No supper - App does not work. I submitted a review stating I could not use the app. Developer response was to reach out to support. After about two emails of me describing issue, as well as sending a video of the exact issue, the communication stopped. This has now been over a month. Don’t waste your time trying this app. If you do not see the log in screen and it’s expecting you to sign up for a new account you won’t be able to use it. Horrible support and a horrible app.

My Apple is falling out from the tree. I absolutely love Linktree, one of the best apps I worked with. It is funcional, easy and it has a beautiful lay out. 💯 worth it!

Not sending emails. People are using my links, however I am not getting notifications that my forms are being filled out. I know this because clients inform me that they’ve filled out the forms but I have not gotten the emails saying such. I’ve also run tests by filling the forms out myself and I still do not receive notifications that they’ve been filled out.

Good but…. It was great until it stopped allowing me to add links. It keeps saying “Oops, something went wrong”, something along those lines and it’s been like this all day yesterday and today. I’d like to add some more links. UPDATE: Still doesn’t work and doesn’t even allow me to log into either of my accounts. Deleted app.

Great App for Industry People. This makes it so easy to have all of your info in one place to send to clients and customers!

Constant Unexpected Error Pop-Up. The app is great and provides all the functionality I need, but an Unexpected Error Pop-Up appears every time I hit a button. It's really annoying and it obstructs some UI elements. I don't know what's wrong here, but it's spoiling the app for me.

So happy you guys finally have an app!!! 🎉🎉 Ok so I just have the free version (so if y’all wanna sponsor me feel free;)) (kidding unless ur down lol) but I literally tell all my vendor/creative friends about Linktree & how cool it is that you can link all of your socials in one place. They’ve usually never heard of it & they get so excited that it exists! It’s great for artists that have multiple platforms like etsy, websites, social media, etc. I am just so grateful that you exist & thank you for making a free version for us broke starving artists. Not loading. Was really excited about it. I was trying to make an account and got to the point where I’m trying to type in my name but when I press done it goes to a blank page. I’ve been trying to do this for awhile and even tried deleting the app and it put me on the same page with it blank.

Well-designed and easy to use. Linktree’s app is intuitive and simple - like mobile apps should be. The focus is on updating your link in bio and includes a live preview to see how your changes manifest in real-time on your profile. The Linktree platform has evolved quite a bit from the basic link-in-bio days, and there are a ton of features, here. There are definitely a few missing from what’s supported in the web experience, but I’m sure they’re working on getting those added.

Great idea, easy application!. I was always looking for a solution to reach my all social media in one place and finally you guys solved the problem. If you find a way to connect the links straight to mobile application like twitter, that would be perfect.

Was working flawlessly.. Recently updated and now running into a bunch of issues. I cant use any of my own pictures as a background, it shows up as a black screen with the links there. Try to change the color of the background at least but it just stays completely black.

Good App, Analytics Need Some Work. Good app, but it would be great to see some improvements to the analytics section. I’m not sure why your click the Through rate can be over 100% and fractional clicks doesn’t make any sense.

So easy!. Like it’s a breath of fresh air. The app is easy to set up, but more importantly, it’s super easy and feels fresh for clients to use. It also keeps the client focused on the task. I highly recommend setting it up even if you already have other options for clients available so you can have an additional option.

Enjoying it so far. So far it’s been the most simple and quick way for me to start my website. Connects to canva and so many other things, price is good too.

Banned without Justification. I was banned off the app, had no idea why. I submitted my email asking what codes I violated and it’s been 5+ days with no response, when I got an email back immediately asking why I couldn’t login with my account. They would tell me that I got banned, but not why. Use another service, they pick and choose who they want to succeed on the platform. OnlyFans girls are allowed to stay but artists that want their work to be recognized will get banned appreantly.

Stay On Top Of Glitches. Your selection bar to select dates timeline for analytics turns off randomly and turns on randomly it’s a hit or miss when It could be used, also expand more on analytics ✌🏽

Doesn’t make sense. I didn’t know there was a Linktree app first off. I’ve made 2 other Linktree accounts using a browser. It’s asking me for a URL but that makes zero sense. Linktree is the URL lol! I don’t see a way to add it to my Instagram account. I guess I’ll just use the browser even though is kinda wonky. So much for user friendly. Haha!

Amazing (just one problem). I love the app and it works amazing! Just maybe in the meantime add a video link without a membership or just 1 and update all things for example: TikTok link for the app.

Won’t load links. I have been unable to edit my links for months I’ve also tried all the troubleshooting tips and spoke to customer service even tried to create a new account thinking it was a glitch and it wouldn’t even let me do that. I love the idea of linktree (all my links in one place) but very disappointed with quality of app/website.

Cant even use the app👎🏽. I can’t even login and I’m for a fact putting the correct info and everything. I see other reviews saying the same thing even as far back as in July so it’s crazy they haven’t fixed this issue yet. Ridiculous. The website crashed as well. Just gonna use some other company because the fact that this has been an ongoing issue makes it clear they probably don’t care about their customers enough to even fix it. This was a waste of my time.

Everything in One Place. I like the idea of it and it’s function just not for $9 a month. If I end up using this for 5 years that’s over $500.

Easy to use, and view. Interface is relatively straightforward, and makes it easy to mirror yourself, so you can get an idea as to what exactly you look like online.

Stay Down Management. I’ve been using Linktree for about 6 years now with the artists I manage. Great app, great features. There’s always room for improvement. Also, if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. #StayDown ⚓️..

Importants. This app is great but there needs to be a store and media kit in this app for people to use that lots of link tree bio have otherwise than that this app is great just needs a media kit and store elements like other link tree bio apps have!!! Also if people want to add elements the elements should attach when they press on the element!!!

WOW!!. i usually don’t write reviews for apps because i don’t want to or just don’t feel like doing but but this app deserves a review. i have been using link tree for a couple of years now and i love it! i was so excited to hear that they finally came out with an app so i downloaded it and it’s so easy to use and very well organized. ofc there are some features that are only available to use on the web but im so glad i can add links to my link tree in a app and not on the web. if i were to get the premium link tree i would definitely get it no questions asked. link tree is so easy to use and it’s pretty self explanatory. i definitely recommend getting this app! i will continue to use it! thank you so much!

Glitches and not working. I had it at one point and it was free but when I tried to download it again it asked for my credit card information when it said it was free so u went on the website and tried to log in from their and it won’t load everything else works fine but when I press the login button it takes me back to the homepage or it just has a blank white screen

Account removed due to inappropriate usage of this service.. I am really enjoying Linktree and was definitely considering becoming a subscriber. I’m only giving one star because I have no idea what inappropriate usage. Everywhere I tried to set it as bio it would be rejected, so I had to use a website builder to put in my bio that lead to my Linktree. (Milkshake App) Maybe that’s what this is… My Linktree couldn’t even be sent to a friend via private message or text. Anyways, I will be contacting support if I can find out how to do so, find and correct the issue if one stands, and hopefully becoming a monthly subscriber. I will change my rating when this is settled. Link Tree Rocks!

Fantastic. This app has been a lifesaver for me and being able to promote my webpages with just one link. Very helpful and useful tool.

Editing features a limited. Adding a thumbnail photo is key for links, however when I try to go into my favorite photos from my phone the app doesn’t have that feature.

Verification issues. Trying out this app to create a link tree for my creative sites and finding that it keeps asking me to verify my account which I have tried multiple times via email and resent verification email but so far no luck. Wanted to preview to see how things look and can’t get to that part because of this issues. Otherwise it looks like an app that will do what I wanted it for. Any suggestions or help on this issue?

Glitchy as all get out. I have a bunch of links on my page. It doesn’t load past a certain point and if I try to scroll it any further down, it shoots me back up to the top… Not only does this do this on the app but also the browser version too… it’s extremely slow loading everything in and I can’t even look up a specific link to edit, I have to SCROLL all the way to a link. This becomes annoying if you have a lot of links and if you want to move something you have to have good hand skills to hold a box then use another finger to scroll and pray it doesn’t glitch’s and lose your place… I’ve been using Linktree for years now, it’s improved significantly in other areas but they user interface is extremely clunky.

Make Having Multiple Accounts Free. I love linktree, i’ve been using it for years! I was super excited to see that there’s an app available now. However I am very annoyed that you cannot log into multiple accounts on the app. You can, but there’s a pay wall. It’s annoying because it should be a basic free feature to switch between linktree profiles, but its not :/

Hard to set up. I tried to link 4 products - books 2 x linked easily with thumbnails the other two kept having a “settings” checked alongside thumbnails and no matter what I did would not display like the first two. It is inconsistent….

I don’t know what’s going on. I was planning on using this for my TikTok but when it prompts you to enter your name I was just stuck I entered my name and then it just froze to a white screen with a great out button that says continue I don’t know what’s happening someone please help me

Careful with your subscription. The app works well, however, they send you no message/email to tell you you're subscription will be renewed/was renewed. In my opinion, this is a lack of transparency from the company. You also can't get a refund so if you forgot to cancel your subscription, kiss that money goodbye. I thought my subscription has been cancelled ever since July but I found out in October that they were still charging me EVEN THOUGH THEY CONFIRMED THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED. So I would be EXTREMELY careful if you decide to take a paying option

Really happy to see an app finally. Took off stars because I don’t see a Multiple Admin feature, which is available on your PRO plan which I’m paying for. I don’t want to have to keep logging out to check other accounts, I’d rather sign into my 2 accounts and be able to switch looking at both from the app.

Giant cookie popup is to big. Link tree was my favorite go to for quickly sharing links but now the giant cookie popup covers half the screen that’s very distracting and wastes time when you’re trying to quickly share links

Can’t use the app. Since downloading the app I haven’t been able to log into my account. I log in and it doesn’t move forward, keeps timing out or refreshing to log in.

I can’t even register. It won’t let me get past putting my name in and the screen just goes blank. I’ve rebooted my phone and gone back in several times and it just does the same thing.

Not easy. I have not been able to affectively use my Link tree, and I don’t feel that there is enough support.

Freezes every time. I am unable to do anything other than upload a link. I can’t edit the link or the position. Every time I use the app it freezes!

Tiktok link won’t work. So the url wont work. But will let me link my profile if I authorize my account through Linktree. I HATE THAT PLEASE FIX IT ASAP.

.. Ive been seeing link tree all over tiktok and i decided to download it today. but when i started to sign up or whatever, i got to the name part and i put it in. but after i did it just swiped up and it was a white screen, im frustrated

Cant use. Have an account, when signing in i am then taken to a screen that tries to make me create a new linktree after already having one. Cant sign out, cant reinstall because it just auto signs you in. Customer support has given me the same answer 2x with still no resolution. (UPDATE Dec 2022) Still the same issue linktree doesn't want to fix this problem and from reading other reviews i am not the only one experiencing this problem. Don't waste your time just keep using the website itself.
