Air Printer App is Fantastic!. My friend lost her Beloved Cat, Sassy and she sent a message to our Prayer Team at church! The first time I used the app, I basically didn’t know what I was doing, but it was so simple, I printed out a full paper sized photo of Sassy’s Missing notice to my printer. Hallelujah! It worked! Now I can make flyers and hopefully get Sassy home to her Mommy! Paula L. Mangold

This is a great app!. This app makes it so easy to connect to my printer! I’m never using the original app for my printer again. I had to download 3 plugins and it still only works sometimes. Definitely would use this app and recommend.

Convenient!. I recently started using this app to print because I’ve started to need to print personal documents outside of work and needed to be able to print conveniently and effectively with my printer at home. I love how with this app you can print with any printer that has an AirPrint function! Now I can print without going through the process of installing separate software and installing the printer to my computer and having to send documents to my computer only!

It's super convenient to see the list of all the document sources for printing. The main task of connecting to the printer using Wi-Fi and printing was effortless and smooth. Last, but definitely not the least, I loved the printables collection and it was relatively cheap!

Scam.. Another shady company that makes you download the app before it tells you there’s nothing free about it, and needs your credit card to pay a ridiculous price so they can feed you with ads and collect your private data.

Need immediate refund. This is the wrong app. It is not helping me with my needs not what I was looking for. I do not like giving financial information and requesting a refund immediately. I have not used and purchased a trial and cannot use. I would like to know if this is a scam. Because there is no customer service number showing.

Printer connected. After two hours of trying to print, I’m trying to get my computer to connect with my printer. It hasn’t worked so I tried emailing it to myself and then printing it off my phone. Unfortunately it doesn’t really print like it would. I tried printing seven pages and the formatting, but all messed up.

Free trial. This app seems to be doing exactly what it says it does! Works great. I’ve had no issues so far. Connected very quickly and easily.

Cannot see what printers are available without paying. I’m trying to find an app that will allow me to print to a PC that has a network shared, USB printer. I was disappointed that this app does not even show the available printers prior to purchasing.

Works but pricey. It’s a little expensive but helps my old printer work with new technology, probably cheaper just to buy a new printer but old one is great on ink unlike some of the newer printers….

Really FREE. Hard to find an App that’s REALLY FREE and WORKS! This is one of them. I don’t know what happened I have been printing from my phone like forever! Today I need to copy something and I could not print it! I tried a few other Apps and they trick you into downloading first then tell you it’s free for a period… After that.. You pay through the nose! Whom ever created this… Thank You

Fake reviews I guess. Not free.. Fake reviews made me download the app. The app is free to download but to print something you must pay or trail period. This is truly deceiving and unhealthy business practice. I am surprised how they have got so many 5 star reviews. Don't download and waste your time.

Trash. This app is straight up trash. Just another way for the rich to keep stealing money from others. You already pay for the printer, that makes it yours and you should be able to print as freely as you want. That’s the point of having a printer so you can use it as you like. Seriously, get rid of this.

Useless. You can’t do anything without paying for a subscription. Nothing. I don’t even know if my printer is supported because it doesn’t offer any settings until I assume after the paywall. Waste of space.

Dont pay $20 a month for this app. Absolutely absurd! I forgot to cancel my subscription to this and its been charging me $20 a month for multiple months. The printing app itself isn’t terrible, but $20 is way to much. I recommend canceling you subscription asap if you must use this app!

For anyone who doesn’t know:. To avoid accidentally subscribing or signing up for a “free” trial, just X out of the screen in the upper left hand corner. Then you can go ahead and delete the app without attaching your bank account or credit card to a service you don’t want.

Not easy functions.. I cannot use the scanner. All I have is the printer app in my phone to scan.

iPhone is the worst. Subscription plan? I can’t simply buy the app? Hahaha. Whatever. I’m not paying you weekly nor yearly for this app. This ecosystem’s model of subscriptions plans is driving me back away faster and further. How much data are you collecting in the meantime ?

Refund. Just downloaded a 3-day trial but when it did not connect to my wireless Brother printer on the same wireless network, I looked to cancel. I was able to cancel finally thru Apple.

Forced Subscriptions. Before I had a chance to determine if this app would work, I had to subscribe. When I realized it didn’t work (won’t scan from a scanner), I had to jump through hoops to cancel the subscription. I do not trust software from companies that force users into recurring charges before a test drive. Good software doesn’t need to resort to that kind of nonsense.

Craps Apps. Installed once but a lousy Apps I’ve to go wasted with a every penny. Unsubscribed later but still charged me! Then I’ve tried to UNSUBSCRIBE but suddenly there’s no Cancel Subscription button to it. And it’s going to charge me again for the following next due date even though I’ve deleted the Apps. Feels like a thieves that love to come up and giving you the fxxking nightmares.

Not Free. This app said that it is free but after I downloaded it to my phone it isn’t free. It says that if you want the feature that you want to use that is a subscription only option. But with my old android it was free so when you upgrade to a apple phone you have to pay for the subscription to use your phone to print a email. Why would I want a iPhone when you have to buy a subscription to use it to print a email. So you spend more on the phone, then you have to pay for the same service that was free on the android phone.

Duped into this Subscription. I searched the APP Store for an app with a specific name and this app appeared first in the results. In the middle of my frustration in setting up a new printer I clicked Get and found myself incurring a $14.99 monthly subscription charge. I immediately cancelled the subscription, but still have the first month’s charge. As this app is not the one I was seeking, I feel like there should be a refund and that it was deceptive to list this app first when it did not match my search term.

Unbelievable!!. I just took delivery on this printer Nov. 2, 2022 unpacked it, downloaded the app only to discover I basically have to “rent” the printer that I OWN for $15!!!!! A month!!!! What kind of bullshjt is this??!!! What a horrible bait & switch by HP!!!

19.99/month to print something. 19.99/month! It should make that clear before wasting the time to download it. Couldn’t even print one single thing, which meant I couldn’t see if it would even let me get to an option to start printing on a certain page number of a document. So it ended up being useless.

No Text Add Options in edit mode. Advertised as being able to edit documents&photos before print yet, as far as I can tell, there is no option to add a text field like in almost all android apps of this kind. Fix that and I’ll give you more stars as this is a no brainer guys.

Does not work with Epsom 7720. The NFC capability does not work on the Epsom 7720 printer. So I downloaded this app before I realized this. I have requested a refund. Through my Apple ID is days I am not eligible for a refund. That stinks. Waisted my $19.99
