Good, but could be better. The app is good. It gives you quick access to the basic things. However, when you want to place your order, it exits the app and brings you to the web. BUT it doesn’t transfer all the things added to your cart, you have to search/add them to bag again. This is so inconvenient. Especially when my account is signed in on both app and web. I feel the cart should follow that login.

Not User Friendly. I don’t understand why when I choose a flower to look at and then hit the back button it clears all my filters and brings me back to Home. It makes shopping on the app a 30 to 45-minute process when it should be a 5 minute process.

Hmm. I like the business alright, but the google sign in button on the app just doesn’t work. You try to click on it and it won’t actually sign in

Never sends temp PIN to log in. It asks for my phone number, then it says it sent a temporary PIN to my phone (and email if applicable). I never receive it at either. I guess I'll just use my points at the store.

Fire your developers. Terrible! Crashes and you cannot continue. User interface is clunky and cumbersome. You have to enter your info 75 different times and then it crashes. Not helpful for people with real medical issues. The whole process is very frustrating. Go somewhere else with an app that actually works and you don’t have to sit around for hours waiting on site for your purchase bc their crappy app doesn’t work.

Needs a lot of improvements/fixes. 1. It’s extremely buggy and I’m some instances, you will click on a page, and there’s no way to get back out of that page without completely closing the App. Sometimes closing the app doesn’t work and you have to delete it and redownload it. 2. When browsing for products, when you click on a product to read more details, you can’t click back/continue shopping without it completely clearing your filters and starting back at the top of the page. It’s a nuisance when scrolling through all of the products to compare read about and compare them. 3. Haven’t gotten any rewards points for my last two purchases, which were made through the app. I received points when I purchased in-store. 4. Sometimes items say they’re still available when they’re not, their inventory isn’t always accurate.

You can find better deals somewhere else. Their complicated glitchy ordering system is tedious and time consuming. Their actual product is sub par. The app is difficult to use. The reward system is complicated and unrewarding.

Unintuitive and difficult to navigate. The basic pieces are there…it could be a good app, but as it is now, it’s very unintuitive to use and hard to navigate. The buttons are not self-explanatory, and I just feel lost every time I open the app. The categories and filters reset after opening, so I have to go back and RE-ENTER all my filters. Ugh…

It’s a dispensary, not a drug house.. Yesterday I was harassed by an employee who told me his name, Bao. He asked me to go into the corner so he doesn’t have to deal with my condition. He continued asking “what’s your condition”. This happened repeatedly over and over. Anytime I spoke up for myself he’d mention calling security. Multiple pharmacists witnessed this. The pharmacists ignored any plea of mine while bao continued to harass, and provoke me into violence. I’ve been involved in too many altercations through no fault of my own. This is the third time. BH has continued to preach its unaccountability by forcing me into the dark for ignoring my cries for help. The employees have made it very clear that they do not want people that look like me and believe like me to be a PATIENT there and that we do not belong in that building. I’m so, so exhausted of being discriminated by Beyond Hello and their employees. Mindfulness.

I think it’s a great starting place. It’s glitchy to use and order with. The Filters and Sorting reset to the main menu every time you click to view item details. Even if you click “continue shopping” or click the “X” to exit the item detail, it still resets. Which is obnoxious when trying to read strain information and reviews. So time consuming. The website it easier to use to make orders of you are wanting to look details. Which you really always should as a consumer.

App didn’t work well. The app did not work well, often it would crash upon loading. No push notifications for sales.

Love the design. Great work by beyond hello on this, such a cool look and easy to use/track my points.

MzToi. Just as everyone else states app is very glitchy! Any time I access the app it kicks me right back out! Can’t even access my coupons as I wish! Needs to be fixed😒

Y’all messed up. With the new update it’s impossible to order through the app it takes you to safari. Why are we pushing out updates without testing it? 🤦‍♂️

Amazing app that does everything!. I love this app. Move aside Starbucks because this is my new favorite loyalty app! It’s beautifully designed, seamless to use and really is an all in one source. If you shop at this store, I cannot recommend this app enough!

Save time and frustration and use the website. I’m not sure what’s happening here, but the prices on the website are cheaper than the App. For example, I am comparing two items that are identical except the website says it costs $50.00 (no discounts) and the App says it costs $54.25. Before you ask, no it’s not taxes! When I try to filter by category, it shows me everything, so the filter is useless. Also, whenever you make changes to the filter, it keeps asking if I’m over 21. How many times do I need to answer that question? This app was not ready for release!

Easy to use. I go in at least once a week. App makes it easy to have my order ready and see prices ahead of time to know my exact total.

2024 Review: Challenges of a Stagnant App. As a medical patient and user of the app for over a year, I'd like to provide an honest review. The app hasn't received any updates for over a year on iOS. Its primary function is to inform users about promotions and enable them to earn rewards from their purchases. However, the app falls short in its main purpose. Promotions are consistently outdated, always a day behind. You can view promotions from the previous day or earlier in the week, but not for the current day. This is a significant issue because you can't order for a future date, as the product may not be in stock. The inability to view today's promotions renders one of the app's key features useless. Another problem is the process of using promotions. Often, you're required to hand your personal device to a dispensary employee so they can validate a promo or use points. This process is cumbersome and should not be necessary. It poses risks such as potential damage to your device or privacy breaches. This policy is particularly common in Illinois and needs immediate revision for a more streamlined and secure experience. In summary, the app's primary use has been reduced to collecting points for discounts on future purchases, as most other features are non-functional. The requirement to physically hand over your mobile device to a stranger for verification is highly invasive and detracts from the user experience.

Upgrade reward features. Please consider updating the reward features to show transaction history that you earned points from. I made an in store purchase and my rewards haven’t been updated and no one wants to help. The reservations section only shows your online purchases. The app is basically a browser version and it’s not really worth it when you’re constantly being signed out

This app is pointless. It’s just an overlay for the webpage. you still have to sign in every time checkout.

Doesn’t work. I can’t sign in. It tries to make me sign up, again AND won’t let me write my signature.

Needs some work. The application has a clean look but it’s not super easy to navigate. There’s never anything listed in the offers section and the promos and more section does not update. The shopping section of the application needs a lot of work. It’s not convenient to have an internet tab open within the app- it should be shopping right within the application itself without the awkward window.
