Horrible delivery service. Extremely unprofessional delivery service with and extremely useless app. What’s point of putting the delivery instructions when no one is going to follow. The customer care people are either completely inefficient or insensitive to people’s problems. Their answers are generic and no actual effort to solve a problem.

WORST DELIVERY EVER. my package was delivered at a completely different house. When I contacted the driver they truly did nothing to help me fix it. They just looked the other way. This company seriously needs to do better. I’m very upset and now have to clean up a mess this company created. This is COMPLETELY unprofessional. Don’t recommend at all. I recommend to everyone do yourself a favor and NEVER ship from here.

A service that does not deliver.. This service is the partner for my food delivery service. What I have an issue with is the customer service. When they failed to deliver a package, they were unable to locate the package and continuously sent me the same automated responses to my concerns. Their customer service is atrocious and I would not use this service again if possible. I am very unhappy with them and advise to avoid them and their incompetent drivers at all costs.

Ridiculous. The absolute worse if you can avoid using them i would the driver left my package 4 towers down and at the wrong door why ask for specific instructions if you’re not going to use them thank god the people were honest that live there and gave me my package

Worst delivery company. This is the worst delivery company ever!! I cannot believe that the stores use this company to deliver the products, I read a couple bad reviews and all of them are true, if you order something online and is going to be delivered with this company, just forget what you order and ask for a refund, because they never will assist you with anything! Worst company, worst customer service! I needed my package and I never received and they give me 0 solution, just excuses that it’s going to be delivered later. Insane

Early arrival. Arrived earlier than delivery window 👍🏻 my gate happened to be open and they brought it to my front door instead of leaving it at the gate 👍🏻

App seems to have gone backwards. The latest updates seems to have degraded the responsiveness of the app after enter in a tracking number. The. It starts to fetch something and then just completely crashes. It doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi or the 5G signal. Back to tracking shipments through the website.

Horrible Service. Two weeks in a row there has been an issue with having my EveryPlate meals delivered. This time they discarded of my box “due to damage” after I received a text saying my box was out for delivery however did not report this to EveryPlate and the only reason I found out was because I reached out to figure out where my food is. Now I’m left without food for the week because of their failure to do the one job they are acquired to do. This is completely unacceptable. There has been 0 communication from Veho both times this has happened. They also at one point when I was asking questions lied and said my box had been delivered and then came back and said the delivery has been delayed to then later come back and say the box has been discarded. I’m beyond over dealing with them.

Excellent communication with customer!. The app is very easy. I’ve had to change delivery addresses and instructions, which seem to be updated almost immediately. The company is reliable, most appreciated in this age of no corporate connection. Thank you!

Worst delivery service EVER. Literally these drivers almost NEVER follow delivery instructions. Out of 20 deliveries only 2 drivers have followed instructions. They will leave your package OUTSIDE of your building, deliver to the WRONG address and of course leave your package whenever THEY would like. I will continue to stop working with companies that use this service like Stitchfix, Hellofresh and Nespresso. It’s a shame but for such poor service I will shop elsewhere to NEVER have to deal with this company. P.S I NEVER write reviews let alone a bad one. But seriously this company continuously fails to deliver…literally

Thank you. Originally I wrote a terrible review because no one was responding to me but I left my license in a return that Veho picked up and they found someone to find my package and pick it up and bring it back to me so I could get my stuff. Thank you

Very poor customer service. Veho’s customer service is very bad. They don’t deliver on time and deliver to the incorrect address, and when you request help, they basically just tell you to kick rocks, they refuse to correct the issue. It’s unfortunate that companies don’t tell you they have contracted with such a poor delivery service before purchasing, but I will not do any more business with any companies after I find out they use Veho.

Does not work with (Nespresso). I only use this app for my Nespresso orders and it does not work. It never has. I finally gave up and deleted the app. Each tracking number over the last 6 months said error or not found. If you were using this just for Nespresso orders- don’t download it.

Zero customer service. I’ve never liked Veho deliveries (instead of putting packages in the **safe** package lockers like other services do, they always abandon them outside my building, which stresses me out if I happen to be at work while it happens.) When there is a problem, like their delivery person delivers it to the wrong address (they sent a photo of the latest delivery and it is NOT my door, I have no idea where the package is) customer service is no where to be found. All I want is an apology — I’m not asking for the moon here.

Worst customer service. They do not know how to follow delivery instructions. They do not know how to properly contact customers when they need help delivering the items. They sent my items back to the sender after they attempted to deliver and without consulting me to get help delivering it. Food delivery companies don’t just return your food to the restaurant if they need help finding your home! NO they call the customer!!

The worst delivery provider, hands down. AWFUL delivery service and the app is terrible too. No info in the app that isn’t provided on their site, which is very limited too. If you do end up having to use veho to deliver something, just give up cause it will never get to you. They are absolutely incompetent. Over the course of two weeks they tried to deliver my package a half dozen times and no matter what info I gave them they could not find my place. No other service has EVER had trouble locating me or getting in the community. Asked them 3x to call if there was an issue finding it or getting in and nope. They just wait until you text them say oh sorry we had an issue yesterday. Well why didn’t you call?????? Told them just return it and I’ll get a refund. That was the only east part.

App screen is too big for my phone. Part of being able to use the app is being able to agree to the policies and procedures and privacy statement, which I would do if I could get to the accept link. I’ve tried swiping up, but it doesn’t seem to work. I’m stuck.

Package Delivery. I’m able to leave instructions easily for the package delivery person so the porch pirates won’t see it

Hi. This is the delivery company with the worst service I have ever had to deal with, in the first delivery the same thing happened in this one that is pending the same, the package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, on Monday they tell me it will now be Tuesday and today Tuesday they tell me it will be Wednesday, what's wrong with them is too much disrespect, with the first one it happens the same, here I leave the tracking number so that everyone can see what I'm talking about CJHBX5

Deliverer. The Veho delivered to the wrong house and when I went on the app to talk to support it tell you to Message them and I did multiple times and no one replied. What’s the point of having the message for support if you get no support. So now I can’t receive my delivery. The crazy thing is you delivered to me last month and this month with the same address you go to the wrong house.

Pathetic Driving Skills. This company sent a delivery person to my house who LITERALLY disregarded the fact that we have a concrete driveway and, it appears, he/she just intentionally backed into our grass and then drove out through our beautiful yard. I immediately called Vitacost and told them they had better NEVER send another package to me using this company as a source for deliveries. Absolutely rude and disrespectful!!!!!

They delivered my package to outside my office building. I’ve been in my office building for 10 years and I receive packages all the time and never in my life and I received a package that was delivered after hours when the building was locked and the person decided to leave it on the front sidewalk. The clear instructions were to deliver it to my suite or at least two outside my suite door. Instead, they delivered it to the outside of the front of the building on the sidewalk and it is now a holiday weekend so I am certain it will be stolen. I would never recommend this delivery service! Ups and FedEx would never have done this!

App will not work. This app has bugs in it. I downloaded it and the home screen comes up but no deliveries show, although I know there is one being delivered to my house today, and the page is frozen on the screen. No matter what I press nothing happens.

I need more deliveries with this flexibility!!. Okay I have no idea what’s going on with the people who aren’t able to get their 6 digit codes?! Everything worked according to the instructions provided on the app. The only hiccup I ran into was that after I logged in and verified my phone number, the app said “this order is not connected to this account” but I backed out of the screen and reloaded the delivery info and everything was connected as normal. I added my delivery instructions and it was so freaking easy. Can y’all start delivering my e-commerce business packages?! Oh and to the reviewer who gave 1 star be cause veho shares data with their business partners…not sure you know how third parties work??? If they didn’t share the data there would be no point in even offering this service.

Useless app abysmal delivery company. I suppose the app functions but it doesn’t give you anything more than what they provide to you via text message - so what’s even the point of the app? And anytime you need customer support they send you out of the app back to your text messages anyway… so again, what’s the point of this app?? Veho the delivery company itself is absolutely abysmal. They literally cannot get deliveries correct. 4 out of my last 5 Tovala orders were either canceled b/c the package was “damaged en route” or Veho just delivered my package to the complete wrong address. I just had to cancel my Tovala account because I cannot rely on actually receiving my orders b/c of Veho unbelievably poor delivery, and I can’t keep planning my families meals around receiving food deliveries that never actually show up.

Abysmal Customer Support. I order weekly meal boxes that have recently switched to Veho for local delivery. The headache I face each week because of this carrier service is pushing me to my limits- each week it’s a different issue! Delivery window from 4:30-8pm? Nope, they’ll deliver at 11am when you’re at work. Specific instructions on leaving your package inside the leasing office? Nope, they’ll leave it outside on a busy street to be stolen! Notification that your package was delivered? I hope your app is working that day, because half the time I never get a picture of where the box was dropped at. And my favorite incident… my delivery driver took a picture of my package inside my building, said it was delivered, and then LEFT WITH MY BOX! My food for the week was caught on camera being stolen by YOUR delivery driver!!! And each time there’s an issue, customer support just gives you a generic apology of “oopsies sorry the delivery didn’t go as planned!”. That’s it! They never corrected any of the issues at hand and half the time you’re never notified of anything. How long is it before these companies realize all the lost revenue they’re acquiring by using this third-party carrier??

Worst Delivery Service. Hands down worst delivery service out there. Customer support is completely worthless. Drivers can deliver whenever they want, even late at night after they have had your package all day. There’s no accountability and they have no control of the random drivers who are obviously delivering when they want after their regular job.

Worst customer service.. They keep delivering to my neighbors house. I keep asking them to update the delivery instructions as you can’t do it on the app. 3 week and aNo response - and when I pressed the matter my HelloFresh order was almost fully melted, as if they left it to go bad. Even on the phone the delivery people will get the address wrong because none of them actually understand English but besides that they have the WORST customer service ever. There’s not reason I have send over 10 messages to them in the last 3 weeks and nothing has been acknowledged.

Worse delivery service ever. Update: Veho delivered my groceries to wrong apartment. They didn’t notify me that they had delivered them until 3 hours later. I tried to retrieve them but couldn’t. Now police are involved. Veho is doing nothing to help. Haven’t even heard from them after initially notifying them. Previous review: I get weekly deliveries from a vendor who uses Veho. First problem, they only provide estimates deliveries when they are within 1-2 hours of delivery. They make you wait all day long. Second they do not deliver to my apartment front door. They leave it outside the apartment building, in the lobby, in the atrium, anywhere except my apartment door. I don’t live in the lobby or outside. Living in a very high crime neighborhood and building puts my package at risk. Third despite my complaints every week, they continue to leave packages in public areas at least 60% of the time. They promise it won’t happen again but it always does. I would never use their service if I had a choice. .

Doesn’t Work!!. I use an iPhone 13 Max Pro and this app simply is dead on arrival. Not one button or link on the app functions. I have rebooted, signed in with my phone number, turned my phone off and on, etc., all to no avail. There seems to be no support whatsoever. Don’t waste your time with this app!

First Time With This Delivery Service For Nespresso. I’m not happy that Nespresso is using this service for my order as the delivery time is much slower than all my previous orders over the last couple years. I assume it’s a cost savings issue. But that’s strike one. As for the app, as others have mentioned there are issues. When I entered my phone number I got the message that it was not associated with the order I was tracking even though I had previously received a text to my phone from a Veho rep. I couldn’t move off that error screen so my only recourse was to force quit the app. Once I launched it again everything was correct, no error message. Not everyone would think of doing that which shouldn’t be necessary in an app that was updated recently. So that’s strike 2. But registering your phone number to essentially create an account is not necessary just to track a delivery. You can just enter your tracking number and get the same information without entering a phone number. The information shown is fairly minimal but that’s not necessarily an issue if everything else works properly. It remains to be seen if there will be a strike 3.

Easiest food prep yet!. Still getting used to the amount of food that is delivered. Myself, I do not like cutting up bigger chunks of meat so I would prefer meals that are mostly cut up. The taste has always been good even the things that I do not like, seem tasty. I gave it four stars because of the amount of chicken, not one of my favorite meats. I might have to start getting only five meals a week. I choose to eat fish on Fridays, so I am always looking for your new fish recipes. Salmon and mahi-mahi are my favorites. Thank you for this type of food prep.

Worst app. I received a text for my delivery and it forced me to download this app. Nothing came up. I responded via the text because the app offers “support” but it just sends you to the original text window. Feels like a scam. Will be contacting the company I ordered from and requesting a different delivery service.

More information on the package being delivered is needed.. Please provide the weight of the package when providing tracking information.

Perfect at Everything. Veho is the delivery company that my meal service uses. Their timing, deliveries, communications — everything they do is better than my meal service. In fact, if Veho wasn’t so good, I may have switched meal companies already. Veho sends me a reminder text the day before and the day of deliveries. They also text when the items are actually delivered and include a picture. The text communications are detailed and concise and do not leave me guessing. They have even sent me the customer service number for the meal company once! I just downloaded the app today and in under 30 seconds, I was able to reroute my order to my daughter’s house as I am stuck out of town! How amazing is that?! Veho employees and their tools are on point for customer service satisfaction. I know apps cost money to create so thank you to the marketing team and decision makers for doing it right! Great job!!!

Poor delivery service !. HelloFresh uses this company for delivery, for two times I had my food boxes reported as damaged , so they sent me a delivery window and I just wasted my time waiting . It makes no sense how it gets to their warehouse with no damages and then when it’s time to delivery it they report and kept my boxes .

“Can’t find address”. Despite numerous attempts, providing turn by turn directions and my phone number, they still insisted that they couldn’t find my address. It feels like they didn’t even try. They also have odd windows like 1am-4am. The whole concept maybe makes sense in theory but clearly didn’t work in my case and they should give the option to pick up at whatever warehouse they are having drivers pick up from.

The worst. They have lost my package with no explanation at all. The customer service us weird with no communication. You only have the ability to text Veho. I’m not purchasing through companies anymore who use this delivery service

Driver leafy meal box outside of dorm. Not at front desk.. We purchased a meal box to be delivered to my daughter’s dorm while at college to cheer her up during her finals. The VEHO driver left food package outside of the dorm instead of with the front desk. My daughter is in class until late at night and cannot go back to her dorm. I sure hope it’s there and not stolen or ruined. When I contacted Veho, there was no assistance. They said the driver was out of the area, even though the package was just delivered and they could not help me. Really, who leaves a package outside and not with the front desk?. Very unsatisfied!

Terrible delivery company!. I don’t care how great the app works. If you guys can’t get my deliveries to me, you’re getting a 1 star review. You’ve apparently hired the dumbest delivery people to ever walk the earth. Two out of the last three deliveries have been completely screwed up. They simply don’t read the delivery instructions which are a whopping one sentence long. Meanwhile random Uber Eats drivers make it right to my front door with no problem every single day. You must hire the dumbest people on the planet, and I’m tired of that adversely affecting me. Trashed delivery company.

SCAM!!!. I ordered a package from SEPHORA and they use this carrier. They are is the WORST! delivery company ever. You are forced to download the app to track your package and still the app doesn’t give you any actual tracking information. They lied to you regarding the delivery time, the customer support is a joke and rude to you. I lost my package and my money. So, if you want to lose your money and package use this app otherwise I recommend yo to go in person shopping or make sure the carrier is other than veho.

Awful App and Service. Driver did not deliver according to instructions so my package was stolen. I replied to the text thread within less than a minute from the delivery update asking to move it to the correct location and was told no. Contacting support did nothing. Downloading this app, as directed, gave zero additional information and the support option just sent me right back to the SMS text thread where they were already non-responsive and unhelpful. I won’t order from Nespresso again because of this awful service.

Terrible service. Lost package, clearly didn't read the shipping instructions put up on the building entrance and misplaced my package. Texting support is a nightmare, got redirected every message (4 texts, 4 agents, on the same problem, how are they supposed to help?). No one wanted to help. I would avoid using their service App does not provide anything useful. No updates whatsoever.

Better delivery times. If you are delivering dinner meals that have to be prepared, then must deliver them in time to make them for dinner, other wise its waste of time. Perviously you have delivered them late morning or early afternoon. We fond this unacceptable and may affect my Subscription to Home Chef.

Worst Service Ever!. Where do I even begin? My main online consignment store started utilizing Veho and that was the day a package was stolen due to a Veho driver placing my package in the wrong area, directly facing the overtly crowded location for literally everyone to take. A complete lack of care. Of course, when I reached out, nothing was done. With this most recent package, it was imperative a set of delivery instructions was placed to prevent another theft. But of course, no response. I tried text and email to no avail. They’ve legit ghosted me.

Ignored Delivery Instructions. I was so excited about the concept of this service with a recently ordered item from Saks. Unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the promise. The driver ignored my delivery instructions and left the package in an uncovered area. I immediately responded when I received the delivery notification. I was told that the drivers are out of my area and they couldn’t correct the problem. I said they left the package 5 minutes ago. Still refused to fix it. So now I have an expensive item sitting out in the rain until I can get home 3 days from now.

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!. I received a text message stating my shipment of food from Factor would be delivered between 2:05pm and 5:05pm. It is now 9:47pm, and I have not received my order yet. This was my first time using Factor, and I was looking forward to it to help with making meals easier. However, Veho has ruined the experience, and I will now cancel factor first thing tomorrow, since I see how unreliable the service is. I have reached out several times, only to be told the order was out for delivery, which I could obviously see that, but no one took the time to contact the driver to find out timely information. This has been by far one of the worst delivery experiences ever! 😡🤬

If you don’t want your package - use this service.. I don’t know if these people train their employees at all !! The drivers do NOT follow instructions. Many time they left Blue Apron package outside when it was 100 degrees, when it rained, delivered to the wrong address etc etc etc. The absolute worst and careless delivery service ever. It’s a shame hello fresh and blue apron use them!!!

Order updates. Veho is very helpful in letting me know when my order is coming, they always notify me the day before.

Stop using this company. Just an absolute garbage company. Late delivery, forced to download an app to track package but then it’s not actually tracking my package. They have no idea when or if your package will actually arrive.

Horrid app. What’s the point of downloading if they redirect you to text a support that doesn’t respond?

Terrible Delivery Service. Worst delivery drivers ever, left my hellofresh order out on the curb of one of the busiest streets in Denver. Also the app is pointless and shouldn't be forced on users, a webpage would have sufficied.

Where is the code?. I like all the other reviewers have the same problem-a text is sent but there is no code-I suppose you just don’t want anyone to add info or track shipment. I don’t know why Warby Parker just doesn’t use UPS or FedEx, heck they could use USPS for what they’re paying this site. What a waste of time.

Login Loop. Stuck in a loop of asking for a verification code, receiving one, typing it in, and then being brought ti my order page where it asks me to login if I’d like to leave or change instructions. This is my first and only time “using” the app.

Why?. Why am I being forced to install this for a coffee delivery? 0/10 no interest and don’t care.

Worthless customer support. Delivery was late, customer support doesn’t answer texts. Totally useless.

Idk who they’re paying for the 5star reviews. STOP FUNDING THIS INEPT STARTUP TERRIBLE delivery service As others have noted, drivers often ignore (or need too many) delivery instructions. I don’t think this is their fault- probably just the failure of the tools they’re given if my experience with customer service is any indication. I’m still waiting on a PREPARED MEAL delivery that’s going on a day late and can’t get even the slightest insight into a delivery window. The customer service texts (only contact method available) are circular and uninformative. I was told I would be texted a delivery window estimate once the driver left with my package. 11:19 am from Customer Service “Prior to the driver starting their deliveries, you will receive a text message with the delivery time window.” With no text of delivery window by 4:49pm, I reach out because I’m not sure if the package is even out for delivery at this point. 4:54 pm from Customer Service “We understand that you want to have an update with the delivery window and upon checking, your package has been picked up and is already out for delivery. While we do not guarantee delivery times, we do strive to deliver your package within the time windows communicated to you via text message and we are unable to change it. Traffic and weather conditions may affect these times.” Again- at NO POINT has a delivery window been communicated to me. This is just another tech bro “innovation” that barely performs its basic function and clearly doesn’t even have the basic tech to track parcels within its own system. Pathetic.

Liars! Don’t use this delivery. For three days they write that they will bring the parcel now, but they never do. Every time they write that today is certain, but then nothing. Don't trust them!

This app is a nightmare. Waited 2 days for my food package to arrive. Kept receiving texts with delivery windows in the middle of the night. Am I expected to wake up and grant access into my gated community between 1-4am? It wouldn’t matter because the access code I provided was never utilized anyway. I cancelled my home chef subscription and will not be using them again due to Veho. No way to even contact anyone from the company. Feels like a scam. BEWARE!

Absolutely NO customer service. Absolutely NO help from customer service after my “delivered” package was not actually there when I opened my door right after it was delivered.

App doesn’t do anything. Can’t open or click on anything.

They are the worst!. They threw my baggage in the street, and someone found it and called them they didn’t care. Thanks to a beautiful lady , she had to drive all the way to bring it to me herself!

Veho is a horrible company. Veho is an absolutely trash company who fails at their job and has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered

Scam service with no actual customer service help. They basically ghosted me on my Tuesday delivery with no update and then led me on promising to redeliver all week until finally reporting the order as damaged and cancelling it after 3 days of me trying to contact them.

Crash. I can’t track my order. The app crashed. It’s just a white screen.

They stole my box. Driver took a picture of my box inside their vehicle, they never delivered. Manager tried to cover that action, but the truth is they stole my box.

Not working propperly. I have the tracking code provided by Veho per email and I did get into the system with the phone number registered but sadly the system does not recognize my tracking code. So, it is of no use the app.

This is the WORST delivery service EVER!!!. If you see a package being delivered by this service immediately get your money back because the drivers will take your items at your dime! Not to mention the customer service is absolute TRASH.

Garbage. Garbage to the core

Incompetent. Veho delivered to the wrong address and is not responding to messages. The app is useless.

Support is not even kind of supportive. Support literally does not exist. No one responds.

Pure junk freezes up. Won’t even allow me to track, worthless

No privacy in their policy. Apparently the app is the only way to communicate with Veho regarding deliveries, and I do not want to agree to their privacy policy because they seem to share data with their business partners.

Terrible. App is one of the most pointless apps I have ever seen, extremely limited details, app does nothing different than website, contacting support in app leads to sms text, which no one ever responds.

Absolute trash. Customer support fails to respond after losing packages and the company I buy from has to reimburse me. Hopefully all these food services will just find another way to send stuff because this service is stealing their money

Deliveries are fine, app doesn’t work. Honestly I rarely have issues with Veho actually delivering my orders but this app is completely useless. The link they text you opens a page with an error in the app and when trying to manually type in the tracking code I get an error too. Typing the same code into the website gives the result I expect. Why send people to an app that does not work?

These guys stink. Make sure you sort these reviews by most recent. Then you'll see what you'll be getting. they call themselves a logistics partner, but there's no logistics going on back there whatsoever.

Won’t open whatsoever. No matter what I try, it won’t open.

Horrible. Every single time I have to deal with Veho, there is an issue with my package. This is so tiring, I don’t understand why companies just use regular carries. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They aren’t professional and CARELESS with packages. customer support is also Horrible!

Arrived at Veho facility. Dec 19: arrived veho facility Dec 19: arrived at veho facility (ya on the same day within an hour) Dec 20: arrived at veho facility Dec 21: arrived at veho facility What kind of tracking updates are these? Literally every other shipping service at the very least tell you the city/state location for an event.. how am I suppose to tell when something is wrong or if I can actually expect delivery today? I haven’t even gotten my package yet and I know now to avoid retailers that use Veho. So stupid

Ditto I don’t have my 5 digit code for need !. Need I write any more -where are our codes to do anything with the bloody app ? We don’t have any 5 or 6 digit delivery codes- Ok so I got contacted and I see they corrected the problem- Kuddos to them! So many places wouldn’t have even bothered- I’m impressed they fixed the problem! Thank you - I have reevaluated my Review and Rating as well!

Did not work. Not sure if it was my phone, but it did not work on my iPhone 11 Pro.

The worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I have a subscription to a food, delivery service, and Veho is the delivery service for that company. I’ve had five deliveries made to my house, and these are weekly, on every Saturday. Out of the five deliveries, they’ve delivered to the wrong house three separate times, even though I have specific instructions of where to deliver the package to. When the delivery has been incorrect, I’ve contacted them to fix the delivery, and they’ve refused to come out to redeliver the package. since I live in a rural area, this means I have to go in pick up the delivery myself. On one of those deliveries, I was out of town, making my delivery spoiled. In four years of living, in this house, Amazon and FedEx combined have had one delivery that went to the wrong place. In a month and a half, I’ve had three from this company. This is even with specific delivery instructions that I’ve included that layout exactly where my house is, even though my home address is on my front gate, and my house is not difficult to find. caveat emptor

Delivery. There is a nice deliver person two different ones I think that have been very helpful. I wish I remembered their names. They have followed the directions exactly and even brought an Amazon package to the door that the Amazon delivery person placed too far away. Thank you 🙏🏻

Worst Delivery Company. One for the worst company out there. No feature for reschedule and telling you that if they cannot deliver it and that I should consider donating the item. This is suppose to be company. Completely trash.

Never follow instructions. Worst service ever. They are the reason I don’t order from Zara. They will just throw your package anywhere and it gets stolen. I wish I could sue. Worst worst worst worst. Nightmare

Great Delivery Service!!. We live in the Austin area and we’ve had great success with Veho. Our delivery person is awesome! We order from Everyplate and have never had a single issue with any delivery. Just installed the app and it works great! I know some have complained about not getting the code, but it came quickly and everything works.

Code needed but not provided. Same as other reviews. This app asks for a 6 digit code that is never provided, making the app worthless. Why bother to create an app that asks for a code that isn’t provided? This is for a Factor meal package. It would be nice if I could give the gate code, but again, the app asks for a 6 digit code it doesn’t give in the text message link that directs you to the app. It doesn’t have anyway for you to request the code either.

Cannot recommend. Absolutely horrible service. Delivery drivers never follow delivery instructions and packages are constantly lost as a result. Avoid at all costs.

Does not work!. This app just freezes when I open it. Have tried WiFi and cellular. Can’t get my tracking info 😞 Totally useless.

Company is trash. They didn’t deliver my items and they lied about making several attempts to deliver. I send them instructions in the instructions box, and they didn’t follow through.

Awful App. This app is useless on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’m unable to enter the PIN code to log into the app for the first time. There should be a web based program that I can use.

DELIVERY NEVER MADE. This company is horrible. Customer service non existent these reviews must be bought. Worse than amazon, ups and FedEx combined. Packaged was not delivered, their deliver windows are a joke and customer service does nothing

Cannot follow delivery instructions. They do not extract information from third parties to input your delivery instructions. They leave your package on the street and the app is super buggy it fails when you try to input delivery instructions.

Never shows my deliveries. I have used this service for many deliveries and none of the deliveries ever show up for me to track the delivery. I don’t know what the point of the app is. I put in my tracking number and says no deliveries. Just weird
