Idk if I’m using it right.. I don’t get this app very well (hands over face.) I thought it was an app that had books you could read... that were hand picked from Reese... or I’m not sure if I’m not having any lucky on finding where to be able to read the books. I’d like to know please.

Hoping it gets better. I was waiting for this app for so long. It does work to keep track of the book club list and what you’ve read. However the app is incredibly glitchy. Disappointed but I hope they get it fixed eventually

App shows blank screen. App never loads and only shows white screen. Updated and tried again, same results.

Great! But sometimes buggy.. I like that you can sort the list into a Read, Reading, TBR and Pass pile… except the pass pile no longer works? Anyone else having this issue?

Pretty good!. This app is pretty good, I like using it to track all the RBC picks that I’ve read. The only thing that is annoying is the “my shelf status” feature doesn’t totally work correctly. There’s one tab marked “not for me” and the app says that to mark a pick as ‘not for you’ you select ‘my shelf status’ and then make your selection, but there is no option of “not for me.” It just bugs me because some books have triggering content and I want to remember that I chose to skip them and didn’t miss them by accident. It’s also annoying that there’s no way to submit app feedback if you don’t use the Apple Mail app, which I don’t.

best book app out there. RBC app is my new favorite app for books! it’s so easy to keep track of all the books she has read ever since she formed her book club! the design and format are stunning + easy to use. thankfully, i haven’t encountered any bugs or glitches. i really love how aesthetically pleasing the app is and that you can join groups/chats. 10/10 from me!

Cannot reset password. When trying to reset password, the emailed link goes to original signin page for the app. If trying to contact developer about the problem through the link the Apple store provides, it goes to the app sign in page too. It is unclear how to reset or change a password for this app. It is also unclear how to contact customer service about the app. So if your password requires changing, it is not feasible.

Screen goes blank. I sign in and once I press Enter, the screen goes blank. I have deleted and reinstalled on both my phone and iPad, and have the same issue on both.

Finally!!. I’ve been waiting patiently for months to have something like this and it’s finally here! I LOVE that there’s book talk discussions and events happening with the book picks. So happy with this 😇

Incredibly disappointing. I was very excited about this app but cannot get the chat function to work. I emailed the contact us info provided 4 times, messaged them on their Instagram page, and have received no help whatsoever. Doesn’t work in my experience and you’re ignored when you search for answers

Problems. Not a good app

Won’t open. I can’t open it anymore...just get a blank screen. Also means I can’t reach out to app support because that goes through the app too.

A must have!. Really great interface and easy to find all my favorite books. The live chats are also fun with my fellow bookworms.

Just wish.... You could make the app iPad friendly! I use the landscape view and having to unlatch my iPad Pro from from its stand to tip it over is annoying. I avoid using the app.

A Must Have for Readers. Reese's book club rises as the best and most consistent. Each pick is a beautiful read and this app allows us to go deeper and connect with the author and other readers.

Love the new app, BUT.... While I love the new app, it doesn’t support Dynamic Type, so I have reset my text size to view it properly. It’s hard on my eyes to see in smaller font. I’ll still use it, but it would be a great app update to consider.

Problems. Having trouble with the font. Can’t read the places where you’re supposed to type in. It’s not laid out well

Glitchy. I need this app to work right. I’m excited about using it but it took me many attempts to even sign up. And now that I’m signed up every time I click to join the pick party my app closes! 😤

Freezes on PW Screen during sign-up. I want to use this, but I cannot get past the PW screen during the sign-up process. The text is so large, it covers up the field where the users enter their PW and it will not let me advance in the process. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but the same issue remains.

Mass add books??. I love Reese’s picks and trust her 100%. I wish that there was a way to either have all new picks just automatically go to your TBR list. And/or if you were able to mass select multiple books to add at a time from the discover page that would be great. To have to go to each book, click on shelf status, add to NBR, and then exit that book is so tedious for something that really doesn’t need to be.

Defective app. Just a blank screen every time I open the app. I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and redownloading. Nothing works.

I’m sure it’ll improve.. Some of you complaining like a 3 year old need to understand it’s fairly new.

Worst. Won’t even let me set up profile. Needs to be completely redone! Huge thumbs down!!

Not working. Downloaded the app. Created my profile and then the screen went blank. Closed and reopened the app and still blank. Deleted and downloaded the app again and still blank.

Awkward. I’m finding this app very awkward to use- something happened during set up and now I can’t go back to my profile to edit it....The titles are only half visible, and the font is huge.....is this just me?

Love it!. Love the app, looks great, but I really think it would be amazing if you could add notification for when people comment or like your post :)

Never Works. For a app that wants you to participate in book picks and conversations, the app never works. It’s always freezing.

New chat. Do you think you could include another chat room where you could talk about any book and have active conversations about any book and not just a the ones included on the app?

Crashes. It keeps crashing on my iPhone!😕

Stuck. I downloaded the app, did my profile but can’t go past that. It just takes me back to profile set up. Glitchy right now, for sure.
