I love it I love it I love it!!!!!!. Super fun unlike all the other crappy boring multiplication games like xtra math which every kid cry’s when is playing it and I know all about this stuff because I am a kid, I’ve never been good at multiplication and never wanted to practice but now I can actually practice and have fun and I love how you did the game thank you thank you thank you I’m going to go throwaway my flash cards now.

Disappointed. I’m an adult who never totally mastered my math facts thanks to dyslexia/dyscalculia. I enjoyed Dragonbox Numbers and was thrilled to see this new app. From what I’ve seen of Dragonbox’s apps, they’re supposed to specialize in making apps that teach math in innovative ways. Dragonbox Numbers taught number sense in a way that other app does. Dragonbox Algebra teaches algebra of all things in a stealthy way. This multiplication app doesn’t even teach the concept behind multiplication before quizzing you (parents of kids new to multiplication beware). It’s basically just another digital flash card app. And I couldn’t figure out how to do half the challenges even though I knew the correct answers. I guess I just expected Dragonbox to come up with some innovative story line like calculating fenced areas for pets or something. I’m really glad I did the free version and didn’t pay the $10. But I’m mostly sad that Dragonbox will apparently not be making innovative apps anymore now that they’re owned by Kahoot.

Math game. This is such a great game and it is also fun and funny to play as you practice your math you have to complete the mini game there is a training zone and you have to practice then you will go in a mini game and you have to get the things right you also have to know your multiples and factors this is an amazing game to play and practice with kids will love it!!!

Won’t sync purchase or progress. I bought this on my iPad and try to use it on my iPhone, my progress on my iPad isn’t synced and it’s not letting me use the paid version, I don’t even see an option to restore my purchase. Disappointing.

Good app but doesn’t transfer. I purchased this app but it won’t transfer over to my iPad. I only have unlimited access on my phone.

Can’t reset password and poor support. Paid for in-app purchase and tried to log in from my child’s device, but it would not work. Entered my information to reset the password multiple times, but it has not worked (I receive no notification that the password reset worked or did not work). Contacted Kahoot! support and they directed me to Dragon Box support. I contacted Dragon Box support but they have not helped. Each time I reach out it takes days for them to respond and then they just stopped responding. My child likes this app, but the poor support makes me want my money back.

Uninstalling. I don’t like the update. Now you have to register and log in and create an account. My kid was playing this for a couple weeks, but they will lose their progress now. It seems like a developer should make the updates seamlessly carry in user data from prior version. Do not update if you are wanting to try this out free. My guess is that the developers are trying to limit any free use and content to try and get subscriptions.

Too easy and too confusing at first. Update: after my child ground through a few basic levels more games opened up and they like it better. The speed bonus added to the challenge, which helped. The opening games are so easy my child was bored after three rounds. The rewards are unclear: it unlocks what we think is a multiplication chart but it’s not obvious what the goal is: it’s just rocks in a grid. Another reward is that a story opens but all it says is do you want to do the quest and then there’s nothing to actually DO. I can’t tell what age group would like this. It’s too easy math-wise for older children (mine is 8) but confusing to play even for adults. Very glad I didn’t pay for a subscription; disappointed that I paid for full access. Definitely not up to the standards of the other Dragonbox games.

Pretty good except... I don’t have any complaints other than I wish that the daily challenges thing weren’t there because if it weren’t you could practice as long as you wanted to without stop. So the fact that your stopping your learners from using it for a certain amount of time is ridiculous.

Wrong answer on purpose. I like the game but when I press the right answer it doesn’t work

Terrible. 1 times table…gave up as couldn’t understand how to choose the correct number on the toilet paper. All gimmick and no substance from the very short time I spent on it.

Disappointing. I found Dragonbox some years ago and thought it was a terrific way to expose young people to algebra. I was pleased to receive an email saying there was a new title by the same people, this multiplication app. I suppose Dragonbox rebranded as Kahoot at some point. However, this was simply disappointing. It says one can do six challenges per day (without a subscription). I played these to test it out but they were all 1x table questions - like what’s 1x6 - seriously. I thought well, maybe it is the 2 times table tomorrow: however it’s never allowed me to have another go. Days later, and after killing and restarting the app, it still says I have 0/6 daily challenges remaining and to come back tomorrow. So, that’s it. My whole experience of this app has been six challenges on the 1 times table. That’s all it let me do.
