Not working. Logged in, selected the account, keeps reloading the same page asking me to pick which account. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Doesn’t work as advertised - fail. Purchased the Pro version but after “analyzing” posts for any “best of” other than 2020 which is available for free, gives error notification. Very disappointing! What gives?

BEWARE. Made my account so nugget and glitchy I thought I was being hacked. Had to remove all access and change all security. don’t use this please.

Actually works!. A lot of other apps are timing out. This one actually produced a photo. It is watermarked though.

Doesn’t work. Keeps telling me it isn’t in the correct format with no further explanation or solution.

Not accurate. The result was not my top nine photos…, my wedding photo got the most likes and it’s not even there… also the positioning of the photos is off. Send the refund.

Won’t post directly to Instagram. Tried three times to post directly to Instagram from the Top Nine App. Doesn’t work. Definitely not worth paying $1.99. Could have just done a screen shot of the free version and had the same result

Doesn’t work. 1 requires you to log in, which is stupid. 2 doesn’t even work. Keeps telling me it’s “in the wrong format”.

Won’t actually do it’s job. Says I only made 10 posts, maybe in 2023 (it’s Jan 4 is the joke here). So it clearly has a broken program. Needs to improve. Also would be great if you could exclude reels because 6 of the 9 are reels and literally no posts from anything significant that has more likes

Doesn’t Work and No Help. What a great way to end 2022. Paid $4.99 for app that doesn’t work, and when I looked for anyway to contact admins for help, there is a way to share this app, but no place to get help. Bring on 2023!

A little pushy. Having the rate and review window pop up every time it loads a top 9 is pushy and obnoxious

2022 …. … I am not sure how long your year was, but mine had 365 days, not just the last 9 days of the year. No, I didn’t establish my IG account just 9 days ago, it‘s been around for almost 7 years now …

Won’t work. It’s saying “invalid”. Won’t load anything for me.

Horrible waste of money. It says “analyzing photos,” then says it can’t reach the photos because they aren’t presented in the right format. Garbage and a waste of money.

Total failure. App says it is unable to function ‘data couldn’t be read because itis missing’. Total failure on detecting account. Ridiculous.

Doesn’t work. I tried on my phone and iPad, both return a message: data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.

Won't log into IG. Logged into IG via the app, nothing loads to even do the top 9

Doesn’t pick correct pictures. Only pulls from the last couple mnths or pinned posts. Not even the top ones.

Doesn’t work!. All I get is “oops something went wrong.”every time.

Empty screen. The only free feature, Best of 2022, comes up with blank screen.

Won’t analyze all my posts. The app stops analyzing about halfway through my posts and then states it can’t analyze the data because it’s not the right content. Not sure what other kind of format IG photos would be in, but I’m really disappointed.

These aren’t my TOP 9. My LAST nine posts are what you pulled not my BEST nine! One of the photos I just posted 2 hrs ago with 5 likes. You know we might hang around and pay for Pro but if this is any indication of the service, no thanks.

Perfect end to 2020. Garbage app that doesn’t work. The same error message over and over, “The data couldn’t be read because it is missing”. Waste of my time.

Disappointing. I paid the extra to get rid of the logo, but it doesn’t even include the number of lights, it’s just a collage. I wanted to see how many likes on each photo!

Just a collage. I would like the option to choose whether or not to add the number of likes to the images. All that comes up are your top nine pictures for that year! PLEASE ADD THIS TO IT!!

Likely a scam. Use a different app that doesn’t require you to provide login info!

Not accurate. Not sure what numbers the app is pulling from but the 9 it generated are not my greatest liked post nor my greatest reach, looks to be my 9 most recent posts. Disappointed.

Must login. I don’t want to share my password with the third party. I wish they could just take username
