I have been wanting something like this and pretty accurate. Build platform from this ap that puts me in touch via email with buys for at or near the price listed and you all will be real awesome. Thanks Luke

Considering:The biggest issue is there no security services for data transmission also you don’t need our personal identity there lot apps out there not gathering your personal identity about us I mean is if your company computers get hacked by other countries they will have our personal identity , to credit other personal information it will happens I know couple yrs ago a bank and some companies where hacked. Any data collected from other app through through a secure connection. So I give better rating if the was some security services put up. I know a police chief where I live will say same thing. That’s why I give on star there no security for data collecting. I will download again if there is security devices innext update for data transfer and linked not to our personal identity. Developers did a poor in sight about security services in data collectingand for linking in personal identity to the company computer. Pros: the grading, information, value, reading heavily worn coins it’s a nice app. But the cons listed above is why I give a poor rating with one star. So maybe if developers add security services and the app not linked our personal identity to your server’s I will give a better rating and reinstall the app

Just loaded app. Snapped 4 coins, so far. My lighting where I took pictures is not bright. Yet, every coin was correctly identified as to year and exact description. Impressed so far. All coin estimated values were more than face value. This of course, is exciting to learn. Not high enough to cover cost of next meal, lol. Will be bringing out my coin stash, snap, turn, snap; perhaps one may be the one; changing my future 🙏🏻. Thanks for this app. Do you also have an app for paper notes? I’m giving a 4 star, until I review all my denominations.

This app is essential for inventorying coins. The accuracy excellent with the default being a range of years if the mint date isn’t legible. I have two improvement suggestions; one is the total reference price for all the coins in a collection and the second is the ability to categorize coins so that families can use the app. For example, coins can be inventoried by Dad’s coins, Mom’s coins, Jr’s coins, etc.

So the app has a lot of fun facts about old coins that are valuable and also you can grade your own coins to see how much value they’re worth. But, occasionally the coins that I great will have the year and wrong meant. For example, I graded my 1969 San Francisco penny to see how much it was worth. But, the result sad that it was a 1959 Delaware penny. That’s why when we get this four stars. Thank you for reading.

I just downloaded and installed this App. My initial thoughts are ‘So Far So Good’! This is my first at going over my coin collection, which I haven’t even looked at for at least 50 years! . I started it about 1960 when I first got my paper route. I became fascinated with all the coins I received with from my delivery subscriptions that I started collecting them. . I used the collection holders made by Western Publishing Co., Inc. in Racine, WI. They’ve been in a closet for at least 40 years, and just re-discovered them! . Anyway, I just saw an advertisement on Facebook, so I decided to give it a try.

App is really nice I got seven day free trial. I might end up paying the yearly fee because I totally feel like it’s worth it. I just wish that I will be able to share my profile with other coin collectors for other to see that will definitely make it worth the price.

When I saw this app and what it advertised I was excited. But after using it, I am disappointed. There’s no info about mint marks. I tried to look up my Quarter with W mint mark and it told me it was worth a dollar. No way.. had no options to add details. Needs a lot of work but there is potential. I’ll check back in a few months and see how it is doing

I need to know if this app is worth having and do CoinSnap pick up on rare coins I need to know the real truth what if CoinSnap don’t pick up on a rare coin that I had appraised I love CoinSnap I just need to know will it recognize a real rare coin that’s my concerns

The app is great i’ve always needed something to tell me the value of one of my coins. Although paying for it is kinda stupid like I get the bigger picture but cmon now just make it have ads and y’all will probably make more money.

Accurate on identifying coins is really good. I don’t know about pricing because there’s a lot of factors that going to pricing but they do have coin grading available.

This app is the best one I’ve tried so far! It has a ton scans so far and it focuses the camera better than I thought it ever could. I will continue to use this app!

Absolutely no accuracy in identifying coins. I used the default resolution for the app and it got the type of coins right, but not even close on the year. Then I tried better focus and zooming in and suddenly my $20 gold coins turned to commemorative silver coins and still no year accuracy. I tried it on four different coins and had the same result. Cancelled my trial immediately.

It could be more accurate even showing error coins worth more

To rule out my phone I’m using s week old 14 pro. It can’t identify my three legged buffalo Nickel it identifies it as a regular 4 legged variety a $4000 coin vs a $.70 coin big difference it can’t identify a wheat back penny it identifies it as Egyptian as someone whom has a nice coin collection this app isn’t for even a novice collector

Option to sell or remove coin in library.

When I downloaded this CoinSnap app I was in hope of this App being able to correctly identify my coin. The coin that I wanted the App to identify is a 1652 Pine Tree Shilling, but the only thing the App showed the coin was, was a Russian or Sweden coin, which looked nothing like mine. I am very disappointed with this App.

This app sometimes mistakes the dates on coins and that’s so important. For example my quarter zi took a picture of came out to be a 1966 quarter but the app kept saying it was a 1956. And you can see clearly the date in the picture. And my honest question is this app’s ability to recognize Double Die coins?

Just downloaded today. Really happy with how user friendly it is.

I’m not perfect that’s obvious, and I think this is just what I need:. I’m nervous but I’m sure this apps going to be worth every penny..

App works great. Better than expected

I don’t even know how accurate this is however I will be keeping up with my collection here. I have more to add.

Collector of coins I truly enjoy this app to quickly determine what coins to collect

For some reason it kept saying the penny I'm scanning is a 1943 copper penny. I wish!! Besides this issue it works pretty good. Hard to get a good focus.

Every coin is wrong , it only shows American coins , nothing foreign, when it did pop up the right coin it was the wrong year , no values either , someone can do much better than this making an app

This app would be a awesome if you didn’t have to pay $20 a month. I have so many coins but refuse to sell to a company charging that much. Skim a little from seeming the coin.

Scanned a 2019 and 2020 westpoint mint quarter and valued them both at around $0.60, scanning them as just regular 2019 and 2020 quarters(P and D), also very inaccurate with value of some older/more rare coins as well, their advertisement is very false leading.

It looks like a fun app to play with but not worth $25 a year subscription. I wish apps were more up front about the cost before you download them.

I checked 7 coins through it that passed through NGC and this application did not correctly answer one of the 7! The question is, why pay a subscription for a year?🌚

This is a SCAM. I thought okay in-app purchases if it works out so I downloaded it then it say purchase after 7 days 🤣 that is not an in-App purchase that is a monthly fee. SCAM.

When a coin is scanned the potential value should be included. For instance depending on condition this coin is potentially worth $20-$25

This is why I hate all these advertisements for these apps. Always show free to download but after you download, you have to pay to use the app.

I love this app but it doesn’t recognise some coins I put a 2cent Australian coin and it couldn’t find it . Besides that I love how easy it is to use thank you .Glen

Good app. But the price system is ridiculous. The cost is that high even if you find a few coins worth selling it wouldn’t be worth more that your first month subscription. Just do a purchase outright or forget it.

I only used this app in the trial period.. It was downloaded on Sat 26/11/22, tried it and didn’t like it.. so cancelled it but you have taken the money from my account you took $39.99 plus $7.99 came out of my account but don’t know why I was charged that..today is 28/11/22, that’s two days and still within the 7 day trial period.. I have cancelled my subscription.. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.. The money should have remained pending in my bank account until the 7 day trial period was over…

Doesn’t recognize some coins but the camera does all the adjustedments on its own and even snaps the pic when It’s ready so all u have to do is point the phone with one hand and rotate the coin in the other it the app does everything else for u and makes it pretty easy .

I took a picture of moose money . Produced in the 1980s at a chucky cheese like restaurant . This brilliant app said it’s from the ottoman era . Beware folks !

You promote free trial, and yet the moment I download app my financial account is charged. At this point, unless this app shows to have tools that no one else is capable of giving, I will be promptly deleting YOUR app. I hate being lied to, and out of principle will terminate any unreliable relationship. So far I can NOT rely on your statements.

This is going to take some time putting up all my collection but for a coin fan it’s all apart of the beautiful process !

I have had tons of coins for years dating back to the 1800’s never really knowing what I had. This app is fantastic gives me a better understanding of my coins and very quick to identify.

This is no question the best coin app to use, to find out how much a coin is worth and now knowledge behind it. 5 stars is is too low for how good this app is

While the app can identify coins it’s valuation of coins is worthless groups decades of coins together and give the same value for each coin. I scanned a coin I know to be valued in the thousands and it gave me a value of $14.30. Don’t buy if you want to know the value of anything
