Not happy. This is so not user friendly! I don’t have time to talk about all the frustration with this watch and app. Bottom line total fail.

Charles. Unable to load app past opening page. No instructions in app. Can’t pair watch with phone. Have been trying for more than a week with no results. Called phone number on web site with no answer after long wait. Will try again.

Set Standard time. I have been unable to set the time back to Standard time and will not give my credit card information to access the app.

Connecting. Can’t read instructions print too small

Not able to use correctly. This was a gift and I can’t sync it or even get the correct time, unless of course I give them a credit card. Not happening.

Unhappy. Do not like the way you have to get all the extra apps and pay for them just to get to the watch app angry unhappy9249

Nancy Knowles-Siddall. I am having an extremely difficult time trying to connect the watch to the app through the scan. The Bluetooth is not recognized from the phone to the watch.

Too many ads in the software. I found the software hard to navigate and the ads were constant. Device was hard to set up and the printed instructions were very little help, and extremely hard to read d/t small font. Going back to my FitBit.

Do not work. I bought 2 of the watches, I downloaded the app but could NOT get the watches to charge. Like one of the other reviews said, you get what you pay for...don’t waste your money. You might get lucky and get one that does works...for what I paid for 2 watches I could have gotten a Fitbit that actually works. Buy at your own risk!

Watch. This watch doesn’t really do anything.. I should have went with a better watch Bc this is pointless to really have an nothing works properly unless I just got a lemon watch..

Scam total scam!!!. I thought this was the app for my new watch. I opened the app and put in my info. Wouldn’t let me proceed without putting in my address and credit card info. Said a five day free trial. And your card will Not be charged. Next day checked my bank and saw a $1.00 charge. From this app. Needless to say, I needed to cancel out my card. Thankfully I did find the right app for my watch. I should’ve seen the red flags when asking for my personal info. Lesson learned. Now I have to wait 5 days for my new credit card. Also my bank reversed that $1.00 charge. BTW. This wasn’t the right app for my watch. Be real careful when finding the right app. Same name.

Justice smart watch. Not user friendly as in there is no true app to pair it with. The app they have you use wants you to buy in other apps and thh HR e time zone is all off. It’s much easier to get a normal watch and set it up than setting up this watch!!!

Directions enclosed. The printing of the directions is too light and extremely small. Having difficult time charging. App is not user friendly.

Set up I’d impossible. The watch has yet to sync up with my phone and the instructions are so small they can’t be read. The app itself is full of ads and Facebook. Also, it is difficult to edit and get to your settings. (Or rather find your settings).

Charging cable. Just recently got this and I opened up the package and there is no charging cable inside have no idea how to charge this thing

Start up. So far I have not been able to get watch going to do what I need! I just need it to check my own exercise and heart. I did not to play games or workout. I know how to do that!

Best free item. i can only give praise to this “ I Watch “ my first one i’ve ever had but it was easy to hook up to my Iphone and really feel comfortable on my wrist, i hope it last, but can’t complain I GOT IT FOR FREE

Don’t buy this watch!. Love and learn; this watch is a piece of cr.p! The user’s “manual” is so small that a magnifying glass is needed to read it! There is no way to contact “customer service”. This is an example of consumer fraud. I don’t want to connect to Facebook and it seems necessary for as far as I have gotten. This is going in the trash. Not worth my frustration! If I could rate it no stars, that’s what it would get.

Watch will not turn on. I have tried to contact support several times and I haven’t been able to speak to anyone for help with my problem.

Need Help. Very difficult to set up. Directions and App very hard to use. I do not want to use Facebook for anything so why do I have to set up a watch (if I can figure out how to set it up) to set up my account/profile.

I Made A Mistake. I made a horrible mistake. I downloaded the wrong app and that is why I couldn’t connect it. The watch and the app are both great and working well. I still love how I am able to charge my watch by plugging it into any charging box. Your product is truly greets thank you 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Fit pro. I am so confused with this device. I need directions on how to use it. I am thinking of returning it!! everything is in German and I don’t speak German! Guess I have to get on the Internet to find out answers. Have you ever heard of directions???

Sleep app.. I can’t figure out how to get the sleep monitor app to work on my watch. Very disappointed.

User Friendliness Rating. Fit Pro is not user friendly! I’ve been trying to update the day and time on my Fit Pro, for months, and it won’t do it. I have been in several different countries with different time zones, and it won’t update the day and time. The most important task of a watch is telling you the date/day/time, and this watch is not doing it. In the past if I connected to the app and turned on blue tooth, it would, but not not now. It’s very frustrating. The watch is not that old. I got it in the spring of 2020. Also, about a couple months ago the band that holds the strap in place split apart, so now I don’t have a way to hold the strap down. I wasn’t stretching it excessively, just from using on a daily basis. So, it lasted about 2 yrs. I liked the watch until I couldn’t get it to work anymore. I don’t know how long the warranty is. Frustrated in Dagestan

FitPro watch. This is the hardest to set watch I’ve ever had. The “instructions” tell u to tap on words that are not even there. Plus they want u to buy app after app after app “free for a while” but then they start to charge your card. It is impossible to set it up. No wonder it was so cheap. I guess u get what u pay for.

Broken watch and high blood pressure. A my watch was broken when I got it … I reached out to the company about it, but got no kind of response. I got mad after it and threw the watch in the trash cause I lost my money and still no watch😡😡🤬

Really a rip off. I just got the watch. Inalling the app and I have to see all these ads! Plus the text is white on white! A few days after I installed, still cra_ ads plus the instruction manual is so tiny, I can’t read it. I tried the various app icons. No sync, nothing of practical use.

Setting. It is difficult to set the time, keep track of your step etc. also to set up Bluetooth. If you can help me with any of these things, it would be appreciated .

Tease. You have made set so complicate, so sad, too bad for your customers. Slip charge items in mouse type is sick.

Scam Deal - BUYER BEWARE!!!. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP! App listed for watch will NOT connect. Watch will not set with phone even after you get it to “pair” via Bluetooth. Bought 4 so I could gift three but when I could not get the watch to work correctly I was not about to give them as gift. Finally got one to work for a few days and the battery runs down in four hours. Save your money and buy a creditable brand. Last thing, customer service WILL NOT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS.

Watch. It is really a fine device. The only problems were that the fastener on one or the devices broke upon insertion and I was over charged for the purchase, and they didn’t get delivered for almost 5 weeks. Watch. I followed the directions as best I could read them with a magnifying glass. I did not get the same pictures on my phone that you show on your directions. I did not get to Step 9 and beyond. The watch is not responding. Not happy at all.

T. How do you connect to your iPhone

I don’t think I like this. So far, I can’t even get it set up! Very frustrating. The info requested is nobody else’s business. I need the option to not connect with Facebook.

Fit Pro - Terrible App. I have an Oshenwatch. Don’t even get me started on why I don’t like this watch. The first day I had it, I scratched it. It’s made very cheaply. I am super irritated about the quality. And, the readout is cockeyed and part is not readable. Next, the app you are supposed to be able sync it with WILL NOT SYNC. I’ve tried everything. Don’t but the watch AND DO NOT use this app.

Don’t like this. Unable to get anything to work unless you give your credit card number. That means I won’t be using this because I will not give out my credit card number. I haven’t had to do this with anyone else and I don’t intend to start now. Guess I will just throw this watch away.

Rip-off. I’m having a lot of problems with my unit. Haven’t been able to find a customer service contact or any return information. I would definitely not recommend. Absolutely no support.

Disappointed - Don’t waste your money. I bought this for my son for his birthday. It took forever to charge, now we are trying to set it up and I can’t get it to sync to even get the correct time. The app keeps bringing up unrelated things when I hit the refresh button. Total waste of money!!!!!!!

Too Many Ads. Average App with too many Ad disruptions that are intentionally placed in distracting screen locations. I would like to focus on the App without requests to install anything else.

No thank you. Received my watch today and they recommended this app. Ugh! First, I do not need to hear sirens and clicking coming from my wrist. Annoying! The ads in the app on my phone? No thank you! The watch is not very user friendly at all. I’m sitting at my desk and I’ve just turned on my watch and app and I already have 1350 steps. Really?! Bluetooth is connected but time says 1:24pm when it is 7:46pm. It won’t update. Not happy. Watch is going back. App is getting deleted.

Tom. This is the hardest thing I have ever tried to operate. I am ready to through this thing away and get me an Apple Watch. Every time I try to open something up they are trying to sale me sometimes. Who ever has a FitPro good lluck

This is horrible. Connected my watch, and not only are the instructions bare minimal, I had to look up everything on videos about them. Some of which didn’t even work. The watch says it’s 3:31 here and it’s 10:34, and I tried to look up in the book and it says the only way it happens is Bluetooth so it’s pretty pointless

FitPro Watch. Cannot get this watch to work! The little bit of information that came with it does not help. Very frustrating!!

Hard to set. I can’t get the date and time to set correctly.

For months now..... Wish I could show 0 stars. I have never had “bind” as an option where I could link this watch and find LH726 for a connection. And I mean months. Purchased in August and still not useable in December!

Smartwatch. Cost under $50 but cannot get it to work. Instructions are impossible to read, no contact info to get help. Never got beyond step6 of instructions. No brand or model info on box- so can’t look for help on U-tube either.

Can not reset time and date, And cannot find a customer service phone number.. When I try to comply with their instructions to set up an account my bank sends me a notice that suspicious activity is detected on my credit card. Have tried 5 nickname and what a surprise they have all been taken even something as weird as ZK 14. This must be a sham company.

BPM. The heart rate and bpm are very inaccurate, nothing like, how it was advertised to all the watch, difficult to scroll through the app. Bad investment.

LT719. Watch fails to pair with iphone. Blood pressure reading inaccurate when compared to blood pressure machine

Setup. Too difficult to install. I can only get up to installing the app then it tells me to click on settings. The only settings are on my phone but I can’t find Bind on my phone so the devises LH726 doesn’t come up. Where to from there?

What a waste of money!. 1) Instructions useless even after try to read it with magnifying glass the micro sized letters. Nowhere says how to pair with Bluetooth. 2) Also disappointed in functionality. Description said will monitor vitals (meaning BP, heart rate etc), but it looks like just a glorified fitness tracker. Totally disappointed. Also arrived 3 times the time estimated, covid or not, they should’ve compensate for it.

FitPro. review: i am already very irate due to being ripped off by this unscrupulously cheating company ‘selling’ a disfunctually ‘fitPro’ ‘watch’ which will not even show a date or time. Trying at present to gain access the management to start again to commence discussions to refund our $260 illicit payment.

The best watch. It was good cause when I started using it I could stay fit and healthy and my favourite thing was when it kept track of my steps

terrible!. I bought this watch and it doesn’t seem to do what it’s supposed to, other than track steps. Hard to know because the user manual is too small to read and is written in poor English. My biggest issue is that at times the keyboard disappears from other apps, so I’m unable to type anything. I deleted the app 8n hopes of getting back control of my keyboard, but it didn’t work. Reinstalled just so I can look for some way to disable this. Contacted the company twice so far to ask how to return and get a refund, but they’re taking their time in getting back to me.

Frustrating. This is an American product, no metric I can find, no way to change the settings, the link to your account in the app is a dead link, screen won’t stay lit long enough, and the advertising is annoying. Save up for an Apple Watch.
