Can’t Open, Very Disappointing. I just purchased this app for my grandson and it looks impressive until you want to “explore” one of the creatures. At that point, the app crashes and takes you back to the Home Screen. Would be pretty cool, if it worked. Please fix this bug.

App kept closing - never worked.. Tried to use on iPad. When I would select “explore”, app would kick me out, back to hone screen. Started over and over, never worked. Too bad, looks like it would be cool.

Bad game would not play. Absolutely terrible I downloaded for 3$ and it doesn’t even work I download it in suspense because I thought the game would be super fun but when I choose the dinosaur and it crashed instantly I want my money back and if you want to play this game and you love dinosaurs don’t it does not work

Worked up until recent "update". Now, nothing.. Really thought this is a neat program when it worked. Up until last update. Now, program opens but when you click on "explore", nothing happens. I've deleted app and reloaded it, without success. Basically, the app shows me a picture of the skeleton I selected, and, only what my camera shows me of my room I'm sitting in. Surroundings and scenario do not load anymore. I'm on iOS 14.7.1, on iPhone 12 mini. I, too, cannot get past 'find a flat surface'. Not happy.

Doesn’t seem like it works. Paid for the app but it doesn’t seem to work. Cant get past where it says pinch to scale experience.

Garbage. Unusable. Does nothing but crash. Three former reviews deleted. Sketchy.

Crashes constantly. After watching the initial video on each creature (except archaeopteryx, which doesn’t work at all) the app asks you to click on icons for more information. As soon as you enter the new screen the app freezes and crashes. If it was free that’d be ok, but this buggy thing costs money. If it worked it would be a great concept. I would rank this as AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bugs. I have downloading this game on 2 devices and it is amazing when it works, but when I try it on my iPad, the game boots me back to the Home Screen. I can only get it to work on I iPhone which just to happens to the version without the widescreen/landscape camera. Also, Archeopterx has a lot of model glitches and that needs to be fixed. I also hope we get more creatures seeing as there is a surprising small cast of creatures. I do sure hope we get diplodocus, dinornis and hapagornis later.

Waste of money. Never updates with new animals. Has been saying coming soon for a year. Disappointing my child each time we check.

No sound. I purchased and downloaded the app. When it first starts up, it says to enable sound. How???

Beautiful graphics. We have been able to use this app on our IPad without any difficulty. The 3D renderings are really neat! Like many other people, I was disappointed there weren’t more creatures to play with but the app is only $3 and there is more information in this app than just the 3D zoo type setting. My children really wanted to see more creatures.

Just crashes. On my iPhone 7, the app asked repeatedly for permission to access the camera, which I allowed each time, then it just crashed. Now it just shows a white screen for a bit, and then quits. The developer support site doesn’t have a valid SSL cert or something, and just shows a privacy warning. Sad—the app looked pretty cool, but obviously not ready. Update: I deleted and then re-downloaded the app. After the app is installed, I have about 3GB free space. Still the same result: it just quits after a few seconds.

Very cool. I have always loved Attenborough for his amazing documentaries, so this was a no brainer! I can’t wait to see more animal exhibits added and the three that are currently available were presented beautifully.

UNBELIEVABLE!. This app is unbelievably great! The animation is stunning, facts & descriptions are informative, & the app setup is accessible & easy to use. I highly recommend this historic app for anyone who is into wildlife! Great work!

Dud. Can’t get past the selection, and gets stuck when i exit and come back in………………………….UGH

Been waiting and waiting. All in all such a nice app but the promise of new creatures seems to be a ruse. My grandkids are very disappointed and always ask about new creatures. They were excited seeing what was coming next shown in the credits but as with the dinosaurs…this app seems to be extinct. If this app is no longer being updated please say!

No iPad?. Terrific app, but needs iPad support so it’s really a family-useful experience. It’s rated for ages 9+, and my kids don’t have iPhones.

Updates needed. Are you ever going to add new animals? My son has been waiting for the dodo for months.

Crashes. I would like an immediate refund. What a scam. Crashes immediately when you click “explore”. My kids were pumped and now disappointed. I never buy apps and go figure when I do it’s an app that doesn’t even work....

Ar doesn’t work. There’s a glitch in the app! every time i go on ar it freezes and then it crashes. This app is dumb!

Refund Please. I used to love going to the zoo and museums. However, due to my conditions, they’re not realistic or enjoyable activities, as I suffer from excruciating pains. I downloaded the app years ago, but never seemed to get passed the ✔️ and “Pinch To Scale Experience”. Since you’ve had more than enough time to fix the glitches and make it work, to only be fair, please just refund my purchase fee, and we can call it even. I’m willing to forget about the mental stress (jk). One star for the awesome concept.

Doesn’t work on iPad. I have iOS 15.1 Doesn’t work on iPad but does work on iphone.

Not worth the money. Great idea, however not worth the money at this time. Only three 3D images.

No way to enable sound. On an iPhone 12 running iOS 14.4, there is no option to enable sound.

Great but only a 3 animals?. I love it and I think it works as intended but with only 3 animals is not much more than a demo.

Amazing concept but it crashes. I downloaded this app for my son and he was so excited by the content. However, the app crashes when we try to move beyond the introductory screen. Disappointing.

Can’t wait for more uploads!. So incredibly neat but I was super disappointed to discover there’s only 3 creatures to view (2/25/2021). Please upload more soon! Can’t wait for the dinosaurs.

Great App. I’ve really enjoyed this app and have had it for a while, but it’s just been such a long wait for the new update to come out.

Doesn’t Work. I’ve tried multiple times and only was able to see something nice. Doesn’t allow me to do anything. Very disappointing that I had to pay for nothing. Will probably delete as there are only 3 choices anyway. Not worth the money at all.

Just a black screen. I push the button to begin and the screen goes to black. I am using an iPad Pro version three and the operating system is 14.8.

Easily one of the coolest apps I’ve ever purchased.. Short version: It’s only $3 for on-demand David Attenborough in your pocket. Longer version: I almost never write reviews. As a man in his 30’s with no children you might wonder why I purchased and played with this app. The AR works extremely well on my phone, the narration is fantastic and informative. And it’s just generally *really cool*. I have to be honest though, having watched MANY David Attenborough documentaries I knew I was in for a treat. Can’t wait to show my cats!!

Five Star AR app, but. It needs a way to get to the the fossil/habitat info/videos without the lights on in the room…

Very interesting, but not quite where it could be yet. The available content is quite interesting and well presented, obviously benefiting from the use of AR and from Attenborough’s charisma. The very moderate cost should however set expectations accordingly, as this content is quite limited, both in breadth (at this time, there are only four animal covered, with a fifth announced) and in depth (apart from the too-short text, there are missed opportunities, such as showing a 360° of a static specimen or a map of its era). Oh, and some additional proofreading would be appreciated!

Amazing!. My kid loves this app… and, we’ll, so do I. I wish there were more options. Thais App is well put together. I want more so, please make more.

Not working. Worked for a few days, now will not go past "pinch to size" screen. Uninstalled, reinstalled... Nothing. No subscription info, no FAQ, no help. Too bad, was fascinating.
