great tool for interfacing with your healthcare team. This app so simplifies access to your healthcare team and your medical records no waiting on the phone or phone trees. Its a good tool.

Useless App!. Can’t schedule appointments. Can’t send messages to providers that you use. For example, physical therapy for me. It would be easier than calling, since I had to cancel an appointment and they have YET to call me back. Allow us to make appointments and contact our providers!

Frustrating. This app is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used! I can never check into it, it always says the info I provided is incorrect. I’m sorry to say it is quite useless.

Can’t even log in. This app is terribly made. I have tried so many times to log in and every single time the app errors out. And I know the information I input is correct because I put in the same info I use on a desktop, yet nothing. I’ve even tried deleting and re downloading the app and it does the same thing. How is this allowed to be an app?

very good app!. Easy to navigate and use although some of the tabs within the main headings could be a little easier to identify but not too complicated to figure out. it’s very good and reliable app overall so I give 5 stars.

Worst. Absolutely confusing

Possibly Fake app. This apps does not seem legit. I am concerned they tried to pose as the real my chart app. I fear my data has been compromised

Vm. I can’t find my doctors letter on the app for work it’s kinda confusing

App don’t work. Went to use app and keeps telling me password is wrong but on website I have no problems I’d love to use the app instead of always logging in from website. Please fix.

Info hard to find. I have searched everywhere to find out how to link my chart on my desktop to my newly downloaded my chart app on my phone. How do I access from my iphone all the information that is on my chart on my desktop?

Like the app. Desktop easier for an old man.. The app is ok. I prefer the internet on my laptop/desktop though Chrome. Easier for me to maneuver around.

Sign Up Failure. Go through the process, create a user name and password. Approved. Go to sign in it says there is something wrong with my username or password. I double, triple check. I can't log in. 0 stars if you can't even log in.

Passwords are never accepted !!. It’s a bore to keep having to add new passwords every time. It memes phone easier. I wish they’d get it together

Scheduling an appointment. I keep trying to schedule an appointment,the box has lab typed in it and won’t let me change it. Takes the easy out of not having to call.

Should specify that it is not CH LI. This app will not let you login if you are using Catholic health of Long Island. In order to access my chart for Catholic health of Long Island, you need to get the generic my chart app. This Catholic health app will not let you access your account. You will keep getting a message telling you that the password or username is wrong even though it’s right it’s just a different version of Catholic health.
