Best Doctors Office on Staten Island. I’ve been a patient for Manny years. I’ve been seen by every doctor at some point. Their professional, kind, easy to understand and know exactly what there doing. I have several health issues and they’ve gone above and beyond! I couldn’t ask for better. Dr. Brum and Dr. Kopstick, have treated me so good. Through all my ups and downs I can count on them, to be the best at what they do.

No Ambulette Transportation. This Hospital Health care Team are Horrible People worst care ever this Hospital was better when it was Saint Luke’s There’s no Empathy for Elderly sick Patients no Oxygen given to me through my whole stay in the Dirty Nasty Emergency Department with Wicked Nurses and wicked Charge Nurses. My daughter told the Doctor she was going to take me Home at 11:30 Am the Doctor said no that she Prefer I go in an Ambulette with Oxygen in the Meantime I was not getting any O2 in the ED.I waited 6 hours for an Ambulette to take me home my daughter called a few times the Social worker,The Charge Nurse The Green team the Registrars Representative in the ED everyone just didn’t care to help me get the Proper Transportation home they kept hanging up the Phone on my daughter every time she called to see the Status on my Ambulette . They put me away in a room with a wall I front of me Discharged me before getting me my Transportation horrible Place to be in I was feeling sick short of breath Headache and no one came to my Aide I would be ignored if I asked for help so I left around 5- 5:30 pm and Almost fainted Short of Breath, weak and with Chest Pain they didn’t care that I left that Dirty Emergency room by myself. I took Public Transportation to get home with no Oxygen and feeling very weak and sick almost got Struck by a Car very Bad Experience in that Mt Sinai Morningside ED full of Horrible Employees.

Easy to use. But the CCP Fauxi Virus Alerts are really too much. Yeah. I would have given a 5. But the SARS Cov-2 Toxxine alerts. The real name for the CCP Gates Fauxiflu Toxxine is a bit much. I never got any nasty Gates Fauxiflu Toxxine. Thankfully and I’m still alive. I did get sick 2 times by the Comrade Xi Jinpig Bioweapon. But I’m still standing. So we really don’t need to be Toxxineated. I worked at the WTC in 2001 after the Saudi Terror attains even. So this is 2 terror attacks I have lived through. So I will love another few years at least hopefully. So no need to promote some nasty people killing Experimental MRNA Gen e Therapy. Period !!!!

Great service. I’m very satisfied with the service of this clinic. Dr Chen explains everything I want to know . The staff are very friendly and attentive. The best about Mount Sinai satélite clinic is the accessibility of your medical records at any time. Everything about your health can be manage by their App and you can see your Lab Result once it’s done. You can always email your provider if you have any questions about your lab results . I will highly recommend Mount Sinai and Dr Chen’s service for your health needs.

Great Patient Care. I have been to many Neurologists over the years and I appreciate the fact the doctors I see at this institution have been good to me and they are direct. They don't just say that they are going to work on something and not try. They make the patient feel as if they are their only priority. I would recommend Mount Sinai to others.

Communication. The lack of direct communication with your in House physician it’s completely disappeared in the New York area, compared to the rest of the country. You are at the mercy of NYPhysician showing up for five minutes hour, and thenThey are on their way whether they get the facts right or not. Practicing medicine all over the country for 40 years so I do have an adequate comparison.

You put a lot of work into mychart. andMyMountSinai. Very comprehensive. One request: since the test results are just Greek (and Latin) to me, I want to look up the meaning of the words used. But I can't select and copy in either MyMountSinai or MyChart. Is there a way to export as Text or PDF? Or can you make text copyable? Please do one or both, like immediately, before I (and others in my boat) die. Thank you. Again, except for this lack, these are great aps.

Quick access. Love how easy this is to use and it links all my other accounts from other establishments.

What a wonderful app!. The Mount Sinai app makes it so easy to track and find my test results, appointments, etc. The doctors and nurses complete their notes in record time! Not to mention that they are all awesome!

Don’t bother. Payment system is broken resulting in not being able to pay a co-pay further resulting in me having to cancel my virtual appointment. The cherry on top was the 30+ minute wait to speak to a human on the phone at the office just to be told I can’t pay a co-pay over the phone and to contact the app? This is one of the biggest health systems in one of the biggest cities. You can’t automate a system to the point where there’s no backup plan for inevitable bugs. But don’t worry! I got another automated appointment reminder for the appointment I had already canceled over the phone. I also apparently have zero options to opt out of text billing. It’s 2023 and you’re texting me a link to my bill as the ONLY option? No paper bill arrives, no email arrives, I just have to click some shady text and risk my identity getting stolen or get sent to collections? Taking my healthcare elsewhere.

Satisfied!!!. MyChart app is an easy and user-friendly way of staying on top of my medications and medical tests results. I especially appreciate when I visit doctors in or outside the network, that I can access my medications and medical history via the app. The MyChart app is an innovative and technologically sound solution to staying on top at all times with my current medications and medical history.

Great. This is a great app. You can make appointments, and e-checking so when you go to your appointment your all set and they send you reminders of your appointment, I love it.

Review of Doctors or site. I cannot find anywhere where there is available a review of a Doctor a patient can write OR an idea to make this site more useful for the patient It seems mostly geared for additional discovery and information for MT Sinai but Nothing For the Patient. Your people!!!

Long waits. My favorite location is 1000 West 57 street.. check in’s & reviews are smooth. Staff is friendly & very accommodating. I use to go to the Union Square location but stopped. The long waits very ridiculous, & not being able to get an appointment early enough. Btw this was way before Covid. Please don’t go back to the hour waiting time & not being able to book for over a month. Don’t over book I know you have to take into account the cancelations,& No shows but please manage this. Since going to 1000 west 59 street location back in May to now - I had to wait for 1.5 the first time since union square location Other than this observation I love Mount Sinai Great doctors, assistants & nursing staff! A shout out to my cardiologist Dr Balasundanu, Vascular Dr Raman Sharma & my primary Dr Angela Lee

Great App... However. However the only hiccup is that you can't actually message (direct message) all of your providers. I've experienced a similar issue when attempting to schedule appointments via the as well. Other then those few issues, Mount Sinai MyChart app is very well structured, easy to navigate, in addition to being patient oriented and centered. All of which of keeps people engaged, informed, and involved in their entire scope of wellness regarding one's health.

Slow to update. I’ve been waiting 2 days for my COVID results to come back and it’s still pending. There’s no one to reach out to for updates. I even had an ultrasound appointment this morning that didn’t even show up in my appointments page. This app doesn’t update in real time and it’s nerve wrecking to have to sit and check all day, and to top it off I’m an employee of the hospital

Virtual Visit. Overall the app is good for messaging your doctor and managing prescriptions and scheduling appointments. However, the virtual visit function is complicated and has not worked for me. After several attempts relating to two separate appointments I’ve resorted back to in-person, which is frustrating since the commute is pretty far away. Also, the pre-check is quirky and sometimes requires you to complete several times. That said, I always have a great experience with my physician’s and the issues with the app is not a deal breaker for me.

Lots of things work really well. The app is great for communicating with my doctor. It’s so much faster than a telephone call. I cannot make an appointment though with the labs. There is nothing on there your app that would allow for this. When I call to make an appointment I go through six steps (Listen to apologies because Colvid has created such chaos, whatever yada yada and then finally start pushing buttons!) The phone rings 20 times and then it disconnects. I hope someday you get employees some bright eyed engineer who allow allow me to make an appointment with my lab online!

Love the My Chart Setup. I love the My chart set up. It’s seem less and includes all relevant information to connect to providers and review information.

It cool. I like it because when you need a appointment it way better and the doctors can write you back when you have a concern cool app

Great app!. This app is fantastic to help track upcoming and past appointments and medical records. It’s extremely efficient and I like how all information is stored in one place for both patient and doctors to easily access.

Excellent doctor and staff ! Always answers my questions ! Highly recommend them !. Highly recommend them

Love your system. It is so simple to fill out forms online instead of a waste of paper and ink in person, thoroughly enjoy using the application Philip a Raices, Broker Turn key Real Estate

Estimated fees are confusing!. I cancelled my most recent follow up appointment with my doctor because I wasn’t ready to pay the estimated charges! This threw me off and because I couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket so I decided to cancel it. You give this estimated fee but no clearer explanation where or how you ended up misleading patients especially patients who are on limited income like me! How did you expected patients to just sign and agree to pay this expensive estimated amount? When I got such estimate I asked one of the girls at my doctor’s office and one representative told me all I had to do is give them a copy of my insurance card and it should resolve tbe issue but obviously nothing was done! I demand clear explanations on this issue and congratulations for scaring patients away by doing or posting this estimates fees! If this issue cannot be resolved then maybe it’s time for me to start shopping for another proivder who’s not using this same system! I’m sorry but your system just frustrated me! There is a reason why we have medical insurance to avoid spending so much on clinical fees! Thanks, Antonio Nulud jr

Nurse Practitioner. I rarely ever give reviews. Not sure why , but when i do it means i feel deeply about the matter! I have been to Mr Sinia approximately 5 times and each time i see Justine ( last name eludes me ) and i am not sure if i have ever a had a medical provider that listens so intently to what i am saying and shares her personal stories to me that relate to what i have gone through in life ( wife of 40 years passing ) kind of . She is very professional and like i said above she really truly shows that she cares and spends plenty of time with me explaining medical stuff as well as being a great listener!!! Very refreshing to see people like her still exist in this crazy world we now live in . I look forward to seeing her for my next appointment! Thank you Mr Sinai and a special thanks to Justine !!❤️

Takes time to digest options. I was being treated by my Mt. Sinai team for about ten months before I finally got the hang of basic functions, but it has become a quite useful conduit of medical information and a key collection point for my records. Everyday I find something undiscovered useful function.

Life Saver. Has everything I need to see all my doctors. Loved being able to check in and arrive myself.

Disrespect of Urgent care workers. I went to MS Urgent Care at 638 Columbus ave, before going I signed on to my chart to use on my way at 6:53pm, I put the time 30 mins arrival. The Urgent care 638 time of closing is 8:30pm. I arrived at 7:27pm. I rung the bell and the lady at the front desk turned me away. She stated they wasn’t seeing anymore people, bc last patient is at 8:15, but I got there at 7:27, so why am I’m being turned away. So I left and then I went back to ask why, when I rung the door bell again the lady at the front desk heard the bell and saw me at the door so she got up and walked away ignoring me. There was another lady at the desk looked right at me and ignored the fact I was there. If I couldn’t be seen MS Urgent Care neeed to change their time. I was so disappointed and disrespected not only by going all the way there just to be turned away, also by the two ladies at the desk ignoring me. What good is to be able to book an appt and then put on my way if it’s not a good way to book an appt. That wasn’t right what the ladies that work there did to me.

Mt. Sinai app is terrible. My surgeon, Dr. Camilo Correa is not even listed as one of my care givers. Therefore I’m unable to contact him through the portal. I also have a number of doctors at NYU Langone and have never had a problem getting in touch with any of my providers. Why is the Mt. Sinai app unavailable to give me access to my doctor. If anyone asks me I would say DO NOT use Mt. Sinai. The portal is a great thing when it works correctly. The Mt. Sinai portal does not fit the bill. Please fix it since I love my doctor but I HATE the My Mt. Sinai app.

App Consolidation Needed. Most everything appears on my app but certain divisions continue to be not linked to it. In the app it looks as if I’m current on payments but then I received a text which tells me a new bill has arrived which is not reflected online. It gets confusing especially when some locations only use a modified version verses others. Please address!

Mt. Sinai app :. I’m just getting set up on the Mt. Sinai portal . It seems to be very inclusive , and will be a big help once I learn to navigate all its components . Looking forward to accessing many informative videos and messages on my health care . We are lucky to have such a comprehensive resource at our fingertips !!

Mychart. My chart was the best thing they ever created. I can view my information on go, ask my doctor a question, ask to refill medication, sign consent forms. or even schedule or cancel an appointment. I remembered one I went to the pharmacy to pick up medication. I forgot which one I had to pick up because I was seeing two different doctors. I open mychart and was able to verify which medication I needed. No need to pick up the phone. It’s my one stop place for all medical need. Mount Sinai made it so easy to use. The layout of the different topics are so easy to find and navigate. I love it.

Love this App and All the info. This app has clearly been built with patients in mind. I love how they provide all your test results and exam notes and make it easy to track prescriptions and next steps for your health. They even have a function where you can search the types of tests and results you’ve gotten for more context on what the tests are being used for. I absolutely love the breadth of information shared, in an easy to access way - really helps you feel in control of your health.

Leave format alone. All the information and access to the information is great but the format keeps changing and sometimes information is lost. Just leave good enough alone. If it’s working and it is working very well. Don’t touch it. Thank you very much. I am someone who uses it daily.

Intuitive and pleasant. Love this app. It’s well done, intuitive and just works every time. The menus and notifications/settings are perfect.

Not as reliable. Since installing I no longer get the option to echeck in, or a text message asking to confirm. And yes, I have notifications set on. As well, in the Communication Preferences section there are options, bit no way to know if you are selecting or unselection. And under each option there’s a cryptic notation that looks very much like a programmer’s debug info. So now I get phone calls asking me to confirm, and it’s a reak]l nuisance. Support is obviously outsourced . Instead of answering the support person repeats the question back. No matter how many times you say the question, all you get is the question back.

Thank you Mt. Sinai!. I must say Dr. Paul Cagle along with his team was very friendly and accommodating and made me feel like “yes” I chose the right hospital and the right doctors and this made me very relaxed and so I left everything in their hands. Today I am healing and still getting the proper attention from Dr. Cagle. The administrative/billing team reached out to me regarding billing and they handled it with patience and not let me feel frustrated so it was easily handled and we all were happy with the outcome. .

Consistently disappointing. First I went to urgent care because I had eye infection. The doctor looked at it and diagnosed eczema despite my eye and cheek beneath it being swollen and oozing. Not one question asked about my eye and him giving me a referral to a dermatologist I finally convinced him that I had an eye infection and he prescribed oral an antibiotic drops. After he prescribed cream that the box clearly states should not be used on the face (the only place he identified dry skin). Fast forward saw primary care physician via telehealth sand she referred me to a wonderful ophthalmologist at eye and ear infirmary. Had a complete and extensive eye exam. Made an appointment to have a procedure to lance if it didn’t resolve. Two weeks later on the bus to have the procedure done by Dr Reddy and I get a call saying the procedure has to be cancelled 45 minutes prior with no real explanation other than Dr is not well. I guess it was sudden onset. His next available appointment is Feb 3. And we can’t have socialized medicine in this country because care would take too long to receive.

Useful but poorly implemented. Every modern medical organization must have a good information and communication app. This app provides both information and a way to communicate. However, it is poorly created. Many of the pages do not open at all. Those that open half of the time do not load. When they don’t load you have to go back and try again. When they do open it rarely happens quickly, more often you will wait for 20 seconds or a minute. At that point you don’t know if you should wait or try again. There is a way to share your medications with Mount Sinai, however, you can’t just enter your information. You have to find your exact medication though search. When your medication is on the list you have to go through a long list of different quantities and types before finding your. But perhaps you should not worry about that since many of the medications or quantities are simply on the the list which you already waited a minute to load. Same goes for allergies. You can add them, but only if you find them in a list that’s poorly maintained. In conclusion. This is a needed app but the people who create and support it care little if the app is operational, is useful, will be used, or it is usable at all.

System full of glitches. A week after I had a colonoscopy I got a message that I was overdue for a new one. When I was scheduled for a bone density test, I got a message saying that I couldn’t have one without a prescription and yet.I never managed to get one. I had to just show up. I sent a message to my doctor saying that I had Covid and got no response. The Mt. Sinai System needs to devote more resources to making the system work. Helen Getaghty N

Dr. Joshua Harris and Dr. Rhem. I absolutely love Dr. Harris, ( Hematology), and Dr. Rhem, (Neurology). Both are professional, patient, and both don’t make you feel rushed like some other doctors do. These two doctors take the time to answer your questions and concerns. They also have a wonderful bedside manner putting the patient at ease. I would highly recommend both of these fine physicians. 👍👍👍

Totally Useless. This totally useless app is on par with the totally useless Mt Sinai website, and the completely useless call center employees who answer the phone. You can’t ACTUALLY schedule a COVID 19 vaccine thru the app, the website, or by speaking to an employee. Designed by Big CorpRAT medical care and they don’t care if it does nothing to improve your standard of care. They have a fancy app! Woohoo! If your standard of care is circling the drain, the app is just gilding the very bloated corporate pig. ZERO STARS but that’s not possible.

Ok when it works. I have been using this app since December 12,2022. It has worked sporadically until a week ago. The System seems to be undergoing major changes. There are still times when it stops working for no reason. Today the information is there. But because there is no explanation of the numbers in the text reports, I am unable to understand them. I would prefer to have an application that runs consistently and is more user friendly.

wonderful. I am very happy with the help i’ve received. Everyone has been kind and available for me needs. thank you

The MyMountSinai App. The MyMountSinai App is a vast improvement over it’s predecessor, with a cleaner appearance and better functionality- I am a patient, and that and not affiliated with the programmers or the Website editors of the app. But I do appreciate the newer app!

Great System. After my admission in Mount Sinai now I am an out patient of the hospital. It is a great system and helpful. It will be more continent if the response could be more rapid like close to real time. I am very happy using this system. Hope it will be more resourceful in near future.

Brain-dead App. Can’t make an appointment to see your existing doctors….the only choice is to see a new doctor and, at least in my case, when I choose this option it doesn’t find my existing doctors. ????? Also you can’t do anything with Mt. Sinai Doctors which is a shame because here on Staten Island they don’t answer their phone so it’s a real mystery how you make appointments.

Open App while I am overseas. The app is wonderful and informative. I enjoyed using it, the experience is satisfactory. The only thing I consider it negative is that app is not working while I am overseas, my work in airline industry makes me move between US and Egypt, Unfortunately whenever I try to login from Egypt, the answer is always OPPs error. No one reads messages on mount Sinai mychart. The mount Sinai mychart offers very limited options to enter information. After I went to see dr Jonathan Kung at Mount Sinai Doctors, I discovered he had billed Medicare $1600 for a procedure he did not perform, and charged $800 odd for a supposedly 45-59 minute visit. It actually lasted about 25 minutes. I have received no responses on this Mychart aids and abets fraud and blocks actual communication.

Love the App. It’s really convenient to see all the information required relating to the test results, appointments, prescriptions and other incoming messages. However, it would’ve been better if we could pay the bill right through the platform.

Date selection is poorly designed. Selection of the earliest possible visit should be EASY yet no dates are available. Second calling the number to schedule an appointment required writing it down. I can’t even copy it let alone call it directly!

Warning. If you’re looking for a health care this is not the place to go. It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with your doctor, you can leave a message, but they never call back. It seems all they care about is getting you in there and billing you.

Meh. the app works smoothly, but you can’t update your tests results by yourself, which is a real buster because you will have to bring those with you at your appointment.

Víctor García. I definitely recommend the doctors at Mount Sinai . I believe they really love what they do and really care about their patients. Excellent service.

My chart. Very easy and friendly to use

Get questions answered quickly. I love that I can email my doctors. They respond in a timely manner and then I have their instructions in writing. No more losing my notes.

Does not update after I enter info. I get annoying frequent reminders to update info after I have already done it. Can this be fixed? I am considering giving up my chart for this reason!

Finally arrived. Finally a mini scale centralized location to get all the medical records for an individual. I wish they can incorporate all medical records from all sources.

Mount Sinai. The app is so convenient and easy to use as well as very informative. I use this app frequently and never any issues.

My Mount Sinai DK. Especially appreciate the succinct correlation of providers and information needed. Quick & easy to use.

Mediocre. This new app is very buggy. It would not let me complete my e-check in for an upcoming appointment. It continually crashed when I got to the last / confirmation page. What a waste of time.

Video Visit. Every time I have a video visit scheduled, it doesn’t allow me to connect. It reloads constantly. All my devices are updated. Other than that the app is easy and efficient.

Love your system. It is so simple to fill out forms online instead of a waste of paper and ink in person, thoroughly enjoy using the application Philip a Raices, Broker Turn key Real Estate

Hernia operation. I have to say all the nurses at Mount Sinai were extremely helpful, professional, and very caring. I highly recommend having any procedure there

Patient HAG. This app is superior in comparison to other hospital portals in its range of coverage, ease of use and clarity of information. It is one more reason Mt Sinai is among the best healthcare providers.

Well organized app. The Mount Sinai app is easy to set up and use! It beats making phone calls to set up appointments!

Ok but needs help. The telehealth settings don’t work well with iPhone. Even if you ok pop ups the video feature doesn’t work. If there is another place to go in settings I cannot find it.

Intuitive and pleasant. Love this app. It’s well done, intuitive and just works every time. The menus and notifications/settings are perfect.

Love. So glad I’m able to make appointments and view my chart right from my phone! Good job Mount Sinai.

Love app. So happy with app and having all my information easily accessible in one place. :)

Information. It’s great to have all my visits under one app so I no longer have to recall my last appointment or visit

Excellent App. This App is so efficient with everything I need in one place. I’m very pleased that this service is provided

Results from labs. It would be nice if the labs had a translation to lame terms a regular person can understand.

Can't use app to schedule an appointment. There is no apparent way to schedule an appointment with my primary care doctor. This is a very significant flaw, unless you are a big fan of making appointments by phone, wading through menu options, and then being on hold forever.

I love MyMountSinai app. Everything is in order and easy to use. I wish i can make my appointment here too. Great app.

Very Professional. Just a remark this place is very busy but they are also real nice and very professional KUDDOS to the entire team

Great. This is a great app. You can make appointments, and e-checking so when you go to your appointment your all set and they send you reminders of your appointment, I love it.

Good contact. I like getting my test results and being able to see my appointments and be in contact with my doctor and the team.

Great app, but doctors need to get on board!. Several of my doctors are still not on board. I can’t make appointments, I can’t refill prescriptions, I can’t ask questions. It’s very frustrating. Get with the program!

FHMullane. I have difficulty with website and app. My appointments are there but not in messages as directed. Keeps telling me I am over due for Covid shots. I have had 2 and Moderna booster. Says I am over due for flu shot b I just got it

Horrible experience. I had a sleep study test last week. I signed up for the app and connected it to my weilscornell as well Unfortunately your app doesn’t work at all. I cannot get any results or even send anyone a email asking for help. Noting works in your app

What Happens To The Data I Enter. I take the time and patience to log in all of my necessary information, however, it’s not there. I put in, not only all of my Covid shots, but, also, downloaded pictures of my Covid cards. Nothing is in My Mount Sinai App information. It’s a waste of time and energies.

Patient. Epic is absolutely the worst web site I have ever been on. Test results come in on drips. Very hard to print. Also , reaching a physician by phone when it goes to a call center, not in the same office, messages are never given to the physician. Lastly, three times I received calls to confirm my appointment. After I confirmed .

Good care providers. Everybody at the place is super professional, very caring, thorough and diligent with all duties. It is pleasant and productive to go here. I feel secure, knowing my health is in excellent professional hands.

Very considering. Always paying on me and responsibility of me health , thanks you so much 🙏 for my being on my stay. Very welcoming staff

Life Saver. Has everything I need to see all my doctors. Loved being able to check in and arrive myself.

Want good service and treatment? Go to NYU!!. Useless application because no way to reach dr, office or indeed anyone!!! So why does it even exist? I intend to transfer to NYU. Their patient services are far better, their administration is slightly better and their drs seem much better for the Most part. It took me months of calling and being put on hold for up to 20 mins before I could schedule a follow up Appt at NYEEI! Eventually I had to call the President’s office for help. Even the drs complain about the poor digital Systems. the solely money driven administrators, and the pressure to see as many patients for as little time as possible.

Medication list is lousy & inaccurate. No way to follow instructions!!!!. Have change in dosage or amount of meds but no way can change it. Also unable to change type of meds or add or remove any medication even though it says that’s what one ought to do!!!

Top notch service!. The service is great, has improved my medical issues in a timely manner! Feeling very grateful! Rabia Warraich

Dr Mori. I’ve had several procedures at Mount Sinai and can say that the staff are by far the most caring and friendliest people. Dr. Mori is professional yet very caring and combination hard to find in a Surgeon. His assistant Jessica Lopez is very helpful and goes that extra mile for the patients. Overall my experience as a Mount Sinai patient has been 100% satisfied. Deborah Cruz

Messages. I like the format but not sure if anyone /doctor is reading my messages. I do not write many (2 over 6 months).

It cool. I like it because when you need a appointment it way better and the doctors can write you back when you have a concern cool app

Forms.. There are problems with the insurance input section. It does not have my insurance listed, HUMANACHOICE (PPO). A Medicare Advantage Plan. I’m just your average patient. You may think “everybody knows” to input their Medicare number. You’d be wrong. I checked “other”, filled in the requested information, submitted the form. It did not go through.

Love the My Chart Setup. I love the My chart set up. It’s seem less and includes all relevant information to connect to providers and review information.

A harassment machine!. Delivers irrelevant information and messages in the early hours of the morning, l had to delete this app as it happened once too often, needs serious revisions. No message should begin with "Did you know " EVER! Especially when it wakes you up! Messages should be delivered after 9 AM ! In the trash this app goes!

Mount Sinai Forest Hills. Very professional and courteous staff. Always attentive and vigilant to provide care or info. Great referrals and upkeep of the facility is outstanding. Overall great clean and serene place to seek any treatment for ailments or issues

My primary care visit. I appreciate the time and care that I received from Dr. Jaber. I got my needs met and he was very respectful!

Nice hospital. Every time I visit their office, they are very nice and friendly, professional service and helpful.
