GREAT coffee. TERRIBLE app.. That’s all there is. I prefer just going into the shop and ordering in person.

Easier to just order there. Slow cumbersome and not user-friendly … CCs should hire a college kid to upgrade this app and make it simpler and more stream-lined

Can’t login. I have an account I can’t even sit in my card to the application. Keeps telling me account does not exist

Don’t waste your time!. Ordered and waited… watched other people come in and order, get their coffees and leave while I waited, and waited… After my pickup time had come and gone while I continued to wait, I asked and the barista had only seen one of the two drinks ordered so he made the second. He said ‘we don’t see the mobile orders in a timely manner, best to come in and order’. App isn’t organized as logically as Starbucks either… dev team has some work to do!

Excellent Coffee; Excellent New App. I LOVE the new app! I also LOVE CC’s coffee and go to the store at Bluebonnet Boulevard and Perkins Road daily! Brandon and his crew there always take good care of me!

Can’t login ever. I love CCs and would like the ease of using the app, but I can never login to my account. I always get an “invalid token” notice. I reset my password and it still happens. It works for checking out as a guest though.

The Best. CC’s is my everyday need! Their coffees are amazing and are never a disappointment!

Can’t even make an account. I can’t even make an account. It keeps telling me I already have account with my email in use, when I go to sign into that email and press forgot password it tells me…error has occurred. So there’s nothing I can do to make an account or sign into my current account which makes the app useless to me

Can’t login. Can not log in to my account :( I use a rewards account with my phone # each time I visit but the app won’t let me login.

The app doesn’t work. Every time I download this app it won’t even open. Hoping this review will get it resolved, thank you!

Needs Lake Charles location added.. Love the idea of having an app to keep track of my rewards. I’m just sad the Lake Charles, Louisiana location on Country Club Road isn’t available for online app orders and I can’t select it as my location like the other locations. If it becomes available I’ll definitely bump my rating up to 5 star. Love their coffee!

Can’t load cards. App looks great but it will not allow you to add gift cards to your account. Also multiple gift cards I received show inactive. I think it’s more an issue with their system than a scam but makes it difficult to use their app and gift cards.

App Changes, No Points. Prior to the update of the app, I was able to add caramel flavor to my Espresso no. 22 and order through the app to earn points. Now that option is not available, and I have to order at the window each morning, but I don’t earn points. Is there a way to earn points when ordering at the store? I want to earn points on every purchase.

Useless App. App won’t let me open an account and if I order without an account , I won’t get rewards points

Super helpful and easy but an update would be great.. I really like the espresso 22 with brown sugar, cinnamon syrup, and sweet cream instead of half-and-half, but I can’t get that on the app. I can add the king cake flavor but I don’t really like caramel in it. There’s also no option for adding sweet cream to the espresso 22, which there definitely should be. It makes it so much better imo

Super slow service. The drinks are higher than Starbucks and service is ridiculously slow!!

Can never log in. Constantly gives internal error message or unknown error when trying to log in or reset password. May work once out 10 times. Very frustrating as I like to order ahead and pick up.

App is horrible. Cannot login. The app and website need to be redone.

Awesome!. Happy to finally have a CC’s app! I know a few people have mentioned not being able to sign in. I wasn’t able to either, until I logged in to my account elsewhere & allowed the system to migrate my username to my email. Once I allowed that to happen, I was able to use my email & password to log in to the app. Hope that helps fix the issue for any one else!

Problems. Would not let me set up a new account/said I had an existing one. Would not let me access my existing account. “Forgot password” link generates “Oops” message.

Should be good but won’t let me log in. This app looks good- shouldn’t have problems except it will not let me log in… keeps saying the passwords don’t match or exist but , they in fact, match and exist :-) Plz fix this!!

So so on timing. Compared to the Starbucks App CC’s is slower to send the order & for the Baristas to have it ready….. only reason put 3 stars….

Missing Locations. Please add Thibodaux, LA on the app for online ordering.

Not user friendly. Have attempted to order via app several times and find it to be overly complicated & not user friendly. Deleting app but will continue to order via drive through because their coffee is 5 star!

I love CC’s!. This Louisiana favorite has delicious food and drinks. The app is user friendly. Give them a try!

Can’t login, can’t create a new account.. I have had a rewards account for years with CCs. The app won’t let me log in at all. So I figured I’d make a new account with a separate email but it says that email is already in use. What’s the point of an app that doesn’t work?

Easy to order!. I love this app…it’s simple to order but the only problem is that you can’t link your prepaid gift card. They need to fix this so that you can simply add funds and check out through the app.

love cc’s but much needed upgrade. my order is annoyingly specific (iced coffee + two shots + oat milk) which is not something i can curate via app. this option would help a TON bc i work in the quarter around the block from a cc’s and would love to be able to put the order in ahead of time and pick it up without worrying about running the clock. if the cc’s gods see this, please update this app to add this feature! 🙏☕️✨

Meh. I can’t even access my account information without getting a service error. According to other reviews, it doesn’t seem like anything has been updated or fixed. I was hoping to be able to upload my gift cards and be able to keep them in one place to use.
