It doesn’t show status or load data from outside of kuwait. Not working from outside of kuwait, it keeps trying to load but doesn’t load any data from outside of kuwait.

It doesn’t work. The OTP is flagged as invalid although entered correctly so the app is unusable.

No status of vaccine. Its been 2 weeks since we uploaded our vaccine certificate to portal but there is no response from ministry whether it is approved or not, also if you could add modification option to upload the certificate again would be much better.

Vaccine abroad. There is no place to add your vaccine if you are vacillated abroad or not with the ministry of health

Stopped working after the update. The app stopped working after the update! Thursday 6th of May

johnson and johnson. Great app however continuous updates are important 1- Johnson and johnson vaccines show as orange not green though you only need one dose!!

Application needs improvement. The user interface of this app is very bad. The opt took me 10 minutes to receive it. An application made by the ministry of health should not face any issues. Please fix your app!

App update issue | مشكلة في تحديث البرنامج. I updated the app a while back and now it crashes every time I try to open it. سويت تحديث للبرنامج من فترة بسيطة والحين كل ما أحاول أفتح البرنامج، يسكر على طول.

Will not allow access. The app keeps saying wrong email address even though I have gone back to all my other documents associated with the Kuwait government and it is the correct email. Very frustrating!

ممتاز. I wish if you combine immune and shlonik app to be as 1 app and please add PCR test History not just the recent test

Can not download vaccination certificate. The app works and shows details correctly even after the update yesterday but when I click on Download a blank screen opens with the save button showing. But, when I click the save button the app closes. Please fix. Thank you

What the point. The app is working fine , but I don’t understand what the point from it if there are no information about your 2nd does ? Just stating what you already know !

No certification!. I had one jab but when O try to download my certificate, the page is white. May Allah give me a white page in the after life🤲

Blank screen. I log in and have a blank screen. Doesn’t load any information. Deleted and reloaded app many times and still same result.

صعب التعامل. التطبيق فيه مشاكل للزوار لا يقبل الدخول ولا يغير الحالة زيارتي يومين وأبقاني في الحجر وانا محصن ومسحة المطار سلبية .. الدعم الفني غير متعاون ولا يتجاوب

App stuck on loading screen. The app does not move ahead from the loading screen on the startup at the language select screen and it just shows a loading screen

App isn’t responding. The app is stuck in stuck on loading at the homepage for over 5 minutes then quit the app. Tried multiple times, still same issue. Also, it would been better if this app features are added to shlonik app instead

Reconsidering MOH apps. First of all, I appreciate your hard work on everything. But honestly, It must be a cooperation with the concerned department. The reason is already you did alot of apps and you can use only one application instead of these apps, MOH KW ?? SHLONIK?? Immune?? Connect to UK , USA and EU. The app will be more useful if it was connected to the UK, USA and EU apps so that when we are fully vaccinated we can prove it in those countries to skip the unvaccinated process as we are treated right now.

There is a bug in the app. I took second dose. It shows that I took it but it still shows my name in red instead of green. Please fix this bug and thanks.

Out of kuwait vaxx. i’m a kuwaiti student in the U.S. and it won’t let me register after i got my vaccine card registered through the MOH and it sends my otp code to my kuwaiti phone number and i’m not in kuwait so yall need to fix this and let people be able to get their otp codes through foreign numbers

Works perfectly on iOS 15. I’ve had the app for a few months now and it works every time including with my recent upgrade to iOS 15. The app is well managed where all my Covid vaccination info is uploaded by the Kuwaiti ministry of health (MOH) and a QR code appears to help those who need to verify it. A second tab at the bottom has PCR test results and those too are automatically uploaded by the testing labs and connected to the MOH database. It’s all seamless and automated and makes our lives easier and organized. And finally there’s a link in there for foreigners wanting to visit Kuwait to upload their foreign vaccine certificates for review and approval of the MOH. Once approved, the page of immune will turn green meaning you’re free to book and travel to Kuwait. A job well done by team MOH.

Vaxcert abroad issues. I took both Pfizer shots over two months outside and the dosage between them around 20 days , you cannot register it because error message says of the second does need to be greater than the specific date. Please FIX THIS CODE Not all dosage are in this certain rules.
