Bro so annoying. I was swap from my position as leader and I had school which stop me from playing and I come back and SOME RANDOM GUY IS RUNNING MY CLAN/ my clan is call the sand creed and my name is test account and bro this is a dum feature for people who cant be on because of school/please fix this I wasted gems on this clan.

Not safe for my sons gaming experience. I founded an alliance for my kid and I and then made it open to anyone, since most were closed off. I get sidetracked by a medical issue for a couple weeks and I come back to someone else as an alliance leader and I'm so blocked in the alliance I can't report anyone even. The new leader has made no one an officer and allows nothing to happen. I'd report it but there is no obvious customer service. I was inactive for less than 30 days, so still within the rules

Use it and get used to it.. Important things said three times, the first time to see such a careful app

Not like the advertisements. The game is great but it definitely isn’t like the advertisements we see on Facebook, instagram and in the photos posted on the App Store. Definitely needs some upgrades, like it be nice that if you turn on auto rally, it stays on. It would also be useful to turn off the timers for upgrades like the expansion upgrades and things like that. If you have the money to be able to donate to the upgrades, we should be able to use them.

I don’t know where to start…so. Here’s my review, the game is a dud…it wasn’t well thought out before it’s release…we are obviously the beta players… or Guinea pigs for lack of a better comparison…and it’s sad because a few of us are still holding out hope for a massive upgrade…however, I believe, based on past results, we will be disappointed…I’m thinking of moving on…I guess I’m drinking the kool-aid… because I’m still hanging around and hoping, yes hoping for a massive improvement.

There are not many easy-to-use applications. This is one of them.. Good quality and low price, smooth and complete! Super practical platform

Training Time and Prices. The amount of time that I have to wait for my stuff to be trained is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to wait hours, even days for my stuff to be trained. There’s honestly more waiting than game play. Also things are way to bloody expensive. I can’t keep up with the prices of money I have to pay to train things.

Eh. I like the game and all don’t get me wrong but I just bought an Apple gift card so I can buy some of the packages in the game but low and behold it won’t let me use it. I have tried several times to use the Apple gift card and it wouldn’t work. Can someone tell me why it doesn’t work or why it doesn’t want to go through? I don’t mind spending money but since I can’t purchase anything with my Apple gift card I give it 3 stars instead of 5 stars.

PAY TO WIN. You will constantly be picked on by people all the time other games they call this bullying because you can’t attack just one person suppose to attack everyone which they don’t I asked people around to see if they have been hit and it was me and one other guy I’m level 45 the other guy level 23 the guys that attacked us two were level 70 so fun can’t even move forward because of this and they have a force teleport it don’t work because I haven’t been forced teleported at all and this guy hit my castle 5 times by the same person hope they fix it on that part but other then that I’m having a decent time grinding nothing is to hard other then trying to find people that play there are a lot of afk people on the map wish we could remove a lot of them too they half to take up 20% of the map there is so many of them

Things ive noticed. 1. Its an ok game if you dont take it do seriously and find an active alliance if you cant afford to be a whale and spend $$$ competing with people dropping thousands of dollars. 2. Really would suggest a way to navigate the base without force merging buildings and troops. 3. Expedition stages seem bugged where even if you have a good rune setup, troop counters and heros upgraded the AI still hits you 4-5 times with fury skill before your army attacks once. 4. For PVP killing event it is diffcult to search for people through out the world map.

Crap won’t load. It would be a fun game to play if I didn’t have to uninstall and reinstall every time I wanna play. Every time I play when I’m finished for the moment and close the game it won’t load again and I have to reinstall. Stupid !!!

Copyright for sure but still good. Almost exact same game as top war in every way no joke. Even has the same names for things, same types of quests and animations. This should probably get copyrighted. Anyways it’s be a great game if it wasn’t a copycat so if you don’t care play it.

Inactive players. Can you please do something about the inactive players? Over 50% of my server is inactive. I don’t want to have to keep creating new accounts on different servers to enjoy the game. Literally anything you could delete the accounts after 2 week-1 month or something. Or move everyone who is inactive for a while to the same server. I don’t know but get rid of them so new people can come. Please! Im begging you! I love the game but it is driving me crazy!!! 🙏🏻😭

Do something about the cheating players. There are players getting top chief points that would require hundreds of thousands of gems per day for multiple days in a row. Just look at SSS on server 72 this week for an example

No players. Servers die quickly because you have to spend big money to grow. If you don’t you won’t be able to compete. I’m in server 25 and it’s basically dead. If you’re looking for a fun game that will last more than a month, download something else.

Loved this game for how easy it was to level up and how fun it was to play… Unfortunately, there are numerous constant glitches and coming soon features that never get resolved, and customer care does not respond to any attempts to resolve them. WORST OF ALL: There is no system for reporting players and no limits or Balance whatsoever. This game is overrun by clans of players who make new accounts on every new server, bully the new players into submission or quitting the game, and prepare for war by constantly destroying anyone new. There are no restrictions or reporting options in place to stop them and again, customer care does not respond to any attempts to reach them.

The Fusing Ad. The ads about this game having fusing mechanics wasn’t lying. But the ads showed that the fusing mechanics and exploration was the entire point of the game. But it’s just one of those pay-to-win grind games that makes you fight on a map with other players. Has more clash of clan mechanics than anything. Don’t waste your time.

Last two updates are horrible. Game crashes frequently and not able to play after latest up, rewards not given for multiple events , 2 weeks to get a reply from support, the new update with “fixes” is even worse than before. Multiple players cheating and taking advantage of exploits.

Bad copy of Top War. You’re better off just playing top war. There’s no depth here, the heroes are extremely rough to level up and I don’t feel the slightest urge to spend money just to level my stuff when it’s this early in the lvl 30+ tech when max level is 80.

Ima just make a list of stuff good/bad : Pros: Constant updates to the game New content pushed out F2P Friendly (somewhat) Decent variety of events both pve/pvp Cons: The constant updates slowly make the game less F2P friendly They never fix bugs Game will constantly crash/freeze Game has become a massive grind fest with limited rewards for stuff Devs don’t care about players and only want money Events are all unoriginal Events are never timed properly so they overlap with each other (example : 2 power boost events will never be on the same day even if it’s on multiple days in a row) Events give horrendous rewards TLDR: Game has more downsides to upsides Probly best to avoid this 1 unless u wanna waste money.

Pretty good game. Saw it in an add and thought it was gonna be like all the other games that are filled with adds and is really annoying but it’s really not bad. Haven’t seen a single add either and the game is pretty fun and addicting

Your challenges are glitched and won’t allow to attack, training times are horrendous, teleports are still insanely expensive and needs to be lowered, and healing heroes get glitches occasionally and won’t heal when it says it will heal a certain percentage of an attack please work on your game

Broken game. I’ve spent hundreds on this game and I have lost my spot in the leaderboards #64 because the game no longer works. Ive reinstalled the game twice and there is no support page for this game on their website. I will be requesting a refund soon.

Typical buggy pay2win. Title should say it all. It is a pay to win app. It has many bugs in basic features and customer service has not responded to many concerns of these basic features.

Passable game done poorly. As someone who has been playing this game regularly for the past few months my recommendation is if you haven’t started playing then don’t. While the overall gameplay loop can be enjoyable the game has a number of issues. For starters, if you are expecting the game you see in ads or even in the pictures in the App Store, you are in the wrong place. Most of what you see in the promotional material disappears early on into playing and you are left with a pretty standard base building simulation. Ads are misleading at best. Second the game is buggy. The ui regularly disappears and chat often won’t load without a forced restart. Third. The game not only pay to win but pay to harass as well. Money buys you power here and if you want to show off you are wholly allowed to stomp on anyone else that isn’t spending all of their resources to use a shield. End up on a server with an aggressive over spender an you will have a horrible experience. Forth, support is useless. I reported a player for sending harassing messages to myself and member of my alliance. Response was “it’s a war game”. No investigation whatsoever. Just copy paste text. So players are allowed to be as toxic in game as they want with no repercussions. Support is also outsourced, as someone who lives in the same time zone as the developer I was only getting support responses in the middle of the night. So don’t expect help in a timely fashion but do expect copy/paste answers when you ask for it.

Decent Game. I really enjoy this game, but I’m wondering when it will be updated/upgraded. What’s the timeline? There’s so much potential for this to be better. Starting out, I felt the gameplay was a little cheesy and hard to get into, mainly because I never played anything else like this game and was a challenge to understand how things operated. Work on the tutorial, make it more comprehensive, and maybe add a storyline that would help understand who the heroes are, showcasing their abilities. I also had an issue determining what server to choose. Some games will allow you to pick servers based on your region or time zone. This game is either not popular enough in the US, or retention is low. Either way there is way to many AFK players on my server. Finding an active clan that will have members in your time zone would be awesome. There should be a way to see how active the overall clan is, a easy to understand charts that shows each clan member’s average time play, contributions to the clan, number of rallies joined/started, etc. Also when it comes to attacks on other cities we should have options in pillaging, not just accumulating gold which has almost no purpose in accumulating due to the ease of access to it. We should be able to choose needed items that those cities have like ore, holy water, take captive soldiers/creatures, and decorations. Fighting in PVP needs more interactivity, I hate feeling like my outcomes are random and having no ability to control outcomes. I should be able to choose which characters my hero strikes/heals/enhances in the battle . Looking forward to customizing my city and heroes to, I could go on, but who has the time. Hope this gives you some good insight.
