they decided I’m not winning no more. I went from $136 to 1700 on slots and they decided I’m not winning no more. Doing 3-$20 bets. When I got free games, the screen froze dnd the games never started (which I took a screenshot of) and i followed everything that they told me to do. I never was able to finish my bonus game. Withdrawing process is actually terrible. As most others on here have said yes it’s true when you try and withdraw your money the same way you deposited it they will email you cancel your withdraw in hopes you play through it and lose it. Large variation of slot games. I am particularly into playing slots and this app has a great variety of slot games to choose from so that I never get bored. It is very easy to deposit money and just as easy to take out my winnings, it appears in my bank account (within three days) with no drama. Draft king. I played in draft king all the time. And I won a lot at first. But then I found this casino and absolutely love this casino . It pays more , the games are a blast. My only issues I don’t like is I wish they had a recently played menu or favorite menu. So that you can remember what games you played and enjoyed. Deceitful Withdrawal Process. Not only are they the slowest casino to issue your money, they say “instant” yet it takes them 3-5 days to process your request.. simply because they hope you will cave and cancel your withdrawal and lose your winnings. Glitching. I love the site . Plays it often and has won large amounts of money. However lately the app has been glitching or the games. 3-5 Day to receive withdrawal via PayPal. I have used a lot of online casino using PayPal for my deposits and withdrawals. While withdrawing my winnings today from Wynn Michigan they said it can take up to 3 to 5 business days for your withdrawal hit your account. Which shocked me because on every other platform it’s instant or up to a few hours to hit my account. The only reason for this would be that the casino itself is holding the funds before approving the release for some reason unknown to the customers or even the support workers. So if you deposit $50 in cash, you’ll get $100, but it is ALL bonus money, and subject to the 10x play through. Why the heck would you turn real money into bonus requiring a 10x play through?

AVOID THESE CROOKS!. I won $55,000 on a slot. Attempted to withdraw it and it gets canceled and my account suspended. I submit all the requested documents and they unlock my account and tell me to proceed with the withdrawal. My withdrawal was once again canceled and I received an email stating due to “discrepancies” my account is permanently suspended and my funds will not be processed. They refuse to provided a reason or explanation. I’ve already filed a claim with the MGCB and am conducting a phone interview with the local news tomorrow afternoon to spread awareness that if you win big they’ll make up a reason to refuse your payout. What an absolute joke of a company.

Account suspended. I opened my account and it was fun playing on this app then i won a nice amount of money on the first day, i did the withdrawal and after 1 or 2 days i got an email that my withdrawal was canceled and my account is suspended! And its been 2 days emailing them and talking with support but nothing changed they wanted more information about me, i sent them all the information and now i am waiting with nothing.

Difficult to deal with. Having a really hard time getting my money withdrawn from them. They had no problem taking my money, but when I try to withdrawal it the same way that I deposited it, they are having jump through a bunch of hoops. Quite possibly the worst online casino app I have used.. This is quite possibly the worst online casino app I have used. The app is very buggy and does not always work correctly on my iPhone. The withdrawals are super slow. Bonus funds are used AFTER your deposit is used. Currently waiting to withdraw all of my funds, but they canceled my withdrawal because my “recent withdrawal has been canceled due to a withdrawal without gameplay.” Apparently wagering over 72% of my deposit is not enough for them. Customer service and payout. Don’t do it.. I signed up tonight after hearing an ad on the radio. I signed up, deposited $200 and ended up winning over 3,000. I cashed out 2,000 or so I thought. They cancelled my withdraw, and suspended my account. And said it had “irregularities”. Funny that my account didn’t have any irregularities when they charged by debit card, asked for my DOB, Address and SSN, let me play for nearly 2 hours and bet.

Withdrawals. You cannot withdraw to the visa you made a deposit. They don’t participate with my bank to do withdrawal and PayPal is not an option for me. VIP preferred is to strick to be for some of us who are not big spenders. Wynn bet should not process deposits from Visa if you can’t withdraw to the same method. I will play thru my winnings but will not be back.

Better than most. Draft Kings is probably still better, but Wynn is equal to Points Bet and better than MGM. It is superior to Golden Nugget , Fan Duel and Ceaser’s. Note Ceaser’s was excellent at one time, but now has a very poor casino and generally some of the worst odds and promos on sportsbook.

Misleading promotion, poor ux, extremely broken cash out system. The deposit match does not apply to the Sportsbook, only the casino, and you have to turn it over 10 times. I only wound up with 100 of my 1000 match and I wanted to play through on the sportsbook, I was playing through on the Sportsbook and I would have kept all of it until I realized I was not earning any of that thousand. Furthermore I had parlays placed that were somehow turned to much larger straight bets, very very poor design on the bet page-and the worst of all is the cashout, even with odds not moving on multiple games before the games you are not allowed to cashout or bets where the cashout should certainly be there, and would be hundreds of dollars on FanDuel or mgm or Caesar’s, simply has no cashout option. If you are here for the Sportsbook look elsewhere. Very disappointed

Beware - You will lose all of your money. I signed up through Facebook under a promotion for depositing $250 for $1k in “free” casino bets. Immediately, the total $1,250 was locked into an account that required a 10x play through of the bonus amount. ($10k) to be eligible for any of the funds to be withdrawn. I chose a fairly safe slot that I play at most other online casinos (MGM, Caesar’s, DraftKings) and have never before seen the odds so highly skewed in favor of the house. I’ve won and lost plenty in my time online betting, but I have never seen $1,250 deplete as fast as I have today. I filed a complaint with them requesting for return funds due to my app continuously crashing while betting (preventing me from hitting bonuses) as well as the odds being so highly favorable in their direction. I have also filed a complaint with the Michigan Gaming Control Board as their customer support was useless, and I expect a computer generated response as a result of my review here. Don’t use play plus for deposits!. I like this casino it pays way better than golden nugget.. they could do some more promotions though.. I won a pretty decent sized amount about a month & a half ago & someone got ahold of my card numbers & made 3k worth of fraudulent purchases.
