Absolutely awful. Not even sure what the point is to this app, unnecessary and worthless.

Please help me.. Hello, I downloaded this app months ago and ive been stuck with this problem for a while. I accidentally signed up for the year subscription and there is no way its letting me cancel this subscription. PLEASE cancel my subscription ASAP.

This program is a scam do not buy!. This program doesn’t do anything that isn’t already built into your iPhone. They want you to think that it’s going to allow you to connect to multiple speakers, but it does not. It doesn’t add any additional functionality and not only that it says it has a free trial for three days, but then it charges you immediately for the full subscription. Apple should remove this program from the App Store because it is unethical. The developer has responded to my reviews to try and defend themselves with a a lot of false and misleading information. The fact is, this app is a scam and the developer knows it. There is no “three day trial” it chargers you for the full subscription immediately and the fact remains that the app doesn’t actually do anything that is not already built into your iPhone by default - APPLE REMOVE THIS FRAUDULENTLY APP PLEASE!

Doesn’t work. Downloaded it expecting it I connect to my headphones, but nope. Now there isn’t even an easy option to unsubscribe and delete it. Definitely feels shady

Confusing. Thought I was getting the free version. Thought this would connect to a Bose headset but was unable to do so. I am unable to use this app but they already charged me $50.

Headset for TV use Re Hearing Impaired. Terrible. Bought these quietcomfort 45 headset to connect with a home TV I can hear well even with two hearing aids. Was told they would just sync via Bluetooth with TV and sound bar. Came with no written instructions how to sync and no controls other than asking me to download and app and pay a monthly fee. As a SS retiree all I wanted was a set of speakers - not a service - not a music service - and no another monthly bill. Have purchased Bose products since the 70’s - but these will go back. Never even got to try them.

False advertising. The app shows Amazon Echo in the pictures and claiming that you can stream on multiple devices, this is not true. Amazon echo does not support airplay or airplay2 and this app only works with airplay. False advertosing!

Bait and switch. Almost installed because the developer paid to be at the top of the search results. I’m glad I caught my mistake before it finished installing.

Believe the ratings. I am willing to pay if it worked. I tried to have my iPhone play through my noise canceling headphones and 2022 Hyundai Palisade Bluetooth (passenger wearing the headphones of course). It would not play through both. In fact we tried to play through several Apple devices with no success. Cancel my subscription please !!!

Useless app. Accidentally installed when searching for Bose connect. After opening the app I realized it is an app that tries to get you to pay for the app while not providing any useful features. Totally a scam app and should be removed from the marketplace.

Downloaded The Wring App. I downloaded the wrong app. I ordered the service. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the three day grace period before they start charging my credit card.

Useless. Terrible App. Awful UI, only available as subscription, and doesn’t allow connection to multiple speakers, as I thought it did based on the description. Don’t waste your money. It does what your device already does natively but worse and you have to pay.

Worst app ever. Very, very, disappointed. I just wanted to be able to connect a Bluetooth device. In order to connect any Bluetooth device, you need to pay. You aren’t able to do is for free. It’s a rip off app and I WILL be returning the speaker I bought. Don’t waste your time and just get a new speaker and return this one. I will definitely be deleting the app and taking my business else where. 0/10, HIGHLY don't recommend.

Take if my speaker back. If I have to pay for a app to use a product I will find a different product. I’m taking my speakers back and getting a different brand. Bose just lost a customer. Funny i I try to use anything with unhappy in my user name and it’s already been take, that should tell you a lot about this app

Absolute garbage of an app .. This should be taken off the App Store , I don’t need a developer response , can’t use free version unless paying for it which I don’t mine , but the app is trash , from formatting and everything . I see why it’s on the deepest depths of the App Store , so no one can find it . I wanted to try because my AirPods was acting up with sound , ended up going on settings to change the audio .

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app does nothing. Just connect to Bluetooth on your phone and it works. The app is only designed for Sony to see if music and other stuff. There is no reason for the app unless you want to pay Sony $3-10 per month for their music library which is available on Apple Music and Spotify. They make great headphones but terrible software. Pointless.

No way. This app charges just to connect to Bluetooth. Can’t connect multiple booth devices and the want to charge a subscription. No way!!!!!!!

Appel rip off. I clicked on a free 30 day trial and immediately got charged for a year subscription and now I’m having trouble canceling the subscription RIP OFF FREE TRIAL MEANS FREE

Scammed. Bought these speakers and only to find out you can’t use them unless you pay for a subscription for an app. And I am out $300 and can’t return them

Useless. Useless app.

AVOID. I was duped into downloading this app while pairing a Bose mini speaker to my iPhone. It appeared that it was necessary to subscribe to this app in order to complete the pairing. Apparently, I signed up for a “free“ three day subscription, which automatically turned into a paid subscription. The app does nothing that my iPhone cannot already do. I have attempted to cancel the subscription, but I am informed that my cancellation must be completed one day prior to its initiation, which was at the end of the “free” three day trial. I was not informed that I was being charged for the subscription until it was too late to cancel for this year. I am amazed that both Apple and Bose allowed this fraudulent solicitation for a useless app to be included in the set up of the speaker.

Don’t believe the hype and don’t buy. I’m an audio engineer and I laughed when I saw they are trying to charge a subscription for this worthless app. Your phone already has the capability that they are advertising. It is free. I’m a major JBL pro supporter, however the consumer end products are average. And now I see they are trying to charge people for a control app that should be free, and doesn’t offer anything that isn’t already free, I am rethinking my relationship with this JBL company. JBL is Harman and was purchased by Samsung. Do yourself a favor and just search for Harman Kardon speakers if you want the JBL sound. And avoid the new consumer headaches that Samsung is so famous for. This app subscription is a perfect example of how Samsung is driving this, once a reputable company, into a thing of the past. So sad. And BTW, it won’t work with Apple Music subscription if you have it through Verizon

Deceitful and aloof app, charging $35 w/o clear explanation how or when.. The first I had ever heard of this app was when I got a bill for it 3 days later. The service I unknowingly had purchased was BLUETOOTH! So in all honesty I believe whoever is marketing this app is doing it in an extremely deceitful way. I tend to be extremely cautious when it comes to what click can cost me. I believe this App should be removed from the App Store.

DON'T DO 3 DAY TRIAL - YOU WILL BE SORRY. The 3 day trial whips by and then you are paying $35 for a nothing app. Apple theorectically vets the apps on their store - there should be an standard 30 day trial and cancellation policy for all apps. Then try to cancel it, must jump through a bunch of hoops to rid yourself of this piece of s..... Absolutey disgusting way to do business and should not be legal. And, found out later, there are other ways to do the same thing this proposes to do for free. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GET STUCK WITH THIS JUNK PROGRAM!!!

Rip off ap. It’s a stupid waste of money and it doesn’t work. After several attempts to contact them they never responded. They are not necessary to use the Bose speaker I’m trying to cancel before the trial is up but I can’t reach them- extremely dishonest and disappointing

Scam. I don’t know how it got on my phone. It was supposed to be a Bose connect app and I just blindly followed the prompts These guys are so low you have to click 5 stars in order to type a review. Help. I have been on a boring buying streak. I bought two pairs of computer speakers, replacing old ones .They weren’t cheap. Also bought a series 700 NR Headphones that I am having issues with the pair up. Most likely it is me, for that and your inconvenience I do apologize!!

Predatory app. Terrible, you should be ashamed of yourselves for masquerading as an app you need to connect Bluetooth devices. The small amount of novel functionality does not constitute an app that uses the Bluetooth logo and is displayed as “Sound” as the app name. This is a predatory app designed to steal money from folks who don’t know better. So sad.

Completely useless. Lol. Title says it all. But on top of it all, you have to enter into a subscription before even using. Total waste of time.

It never stays connected for more than 4 songs. Wasted my money. I would not buy again. I wasted my money.

Unnecessary app. Contains ads trying to get clicks by acting like Bose. You do not need this app to connect your speaker. I downloaded because I saw it had settings and wanted to see if there was an equalizer or something useful, unfortunately there is nothing worth the time.

Does not define the JBL link music. Hello, I've been using the jbl link music speaker for 2 years, which is with the Alice voice assistant and why doesn't your column where it is written in black and white JBL connect to the application?!

Flame1962. It would not connect to my speaker which was the reason I got it in the first place. Would not get it again. I have a planatronics Bluetooth which does everything and the sound and volume is awesome, I definitely don’t need or want this!

Not sure what it does?. Thought this would connect multiple Bluetooth speakers. Doesn’t do that. Seems to offer the same functionality already in Spotify.
