Needs categories for certain genres. The UI is clean, but not a whole lot of accessibility other than swiping left and right, sifting through hundreds of stations that I’m not feeling at the moment. At least have a search option and a filter to see if any available stations within the category are live.

Needs improvements. Cool idea! Needs a lot of work. Search feature is painful. Please give me artist/album pages so I can more easily find what I’m looking for. Already have numerous artists I search for only to get a mountain of similar titled artists/songs that I have to scroll through to see if the artist I want is even in the database of music

Needs some additional functions.. It is cool that you can host your own radio show that others can listen to. However, a few additional functions are needed to allow it to sound more professional. Namely, the ability to play songs over one another or cross fade them and to be able talk over the beginning and end of songs to make the show sound seamless.

Not a game changer. It’s a decent idea. It’s impossible to search for stations, though. The big letdown is that, unless and until at least one person begins listening to your station, your broadcast is paused. So, if you have loads of time to kill, you can sit there and do nothing while you wait for someone to happen upon your station. Only then can you begin playing music again. I’ll check it out again post-beta.

App Not Showing in Notifications. This app is not showing up in the notifications section in settings. It used to. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times. This needs to be fixed so I know when certain shows are coming on.

DOA. Downloaded the app because a couple of influencers I love started doing lives here. What a total fail! The audio is a MESS especially when they take in callers. All of a sudden you don’t hear anything or it sounds really far away. Then gets loud again. I find myself having to readjust the volume the whole time. Verrryyyy unpleasant experience. It’s almost like they sat down and thought up the best way to hurt your ears/brain and created this. I literally cannot stand it, and I have tried multiple times because I really like these influences. But I can’t. This can’t be it.

Just some nit picks. I really like the idea of this app, and when I was able to get a little bit of an audience the first couple times it was a really fun experience, but those days where you can’t get a single listener to stick through and you can only play up to 3 songs are rough and totally took the fun out of it. Especially when I worked hard to come up with a playlist. I’d rather be able to play my list through. So at least I could still enjoy it and then people could drop in and out. I’m not trying to be a radio personality. I just want to share what I’m listening to with likeminded people when I WFH or have some free time. Other than that this is a fun app with a great community. The people who do show up are so friendly and into sharing music. I’m looking forward to see how it develops.

The App is amazing… but. A few issues I’ve had hosting shows is the song being cut mid playing, pretty limited selection of songs, inability to see old shows I’ve hosted (which if I could display them on my page, would give people a better idea of my content). Critiques I have, but all in all I love the ability to hop on and play music with my followers.

Finally something different. I’ve gotten tired of having to constantly search for new podcasts, playlists, and stations to listen to on other apps. I love that this app allows you do discover new creators and music! It’s a better version of classic radio listening 😍

Amp IOS Accessibility Update.. Great work, I love what you have done by making this iOS application 98% accessible. You guys have made some serious improvements, taking this, very seriously, and I appreciate that. Great job well done. I’m proud of well you’ve done this, and listened to my feedback. As a blind user, I cannot thank you enough of how well you guys done this. Thank you again. Great work!!!

It’s alright. I tried AMP following a club I grew to love for it’s ability to draw in undiscovered talent and centered around playing live music from people around the globe. Since they moved to this app the vibe was totally killed and the community has dispersed. The best part was the live music. The second best part was the social interactions and community. Unfortunately they lost both features in migrating to this platform. Maybe the other stuff is okay, but listening to someone else’s pre-recorded playlist is not really my thing. Well, not until I actually find a DJ who’s tastes match mine perfectly. I hope it gets better. Based on my expectations explained above, my feeling about the app right now is that it’s between a let down and meh.

AMPlify your life!. I have found myself tuning in daily, excited to see who is live - and discover new creators and music. I 💜 how the app conveniently serves a refreshing, unique mix every day! My favorite show so far is Guac Talk. It’s the perfect mix of pop culture and music…. And the hosts’ witty banter make the show. I’ll definitely be calling in next week!

I was immediately impressed with this app, it’s just missing one thing…a SEARCH BAR. I know the app is in it’s “beta” stage…i think a SEARCH BAR would improve the user experience a lot more. I love the app and it’s very aesthetically pleasing, i love the design. This app is a game changer.

Definitely needs to be able to save shows or at least songs. I just spent an hour adding songs and making a playlist for my first show and was super stoked about it. I started streaming and got some listeners all was going well. I work from home so I thought this would be fun to do while I’m working to keep me engaged, but I do have to take breaks every now and then from the music for meetings. I ended the show and was surprised to find that I could not resume it, nor use all the songs I spent so much time adding. Felt like a huge waste of time. It would be nice to just have a bank of all my favorite songs I want to share and to go live whenever I want with them. Until this kind of feature is added, I will only be a listener.

I really want to love amp…. I’m a big F1 guy so when I heard about the side broadcasts and stuff I was very excited…. But I can’t find the content. I’ve seen clips online but I can’t even find the fast & loose show with the search. Would love to be able to play the broadcast along with the race one day. I should also mention I often rewatch the races after the live event. I dunno, seems great. Haven’t been able to enjoy yet though.

Awesome potential. Amp really does feel like a fresh way to share your passion for music and bond with people! Music is one of those forms of expression that can transcend so many barriers, and Amp gives people a platform to express themselves through songs and then create meaningful conversations with listeners. Possibilities seem endless!

absolute worse UX I have ever X'd. serious why can't I find a single show that is supposed to be on this stupid service. I literally want ONE SHOW and it is not there. y'all advertise it on EVERY formula one podcast. jfc. no tags for shows so you can't find anything unless you are VERY specifically looking for it. you need their exact @. and when you do find it there's no info about being live. and there's a show that SHOULD be live right now (F1, Abu Dhabi) but it just isn't.

Best radio experience ever. Amp let’s you dive right into great radio shows and music curated by other listeners. The creator experience is easy. You can create a playlist ahead of time and go live. Play tracks, talk, invite listeners to call in. Great experience for music discovery and just feeling good.

Needs Work. Users need the ability to save their playlists. Having to make a playlist every single time is tiring. We should be able to save them and edit them, as needed. The ability to import playlists from other music apps would be great as well. Also, we should be able to play a couple of songs to attract people to our show. It doesn’t make any sense to wait until one person joins bc, when they do join, it’ll initially just be dead silence… I find that people leave quite quickly when nothing is playing when they join.

What an app. If I told you five years ago anybody could go live, on the air. I wouldn’t believe you. But AMP has done it, and they’ve done it well. I love hosting shows and just getting the feeling that ‘yea I made something for the community’

Great start. Cool concept. It’s in beta so naturally many things to improve. Here we go: Don’t let the app time (aka screen go dark) out when a show is on “I want to share my station with my friends” where is that unique share out URL, my dude? Some sort of feedback for when you are waiting for others is good. If no music, what about some sort of ‘waiting’ tone? What if the song title is really long? (Aka classical music) Have the song title auto adjust to the length of the song, or just have some sort of way to preview the entire song cycle Search for discovery. Right now its just a scroll, which is cool if the first few items are what you are into. All of those tags should help with search Keep up the good work

Everything good but…. Everything is fine, I like the app, but I can't understand how something as simple as leaving the audio playing in the background is not possible! I literally can't listen to a live show and at the same time read my tweets or read a book, it's absurd, fix that!

For all radio/music lovers. As a lover of radio and music, I am completely blown away by Amp! Love the variety of radio hosts and the amazing selection of music they play. Whether I'm in the mood for indie, hip-hop or classical there’s always a show that fits the bill. The hosts are passionate and knowledgeable about their music, and they put together great playlists. Super easy to use. The interface is intuitive, so even someone who has never created a radio show before can jump right in. Overall, I would highly recommend Amp to anyone who loves music and wants to share their passion with others. The app is a 5-star experience all around, and I can't wait to see what new shows and features are added in the future.

So AMPed to host shows!. Hosting a show on Amp is an experience like none other. It’s one thing to make a playlist; it’s entirely different to take the airwaves and share your thoughts with a live audience. It’s so much more than radio or podcasts — Amp is truly something fresh. Even better? When listeners call in and join the conversation. I’m so excited for the social potential of this app, and can’t wait to see where it goes next!

Smaller creators need to be the backbone. I love this app. I’ve had lots of fun doing some shows and creating playlists. But I don’t like how you can only play music when nobody is listening within the first 20 minutes. People are more likely to filter in and out than listen from start to finish. If I have waiting music playing when someone comes along, they’re gonna move on to the next show. It would also be useful if Amp could provide more advanced metrics for creators. Stats like total listeners and average time listening would be great for creators to improve their shows if they wish. I’ve also noticed sometimes that my listener count will suddenly drop to zero even though people are still listening. Hopefully Amp can fix this bug soon. The bottom line is that smaller creators need to be given some amount of priority. It’s great that some celebrities have come on board the platform, but the appeal of this app should always be that someone out there I don’t know has awesome music taste and is willing to share it with the world.

Finally a Great addition. Finally able to interact by chatting, and if I want a request I can do it this way. Was going to stop using this app because it was so difficult to navigate but now you have added this update will come back to using it

A little accessibility is needed.. This is a great app, As a blind user, this app had yet opened another potential  opportunity where we the blind/visually impaired people can let our voice be heard. I have one advice for you, the creator. I would like to see the app have some accessibility during the next few updates. The app itself is already a little accessible but once I finished typing the description and the name of my show and double tap to move forward to the next part to further create my show, the screen reader on my phone started to get very wonky. I am not able to tell what I am touching, because it is very impossible for Voiceover, the screen reader on my phone to tell because the text is not properly layed out. Thank you for developing the app.

Initial opinion. Overall the app is a good first try but it’s lacking in areas like ability to communicate with listeners via chat. Also it would be amazing to be able to share the radio show your listening to social media platforms. An adding things like video radio show capability would definitely expand your market share. I’m hoping the team behind this app just expands on the initial product.

Nice alternative to old school radio. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks but pretty neat concept. I’m mostly into talk radio and sports and I can usually find something here when I’m out and about. Hope they keep expanding the sports stuff.

Wonderful idea, poor execution. I am loving the idea of sharing my music tastes with similarly minded people and this app has a sensible idea to it with queuing songs and it has an impressive library to choose from! Engagement makes the wait worth it! But the wait is very hit and miss. With 20 minutes in your first show to play 3 solo songs while you wait, thats ample time to get people interested but it is hard to keep an audience as many may put it on and leave rather than engaging and asking for song recommendations to feel invested in the station. I am having a hardware issue where my bluetooth devices don’t play music for me to hear with my people while i work on other projects like drawing or reading. It is defaulting to my phones audio very soon after starting a song and it makes it hard to get into the music myself when its just my phone speakers, and as though it is trying to play through a muffled speaker phone setting on my phone! No way that i can see to change it and may be a deal breaker if i cant rock out with my audience.

Great in theory. I have to say I was let down… I spent a lot of time searching for songs (half of them weren’t available) and when I finally got a playlist together and went “live” no one happened to be listening so to it just went off air (why?) but even more annoying is it doesn’t save the playlist to try to go live again later - everything just disappears so you’ll spend all this time creating a playlist - launch it - and if no one happens to listen to it after a couple minutes it just vanishes and you have to start all over again. I get it - it’s in Beta but being able to save a playlist as a draft should be something relatively obvious. Oh well. I’ll revisit later.

Turn this UP. Wow, I have seen many chat and music apps, but none so easy to use and uncluttered like AMP. It feels intuitive and responds to my content needs, it already felt familiar when I opened it up. Highly recommend, delete your Clubhouse and avoid Twitter Spaces — this is for you, with monitoring to avoid trolling and have real discussion with real people.

Playback. I like the app but I wish we could play back shows that we missed. That would be really great for people who are busy at that moment. I want to be able to listen to the shows that aired previously. 🖤

Day one here we go!. Super nice how I can listen to the app while having it run in the background as I scroll through Instagram or check things out online. Too self conscious to host my own shown just yet, but it seems super cool! And easy to navigate

Not even worth it. It’s weird that we can only have 3 songs from a single artist and 2 songs from one album, I just don’t get what’s going to happen if we have a lot of songs from one artist, there is literally no reason that we should not be able to have more than two songs from one album. what if you want to create an album based off of an artist? It’s just a waste of time

GETTING THERE! Suggestions!. I really like this app for creators, I wish there was a feature to save show titles and descriptions as a template. I think this feature would streamline shows for creators. I also think there should be a more dedicated discovery page. I think it’s a good app and has a lot of potential! Maybe a direct message functionality would be good too. Also a tipping system would benefit creators to be supported by listeners.

Work In Progress. But it’s power in your hand you have something here I see it growing. Host just have to be very patient and pass out there show to everyone. But I’m sure it will be a smash the consistency wins on something like this good listening and good luck to all host peace

Meh let down a little. You have to have at least one listener before you can play music. Which honestly makes it a little hard to get active listeners if there just listening to dead air or the “waiting music”. Maybe you should rethink that function because if your trying to start out it makes it kinda hard.

My own radio!. This app is so cool and well designed. I love that this is not just another audio chat room but actually like a collection of radio shows. The quality of conversation is high in these shows and free music is cherry on top. Can’t wait to go live and talk about my fav topic - tennis!

Too many bugs. I like the fact that you can talk and play music. But the problem I have is once you wait for a listener to come in and then you play your music. It goes so fast and then it freezes up then it goes slow then it goes regular dinner freezes up and I’m not sure if the listeners are hearing that on there and as well as I’m hearing it on my end. I won’t be able to give it to Five until those bugs are fixed but I do like it my first time trying it was last night. And I had every technical difficulty going on with amp.

AMP Calls for a review. No idea is original but when you take an idea and make it better than the original is what will set you apart from the rest! This can be said with the AMP app. Coming off of the clubhouse trend, AMP has successfully made a fun and enjoyable app. As much lover, AMP mixes playlist making and conversation possibilities. Because the app is still new, I feel that the issues I have with the app will be fixed or changed in the future. Over all this is great app and I can’t wait to see how it grows.

Great concept, needs work. The concept of the app is great. Not being able to save playlists is a huge downside. Not being able to play music until someone comes in is also bad. You can’t really get listeners to stay if they come in to silence. The idea of the app is fun but it needs some qol changes to be great.

Interesting approach to music community. Amp on its surface is a new live streaming radio app but what makes it special is the community of people who are connecting about music they love. See good things ahead for this app.

Great app, few minor bugs. Overall, this is a great app. I use it and broadcast daily (@j.bonezzz870) the only issue I have is how the songs tend to end early like it’s being sped up or something. Other than that, it’s fantastic! Could also use a search bar for creators, a collaboration feature for other users, and also more tunes from more artists (more undiscovered acts and songs) HURRY AND FIX THE BUG THAT MAKES SONGS SPEED UP AND END EARLY!!! Makes creator and user experience rather terrible

Reviving my childhood radio dreams!. I’ve wanted to host a radio show since the early 90’s when I built my first radio transmitter and hosted “shows” where I played mix tapes and interviewed friends. Amp revived and superseded that childhood dream! Love being able to create shows and play high fidelity music, and love being able to connect with other show hosts by calling into their shows. Amp is creating a really fun community.

It’s getting there !. Love the app… creating a playlist and being able to live stream is great. It’s great being able to take callers. Would love a chat box at some point. Would love to be able to intro songs on the mic while they start in the background though. Something important to me would be to be able to save the playlist!!!!! Especially in times of low or no traffic. It’s brand new so I’m enthusiastic but some things like being able to save your playlist would be clutch and seem pretty basic.

Only Downloaded for The Queen Nikki. I don’t like that you can’t fast forward after the live is over. I don’t like that the app can’t remember where and when I left off. I accidentally closed the app who wants to listen to a 5 hour stream from the beginning. Great concept still needs some work. There are already radio apps with way more functionality then this one. Queen I’ll listen to the stream tomorrow!

Not worth the time. I get it is a beta app but it is completely useless in all honesty. Spent hours trying to find songs and had a whole night scheduled. After going live late (didn’t know that even if it’s scheduled you still have to manually go live) I tried clicking my shared link on my computer only to find out, you can’t use a computer to listen apparently except to the few stations Amp is promoting. So I ended the show early and moved on.

It’s a lot of fun!. It’s a ton of fun to share music with others. It’s like making a mix tape for everyone that wants to come by. I have enjoyed putting together different playlists and having people join in and chat.

Would be great to use laptop for hosting. Good app and all but there doesn’t seem to be a way where I could host using my laptop. When will be an option.

Great service, terrible app. A great idea to put live radio online. Great. Beats Pandora hands down. The app is terrible. If your screen shuts down, so does the app. Auto lock after one minute? It stops. Turn your phone face-down? It stops. Accidentally hit the lock button? It stops. An incredibly poorly implemented great idea.

Not ready. Need a lot more music available I couldn’t find the 4 songs I searched and they were all released in the past 2 years

Amp Station Listener. JUST UPDATED. I was introduced to the Amp app by a friend with a station and I enjoy listening. Unfortunately there are still bugs and i keep getting kicked out and if there are no other listeners the station cannot play. Please update and fix bugs. Really cool platform for music enthusiasts.

Needs replays and chromecast support. Needs chromecast support and replays. Was listening to a interesting interview and had to stop for a meeting. Wish I could have went back to finish it.

Infuriating UI. What genius created a content app with no way to actually search for creators? I downloaded this app for one creator and one creator only and there’s no way for me to actually type their name in to find them. If this app has a search feature, it’s incredibly well hidden.

So fun!. Finally, a live experience that brings music, commentary, and conversation together. Can’t wait to find out about more great music tastemakers and commentators out there!

cool idea but the app is really glitchy. slow to use, you guys have spent loads of money promoting an app that doesn’t work very well. I looked it up because I saw the ads everywhere and thought it was a cool idea but I didn’t realize it was still in beta mode.

I don’t know how this works. There’s no guides on how to play songs or make your show stand out. I feel like this is a great idea for an app, but it’s so vague and my user friendly on how it actually works. Also, it doesn’t save your shows? That’s a terrible feature.

Great idea, poor execution.. How are you supposed to build a show if you can’t play music when no one is listening? Someone logs in you can hit play. They log off you can’t start a new song until someone else joins. Crickets…. Crickets…. Dead air.

AMP is AMPlifying creator voices. Such an innovative product to empower creators and give them a mic, ability to play songs (without worrying about copyright issues) and audience. Love the branding and design - sleek and easy to follow.

Terrible Search Function. This app barely has any of the songs I want to play, and the search function doesn't work well at all! I had to delete the app because it was so frustrating! Only time will tell if I will redownload.

Great. Great concept! The app keeps getting better and better. I can’t stay away from Amp, I have discovered great music and most importantly I have made some amazing connections with the AMPers!

Cool idea but it didn’t work out for me. As a Metalhead, I couldn’t find a station I liked so I tried starting my own but it wouldn’t let me play music without one listener. Don’t I count as my own listener? Anyways cool idea but it didn’t work out too well.

Fun Programs. I especially love “Four Quarters”. So clever to combine appropriate music to listen to such informed information and thoughts about sports.

Amped. Been using it for a few months and I can see the improvements with each update. Great music and cool community.

Needs an Update. So while I like the idea and definitely the display, I can’t even access my own account. Whenever I try to login, it refreshes and put me back to the Home Screen without my account. Please fix this!!! This app has great potential!!!

!!!!. I love this app! Very innovative. I think there is much more to add however. Like, live comments from listeners & the ability to share the show link. But other than that, perfect.

Hoping for some fox.. Ran through two shows plus one test run and while broadcasting I was unable to hear the songs I was playing. Little difficult to maintain the energy in a quiet room with no music.

Let’s see. I am a dj of 35 years, going to broadcast live today at 3, we will see how solid this is

embarrassing product. this app is soo useless. the UI is straight out of 2004 even though the creative direction tries to make it modern. really cringy, and way too specific a use case. people can use twitter spaces if they want to chat, and at least that’s embedded into a fully functioning app.

Very disappointed. At first I thought this was a great idea. But then I learned you can’t play your music until you get at least 1 listener. Not cool. You should be able to play music right away so people know what kind of music you will be playing. I deleted the app. And will no longer tell people about it. Unless this changes

FIX IT. The app is actually pretty nice and user friendly few tweaks that can be improved BUT the main this the frieken Fast foward and rewind I simply dont go back to shows i missed cuz you can do anything but be forced to play the whole back thing again! FIX IT Esp when its Queen Radio Time!

Music keeps on dropping. I read about Amp on Artifact and thought I will check it out. Though the collection of music looks promising, the music took awhile to play, most times all I see is the buffering circle and when it works it can’t even finish a song before the music drops again and the buffering kicks in. Don’t see that happening with the Dash app

Faulty Fields, Can’t Complete Sign Up. In your rush to gather info and make sure that all user data was usable for your marketing purposes, the dev team 100% neglected the fact that .com, .org and some of the other common suffixes ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES. Can’t use .enterprises and will not be trying again even if this is fixed. Halfass app.

Awesome App. Hosting my own show is so much fun. Having people listen and sharing the music you love is something I’ve always been interested in

Playback. I like the app but I wish we could play back shows that we missed. That would be really great for people who are busy at that moment. I want to be able to listen to the shows that aired previously. 🖤

Great idea. Needs some tweaks. Add a function to search users or shows by topics. Also add in a function where multiple creators can link up over their phones and make a joint program

Definitely 5 stars. It feels like radio back when it was cool and not just all owned by the same company. Love it

Meh let down a little. You have to have at least one listener before you can play music. Which honestly makes it a little hard to get active listeners if there just listening to dead air or the “waiting music”. Maybe you should rethink that function because if your trying to start out it makes it kinda hard.
