Access Problems with Annual Subscription payment. Love the choices of watch faces in this app so much so I bought it immediately. However, after installing on my phone, the app just spins and spins and never completes so that I can access the premium watch faces. Can’t access the Technical Support page.

Could never get it to let me download. They got my 14.99 and then I never got anything. Tried to email support and it came back could not be delivered. Received a response back today and apparently they did not read my review at all. They asked me to email them at the same email that came back undeliverable. Not sure how they want me to do that.

Depends on Clockology and Always On Doesn’t Work. I was able to install the Rolex face (pretty cool) only to figure out that the app depends on Clockology to be running and Always On is not supported — so you constantly have to open Clockology to display the face. This app isn’t worth the money. Refund, please.

Trash!. Super overpriced! It is not Always On.

Questions??. When u purchase the app for a certain amount of time and download faces after u get them do u get to keep them if the subscription runs out

I'm annoyed. I paid the subscription and the premium was not unlocked, I wrote them by email and it came out, the address was not found

Scam. Worst of the worst. Even email is suspended. Avoid at all cost. Waste of time and money(fully refunded)

Doesn’t work at all. I paid for the whole year and this is not an actual face, first of all you need to download another app to make it work and you will only have the face while that other app is running in your watch, also the restore purchase button doesn’t work. I want my money back.

Doesn’t show faces if watch is locked. I’m able to sync watch faces to my watch and have them display after opening Clockology and selecting the watch face. But It seems they are only displaying after clicking on Clockology app and leaving it “open.” Can’t figure out how to use the watch faces when my watch is in lock mode.

Need more free faces. When using this app I noticed that there are hardly any free faces for some people who do not like to pay for stuff

Not happy. I paid for lifetime access and only got a few faces. Then I paid for half off over 2500 faces but nothing ever changed and never got access to anymore faces. Boo

Total rip off. Been wanting a Rolex face for my apple watch and thought I finally found one. NOPE! You have to install ANOTHER app and then download a beta link. Took forever to get watch to sync, then faces weren’t even on my watch. Read the reviews, you’ll see most say the same thing.

False advertised. It says there is lifetime access, but when install it is subscription only and all I see is cartoon character and Santa Clause wallpaper.

Not worth anything!!!. Paid for the full access of 2500+ and nothing changed in the app. You don’t get anymore faces than what you see……it’s a rip off!!! Thanks for taking my money 🤬🤬

Question. So if I don’t renew after the month is done, whatever face I have I will no longer have access to ? I need to pay $15 every month to have a watch face ?

Free???. The pictures are beautiful, but I can had only one to add to the phone. The rest of the collection you have to purchase. So sad 😔😔

Overpriced. When I initially downloaded the app it gave me the option to subscribe, 5.99 a month or 11.99 for the year. It had a banner across the top that said 50% off the annual subscription so I clicked on it and signed up. But when it confirmed my subscription suddenly it said it was charging me 5.99 for the first month and 11.99 a month thereafter. So not only was the 50% off for the year not real, there is no actual annual price, 11.99 a month is absolutely a ridiculous amount for watch faces. I’ve cancelled and will be deleting the app.

Don't waste your time-updated 2-1-2022. I emailed the app company last week but haven't heard back from them. I paid the 14.99 but the app doesn't work. When you sync the watch face you want, nothing happens. I literally waited 1 hour to see what would happen and nothing happened. Total waste of money! Still a total waste of money! App developer contacted me and told me to reinstall the app and to power cycle my phone. App developer responds to my review, tells me to contact them for support (which I have) and that they will help me. I will attempt contacting them again and will update my review in a week when they respond.

Garbage!!! Don’t even try this junk!. Just got refunded for this trash! It doesn’t work, complicated process to install and never works, save time and do not even try it!!!!

Having trouble. I just made an annual subscription purchase, however I can’t get access to the full functions. When I try to access a watch face I’m taken back to the subscription page. I’ve deleted the app, turned off the phone and then reinstalled the app. Same issue. I’ve even tried “Restore Purchase” and nothing happens. I just see the spinning wheel. App. is broken. Requesting money back.
