Amazing Cute Clothes!. Brandy’s clothes are so cute and trendy and amazing quality! Yes it is one size, but more petite girls need clothing that will fit them nicely and won’t be too baggy. They have some bigger sizes too but you just have to search for it and look at the size charts because everything is labeled as “one size”!

Love this app!. This app is amazing! So easy to navigate and so easy to find what you’re looking for! Brandy Melville did an amazing job with this app and the check out process is so smooth! My granddaughter loves this store and I will definitely be ordering from this app from now on!

Finally a store for me!. I’m 5’3” 115lbs with a 23’ waist and 34’ hips and this is one of the only brands I’ve found that fits me perfectly. I’ve struggled for years to find things that fit me and I’m so glad this brand exists. Skinny people exist too (even if we’re not the majority anymore) and we deserve clothing brands just for us! Plus sized people have multiple brands just for them so why can’t skinny people? I think people just want to be mad at something 🤷‍♀️

controversial,?. in my opinion, Brandy Melville is a good clothing store. yes, they do not have larger sizes but that just means you can shop in other sites/apps/stores it’s not that big of a deal,, + SHEIN has many options similar to brandy so if u need bigger sizes try SHEIN or Romwe. people r complaining about how this store isn’t inclusive but I’m literally in between average and midsize n I still fit so?? maybe don’t complain cause their clothes are good and that’s the point. plus this website caters to young teens so?? ofc it doesn’t fit u if ur like 23 unless ur skinny so tbh this store is pretty good, and I am not ignorant. I have been in a point in my life where I was overweight never have i ever complained about brandy’s clothing so. yeah 5/5 rating for this. if you’re anywhere from 10-15 and are skinny-midsize their clothes will probably fit u if ur wondering. 10/10 recommend purchasing

please combine listings!!!. i love the app! just needs bug fixes & maintenance. one of the only flaws is that there are multiple listings for the same item. when you look up a certain item ; for example “christy” like 10 listings come up. one listing has around 5 colors, another two listings have only 1 color, and the other seven listings have 2-3 colors each…why? it’s the same exact product??? why not just combine the listing??? like i didn’t know so many colors of the christy hoodie existed until i searched christy and multiple different listings come up. it seems unnecessary. also on the topic of listings: some colors have weird codes in it? like one of the bella tops is legit named “COMBINED W/ [(bunch of random numbers & letters) actual name]” like what??? is that a bug? it’s been there forever so they must know about it…

I’m not sure where else to say this…. I saw some cute clothes from brandy on Pinterest and decided to go and get the app to shop on. I found some cute stuff and added it to the bag but then I realized they only has small/x small sizes. I’m a medium and I find it very disgusting to force young girls into being small and skinny in order to wear pretty clothes. I deleted the app because I’m not willing to change myself to fit into these clothes, and I suggest the same for anyone else finding themselves unable to fit into these weird standards. When brandy decided to be inclusive in sizing I’ll re-download the app.

Sizing issue. I wish there were bigger sizes. I don’t completely u detest and why they don’t make medium or large sizes, I feel they would get 2x more sales if the clothes could actually fit more people, pretty bummed out I can’t fit any of their pants, overall it has good designs and stuff, there are a lot of copy cats for brandy the site is pretty well designed and minimalistic

%1000 worth it. I recommend getting the app then just searching online. Manly because the app has a lot more clothing options and much easier to browse. Everyone is saying how it’s slow but it’s not- My WiFi is very slow but even with the slow WiFi it’s still fast af.

I absolutely love brandy Melville, love the clothes very much my style, the sweaters are my favorite very comfortable and great quality and honestly very good pricing nowadays you have to pay 80 dollars to get a good quality sweater but brandy Melville is 38 dollars for a sweater and amazing quality. And the shipping is good. Totally recommend!

I love ❤️ it so much!!!!!. When I went on Instagram and saw that Brandy Melville had an app I was like omg 😆 yesss. I went to the app and saw all of its clothes and I have never been so happy I am so busy these days that I never have the time to go to the store itself so with an app it is so much easier 💛💛💛

My experience. I ordered a package on July 31 and I chose the 2 day shipping or something either way I had to pay extra for it so instead of the normal $7 shipping I paid $10 for shipping and I was expecting it to arrive July 4th Bc that’s what I was told but I just checked my package updates and I’m being told my package will come tomorrow due to shipping delays. I understand that shipping packages is really hard but don’t make your customers pay for something that they won’t be getting or at least give them a refund

terrible company!. i’ll be honest, i had high hopes for these products because of how much good i had heard about them. but i bought these flare leggings that i did not like, because the leg was too tall for me. when i went to see how i could return it, the app told me i had to pay for shipping it back, AND THAT I WOULD NOT GET A FULL RERUND ON THE SHIPPING I HAD PAID BEFORE. this is outrageous and i will not be buying from Brandy Melville every again. deleted the app obviously, which was terribly glitchy and was organized horribly, i could not find the return instructions clearly. 0/10 experience.

Love this brand. High quality cute clothes that are also affordable! You can find so many basics here. And it’s such a relief to be able to shop without seeing plus sized everything. This brand stayed true to their original model despite the pressure to accept and accommodate everyone and that’s respectable.

LOVE. brandy melville is one of my favorite stores. theres a lot of cute clothes and they aren’t expensive. i understand the hate it gets but i wldo think its unnecessary. there are other stores. there are stores for bigger people. and here is a store for skinnier people. nobody hates on the stores exclusively for larger people. anyway, app is easy to use, clothes are great quality. and workers in all the stores are super nice

Needs Some Fixes. When I went to the website, it said that one of the tops were out of stock. But when I went to the app, it said that same top was in stock?? And when I went to checkout it wouldn’t let me. Just use the website to order.

PLEASE READ!!. i love Brandy Melville and their clothes, they are so cute stylish! but what i don’t like is the one size fits all. women come in all shapes and sizes and this shows once again that people think the main beauty standard is “skinny”. it’s not fair! so my word of advice is to start making these clothes for plus-size women as well! please make brandy melville more inclusive to all women no matter their size!

Love this Brand and this App!. I have been shopping at Brandy Melville for years now and downloading this app just made it super convenient! The Apple Pay feature makes it super easy and checkout and it is so easy to see what’s new to the site! Highly recommend if you are a Brandy Melville shopper like myself.

ADORABLEE. this is honestly so cute their clothes have an amazing material and have never ripped or anything like that. if you are plus size i would not recommend this though only because most of their clothes are one size or a size small. overall i would absolutely recommend this store and app !!!! 🫶🫶

BM is the best. In my honest opinion. BrandyMelville is the best. 100 percent cotton, and very affordable prices. Also, if you can not fit in your pre college year jeans, maybe it’s time to find clothing to cater to your size and needs. There are no surprises to this company and their branding. If you are unhappy, please go complain to your mother. The general population does not care. Good Job BM. Thanks for allowing us to feel comfortable no matter what size we are.

LOVE THIS APP. Honestly, this is the most helpful, reliable, and used shopping app on my phone. It gives you updates when something gets restocked, just in, delivery updates, and more. It works a lot better than the website, because the website always lags. I absolutely recommend this app!!!

Opinions. In my opinion, brandy is one of my favorite clothing brands. Most of their clothes are inexpensive and good quality for the price. And I get it, everyone has their own opinion on brandy because they don’t sell bigger sizes, which don’t get me wrong I even think it’s odd. But browsing the site in depth made me find items that were medium sized or XL. Really just browse and you’ll find what you want. When I ordered from them, I was not disappointed and they had really nice quality. 5 stars from me.

DOES fits larger sizes! pay attention to measurements. i used to dislike brandy for not having many sizes, but if you look on the website a lot of their clothing will fit sizes M-XL if you know where you’re looking. while some of the tank tops are small (24-32 inch chest), most of their hoodies and long sleeves are 40-56 inches around the chest. that’s much over an XL. so even though they only have “one size”, all of their pieces differ in sizing! you just need to look. i’m size L and i have a ton of brandy melville sweaters and long sleeves. they do not ONLY cater to skinny size 0 women. the media just tries to demonize them for only having one say even though that “one size” varies a lot.

Terrible. If i could, i would give this zero stars. First off, there is no diversity in the models all the models are skinny and white. secondly there are almost no sizes to choose from except xs/s or “regular fit”, like are people supposed to have a certain body type to fit into your clothes?! Clothes are supposed to fit YOU not you fit in the clothes! also i once saw that there where nice designs for the clothing on a display but now they’re just ugly designs, if you want to stay in business you better make a lot of changes starting with sizing.

Could use improving!. I myself is a big fan of Brandy Melville. However i don’t like the online app. I love shopping in the stores however the online app does not live up to the same standards. I ordered a shirt online and it took a while to come and in order to track my order it made me download an app called SHOP. As well as the app said they would send me updates on my orders via email and I got one saying my order was shipped. It also doesn’t give me an estimated time of arrival. I also tried to pay with a gift card and wondered why it wasn’t working. Because there wasn’t enough money on it and I needed to pay the balance. It just kept Gift card unavailable it did not tell me anything about there not being enough money on the card.

wonderful! but complaints about being fore only skinny girls is utterly unnecessary. hi there! this app and store is the best, i love everything from here and it fits me wonderfully. i’ve seen a lot of people complaining about it being for skinny girls only. there are tons of shops that are meant for plus sized only, and i think it’s fair that they finally create a store with clothing for skinnier girls such as myself. i really hope that people understand that these clothing pieces are meant for skinny girls for a reason, not in a “sorry this place is for skinny girls only not bigger girls.” and once again there are so many other places to shop for plus sized and bigger sized clothing. please don’t make a big deal about this and understand that it is perfectly fair for brandy to make clothing for girls that are smaller. ❤️

Horrible. First of all, the material of some of the clothes is horrible. The thing about ordering online is that you don’t know how bad the material is u til it comes so when I got my package I ended up hating half of the items in it because the material was horrible and fit super uncomfortably. Second of all, this is the most fatphobic company ever. All their models are under 120 pounds and it can be very sad and/or upsetting for people who want to keep up with trends by buying their clothes but are bigger than average. Even most average people cannot fit into brandy clothes which can cause many eating disorders which I have seen a few myself just because of this brand.

randomly terrible?. I’ve ordered from Brandy Melville before and had no issues but for some reason when I requested to change my shipping address they just straight up canceled my order and never gave me a reason as to why. Disappointed and annoyed with this and probably won’t be ordering anymore just because I would rather not go through all this trouble. I’ll just order from a competent retailer.

models are all the same😡. so i’ve been loving the downtown girl style recently and brandy is PERFECT for the kind of clothes i want!!! they’re nice quality and i’ve never had a problem with any of them! also reasonably priced! i was browsing on the app and i saw something i just couldn’t ignore. the model for the “hailie basic long sleeve crop top” was extremely unrealistic!! i know that all bodies are different and it might not be photoshopped, but every other model looks pretty similar to this one. this one just stood out the most to me. they’re all VERY skinny-waisted and as i’m scrolling i’m starting to believe more and more that these are photoshopped. if they are real then okay, but at least include some variety in body type!! also, all of the clothes come in small or extra small, where are the mediums and larges??? extra large??? brandy excludes any other body type besides tiny-waist and small-chest!! how are young girls who don’t fit this criteria going to feel seeing these unrealistically slim models?? will they think something is wrong with them because they don’t look like that? it’s disgusting honestly. FIX THIS!!!😤

Love it. As a girl would is very tiny, brandy actually has clothing that fits me. I like how their under clothing is stretchy. I enjoy how I don’t have to worry about my waist being too tiny or anything for pants. Because a lot of clothing is for girls who are a tad bit thicker than me and I hate it because nothing fits, so brandy is like a store made for me and I love it.

SIGH….. Decided to browse since I saw a lot of cute clothes from this shop on Pinterest… just to find out that all the clothes either come in a really tiny one size fits all or “S” (Not sure what the difference is.) Anyway, it would be really nice if there were some kind of size diversity here. I’m not thin but I’m not obese either, I’m in the middle but a bit on the thicker side, and I love cute simple clothes so I was pretty disappointed to see that the size variety here is pretty much nonexistent. Oh well.

Good app, but. Dont know why they have added sizes to complicate things, I liked how everything was one size for everything because I knew its already the perfect fit. But everything is finally organized by color THANK GOD. anyone that shops at brandy especially online know that the color sorting was always issue as you had to pick each individual item, now you can see a zelly top in all its colors:) super convenient app!!

Very smooth and clean format, didn’t recognize my Safari account tho?. I have to create a new account because it didn’t let me use the account I always had on Safari, and therefore all the wishlist items and past orders can not be reviewed on the app:/ (it could be just me) but besides that, it was a new experience of BM as an app lol.

My opinion, which is granted.. Look, I understand if I’m not a skinny girl I can shop other places and I will. I’m not one to meddle in these things but it just threw me over the edge, so… What’s would it cost to spend a little extra on bigger sizes? I mean you would get more shoppers and earn that money straight back, if not profiting. The clothes are pretty and look very worth their money; especially because they aren’t unrealistically expensive. If you would just invest in bigger sizes you’d get more costumers and more money. That’s the goal, but overall, very pretty. Just prepare to feel bad about yourself if your not a small or extra small.

is brandy a good store?. Well brandy has lots of cute items, jewrey, clothing, they only have Xs/S and one sizes on jewrely. all though this may be mean but there sweatshirts arent a US small so i think the store is a little more inclusive on that part. and most the clothing is stretchy. i shop here for there jewrey and so i do reccomend that.

11/10 <3. I have been shopping on brandy for a while and I love their clothing, their style fits my vibe well! Some people dislike their one-size clothing, but really it just limits the hassle of finding your size and their clothing are the type that you can still get away with even if it’s a bit loose! They also ship your orders with stickers and little pictures, and I absolutely LOVE THEM! The app is amazingly structured, it really can’t get very much better! Thank you brandy!

Love this app/ brandy. I just downloaded their app, it’s been running smoothly and I haven’t found any technical issues. It’s very easy to find the clothes on the website and is very organized. All of the clothes I have ordered have been super cute! Sometimes brandy’s sizing can be weird, so just make sure you read the size charts, because they don’t display reviews and the models are all fairly tall.

Wonderful, but... I really like the app and still recommend you get it, but I’ve noticed when searching for specific things on the app it may not always appear but on the website it does. I’m not sure why it does this but that’s my only complaint.

clean interface, but some features are flawed. for the most part i’m pretty happy with this app. It functions quite well and cleanly when browsing. however, there’s two concerns i’ve run into: 1. i wasn’t able to log into my existing, perfectly functional brandy melville acct 2. when you’re looking at a product, it’s nice that brandy combines all the colors into one item so you can just see what options are available, but not all of the item colors are pictured, and when you select that item in the drop down it doesn’t show you that color. that would be a better feature to have, instead of having to swipe thru a bunch of photos to find the color you’re looking for. these are features that i thought would improve the app! cheers

Great. I love this app and I am glad that they finally made an app but the only thing is that I have had an account before the update and I used google to sign in and there is no option to sign in with google on the app. Also when I went on brandy Melville, before the update I had around 20 things in my wishlist on the website and like 4-5 things in my cart and I visited the site a couple of mins ago and they are not there anymore and I made sure that I logged into the right account

Love brandy but….. I love brandy and my whole wardrobe is pretty much from there although I don’t fit into any of the pants.😭 the only ones that somewhat fit are the sweats but there way to baggy now and they used to fit fine. But the jeans are just completely way way to big I’m 15 and for it being a extra small size brand the jeans are more of a medium large which is so sad cause there so cute. Also I’m a shorter person so I wish they could make some shorter length dresses because they also are just way to long on me. Just want them to help some of the short ppl out here a bit more

Low key that documentary is useless. I love this app and I think that documentary they made about brandy is just people being mad that they can’t fit into the sizes. Like then just don’t shop at brandy maybe? But I love this app. I had no problem with anything.

Brandy Mellville isn't as outrageous as you would think.. Yeah the "one size fits all" is bad but no one ever talks about how stretchy some of the materials are. I bought my sister agatha jeans (keep in mind shes a women's medium) and she fit perfectly into them. I also bought her the bonnie sweater and she loved it and it looked great on her. The only real complaint i have is most of their fabrics are see-through. I bought the blair ruffle top and as cute as it is i could see through it.

I love brandy and have been shopping there for a while I am so glad they finally have an app the only problem is I feel like it does not have or show all the clothing brandy has to offer I was looking for a dress that used to be on my wish list and it is not shown on the app I wonder if they are still adding clothing items but otherwise I love it!

I did have some troubles with the app though like ordering a item, or like trying to see the different clothes but the same model. I really recommend if you are using this app just be careful and caution when you are buying something but other than that have fun. 🎊

Only for skinny girl. i’ve heard about this app from a friend. they claimed that they only sell clothes that are the size small or extra small. i didn’t want to believe it at first because of the beauty industry that we are in. but i just downloaded it today and i am shocked to say that it is true. i looked at more that one clothing pieces. i looked at about 5 shirts and 4 pants and they all came in the size small or extra small. it is completely and utterly preposterous that they only cater to the skinny girl world. i understand that they made a company specifically for skinny girls but at least make more sizes. every clothing company has skinny sizes but they also go up way past small and extra small. this is basically fat shaming other girls that are bigger than others. skinny girls can shop at old navy or handm and find clothes that are tailored to them and other sizes. it is sad and unacceptable .

my favorite store ever. ive never been able to find a store that really represents my size. im 5' 7" for reference and usually sweats made by other stores wnd at my ankles but brandy doesnt and has enough material for that optimal baggy look. usually shirts especially long sleeves cut too short right below my wrist but brandys shirts and sweaters make it so i can cover my wrist and some of my hand if i wanted too. at stores like shein everyone there is the same body size and i know if i order something it wont look the same as the models becuase obviously they have a different body than i do which i dont mind but just saying that if i see an item displayed online how it fits the model i know thats how it will fit me. so overall love the store

Slow. I’m pretty sure it’s just my phone, which is new btw! But whenever I try to get into the app it is just stuck on the loading page. It just is like that forever. I recently got the app max I haven’t been able to get into it. No update shows up. I gave the app a 4/5 because I love to shop there and am a frequent buyer. I have friends with the app and it works for them. I would definitely recommend it and hope brandy Melville comes up with an update soon so my app would possibly be fixed. Tysm!!!!

Makes me hate myself. As only being 14, I am on the larger scale of sizing. They don’t go over a size Medium and the things that are even medium is few to none. ‼️FOR ALL THE CONFUSED‼️. Ok so i’ve talked to Brandy’s representatives and they said that only the wishlist is available on site. They made a new app AND a new website, therefore the old brandy melville website is not in running anymore. That is the reason why your email and password doesn’t work for the app. They told me you have to make a whole new account for Brandy Melville. Also, the cart on app and cart website won’t match and they are working on that.

Great app but..... This app is a great access and easy to maneuver around in but when ever I try logging in on the app it keeps saying incorrect email or password. When I log in on the website I have no problem logging in with the same email and password I’ve been trying to use on the app. Please somehow fix this I would really appreciate it!!

This app automatically downloaded itself on to my phone. I saw a unfamiliar app on my recently added folders, and saw this app. I’m not into over priced fast fashion type of companies by any means, so I wouldn’t even have looked in the direction of this sort of company. So I’m asking myself why this got downloaded on my phone without my knowledge of permission.

One size fits (sm)all?. Brandy Melville has pretty cute clothing in general, but their “one size fits all” clothing motto needs to stop. All of the clothing items fit xxs-m at MOST. It is completely fine for a brand to target a certain body type.. (ex. petite, tall, plus) but the fact that they say it’s for all sizes is unacceptable. They know what they’re doing.

It always deletes stuff out of my cart. I love the clothing you sell its all super cute but… when i add stuff too my cart a lot of the items randomly disappear. I know it’s not because they are sold out bc i find them in the store available to me.

Decent App. The app works well, I haven’t experienced any problems like crashing of that sort, my only problem is for payment options I cannot use my gift cards as an option which is weird.

can’t sign in. I tried signing in because i already have a Brandy Melville account but when i try logging in it says incorrect email or password. I tried logging in many times to see if i miss spelled something but i’m not. I logged in through the website and it worked just fine. I don’t know what’s going on

PERFECT. I’ve always used the brandy Melville website and there wasn’t a wishlist option, but now that there is on the app, it is so much better.

cant login. I was so excited when I went to the Brandy website to see they finally made an app! Everything was great but when I wanted to buy something i couldn’t even log into my already existing brandy account! Please fix this. I read other costumers reviews to be relieved the problem wasn’t only occurring to me.

Cotton good quality n cute. Its hard to find garments that arent mixed fabrics and brandy has a lot of garments that are pure cotton and viscos! I know brandy has some mixed garments but a lot are cotton and i really like that.

LOVE. I love Brandy Melville and am so happy to have an easy way to shop my favorite brand! The app is fast, easy to use and makes ordering so simple. It’s going to make me shop all the time!!

Brandy Melville. I have been typing in my exact email and password many times to login. I know both are very much correct yet it continues to tell me they’re incorrect. When I go to change my password or create a new account it tells me something went wrong. I was looking forward to the app but this issue is really ruining all of my excitement.

!!!. I love their shop but it seems that accounts were deleted and I had to make another account for the app. On the website I had tanks, shirts, pants, accessories, +etc saved to my cart, but I was upset all of it was lost.

Didn’t Notify me When an Item Restocked. This website is great and all, but I’ve wanted these pants for so long and I just checked the website to see they restocked but of course the size was sold out. Last time they were in stock and sold out because of the size I put notify me when it restocks, and it didn’t notify me AT ALL!! I’m so upset :(

Love the new update. I think it’s great u guys are starting to add more sizes. It’s long time overdue. Like the new set up. Just wish there were more sales and maybe even a clearance section. But overall I love it!

love it. i’ve had this app for about two weeks and i love it. it’s much less of a hassle to just check the app than it is to use google and log onto the app from there. It’s also pretty easy to use, so that’s good!

not great.. most of the clothes are in XS which isn’t very size inclusive, considering their some of their clothing is very cute. extremely expensive for a piece of polyester 😹😹.

hii. I absolutely love this tho I do have a problem with the login not working as i’m not able to log in my perfectly working account which is a promise.

Restock the clothing!!!. I love this store and their clothing but they do not restock some items for months! There are multiple clothing items i want to purchase but they havnt been in stock in forever.

Sizes. I love the style of the clothing and the way everything looks but the sizes are horrible. I’ll never be able to buy pants from brandy Melville because of the size. They’re losing customers because of this. Just expand the sizes.

Good Stuff just need more sives. I love brandys clothes but most of there tanks are in small or extra small and I’m a medium so it’s not that big of a difference but I wish that they had large and medium bc that’s excluding the plus size community

Disappointed. I tried to order my Christmas clothes off here and my order was canceled for no reason I was literally so excited about ordering from brandy Bc I never have and I heard good things but I looked it up and seem like others had that problem as well! This my second time ordering to see if it’ll work this time I hope it does.

Love, love, lovee!!. The prices aren’t that bad compared to other stores with similar clothing, the fabrics are so tight and secure and they last long. Quality is THROUGH THE ROOF and shipping doesn’t go passed 3 days!

Brandy⚡️⚡️. I love there clothes I’m only 9 and a half and I’m so tall that there clothes fit on me I can fit in there clothes because they only have small size and I’m a small size so that is amazing!🤩

No free shipping. Spend a ton of money on a shopping app that only has one size that let me tell you as a parent feels horrible because it feels like I’m co-signing hating yourself as a female just to get to check out and be met with no free shipping on a $200+ order. Yuck. Praying by daughter’s next birthday we’ve outgrown this place.

Love. I’m 13 abt 5’3 and 130 pounds…ya. But I thought brandy would not fit on me because of my weight, but it fits PERFECTLY. It’s not only for “skinny” people. Certain clothes fit diffrent bodies. Shipping is a lil expensive but it’s a great store/app with great clothes.

Height. The clothes are amazing yes, But its just the length of certain clothes like the pants..They are really big and baggy if you are 5'1 like me. But other than that its good.

Good but…. I love the style to all of the cloths but I know this is a very common opinion on the cloths that they only have XS or S. If you guys could make a bigger sizing rate for bigger people.

recommend. i am a skinny, tall person. it is very hard to find clothes in my size, and or clothes that don’t properly fit me. brandy melville is not a multi-size plus store since it is made for people like me, whom have trouble finding cute clothes in their size i love that all of them fit just perfectly. i love all if their unique designs and i just ordered a shirt and got a bunch of free pins/stickers and a vinyl. i could not love a store so much as i love this one!

BEST APP EVER. I am so excited that Brandy Melville released an app. This is my all time favorite clothing store. The clothes are so cute and so comfy. Shopping on the app making ordering clothes so easy and convenient. You can easily track your order too! I would highly recommend using this app!
