Works well considering license. I do a lot of content creation for runners and this gives me the platform to send along my GoPro videos. Easy to use and works every time so no complaints Considering a larger license as my video creating progresses

Best thing ever created. Whenever you’re planning on transferring heavy files to anyone, this is the app to use. I think this was the best thing ever created. It makes sending files so easy.

Doesn’t work -. Unable to open links sent to my email with the iOS app. When it opens, it opens in a web browser. You can then click open this link in app through the website but all it does is open the App Store despite it already being downloaded. You then click open and it just brings you to the home page but not to the files sent to you. Additionally, the developers don’t let you delete your account.

Surprisingly Amazing. I usually prefer Fromsmash on desktop/laptop for generally higher speed but on the iPhone, WeTransfer is mind-blowing I think. Wow! I found nothing to criticize this app on iOS 17. Thank you, WeTransfer. 💚

Change website’s ads.. Can you please change your website’s ads? They’re really annoying because they block up the entire bottom half of the screen when I’m trying to do something important on a country name generator website. I am given your website’s ads all THE TIME! It’s really annoying that I have to stop what I’m doing and press the extremely tiny down button every single time to get back to what I am doing! Can you please make your website’s ads not cover up the entire bottom half of the screen? When you do, thank you.

Trying to decide if I should pay for WeTransfer it’s good. WeTransfer is very good but it’s a little confusing how to first initially use it and try it out. It seems to have a lot of back doors and front doors and ways to go about using it but you always want something simple that’s going to be easy to load from your photos or videos and then just email it to somebody

Great App…needs more speed. The app does a good job at what it supposed to do however I wish it had more speed behind the uploads for people that do events or have to send multiple videos after a certain occasion. Also wish I could send at least 5 GBs at a time instead of just the number that it sends now.

Always seamless!!. The only way I send my early test mixes out to friends for test runs! WeTransfer makes it easier to get them to everyone

What happened to auto-view?. I loooove wetransfer. It took me so long to find something like wetransfer to send my files and it’s really the best. But what happened to the auto-view for videos? I used to be able to send a link and if you long pressed it and opened it in chrome it would just start playing automatically. Now it makes you wait to download the video before viewing which for some people is a huge hassle. I’m having more people request Dropbox view links now as well so they don’t have to download. Hopefully u can bring this feature back? Otherwise I love wetransfer and I use it every day, several times a day! Would love to see this feature return.

Stole my money and it didn’t work. I downloaded the app on 3.6.23 and purchased it. Thankfully I only did month to month, something told me to. It kept telling me to verify my email but wouldn’t let me. The email sent wouldn’t work so I kept having send me new ones and those wouldn’t work. I even tried I’m web browser. I reached out to support and they were beyond unhelpful. Told me to verify my email ummm gee thanks and then in the second email they right away said if I want to give up they totally understand! They did not want to help me at all they didn’t even offer me a refund even though I wasn’t able to use the app not even once

Fantastic app. I’m constantly working on videos or photos for presentations and for clients. We Transfer was introduced to me a few years back. It’s been wonderful.

Useless. I can’t download anything to any of my devices. Thank God I didn’t get the yearly plam. I keep getting error messages saying oops something went wrong, but it never says wht actually is the reason why it won’t download. I’ve tried 3 different devices all with the same reply. There is more then enough space on the devices to download. I’ve tried downloading video and photos with the same result. Crooks

Persistent Title Issues. The app serves its purpose and functions well. One major issue is that all items that were titled prior to being uploaded are given what appears to be a randomly generated title of jumbled letters and numbers. I have yet to find a fix to this besides exporting the files from my phone to my computer then uploading from there.

Great however Needs work would like to see Group emailing. It’s great that we transfer has an app, I use the web based all the time on my phone . However when sending a file to multiple people I would have to enter the emails manually. Good thing the web based version save a history of the emails you send to so you will only have to enter a few letters . I believe adding a group to send to multiple emails would save me a lot of time , I normally send about 18-25 emails . So by adding group emailing I would just click on the group I wish to email and bam! Done ! We transfer please consider thank you

A 5 STAR SERVICE. I love it when technology does exactly what is Boast it does! This is that tech! It’s excellent! I highly recommend this service. No glitches, no delays. And extremely user friendly.

I was Never let down. I am a radio producer and need to upload files very often. I was never let down by wetransfer !

Love it!. For many years, I have struggled with different applications in transferring videos. Some that compress the file and compromise its final quality. Thus far I am loving this application – we have used it now for slightly over a week and all of our finished products are crystal clear in addition to remaining high-quality. we also love the ability to encrypt video with a password for those that will end up receiving and downloading it. I also am in love with the fact that we can a lot is certain timeframe before. The video itself expires. I no longer have to have tons of videos on my iPhone.

Always to count on it.. Used WeTransfer forever it seems. Always goes. Always gets where it’s supposed to. Always able to count on it. I think it’s the BEST!!

Ease of use. WeTransfer is totally accessible and easy for an old guy like me to use without having to figure out a hundred steps. I use it regularly and so do those I know who really know how computers work.

We is very helpful. WE is allowing our church choir to practice after practice! Being able to share parts is a great fit for us.

App crashes. The web site works fine, but the latest version of the app has crashed multiple times today trying to scroll down on the Files Received screen as previews of every audio and video document ever received took their sweet time loading. Can’t say if this is new, since I use the web site mostly, but don’t recall it happening from the few times on the app before today.

Takes a while to upload. Maybe nothing to do withWeTransfer, but took 2.5 hours to upload 4 clip iMovie, then it only played part of iMovie on a windows computer. So had to remake 2 clip intro as separate iMovie and 1 clip outro. Not sure where the movie got edited in the transfer but it makes me look like i am not good at this and someone has to put all this together on their end

Great for transferring videos from phone to PC. Until I found the WeTransfer app I kept filling up my iPhone with videos, to the point of, once, the phone dying. Now I can film, transfer and download to my laptop far more reliably than by using iTunes. Just make sure you don’t move around your WiFi zones and the uploads work very smoothly.

Fantastic on Large sends. Saved me for work when having to send large files which is almost anything above 30 sec. Now a days !and you can send things while having access to your phone still cause it operates in the background!

Missing an option to choose a size. It’s a great app, but it’s lacks an option to choose actually size of files and photos that you want to transfer. When you transfer files and photos on web app you have that option.

Ease of use. I love the GUI and it’s functionality and the ease of use for this application. It makes transferring large files in their raw format so much easier than ever.

App not stable. I use WeTransfer frequently. I downloaded the app today and tried it for the first time. I was trying to share a link via email and the app kept canceling the message before I was done entering the recipient’s address. Adding the recipient is very clunky too. After several unsuccessful attempts I settled for getting a link and had problems with that too. They have to work on this app to make it more reliable.

I love WeTransfer it’s simple and easy. I wonder if they could expand the capacity by allowing , video or audio conferencing like zoom and club house to whereas we could host our own rooms for lectures or work in team projects.

A flawed app for iPhone. I love this app for transferring stuff from my iPhone with ease. It’s made things so much easier when I need to send a couple hundred images to someone. However, for some reason the app saves the transfer data into my iPhone’s “other” storage and it never expires even after the 7 day period has passed. As a result, with every transfer I send, the size of my “other” storage grows and deleting the app and reinstalling it does nothing to get rid of the cached data. The only way to delete this data is to reset my iPhone and restore it from a backup. Fortunately I chose an iPhone with a high storage capacity but it does get extremely annoying to have to reset my iPhone to clear this redundant WeTransfer data every so often. I’m at nearly 40 GB of lost space at the moment. Would really love to see this issue get fixed.

Crashes During Upload. I just downloaded the app, and before I can even attempt to send any files, it keeps crashing while I’m uploading, then when the app reopens, the files that had previously uploaded (but had not been sent) before the crash are gone, too. When I begin to start the process again, the error reoccurs. Disappointing, as I do really like WeTransfer from my use of its website.

Always goes “Ops, failed”. I have rarely had a fun experience with this service. After a complete 100% it goes “Failed”. I did not close the app, I did not do anything else. The app was open the entire time I kept tapping so my phone doesn’t sleep. Still yet the same outcome. I decided to give it a try just recently and noticed the new UI but still the same experience like years ago. I use the IPhone 12PM iOS15+. This should not be a problem in 2022.

Works great for personal & professional projects!. I use WeTransfer to send personal photos to family & friends and to get everything I need to complete professional projects. I also use it to share my work with clients to speed up the review process.

App is undtable. Please check you app—you need to work out some kinks! The app will let me log in, but when I went to verify my email, it claimed there was an error—but I still got an email saying my email was verified. The app will not let me log in without saying I need to verify, but no matter how many times I request a new email, reinstall the app, etc—the app will not work.

It’s perfect. I seldom need to send large files I can’t email, but when I do wetransfer is always reliable and a savior. I always tell others about this software!

Depends on the day….. It’s my preferred transfer method. I typically send 2-4 minute videos downloaded to files in iOS or dropbox. I’m never sure which wetransfer will work, from the site or the app - usually the site is fine and the transfer is done in a decent amount of time. I rarely use the app and this might be why - it failed multiple times to load until finally it sent today but took 4 minutes. WeTransfer is typically so helpful and easy to use - not sure if this is an app thing?

Worst App Ever. I downloaded this app for my acting auditions. Any transfer you want to last more than 7 days you have to pay for. And when I paid for it.. was given no instructions how to lengthen time. even on their help page it says nothing about time limits. Tried to talk to customer service and it’s just a bunch of multiple choice. again. none having to do with lengthening the time your transfer if available after you’ve upgraded. only to be told to email my device model? worst experience i want my $12 back

Takes too long. Took me over an hour to upload 4 videos of 30 seconds plus this an hour I couldn’t open another app or it wouldn’t load. I downloaded other app and the videos still had not been sent

Crest account/log in not working. Have created an account but cannot log in. I have authorized my email address via the email sent. But each time I try to log in it say ‘hmm something went wrong’ I’ve reset my email & it still comes up with the error message. Also the online version won’t work in safari so I have to use google chrome to download the file sent to me, but through chrome I cannot save the photo. Absolutely useless.

Paid and did not work. I paid for a monthly subscription, tried to transfer photos but kept failing, waste of my money.

Transfers are a little slow. Took over 30 minutes for a total of 4/5 videos that are only 1.5 minutes long plus 3 pictures

App not working. Every time I try to log in it says “something went wrong”. Password is fine. I even reset just to make sure. Uploading and sending via a browser is fine, the issue is the app.

Good product weighed down with IAP. The deluge of in app purchases splash pages is a real distraction, to the extent that I’ll go back to either drop box or sharing appropriate files on 365. Historically a good ap now spoilt by sweating the assets

Works well but must be doing something in the background. Since installing my battery life crashed big time. Ios 16.1.2. Battery would drain about 30-40% quicker. Since removing, everything has retuned to normal.

Delete my account. I deleted this app, I just got an email stating that my account has some upcoming charges, even though I signed up for a free account, just to get some photos from my friend. I forgotten the account details to actually delete this account myself.

Wetransfer App. I’ve been using the professional wetransfer version for the past 5 plus years for my online numerology consulting business. I can’t say enough about how convenient it’s become to record client sessions and send those large audio files using wetransfer using either my laptop or smart phone. They are quick and efficient and their system lets me know when files are downloaded by my client. Also it tells me when a transfer is about to expire and I can extend it and forward a link to my client or ignore it. Either way I feel fully informed. The annual fee is reasonable and there is a cloud storage system for all audios sent. I appreciate this software immensely and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a way to send large files over the airwaves. Best, Leah Sinclaire

Quality transfer. During much of the pandemic, when church services were held exclusively online, many who participated in various ways in our church’s worship services sent their files to our ministry coordinator via WeTransfer. Video and audio quality were consistently excellent. Those who aren’t able to attend in person even now have a greater presence with us as they can record readings and so on and upload for our current hybrid services.

AMAZING. This app does exactly what it is advertised to do. Plain and simple straight to the point. Free version works great as a low budget option. Simply amazing. Airdrop wasn’t working between my devices and this is the perfect alternative, i think i like this even better as i can send many videos without worrying that it isn’t going to work. 10/10

Amazing App. It has been several years now since I have been using WeTransfer desktop version. I was using the free 2 GB for awhile, but quickly realized how efficient and user friendly it is . Use the website instead. The app upload is way slower than the WeTransfer website. And the uploads fail constantly. Takes several hours to upload then says oops something went wrong. 25 failures in two days before I deleted it. Just use their website it’s far more reliable.

Cannot delete your account. Once you’ve made an account you will not be able to delete it. It is entirely possible to cancel your subscription so you’ll just have a “free account” but there is no way to remove your email or personal data – or if there is they have made it very difficult to do because I have not been able to find a way to do so on the website or the application

Industry Standard. Also free for most ppl!. Moved to LA and am grateful I learned this is the standard here for content file sharing and collaboration.

Uncomfortable mess. Won’t open app when clinking on a link from messages. Instead opens a web page asking you to open the app which then won’t let you login saying something is wrong. Requires a download to view a file. Complete waste of space for unknowing users needing to proof many versions. Overall very cumbersome experience.

Won’t let me log in.. Tried to create an account using my email. Created a password and it is saying there is a security issue with my account. It then says that I will receive an email to fix it which I am not getting. Very Frustrating!!

iPhone app is buggy and unstable. Transfers sometimes only partially load but show as complete. Save to photos feature only saves a small subset of the total selection. Thumbnails don’t load. Pretty terrible mobile experience. Hopefully web is better

Do not subscribe thru app!. Do not subscribe thru the app! Go thru the main website. Apple and We Transfer handle subscriptions separately if you buy your subscription thru the App rather than on the website. I encountered my account mysteriously downgraded from pro to basic when the recent conversion occurred this month. All my files have been deleted. I brought up the issue to several techs and both told me Apple handles the subscriptions by app. Its safer to subscribe over to there main website. I love using we transfers service but that experience was horrible.

Download interruptions. The file sent to me starts downloading then when it gets to about 75% done, I get the message “something went wrong “, and have to start downloading all over again. I will try again for the third time, and see what happens..

The best system.. It’s very easy and for amateurs, the 2 gigs free is plenty. But if you do video professionally, you’ll want to upgrade.

Highly functional, NO IPAD Support?. Love the service but what's with the lack of dedicated ipad support? At this point I really only use services that support as many form factors and platforms as possible and no ipad support seems like a big oversight!

Not good. This app is white trash, oddly I’ve never had an issue w desktop version. I’m still gonna use you guys though 🥸 Deleting your app until I catch wind that it doesn’t crash after sending more than 7 songs.

Hours Wasted. After hours on a small IPhone screen and having to reverify emails and passwords over and over, I am deleting this App! My close friend died and I was told this a good way to send large files of photos and playlists of his favorite music. Very disappointed. Rufusvanwags in Alaska

We Transfer. We transfer is an easy to download & view On any platform! My nephew is abroad in South East Asia & wanted to show me a outdoor street vendor cooking a Thai dish! It downloaded quickly on my iPhone & viewed as if I was right there! Good stuff you got going “We Transfer”! Thanks!

Does it even work?. I got emailed the link with pictures, couldn’t open it on my phone through the webpage so I downloaded the app. I could view the pictures but they wouldn’t download to the app. Now they are gone. This whole app is a either a scam or poorly developed.

Don’t buy it !!. It doesn’t work!!! I payed for it more than a month ago and it hasn’t been enabled yet!!! The support from we transfer send you directly to apple and then you have no response !!! Waste of money and TIME

WeTransfer. I use this app to upload my videos from my IPhone to send to myself. Superfast upload. I sent a ten gig video and it was done quickly. A must have app especially if you have the pro version. Can be used on any device. From your phone to your computer at home. I can’t live without it this app an essential part of my business.
