Never loads. It opened fine until I purchased the monthly plan and suddenly it will no longer open. I’ve had a spinning loading wheel for over 2 full minutes. Tried restarting the app, force quit, restarted my phone, checked my internet connection. Nothing works.

WoW, what a TOOL!. LoL. STEMZ is actually a great tool for just jamming, learning parts or even backing tracks for a vocalist or single instrument playing an “acoustic” gig. As a Pro, I’m always looking for how I can improve my skills and with STEMZ’ versatility, I see endless opportunities.

Stupid. So you can record a song and upload it on the app but it literally only gives you 5 seconds of the recording and to actually listen to the whole thing you have to pay 1.99 just to listen to a recording

Horrible. I put five stars so this is at the top. The AI itself works great but then it hides EVERYTHING behind a paywall or a premium membership. I was testing it and it let me play about 5 seconds of a 12 second video before it said “well you can’t listen to anymore cause I’m greedy for cash🥺 but you can get premium for $10 a month or pay $2 for a 12 second clip”. It’s a free app for all this just make it a paid app rather than baiting people in with a free app just to make them pay to do anything

Hi.. This is honestly the best appp I have used for music. It lets you customize everything there and I really recommend you get this app

What you would expect. This app cost 5$ a month but if you pay it’s a great app but not with the highest quality the more you edit the song the more low quality it gets

Only one thing I hate. When playing a song it tells you in the middle of the play to pay so why do we need pay for it’s just a song why can’t do it for free and also I like your app it’s useful for making videos but that is the only thing that y’all need to fix.

So much more better apps than this. Put this as 5 stars so it can be at the top. The AI works well and though it can be confusing I wouldn’t complain. This app is great except for the one thing that you need to pay to export? You can screen record to bypass this but that’s too complex. I recommend moises if you don’t want to pay for something that can be easily accessed and used easier for free. Should’ve just made the app cost $5 and make the in app stuff free.

This takes Sampling to another level.. There are so many bass lines I’ve wanted to sample. This makes it soooooo easy. You can remix any vocals you want. I love this.

Beatmakers gold. Sampling, acapellas, studying certain instruments in your favorite songs. So much i can do with this app. Been wanting something like this since i started making beats. Thank you!🥹

Works pretty well. All these people complaining cause you have to pay a fee for this service- a monthly subscription, your moronic. Of course they want to make money, what do you think developers do? Just create something for free? People need to eat. This app does what it says it does, and does it well. Cough up a couple bucks sponges.

Musician. I’m a musician so this tool is very valuable software to this cost Hundreds of dollars. It’s not the price that counts it’s the value. Great for learning parts and only your part if you choose to. I have the capability to eliminate all instruments and vocals just to hear the bass line which I play. Awesome. Not playing the right note or can’t hear that change completely just us the app.

Broooo!!!. You can’t even listen to any of the song FULLY, NOT EVEN THE “demo” song. Me, personally I wouldn’t get it, waste of space. You get like, 30 seconds, I think to listen to any song. You have to buy the premium to listen to a full song. Plus, I don’t feel like paying money just to edit a song. When you listen to it you put down like, the bass for example and has ONLY lag to it. I don’t recommend this app.

Good /but. Is there something that happens with copyright laws or something after you play the songs a few times on the app because after paying and listening to a few songs , the app is telling me that I can’t play them and I can’t even find them when I go and try to add them again after purchasing on iTunes…I thought this is what the premium was for????? ?? Pretty disappointed on day 3 of practice when I didn’t see the songs in the app. ☹️

Stems AI Separation. I listen to lots of classic rock (50’s through 80’s) and this app can filter out voices to where there’s only a backing track playing, or even just an acapella. Amazing, try it for yourself.

Does what the ads say. If you want to take your favorite song and EASILY edit it (maybe you love the song to the core) now you can, this app is actually really amazing. I would suggest support this app so the technology can get more specific, maybe the AI can differentiate between guitar and keyboards someday!

The only reason I’m putting it at five star so it’s at the top. OK this thing is just horrible. It is kind of cool yes but everything is locked behind a pay wall. I’m not paying 48 year or nine of the month. It’s just so stupid and I’m not paying two dollars for one track. This is honestly the most stupidest thing I ever seen.

What’s happening with new update or something?. Always used this app for practicing guitar, I’ve had a membership with the pro version for a while now and all of a sudden I can’t use with pro version unlocked now. Tells me I can’t renew because I already have a paid membership for the floor version yet it will not let me use it. Please get me to change my stars back to what they would have been…

It seemed like I only got to listen to 5% of the song and I do not get to export any songs not even at least 1 song unless I pay a subscription.

Don't even bother. It'll only let you listen to ONE SECOND of a song before forcing you to pay for a monthly subscription. I understand having limits but how they do this makes it literally impossible to use without paying. All I wanted was to edit a short 15 second audio and I can't even do that. Useless, stay away.

Slight problem. Works great! Only problem is some songs I use, once I turn off the music it randomly cuts at times but other than that it really good and definitely recommend using it.

Good, but needs some tweaking. I am still testing this app on my iPhone. While it does separate the vocals as described, some of the other instruments sound “muddied” while playing the song. With some improvements by the developer on the software to remedy this problem, it can become a great app for musicians.

Just getting started. Seems real easy to navigate. I have a sound system on order that connects with Bluetooth and will give it a whirl. I like it so far.

Loving it. This app is a game changer for me as a Saxophonist! My only negative is you can’t save/play the file using iTunes, at least I haven’t figured it out.

Depressingly miserable. This app is absolute BULL CRAP. The app itself is free, but as soon as you try to use anything in the app it will not allow you to because the creator/creators are greed dirt bags! They try to make you pay for nearly everything. This app would be great if it weren’t that part. The app also glitches a lot with the audio. I would like to say that I put five stars so this would be at the top

It works perfectly. Ok, it’s not free but you can try it for free. Once you try it you can decide if it’s worth the money to you. I am still deciding that for myself having just installed the app. What I can say however is that it works extremely well and you aren’t getting a cheap product so if this is an app that interests you I highly recommend downloading the app to try out the free trial because you won’t be disappointed with the quality. This is light years better than any free options out there like audacity and it’s presets lol.

Worst app, money hungry. You can’t do this to your favorite song, no matter what you try, on top of that if you miraculously get a song of your favorite artist through, it’s only about 12 seconds you can hear and you have to pay to hear the rest. Not worth it at all

Almost perfect. Love the app, use it on a daily basis to study other artists music and how I can improve my sound as well but this app would be perfect if it didn’t lose quality of other instruments. music is hard to separate if you’re not the original composer you don’t have all the parts separately. I’m sure in the future this app will separate everything like it is in the recording studio and will get smarter. Other than that I love the app

Could be better. You’d get way better reception from people if added ad support. Have people watch an ad to unlock a full song or something dude. Don’t lock the whole app behind a paywall after the first use. You’ve already lost a lot of users that way. I’m keeping the app installed for now because it works really well, but if something isn’t changed, I’m deleting the app and searching for other sources. Because I’m not paying ten dollars a month for the rest of my life just to isolate some vocals

Great Idea Poor Execution. Once you remove the vocals from the songs it drastically changes the quality of the production of the song. You hear the bass seems to become muffled or reduced where the vocals were and other parts as well. If they can fix the quality of the songs once you remove a part of it I believe it'd be a great app

Money hungry. Boy oh boy this app is money huungryyy like seriously although this app is not that bad when it comes to actually doing what it’s supposed to do but what I really hate is that it has a limit to how long you can play the song to play your full song it’s locked behind a paywall and most of the things are actually locked behind a paywall so basically just don’t get this app, it’s not worth your time

Useless. This app is not useful at all. You literally can’t use it without paying honestly. You only get a second to hear the song you picked before something pops up on the screen saying, “you reached your limit” “go pro” or whatever…and you can’t export anything without having a subscription either so it’s all just stupid. an extremely useful learning tool!. I’m really happy with this app so far- Im loving the ability to take a look at any of the songs I have always admired, pull back all the layers, study what kind of techniques they used in their arrangements- for their sounds- Then try & apply some of their recording/editing techniques while mixing ur own music m *BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY… it’s extremely user-friendly!

Epic app to cover music along with!. This allows you to take out, or quiet the vocal of songs. You could also do the same to the guitar, drums, keyboard, etc., for you to play along with it without the recording instr. or vocal sound interrupting your personal/custom tone

Separate. Hello, is it possible for the next update to split lead vocals from backing vocals and fix AI to properly separate instruments instead of getting stuck with another?

This app is horrible. I really did have high hopes for this when I downloaded the app I really did, but when I tried to test out a song it said error song can’t be played because of copyright infringement. I don’t understand why it wouldn’t go though I would get it if I was going to post a video of me using the song and the app but I just wanted to test it out. Consider yourself lucky that their is not a way I could give you 0 starts. Do better.

The app is ok.. The App is ok, It functions how it was displayed in the add that caught my attention since I’m a person who is trying to make sampled beats. When you make your first audio then when you are going to make a 2nd one It asks you too unlock this audio by purchasing it normally or purchasing Stemz Premium and that is really a issue because obviously people want to make more then one audio/sample since they have a reliable app that they can trust. I think you should limit the number of audio’s at 30 since thats pretty much enough audio’s.

Just don’t. Even though you can extract 6 stems, there are others that extract 4 stems and are WAY better than this. Overall this is a 4/10, extra points for keeping the quality of the song the same than some others but still… there are better extractors out here

I cant event test the app. 30 sec is only the intro. There is no way to really test if it works with 4 or 5 min songs. Not sure it worth it Update: they told me to try the 7 days free trial. A trial should be free, period. Enough with this gimmick. I dont trust this company at all.

Poor guitar separation from other instruments. The app did some separation but it was horrible, only the half of the guitar melody we can listen to. Not worth paying for this kind of purpose.

I would give this a 0 star if I could.. This is so bad. You need to buy pro to atleast listen to half of the song and to export you need to buy pro. This is just a money eater. The best sampling app that doesn’t require pro to listen half of the song and to export is Moises. So just use Moises instead it’s way easier and not a money eater. The only thing that is good in this app is the ui. The ui itself is very simple and beautiful. However Moises has a good ui too but not so good like this app. So just use Moises and you’ll be fine.

It’s ok. This app is ok but doesn’t do justice for instrument isolation. Too many artifacts and warble for low end frequencies such as bass guitar or kick. Seems to work a little better for higher frequencies such as guitars, vox and keys.

Where is the exported file ?. There is no instruction to find out where is the exported file can be found .

Not Worth the Money. The separation of tracks is not precise at all. The app has lots of bleed over and overlap between each stem. If this were free, it’d be understandable, but as of right now the quality is not worth the price tag.

Stemz. This game is so fun you can get your on song in play it do some touch up to it

This is an awesome program. Working perfectly with my 360 photo video booth.

I don’t like the new update. It says “remove the limit and enjoy” and I’m only 12 so I can’t do that, and all the songs I put on there won’t let me do anything to them

Why?. Ok first of all its cool and all but it give-a you like 2 seconds to listen to it without the subscription. Can you make that longer, because not everybody wants to spend their money on this

Great. I love this game it shows me what I don’t want in music.

Stemz App Review. The app seems to require you to use iTunes as if we haven’t been paying for Apple Music the last few years. I didn’t even know iTunes still existed. Just another attempt to have you spend unnecessary money.

Amazing!!!!. This app is just like the add!! It is so much fun to play with and this is like the only app I ever go on now! It’s so much fun!

Money Hungry. Why so money if the App was free it would be amazing. The quality for the short clips with the free version is great but it’s not worth it to download the app just to be pressured to pay money if the app wasn’t so money hungry it would be worth five stars

Trash. I saw the reviews and I got the app just to see if they were lying and they were not, after 2 seconds of the song it told me to buy premium. For all of you guys that don’t know. and still want a app that can take out background vocals or instruments, get moises it’s free with no payment :3. (no i am not a moises advertisement bot lol)
