WTH is going on with my stuff!?. I had a good experience the first time i ordered awhile ago. However, after ordering what i wanted slides, Crocs & jibbitz, was charged for the order on 11/6, then a few days later was refunded the entire order amount...so i waited again until November 16th to reorder, well of course as soon as i did that BOTH charges added back and took out over $100....so with no email, text, call...NOTHING!! Did the same to my son only he got an overdraft bc he didn't realize they had refunded it and thght he miscalculated n spent a gew bucks n didnt have quite enough to pay when it "came back" well my Son got his order...i didnt get anything then i got the first cancelled, re-ordered order and all the sudden i cant find order #2!! AND i got the measurements wrong and ordered the wrong size 😑so ill hopefully have my crocs by Valentines day!! Hopefully.....we'll see...

One of the worst apps I’ve been counted in a while. So I have the Crocs app on my phone but at this point there’s no point of having it as it’s easier just to go onto the website if you go on your order history and if you had view details for your order it will never open you will never see the details you get a white screen most of the app never actually works. Yes, you can shop you can buy but that’s about it other than that the app is useless.

App is Useless !!. This app is literally useless !! It doesn’t work for half the things it was designed to do! Try to load an order, NOTHING. Try to set up a return, NOTHING. Try to contact support, NOTHING. Don’t even get me started on the wishlist..🤬🤬 Also, what’s the point of me being signed into the app if it’s going to constantly ask me to sign in anyway when I try to order or ATTEMPT to get the status of an order because as stated, IT DOESN’T WORK!? It’s extremely annoying! If I could give the app 0 stars I absolutely would.

Never again. My order got cancelled due to an insufficient address which I got shoes delivered there before but whatever since they wanna cancel my order I would like my money back for the fact they took my money and I didn’t the shoes so I would like the money back so I can spend it somewhere else where they told me I’d get a refund within 7-14 days which is fine it’s been a month still haven’t gotten anything I tried contacting customer waited 40 minutes for a agent who didn’t even respond back and so the time ran out went back to customer server and tried to reach out to the same agent got the same one again and didn’t even speak to him because he closed the chat before I could even state the problem

Crocs app is life!😍🥰😘😁✨💖👌🫶🩴🩴. I love the crocs app. It provides discounts, crocs club membership, updates on new styles, helps me keep track of what crocs I need to buy and much more! A most wonderful shopping experience! Crocs changed my life. I’ve never experienced a more comfortable shoes besides hokas. Crocs are my after work/post workout relief shoe. I have 2 jobs in healthcare so my crocs are very important to me. Also, I’ve never been able to have expressed my self in such a way as I do with crocs and jibbitz. Highly recommend! 10/10!🤲💖✨😘🩴🩴

Converted!. I have never owned a pair of Crocs and have actively loathed the look of them for years. My wife convinced me to try on a pair of Echo crocs while we were shopping for Christmas gifts. They were very comfortable so I decided to try a pair. Now I’m looking for another color to switch into as an alternate! All day comfortable and easy on my knees!

Needs a few kinks ironed out. Overall the Crocs app is easy to use and navigate. In the last year, I’ve made half a dozen purchases and have only found two issues I feel need to be resolved. 1) My shipping and billing address are different. When I check my entire order history, it shows they are the same address on ever order. So I’ve had to go and find the email confirmation (which does reflect the correct address) to verify my shipping information went through correctly. 2) Web browser pricing and the Crocs app pricing do not always match but it does appear to update to the correct price at the check out.

Replacing the ones I destroyed. Might wanna warn people against putting these in the washer and dryer. One of them shrunk down two sizes for some reason, while the other remained completely fine. Heartbreaking— because these are very cute, but if you can’t wash them, they smell pretty bad. I’ll have to figure out a better way to wash them.

Does this even work??. Every time I try to use the app it will let me click on the menu example : I clicks on search; then Mens; then boots/ slides/ clogs; then as soon I hit whatever style or shop all the whole screen goes black and the app shuts down. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it hard reset after I deleted the app, then I downloaded the app again. Same exact thing every time EVERY TIME! Like not my once have I been able to look at anything on the app without it shutting down like 2taps into the app… SEND HELP!! I need access to the APP EXCLUSIVE products!! 😣😫🥺

Best Non Slip Work Shoe Ever. This is the 5th pair of this exact same shoe that I have bought. 2 have been for myself and the other 3 are for some of my employees. I love love love them!! Super comfy. I work on my feet all day, and can still have energy to keep going(as all moms do) after work. Would highly recommend!

Easy but buggy. The app is wayyy easier to purchase on than the website, the layout is very streamlined and simple and it’s not too clustered, however when searching through the catalogue, the app will not load more products than the 24 that are already on screen. So I am stuck using the website to continue looking deeper through the catalogue, and then using the search bar (that may or may not work) in the app to find the items that I liked.

Doesn’t even work!. whenever i open the crocs app no matter if i’m on wifi or not it takes me 2mins for it to open up to the home screen. and from there it’s the only part of the app that fully loads. you try and click on anything and it just brings you to a blank page with nothing but black lines on it. nothing will load. and it kicked me out of my account and i can’t log into it again because it won’t load to the account info

DOWNLOAD!!. It all started with one pair “to wear around the house” or “when stepping out really quick”… LOL… this app is pretty much my bestfriend and I don’t regret it! ONLY downside is that in the months (possibly year) I’ve had the app I’ve noticed that sometimes there’s sales/discounts online that don’t show on the app even if faking a checkout which is really weird… during the Black Friday/cyber week sales it was great though!! So maybe just a bug I was encountering that’s been fixed..?

I was wrong. For quite some time now I noticed these shoes and was impressed and by all means thought they were for nurses and people who stand all day or things of that nature which they are, but weren’t normal. Might I add I thought them more for women than men. I noticed my male co workers wearing them to work and they were they are the best shoes ever. I drive so I needed a pair of shoes that were comfortable to wear. I try these on an boy “was I wrong”. I love them, and went from 1 pair to 5 in a week in a half, and I’m sure that will grow to six soon. Shop, buy and enjoy!! The only issue I have with the app is I wish they would fix the filter so it properly filters out crocs according to what you want. It doesn’t work well. I filter out for men only and it’s showing toddlers and women crocs.

I really want this to work. Why does a different size then I selected get put into the cart?There are other problems but how can I order anything if the size is incorrect? I want to make a purchase but I want what I selected. I have tried this app on my iPhone and IPad . No success. I have reset them to make certain there were no glitches. I even deleted and reinstalled it. I emailed Crocs for help. They just said wait and try again and try a different device. So no help there. Help, please. I’m being closed out. Livey

Will not be ordering every again. I placed an order on 11/22 for two pair of crocs. I then placed another order on 11-25 for one pair of crocs! I received the order from 11/25, but have yet to receive the order from 11/22! Called customer service waited for 46 mins to be told it’s not yet shipped couldn’t speak to lead person nor manager but was told they will call back. I sent emails about my orders but no response as well! I understand that every business is short staffed, but when Will management step in and take responsibilities for the short comings! Will be returning all of it when it arrives. Very disappointed!

Full of bugs. Have only had success using the app once or twice. I have tried to make 2 orders. Apple Pay is an option, but I can’t pay. Every time I try to log in I have to select “forgot my password” and create a new one because it doesn’t offer the option to save my password and I select a “strong password” and there is no way to remember it. Today is a new one. I want to buy another pair and it won’t add it to my cart now. Earlier today I got it in my cart, but when I went to my cart it wouldn’t load. I am getting very frustrated.

So comfy. My daughter in-law kept telling to try them I just thought no way those are for young people lol Well my girlfriend was telling me that she had retired and lives in Crocs and had me pick some out and bought them for me. Now I’m retired and living in my Crocs and love them. I now own at least 10 pairs. Someone stop me Lol “live your best life in your Crocs” how about that for a new Crocs slogan!!!! Ms Queen B 🌻

Not reliable. Every time I get on this app (iPhone) it either crashes, won’t load products, freezes, or shows that I have 0 items on my wish list after hours of shopping online and favoriting items. It’s extremely frustrating, and the website is just the same. Both have prevented me from purchasing online because I get so frustrated after many many failed tries.

My son. My youngest son to be exact was the first to want a pair, the Lighting McQueen pair I do believe 😂 . So I bought them for him. Next my son needed a new pair and my daughter wanted a pair… after theirs arrived my mother began … well, well, I want a pair, so I did let her pick her out and I bought hers too… and now I have my oldest , my daughter—- my oldest so - And my youngest son my mom my dad and myself all at least one pair with the kids and I have multiple pairs….. pls pls fix my acct quickly!! Love to all

Useless. Tried to buy something, but it won’t go in bag. Buffers for ½ hour-repeat-same result. Wouldn’t let me register. Stated my email was incorrect - how would they know? Stated matching, copy pasted passwords didn’t match. Months later now, thought I’d give it a go….re-registered and new password went through, but now the prices are in GB £, rather than US $. D/C’d the app and reinstalled it. Still in sterling, though it shows all the local stores. I think I’ll stick to eBay for my Croc purchases!

App / webwite. Crocs are great and comfy. Their app and website are riddled with issues. Tried buying shoes thru website. When payment type came up, I selected apple pay. Confirmed my address and then proceed to ask for my credit card information. What?! So I went to the app and signed in. It knew where I wanted to ship (my default address). It prompted me for shipping method. Couldn't select it. Turns out I had to edit the address and then hit save with no changes. Then I could select type of shipping and then to payment (apple pay worked correctly in app). Oh mylanta!

It was easy and nice.. Just tried to order my boyfriend some cozzzy crocs on the website but it kept freezing when I would check out🙄. So I downloaded the app and created an account and then boom😃! The process of signing up anddd being able to checkout so easily was very satisfying😆! Btw this ain’t sponsored or anything (sadly😭) so I hope everyone downloads the app nd simply make it easy for yourself! 😌

The app needs a lot of work. I like the fact that I can get my jibbitz at a better price than the actual Crocs website itself. BUT the APP lags, arbitrarily empty my cart every time I try to search something else and just pauses forever. It needs to have these bugs worked out in order to be a great app. Right now it's fair to middling😮‍💨🤔

customer service doesn’t help. what’s the point of having customer service if they don’t actually help the customers? I messaged up and ordered the wrong size, when I call customer service because the app doesn’t let you speak with a person the friendly gentleman on the other end of the line says he can put in a request but, I’ll more than likely have to wait till i get the order and return it. I received an email the next morning stating this. If it’s less than 24hrs and I don’t see why it’s easier for you if I return my item then having me order a second item and return one? waist of peoples time.

App does not operate effectively, efficiently, sufficiently. As per the website, the only way to purchase a featured sandal is via the app. I downloaded the app and am unable to populate my items into the cart or wishlist. It kept directing me to the Sign-up/register page. Frustrating. I chatted w/ customer service and they are unable to to take said order via chat; “wait until tomorrow to see if it works”….the app and the customer service number do not work; and the customer chat rep can’t offer any remedy….ugh

App has defects. App is not linked to online account and doesn’t picks the details if you have an online crocs account. If you try and reset the password it says invalid details, if you try logging in with same details like online where u can log in successfully it shows an error on app. App also doesn’t allows to reset password. Online no issues everything is working logging in resetting password but same log in details not working in app.

Bad app. hello everyone, for me it is the worst application I have ever downloaded, I ordered some crocs and they never arrived, when I wrote to them they told me that they had turned them back and that they would refund my money, they ask you for a lot of information and in the end they do not use it Because no one sent me an email, not even a message to notify me that they would not arrive, I was waiting for them for three weeks and in the end I don't have them with me, I don't use the application anymore, regards

App is not so good. First of all, the order history is never there. I’ve ordered multiple times over many months and whenever I open the app & click on order history, there’s nothing there and it says No Orders Have Been Placed Using This Account. That’s hogwash. And then the prices. They’re not always the same as online. And not always for the better. So you basically have to shop on the app AND online at the same time to see which one is going to give the better price. So inconvenient.

Kinda confusing on size. I know my daughter where’s a 9 but on here after measuring her foot it is trying to say order a size 11! She’s 5’7 and definitely isn’t shrek so I don’t understand! Get it together please crocs because I’m sure you guys make enough profit from your buyers that you can do us a solid and get the sizing right!! It would make things so much easier. Thx

Good but lacking options. Nice site for a start but I can’t search by features. For example if I click on classic, I can’t then filter by ones with an adjustable strap. This is the same issue with their website as well. If you type in adjustable strap, you don’t get the all-terrains as an option. I think both the website and app is seriously lacking on key filters for those that are looking for something more specific.

Loyal Customer. I bought my first pair of Crocs on the recommendation of my podiatrist after a simple procedure. I now have over 100 pairs. Some for winter with fur linings. Some for summer. Some closed in. Some sandals. Some sparkly. Some funky. In every color they make, and my feet just love them. I’ve recently just started adding some bling, and I get so many compliments. Keep adding styles, & I’ll keep buying Crocs.

???????!!!!!!!!!????????. This app and Crocs customer service (both online & in-store) is a whole joke. The app kicked me off three times after welcoming me. I have been able to log on to the website and buy Crocs without any issues. Suddenly I’m not being allowed to stay logged on?!?! So I call customer service; the CSR was nice but the only way she could help me is to reset my password to one SHE or the system generated! How is THIS secure?!? So now I have to do a forgot password and reset it all over again, when that shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place. How is it I can log on to the website, but not the app?!?! Hey techs…how’s about making an app that works. There wasn’t even an option to speak to someone about technical issues.

Crocs app. With praying for proper delivery. Had difficulty adding to my order, after selecting items for the 3rd time I needed to start over again. Then my order I prayed was correct & needed to check again. I wanted to Apple Pay, but ran out of time & patience. I’m glad it’s secure. Praying everything is correct in the end, and it gets delivered in a timely manner to a future address.

Good app, but slow company. The understaffing is taking a huge toll on orders. Honestly you guys should include faster shipping for free to make up for that. I just won’t be ordering as frequently as I’d like to if I have to wait 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Im just going to go to the store unless something insane drops I need.

Fact. Got my first pair last year for Christmas, changed my life forever. I have had back problems for many years. This month I gave all my shoes away and only collect and wear crocs. I love them. In every color and every collaboration!!! Was sad I didn’t get the Lisa frank ones but so many people that resale them did. But I got the sweetheart ones and I love them.

My Crocs. I’ve had crocs for years and they have held up great and are the most comfortable shoes you can buy. I like the classic clog, they are the best if you want just one pair. I have multiple pairs of the classic clogs and other shoes that go with shorts. I can’t stand seeing the knockoff brands of crocs, there is nothing like the originals! Thanks and keep up the good work making awesome shoes!

App Needs Fixing. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Crocs but this app needs serious work! At some point it was great but recently it has been slow in loading and when I am on WiFi it won’t load at all! I thought maybe because I was using iOS15 so I updated, but nooooope!…It’s still very slow in responding and same results. I literally have to go to the website and not even use the app. Kinda disappointed because with the app I get special alerts. ☹️

Un,Necessary removal of Afterpay. I can’t believe you removed Afterpay after so many of us have been loyal customers to you and paid our bills on time to make sure that you got your money when you wanted your money through Afterpay now you take it away and there’s children out there that we’re depending on this for mothers and fathers we cannot afford to people paid at the time, but can’t afford to pay every two week payments You’re wrong for this I would order much much much more but I will no longer be ordering pairs in pairs of crocs. There may be one here and one there. Thanks for nothing Crocs.

Needs work. I was able to make an order and I put my whole address correctly but it automatically changed it so my order was unavailable to be shipped now I have to wait for 5-10 days for a refund and 5-10 days if I buy them again and every time I try changing my address it won’t let me the save button doesn’t work and when you go to help a video is always popping up. The app need further development because of this issue I did not get my order.

Horrible. I tried ordering on the day it was 2for $50. It was the biggest ——in my life. Was on telephone approx 5 hours total. Each time I called it 45 minutes on hold then when I tried chatting I was 76 in line. Then they couldn’t help and everything was there fault that I couldn’t order. So then my order was split up because they left one in the cart. Then when I finally get them. There to small. Now the app says I’ve never ordered. I’m furious and will never order again. If they can’t higher capabable telephone operators who answer the phone. 😡

A lot of work needed to make this a good app. No way to show the details of an order in the app. It just flashes for a few milliseconds and goes away. No way to find order cancellation option even within the 30 minutes cancellation window. Also if you add an item suggested by the app into cart (because it’s relevance to your items already in the cart), the app will freeze and you have to kill the app and restart it again. Hopefully the items in the cart are still there! The company seems passionate with the app based shopping but unfortunately this CROCS official shopping app needs significant improvement.

Nice app. I love the app! Only thing I would want added is an option for Zip or Klarna but having Apple Pay option is app always a plus! Update! They added the option for Klarna and also updated the Apple Pay option to pay in 4! Just completed the checkout via Apple Pay and it was quick and very easy! Love this app!

From a die hard “never will I ever wear crocs” to “now I have 6 pairs. I love the elevates styles! The platforms are so fun and l had to get them in black, white, and waiting on the Pink to restock! Please please please! I was against crocs for so long and then one day I said hmmm let’s just try and omg, my feet feel a major bummer in anything OTHER than crocs. What sorcery is this?! I am now a fan of decorating my crocs with gold chains and pearls. I just ordered sandals for he summer!

Horrible. Crocs is horrible, I placed an order, they canceled it and they did not send me the cancellation email and they still deducted the money, I called several times and they never responded, I had to call 3 days in a row to finally get a response, I placed the order again and the same thing happened, months later I decided to place an order again and this time they charged me the money but the order was not seen in the app it was like a non-existent order but they charged me all the money, and they also have terrible customer service

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!. 2 weeks later and still have not received my order! I called last week to find out why and they didnt have my full adress even though i gave it to them! They asked if i would do their job and contact the delivery company to give them the correct address! I told them i tried but they wanted to hear from CROCS, not me! I called today and didnt want to tell the same info to so many ppl so i asked to speak to a manager! They REFUSED to let me speak to a manager without getting my information first!!!!!! I didnt want to tell 8 different ppl my info! I feel like they shdve already taken care of this! I WILL let the PRESIDENT of the company just how poorly they are treating their customers!!!! And I still dint have my crocs from my order placed 10/31! And a manager/ supervisor refused to speak to me! Worst customer service ive ever gotten! This is NOT over!!!! The person who just wanted her crocs!

Give overseas military some love.. 1.) the site/app doesn’t have a state side option in the shipping/billing drop down menu. Military overseas purchases that rely of APO shipping doesn’t have “AP- Armed Forces Pacific” or “AE -Armed Forces Europe” as a drop down option. 2.) the app is slow to respond to clicks but works and the layout is nice. 3.) when trying to write a review “in app” the font is white letters on a white background. I think it’s because my default settings is dark mode. Could be a bug.

Just received my first pair. I just received my first pair of crocs and as soon as I slid my feet into them I knew I was in love! They are so comfortable and the lined ones make my feet feel so good because I suffer from nerve pain and I can wear these all day with no problem! I immediately ordered two more pair!!

Worst app. No clear guidance. And the click event does not work properly had lot of bugs which need to be fixed. Delete button doesn’t work. Selection option doesn’t work. Apple pay doesn’t work

Very average. I am surprised that I have to type in my credit card details repeatedly even though I have purchased previously from this app.

Misleading. The download app offer didn’t work with the free shipping and 15% off. Would only do one not both as advertised.

Improve website. Different price in the app compared to website and payment method sometimes not successful

Poor customer service. I was chatting with a team member & was rudely cut off because I didn’t respond within 1 minute, however I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes. Doesn’t make sense to me. My questions had not been answered fully

Misleading. The promo code was 15% off and free shipping but I was still charged for delivery?

App code didn’t work. I signed up they said an email with 15% off would come. It didn’t I got the app, I used the app discount code it applied as it should have but at checkout would not take of the discount, after hours of trying I just paid full price. I’m a bit disappointed.

Payment options. The app allowed me to use PayPal or Apple Pay or pay but the full suite of payment options as per the site where not available. I still like a full site so you can see all the products together so I don’t think I will be using the app in the future

Terrible. Seeing as the app redirected me automatically to the write a review page - here we go I was forced to use the app instead of the website to use a promo code. The app is slow, clunky and kept forgetting my address. It also didn't work with Apple Pay which I always use successfully elsewhere. Fix your app!

Buggy. ApplePay wouldn’t work. Several things didn’t load. It doesn’t integrate well with Apple’s password saving. Annoying that some products are app exclusives because I would much rather just order from the website rather than needing a whole app just to buy some shoes.

Crocs website offers in app only promo codes that don’t even work. The crocs website offers you a free gift if you download this app and use code APPGWP. Code invalid, spoke to their customer support team “sorry that’s expired” it’s literally the add running on your own website right now, it’s still live on your website. But it’s apparently expired now. Get your act together crocs UPDATE: Their 15% off code + free shipping still charges you shipping and gives you 5% off. Jesus Christ 🤦🏻‍♂️

App wouldn’t work for a week. When entering delivery address the Town section was blank. I tried for over a week and today it finally worked

Scam. THIS APP IS A SCAM!. I ordered and was charged but the status said that it was canceled. It canceled it self. And when I tried to call the number that they put in the app . It’s not connected which usually that number doesn’t even exist or not in use anymore. I tried to live chat and apparently when I was ordering my stuff it was “out of stock that’s why it was canceled ,and that I just ordered it again when it’s in stock and I won’t be charge” I told them that I was charged and want a refund and they gave me a refund number and said that I will receive my money back with 7-14 days but as I wait nth is coming through. And when I tried to contact them again “live chat wasn’t available and the number is still not connected. So this is a SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR ORDER HERE!!!!!!!

Pretty good!. The only is that when I try to flick through the photos of the Jibbitz but there’s no option and there’s only displaying the photo of the charm, not the photo of the charm on the Croc

Jibbits. Crocs are the most comfortable casual shoes, they can be worn almost anywhere

App bugs. Pages don’t load all products. The billing page won’t let me type the suburb so a purchase can’t be made

Don’t download. Had my order cancelled twice and someone else’s Apple Pay was saved to my account.

Shows shoes cheaper but can’t get them for that price. I see lots of cheaper crocs on the site yet I was not able to get at that price so deleted the app

Useless. Ordered using the app entered payment then items were deleted from cart. Selected items again and enter payment details again, this time it worked. Next day order is showing as cancelled with no explanation. Don’t use this app, waste of time.

Had to download app to order. I tried to pay for my order on the web twice over the last week. The first time, I was told by customer service to download the app to make the purchase. I waited 6 days and tried the web again (different browsers etc). Still didn’t work, so I had to download the app to make a purchase.

Avis. Wowww! Amazing!💕

No effort. You can’t see your past orders, or your current ones, and you can’t favourite any of the products to come back to later. There’s basically no point in downloading the app the website is better

Error code at checkout. I tried to delete an item from my cart before checkout and an error code appeared saying I couldn’t do that. It took me 20 minutes online with customer service and all they told me was to refresh the page or use a different device to place my order…This was my first and probably last encounter with Crocs because I am ready to delete my account, delete the app and look at a completely different product! Also, why can’t I use the promo codes from crocs.ca on the app or vice versa???

Simply… Don’t bother with the app or ordering anything. Apps super glitchy so I just went to the website they take your order then you wait a week (website says 5-7 days) so I waited then I got a hold of someone through the website because I was just curious to when it was looking like my order would possibly be shipped out and they told me that due to Covid they are understaffed and backed up which I totally understand and willing to wait to problem at all but then a week later you get your money back without and communication no emails, nothing. they just cancel your order so just god tier experience all around lol wish they would communicate better

Wrong region. I’ll give this app a higher review when you can change the region. I live in Canada and I have a Canadian crocs account but I can’t sign in with it on this app because it’s US only. Not very user friendly.

Tracking. Terrible organization for trying to track a package, the only way to track it is to go onto the croc website and they have their croc add pop up every time you try to do something. I’ve checked multiple different package tracking websites and not one of them can find my package. And in order to reset a password they email you, fine right? No, they don’t actually email the address you give them, nothing shows up even after multiple attempts. Horrible app, should’ve just got a pair of crocs from Amazon

App or website?. If you sign up for text messages for 15% off or something, then it’ll send you messages about sales and deals; in the message it’ll have a link to the website but if you have the same account on website and app they don’t link to each other. My cart on the app isn’t on the website and my order on the website isn’t on the app.

Lost package, lack of communication. My sister ordered us crocs which sat at their warehouse for 10 days until we were able to get in contact with someone at crocs and they told us our order hadn’t shipped yet without any explanation. A few days pass and we reach out again multiple times and crocs finally responds and proceeds to tell us they lost our order. They have offered to ship our order again but the item my sister ordered is now out of stock in her size. She has asked crocs to refund her item and to ship mine still, but here I am writing this review as we haven’t gotten a response yet. Real professional crocs, cheers.

Stop forcing me to enable notifications. I get this pop up on the app every time I try to shop. It is so annoying and I might not use this if it continues

Great site Great product. Easy to view product and easy to order. Very easy to navigate site. A couple glitches with pricing not updating until a size is selected for a style when only a couple of colors are discounted, but otherwise a truly great site with intuitive navigation and enough pics of each product do you truly see what you’re purchasing. App doesn’t work. Pay close attention to the positive reviews here—most don’t actually rate the app itself. They seem to be fake or paid reviews—sometimes for a budget app, not the crocs app. I was forced to download this app from the mobile site in order to view one specific pair of shoes but the app itself barely works. When filtering results for size, first it shows zero results. When you wait, more results appear but not the full amount visible on the actual website. When you attempt to “load more” results, it “loads” but shows no additional shoes. If you use this app, you will be missing out on available options.

Website. The website needs improvement

Where do I start!?. App tends to crash. It will show all the Crocs even when I select to view just the men’s Crocs only. Now for the ordering…. I ordered two pairs of Crocs on 11/27 and as of 12/05 I haven’t not received anything, not so much as an email explaining the delay. I paid the extra for shipping and I’m still waiting. Oh, and the delivery company you use is worthless. The only positive thing is that the Crocs are comfortable.

Getting error message. I love the app when it works correctly right now it just keep giving me an error message and I’m not too happy about that and there’s no way I can contact anybody if you can’t sign in.

Wish list is not working. Everything is fine with app, but all my favorite crocs in wish list never been saved. The same problem on website.

Buggy app and canceled orders. The app keeps taking everything out I add to my cart at random times and I’ve placed my order about four times each time they cancel it. The customer service told me it’s because they have a delay from the wear house to the app and if one of the shoes I ordered is out of stock they have to cancel my whole order. I placed an order when things were on sale and they no longer are so I’m not sure what to do anymore.

Super customer service. The staff that attended to me did a good job, I had canceled my order but after calling he encouraged me in going on the website to repurchase. He did the needful, thanks and appreciate it.

I found my crocs in Dubai. Oddly enough I’m sitting in my hotel in Dubai having breakfast when a beautiful family arrived! The wife and mother had a beautiful pair of sandals on and to my delight when I looked at her husband’s feet and he was wearing a very handsome pair Crocs! They were so good looking on him that I immediately went to your site register and bought 2 pair for myself and since the color I wanted was out of stock I will have to check back until I can buy the next two pairs in the other colors I like! Easiest way to purchase Crocs. Quick and easy. Creating an account isn't necessary. You can find what you are looking for easily by searching. However, if you do create an account, your experience is more curated.

Error on App. There are current issues when trying to filter different croc options. Getting a “seems like we’re having some connectivity issues”. This has been happening for some time now.

Needs to be updated or just full of bugs?. Not sure if the app needs to be updated or if it is just buggy. It takes forever to load so make sure you know what you’re looking for because reloading is like waiting for aol to dial up in the 90s. Don’t bother trying to save an address to save time…the app doesn’t actually “save” the address and you will have to input every time. ITS BEEN YEARS! FIX THESE ISSUES!!

Disappointed. I thought the app was easy enough to use but I also thought finding what I needed from the website was equally easy. However, very disappointed that most pairs of clogs that I clicked on we’re excluded from the 30% off first time discount from using the app. What’s that about?! 😒

Was perfect. I switched from the online website to the app and the kept all my discounts, and everything i had in my cart was transferred.

They canceled my order. They canceled my order and they did not return my money or say how many days it takes to return the money they did not even contact me to tell me what the fault was or if I wanted to change the model of my crocs for another one if anything and they did not have the model that I asked.

Quality is key. Great quality and nice products. I haven’t had any issues yet, so I can’t say if they’re customer service is any good. So far I fully recommend getting some of the most comfy shoes you will ever own from them.

Dissapearing from cart. The app is cool but got some kinks I’ve ordered crocs 3 times online the first time I would add what I wanted to my cart and then add more stuff go to my cart and nothing is there so I ordered off the website the second time the same thing happened I just added it back it’s just a hassle

Convenient. Apps are more convenient; however, this wouldn’t process my Apple Pay, once I selected it, it kept circling back asking for payment method, finally it accepted the Apple Pay selection then when I tried to finalize payment it rejected Apple Pay. Ugh!

Excited, but disappointed. Super excited when I got the text saying there was an app, but it has some bugs that need to be fixed. It won’t allow me to add items to a wishlist and doesn’t react when I click things. Once all the bugs are worked out I think it will be really great!

Disappointed. I use to love the app.. this new updated version is horrible.. they took away the wish list .. but you can access it on a web browser. Honestly speaking, I won’t be using the app anymore because now I don’t see the point if my wish list is no longer there.

Easy to use app. So I ordered Crocs for my family because I got a birthday coupon. Then found out I can get an additional 25% Off sale styles by downloading and ordering off the app. It was a great experience. It cuts all the clutter and gets right to the point. The app stacked all of the coupons without a issue. I even added and deleted a pair without having to re-enter the coupons. The process is just simple! When it comes to the shoes it’s Crocs you wouldn’t be here if you didn’t know they were comfortable. Thanks

Nice, but has issues. App is very interactive and has great graphics and pics of the items for sale, but 7 out of 10 times when you click on the account tab, it freezes and won’t load. I hope the developers see this and fix it, then I’ll do 5 stars.

Good, but Bugs Galore. The app isn’t the greatest, but i believe it will get there. There’s a few bugs but hopefully the devs tackle them. One i keep bumping into is that i cannot track my orders on the app. Every time i click the button it doesn't react. Also it won’t show me my order history either, it just brings me to a blank page.

Sometimes it works well. Other times the app gets stuck checking out. But all in all it’s a good app. Unfortunately the app on the iPad has a small screen.

Wu-Tang Is For The Children. Hopefully these Crocs live up to my expectations because I am a Wu-Tang enthusiast. I’m only giving this a half rating because I’ve yet to receive my Crocs, but the check out process was easy. Will come back to give my overall opinion once I have recieved and tested my new babies.

My new favorite!. I have never liked crocs, admittedly I never tried them on but i finally caved and got a pair to match my bff and they are the best thing that I’ve ever tried besides Olive Garden 😩🫶 I’m on my 4th pair now and to say the least, I have an obsession!

App Problems. Every time I click something it just brings me to the “Shop By Category” page, where it just brings you to choose between men’s, women’s, and kids. Like if I click on platforms from the homepage it’ll bring me to the Shop By Category Page

Easy to Use. It was easy to purchase and find the crocs I was looking for also they have Apple Pay do didn't have to worry about putting anything else in other than my name and shipping info.

Crocs Love. I think I order crocs every week. I love the website and they always send discounts to my email after I signed up. Even when I order I find coupons in the bag.

Don’t buy crocs. I recently purchased 3 pair and needed to return two for smaller sizes. I was told I can’t that I have to take them to a store 45 miles from my home. After that I can reorder them. But they are Halloween crocs that aren’t available in store. According to the website if it’s a gift you can exchange them by mail but they refuse to do it. Even gave me a return label addressed to me and not them. Save your money buy the store brand!

Wonderful App.. I have never had any issues browsing and buying Crocs. The app is easy to use and I enjoy shopping on the website with my husband after work. Crocs are my favorite shoe and keep up the great work.

Love Crocs but the app is not it. I always end up having to order on the website instead. The app is very buggy, has problems loading, it’s logged me out and then when I log back it it refreshes itself and logs me out within two seconds. Not a great buying experience but I’m holding out for them to work out the issues considering it’s a new app still. Crocs has my heart but the crocs app does not.

Disappointed. First of all I should say that I love Crocs, but this app is a huge disappointment. Website is much easier and faster to use. Unable to ship to a saved address, have to type it every time. Was looking for toddler Crocs, app only shows kids and size filtering has sizes 2-13 and 1-6, with no C or J prefix. Only way to find proper shoes is to search "toddler". Website just has a category for ages 1-5, so much simpler.

Crocs. I absolutely love my crocs. I have them in several different colors and I’m not finished yet. I can’t wait to get more colors and more outfits to match up with and be stylish and comfortable.

Own several Crocs!!!. I absolutely love ALL my crocs! I have classic to sandal crocs to dress up crocs! And I can wear all day! I stand for a living all day and my crocs are so comfortable. I suggest crocs to everyone I know. I love the app. It is very user friendly. And make it so easy to go on and find all the new trends!

Love Crocs!!!. I just ordered my 8th pair of crocs, and my first jibbitz. I’m excited to get them and personalize my shoes!! I started wearing crocs when they were a shoe recommended to me by my podiatrist to help with my plantar fasciitis. I’ve been a huge fan ever since!

Needs improvement. It’s a good start. It just needs more improvement within the software. It is every slow when it comes to adding items to cart or even wishlist. It also lags when you try to sign in or even make an account. Lastly Some items do not upload. Just needs improve my and it will be a good app!

Its eh lowkey. The app is decent but its pretty slow. If you click on something it takes like 5 seconds to load. Also the prices kept changing. Like I’d click on a croc and it would be $30 and then id leave the app and come back and it would be $20 it was weird.

Where are the pictures with the reviews?. The reviews on each shoe literally show 5 reviews and that’s it. And there are 0 photos. There’s no way to look at most recent or filter in any way. I would never buy shoes on an app especially if I can’t see any photos in the reviews which I know the Crocs site has….
