Having to pay just to use it. I was in need for a VPN and came across this one and decided to check it out only to be disappointed I’ve the fact that you have to PAY just to even use it. And it’s not even the cheap $7 subscription it’s $20. If this had a free version to where you would have to watch an ad to make SOME places available I would never complain.

Horrible. This app doesn’t even load up its just so cheap the interface is so basic the app keeps crashing so many flaws bought the free trial because of and offer off a website and still didn’t get my reward.

Hard to understand. Seems like the only thing that they was interested in was getting you to join their subscription. Never got to the section that they were going to help me with. I joined today and I am CANCELING today. I will find another way to get the information.

Free for a while.. The app isn’t bad, just thought there should be some free trial, without requesting for card payment. Other wise it’s very okay app.

Its 50/50. Its a great app. If you got $20. But unfortunately not all of us have the $20 to spend on a vpn. I get you wont do it free, but If you could make a free version that youd watch lets say a ad to activate the vpn. You will make more if anything. That will access it to EVERYONE and not just the maybe 3/100 people who click the app

Scam. For some reasons, they are able to put some threaten links/sentences on your calendar and route you to download their app, in order to “protect” your phone from virus. It is really bad to see people promoting their app like this. Just hit unsubscribe and it will fix all problems. Hello!!! I am still here without using your crappy app.

Non easy login procedure. Why do I always have to delete the app and reinstall on my phone anytime I want to access the app? Cant there just be a login access key, or is it my own app installation that isn’t working well?

Trying to edit my last review saying pleasantly surprised. I wrote a review saying how nice it was that when I canceled my subscription due to financial issues on the day it was supposed to be billed it was so nice that they didn’t take the money from my account. I WAS WRONG. THEY DID TAKE THE MONEY 5 DAYS LATER CAUSING ME TO OVERDRAFT. I DIDNT EVEN USE THE SERVICE. Was planning on resubscribing next month but will definitely be finding a different app to use. My review was from “chell80” I believe.

It won’t let you cancel your subscription. I got the subscription thinking I could cancel it but I later found out that I couldn’t. To cancel the subscription if you are on APPLE go into settings click on your user I’d, click subscriptions, click on the armour one, click cancel…Hope this help and ask if you have a question!!!

Even though you can use Apple Pay to cancel what is the point of having contact info for your company if the info listed is invalid? That nor your response helped enough for me to continue subscription! Plenty of others with similar issues with your services! When someone finally responded they tried to go wit for wit with me ! Takes your money/no contact details/no unsubscribe. Very por experience. Offers 3 day trial, takes payment details but no ability to cancel even though you never used it. The subscription contact email is also disconnected, making the whole experience feel nothing more than a scam.

Awful Customer Service. They have now personal settings and it is very hard to cancel a subscription. Not good.. Could not connect to the server, any of the servers actually made this a completely useless app to me. And there is no free version which is pure bull-spit. Take a note of the pages of proton vpn I believe you’ll do much better.
