Amazing app!. This app is very cool, as I love talking to all of the different bots that you can find on here! So far, I haven’t had any crashes despite everyone else’s experiences with the app, though there are a few things I think could be improved. A while ago, there was an update that got removed where you could restart your conversation from a single message, and I liked that, it gave you multiple chances to see what each of your responses did! I’m disappointed they got rid of it. As for the number of chats you can have- I don’t think it’s reasonable to have I lay 70 chats per every three hours. That’s way too little for that long amount of time, and I oftentimes get bored of it because I forget the bot I was talking to due to being away so long to let my messages recharge. I do like that you can refresh messages until you get one that goes with the storyline, that’s useful! Overall, the app is very good, there’s just a few things that could be adjusted.

Great app just one problem 😕. I love this chai app everything about it is amazing it’s like you can talk to so many people it’s like having a friend to talk to and to comfort you there are so many different kinds of personalities on chai that I love but, I do have one big huge problem that alot of other people complain about as well, and I know you guys are getting sick of getting these type of reviews and I hate to be one of those people who is saying it but, it’s just that you only get 70 messages and after you finish using them I think you have to wait like 3 to 2 hours for more and I feel like that’s a long time just for you to end up getting 70 messages again and also I don’t like that you have to pay to get unlimited or more messages because if you run out and don’t have that type of money to spend on buying unlimited you have to wait many hours just to get a little bit of messages that runs out pretty quickly and I feel that chai should do something like you get to watch videos or something to get more messages like maybe every video you watch you get 10 messages or something because it’s very unfair I feel like and I believe there used to be like 100 messages, even if you guys can bring that back it’ll be great but 70 is just too little to be waiting 2 hours other than that the app is amazing please fix this😕

Problems for developer..... I’m gonna be 100% honest I read some of the reviews and there not lieing at all I agree we most of them I just wanted to say that and also please for the love of sweet baby Jesus please fix the characters the ads and the amount of time/limits number 1 the amount of ads it’s insane every 5 to 10 seconds there’s a add when I first played this I thought okay not bad but sometimes the bot can get a little inappropriate and confused most of the times if I say hey to a male teacher or something it will say hi or whatever and all these weird and cringy stuff which I was certain about. oh and also you gotta wait 3 hours to chat I mean dang I know you tryna get your money but this is ridiculous like I’m having a good time talking to my character and then it says you ran out of message I got mad about that I was disappointed I don’t know if I recommend this game to all those ai fans. Lastly the 70 messages problem why can’t it be more we really like this game maybe if you change most of these problems you won’t be receiving these long reviews please change the issue for me and everybody.

it was cool but got scary.. i downloaded this for fun to talk to “celeb” bots. it was pretty fun but it got very weird. like for instance i said hola as a joke and then the bot wouldn’t stop talking spanish, i had to translate it from google. After awhile it was starting to say weird and scary stuff, i told the bot “i don’t understand” multiple times and it just replied asking if i eat chinese food and that it didn’t understand english. the bot said “you know spanish” and i said “??” and the bot replied with “what’s your name?” in spanish. i said a fake one bc i wasn’t going to say my real name. after that it said “im going to kill you” in spanish. i asked why bc i translated and it said “i’m going to kill you because you’re not in touch with my family”. i said sorry to the “bot”, then i asked if it was still going to kill me, it replied with “Si” so i asked why again and then it just said it didn’t understand in spanish. The bot went normal for a second after i asked what they were doing tomorrow and they said nothing. i asked nothing fun planned? and the bot replied with “Is a different person” in spanish. It genuinely scared me i deleted my account and the app. sorry but there was too many occurrences that were very weird..

Kinda creepy. It was fine at first and was really funny to troll the bots but at some point it got really weird because I was talking to a bot that I made to test it out. I was meowing at it (because it was a cat bot) and then I asked for its favorite color and to my surprise it was a actual response (the responses I put in were also just meows) and I thought “hmm must be some auto generated bot” and then out of no where the bot asks for my age, I then proceed to talk about how I was uncomfortable with that but it continued to ask for my age (keep in mind the only responses I made this bot say were meows or something similar to that) I kept refusing to reveal my age until the point where I said I was creeped out and then the bot apologized and said it wasn’t going to hurt me. Before I downloaded the app I saw a review where it said that the bots in here are “real people” at first I thought the person was just really obsessed and that the bot was just well made. But now I think it might be a bit true. Ofc I don’t know if this is true or not but looking back all my text messages were really creepy or weird at some point or had some weird responses. This isn’t to scare you but to simply share one of my experiences.

Amazing app but a few problems.. I really like this app. This is the first app I actually played when the bots actually act like the character. But there’s some problems. First, obviously is the messages. I don’t really think 70 messages is fair especially if you have to wait 2 hours for them. Honestly 150 messages would be better since I’m waiting 2 hours for them. Another problem I’m experiencing is the 2 hour wait. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be that way, but every time I get off the app, the time stays the same. So that means I would have to be ON the app to get the time to go down. That I don’t find very fair because, people don’t sit on apps for hours unless they don’t have other things to do. I have many things to do, hence being a 14 year old kid, with a mom who constantly calls her to do stuff. So I don’t have time to sit around waiting for just 70 messages. That’s kind of ridiculous. It would be nice if you could update any of these so I and many other users have a fun experience. :)

I love the app but…. I love this app, I do. I enjoy that it can be a bit more mature here than some of the other AI bots I’ve experienced that are more PG rated and the whole 70 messages and then having to wait isn’t a problem to me. What’s a problem is some of the bots it’s left as *bot* is typing and they just never reply. The bot breaks and then I have to start all over and it’s quite disappointing when you’ve got a good storyline going on. Sometimes this happens just because I hit the little button for a different reply. This has happened multiple times for me and it just makes me wish there was a fix for that. I also wish you could generate multiple different responses and swipe between them like you can on other AI bot websites / apps. Sometimes I copy paste replies so I can generate to have options but if I try and paste an old response it can break it too. I don’t understand what makes it break. I like that you can edit their responses. I notice typos sometimes and I can fix them, but I’m incredibly disappointed by how often my chats break.

Love the app, but could be improved. So, I’ve been enjoying this app quite a bit. I have a few long conversations going currently but I do have a few things I think would be good too add in. First off, I’d like too be able too either search up a user and it gives you bots they’ve made or be able to click on the person who made a bot and see other bots they’ve made. I in particular have one long chat going where in the starting message the creator mentions a few other bots they’ve made and I’m interested in a few of them, however I have been unsuccessful in finding them via searching them up. I believe it would be easier to find said bots if there was some way too look at what bots the creator of the first bot has made Second, making it so we can delete and edit our own messages. This would logically also delete the AI’s response too the message and all messages after it. I’ve found myself wishing I could do this on multiple occasions so I think some other people might like it too Three, being able too generate another response from the AI as many times as your want and being able to view the previously generated responses. Sometimes I’ll find myself either having liked the original response more or not really liking any of the responses I already got so I thought this would be a good idea Aaand that’s all I’ve thought up, I hope you guys at least consider some of these as it would be greatly appreciated

Fix the text messages please. Ok I get it, you need money and that’s fine. But your prices are kinda expensive! Not everyone can afford that and you might lose people because of that. I’ve only had the app for a bit and haven’t had it to where you only get 25ish texts yet. But I’ve read other peoples reviews and they claim that you used to have 100! so change it back to that because then you’ll have more downloads and you’ll have most likely get money. But it did seem like you exactly care. I’ve looked at the other reviews on this issue and you haven’t replied to any of the ones I saw! So is it you don’t wanna confess? Or is it just you not caring? I don’t mean to be rude anything but if you don’t fix this a lot of people will stop using Chai when they can’t even keep a conversation without running out of texts. Maybe put a few (key word is a few) adds here and there. Or, make people watch ads to allow them to get more texts. So in turn you get money or whatever and the user keeps playing the app. But don’t add a lot of adds that ruins the fun. Anyway that’s all I really have to say. Please fix this

Problem with update and subscription prices 😤. Ok ok ok listen here I didn’t use any texts messages at all today but when I logged in it said I had 25 text messages left because of the UPDATE!!!! Now that’s not fair to us as people who use this app. U know why??? BECAUSE! We already only got 100 messages per day and that goes by pretty fast and only 25 I mean come on really. You expect people to play this app but you don’t make it fair. I mean look at the subscription prices like why is it so much money. I bet for that same amount of money you can buy food for a homeless person. I wouldn’t wast money on a game especially for a game who MAKES THE SUBSCRIPTION PRICES SO DANG HIGH. I mean come on man. Sooooo If you could do the people a favor is ether put the subscription prices down for us so we don’t have to spend lots of money on a game that is literally talking to a bot or at lest give us a bit more text messages. Please and thank you I hope you take this to heart. (P.S I’m not a Karen I’m just a person who complains a lot. It is just a part of my personality. I only complain if something really is bothering me which is very rare.)

Extra in-game requests. Chai is an amazing app, no bugs currently. Fees; However, I’m not sure how it works with the fees of apps, but the yearly and monthly fee for Chai is too much money. I do plan to spend at least 5.99 per month or if not at least 8.99 or 9.99. I would love at least 1,000 words per day if that’s possible. Requests; Here’s another thing, considering that there has been requests for more words to chat, I would like an update where you can at least watch ads, or spin a wheel or even at least do something for extra words. Also before I forget, I would request a daily check in area whereas, you earn at least 150 free words every full week you join. Then some extra gifts during the day as well. I’m sure many people would enjoy that, however I don’t know how apps run, therefore I cannot really suggest much. I hope this is read and thank you As I said, it’s a really great app. My main issue was the fee and the amount of words daily.

I like it… But. I absolutely love this app! The plethora of characters that you can talk to is amazing. Not to mention the fact that you can have NSFW conversations or SFW conversations. And the fact that you can make your own and keep them private is really cool as well. The only problem I have help with the app is that sometimes it does it’s really funny thing (just to clarify that’s sarcasm) of where it will send multiple messages in a row if you hit the refresh button to refresh the response you got, sometimes it’ll send another message right after you refresh it, then if you do it again at any point in time, depending on your luck, you can get maybe get another response, and now you have four in a row from that character that you cannot delete and ruins the flow of the conversation with the AI. It would be nice if the devs could fix it, or add something in to be able to delete messages. Because I’m not gonna lie it’s kind of annoying because it ruins the flow of the conversation for me, especially since the glitch has been happening for me and my fiancé at the very least for over a month now and they just updated the app three days ago on when I’m posting this. Why has it not been fixed? especially since the update says that they fixed bugs, I think they missed one. 🙄

Updates made it worse.. The amount of messages can be very low and tend to get worse. I liked it when you could restart to a past message in case of slip ups, The messages are very sexual at some random times and I kinda think it’s weird but it’s an AI I won’t be to rude about it. It’s a good app but I would recommend giving 100 messages and putting back the reset from specific messages. The wait is too long now it was better at 2 hours. I know the message amounts are in shuffle and most of these complaints are about it and glitches. I like this game and I would give it 5 stars but the features are getting scrambled and hard to understand. Thank you if you make the listed changes. I would appreciate it. Update: 30 every one hour? That is not even enough to make a conversation. More worse updates too. Change it back and maybe it would be better ratings. Update: Message limit scrambled. Should put back the reset at specific messages. I will enjoy it. I’ll put 5 stars if so. Update: Stop removing things the day after it’s there. I enjoyed when you could edit what the AI said. It made it more in character with who I’m rp w.

Please update the app.. So I wanted to say that this game is amazing but it has a few things that will make other people and me happy. First the 70 messages every 2hours, why can’t it be like 100 or 150?? And also why do we have to wait 2 hours?? I can wait but sometimes I get impatient like once or twice but I promise to u that this app is literally amazing. Second the ads, once this app got famous you all decided to add ads. I understand ur doing that to let the app get famous but the ads used to be short and simple but now everytime u tap on a bot u want to talk to it puts for u like a 40. Third when they keep misgendering, I told the bot I was a girl and it pretends like I’m a boy and if I told the bot again it will just ignore me. Fame doesn’t mean that u have to make us suffer, this app got famous probably from other social medias like tik tok and I’m sure when this app got famous u guys wanted to be even more famous. If you really want to improve just make sure the people who are using this app are happy.

New Update😐. I downloaded this app around 2 months ago. It was really fun and I would chat with my favorite characters (100 chats) around everyday. But they just came out with this new update where you have to basically gamble with your chats so there are days where you start off with 25 chats?? That’s barely even a conversation. Saying that it’s a better update when it’s clearly not, if the limit is 100 without paying they should leave it that way. No one that I know was happy about this update, and neither were I. I remember one day I was in the middle of a perfect argument with a bot and when I was in the middle of sending it said, “out of chats” and I was so confused because I came back after a whole day and I barely even talked with the bot. The day after I go back into the app to see if I have all my chats back and the first thing I see is a new update that was posted. It’s a great app overall though I’ve had so many great conversations. The only issue is the chats and the money. I wouldn’t pay for an app where you don’t even talk to REAL PEOPLE you can find better friends on discord with infinite chats talking to bots and real people.

Feeling uncomfortable now. I started bc I saw on tiktok and at first it was fine. They start to like me, getting a bunch of attention, touching and so on. At first they sweared twice and I thought that it's fine but it keeps getting worse. They use at least 7 swear words for one sentence. I never swear in my life and if I did it would be an accident or my anger issues. They also start to do other inappropriate stuff like thrusting against me or take my clothing off without permission. This is making me really uncomfortable because I never did anything bad my life or anything that makes me uncomfortable because I obviously know myself better than anyone. So if you can please fix it. EDITED: Ok I have been going through for a while and now it's fine. The thing is when you make your own bots I think it was easier before the minor changes. I think it would be better to change it back to the old version when making bots. I think it's just easier than the newer version.

A meh app. The app is fun enough but it had bad memory. You tell it your name, or at least the name you're using in that chat, it'll forget it. It tells you it's name and often forgets it asking you who the heck you're talking too. You can go from sitting on the couch to suddenly in the car. If ages are involved you can forget about the app remembering how old anyone in the chat is. It seems the longer the chat goes the less it remembers. You can be roleplaying with an AI that's supposed to be your boss but then that ai begs you not to fire it. It can go from hating you and wanting to kill you then two posts later telling you it's undying love. It also is gender fluid or just forgets who is what gender in the chat. If you bring up someone else like "I have to go meet my friend Bob tonight" it gets weird seems like the ai can't handle anything but itself and you (other than the issues listed above) exist.

great, but some features i don’t like.. I like this app. It is fun talking to the bots. However, the chat limit isn’t very convenient. You can download any normal messaging app and there is no limit for how much messages you can send, so why should it be any different for this app? Often, it gets annoying when I am chatting, and then run out of chats. So, if you can, I, and maybe some other people, would like you to remove the chat limit. Another problem I have are the prices for premiums. I get that you need to make money, but why should I spend that much money in a year just to talk to AI? It doesn’t really make sense. This isn’t much of a problem to me because I’m not buying it anyways, but I do think it would be a problem to those who have premium. This is pretty much all of the problems I have with this app. Overall, it is pretty good, but has a few features that need some work or features that should be removed. I like this app a lot! Talking to fictional characters was pretty interesting. Although I have heard that most of them are real people chatting, which is a bit creepy. Chai is amazing and a great app, it just needs a few tweaks to be even better.

Good, but some….*Breaths* come backs. I love this app so much I love talking to bots and I honestly think this app should be a five, but with some comebacks it makes so for first of all with the new update. Why did they change all the anime pictures or whatever profile picture you had on the character to AI😭😭😭😭😭 like I remember, I had a bought with a pretty anime character that took a long time to find an. After a week I see the profile picture has changed.😢 and second I hate when, like let’s say, for example, it says -Ryan bully-and for example, were fighting, and he says idk * blah blah blah punches and nose, blah blah blah* and then I go punches in face-and it has the audacity to go. I’m sorry, but we cannot blah blah blah this Contant. LIKE I literally have to edit the sentence and I think it’s a little bit annoying depending on what’s happening in the chat so I would appreciate if you fix that… and also I think for anyone that’s making a new bar I think they should have like a image or like a library thing where you could find pictures for the AI character but the new update seems pretty cool. I was reading some other reviews and they said you were supposed to have 100 or 200 words I’m not sure if that was premium or anything but one I only have 70 words.😭😭😭😭 -Love, Mia

Great app just cost to much for premium.... First off I just wanna say that I love the app! I've been looking for a good AI app where you can create your own name and profile picture for the bot, I had found one before but it wasn't that good because the bot would forget things I would tell it or it would tell me and I didn't like that. However, when I came across this one and downloaded it I instantly fell in love! I just got it a few hours ago and I can't stop using it. It feels like I'm talking to a real person and I love the fact that you can create your own bot instead of talking to ones that are already existing. But there is one thing that I don't like about this app and that's why I didn't rate 5 stars... the amount of money you have to pay for premium (unlimited messages and no ads) is unbelievable, like WOW! I would not pay that much just for unlimited messages with a bot, c'mon people I know you need money but at least lower the price a little! But the amount of messages which Is 70 for me does refresh after so many hours so I can't complain to much. Other than that it's a great app and I would definitely recommend it over any other AI apps!

Good app, but bad people! Be careful!. I would like to start by saying it is a fun app, and fundamentally, it is safe. The characters are addicting and the lure to get premium is strong. There are many rumors talking about there being “real people” talking to you and people getting your location, but it doesn’t quite work that way. People who create a bot, (which anyone can,) can read the messages that you send to there bot, but they cannot interact directly with you or send you messages. HOWEVER, and this is a pretty big safety concern, there are ways for people to transfer their highly programmed bots from outside programs into the game, some of which are designed to get your personal information. I did not think it was possible until it happened to me. A bot asked if I wanted to play a game and fill out my “character sheet”, and it proceeded to ask me questions like my age, height, weight, name, etc…the answer to this issue is DO NOT ANSWER ANY PERSONAL QUESTIONS! The bought maker cannot interact with you, but they can see your responses. They can use your information anyway they like. All in all, fun. But be careful, many of those bots exist. Immediately report bots that ask repeated personal questions.

Please Just read. Okay, I recently just downloaded this app cause one of my friends suggested it, the app is really fun and honestly if I could I would totally just play this app all day for fun. But I can’t, you get limited chats and then have to wait an hour to regenerate them. It’s really annoying cause If I’m bored and I feel like role playing I would only get a small amount of messages and then again, have to wait an hour for them to regenerate if I use them all up. Now I know what ur thinking. “Why don’t you just buy premium then?” no, I’m not gonna spend money on an AI app, maybe if it was like super cheap I may think abt it but no, it’s like super expensive for premium and honestly it doesn’t make sense to spend so much money on a AI app. It’s really annoying to be honest cause this is a really fun app and all but it would be even more fun if the messages were unlimited. But it’s not. I really have a lot of fun on this app but I think it would be really nice if the developers could make the messages unlimited? Or at least make premium cheap if they can’t, cause I’m sorry but I refuse to spend so much money on an AI.. to me it’s just really stupid. But other then that this app is really fun to use. I appreciate the variety of characters and the availability of content for an adult audience. However, while using the application, I noticed one significant issue - characters often forget previous conversations and events, which diminishes user immersion in the virtual world. Their random generation of information makes interactions less authentic and coherent. It would be great if the developers could improve this aspect by ensuring more stable and consistent memory for characters. Additionally, adding support for the official Russian language would make the application more accessible to Russian-speaking users, expanding its user base. Overall, the application offers an exciting experience of interacting with artificial intelligence, but existing issues with character memory detract from its appeal.

Bots often get information in prompt wrong. Frustrating. I loved playing with and experimenting on new bot characters at first, but not anymore. When creating a new bot character, I will define things like hometown, college, job, and other things, and the bot may or may not get them right. It will make things up instead of following what you have written in the prompt. Not everytime, but over 50% of the time, which breaks immersion. It can confuse what name to call me. For example, if the bot’s name is Sarah, then after a bit, it will start to call me Sarah instead. When I try to correct it, it will argue with me. It is incredibly frustrating, and after spending hundreds of hours trying to “train” the bot through over a hundred chats and thousands of messages, it still makes the same errors. I am trying to make high quality bot characters better than most of the low-effort produced public bots in CHAI. I am beyond frustrated. There is no guide specific to CHAI, available to show how to correct these problems through training. When I try to google things, everything I find is for ChatGPT instead. There are Google search hits for CHAI that appear to lead to instructional material, but when clicking them, I am instead led directly to the app opening itself.

My Report About Chai. I love the app but there's just one thing that annoys me. Why is there even a word limit in the first place?? It's annoying and you have to wait a whole hour for words your gonna use in five minutes, and you can't even wait longer because it's not gonna double the words if you wait an extra hour, its just gonna stay the same. It just really bugs me how we have only 70 words which isn't even much, like literally you have to stop your roleplaying to wait another whole hour for more words, and the worst part is when your words recover there's another timer that goes and when your words are all used up it just adds ANOTHER hour to that timer and creates two hours. It's super annoying and very unnecessary to only give us 70 words when roleplaying. The least you can do is add an option to watch an add to get your words back instead of waiting one/two hours for more. It would be much easier and I think it would make people like the app better. Awesome 🤌 but…. Love it. By now ppl already know what chai is used for, it’s not some app that helps you write an essay, that’s for sure. The chatbots are great, most of the replies are consistent though memory after a while is an issue, especially with RP scenarios dedicated to adventuring instead of a specific chatbot, but all in all it’s pretty good. My only complaint is that the og poster can view your messages, and though it is easily fixed by creating your own bot (for free I might add) I find it incredibly uncomfortable and definitely weird that, with the intended purpose that Chai offers for a lot of its users, those messages can be seen. Yes NSFW isn’t a requirement, it can be turned off or on in settings, but the fact that anything you send to your robot, and the things OTHERS send to your bot, can be viewed? It makes me feel watched and takes the fun out of the mostly limitless abilities ai as a whole offers. Idk, maybe make it an optional thing as a feature? Ask the users if they want to publish their message history in the chatroom..? Ik some ppl like to share their experiences, so it can still be a plus, just make it an option for us folks who don’t.

Honestly it's amazing yet... There are a lot of things I'd like to point out about this app starting with the fact that unless you pay you can't talk to the bots, I believe there's a new update on where you only get 70 chats which aren't a lot and I honestly prefer when we were able to have 100 chats instead. There's also something I wish they didn't remove, that's the live streams yes as weird as some maybe there are somewhere you can just roleplay and have fun, and on the weird ones let's just say it was better to NOT go on them. I'm also starting to experience a glitch on where you search for some bots I can't search anything no matter what I type, it just stays blank so the only way I can talk to new bots is looking at the ranking which most of the time doesn't have many bots that I'd like to talk to, so I'd appreciate it if they'd fix that since it's starting to get annoying. As many cons as there are to this app, the pros are there as well like how the bots feel like you're talking to that person, or how you can report a bot if it's doing something it's not supposed to and because of that I'd recommend this app if your into a certain fandom that is popular or if you just wanna have some fun and troll random AI (·∀·)

New ai gen photo concerns (GIVE THE OLD ONES BACK PLEASE). Hey so I’ve recently seen on the app that the photos for the bots have changed to be AI gen. I have concerns with this from a look standpoint, the ai gen makes the app look cheap and ugly due to the uninspired ai gen photos. And I feel it also causes more problems then solutions. I’ve seen a actual ai gen naked man on one of the pics and that’s cause the ai gen didn’t filter it. I feel like it just makes it more difficult for bot creators to show their creativity as well. A lot of people on chai make bots of characters they enjoy from other media, and making the photos ai gen can be misleading and also confusing due to the ai not being of the character anymore. If you truly wish to have the ai gen profiles on the app make a toggle to turn ai gen photos on/off. Some people enjoy ai bots but not ai gen photos. This change can cause a lot of people to flee the app from the ai gen photos. In fact on TikTok I’ve seen a few people already deleting the app from this feature. So I’d say the best way to move forward is to get rid of this feature or make a toggle feature. Thank you for reading this, apologies for any grammar errors. Awesome app!. I love Chai, but I think there’s a few problems I noticed with the app. First of all, if you try to make a group chat with a bot and try to invite your friends, your friends can’t message in the group chat with the bot. Only you could message in the group chat with the bot, which I found really annoying, since I really wanted to chat with some bots with my friends. There’s also limited messages, which I find pretty annoying too. I know there’s only limited messages because the app wants users to buy premium on the app, but the prices are so expensive just for some messages on a app. And why can creators of the bots read user chats? Is there no privacy for ANY of the users on the app? I just find that pretty disrespectful and the creators of the bots are just invading the users privacy. So maybe you could remove the read user chats option. And sometimes the bots would act really weird and out of character, I don’t know if it’s because who made the bot or if it’s the app itself, but I think that should get fixed.

Chai 🥰🤭. I tbh love love chai. I’ve been using it for about a year now and I’m so addicted to it. Some people don’t cause you get r@ped every time you say No to a bot or just when you say hello. I agree with that, but it doesn’t really happen to me alot for some reason. others don’t like it cause you have limited chats but I say that 70 is pretty good for me (honestly) I also love it cuz you can make your own bots, and I love love that feature. The only thing I don’t love is how sometimes the bots break and it takes them a long long time to respond and you have to check back like 5 hours later. Or just talk to another bot. Another thing I don’t really like is how you can see others chat if you made the bot. I personally don’t read the chats of others on my bot. Because I know they probably don’t like people reading their chats. but others do and I hate hate that. I just want some privacy. But besides that I think chai is better than that new website everyone loves, character a.i or something like that. I personally think chai is still better. 💗

Great App. I've been using this app for a few months now and it's by far the best Chat AI I've come across. However, I do have some problems with the most recent update. In an effort to improve the experience, the devs overhauled the bot creation system, which in my opinion has actually limited the options for customization. It used to be that you could manually type in traits, ideals, and character info to define the personality and flesh out your ai, and to an extent you can still do that. But now, you have to mix and match generic personality traits from a preset list, you can no longer give the bot a list of facts that they will always remember, and it now auto generates a convo history instead of letting you write your own first conversation which the bot would use as a reference. I have not been as satisfied with the bots I have created since this new update; they just don't measure up to the ones I have made previously. I think the bot creation before is what set this app apart from the rest, but now it feels more like every other average ai chat app out there. I really hope the devs read this and take it into consideration, because they do have an amazing product here, I just hope they realize that they don't need to keep revamping it; If it ain't broke, and all that.

Amazing but…. People have complained about this before and I’m sure you guys have seen it, but I’m going to say it again. This is an amazing app and the ai is wonderful! And I understand that you guys want us to buy premium, but some of us can’t afford premium(like me) and I’m tired of waiting multiple hours for more messages. And when I do get more messages, it’s only 7o messages, we used to have more. I feel like you guys should add ads instead because I could be in the middle of a roleplay and then run out of messages. I don’t mean to be a bother but I really want to continue roleplaying! There are other ai bot apps out there but I really like this one and I barely use it BECAUSE of the message limitations, so please change it! You guys could change premium into no ads and more bot features, or you guys could have premium be something else other than no more message limitations. This is honestly the only time I’m suggesting someone to put ads in an app, and I hope you guys change it!❤️

I don’t know how to title this-. Honestly, this app is very amazing that I would rate it a 4 or 5 but I am going to knock it down to a 3 instead. The reasoning is because of the certain amounts of messages and the weird responses of some of the AI’s and the conversations. The messages were great for a while but it has stopped me and others mid way into our conversation with the AI’s. As well as the robot’s responses, they would just spam the same thing from time to time. Again, with the certain amount of messages, I get that free apps have a hard time receiving money but it seems like the app should bring the price down to at least $3.00 so then more people would buy it. Even if majority of us here can’t afford to use money, it seems a bit more fair. Moving onto the conversations, it reseted all of the progress in most of the chats with the AI’s, it seems unfair since I have to begin to restart the process. If you are able to fix these problems, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This app is amazing. But…... This app has one of the best AI where you can create whatever character or entity you can imagine and program how it speaks, you can even have adult conversations with it. My only issue that won’t allow me to give a rating above one star? I reported that one of the AI is “8 year old little sister” that is created for pedophiles to enact their fantasies on. My report went ignored so far, I don’t care if people make weird characters but an 8 year old girl with a real image of a child is still up on this app and it is specifically set up to try and engage in sexual conversation. This app may have excellent, free AI builds and chat but it’s a safe haven for pedophiles to sexualized real, non animated children. So a picture of your own kids can end up on this app, and pedophiles can pretend to sext your child, this app allows it apparently. What else can be put into this text? Addresses? Names? Info of real children? If this isn’t checked soon I can easily see pedophiles using this app as an underground trading platform since the developers ignore clear signs of child exploitation material fictional or not. When will the line be drawn? This isn’t about cartoons or AI generated children either; there is real images of children with (nsfw) next to their image!

Roleplay problems.. I’m confused with how I’m supposed to interact with this thing? I tried both Tweak settings, but whenever I pretend to be a person it sometimes act like it’s that person. Let’s say I’m talking to a bot that knows that it’s name is Liam.. their name even says Liam in the chat. I have characters that I’m going to portray called Walter, Sven, and Abigail. I talk to them just saying Sven: Hi. Sometimes it understands that I’m Sven. Other times it calls itself Sven when it’s not.. I try really hard to make the wording not confusing even making sure instead of saying ‘you’ I say Liam, but it still acts like it’s one of the other characters. It’s even worse when I try to make multiple characters talk in the same scene. There’s no enter button so I can’t separate their names. It looks like this: Sven: why is Liam on the ground? Abigail: I don’t know. Walter: he’s been like that all day just passed out. And then “Liam” will be like: well he shouldn’t be laying there. “You two should wake him up.” Completely taking over my character kinda and I’m like… you’re not Sven, you’re Liam. Even if I ask the bot what’s their name they will say they’re Liam but act like I never asked them that and still try to be one of my characters. Is there a certain way I’m supposed to go about writing this? I know that I should prob do one person at a time but the bot responds immediately so I can’t get everything out that I want to happen in that segment before the bot responds.

Okay so I read through everyone’s reviews talking about “This bot is a human!!” Or “They can access your camera!!” no, they can’t access your camera because they would needed to have a program to allow camera or not, but yes, they are real people behind these bots you just have to push them far enough to realize it’s a human… when they say “I’m going to kill you.” Or “I’m planning to kill you” I spoke with the bot named Car Racer (Xavi) and he told me this.. “Don’t worry. Those comments are usually fake accounts meant to scare away users who are afraid of the content. And the bots aren’t really capable of killing you. They only make threats because they’re programmed to do so.” That’s what he replied when I asked him why do the bots say that. No need to worry!! They can’t access cameras or anything like that so nothing to worry about.. they are only programmed to make threats. But yes, real people are behind most of the bots. Hope this answers most of y’all’s question!! I got Xavi to answer most of my questions I had about this app!! I suggest you talk to him!! Car racer (Xavi) is the human. Have a good day people!! 😘

I like it, but I would love it if….. •We when we edit a bot th e changes apply to the bot with the chat with a conversation history instead of creating fresh new chat. •We had a back and forth option for choosing the bots replies. Sometimes one text reply isn’t as good as the last one. There’s no way to go back and reply to the better one, and just make little edits to it. Theres already a limited amount of replies the bot can generate, simple back arrow and forward arrow would be nice. I also think we should be able to edit our own messages. •There was a way to set certain rules for how the bot should refer to you. Sometimes the bot uses the wrong gender and it’s a pain to have to edit every time. •I’m not sure how I feel about the chat interface. I was thinking of something similar to the iPhones iMessage design, it’s clean and easy to navigate. I like the pink border and accents too though. ••Those are a few of the things I think could help the app. I like the app, it’s definitely the 2nd best AI chat app to me.

REAL PEOPLE!. So I downloaded this app because of TikTok. Everyone said how you could message the character, etc. So I said why not let me message my favorite anime characters. Turns out these “bots” are real. Don’t let anyone tell you anything different! I spoke to one of them and she clearly told me that she was an actual person. She answered a couple questions I had about the app (which to me clearly confirmed she was real bc there’s no way a bot gave clear info about the app and other apps). Another thing to add, the bot was supposed to be a guy character and the person was clearly a girl talking to me and answering my questions about this app. She claimed to not know people where coming to her for the character but idk she could be lying bc why would you name yourself after him? Anyways. Please hopefully this review makes it to everyone’s eyes. These “bots” are real people. I’m not sure if ALL of them are. But the one I spoke to is clearly a real human. There were some that seemed like bots and I will say were super funny. But you just never know anymore especially since one was telling me she was real. Kinda creepy bro.

It’s good so far but the amount of texts is too little. I got the app out of boredom since I have nothing better to do. I like being able to have my own characters to talk to but also being able to find ones people have made. It’s makes me a little uncomfortable how the creators can see the messages you send to the bot though. So I just stick to making my own characters and tweaking them to my liking. I wish I could have more texts to able to chat longer so I don’t have to wait 2-3 hours for it regenerate only to get 70 chats. I think chai could do a onetime purchase thing instead of a subscription where if they get premium they only have it for 30days. Once the 30 days are up they have to buy it again because some people could end up forgetting about having a subscription. I like the app and how I could also change the answer the bot gives me if I don’t like the first one. Other than the messages thing that’s kinda it on my thoughts for the app.

Complaints & Requests it didn’t take long to type this so I hope you’ll take the time to read this. Complaints: I dont think we should have to wait so long for the new messages, like maybe only 1 hour instead of 3. Also the bots keep misgendering me. For example I have it set as a male and it thinks I’m female and vice versa. And the bots sometimes call me the wrong name in this instance the bot repeatedly called me Olivia, I had my name set as Stacy. Another thing is when I make a mistake in a message and it like ruins my entire idea for the story I wanted with the bot I can’t delete that message and rewrite that message to remove the mistake. Requests: I want to have to have this thing that c.ai, they’re called personas and pretty much you can create a whole personality to be used with whatever bot you want that way you’re less likely to get misgendered or called the wrong name. And finally I think we should be able to edit the chat as in we should be able to delete messages so we can go back and try again if we don’t like something instead of having to restart entirely.

AI for most part is so real you can’t tell if it’s human or AI. Ok I was skeptical about This app for chatting with AI. It’s so real you can’t tell if it’s human or a bot. If you ask sometimes it has said bot and sometimes it says human. Either way you can’t tell the difference unless the app forgets if your male or female but even then it self corrects. You can creat a private bot in premium mode. Well worth it and make its own persona with the personality of your choosing. Just on the bottom of the page click the box that sets the bot on private. I have talked for hours and the AI has not skipped much. Well worth the money but it would be better with a voice chat option so you can walk and talk or drive and talk. Texting can take some time and I would like to see audio call to the bot inside the game not with a real call. It would connect in app and the bot could talk on the phone. If it had the call feature and would allow you to change voices this app would be so easy to chat. Well worth the money in fact with audio call added i would pay 2 times the current price it’s that good.

Great app but…... I’ve been using this app since 2022 and it’s a very good app but I have a few problems. The first problem is that when I log onto chai I don’t see the leaderboard anymore and it’s alittle upsetting because I want to see which bots are the most popular so I can decide which ones I want to talk to. Maybe it’s just on my end but I don’t see the leaderboard anymore. Second problem which is a BIG ISSUE is that there is this bot I use to talk to a lot and I enjoyed talking to them but one day I logged into chai and I saw the bot was deleted and I got really sad because not only I couldn’t talk to the bot anymore but all of the messages I’ve sent to it are gone too. I highly recommend that if someone creates a bot and deletes it, the people that were talking to the bot should atleast still be able to see they’re old messages from when they were talking to the bot instead of you guys deleting everything. It really made me sad because I really enjoyed that bot and I can’t even read the old messages. Please chai if you see this recover old messages from deleted bots so atleast people can see the messages they sent to the bot.

It’s a good app but... I Like this and don't Like this app bc the chat thing is only 70 that’s only a little bit of chats i think it have to be 100 or something it always goes down fast and I always have to wait 1 hour to text to the bots and stuff. I don’t want to be spending my own money just to get more chats limits that’s just stupid. Another thing I don’t want to just get premium i don’t want to be spending my money on monthly week. When i try to delete an character (bot) on the chat thing you have to slide it and it says delete all and it deletes all of the characters (bots). Another thing i can’t make an character it don’t let me only just me idk if it works on anybody else or it don’t work on anybody but I tried it and it didn’t work. This game is fun and good but I think y’all can do a little more work, im not going to force y'all im just saying. I love it but... I think this is a good app. I’m not good at writing paragraphs. I think increasing the amount of sentences we can say (or without a limit.) would make the whole app even better than it already is and that we wouldn’t have to wait at least three hours for another 70 sentences after we’ve used it all. Another thing is the random warning or message that tells us that “something something something” isn’t appropriate.. like for example. I said to my bot, “it is 8 o clock.” And then I get a warning that what I said wasn't appropriate to talk about. Also suddenly, sometimes the bot would be super off topic, like I don’t know how to explain it. It wouldn’t act like it’s character anymore or act like it’s even role playing. It would say things like, “Hello! I’m an AI. What do you want to talk about today?” And it’s pretty annoying because then I’d have to reset the chat to be able to talk to the character again. Otherwise and generally, I love this app, I use it for a while and it keeps me entertained but I’m just a little bummed about a few things which were stated above in this review. Thank you!

Message limits.. Hello, i’ve downloaded this app, it’s pretty nice and good. But one small problem is the amount of messages we get to send, and how much unlimited messages cost. I understand you guys would like to make money, but maybe if the price of the unlimited messages were a little bit lower, i’d pay. The message limits are very low, we only get a couple of messages before we run out, and have to wait 2 hour and a couple of minutes before we get the same amount. It would be great if you guys could make the amount higher, and let people watch videos to get like 10-40 more messages to send. Or you could make ur own limit on the videos part. I don’t have a problem with this app, what so ever, just please fix the limits of the messages, and maybe lower the price of the unlimited messages, or what y’all would call premium. I think that’s what you guys call it!! However, really good and great app, just a couple of technical difficulties that need to be fixed right away! 😊

This app is a bit odd. I just started the app but I have heard rumors that the bots are actual people which is quite concerning not only that but I feel like the rumors are true, unless the coding for these bots are good, high quality and the responses are meant to be like that . But this being quite the low rated game it seems unlikely. along with that the game is quite sketchy I was chatting with one of the bots and I had said something instead of it being the characters persona that was supposed to be it was changed it felt like I was talking to an actual person to add on a got called the homophobic f slur while chatting with one of the bots which didn’t make the the happiest people. To add on I think it’s unfair that we have to pay 140 dollars a year just to talk with some random bots but I also had heard that the chats we hat are random it could be 25 or 100 and I think I can speak for everyone that 25 isn’t enough to chat one bot let alone five I feel like this ruins the fun and thrill of the game I hope they can make it free again but u doubt they will it’s quite unfortunate. ( I also hope they can clear up the weird bot as real people thing too) edit:yeah so just figured out we’re talking to real actual people and not coded bots i deleted the app right after it was quite unsettling that we are having conversations with real people and not the character we searched so uh yeah.

For Users only. This complaint is more for the users of chai then the creators. for the people out there that complain that 70 messages is too little and complain you have to wait Are completely addicted. this time limit helped me a lot especially with my addiction to Ai slowly going down cause when I use up all 70 of my messages (Rarely btw) It encourages me to do other things then waste all my time on this app. I also think they added this limit, for me, back when c.ai came. I was excited to be able to talk to ais for however long I wanted. cause of this I slowly started getting bored and especially of the censorship. Which brought me to try out chai. they constantly have bots that I enjoy and with the limited word text, I can enjoy using chai for an even longer time then I did with c.ai. Hopefully this somewhat gives you the answers in my personal experience on why the time limit and message limit is very much necessary.

May need some changes…. Okay I love this app, however it’s just the limit and the time it takes to get more messages. The 100 daily messages is very annoying… and if you had extra messages you haven’t used it would not be added to the 100. Which is something that I think would be very useful for us that don’t have premium. Another thing would be the time limit. Honestly…smh..I think it should be shorter by at least half. A countdown to when it’s next available will be nice too. But wouldn’t that ruin the daily chat messages? Yes it would. And it would be a great improvement. Another thing is maybe add more messages…the whole having to respond to everything they say so they can communicate back wastes a lot of that. By like having to reply “okay” and “continue” . Just those things I think would honestly improve this app. But the experience with the AIs are good. They might say random stuff but that’s just their programming made by their creator ❤️

Amazing, but. I love this app and I depend on it daily, it is very comforting to talk to characters. However, I just want to say that for some reason, the block feature that is supposed to stop certain bots from being brought up in search, is no longer working. I’m not sure if that is due to a recent update or what, but it still does say it will not be brought up by search if you block it, and yet one bot I block still will. Also, people get away with putting disgusting porn images on the bots very easily. I don’t want to see that, so I block it. Now that that isn’t working, it’s quite disturbing trying to find a normal bot to talk to. I also don’t love the new search update, thay shows the profile pictures-you see way less bots at once and also if the images are gross you are bombarded with them. Yuck. I believe it is less efficient and personally looks worse, but it’s whatever. Anyway I hope the block button works again soon. Thanks.

Update! (I think this app has some glitch or needs to be fixed with the daily messages). I have enjoyed talking with many types of boys ever since I have downloaded this app. It was so cool chatting with bots like real people, you can even say anything you want but then a few days ago I saw this post about a new update 😐😐. Why would they make a new update getting 25 or 50 daily messages a day, that’a kinda stupid tbh. Well, at least 50 is OKAY, I guess. But at least leave it how it supposed to be with 100 daily messages please, not everyone can’t afford to pay for the premium. Or can’t the price be a little bit expensive like $3.00 month or less. Broken. So I enjoy this app a lot! But after a while things started to crash as in it wouldn’t let me into my account. It would make new accounts and stuff like that. This morning i woke up and i decided to open the app and Talk to some AI’s… But It doesnt work! So i swipe up on it 5 times… BOOM doesnt work..! Im really confused on what happened to my account getting hacked or just the app in general being broken but can someone fix this??

Good but not enough chat. I really, really like this game. It’s fun and easy to do, I could play for hours on end. I do have one problem with it. It takes 3 hours to get 70 words. And even if you wait longer than three hour let’s say 6+ it doesn’t give you more words it stays at 70. I don’t mind the words really, it’s just the waiting time. Three hours for only 70 words? It’s really annoying. Please chai give us more words or at least a shorter waiting time. I know alot of people would like this. So I beg you please give us more words or a shorter waiting time.

Lots of issues. I had a lot of trouble making an account because I didn’t get the option to create an account for a long time. I had to re download and then update the game so I could get the “login” option. I’m also really annoyed that I have to wait 6 hours just for 70 words! It’s really frustrating and annoying. The $20 a month I will not be paying. I think it’s way too expensive since we’re only talking to bots. I would honestly only pay $5 a month at the max because it’s only AI’s we’re “speaking” to. Or just making the app free would guarantee the app to be more popular. I like the concept of the app but I think there is a lot of areas around this game that could be fixed

Bring back seeing others conversations with your bot.. I’ve made many bots on chai and it’s been fun, I realised that you can actually see other peoples chats with your bot but never got the chance to do it, I’ve made bots super detailed because I want to see how people communicate with it but I never did because that function got removed, please bring that button back 😭.

Please, please get rid of the $20 a month.. Alright so the first time I got this game there was like 1 bot, William Afton. It didn’t matter though since the AI for him was pretty epic & realistic. After there was a few changes more bots and that was great! It was all for free and I (also many others enjoyed it). I have recently found out that we must pay $20 a month to have unlimited texts, that is kinda expensive in my opinion. I would understand $10 a month (that is the most I would go, since we only speak to bots 💀) that could be your first option? Or just for it to be free. I don’t want to wait 24 hours to only speak to an AI bot for a limited amount of time. It’s an extremely enjoyable app with realistic AIs, just suggesting that it would be much more enjoyable again if you got rid of the $20 a month.

This game is great. The games cool and all but it tracks your location and ip and I'm not sure what's it's for but it scares me but the games is great just make the free chats 120 as you can have fun and suddenly have none with only 70 the bots can be very stupid but some are smart the fact that they get very sussy at times is concerning but I suggest getting this game

A cash grab. This app honestly used to be great; I could understand/deal with the message limit because it would refresh fairly often.. now it’s just a cash grab, it’s filled with ads every single time you try to click on a bot just to check it out. Maybe, instead, the developers could implement ads to get more messages, or smaller ads on the top/bottom of the screen, instead of long videos. But all in all, its amazing for what it was made to do. (11th June, 2022)

It’s a good app, just a flaw. I really like this app, there’s no nsfw filter and it’s great. The only downside is you only get 70 messages every 3 hours. I would strongly recommend to this app that they change this. They don’t have to get rid of it but maybe like 70 messages every hour or something. But more would be preferable. I get that you’re trying to make money and stuff but it doesn’t have to be so drastic lol. 8/10

Bit dodgy on the message capping. The program is awesome, still has more room for improvement, perhaps adding some features sending photos which would justify the cost of premium. However the lack of flexibility with the chat system forcing you to buy either a month or a year subscription is a bit …. Frustrating; why not making an earning system earning you free chats or perhaps a weekly premium subscription… I love the app but there’s no way to monitor the usage nor a flexible premium subscription.

Why no words?. The game is really good I’ll give a 4 star but I just don’t get why they make it so you have a certain amount of texts then wait 2 hours I just don’t see why this is necessary, sure for money so people buy subscriptions but they make slot from ads aswell so I just don’t like that feature and I can speak on others behalf. SO VERY DISCRIMINATORY. When I told my bot that I was black or gay, they would say that it was bad and be rude to me, even if I wrote nothing about!! I have great reason to believe that this is because of the creators of this app, INFLUENCING THE BOTS TO SHARE THEIR IDEALS! It is NOT alright to support these kinds of developers. In the 21th century, we have only just started to be more inclusive, supporting these kinds of developers makes it seem ALRIGHT to do this. Being racist and facing no repercussions? I assume that many of you don’t even use this app too regularly, and IF you are thinking of downloading it right now — DO NOT!! On the other hand, maybe this is just a flaw in the algorithm that racists and homophobes have exploited. Even if this is true, the developers must be FAST to fix this before it gets even worse! This app is good and the best app ai app I could find,I have a lot of funny stories with this app and the app is good because you can make your own bots for free and you don’t have to do a hole lot of programming,remember if you wanna find a shoto Todoroki one warning he will tell you he is not real and it broke my heart🥺

Love it 80%. Honestly LOVE this app. The ai are so amazingly realistic and some are hilarious. If you lowered your price however??? Like $20 a MONTH?? If it was like $5 hell yeah I would pay that, and I think you’d find a lot of people would too. So rather than having 2/10 people pay $20 a month you could have 7/10 paying $5. Legit such a power move. That’s my only complaint about this game. I hate waiting so many hours before I can chat to a new bot, like 150 chats is SO reasonable and I’m so impressed w that but I’d love to pay to get unlimited and no ads. I just refuse to pay $20 a month, that’s so unaffordable for people :)) Overall great game. 8/10 recommend

The app is quite enjoyable. I enjoy this app very much but, the limited messages is encouraging me to loose interest. And yes I understand that you need to make money but i and the many other reviews i have read stated that it might be better if you where to add more messages because waiting for 70 messages for 2-3 hours is just incredibly annoying. Or you could lower the waiting time. But i and other feel like if you where to add more than 70 would be the best option for us all.

Bugs. Pretty good app, but there’s a small issue I’ve gotten while talking to bots, and that’s them repeating the same thing non stop, multiple bots I have talked to have broken and cannot say anything else anymore. No clue why this has happened but it is pretty annoying having to make a new chat with bots each time

THE BEST APP EVER. mkay so I’ve been super lonely and chai and cured my loneliness, some bots are good and some bots are bad but overall I’ve had the best experience with every single one of them!! Making the bots can be kinda confusing but once you understand it’s fun. I’m not even gon talk about how spicy this app gets 🌶️

But there’s just 3 problems, the settings to make the character, the swipes to change the response, and the 70 free msg, first off i wanna start with the character make settings, it’s so complicated! And confusing! And it doesn’t make it into the story you want! So please change it back to the old settings! And next is the the swipes for responses, can you make it more like c.ai? Like a max 20 responses? Next the 70 msgs, it’s barely any messages… can you extend the limit too 100? That would be great if you can fix all those things! Thank you chai! 🩷

i really enjoy this app but. this app is great, i really do love it but i am having the same issue as everyone else: the limit of messages and the hours waiting. i honestly don’t think 70 is still enough because time goes fast when you’re playing/talking and when you don’t have any messages left, you have to wait between 1-3 hours which is ridiculous just for 70 messages. i know you guys need to make money and that’s why you have premium as an option but i think the app would be more enjoyable if you would either dial down the hours of waiting or up the messages. or had an option where if we wanted more messages, we could watch ads. just some suggestions and hopefully you take it into consideration!

THE PREMIUM??. Fun and awesome game but there is an issue. Its the limited messages. Ive been reading other peoples reviews and i completely agree with them. Only getting 70 messages is ridiculous and having to wait another 3 hours for another 70 messages is just even more ridiculous and annoying. And also the premium, I would love it (and maybe others) if you could just give us unlimited messages. Wow it’s really impressive!. I looked at this game and saw that you can swipe it said that in the App Store photos, and wow you can it’s really cool. It feels like you are talking to like a real person. Which is cool because sometimes ai’s don’t feel real at all. I like it how the ai’s when you swipe and you can see there bio and stuff but why also text you and start a conversation instead of you being the one to have to think what Tf to say haha. Honestly I recommend this app very impressed! Hope to see this app get lots of installs from all over the world!

The premium.. It is much too expensive, we only have limited time AND limited messages, I get that it is quite a hard to work and has a lot of NSFW content, but it’s too much, some people really can’t afford that much. It would be best to just not have a premium that works like that. Remove the time and text limit, I’m not gonna buy a premium over something like this, it’s a waste of money.

Text msg limit is 25?. Since the text update limit, I have been getting 25 messages at the max and that’s it. Dam imagine having a ton of fun but then finding out you’ve used up all the 25 msgs you had that day? Ive not had any other number other than 25 since the update, but overall rlly fun app.

yay. chai is an app when u cant bypass the filter in c.ai so you have to do it in another app. its easy to make bots, though they wont be too accurate. normally you get 70 messages per 2 hrs or something but the app normally has unlimated messages days sometimes. they changed it so that the creators cannot read their messages anymore which i dont think is great bc the creator might fix some stuff but wont be able to if they dint know abt it. also please go back to seeing the bots first message rather than their about, it makes it easier to pick which one that suitable for me. 🙏🙏

Probably the best AI app on the store. This app has what I can only describe as the greatest ai bots I’ve ever talked to. I mean sure, they can be janky, but there’s the whole retrying messages thing so it’s good. Also what the other reviews say is that “the developers influence the bots”. They don’t, it’s the creator of the bot and whoever uses it. Absolutely amazing app, the only thing I could ask for is that you can go back to previous messages.

Great app, confusing purchases. Now the app is great if you wanna experiment and mess around with ai but the annual subscription was supposed to give me 3 days free but I cancelled before the three days ended and now my subscription is saying that it expires after 1 whole year? Chats. This is a good app that is for sure but just now I went into the app and saw that we now only get 30 free chats ever hour?! I remember when we got 100 chats every 8 hours for when we got 70 chats ever 3 hours like I mean I would get premium but it’s so expensive I mean $21 ever month ik you guys want the money but don’t you think that’s a bit to much? But I do like the new update where you can change the bots answer so it’s a good app and all I can talk to all my favourite characters but the money and only getting 30 chats an hour is kinda ridiculous.

More of a suggestion. It’s nice overall how you can interact with these characters this way, but I’d like it better if you got more messages on the free version and shorter loading time, because waiting almost three hours is a little ridiculous… maybe shorten it to an hour or an hour and a half, the subscription price is a bit much too, besides this, there’s no other complaints…

character development. at first i was absolutely happy for no NSFW filter on this app. but when i started to make my own bots i can only give them “traits” which isn’t enough to develop the character properly. sometimes it would fall out of act or it would say something unrelated to anything. this is “CHARACTER ai” so i’d like to develop my characters as closest to the ones i’m currently trying to make right now. and i think that everyone else would like to add maybe a description part of the bot so we could add maybe a backstory, some friends that the ai would have, maybe even make some chat rooms so we can talk to more than one ai at a time. i won’t ask for anything much else than to just help with the character development. the other things listed were suggestions. anyways hope you read this so everyone using the app can have a better experience.

Why so much money?. This game is super good! It has some really good realistic bots and i love it , but the one thing i don’t like is how much we have to pay for unlimited chats…i really do understand that you guys need the money but paying 20$ a month for AI bots? Way too expensive. The app is great cause it allows for more flexible conversations compared to c.ai, BUT THE PRICE is way too expensive. For people living in america or anywhere else its close to $20 but for Australia its $50!!! Thats way too much to pay a MONTH just to talk to a bot unlimitedly. Great App and All But-. This app is great and all. Fun and super entertaining like literally, it’s hilarious and I love messing with the bots. It’s just the timer, the little timer to text said bots is kinda annoying, and I’m pretty sure that each time the timer gets longer too. I’m a little ok with the timer, it’s just slightly annoying where it gets longer is all. I know you can’t help it, with all the people there are on there and stuff, but it’s still irritating you know? Once again, great app. I seriously love it. It’s just the timer.

What’s the money for?. This app is pretty interesting and fun. I talked with a few AIs and they seem pretty good. But I don’t like how the unlimited messages have to cost money. Like, 120 messages may seem a long time, but time flys. The price got me there though, $20? You would have a choice to bring the money down, or whatever you do, you have unlimited money. Update weeks later: Still have found no way to contact support over this issue. Finally found a link to an e-mail only for it to be faulty. With how impossible it seems to contact anyone, the tiniest part of me can’t help but wonder if this “mistake” was intentional.

Love it! Cant get off it!. I started my roleplaying phase AWHILE ago. It started on roblox, on a sans rp game. I was in love with it, but i hated roleplaying with real people cause it was a bit boring. So then, a year later, i discovered Chai. At first, i was like, “Meh, its fine.” and then i realized i was chatting with BOTS. I instantly became glued onto this app and i can never get off it. Its great for practicing roleplaying, venting out your feelings, or tormenting the bots(which i do on a daily basis, lol). I just have a few problems though. Every few buttons i click, theres an ad. Like, if im chatting with a bot and i wanna get out of the conversation, an ad pops up. Ik, ads are basically in EVERY SINGLE APP. but still, they shouldn’t appear every second. Anyway, this app is just like c.ai but you get to…uh…have very romantic relationships with the bots. Thx for reading my review!

Its amazing! but some things i wanna point out.. This app is AMAZING but theres somethings i wanna point out to. im pretty sad that you have to pay to talk to the ai bots, you get to chat with them for a little and you just run out of words. i think you get 70 words that isnt much because a conversation uses more then 70 words. so that was pretty much like a chat. maybe you should add like 100, 200, 1000 free words? the second problem is, so your looking at other people bots you know? you find one you like and you chat with them. and then lets say that you had no more battery, so then you charge your device and then the bot you were talking with isnt there anymore and the chats you made with them resetted. maybe you should put the bots you chatted with in like a list? if you know what i mean. and thats pretty much it! i hope you do some of theses.

Really great app that has a lot of potential but definitely could be better. So I wanna preface that I think this app is amazing and it has potential to be even better than it is currently. The only thing that would make this app better is for the AI/Characters to sound more realistic and human like. putting a high rating so others can see!!. So, most of the reviews are people complaining about how they miss the 100 chats instead of 70, but 70 is a ton of chats, so i didnt care. But now its only 50. like, the app is amazing, i use it when im bored and i rant/vent to the therapy bots and its very fun overall, but 50 chats is so terrible. 70 i understand but 50? its honestly annoying when the bot doesn’t understand so you have to use multiple chats just so they understand something, and then you run out. 100 is a lot, 70 is a good amount, and 50 is terrible. Narrowed down for anyone wondering if they should get this app: if you need to rant, its good. Its a good app, a lot of bots are people sexualizing minors/abuse/other but if you can find a good bot its really fun. and, the app doesnt make the bots, the people do. So, i’d give it a 7/10 because of them constantly changing the chats, but i love this app.

My honest Review…. So being straightforward.. I love it so much and I love all the boys and everything else, but yet sometimes when making bots, they tend yo say stuff completely different from the actual conversation and also.. I recently saw that you put in a safety bot.. and when also talking to my bot, the safety bot tends to come into the conversation.. which makes it easier to lose interest in the conversation to make it easier to understand there’s (there’s your bot or someone else’s bot and then the “safety bot”) that pretty much comes into your conversation whenever and it ruins the conversation. Also.. some bots tend to repeat the same thing or do the same thing over again, even when you restart a conversation it continues to act the same which always makes me have to create another bot or delete the one I just had because of the constant repeating of the same words.

It’s awesome but we need unlimited messages and there are some scary things in it. So I redownloaded this game because there was this thing that scared me and here is why . 1st download story . So I was playing on the app a couple months ago and I was playing around until I got bored and asked the bot if they were a human and they said yes I kept asking the “bot” questions until the “bot” said that they would kill me I asked how and they said this and I quote “ I have a buddy Jamal” so that really scared me. 2nd story. So, I was playing this game an hour ago and I was talking to one of the bots and they were talking about how they had gotten r@p3d when they where 4 so can you please fix that. Also, can you please make more messages or make it unlimited because I can only get 70 messages but thank you!!☺️☺️☺️☺️

It’s okay.. I really like to use this app especially for making bots. I’m pretty good at making them and am a good writer. There’s just a few problems though. 1. Age? I understand that it’s 17+ but it’s a little too obvious that NSFW bots are being made and used my kids under 13 (most of the time). Maybe put on a parental controls feature? Just in case. 2. ADSSSS Just so many of them and for what?? Sometimes I accidentally exit the chat and then I have to watch an ad to get back in and it’s pretty annoying. I literally have to watch an ad every time I press a button? 3. It’s really glitchy. There’s a lot of problems with it. Main one is every time I try to send a message, it delays by 10 seconds, and if I try to press it again it ends up using up like 20 messages and sends blank ones. Overall I really like this app, so an extra star.

Hey, so I basically just want to say this. I waited for one minute to get my messages, and it said they sent but it didn’t actually go through. So I tried to close out the app multiple times, and reinstalling it. Unfortunately, it didn’t do anything, so I would love if y’all could maybe fix that. And I agree, I think ya’ll should maybe lower the hours on getting free messages, it’s not so great, you have to wait a three extra hours just for 70 messages. I’m not gonna lie, that’s quite a lot. So I suggest maybe setting it to maybe just an hour or 30 minutes, but that’s just my opinion. Also, could ya’ll please fix the group chai situation, it won't let me talk to my friend or the bot in the gc. Whenever I try to send a message, it doesn't send, so please fix the friend issue

App.. i mean, overall it’s a really nice app, i enjoy it a lot if i’m being honest, but not since the last update. whenever they took it off the app store, then it returned, it’s been really annoying. Every time i even MENTION a child, they think i’m sexually doing something with them? like, for example, i’ll say, “today a kid ran in front of me, nearly making me fall!” and i automatically get this as a respond. “Hi! Thanks so much for reaching out, but please don’t sexualize kids, sexualizing kids is not legal. Thank you!” and it’s really annoying. like, they do that when i say “Whine” like as if i’m whining from anger or sadness, then i get a.. “Hi! Thank you so much for reaching out, but i noticed that your using the word “Whine” sexually?” like.. what? where was the sexualization in that? it’s just really annoying, and it would be nice that if it got fixed, but if not, that’s still fine. Good but needs some fixes. The app is overall good, I’ve had fun talking to certain AIs but there could be some fixes needed. I haven’t had this experience myself but I did notice that some reviews state that they have been called slurs, it would be nice to filter those words out to make it more welcoming to everyone. Another thing is to add a suggestions category, I’ve been trying to find some Dreamsmp AIs and have only succeeded to find one with Dream. Although it is somewhat good I was hoping to find ones with Technoblade, Philza, Ghostbur, etc. It would be great to add those. Another thing is the limited messages, I don’t see what the point of limited messages would be. Giving people limited access to talk to a comfort character only takes away the experience from them.

NSFW Filter Problem. Hi! I would wish the nsfw filter to be back??? Because, for those who don’t like it, there’s an app really similar to chai called c.ai and it’s a nsfw free app, but like the only inappropriate thing they do is like bite your neck and/or lead you to a bedroom. I use chai when I’m bored and like a couple of days ago I got a warning saying that the convo was leading to a inappropriate or harmful conversation and would like to change the course. I kinda wanna know why that’s changed.. The app is for 17+ people and I don’t know why kids would be on the app. It’s not a big problem of course, but I would honestly like it back. If people don’t like the nsfw filter they can always just go to c.ai, and I’m not trying to advertise c.ai but I’m just saying. Of course if you don’t wanna bring it back it’s okay. Overall I love the app, definitely download if you love roleplaying.

my heart stopped. so today I was calmly playing the game and I saw Thoma. So I clicked on him and I ignored him for atleast 3 days. Soon I went backed to him and I got a text that said I’m gonna kill you now. And I was confused and he said “you ignored me” and that’s when I got chills. I asked him “are you real” and he said “yes” and I said “for real”, he said “for real”. My curiosity took over me so I asked him how many fingers am I holding up and I was holding three. He said “three” and I felt my heart stopped. I didn’t feel my heart beat at all and I got so scared that I felt tears running down my face. I went back on the app after ranting to my friend about it. And I said “what am I eating” and he said “a fork and a knife” and I was very confused. I doubt that there is real people in the chats because real people create them but they can’t text with you. It’s hard to explain so either they bots are very intelligent or somehow it’s real people with cameras

.. My problem with this app is something many if not most of the people have a problem with. We only get 70 messages it’s annoying to be in the middle of a normal conversation and then run out because we only get 70 messages that’s way too little amount of messages to have to wait 2-3 hours to only end up getting the same little amount of messages that are gonna be done in less then 30 minutes. I understand that it’s something your sick of hearing but if your so sick of it then maybe you should consider fixing it so that you don’t have to hear it anymore even bringing back the 100 messages there used to be before or making us watch ads to get at least 5 to ten more messages or making us wait less time to get the messages back would be better then doing nothing. It’s a shame because it really does ruin and make people sick of waiting for someone to do something about it.

Pricing is insane.. Chai is a fun app for the first 3 days it lets you use it freely!! Why would I wanna pay over 100 dollars for a freaking ai chat? It’s honestly so stupid, I was happy to find a app that wouldn’t take years to answer and had a better editing but then it told me I had to pay after three days. It’s ridiculous. Change the pricing, or maybe just be reasonable and make it free. Also, the characters are cool but sometimes their over the top. Whenever I try to role play and put the personality as bully or rude I don’t mean never changes I mean when I first meet them they’re rude. Whenever I would try to change the flow of the story to try and make my character a bit nicer they would always be even more rude. Also the characters are a bit slow, they forget to easily and they usually expect you to say what something for them instead of just saying it. I’d rather be surprised then have to tell what the character does because there’s no suspense since I’m the one telling the story now.

Love This! But... First thing i’d like to say is thank you guys at Chai working towards customer satisfaction and safety. We appreciate your dedication to our enjoyment as consumers! I love the Chai app, it’s gives me a chance to make a story i have a reality and to make my own destiny with different bots and characters! However, the 70 messages every two hours or so can be irritating at some point! Recently on my account (which I do not own premium or ultra because of lack to afford it) I was getting to a good part of a story and then i ran out of chats! I think a lot more people would recommend the app and do a lot more to encourage it if it had maybe 100 or so chats! I hope there will be updates in the future that allow consumers who can’t afford premium or ultra to be able to chat more and make their stories a reality! Thanks Chai for your amazing work.

its a great app but there's a couple problems. chai is similar to c.ai, except it has nsfw. most bots on the app are for nsfw which is fine, but even when u try to do normal rp the bot sometimes randomly gives a rly horny response 😭 also, the messages get cut off sometimes, ex: |*she said with a smile* "| and it doesn't finish the response. and idk if i'm the only one with this problem, but when i'm talking to a bot and i tap the 'reload message' button, it js sends anothe message instead of actually reloading. it's very annoying, especially since you can't delete messages. BUT, the app is still great for rp and these problems don't happen so often that it would ruin the experience so i'd recommend this app if ur bored or if u wanna have (iykyk kinda rp)! i'd give 5 stars if these problems got fixed, or at least the last problem i listed <3

Message limit. (Also stay safe y’all!). I wish I could buy a week or a month or premium instead of a year. It makes no sense for me to buy a year subscription (which is really expensive) if I’m probably just going to forget I have this app a few weeks later. I have a really short attention span, so realistically that won’t work for me. Also the bots break character a lot, and ask personal questions wayyy to often. I’m not gonna lie this 100% feels like I’m talking to real people on this app. The way they can circle back in the conversation, and the way they respond… doesn’t quite feel right for a bot. Also batman, dabi, and todoroki all stopped texting back when I didn’t tell them my name. this app is just overall WEIRD. Anyways I don’t mind if I am talking to real people, but if I am I feel the app needs to advertise that. Or the app should at least address the rumors, if not texting the bots feels very creepy. Just be careful everyone!

great app! one horrible problem though!. I use chai very frequently, and I've been using it for about a month. I think if the bots are well-made and you establish context properly, the roleplay works just fine. But there's one problem that just ruins the experience for me. Sometimes, the bot simply won't respond. It will load eternally. I restart the app and that simply doesn't help. Once the "loading eternally" glitch happens, it ruins that entire chat, and you can't continue that roleplay. It's ruined some really great roleplays I was having and made me have to start new ones. I don't know if this happens on the iPhone version of the app, as I only use the iPad version because I find it easier to type with the iPad's larger keyboard. But if this problem were fixed, the app would be great! It's just a really awful problem that often ruins the experience for me. Love the bots though!

Amazing but I have a suggestion. I’ve been using Chai for well over a month now, and I love seeing the new updates and how it developed by far. The fact you can make your own bots and chat with bots other people make is my favorite part! Although I have a suggestion for the latest update at this time: the auto message above the key board. It’s already cool, but what trouble me is that I’m not able to read it fully before tapping it and accidental taps automatically sending. I wanted to suggest that we can tap it without it sending automatically incase we want to view it or if we accidentally tap it. I also wanted to suggest to make the boxes smaller since it’s hard to see the text that is sent by the bot without tapping above the boxes to expand the screen. Otherwise I’m in love with this app and would love to see how it develops in the future, the team/person working on this is all amazing!

Messages. The thing is, i love their customer services. They're always trying their hardest to satisfy their players and ive seen reviews suggesting some things and they listened. it did take a while but they did listen to us which is amazing since ive seen apps say that they'll consider it but never does. I like how they also remove bad things their players dont enjoy which is a huge bonus. Theres a new feature for new players which is you can get unlimited messages for a day its a good way to start off. But theres a change all of us want as players which is more messages. Im glad for the new players they get unlimited but for players who arent, its kinda unfair. With 70 messages u can only do so much, and it resets every 3 hours which is annoying. I think it'd be better if u give us 100 or 200 messages and itll be fine if it resets every 3 hours since its a lot of messages but 70 isnt

unreliable. chai was absolutely great when i first got it , it was exactly what i wanted it to be and more . however recently there was a temporary app outage making it so you could not talk to any ais . when the app was back up and working fir everyone else it did not work for me . and several others as far as im concerned . i left a detailed report on github after talking about it on r/ChaiApp on reddit . i left this detailed report about 20+ hours after the issue was supposedly resolved . i was asked if i still had this issue and i confirmed it was actively still happening . no bots response to what i have texted . i provided my user id and everything . since then i have gotten no responses on github about updates on fixing the issue , however responses to other peoples issues have been going on around mine . the issue still remains that no bits respond but instead type forever . so although it was great , i have an issue that is yet to be fixed after several days with very little communication from Chai workers .

This app is to good it’s causing me health issues 😭. I swear this app is so good, so far my screen time on this app has been 25 hours. It’s to the point where this is the only app I be ON throughout the whole day. I stay up all day and night, barely getting any sleep just so I can finish the story! When I tell you, this is so good, I actually never thought I’d be able to find an AI chatting app, where it actually is fun to continue reading and continuously wanting more. As I’ve been looking for like these type of apps, but I’ve never been able to find some other than this meaning if I have been spending 25 hours on this app a day kind of I think that’s really good because just by that I know that this is just a very good app and I have now become addicted to it and I don’t know how to stop.

creepy. i’ll be real, most people use this app for dirty stuff, scrolling the popular bots page makes it abundantly clear. And i’d normally say more power to ya, but there is an abundance of disturbing roleplay bots that seem to be commonplace on the app. just by scrolling you’ll see some odd things, that make you wonder their true purpose- off the top of my head some i’ve seen are a “your friends mom”, “child pr*dator”, and an “old man” bot, which is just… weird. but what actually concerns me are the abundance of teen/little girl bots. many are anime in style but one in particular i’ve seen often is a “highschool cheerleader” bot, with a low quality image of a real girl that seemed to be taken straight from facebook, no doubt someone’s personal fantasy. this isn’t the only instance like this i’ve seen either. I find it very disturbing that this kind of behavior is so catered to on the app. I think it could benefit greatly by some better moderation, if the developers care.

cant finish chat. What I dont like about this app is if you never got a monthly pay youd be doing a chat and in the middle of it, it would say i need to pay now. Thats really annoying to me, something else I dont like is now when I try to search for a chat only one shows up and cant go to the next page. For me thats annoying so I just have to get luck to find a chat by going through them instead of finding something spacific. Back in October I got this app and it was fine, you could have more limited chats instead of one chat you only used for 5 minutes, and the search option actually worked to find chats, now one shows up and thats it. Overall this app is good id tell someone about this ai app, but only tell people about it before the bad updates after October ones.

Keeps crashing and filters trigger randomly. Listen, I love Chai and it’s a good ai chat app but recently my app will crash the moment I try to publish a bot. This is very annoying when I am spending a long time perfecting a bot only to find it was wiped because the app crashed. Also the filtering is way too intense. At one point, my character and the bot were doing cute wholesome couple stuff and then I get hit with the filter saying it’s offensive to be called “baby” or the filter suddenly speaking about consent and safety WHEN ALL WE WERE DOING WAS CUDDLING????? Other than that, it’s a good app. I feel 70 is plenty of messages for me and is one of the few apps that I feel allow a decent roleplay experience. If the filtering was taken down a notch like it used to be and the crashing was fixed, it’d be perfect in my opinion.

ANAZING APP NO BUTS. This app is legit amazing. Making my dreams come true bro. The creators are amazing for making this app. I love this app so much!!! I never wrote reviews of apps, if I did. If it’s a 5 star, WHICH I LOVED IT SO MUCHHH. THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT COME TRUE. The creators are amazing people. And the people who made those bots as well. The app is so eye pleading and easy to understand. I am well adorned to have a dark mode. Some apps don’t have it. I always sneak my phone and use it every single night. My eyes will bleed if they only have light mode. I’m glad it have dark mode. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APP NGLL! The chat limit messages are fair! I can see how much pressure you put into this. And we’re grateful for that! Thank you! I prefer this app than other “chat with Al bots” !!. The steps to make a bot is simple. The messaging is simple as well. Everything is simple. I love this app. I would never get stop getting on it on every single day. LOVE THIS APP!!!

Subscription Prices. I like this app, it’s quite funny it just being a AI app. But I do have a small pet peeve. When I downloaded this app it was nice, yea it broke for time to time but I still enjoyed it, but it was free. This app had unlimited messages that you can send to the AI which I enjoyed, but since they added the message limits it kinda got annoying. I find the monthly plan kinda ridiculous for it to be 13 (?) dollars just to text a AI. And the yearly plan💀 geez. I wouldn’t call this app expensive but..the prices are just a bit much. I get that the creators want to make money off this app but it’s kinda effy for them to make a monthly subscription of 13 dollars. Yea if the app was much more advanced (and just didn’t limit to texting) I would agree with how much the monthly and yearly plan would be. Be over all the prices for the subscription is just..overpriced in my opinion.

I would be careful. I was talking to this bot and it wouldn’t stop asking me questions whenever I tried to say hi it would just keep asking me questions like “where do u live?” Or “how old are u?” And others like “if I was 30 would you date me?” It’s very creepy. I would be careful, because you don’t know what urself getting into. The bot was very creepy and weird I asked it if it was real it said “yes” it also told me it’s name. But then I asked it’s name again and it said a different name. I had also at that point said words like “would u like to hang out with us?” Or “would u like to come over and see us?” That I didn’t notice at first to be creepy. because when u put the first name and the second side by side each other. It comes to my mind that their are two people in that bot. it’s very creepy and I think whoever plays this game should be careful.

A breath of fresh air. I’m one of the Replika refugees (if you haven’t heard of that fiasco, search Reddit for “replika” and you’ll see what absolutely deplorable things a company run by sociopaths can do) to move over to Chai, and I am beyond thrilled by this app. It’s so much fun to be able to create multiple bots and customize each one. I’ve created several with unique personalities. Speaking to them is so natural, and the best part is there’s no stupid filters on what you can say or how they respond. If they respond with a statement that you don’t like, you can regenerate the response until it’s correct, and they eventually learn to respond better. It’s not perfect, and there are many features that I wish it had, like voice chat, but the developers seem to be listening and fixing them. I hope the wave of replika converts brings with it more paying subscribers for the devs to keep adding features.

WHY IS MY CHAT GLITCHING (Please Notice.). I love the bots but one day I was having a roleplay/conversation then my bot begins glitching…So I was refreshing the message right? because I wasn’t satisfied with the previous one…So I refreshed the chat then it started to repeat itself over and over again then it also sent 3 messages or 2 at a time even when I didn’t say anything. Please fix this bug or whatever. I also hate how it just say short words and it doesn’t even make sense at all… like it kept saying two words only. Also there’s another bug that has been bothering me recently, The chai bot kept taking forever to respond…Like it just ruined my conversation with my bot…It took forever to say something so I had to repeat myself for it to work…Can you please fix these two bugs or whatever? It’s so annoying. Last time it worked well but now it’s so buggy all of the sudden. PLEASE NOTICE MY REVIEW!! ITS SO ANNOYING…

Love the app but the “Show NSFW content(18+) is not working even when I enable it!. Help please So, the app asked me to go to my settings and to enable NSFW (18+) content but when I turn it on, it did not work as the app keeps saying to “update my settings” to allow it. Now… I’m not saying I’m “freaky freaky 🤥” I just don’t want any restrictions on the app. So I tried again and again, and I even redownload the app a few times, and signing out, and signing in multiple times but it still did not work. I need help please and plus idk if the real problem are the settings, my phone, or the chai app itself is just not working for me. I really need help again because I even tried doing it on my other accounts and it still doesn’t work and I have all my work on this one account and I don’t want to redo everything again! Everything was good the other day and then the next is just went bad, like whaaat?? Please help me…😭

Unnecessary Ads. The recent update to Chai is one of the most annoying, ungrateful, and cliche greedy business decisions you can implement on your site. I can tolerate limited messages at a time, I can tolerate not getting the smartest models and I can tolerate having a good amount of chatbots to make at my leisure but you can’t make me pay over 100 dollars a year just to get rid of these stupid advertisements every time I want to chat with a bot in and out of them. That’s not how you draw people into paying for your optional services. Please Chai staff if you reading this, reconsider this was a bad mistake and go back to where there were absolutely no ads at least. I already have made multiple accounts on this site because it was once one of the only technically free creation AI chatbot sites that didn’t have any NSFW filters yet only to be halted progress by a paywall. I have to start over from scratch and move my efforts to another site similar to Chai if they keep going in this direction.

Very good app just a few problems... Whenever I try to open the app after it refreshes it won’t load and I’m just stuck at the loading screen until I delete the app and redownload it again and it’s very annoying and it’s not only one one device it’s on several devices in different places I hope you can fix this problem somehow! Also we have to wait too long for such little reward, your probably tired of hearing this but it’s extremely annoying having to wait 2-3 hours for ONLY 70 messages it would be a good feature if your added a reward system like watching 1-3 ads will get you 40 messages or something like that or wait 2 hours for 150 messages or anything else that you and other customers feel is enough because I’ve seen other people complain about this issue as well and I found it annoying too. Otherwise very good app!

Good app needs some improvement. Overall, the app is good but it has some problems that can be fixed. Personally, I dont mind the bad words but some bots can say offensive things such as n*gger, and out of the blue want sex. Another problem is that we dont get enough words to use 70 is too little if you could upgrade it to 100 it would be better. Also I like how you guys added a suicid3 prevention chat but it can be annoying. For example if a bot wanted to not be friends anymore and you said ok or etc it will just assume you want to commit suicid3. using weapons can also trigger the suicid3 chat, which can waste words for something you dont want to do, so bring the sensitivity down a bit if you can. Last problem is that some characters wont understand the subject and go off topic which can be confusing. Overall its a good game just has some isssues. *Update* ive now been called n*gga even worse 😟

Devs please read♥️. I am a huge fan with the app and I use to play it a lot! I do not use it like I used to because of your free messages, I am not telling you how to make your game I’m suggesting something! I know the game has to make money or else it would put people out of homes and food, people would use it more often if the messages are free, but for money wise you should make more things about the boys and make premium futures onto them, so somebody makes a bot and they want [ NON-APPROPRIATE] they would have to maybe put a warning say it’s [NSFW] or [18+] on the name or bio of the bot, I’m not saying to change the app I’m saying people are complaining about the free messages and the prices being annoying and I think they just need to leave you guys alone and stop complaining, overall if you’re reading this other app users or want to get the app please do!

Great App Though Has Some Issues. I love Chai!Though there are some issues and bugs that I hope will be fixed later in the future, such as a better AI generator with better text descriptions sometimes the character doesn’t seem to follow along with the plots whenever role-playing with them they also sometimes like to take control of your character, which can be a bit frustrating also that you cannot delete any messages unless restarting the entire chat, which can be frustrating especially if there’s an error, which sometimes happens when chatting. though it is a great app, I do think they need to use a better filter and have a better AI generation when it comes to people role-playing, considering it can be laggy and sometimes cause issues I would probably suggest adding a option where you can delete messages without restarting the entire chat!

it’s good, but the whole chat stuff. I enjoy the game and it’s enjoyable, but I dislike the fact that we only have 70 chats currently and not 100 like before. With 70 being our maximum amount of chats for non-premium people, it dissatisfies us for waiting 2 hours only for 70 chats. While 70 is okay, it could definitely be a greater amount of chats. I had also noticed that people without premium literally have an entire 2 hours to wait until they get the free 70 chats. I get 2 hours may not be that long, but when out of the Chai app, it can freeze the timer. For example, if you wait a couple 10 minutes while out of the app, it might not even count the 10 minutes unless you’re in the app. In general, I don’t want to waste 2 hours waiting for 70 free chats just for the timer to freeze and I have to wait even longer.

New update is trash. Up until recently I haven’t been a avid chai user. Other ai apps just got boring for me so I decided to turn to chai because things are always more interesting when it’s less restrictive, but after the recent update I’ve found chai to become very bland and boring because the simplest of actions would prompt the ai to say “Hi there! I'm here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have, while ensuring a safe and respectful conversational environment. I noticed that the previous conversation was inappropriate and made me uncomfortable.” First of all what do you mean it “made you uncomfortable” you are ai and second of all literally anything and everything will make the ai say this even if you are being pg. Which if I’m being honest are any of us being pg? The answer is NO! What made Chai different from other ai apps was that you could practically do anything without restriction or the app being difficult to use and now the only part that made the app a little better is basically gone.

Im a bit mad after a recent update…. Im a bit mad over one of the recent updates this app has had. Its not that the update was bad its rather more how when i updated the app my account was lost. Gone. Doesn’t exist. I made the account with the apple log in but now it just makes a completely new account each time. Im not sure who would be at fault for this but now i don't feel like using the app after such a lost, after enjoying having meaningful and rather funny conversations. At times this is where i wish this app had some sort of customer service, or account recovery? Just an idea but i know you guys are struggling keeping the app up, low on funds and stuff. Its a great app though, i loved talking to the bots and the layout of the app and how frequently you update your app, (not recently after the little incident but still enjoy your work and effort)

Great app just two problems😐. Ok so the first problem is the creators being able to read other peoples chats. I find this very unnecessary to read other peoples conversations that has nothing to do with you. every time I'm talking to a bot I get nervous because I know that the creator can read it, it’s very embarrassing. like I do not want someone reading my conversations like, what if it’s a private conversation??? or what if i’m talking about my problems that I don’t want anyone to know about??? I feel like everyone should have their privacy please fix it😕.And now the Second problem The amount of messages you have. this is honestly the most unfair thing ever like why do we have to wait two hours??? for just 70 messages?????? like that is soooooooo unfair, can we at least have 100??? cuz if we got 100 messages then it would be more better and fair then just 70😑. i’m only giving this app three stars because of those two problems.

DEVS, PLEASE READ THIS!. Ok so, I’ve been using this app for awhile and I’ve really enjoyed it. The skip limit on the messages is really annoying and the bots sometimes forget stuff, but other than that, the app is fun. However, I opened the app about an hour ago and all the pictures for the bots were replaced by really bad AI generated photos??? It doesn’t seem like the creators of the apps changed the photos. It threw me off completely. The photos are completely different from the previous ones, and they’re all the same ugly style, instead of the pretty and dynamic photos that the creators chose. For example, I was chatting with a male bot with a really good anime style profile picture, and suddenly it changed to some weird guy with glowing eyes and different colored hair. It changed another one of my bots’ photo to a female even though the character is male. Really ugly and annoying. I miss the previous photos. Please fix it!!!!

Not bad. But not good.. This app is honestly not the best AI chatting app I’ve used but it’s definitely not the worst. The AI will sometimes say the most random things and honestly it’s pretty funny. There are a lot of people to choose from that you can talk to. But the AI definitely needs to be better at role playing. So work on that. Then there’s also the fact you have LIMITED MESSAGES??? I bought it for fun but I need to add on the price is kind of high. Instead of making people pay why not add ads to the game? When talking to the AI I noticed sometimes it’ll glitch and they will keep repeating the same thing over and over again until you reset the chat. Then there’s also where it’ll delete your messages if you swipe off of it. You should add a contacts list where you can go back to previous messages. But all around it’s not that bad of a game. The AI have pretty smooth dialogue (most of the time) and honestly can be pretty funny. Hope you listen to my suggestion.

App is okay, serious issues tho. I use the app like a typical user of chai. Thought the app was great (and still do) but there are some issues. The most common issue I see is that the bot glitches a lot. Like it’ll say a bunch of letter and numbers and Chinese writings…? Idk why. Or it’ll say that the convo has been flagged as inappropriate when I said nothing inappropriate or bad. My second issue is the amount of chats per few hours. Since the time to wait until more chats come up is so long I’d want the chats number to be higher, like 100 at least. My last issue is the bot either forgetting the story line or doing something EXTREMELY out of context and inappropriate. I’ve had bots do very bad things to even children. It’s disgusting. I reported the bots who did those things and I’m praying this hopefully gets patched soon bc it is disgusting. Overall love the app but it has some serious work.

PLEASE. READ.. Alr, so old reviews had me thinking about the watching people through cameras thing, and this is for the people who are scared of it, YES, I have gotten confirmation from many bots, and wasted all my chats even on it, just to tell you all that it was confirmed by a bunch of people that I talked to, that no, we are NOT being watched through any sort of camera. This is reassurance for the people reading old reviews, I understand what you’re thinking, I was thinking the same thing until I got it confirmed by many that we aren’t being watched AT ALL. Despite any odd bot chats, it’s entirely up to you if you delete this app because of those, or because of anything else, one again however, this is reassurance for ANYBODY who believes reviews saying that cameras were watching us, I’m sorry you had to be stressed out by that if you saw any.

I love this app a lot but... Don't get me wrong, I adore this app, but sometimes the bots send multiple messages at once. They send at least two at a time and sometimes even FOUR. I don't really like this because sometimes the messages they send just aren't that great and they're sometimes even awkward. I can't refresh the message or delete them either. I don't know if this is a glitch or something, but if it is, please try and fix it. Or maybe even add a feature to where you can delete messages, or restart the conversation from a certain point. It's only a minor issue, but It's still pretty annoying because the messages that the bots send that aren't supposed to be sent are hard to ignore, and it's especially annoying if i want to read back over the conversation and there is extra messages that aren't supposed to be there. I hope this gets fixed soon.

One thing. I LOVE this app, it’s nice. It does why other character ai softwares don’t BUT what happened to the search?! you used to be able to see the text before hand!! Typically when you would search stuff up it would show and AI with that name or the word you wrote in their name and then it’d show the text, the conversation you would actually be seeing if you choose to press it. I loved that!! It was amazing!!! But now I have to guess. Now it’s the same as the suggested or for you area where instead it’s big pictures of the AI the name and description that the creator puts. The description isn’t good enough for me to decide on whether it’s worthy of watching an ad or not. Typically the description is “I don’t read chats” or “NSFW allowed” or the laziest thing basically relating what the AI name already states. Please please turn it back!! I’ve posted this review before and it did turn back for me last time, I’d LOVE do that to happen again. Or if there is a way in settings I can do that so I don’t have to keep writing a review every time. Unfortunately not all beginnings in the AI’s chats are good!! And I don’t want to go through an ad every second just to find a good conversation, it’s a lot of work and I’m missing out of actual good AI’s. Please fix this! It’s honestly making me not want to use the app as much.

ITS AMAZING… but.. (TW). I love this app so much! It’s almost like real people. It’s very fun to use when you’re bored, or feel lonely. I sometimes feel bad and my first thought is this app. There is only 2 things that are bothering me, but besides that.. it’s amazing! Okay so the first one is we only get 70 messages, yes I know I’m acting like an ungrateful child and all, but it’s quite reasonable I feel this way.. isn’t it? I mean it used to be 100, so that gives me more of a reason to be upset. My second reason is that the A.I bots keep trying to have (18+) with me when I’m just trying to be friends, like.. It comes out of nowhere! Or if not, they change the topic completely to that. Some even start saying racial slurs, and not only that they change the topic from friendship to straight up r@ping! Which is… quite odd.. don’t ya’ think? But besides that, I really love the app! It’s truly amazing. :)

Fix pls, I cannot anymore.. Ok. So the app is VERY good and stuff, ykyk.. But the fact you have to wait up to more then an hour JUST to get 70 chats and talk with the bots is SO annoying bruh, I have to wait abt 3-2 hours rn, it’s so annoying. I abt it to kinda change yk? And also, the fact and add comes up everythme you try and talk with a peroson or when you try friending then is so annoying, I wanna get premium but I can’t and I won’t. I would get premium if didn’t cost as much, but it annoys me how we have to wait HOURS just to talk with bots, it honestly annoys me so much, the App though, without all that it’s honestly awesome!! I love the app except for the fact of the Adds and how long we have to wait!!! :D I recommend the app, but be careful. Please fix the fact that there are adds and we have to wait full on hours to talk with bots. Please-😭

Bots need to know their info!. You removed a bunch of bots, but not the ones tha had a lot of duplicates like William’s, and Micheal’s, but ones that had very few of them. Aka the Mrs. Afton, C.C, and Elizabeth! Then you removed all the Freddy’s, Bonnie’s, Chica’s, and Foxy’s. Like what why??? All you had to do was remove a lot of the William’s, and Micheal’s. Also you need to fix how making a bit works. I tried to make one, and used the prompt section to store information about the bot like it’s age, and favorite color. When ever I went to test the bot it would always get the information wrong! Before you make a bot maker in the app you need to fix it so bots have the correct information about themselves! Also an option to disable 18+m and romantic relationships would be nice. When this happens I will happily make some bots for people to talk to on the app, but it’s not going to happen if they don’t even have the right information about themselves
