $1980 (total for both of us) on the Travelocity app. Immediately I tried to book this with a chat agent. According to them the price was $2600 - basically negating the value of one credit. If I had booked the flight myself it included seat selection, but their more expensive flight was random assignment. Upon inquiring why the price difference compared to what was advertised on the app I was informed prices change quickly. Strange because when I went back in it was still advertised as $1980. I tried again the next morning when I found the price for $1880. Same go around different agent. I then asked if I could book the flight myself and have the credit applied and refunded after purchase. You guessed it, that’s not allowed either. I have already reported this as a scam to the BBB, and I am also considering reporting this to my states attorney general. I have seen that Travelocity has been involved in class action lawsuits. Lesson learned.

Don’t bother...it’s such a hassle!!!. So they messed up my reservation with the airlines and it literally took me over 3 hours on the phone to get it resolved. Actually, it took me over 2 hours of trying just to get to speak with a person. Not because they are busy, but rather because their automated phone system won’t put you through to a person without an itinerary number. Guess what, I had an itinerary number; however, the itinerary number they emailed me for my flight didn’t work. I literally had to book a rental car and use that itinerary number to get through on the phone to get my flight issue resolved. After being on the phone for an hour getting the flight mistake resolved, the resulting airline credit didn’t show up in my account, so I called them again. They said it would have to go through their team and someone would call me within 2 hours. Still haven heard from them 7 hours later. Looks like I’ll spend another hour on the phone with them. If I didn’t have to use Travelocity to get my airline credit money applied to an airfare, I would absolutely never deal with them again!!! It is almost impossible to speak with a person and even when you do get through they aren’t exactly attentive to getting things resolved. May not seem like a big deal, but imagine trying to get an answer/fix to a problem with a reservation and you were short on time. Not so good!!!

Jody N.. Stayed at bikini beach resort, Panama City beach Florida. Travelocity falsely represented this resort and what it offered. I pick this resort based on what was offered and it having close access to the beach. The room was dirty. We had no running water. It was outdated. No internet access. No balcony. No pots/pans in the kitchen that was supposed to be fully stocked of utensils etc. there were a few forks. 2 plastic bowls and plates. The shower rained all over the bathroom. Construction on the hotel all over. No gripes on stairs my daughter fell down them and injured her hand. The showers by pool didn’t work. The room dafr had a broken off key in it. Parking was at your own risk if you could find it. My kid was offered drugs by another patron of the hotel. Do not stay here. 783. For 4 days was a waste of money. AND you have to rent your beach chair.

Cancellation. I have been trying to get a hold of Travelocity since March 12th about cancelling a flight that was supposed to take place on March 14th. Because I have tried every avenue and no response I am extremely frustrated. I had to call American to cancel directly and they told me that Travelocity would be able to extend my flight for a year due to the COVID-19 and that I just needed to get a hold of them. I realize these are very tough times for everyone and I would really appreciate to at least be acknowledged that someone is looking into this and will get back to me in a timely manner. Instead I just keep getting automated information telling me that I need to speak to an agent whom I can’t reach. It’s funny how then can answer emails texts etc when you want to make a reservation but can’t answer for a cancellation. My husband books a lot through you and I’ve never been so disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely horrible customer service and 0/10 user friendly website (mobile app) I have been trying for 5 days to book a reservation for my family of 4 adults , 1 child and 1 infant . When I try to book online it tells me I have to call because making a reservation with an infant . When I call they instruct me to go online as they do not have representatives that can assist on the phone . So I go to the live chat. On 6 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, I provided my travel information for all 6 passengers , with desired destination , times , etc only to have the agent leave the chat as soon as the information is provided . This has been such a frustrating experience. We are getting closer to our travel date and still have not been able to book. I went into my account and noticed it has 3 itineraries for the same trip and details . So does this mean the trips did process when I put my card info in the first 3 times? Even though it gave me an error saying the card didn’t go through? I tried to ask a live agent but my question got ignored until agent left chat. Traveling should not be so difficult .

Left us stranded. We spent an entire day on the phone trying to get a hold of someone to correct a problem. How this problem started was that we could not get a Covid test to return to Canada on the 23rd and get on an airplane in Fort Lauderdale in a timely manner. We called all over the entire state nobody would guarantee the test within 72 hours. We were told that we could return on the 28th because Canada has changed the rules on the 28th and we only required a covid pcr test which guarantees the results within one hour and I had to have that test within 24 hours of the flight. So again we called Travelocity we have documented absolutely everything I spent 45 minutes on the phone speaking to an agent and they and confirmed that we will not be charged for this flight because of the situation so they changed the date from the 23rd to the 28th ,well on the morning of the 27th we went online to do our Air Canada check-in and the website would not confirm our seats so we spent the next two hours on the phone trying to get a hold of someone at Travelocity and that agent was uncertain what was going on so we called Air Canada and Air Canada said our seats were cancelled for the 28th but she could see they were originally converted from the 23rd to the 28th so she said there has been a mistake from travelocity. So back on the phone again with Travelocity and they said the only way they can help us is if we drove to the airport which we did not have a car so we took a taxi all the way to the airport the day before our flight and walked up to the Air Canada counter. The woman at the counter had confirmed that our seats were booked for the 28th but cancelled by Travelocity so we had to pay your a again for another pair of seats for a complete different flight and a different time. I called Travelocity head office and spoke with someone that had guaranteed they had made a huge mistake and would guarantee the return of our funds. I have a credit card statement that shows that we were charged for this flight now not only from Travelocity but from Air Canada two times Home for a week now. No return call from travelocity. I have called them 3 times a day for a week i get a different person in india pakistan jerusalem list goes on. Absolute waste of time. Were out $500. We will never use them again

Wyndham bayside San Diego. Stayed there after a cruise for 2 nights. Rooms were just ok the beds not too comfortable. We were never informed that they do not have housekeeping service only every third day. They want you to reuse you towel but no where to hang them so we left them on the floor for fresh towels had to phone for fresh towels, more coffee for the next morning, conditioner etc. The only thing good about staying there was the location very convenient for cruise ships.

Beware Basic Airfare. Travelocity pushes basic airfare on their vacation packages without the option to upgrade to a flex plan allowing changes or cancellations. Avoid booking airfare and do it directly with the airline to ensure you’re given all options. No benefit to booking with Travelocity only risk of missing info and money Other reviews are accurate - use the app to search DO NOT book Travelocity you’ll be sorry!

Very frustrated. Still waiting for my refund since February 2020. They are keep saying that I will receive my refund confirmation email every time (every month) I call and still waiting. It had been 1 year and 2 months!!!

Poor customer service. Booked a Condo in Nashville for March 30, had to cancel due to Coronavirus. Can’t find out if I’m receiving a credit or refund. Can’t speak to anyone!! Won’t reply to emails! Poor customer service. The automatic phone system and the app are both awful for customer service.

Disgraceful service. It is virtually impossible to get through to anyone. The system funnels you through only to wait indefinitely, for hours. Then hangs up. Driving you crazy. When you call back, the same unprofessional, incompetitant circus unfolds. You might as well be in the twilight zone if you want help with these clowns

Scam. Travelocity uses bait and switch to get you to book hotel rooms at lower price but hotels don’t honour the prices you made your reservation with.

Not working. I tried to add a flight I booked pre app install. It can’t find it despite me providing all the information. The auto responses are unhelpful.

Upset client from Calgary. You kept my money in the midst of the pandemic when I cancelled my flight as per Canadian Federal Government travel restrictions.I was given a credit that expires at the end of January. Do the right thing and give me my money back. Don’t book through this company during COVID you will lose your money.

Just joined. Yup, just joined, booked one hotel and now the app tells me I have nothing g booked! Put in itinerary number and says doesn’t match anything! What the hey, where’s my booking?

Does not work. Can’t see pictures of hotels, can’t add a coupon code on the app, can’t get to the booking page half the time, it has an error. Had to book using priceline instead. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service- they owe me money. I have been booking flights for years with these guys. Went to check in and it was for some random over flight. I had to by ticket last minute. They promised me refund in 24 hours….. it has been six months and now I have credit card company involved

Sucks big time. Couldn’t get the app to do anything. Wouldn’t let me create an account, or even try to view flight options. Was not able Yo enter a destination. Won’t Let Me. This is really crummy, it said I could not sign in the first time because of my password. So then I changed my password and now I still can’t sign it using the app.

Bad service you get no help from Travelocity. I had a credit they won’t let me use it without a fee charge and the airline is ok with me getting the full refund and helped me more then they did but they still are holding my credit. Bad company bad service bad representatives and bad experience. Will not use this app again.

No refund. We booked a trip to London England in 2019. Forced to put hold. Would not reimburse our tickets. After three years of wanting to charge us a huge booking difference, we gave up. This is illegal and theft!!!!!!!

US & CND. Be careful and double check the currency. They advertise with US currency in Canada for Canadian hotels. Is it not cheating?

Fraud indeed!. This app is the worst app ever to buy tickets or hotel rooms. They charged me a lot of money for double the price of a basic flight ticket. Even with paying lots of money, I had to pay for my 1st luggage for the roundtrip separately.

Bad experience. I have buckled the flight with Travelocity they sent me email with a ticket confirmation two hours later another email that ticket is canceled they charge my card 1500 dollars and didn’t return the money for two days so far I have called them one hour later agent answered I still don’t have a ticket and money has not been returned as of yet . Changes are an issue. Rescheduled some rooms and canceled some others well in advance. Was charged 1 night on 3 different bookings. Have had multiple calls being told it would be resolved. Never any follow up and when I call back, there’s nothing on file. It’s convenient to book from, changes are clearly an issue.

Didn’t go or my booking.. I had to spend 2 hours waiting and arguing to get another hotel booked. After a day of travel, being left without a room, at night is not ok. No one should have to negotiate to have a new booking made. In the end it was resolved but at my emotional and time expense.

Flight fiasco and lost customers.. We booked flights to Vancouver to Inchon to Hanoi flying March 6th 2020. Due to the health issues around the world watched our counties airports intently. In late feb got a call from travelocity regarding a flight change , which was all ok . So on Sunday 1st March to our suprise and chargrin we find our flight from Inchon to Hanoi cancelled ,we found this out while on the air Korea website . We call travelocity they at first deny it, then check and concur then go on to tell us case is in the hands of the airline Air Canada . So we call AC they tell us that the case is not with when and go back to Travelocity . We call Travelocity 6 hrs later on Monday morning , they still have no clue to cancelled flight. I ask about alternative through Taipei , agent has no clue about changing . Mumbles about an e mail which could take 48hrs. To cut a long storie short we cancelled all travel and hotels with Travelocity and rebooked virtually the same travel but through Taipei’s airport. As a long standing user of Travelocity they should of known these issues prior to customers finding out and have a plan b in this event . As 1 years planning with them as gone, as we have as customers As bookings .com got our hotels and flights and will in the future Regards Mark Saskatoon Canada.

No bookings show up. ‘Virtual agent’ is completely useless and says I have “no bookings”, I have over 7 bookings made through Travelocity on my laptop but it is not showing up on my phone when account is linked. Pointless app

Service great, but one recommendation. I wonder if it would be possible to put an “arrive on” option when booking flights. When someone is going through the pain of arranging flights, renting cars, arranging pickups, and so forth, sometimes it can be a little bit confusing when you should book some of these things (speaking from experience). When imputing the dates, if we could put an Arrive on option, it might make things a little smoother!

Excellent Service. I had to cancel and make new flight arrangements not once but twice and both times I had exceptional service. The first agent was on the phone with me for over an hour trying to accommodate my travel needs. Then the second time I had to cancel and rebook I had another agent who was so kind and professional. I will always book through Travelocity.

Travel Smart. We have used Travelocity for many years and have found it to be the best for travel prices. We always book air/hotel as a package and we have never been disappointed with the value we receive for our travel dollars. We also compare our travel dollars spent with friends at the same resorts and they have all said that their agents do not measure up to our “deals” through Travelocity. Canceling. You are charging for “Free cancellation option “. How the hell is this FREE when you are charging for it.Corporate greed is what it is.

Fraud!!. Coupon doesn’t work. When I contacted Travelocity they said they don’t have an app. I got the link to this app from Travelocity.ca No attempt by the call centre to honour the coupon or offer other incentives to book with them. Wasted half hour on the phone for zero service.

Don’t buy here, just use to search. They must have changed how they quote pricing (claiming it’s “live”. How exciting!). No matter what I try to book, by booking time - the quoted all in price has nearly doubled (which they make obvious - not small print - nothing to do with taxes and fees). Will never use Travelocity again - I’ll just use this as a search tool and book direct with the airline of my flight choice directly. Just did this and had no problems and booked for the price quoted by the airline and almost exactly the “original price” quoted by this app, which they tried nearly double on me on a moment’s notice. Stranded between flights. Holyfield. When we got to Charlotte North Carolina, we were not reach these by help for the chairs. We sat at that place until our connecting flight was gone. Then they came to get us to take us to our connection flight which, but they transferred us three times we waited for how many hours through it for nine hours before we got our connecting flight to San Antonio Texas. It was not appreciate it. We get no satisfaction of it. We want it sitting in two different seats and wait for me together we will fart in the back that’s not what our tickets was called for no I did not enjoy my flight at all, nor did my sister it was very inconvenien. For my niece when she was supposed to pick us up that morning, she wanna do missing work. I think we should be compensated from that.r

Do Not Use. I had issues with every booking for my trip. I thought I was doing something by planning ahead but not with these people. Rental car -Hertz, couldn’t get the car I made reservations for (wasn’t in Hertz system). I had to get a cheaper car but paid more than what I quoted for the Luxury car I made reservations for, which didn’t make sense. Hotel was supposed to be nearly a 4 star but ugh not with mold on the ceiling and sink (Ramanda). I had to find another hotel by calling around. The reservation I made to ride jet ski’s (wasn’t in Buena Vista Watersports system) so I couldn’t ride because they were fully booked. I had to end up paying nearly double for my entire trip because none of my reservations where actually made but TRAVELOCITY took my money and “booked me”. AVOID BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY

Worst customer service EVER!. I will never, EVER use Travelocity again for booking a trip. I waited on hold for 2 hours to finally speak to customer service. When she finally answered it sounded like a party in the background and I could hardly hear her talking. She also sounded like she had no idea what was going on. While on hold for 2 hours I tried using the Facebook messenger that claims you can speak with an agent, I got a message back saying an agent would contact me shortly and that NEVER happened, I never heard from anyone. The whole issue to begin with is the activities I booked through Travelocity for whole on vacation were put in on the wrong dates, not the dates I had chosen and she then tried to tell me I would be charged a change fee...would not ever recommend using this site!

Charged for non existent room. I booked with Travelocity then a few hours later received a message from hotel that Travelocity had booked a room to me that didn’t exist, they were filled. They also said it happens often. To call them directly next time but I would have to cancel with Travelocity. I try to cancel and Travelocity wants to charge me $94 for cancellation. ??? They sold me a room that doesn’t exists and now they want me to pay a big penalty for a room I never got. I’ve been on the phone 3 days with this dishonest company and now I have to dispute with my credit card company. I’m not worried about that. I can’t be charged for their negligence but it’s just the aggravation after all the money I’ve spent with them through the years. I’m done. I wish I could give negative 5 stars.

Flights are supported. I was on my way to see my grandson in San Antonio, Texas and being in a small market like Fresno, California I often find myself driving to San Francisco or Los Angeles to get a reasonably priced flight. In fact, this particular visit, I purchased 4 round trip tickets. As we were driving through Los Angeles, we ran into a traffics jam (shocker) due to a major accident. I called Travelocity customer service line and they quickly rebooked all 4 of my tickets for later flights and did not charge me any extra fees. I am forever grateful to Travelocity for accommodating my situation and making my trip to see my grandson absolutely amazing 🙏🏽

Not happy with Travelocity. I book a flight a few years back and Covid hit. So Travelocity gave me a credit instead of returning my money. I went to use my credits this last December and after booking the flight my credits disappeared. I was on the phone for 5 hours and they could not see what I was looking at on my account. So frustrating that this company could not figure this out. My account shows the credit but the person on the phone could not see anything. I still have a credit showing but cannot use it. It is never a good thing to loose money. I personally will never use Travelocity again and and tell my friends the same.

Poor customer service. I decided to rent a car after being on St. Croix for several days and searched for airport location so I could return the car before my departing flight. There were several agencies, but Travelocity also included one on the other side of the island. It was the best deal. Before clicking to reserve, I checked that my airport criterion was in effect. In Travelocity’s defense, I didn’t open the map. The next day I took a cab to the airport, only to discover the problem. Fifty dollars later, I had my car. When I contacted customer service chat to see if they’d give me a credit for future travel, I encountered an agent with limited English skills and no ability to empathize. I will not use Travelocity again. I can’t trust their search parameters or their customer service.

Free Market Capitalism Breaking Good. Getting good deals and the service is doing everything right. Text and emailing itenerarry and confirmation numbers. Pretty straight forward and hassle free. My staff and I have come to check with Travelocity before confirming any booking. After awhile the process reversed. Mostly the starting point and the direct service to confirm. Let’s be honest, traveling arrangements are like booking remodeling, plumbing or roofing. Get three quotes. That narrows from time to time with a consistent winner. This is a strong if not the strongest site there is. This is consumer friendliness.

BEWARE: Horrible service!. I have used Travelocity for years and something drastic has changed. While trying to book a reservation something went wrong with their computer. When I got to the checkout point, it said my credit card declined. What really happened was they charged the airline flight to my credit card and their $50 fee and I never received an itinerary number or email. This has been taking a long long time to clear up. The airlines refunded the ticket money, but Travelocity has not refunded my $50 fee. No one answers on their phone numbers, and they put you to messaging and computers keep telling me, I can’t help you let me see if I can find someone who can. I will take this matter up with my credit card company. Please beware if using.I will be deleting my app.

Done. And done again. I have been booking with Travelocity for years and most recently I had a huge problem. I booked a car in RDU and called to cancel. Now I certainly understand that rental agencies have been hit by COVID I’ve never had a problem with a cancellation. I called 72 hours in advance to cancel and was told I needed to call the car agency who advised me they had no control over 3rd party reservations. I called Travelocity back and they informed me that my reservation was cancelled, it was not. I called today and was told by what seemed to be a distracted agent that my reservation could not be cancelled. I will never book with Travelocity again and $60 seems far too little to loose a customer. I can and will spend my money anywhere elsewhere

It’s very functional and I use it a lot. 4 stars instead of 5 because: Every now and then, it’s $5 more expensive to book through Expedia than through airline website. Also, most hotels, airlines, etc will work with you more easily if you didn’t book through a third party site. My TSA number does not end up on my boarding pass and neither do my frequent flier numbers-I end up booking and then going to the airline to link my TSA and to get the miles to accumulate. That’s annoying. But the deals are good, it simplifies travel planning, and I have used my expedia points recently and it was simple and really knocked the price down on a hotel room in LA.

Taking ownership for bookings. I recently made a reservation with Travelocity for a one night stay. When I received confirmation I called the hotel to make special needs requests to to medical issues. I have called the hotel everyday for three weeks with no one answering the phone. I reported this to a Travelocity agent and he couldn’t get through to the hotel as well. Due to the circumstances of not being able to contact the hotel I asked if the reservation could be canceled and my credit card not be charged. The agent said he could cancel my reservation but my credit card could still be charged. I contacted Wyndham property customer care and they let me know that Travelocity could cancel and not charge my card.

Booking flight. I brought a roundtrip flight for my son, ran into issues where i was unable to change the name from mine to his then the price of the flight double just before he was to board the plane. Booked 2 different hotels was able to cancell one hotel still waiting for a refunded its been a week from the first hotel the 2nd hotel said they had a resurant and a pool you had to walk to the resurant the front elevator was brocken so you had to walk to the back elevator, my room the bathroom sink was broken. Will not use this app again. Will call the airlines and hotel directly to reduce the lsck of proper information

Cancellation /refunds. This agency is awful as far as cancellations and refunds. There is no acknowledgement whether through email or some Type of confirmation. I have been trying to call for three weeks to cancel , I actually spoke to someone three weeks ago and was told To wait because they saw refunds being allowed in the near future. Only problem, you can’t get through on the phone and never mind their social Media chat lines, no one except automated service. And I can’t tell you how many times I tried to fill out the on line forms for refund / cancellations and the itenarary number is the wrong one, you need the airline itenarary number. I spoke to jet blue , American airline and Expedia because of other cancellations and there service and confirmation was excellent. Travelocity , you are not doing a good job at all....worse service ever!!!

Not accurate pricing. I was looking for a cheap car for a trip. Travelocity showed me a long and costly list. I went to kayak and they displayed the options on Travelocity and Expedia as less expensive yet when I went back to the app again, to make sure I was using the filters etc, it still only showed me the costly items. They must be getting compensated for showing only certain cars. I would highly recommend to use kayak and have it show you the options, and then you will have to click through from there for less expensive booking. Makes me not trust the app after years of using it (and others). Kayak is helpful in parsing the choices .

This company is a SCAMMMMMMMM. Travelocity took money out of my account for a Trip I didn’t get to book!!!! Then had the audacity to tell me it’ll be anywhere from 24 hrs to 7 business days before I get my money back!! I’m still waiting and its been 3 days but this isn’t a good look. They don’t even have a live person you can talk to about this issue. All numbers lead you to a robot and when you FINALLY GET A REAL PERSON it’s through a txt chat portal! You have to be strategic about how you state your problem because if not you won’t get to a real person!!! This company needs to shut down if they don’t have real people to assist real issues, but will take your money in a heartbeat and fake apologize about it! Y’all owe me for inconvenience and loss of a chunk of money that I could’ve used elsewhere. I’m not rich this is not cool Travelocity I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Zero customer service. It takes anywhere between 1-2 hours to talk with them. Then they tell you it’ll take 10 days to figure out if they can get you a refund unless you call multiple times. If you call multiple times they get back to you the next day at 4am which is the same time zone for the hotel. The email said they attempted to contact them and unfortunately could not contact the hotel. Instead of calling during business hours. This is the first time I’ve had to contact their customer service and they are terrible. Also, before this they made me contact the hotel to get the refund which I did and the hotel said it was fine but since the card is under Travelocity, they would need Travelocity to confirm it. Now Travelocity doesn’t want to help.

Easy to buy terrible customer service. Expedia makes it extremely easy to buy other people’s products and take money off of your credit card. They have no ability to change or support purchases of hotels and airline tickets I purchased. I need to adjust my plans and there customer service was frustrating and ineffectual. Long Wait times and endless processes and phone calls for simple changes like adding a day to a trip are normal. They made it easy to buy insurance but to process the claim of another companies insurance, AIG, it’s the most friction filled infuriating bit of endless dead end phone calls and forms I have ever experienced. I highly recommend not buying the insurance. Good luck to you if you need to make a change to anything purchased through Expedia.

glitch in system can’t get anyone on the phone. trying to book a trip to mexico and it declined my card even though funds are available so tried a different card, same thing. tried the second card multiple times because i know the money is there. ended with 8 charges for $400 each on my cards combined for the flights but the booking for the resort through travelocity never went through. had to contact the airline to get the money back. btw the total charges on just one card was more than the entire vacation package it was initially declining. tried to call to talk to someone and book over the phone to avoid and it will not let me speak to someone without a itinerary number which i don’t have because the booking never went through. DO NOT USE.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!. i wish i could give 0... i mean the way i was screwed over is insane. i booked a trip to St. Thomas flight and hotel from them. everything was perfect. ended up having to cancel and re book to Las Vegas for family reasons. again, seemed like a easy switch i was credit my flights ( so i thought ) and was at the airport ready to leave. they told me my tickets were not able to be used due to them not completely fixing the switch over. so make a long story short they told me i needed to get in contact with travelocity and it’s a TEN HOUR wait on the phone. my flight was suppose to leave in 2 hours. i ended up having to spend 700$ to get new tickets to be able to go. and here i am almost 2.5 weeks later and still haven’t been able to get in contact to get my money back!!!!! DO. NOT. USE THEM!!

Awful experience. I booked my reservation through a phone call with a agent. The agent booked my reservation on the wrong date. I called them back to explain the agent booked the wrong date. I was told there was nothing they could do to fix the date to my original date. I was told by the representative because the money was taken out from my bank already. I couldn’t get a refund. The agent was very rude. The agent told me she would let me talk to her supervisor by telling her supervisor to contact me back as soon as we got off the phone. That never happened either. I called back a total of 3 times! No one was able to assist me.. I was giving the run around with a total of 3hours spent on these calls. At this point I ended up canceling my whole trip because of a agent not doing their job correct. I won’t ever book with Travelocity again

Customer service helpful. I’ve been pleased with Travelocity and it’s app. On a couple occasions they have over booked the hotel we stayed in, and when we arrived there were no rooms. It was rather stressful finding another place to stay last minute, however the customer service was nice and refunded our money and gave us a $50 voucher for our inconvenience. On one occasion, I had wished it was more as it was Memorial Day weekend and we had to travel pretty far to find another vacant hotel in Denver, but it was their policy and the agent could not do more.

Terrible service. I understand hotels are taking precautions due to Covid by being careful to disinfect rooms. However, this establishment used so much that it was burning my nose and eyes. Since it is the same protocol used throughout the hotel, they couldn’t just move me to other rooms. The hotel also would not refund my money because I used Expedia/Travelocity. Travelocity did little to help. I had to find other accommodations at the last minute. I disputed the charges to my credit card by Travelocity since services were not rendered and I tried to cancel before the 3 pm cutoff. Travelocity fought the charge even though services. I spoke to a representative through their app who was trying to “assist” but the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone. Travelocity was pretty worthless and I will not use them again.

Do NOT use Travelocity!!!. My family and I used Travelocity 8/18 to reserve a room while on our way to Florida. Upon “reserving” said room, Travelocity went ahead and immediately charged my account. When we got to the hotel we were informed that there was NO reservation made in my name nor any from Travelocity. The hotel was quickly running out of rooms so we had no choice but to go ahead and book another room and pay a second time. After checking I I phoned the Travelocity hotline and spoke to a complaint taker. The complaint taker listened to what I said then turned around and phoned the hotel to confirm my story. The complaint taker then told me that my story checked out and she would submit my complaint for a refund but this would not take place until Monday. Come Monday I received an email stating the hotel refused to refund my money for canceling the reservation, so it was my loss. I responded to the email and informed Travelocity that there was NO reservation made so NO reservation could be canceled, I simply wanted my money back that Travelocity had charged me. I immediately got an email from Travelocity from a “Do Not Reply” account at Travelocity. Seems as if Travelocity cannot admit their mistake and refuses to reimburse the money they charged me for services NOT provided.

Disappointed. I prepaid for a hotel room months in advance, that allowed cancellation, and was going on a one night stay for the first time in 11 years with my husband. The day before our stay, our daughter ended up in the hospital and was there for a week so we had to cancel. I was just a few hours short of the 24 hour window. Travelocity blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Travelocity and neither would refund us. Even with proof of our daughter going to the hospital. I don’t travel much as I am disabled so this probably won’t even be on their radar, but I was so disheartened by the lack of understanding given our situation. We could have used that money for gas costs going back and forth to the hospital after she was transferred to a bigger hospital 2 hours away. Just disappointed.

Did not specify which airport in Istanbul on ticket. I was extremely vulnerable and crying with no help from the Agency that happily took my money. I had no idea nobody in Turkey spoke more than a few words of English, barely even hi or bye I was stranded in the wrong airport because it only said Istanbul Terminal 1 on the reservation. After checking in I was two hours from the airport my flight was leaving from. I stayed on the phone for an hour and a half until I was escalated to a amanger who took another hour to escalate me to another manager who kept me on the phone for 90 min and hung up on me. Eyes swollen and tired I booked a new flight to get home safe. None of this would have happened if the airport was specified, there are three international airports in Istanbul turkey and none of them have a terminal 1 .. maybe people should rely on using their brain and companies can stop automating and programming everything so the world can run as it should with people that care and integrity for their business. These days are long gone- will never book with Travelocity .. my mom Booked with Expedia and they at least credited her half the rebooking fee. That was after trying to get a full refund or a free stand by flight .. all in 20 minutes

Fix this app! It’s not working or processing any payments!. So far I haven’t had any issues til now. My issue now is the app may be down because I paid for a tour/excursion through here just the other day while being in Brazil and it worked just fine and now when I try to pay for any of them now, it just won’t go through. It just says we can’t process it right now. Which makes me upset because this is the only way I can even pay for a tour. Now I feel like I wasted my time and money coming out here for my birthday just to not even enjoy the beauty of this city if I can’t even book a tour. Iv literally been in my hotel room the past few days with nothing to do. Y’all need to fix this app!!! Why is it not working now all of a sudden!!??

Excellent Service!. I spent approx 4 months trying to find and book our flight for a wedding, and four weeks before we travel American Airlines and Latam canceled flights. I called and an a gentleman Gavin took on the challenge and fixed everything. It took some time but he did it! Gavin deserves Recognition and a pay raise or you are very nice, courteous, professional and patient. This coronavirus ruined everything and he had to do some creative work to get it done. I have used Travelocity for many years and this is why I continue to use Travelocity. Bravo! 👏 Thank You Travelocity! Keith Martin

Poor customer service. I tried to book a hotel with them, but there was some descriptions missing on what was offered for the price. I decided to call and talk to a representative. It was worthless. They just read from a script and don’t even understand the question that you’re trying to ask them. I asked for a manager and she told me that no one was available. Then she tried to help further by repeating the same thing she already told me. I asked for a manager again and this time she said ok, it will be just a couple minutes while they finish helping someone else. Put me on hold and 5 minutes later she comes back on and continues trying to help me. Hate to think what would have happened if I actually booked something and needed help on an issue. Last time I try them for travel.

Excellent vacation in Cancun at the Sunset Marina Yacht and Resort. We have the most amazing vacation at this place in Cancun, I will definitely recommend not only for the cleanest place but the people who work there is the most friendly people I have ever been with, they are all day trying to take care of us and their guests, we noticed that lots of the people at the hotel was people who have been at the place before and they are just coming back again and again that tell me a lot of this magical place. Awful to get any real information.. I attempted to use a flight credit from a previously canceled trip. I chose my flights and paid a small balance. The flights do not show on the app and the itinerary number provided in their email takes me to a link that says the trip is canceled. I called yesterday and after a maddening process I finally got a call back. The auto call kept prompting me to press 1 to connect. I pressed 1 several times and was disconnected after it kept telling me to choose a response. I got a call a few minutes later and was told the reservation would show up within 24 hours. It has not. American Airlines doesn’t have a record of it either. After a decade or more of working with Travelocity, I will not be using them anymore. I wish they hadn’t screwed thinks up so badly, because I was a big fan.

Omg. Went online to book a getaway vacation I saw this vacation special hotel and airline to Saint Thomas so I went online to book suggested going to the app and getting a 15% discount so I did open vacation did not see a discount so I call after 30 minutes of being Whole day eventually came back to the phone gave me a 15% discount on the hotel we confirm all the reservation when I received my itinerary I had no flight to st Thomas you have to Swim there apparently so I called them and they said that I had to get a hold of the airline and give them all the information that I’ve given them to confirm my flight into St. Thomas even though I had an outgoing flight to St. Thomas one of the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever went through to get a three day weekend I will never ever use these folks yet

Can’t get live service. I had a pretty simple but important question. I needed it answered before deciding what I would choose to book. The phone number, (which I had to ask Google for, the app wasn’t giving it up), will only help you if you have an itinerary number. So I got a useless virtual agent chat through the app, which eventually, reluctantly, put me through to a live agent. But that live agent didn’t listen to my question and thus didn’t answer it. I told her the question and she kept giving me answers that were irrelevant. She would ask “so your trying to do cuz?” Or “have you done “xyz”. I kept saying how that wasn’t relevant and the asking my question. Again. The result was different irrelevant answers. This went on for several minutes, several comments back-and-forth, me telling her the same thing over and over again. Her being useless over and over again. Why am I still doing this? Till I finally asked for a phone number. I guess she was unwilling to admit defeat because she asked me an asked-and-answered (dozens of times already) question which caused me to cut my losses and close the chat. Going somewhere else to book. Deleting the Travelocity app.

SAVE UR $!!. Customer service is a joke. I paid for the top tier insurance package. They issued a warning about Americans traveling to DR. I tried to cancel and they refused to refund me!! What was the point of the trip insurance? Also. The customer service reps must have a script of 5 different things to say. I was on hold for 3 hours while they attempted to find a corporate manager—whom I never ended up speaking too because I kept getting disconnected. These among many other things are the reasons I’ll never ever use this app or site for anything ever again. Needless to say, I’ll be spending 5 days of “vacation” constantly worry about my safety because several Americans have been killed in DR Over the last month or so!!! that’s a great way to spend a very expensive vacation.. 0 out of 5 stars, I gotta go

There are additional costs!!!!. Be warned, you are NOT paying for your full travel costs!!!!! We didn’t have to pay any additional flight fees (mostly baggage check-ins or swat costs), but we had to pay a fee at the resort we stayed at. Even though it was suppose to be taken care of, we had to pay out of pocket costs that Travelocity should’ve taken care of in the package. Furthermore, if you have to contact someone from Travelocity, be prepared to wait an extremely long time on the phone. You’re better to leave a call back number and hope it’s in the time they quoted. Additionally, the representative(s) DO NOT work out of a US office. It’s an foreign representative which have heavy accents and aren’t willing to assist past mediocre tasks. Bet advice, pay on a credit card and if unsatisfied, dispute with the company. I will not be using and do not recommend this company.

Bought plane tickets prior to Covid-19, purchased their insurance through AIG just in case, when the closures and shelter orders started happening we cancelled our tickets, this was a vacation, no reason to sit in a hotel room only to be quarantined on our return, when I filed the claim I was informed their policy had conveniently changed, I’ve spent the last 3 months going back and fourth trying to get this claim approved, no luck, they ask the same questions over and over, request the same documents over and over, almost as if they are stalling. Bottom line Travelocity and AIG enjoy the money - because I will NEVER use your services EVER again. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you’ve conducted business during this time. I put one star, but you deserve zero stars.

So dependable.. I’ve used Travelocity for my airline and hotel bookings and I’ve always been satisfied. I had a problem one time (my fault!)with a last minute booking and the costumer service helped me reach the right people. With all the changes and expected fees, i honestly told customer service that it was my fault. I did not pay any charge fees for flight changes. In fact I got a check as a refund since they found a cheaper flight for my last minute booking. I’ve booked hotels internationally and locally and I always get the best deals through this app. Thanks guys!!!

You cannot change your flight using the app. Even though the app advertises that you can change and modify your flights, my experience today shows you cannot. I needed to change my flight from a Tuesday to Wednesday, and the App allowed me to see the available flights that I could change to and once I selected it it told me the estimated cost. However, it does not allow you to select that revised flight but rather you must click on the call agent button and wait for an agent to assist you in making the final arrangements. I am now wondering why I needed to download the app when I could’ve done the exact same thing via web browser?

No Action on Change Requests. I inadvertently used an initial for my middle name rather than the full middle name shown on my passport on international plane reservations. I quickly contacted the virtual agent who finally connected be with a living agent. He told me to complete a name change form and within a few days a committee would meet confirm the change. I completed the form. No response from Travelocity. I went through the process again about a week later, was again told by an agent to complete the name change form, which I did. Again, I have heard nothing. Fortunately, I have done time before my flights, but I don’t know what to do next. I’m very frustrated. I’ve used Travelocity before and it was fine. If this doesn’t get fixed, I won’t again.

What a mess!!. I made reservations in March for a trip that I was planning from Knoxville to Pensacola (July 30-Aug 6). Delta changed my flight times. In May, I canceled my reservation and re-scheduled my flight, at a greater expense to me. Delta changed the times again. I cancelled my flight again. I spoke with Travelocity agent who wanted to book the same flight I had already booked twice. I told him Delta keeps changing flight times and I wanted the flight cancelled. Now Delta has more than $800 of my money and I am seeing that I still have reservations to Pensacola (July 30-Aug6). I am unable to communicate with ‘virtual agent’. I do not want to be scheduled for an earlier flight. I want my reservation cancelled with Delta and I want my money refunded!!!

My go to app for travel but..... I normally book my trips through this app. I do some price comparisons here and there but largely use this app. We stayed at a hotel recently and I e searched everywhere to write a review but can’t find it anywhere. I had to dig through emails to find my old itinerary to even get the info pulled back up as apparently you can’t look at past trips. Not even those that were a week ago. So even after looking up the itinerary I still couldn’t find a way to leave a review. So my suggestions to improve: have past trips posted or at least able to be found for x number of weeks. And make it easier to write reviews!!!!

Everything was perfect. I used Travelocity for the first time to book my family Disney vacation for Christmas this year. Everything that i viewed was easy to Understand and they broke down the prices so that it kept me with in my budget. Booking my flight, hotel, rent a car and Disney tickets were a breeze, And when we arrived in Florida to begin our very fun vacation! everything was in order and ready as explained in my itinerary. I will definitely use Travelocity again to book my next vacation and business trips.

Be aware of free cancellation bookings (it’s a lie). I booked a free cancellation rental car and cancelled it because of the extra fees I was gonna to be charged by the rental company at the counter (more than double the original price), and when I cancelled that booking through Travelocity they didn’t refund me immediately instead they open what so they called a “case” for me and promised they gonna call me after 48 hr for updates about the “case”, I waited for two weeks, never gotten a call. I called them again asking about the case, they did not find any filed case! Ironically they try to fix it by doing the same thing again open a new “case” and promised of 48 hr update call, long story short, after a more than a month of waiting, I never heard from them nor I got my refund. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Travelocity is so TERRIBLE!. My last two trips scheduled through Travelocity were canceled and/or made WAY more inconvenient than they should have been due to awful, inconsistent customer service; cancelled flights, refusal to refund despite the fault lying with Travelocity. Apparently, when you select “hotel details” in the Travelocity app you CANNOT trust the pictures. In our case they showed pictures of a gym. There was not a gym. But no refund because the fine print did not list a gym… so apparently it was our fault for relying on the pictures on the Travelocity website! Incredible. I won’t even get into the Thailand trip that was cancelled and for which we have not seen a refund. DO NOT USE TRAVELOCITY! If you do, it’s at your own peril. Even if you buy trip protection you may have no recourse.

A nightmare. Spent over an hour on the phone with the barely comprehensible India call center because I wanted to use a flight credit to book a new flight. Asked to go from DCA to O’Hare and back, which ended up being too expensive. Decided to switch to Dulles instead of DCA. Finally thought I had flights from/to Dulles. Got an email saying they booked to from/to DALLAS not DULLES. I was perfectly clear with my instructions and repeated myself several times to the India call center. Obviously they don’t know anything about US geography and there’d be no logical reason to use DALLAS airport instead of DCA, which is in Virginia. Three calls and an hour an a half longer on the phone, and after waiting for Travelocity to decide whether THEY WOULD FIX THEIR OWN ERROR WITHOUT CHARGING ME, the snarky and unapologetic supervisor finally got me the correct flights. I’m done with Travelocity. Terrible service.

No pandemic policy. Ive been on the phone for an hour now.( still on). I cannot believe there is no clear cancelation policy during our current pandemic. There is too much time between responses and I cannot believe the process of canceling my trip takes this long. It took them less than 5 minutes to process my initial payment. I think they are purposely discouraging customers so they can’t cancel. In addition, I've tried several times to cancel online and a message appears that says there is a technical glitch. If and when we get to travel normally again, Travelocity should consider a better transparent and fair service instead of purposely getting customers frustrated. Ive now lost an hour and 10 unnecessary minutes trying to do something I have a right to do.

Shiela. It is terrible! After you book with your credit card the online “help” person sends you a chat asking for more money and you don’t get to send texts. They only allow you to respond to the texts to add on for fees that are incurred due to cancellation when you already bought the insurance snd it happened due to COVID-19. I need somebody to correct this ASAP or it’s getting reported and I’m going to tell everybody I can on Facebook and all other media outlets. This is wrong. You won’t let me send my review.

Disappointing Customer Service. I am ashamed and disappointed at the technical capabilities of customer service for this company. The representatives, the two times I was able to get put on hold without getting dropped or told to call back later, were both kind and doing their best. However, both times, while we were in the middle of processing my refund, their system went down, forcing the transaction to remain incomplete. At this point, just shut down for half a day, fix your system to be able to accept all the calls you are getting, and then go back online. Everyone understands wait times, but dropped calls and the entire system shutting down when you’ve been working with a representative for two hours is ridiculous.

Will never use this again. It's amazing and somewhat believable that I would get suckered into a 3rd party booking agency… we all think we are greeting “ the best deal” Ha Guess what?? You are NOT getting the best deal…. I booked a 1-night stay in historic downtown Savannah and went through what I thought was the best…. No biggie it was a weekend night and chalked it up as a birthday celebration…Husband said “Let's look into 1 more night” OK no problem... Went to the front desk and talked with the amazing staff there who informed me of the price for another( Sunday ) night…?? WHAT! I paid 3 x that for 1 night.. She replied.. 3rd parties do that… she continued to say that our price that we paid was almost 200 dollars more. Needless to say, I will never, ever use this app again...I wanted to give this zero stars but apparently, they would not let it be submitted without at least one… what the fork people rwally

Lost me $145. I will never use Travelocity again. I made a reservation for my fiance and me to stay at a hotel through this site. After he got a few extra days off, we decided to extend our trip. I changed our reservation, and everything was fine. That is until we arrived for check-in. After a long day of driving, we were exhausted and ready for a break. The hotel was unable to find our reservation, and after a 45-minute phone call with Travelocity, we had no reservation. We were 2000 miles from home and didn't have many options. Luckily the front desk guy (Josh is a lifesaver) got us a booking at a different hotel for the same rate. The biggest issue is Travelocity charged me for the reservation I thought was canceled and is refusing to refund me. So I, a college student without a lot of money, am out $145. If I could give negative stars, I would.
