Down. Cannot play game for some reason. Did it get hacked?

What happen. Had a great one week with it and boom! Can’t get on. No Facebook log on and when I tried apple log in another name came up. This was a really fun game to play. One of the best poker games I ever had the pleasure playing. Sad it’s gone.

Fun game. Need more slots games to play but a very very fun game to play I would give it 10 stars

Horrible. A total ripoff. Just wait until you earn a few chips. Then the bots kick in. You’ll lose practically every hand. And beware of the 32 billion chips they give you. They’ll take it right back claiming it’s an accident. 100% rigged. I wouldn’t trust this app or the developers. Beware!!

Poker live!. I love this game and it is very fun!! My only thing I don’t like about it is whenever I get people to join through the link it doesn’t give me my chips. I have got 6 people to join and haven’t got a dime. I would definitely play this game!

Game Play Different Than Ad. The game play inside the app although enjoyable, is not the same as advertised on Instagram. I have tried to reach out to customer service several times inside the app and cannot get the question answered as to why that is. Disappointing!

Log out and lose playing chips. I downloaded this game today, was enjoying it but I had to log out to run a errand. Logged back in a poof all playing chips won were no longer there, had to start all over. Then had to watch them darn videos over and over and over to get enough to play again. This is not the game for me. If I can’t keep the chips I won I don’t want to spend my valuable time on this site.

Game does not Download!!!. Game downloads to my iPhone but when trying to download the second part it says problem with internet. I have about 12 devices that use the internet and none of them have a problem!!!

Scams and Errors. These people make frequent errors with chips where they'll increase your chip count randomly, then reduce it and take away more than the chips they accidentally awarded you. Fun for a quick couple games but given the frequent mistakes and how they mess with your chips not worth spending time on it, and certainly not worth spending money!

Won’t connect. My app won’t connect to Facebook been like this past few days or so ?

App keeps Crashing. I have an account linked to my Facebook and this is the second time it is locked me out and said error and the company is going over it and all chips will be accounted for the first time I’ve lost over 400 million and chips and just recently and I’m locked out with over 1,000,000,000.1 and chips that I paid for and earned.

Deceptive Ad Campaign. I added this app after seeing a deceptive ad on another IOS App Game I play. It made it look like this is a strip poker game. If you have to trick people to download your app thru deceptive advertising, it’s a good sign your app is tired and needs a major overhaul or just be retired.

You will develop bad poker habits messing with this app. This app like most other apps, is ruled by an algorithm. The algorithm tries to get you to lose all of your winnings, then prompts you to spend real money to play with fake money. I’ve been playing poker for over 15 years and I’ve never seen so many people winning with royal flushes, or straight flushes. I’ve never seen AK suited, QQ, KK LOSE SO MANY TIMES. as soon as you lose all of the chips that you won. The app will instantly ask you to buy more chips. If you are a seasoned poker player you are going to be frustrated by the amount of people who don’t know how to play but have billions of chips I’ve never seen 2-9 off suit hit so many times. In real life, cards do not fall like that. In real life, people do not call those type of hands. It’s like this app is trying to make people develop bad poker playing habits and spend real money. If you play poker in real life, do not download this app. To the app developers, I say stop coding the app to make people lose hands that have a 80% chance of hitting and letting people win hands that have less than a 15% chance of winning. It’s obvious what is happening here and I’m not the only one who sees it. I like the aspect of playing live. But everyone on the live says the same thing the only difference is I’m smart enough to know when to delete an app and continue on with my life. I hope this review helps someone.

Game is great; FB log in is terrible. Apparently these fools can’t pay their FB bills. So there are chronic log in problems when trying to log in with FB. So all history from when you set up your profile is lost. This is not a new problem apparently.

Very nice poker game. You are never out of the action because even if you get a bad beat (or are just a terrible player) you can get chips quickly by watching a few videos. Fun video chat too. Nothing wrong with this game.

Should b a maximum. When I have a fat pot I can call all in for them and that’s a lot for them and a little for me so they usually fold so people under a certain amount of chips should be automatically moved to a table where nobody has a big pot that way you can’t bluff people off the table

5 star. This game is amazing and fun, instead of having to spend money I get 1 free spin every hour.

Options. Love the Game and, most of the time I’m okay with A Gentleman’s Game. Sometimes you see things inappropriate from some of the opponents that I feel you should reported and has no report option. And/or, give an option to block that person from having access to the tables that one’s attending at the time.

Bait and switch. Wow this game sent out a notification and an award of 32 billion chips. 2 days later they took it all back. Never have I seen ANYTHING like this. Are you going to give me back the money I paid for chips and lost? Bye bye

This Game is a Cheat. They just want you to purchase more coins, I had the same hand as another opponent we both went all in and the other person won, I’ve never made a purchase on this game I just utilize my free coins.

Starting chip ossue. Good game. Only issue I have is starting chips. If you do not have carry over chips from prior day…you claim some at start of app. There are two chip awards to be claimed. For some reason the 1st chip award does not get added to my total. This is the larger chip award. The 2nd ( very small award) does get added to total but that means I start with maybe 50k in chips. Very difficult to play game as 50k only covers 5 blinds.

Fantastic. Very good game. Communicate through live and play without video chat best of both worlds !! Gotta try it

Insane that you can’t change or create your profile 😡😡😡. I was really excited to try this game until I realized that the app created a fake profile for me. Since I don’t (and WILL never) use the Conservative-censoring facebook or any of its other platforms I signed in using my AppleID. To my utter shock and disgust, the app created “my” name and avatar without allowing me to enter any personal information and/or photo. My profile included a female name and photo even though I am a male. Not only is this ludicrous, but it is also reckless and negligent. Any nutjob can hide behind his or her fake “profile” to mislead other players. This especially could endanger minors who believe they are talking with someone else. I will be deleting this garbage app until this issue is addressed and resolved!

Poker live. I’ve been playing the poker game for well over a year and In the beginning it was fun. You would lose some hands and win some hands like normal poker and as of late I haven’t been able to win any hands what’s so ever. I feel as if this game is trying to bait me into buying chip due to never winning hands. I wouldn’t recommend playing this poker game if you are just trying to enjoy your time while playing a poker game. There is a game called poker face that is more realistic I would give that app a try if you get fed up like I am.

Rake?. Does the app have some type of digital rake?!?! I’m noticing that at the end of a hand, all of the chips are not accumulating properly in my chip stack!!!

Winnings. I have been playing this game for a good while now every day. The first bit was good a lot of fun was actually winning. The past couple of weeks I haven’t been winning hardly at all but may a couple hands here and there. Anytime i get a decent hand someone else always has something better I’m guessing it’s because I don’t spend any money on this game?

Review. Can actually play with friends. Have to find them in a lobby before you can play with them though, me and my friends were shuffling through a couple different tables before we found each other kind of hard but we ended up getting it play together all the time now.

Bad business decision!. You took back over 32billion chips that you say went to the WRONG email address on 7/23. Yet, I never received any chip from you on that day. Your system as you say it, is what was in error. I have been a loyal player, I’ve even spent money on chips when I was low, came in 4th in my league and are at the Master II level. You REALLY think that I will continue to support a game, or business that punishes players for the apps mistakes, even when I never got those chips????? I saw the email but it was to a different person and the chips did not register to me. Good luck screwing your customers. I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!! BEWARE PLAYERS…..

Lost my account. Game is great but I lost my account and I had over 1 billion chips, now playing as a guest under an alias name. Would love to retrieve my account but don’t know how. Can you assist me with this matter?

If everything worked!!. If everything worked it would be a great game/app. Not sure why some people can play “online” and some can’t. Mine cannot which is weird. Get that fixed and will get 5 stars. Only reason I downloaded app was to be able to video play poker.

I’m mad. I had 168 million and played almost daily. i didn’t sign in for less than TWENTY FOUR HOURS! i log back in and i’m knocked from level 81 to level 1, and only have 800k in my account. i really enjoyed this game and this really discourages me from playing again. wish there was a way to get my money back.

These people are scam artists. Evidently they claim to offer monthly drawings, when you win that drawing as I did they let you play with the money on many different games. Then you get an email saying they made a mistake, then they take them money back, and do not reimburse you for the money you list or the time you spent. Wow, they just lie to take your money.

I was robbed 😡. I fell in love with this game!!! In fact I was addicted to it. Then a few days ago I’d lost everything when I tried to log in. I was not allowed to regain my money nor profile…. I even wrote customer support about this issue and NOTHING. I was told that the app is somehow in developing mode and in a few days I’ll regain my profile & chips. Problem. It is now not letting me sign in Facebook I was level 203 or something and I had over 1.42 billion chips and have a bracelet and it saying I don’t have permission will change back to 5 star when this problem is fix

Poker is rigged. I buy coins all the time but I just stopped today. I spent over 75$ in three days in still manage to loose all my coins within a few minutes. It’s rigged so you can buy more and u can bet 50million on one pair in the cowboy vs cowgirl game and it will automatically hit on the one that a little money is betted on. I’m done buying coins and won’t spend another cent on it

Chips. This game is not worth anyones time. On more than one occasion I received messages and was given chips but then sent an apology that there was a mistake. Instead of leaving me to play with the chips given they were taken back!

Poor. As a ‘guest’ not buying chips, game is stacked against you. Just know this going in. You will need to watch videos, a lot of videos, for ‘free’ chips. Said videos also have a tendency to freeze. The experience is not that good.

Locked out can’t get my 200,000,000 chips. Past 2 days I’ve tried to login, but Facebook or apple comes up to login with them, if I do it , it freezes up. Can’t get out? Need help getting back into app. Havnt heard from anyone , HELP

Not a great game anymore. After countless fails to return accounts to linked fb users, I’m personally fed up with this game. Money as well as time have been spent for ones enjoy and it’s been WEEKS of this error with no support team to give any type of excuse.. I need EVERY DIME in USDA !!!

Sit and Goes. And chat. Why don’t you make some sit and goes less expensive to play. Also the ability to chat with the keyboard along with the text that are currently available. In my opinion it would make this app superior. Also the ability to have private poker games with friends only. Hope this helps

DO NOT download!. Be prepared to play with Bots. I report them but the developer doesn’t follow up. Like another review said, you will win a lot and then all of a sudden, you’ll lose it all to 4 of a kind and straight flushes! The coders/developers can change the algorithms to control the cards to ensure you’ll lose no matter what. You will notice that you’ll push all in with 4 of a kind and magically a “player” who folds every hand decides to stay and gets the royal flush. I lost over half of my earnings to coders cheating and or bots. It becomes frustrating when you know the cards can be changed so it eliminates any chance of fair play.

Live video poker mode is not working. The live video poker is not working. I talked to other people who use the app and they told me they are also having issues as well. I also reached out to customer service about the issue and the issue still has not been fixed.

Shady. It’s rigged on the chips and you can’t get a hold of any customer service. They never get back to you. They just make you lose chips to buy some and take your money

Facebook break-in ny Poker Live 👹. These people are truly insidious. When I connect this app with my Facebook they actually trird to break into my Facebook account. How do I know this you ask? Because I got a notification from Facebook telling me exactly that. Also, be careful with their SLOTOPOKER machine, that will give you free rolls so after you’re done using your freebies, you may accidentally bet a large amount of money on it and lose it, thinking it’s free. they are constantly finding ways to part you from your poker money. How many games I have noticed that I have a noticed that I have one hand and they just give it to somebody else obviously a bot or one of their players. please don’t spend your money. There are bots everywhere! and they are moles everywhere.

New update should restart from scratch. Please do another update and change almost everything about this game ( I’ll even help give you ideas or ask around the tables what the LONG TERM CUSTOMERS/players want).
