Subscription not working. I have had a Nicegram subscription since I got this app for like 1.99 at least that is what it says in App Store. Today while checking it says to purchase a subscription for 4.99 but I already have a current subscription and when I try to renew it still says at the rate of 1.99. I try to restore purchase it doesn’t work and says to communicate with Nicegram bot, but when I do that it says something like not supported on App Store. I am paying for a subscription that doesn’t work?!

Report app as scam to apple. This app has gone downhill as they have added chat bots that literally have porn in them and some sore of "free" prepaid visa scam. These features have been reported to apple as this app is not the better alternative to telegram as it is misleading it to be. Yes you can disable the 18+ block filter on the native telegram app, but what this developer is doing is becoming far more malicious. I wouldn't be surprised if there are actual security flaws in the app that may be collecting data with out a user's consent. I implore all users to mass report this app to apple as a scam and for pornographic content as the app will natively spam you with as a pinned chat. Nicegram developers, no one asked for this and no one needs it.

Camera. Having an issue, when my boyfriend calls me he cannot see me…is this an update problem.

small glitch. whenever I try to transcribe a voice message, it says “the request timed out” on any voice message over 3 minutes (i have nicegram premium) please fix

Started off great…... Used to work great. Two days ago, notifications stopped appearing on my lock screen. I’ve reset notifications, deleted and downloaded the app, and reset settings. Nothing has worked and I’m still not able to get notifications on my lock screen.

Really liked the designer. But has bugs. The main one is to save video from groups where many fakers announce illegal mensagens risking all content be simply lost. This feature would save some idols content to be lost forever. Fix it and I’ll fix the rating to 5* Until there I’ll keep the original with more reliability regarding features with less control indeed, but manually we can filter at least.

App on crushes when lunched.. It’s really crazy writing reviews on this app. App keeps crashing and won’t open I’ve deleted it and reinstalled for the 5 time. After redownloading I can just put in my number and it crushes even thou verifications are still being sent on my telegram app App keeps crushing upon lunching

Great app, no Apple Watch support…. Great app, but it’s missing Apple Watch support like the official Telegram app. If you want the ability to reply to messages you still need to keep the official app installed to reply to messages look at conversations on your watch. If this is fixed, this will be a 5 star app easy! Please fix this guy!

Good app! Just one problem at the moment. Good app! Although currently the lily AI chatbot is not working at all. At first it wasn’t responding, so I deleted the app and reinstalled it and its telling me to get started with the AIchat bot again since I deleted it, although it puts me in a endless loop of loading, i tried reinstalling the app and still the same issue. It was nice, now it’s become annoying.. I’ve used nicegram for a long time, but one of the latest updates added a “create your own sticker” button that pops up first thing when you open the sticker tab. Touching it even slightly immediately takes you to the app store, and there is no way to turn it off. This is the equivalent of a phone game ad always appearing in your text chat with no little x to remove it, crazy annoying. I’ll be going back to using the normal telegram app until this is fixed, or at least until there is a way to hide this “feature”

Deleted files after download. I just downloaded movies to watch am using iOS so I have to transfer it to VLC before I can watch this morning I wake up to see all the files are gone why. i me some explanation The app is good all right but am not satisfy with my files deleting all the times

I’m just disappointed…. I’m giving one Star just because of past 6 months of bad experience with Nicegram! I’m only a member of 3 channels, but while joining other channels it says you’re member of 500 channel/groups, subscribe to join more idk why… WHY! I updated the app, I deleted & reinstalled, I deleted my account many times & tried again and again but it still says like that…

Incredibly irritating bug. Completely unable to use the assistant feature and everything that comes along with it because the bot is incapable of starting the authentication process.

I’ll edit this later but 10/10 perfection. I never write reviews. This saw the potential and created magic.

Last Update kicked me out of all accounts. I just downloaded the latest update and when I opened it, it was asking for number. And I didn’t have access to one of my phone numbers and yeah, lost for good.

Wonderful App. The App work wonderfully and it’s better than the old nicegram, the nicest thing about this app is the ability to sign-in with your google account or your iCloud and you can even use e-sim

Emoji status still animates. Was hoping the bug would be fixed in this version, but it inherited the same bug as in the official iOS telegram client. The bug is, in power save mode, there is an option to disable animated emojis, which is supposed to include the emoji status next to premium people’s names. However with that animated emoji disabled, I still see animations. It is very distracting to people with sensory processing issues.

Better than nothing. Unable to resolve any accounts that have been blocked. Hard limit on accounts you can follow and it seems to be random.

Only one suggestion. I’m really in love with this app. Very easy to use and navigate. Premium subscription is at a good price also. The only bad thing I wish it had was a next button. It gets very tedious having to scroll to find the next episode when the anime has lots of episode. Please consider adding this feature and the app would be even better.

Just use Telegram! This isn't worth putting your personal information at risk!

Make Nicegram App Folder Accessible. Hello dev, can you please make the Nicegram App Folder Accessible through a file management or on PC so when the App crashes you can successfully retrieve you files before clearing cache. i have tons of school doc that i can't now access both through the app and on PC to. Please consider this in the next update

Opens IPhone default browser. Regardless of the setting for where to open links, links are always opening on the default browser for my phone. This is a problem for me, as I always have preferred the in-app Safari option. Please fix!

IPhone 7 plus issue. Frequent group switching can cause crashes. When there is too much group information, it can also cause crashes. I hope the author can fix it

Nicegram is gooooood. Now I love using this app but just recently I got banned. Now I made a new account and I joined one of my favorite groups but it didn’t show anything I turned on the options to see not safe for work stuff but it still didn’t work. I hope they can fix it

Hope it gets better and better. Ng's translation has always been great, which is the main reason I use it. Secondly, he can view the personal registration information, exit the background in the last group directly. And that's great. 👍

If this app pushes “Busty Barbie” down my throat again I’m going to scream.. I don’t care about ai chatbots, I want to message friends. I don’t need to be reminded about your ai in irrelevant chats. I don’t need busty barbie randomly being pinned to the top of my chats. Every update just adds note things I need to remove in settings.

Works better than the original, but with one downside. Because of how yucky the original Telegram is on IOS, this is my preferred app for using telegram. However, despite the team saying they’ve fixed the notification issues, it’s still there. I’m having upwards of an hour before notifications show up, and looking through developer responses, they say the update needs time to work correctly or something along the lines of that. Never seen this issue for apps before, but it’s still a nuisance and while I may not be the most educated on how certificates work, this issue has been going on for several months for me, so it confuses me why it’s still present

I really like this app but I’m having one problem. The problem that I’m having with telegram is that they won’t tell you that they are deleting your account without warning you, I really like telegram but you guys should stop banning accounts without warning the users because is a great app for everyone I hope you will do something good about this thanks

The latest nice gram app. The latest nice gram app is quite interesting and good to note that a lot of the bugs that lows the smooth running of multiple accounts on the app has been solved to an extent. Well, the nice gram team also has to work on the notifications or messages gotten from each account as some messages which are sent seem not to be shown on notifications

Absolutely amazing for what it is.. I love the app personally because of the fact because it's way better than the regular Telegram. It has the same UI layout and everything. However, some of the suggestions can get annoying, like the PST channel and others, but luckily, you can deactivate it in settings. The only reason it isn't five stars is that I have purchased the lifetime subscription, and when I hit restore purchases, it wasn't working at all. Otherwise, the rest of the app works just as I'd expect it to.

Good, better than the original app. The developer has added features that are lacking in the original app but it would be nice to see some that enhances the user’s privacy. A feature that many want would hide the user’s typing status and online status completely

Cached data not deleting. So I’m STILL unable to delete apps storage. It shows it’s gone in app but when I go to the phone settings Nicegram is storing well over 20GB of cache data Also I can not join anymore groups or chats it says I’ve reached my limit and logging out of Nicegram or the assistant and logging out of the app and still I log in a nope still won’t let me the only fix I found or at least suggested inside the chat is to go and login on telegram and join a group. Well Mrs. telegram won’t let me join anything new either. All works except I can’t delete the cache without deleting the app cause the app says it delete it but it doesn’t. I sent the app to not store no more than 1GB but still it balloons. I’m getting tired of constantly having to delete the app and download and sign in again. Crash. The application crashes from time to time and make phone heat up unlike iMe and the telegram. The application close itself or cease when adding profile picture and you’ll have to start at the beginning I hope the developer find solution to the issue 🙏. 14promax ios16.2

Can’t join new group chats. It keeps asking me to leave some groups before joining new groups but i keep getting the message saying limit reached, I tried to logout and login again it worked only 1day the next day i keep getting the message of limit reached.

APP IS AMAZING EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. Nicegram is indeed the #1 client but (this is just my opinion) I wish there was a ‘select all’ button when it comes to saving media because it’s very annoying to just press every media file 1 by 1 PLEASE ADD ONE

Garbage. Admins and mods will restrict you. Admins and mods in nicegram official pages will restrict and limit your account if you ask why features get removed or if you ask something they don’t like. Use offical app or anything else

“Happy lottery” spam is a step too far. Paid for this app, but deleted after it started showing 90s style “Nicegram Happy Lottery” spam over the chars with that tiny little close button that’s impossible to hit. Class act. Goodbye.

Great app but messed up lately. I starting using this app because of certain extra features and inline translation, but recent updates with crypto/NFT related stuff is forced on users face. Some people just need a normal messaging app which Nicegram was initially but now it’s just full of bloatware and you can’t even disable those things. Messed up decisions made by the management team. :|

Updates fix nothing. (Once again). After months of total radio silence from the NiceGram developers we get an update that introduces even more bugs and fixes literally none of the already existing ones. The app is not usable to this day for a majority of the userbase and there’s never been any acknowledgement from them that there’s even a problem. To them, It dosent exist apparently! Exactly what happens? You open the app. try to open any chat or group and if it works, You were lucky. Many of us can’t do that because the app freezes at this exact point 100% of the time. Although you can see messages coming in still! You won’t be able to interact with anything no matter what you do. (Trust me, I’ve tried everything myself) Why does it happen? No idea. I’m not a programmer. But they are and we’ve reported the issue many many times. Honestly, at this point I can’t tell if it’s incompetence or a total scam. I will let you make your own decision on that as I’m not sure myself.

Should copy logins from old app. My whole purpose in having Nicegram was to have multiple accounts logged in to one app so that I wouldn’t be locked out. Now I have to go through the login process for each account again if I can find the info.

Nicegram assistant issues. If you scroll while the Nicegram assistant is popped up it will freeze scrolling even if it’s off screeen You either kill it first thing or you have to restart

This was one of my daily apps that I use but now it’s broken.. If you want to go on an 18+ channel you would first have to unblock the channel, but the way to unblock it is flawed and broken. Trust me it’s not your phone, the way to do it just doesn’t work.

Tested the Unlimited Profiles. You don’t get unlimited profiles. You get exactly 12 profiles. Nothing after that adds to the account. I should give a 1 star for lying, but the app isn’t half bad so I gave it 2.
