Would recommend.. It is a little pricey, but it is worth every penny! I have a 1 year old pup who is quite the problem child in our household! He doesn’t take very well to commands & he stresses when we leave for work, he has a lot of problem behaviors. BUT, with this app I’ve been able to watch videos & get a better understanding, why he does it & how to redirect him. They have videos explaining as well as ways to teach them new things! There is even a dog walk tracker & reminder, for those busy with life! I love this app, it’s definitely taught me a lot, as well as my four legged child! <3

SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE. I signed up for the $7 trial. I set an alarm for the end of the week to make sure to cancel if I didn’t like it. The actual content was the same that you could get from any book, so I went in to cancel. The app and website didn’t show any current subscription, and there was also no way to cancel in my account. I also checked in my subscriptions within my Apple account- no subscription. This made me think my trial had ended. Instead today I received a fraud notice from my credit card that I had been charged $50??? I went back in to look at what I could have possibly been signed up for, both in the app and my apple account. Nothing. Still no way to cancel or mention of what program I was being charged for. Save yourself the hassle and try literally anything else.

Why the app has ups and downs. I feel like this app is really great it helps new dog owners communicate better with their dogs. But I got this app yesterday and I noticed that the first lesson is free! But all the other ones it’s wants you to join plans and i do t have the money for that I’m about to be a teenager and I got this app to help me understand my dog better both of my dogs and I thought that this app was gonna help me with that but obviously you only want people to download it because you want them to join the plan so y’all go money and people don’t like that so maybe instead of doing that think about others and maybe change so stuff we’re downloading this to help out pups not to spend money if we wanted to do that then we could’ve went on shein just fix it plz. Thanks❤️

Can’t Cancel Still Getting Charged. *got a reply that you have to use the App Store to take care of the subscription which isn’t the case. It does not come up under your subscriptions. I had to send 6 total emails, argue a bit and then show them receipts of all of them because they have a no refund policy even thought they make it impossible to cancel without their eventual intervention. Literally can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel payment. I’ve been charged a month for something I’m not using because it’s impossible to reach anyone. If anyone knows what I can do, please let me know. There’s no option in the app at all.

Didn’t have a chance. I want to love this, but I haven’t had a chance to use it. I tried to put on the two phones I need it on and now it’s not on my phone, so we can’t keep up with the training. I’ve wasted $50. There’s no login page, so I can’t log in on the 2nd phone. I really want my money back if this can’t be put in 2 phones. Looks like it could be good, but I guess I’ll never know. I’ve reached out to the support email but haven’t heard back. There’s no other way to reach the app people.

Love it. So far it’s a great app! The content is a little expensive in proportion to the amount available (much of the information contained in the app can be found on the internet for free) but the presentation and visuals are wonderful and the dog walking feature is a great addition. The only challenge I could see would be finding the best times to encourage the users to engage with the app (whenever they’re doing an activity with their dog). This could include dog walking reminders and behavior journal logs.

Sharing profiles. App is great, but when I signed up there was an option to share the profile with someone else. I didn’t do that at the time but I want to share the profile with my girlfriend so she can train the dog as well. I can’t find an option anywhere to do this. Did I confuse what that option to share the profile actually was or am I just not seeing it somewhere?

Super. I just downloaded and have not yet used it. But I checked out some of the training and I actually think this will be the one application. Nicely done and easy to understand. Just because it looked very inviting, easy and fun, this application needed the five star. First impression is everything. I will write another review as we implement these behaviors.

There should be more than a free trial. I think this app has amazing potential but I think there should be 5 commands that are always free. I think if you are seeing results from following those plans you will have more luck with people trying to purchase the subscription if they see the results. The results you are offering happen in a minimum of a week even with your trial I don’t know if I can justify spending the money if I do not see the results.

I love this app. Most of the stuff on here is free, there is a monthly plan but I absolutely love this app. It has helped my golden retriever pup learn new tricks, and thanks to this app she doesn’t have any trouble being left alone! I tried about five dog training apps and this is the best one yet. For beginner dog parents it really helps a lot! And for free! I definitely recommend this app.

It was ok. The app had a lot of great information on it and was helpful, but for $40 a month it was not worth it, sorry. If you have the money then great, but if not you can get a lot of the general information online for free. The first dog I put in it took into consideration his breed, but for the other two dogs it didn’t and I was really confused because Pomeranians have very specific traits and I wish I would’ve learned more about them. But my beagle, the first dog I entered, had one or two things about his specific breed which is crazy because I have to train those two dogs very differently. Overall the app was OK and I would be happy paying $10 a month, but definitely not $40.

Really good app! And free too!. This app is FREE and it also includes in app purchases! It also helps me become closer to my dog and teach her new tricks my most favorite is hold on nose! She went from horribly trained to perfectly trained! It also has ZERO ADDS. This app is a completely life saver and it can teach the dumbest dogs the hardest things even not all humans can do! I would completely recommend!!!

Caution: HARD TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Rating 1 star because this app makes it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription! The training tips were helpful but there is no easy way to cancel the subscription (which is $30/month) without contacting their support personnel, who will just refer you to an unhelpful Apple article on cancellations! I have had to contact Gismark (their overriding company) to try to have my subscription cancelled and am waiting to hear back. At time point I am considering contacting my bank. This is unacceptable! There should be an easy in-app way to do this!

Do not recommend. The app is ok but not any better than competitors that cost less. I bought a week, never received a notice of renewal and paid $40 for another month. I immediately emailed to cancel since you can’t cancel on the app. I received an email stating they will contact me in 24-48 hours regarding my cancellation, which they did not. And then I was charged for another month. I immediately emailed AGAIN to cancel, which they did finally confirm the cancellation but will not refund the new charges even though the error is theirs. Terrible rip off!

Puppy training. I have been doing training alone with help from online videos and tips from other people. He is only five months old and loves people and is 7/10 times obedient but he does get distracted and sometimes stubborn with commands unless he knows he’s getting a treat. I’m looking forward to using this app and having a lovable fur bestie.

Paywall. So I’m deleting the app right away. The advertisement looked interesting and got me to download the app to see what it’s about. After answering a few general dog questions I was prompted to pay 12$ for the month or a 3 day free trial after which I’ll be charged 9$…..I haven’t even had a chance to test any of the apps features or see what service this app can even provide for me before a pay wall. If you want to gain more users you have to set up a different trial program that doesn’t involve making users remember to cancel within 3 days or be charged. Most company’s will offer a dumbed down free version of the app where you can at least access a couple of the features to understand how the app/service works.

Good start. A couple additional features would make this app Great instead of just Alright. The lessons are pretty well explained, though the wording of the command frequency copy could be better. For example, sometimes commands should be taught 10-20 times a day and other times only in 2 15-minute sessions? Setting an alarm for however many times a day owners should reinforce skills would be helpful. Right now I can only set one daily alarm/reminder. Single commands don’t have daily checklists to help you keep track of how long you’ve consistently worked on a skill. That’s only available on training plans when teaching multiple skills at once.

Great app. This app is really nice. Not only does it allow you to train your dog but it also has informative trainings to train you on being a better dog owner. It’s had lots of nice features such as the dog walking tracking, the photo album to take and keep pictures, a journal and so much more. I just used the free version for 3 days and I will buying the app today.

Interesting app, but a difficulty. I really love this app because I am a pre-teen and I care about my dogs, but it wants me to subscribe to pay for watching those useful short videos. I can’t pay so it didn’t let me watch any of the videos, except for the ones that talk about what the lessons will be about. Please fix that for younger dog owners who just want some interesting info to make their dog’s lives better. Overall, it is interesting and you get to customize your dog account and watch the videos to benefit your dog! 👍🏼

If your pet needs training, this app is the way to go. Just bought the yearly subscription and the best part is it’s only $30 a year it’s really nice since it’s a cheap subscription and I’ve been hoping to use this app since the ratings are outstanding. My dog Stella needs serious behavioral corrections and I have great expectations from this app that will work really hope this app works it’s so far been able to understand my dog by research on her breed it’s been amazing and adapting to my dog and her behavior

Not Worth it. i have a pup that just needs small amount if training, so i downloaded this app just like everyone else. but after see the app itself and then the reviews, i would have to agree with most of the 1-2 Star ratings. the prices are ridiculous! and the ‘free trial’ still doesn’t change anything. With the ‘limited free training’ all it shows is maybe 2 things of basic knowledge, things you should already know before getting a puppy, then before the real training happens it’s locked! So in the end, this app is practically useless, unless you plan on spending an overly priced amount of money for it. just not worth it.

The App is obnoxious and here’s why…. I was intrigued by this app because I want to keep track of training my dog, but 1/3 times you click on something in the app, it asks you to buy something or subscribe to their plan. I literally haven’t even gotten through the first category and it’s asked me to purchase the app like 4 times. I put my dogs name in and it was like “are you enjoying the app? Sign up for blah blah blah” REDIRECT**** I JUST PUT IN THE NAME OF MY DOG CAN YALL GIVE ME A MINUTE?! Developers too money hungry and annoying with this one. Give me time to enjoy the app and chill with the apps. Maybe I woulda lasted longer like y’all in bed. Smooches.

I absolutely love this app, but I have one concern.. This app is probably the best dog-training app out there, but there are too many deals that cost 7.99$ a week, that may not sound like much, but I’m kinda running low on money, and I just want to teach my dog to do tricks and to relax. Aside from that, I highly recommend getting this app if you’re a first time dog owner or if you want to relax your dog! 🐶

Dog outside the box. This introduction taught me to look at everyday activities as teaching/learning opportunities. Even though I have owned my rescue Chihuahua for 7 years, I would like to strengthen our relationship. She had a tough year and a half of life before I brought her to live with me. She still reacts to certain movements by me by cowering and hiding even though I have never punished her. I’m a firm believer that if a dog misbehaves, it’s because her human has not properly trained her. I’m hoping going through this training together will help her trust me more.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP. I purchased the trial of this app but for some reason it wouldn’t log me in. Every time I went to log in it wouldn’t. Recognize my account. I reached out to customer service and by the time they got back to me my trial was over and I was unable to cancel my account cause I was unable to log in. I reached out to customer service again and they told me their subscriptions were “non-refundable” even though I hadn’t been able to use it at all. Horrible customer service! You think that for a company that is supposed to try to help animals they would care more for their customers. Maybe this company should use their app to train their employees to not be so heartless. $40 down the drain for nothing when I was just trying to help my pups. Please think before you purchase this app. The quiz they give you will have to be taken again and it won’t even reflect when you open the app and log in.

I like it so far. Learning to make my 3 Month puppy a psd (psychiatric service dog)and he need to know the basics and I’m trying my best I’m not a very patient perosn but I know he is a very smart puppy, he’s a German shepherd and he’s a very smart dog breed and he once learned sit and down in one day and does it like a pro he know paw and I’m trying to train him to spin so he can get use to spinning and walking around me for a orbit task I’ll train him for my anxiety (as a task) this seme like a good app lets see if it works 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️👾👾👾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☃️☃️☃️☃️🫵🏽🫵🏽🫵🏽🫵🏽🧔🏻‍♂️

Cute, but difficult to access. I’ll come back and update my review if this changes, but I paid for a 12-week period with family plan access, and there is no way to add family members. I tried to chat this question, but the chat bot just suggested links about where to adopt a dog, and then said if I wanted to chat with a representative, I’d have to pay $5/month on top of my paid app subscription. So far, the content I’ve used is cute and informative, but this makes it hard to use.

9 and this helped. Okay so I am 9 years old almost 10, and this app has helped me so much! I take care of 7 dogs 2 outside and 5 inside, and 5 cats! All inside* and I have this puppy named midnight (11 weeks) and she is rlly bad abt learning new tricks so I downloaded this app thinking it was just another fake app that barely does anything for me, but this app taught me how to teach her so many new tricks! She now knows how to hug,lay,sit,go in her kennel by herself,wait,gentle, and I did this all by myself! With help from the app ofc! It’s an amazing app you should definitely download! Good bye!:)

I just downloaded this to try it out and see if it helps me individually train all 8 puppies before they go to their forever home/ or stay here on #WeimerinerRanch either way they need to listen and I’m hoping this it the answer I’m looking for… I’ll update this opinion after I’ve given it a devoted try!

Great App!. This app is AMAZING!! I like the fact that it helps me be on schedule with everything I need to do for my dog. I also enjoy how fun and interactive this app is. I love to teach my dog new tricks he’s never tried. I definitely recommend using this app if you want to help your dogs schedule and maybe get some fun out of it too!

Cool app!!❤️. I have been using this app for a couple days and I’m very impressed! He now can do stuff that I have never seen him do before! It’s making me proud of him. The dog I had before was a very bad boy so we had to get rid of him because of the damage he did to all of us. So I don’t have much dog experience, but this app helps a lot!!!! My new dog (Beans.) Is happy and only has potty training issues! Thanks to this app, it has made us come a long way!!!❤️❤️🥓

Immediate Delete. This app is only good if you’ve never met a dog before. Not only is it wildly priced for nearly $40 a month but if it has poor and sometimes blatantly incorrect dog training information, unhelpful graphics, vague lessons, and a few lessons ended with a message that boiled down to “this won’t work if you have a reactive/problem dog” … which is the only reason i got this app!! I will say they have a clicker feature that is a good concept for new dog owners who don’t have one. The app itself is a cool concept but it’s too high of a price for such a low quality product.

How are you going about this app. Under a day I was able to have my dog learn how to balance something on his nose and I very much I’m happy because I’m able to have him balance a tree and throw it up and eat it After my dog learned how to balance something on his head I gave him a treat and he just kept on going on and on and I was actually may able to have him catch a treat when he has it on his mouth and I love this app so so much

Shady. I paid for a 6 month subscription and never was given any information regarding my subscription. I quit using the app after a few months and could not find anything regarding my account on the app. I disagree that there is any customer service or support. Didn’t realize that they auto renewed my subscription until I received the charges for something I never used. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused. A service minded company would communicate with their patrons and notify them. When I subscribed, it was through an Instagram commercial and I believed that I was only signed up for 6 months. Why would I need training after 6 months. For them to renew my subscriptions without my authorization, gets them money for no service.

Was Skeptical. I was skeptical at first, because I was looking for intermediate training with a online (but live…video) trainer. The app allowed me to bypass the puppy stage and elemental stuff to get to the instruction that I needed. I’ve found the training offered to be extremely effective and broken down brilliantly into bits that are easy to understand and follow.

It works. In the past I have paid for obedience training and having to carve time to go across town for limited classes. This app is great. It’s reviewing my skills and my new rescue is responding well! I found the app simple to use and like having assignments daily! This app is great and worth the money. The key is the dog owner has to put the time and effort into it to get positive results.

Great app. I’m really pleased with the layout of the app. It’s fun to use and everything is broken down really well. It seems to have worked wonders for my puppies and it’s really nice because the payment plans are flexible. Even at the full price of $60 a year, it’s still cheaper than taking them to one obedience training session. Overall, I’m really happy with the app in general.

Quite good!. I picked up this app randomly on Instagram as I suppose the algorithm heard me and my boyfriend talking about how I should give my little puppy some training since I’ve had him six months already! Once you start exploring the app, you learn, it’s really filled with a lot of great information from training tactics and daily guides to the puppy behavior issues. Basics on inviting a new dog into your home etc

Pretty good!. This app is way better than I thought it would be. The main thing I don’t like is that you have to pay for a membership or premium for the actually cool tricks. It’s a good app overall and so far not glitching for me! They have a clicker too! which is really helpful for me and my dogs as a sign of “yes you did it!” I really do like this app and I do know soon if the app is still working I will get the premium. I have had this app for about 1 and 1/2 years now. My suggestion, get this app! No better one out there so far and trust me I’ve tried! My dogs are huge barkers too and after 3 weeks they nearly barked when the doorbell rang or someone knocked on the door! Amazing job on this app and as a reward for this amazing app you definitely deserve a good review! From, just a girl who loves her dogs!

THIS IS THE BEST. So I just got the app I was looking on a app and I saw a app and this is the only dog app I have on my phone and it is so easyThe only thing you need to do is know their age part of days take a picture of them a female or a male and that’s it and you don’t really even have to take a picture so if your dog is a puppy or they’re just not good with learning this is just the best way and it helps know your dogs fears or everything and I just love this app

This app is amazing. My dog doesn't know any trick I've been trying to get her to roll over and lay down but she just won't listen I've even tried the treats but I tried but in the end I just end up giving her the treat without her doing any thing. I want her to be a little more active this app is perfect for me and my four legged fluff ball.

Poor customer service. The app over all is good except for the fact that when you try to find an email or cancel your membership you are unable to do so they do not respond to your email request and they make you go round in circles and then when you do find the chat system, they charge you $4.99 to chat with somebody regarding cancellation or anything regarding your account they should make this app a little bit more user-friendly of where you can find your account information and you can cancel it from there without having to deal with anybody but instead they have to hide it because they don’t want anybody to cancel I’ve already filed a review with the Better Business Bureau. I don’t recommend this app do for due to that reason.

Amazing. l this app is awesome. One of the great qualities of this app is that it gives you tips and it shows you what not to do and what to do making it. One of the most easy is an uncomplicated apps there is I also like how it’s free I don’t know if yours is free but for me it is free. this is 100% a five star app. I totally recommend for you and your dog to try it out.

Me and Maizie. A few weeks ago, I had to put down my sweet dog Sooky. She was 14 and we had a great bond. My new dog Maize joined the family a few weeks before Sooky’s illness developed. She’s a great dog but didn’t get as much of my time as I wanted to give her. She’s super smart and full of energy. Now that it’s just her and me, I’m ready to commit to her training. She’s got a few commands already but I know we can do so much more. Woofz looks like a good program for me to give Maize the training she needs and will build our bond.

Resolved. Updated Review.. I had some billing issues but in time those have been completely resolved. This is an excellent program. IF you get a message when purchasing the app on the website to use another payment method, it is an error. Just go back and log in after your first purchase attempt. The app is worth the issues. It is an excellent program. I’ve already referred a friend and she’s now using it and loving it as well. I would not hesitate to purchase this program. But the website has some payment processing glitch as others have said. I think it’s best to purchase through Apple.

Review. This app is a great idea, tho I do think it needs some fixes. As a young dog owner I think it would be best if you didn’t have to pay for lessons. I mean your making profit yes, but all the owners want to do, is train their dogs to make their dogs have a long happy life knowing how to behave and to learn new tricks. So like I said I feel like you shouldn’t have to pay for all the lessons. If you are willing to pay crazy amounts of money go ahead and download. If you are not, I don’t recommend getting this app.

This explains a lot. I like this app! I have only completed the first 2 courses, but it explains so much. Though it’s really all about patience, it really isn’t easy. lol I scold and I scold and all I get is a grumble and a bark lol. Literally. 😂 I hope this app helps you take care of the “doggie issues” because I don’t want him to stay in the crate because he mis behaves. He is so smart I am almost positive with this app I can do it. So far it explains things so well.

I love this app.. The prescription. So I am a 12-year-old and I think maybe it would be a little bit more fair. If you guys didn’t ask us for money to be exact just let us click out of the free trial . So maybe we can just teach our dogs to do basic tricks not a whole prescription and I think it’s not very appropriate to be fair this is probably a great app, and it works very well for dogs to be trained but the thing I’ve noticed, is that you guys ask for money and that’s not very appropriate I mean I get it you need it for updates but I wish you guys would give us an option to not have to do the subscription

Way too expensive !. $40 a month or $15 a week. You are dreaming! This is way to expensive, you should have a lifetime purchase of a certain amount. Subscriptions are so unnecessary for something like this. It should be more affordable so people can actually benefit and more pets will be trained.

The way they’re charging is ridiculous!. It’s not even 3 trial days (which is ridiculous too, just 3 days when you have a puppy 🤦🏻‍♀️) and I was charged $15 earlier than 3 days and this is just a weekly payment 🤯 I’ll do my best to let people know to NOT buy this app. Disgusting attitude to customers!

This helps me train my dog. It helps so much with my dogs behaviour and helps them learn new tricks 5/5 stars!

add says free/scam. as stated this all said it was free. upon reading more reviews i’m not the only one who got sucked into this scam. They replied to a review saying the premium subscription is not the only way to access the app. Which is completely wrong. You CANNOT use the app at all without paying, and people paying say they still can’t use the app. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

🦮. Took weeks to work out how to access after paying. Very frustrating to have to waste so many hours.

Disappointed. I found the woofz app to be frustrating to use. My dog is 2.5 years old, knows her name, her marker, and house trained. Hoping to take it to the next level, but the app doesn’t allow any short cuts, has timers and childish passport stamps. Would have been better off buying a book.

Way to expensive. I was using this app for my dog at home who already goes to training on the weekend I just wanted to throw in some extra commands for him to leave and see if the app could help me better some of the things he struggles with at training and there wasn’t anything at all really and I didn’t want to pay for such an expensive app when I’m already paying for training and can just ask my trainer to add in more commands for the same price it is every week. I’ve seen some much better apps where they aren’t charging for the app to be used in any sense at all.

Good app. Although having to need the subscription to get full access is annoying

Frauds. Don’t get yourself into something you can’t escape from!. I took out the the free trial, which I didn’t use I was going through a whole lot over Christmas up until just recently with Cancer related problems, and I tried to break free of the free trial. Admin! You know how hard that is to do. You have made it impossible for you customers to unsubscribe. It was impossible because there is nowhere you allow people to go in the app, or online, to unsubscribe. I had to take the case to PayPal. This was all the while in between terribly frightening Hospital visits. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!

Waste of time and money. After my purchase, I could not find a way to log on into the app. The only option is available is to do another subscription. The app doesn’t show in app purchases and you can’t cancel your subscription from your iPhone. Lost an hour of my life to what should have been a smooth experience logging into an app.

Great app. It’s a great app. But I think it’s a little unfair that if you want to use it you have to pay a subscription. I think if your going to make something like this have a separate way of joining so that those who can’t afford any subscription a way of working towards it. Like other apps they do it so that the person has to watch videos to unlock the next bit. But overall think you can improve the app but it’s good.

App locks you out, takes money without receipts. Zero stars! Such a fraud! Do not get sucked into this app subscription- its super dodgy. After you use it a few times you get kicked out of your logon. Then the app doesn’t recognise your account and there is no way to log back in easily - it just resets to the start again. $44+ AUD Repeat subscription fees have been charged to my account without receipts being emailed. No record of the original agreement sent to me either. I thought I was paying for a short trial only!! No prompts in app!! Numerous times trying to delete and the app doesn’t come up under apple subscriptions like everything else. You have to email admin to request stop payment. I’m very suspicious they won’t charge my account again. Why is apple letting this developer operate?! Incredibly disappointed.

Frustrating and clunky. This app is a nightmare! I am forced to follow each step even tho many are completely irrelevant to my experience and the issues I want to address. I can’t find how to cancel my subscription on the app and the website refers me to the app to cancel!

Takes your money and can’t use the app. Signed up didn’t enjoy it. Then the unsubscribe didn’t work they took my money again. Asked for a refund because now I could not get into the app and use the paid features. They refused a full refund after I asked about 6 times. A scam of a customer service team speaking to a different person every single email. Hopeless.

Great. I got this for a friend minding my dog. Best purchase ever, I don’t have to spend hours trying to tell them how to react or keep up my dogs training. It’s all very well explained

So I’ve had Wolfs for about a week now it’s help me keep track of all my dogs stuff but still I had to keep track of all of my dog stuff which I couldn’t because I kept on saying get plant plant plant which I really don’t want it I just want to be able to walk my dog in time and see how far I can go see if that’s enough for you if something happens or if you vomits or if he poops I can write it down as a reminder in the book title

App and Website don’t allow you to cancel. Despite the app and website both not giving an option to cancel your subscription they will still continue to charge you with no way for this to be modified.

Enjoying Woofz app very much :). Have not completed everything as chose the 3 month plan due to Festive Season so I could settle into the course with my pooches more post family visiting (and family dogs too). This far though it is so fun, easy and enjoyable and Im sure pooches will benefit greatly too 🐾🐾🐾🐾

Impossible to cancel. Signed up with a one off payment and then was suddenly getting charged $60 per month even though I never authorised an ongoing subscription. Absolutely no way to cancel without submitting a contact request.

Just beginning. I’ve only just begun. Too soon to be able to evaluate. I was charged for my free trial even though I cancelled it 24 hrs after joining. I didn’t realise this was a subscription. It seems very expensive which is why I cancelled. I think it should be made clearer in the advertising that there is an ongoing monthly charge.

Scam. Don’t get ripped off. The amount charged to my bank account is double what the apple purchase history shows. Additionally, the yearly fee has been charged twice in the space of a few months despite having cancelled the subscription. Have reported to apple and my bank. Check your bank statement.

Do not use this app. When I downloaded this app I paid for what seemed to be a 3 month subscription at a reduced fee. The app wasn’t working for my puppy and I wanted to cancel my subscription, but there is no option to do so, so I assumed when the 3 months was up it would ask me if I wanted to continue, or at least let me know that there was going to be a charge to my account. Not even 1 month in they took $60 out of my account without telling me and there is no way to cancel the subscription and there is no contact number. I’ve contacted twice, I’m hoping they get back to me. I’ve had to cancel my card because they have all my details. There are much better apps and resources out there to train your puppy. Do not download this app it’s a huge scam.

Too expensive. Downloaded this in advance of getting my puppy. 3 days in with an & week old and I decided I wanted to set it up and start further training. He’s already potty trained, knows his name and comes when called. Can be left alone most times for short periods and not cry, doesn’t bark ever and only whines when he can’t get up to high places. So I was keen to try my hand at implementing some commands as early as possible! Went through the process to set up and am really impressed by the quality of the app, it looks great, the user experience from the jump is smooth and appealing. But by the time I got to the payment section I was floored. $15 a week… I understand they need to make a profit. I’m sure a lot of money was and is spent building and maintaining such a good looking app. Plus the cost of living is crazy not just for app users but app owners too and you have every right to price your business as you see it being worth and I’m sure many people agree that it’s worth it! But I just spent a lot of money on a puppy and puppy things, vet bills all the fun stuff that comes with new dog ownership. I can’t afford to drop $60 a month on an app when there are other apps just as good that are far cheaper. I found one app that is nearly identical in every way and is less than half the cost!! Bummed I can’t afford it right now but props to them for making a good looking app I genuinely was impressed by the initial quality experience!!

No access? Still charged??. This has to be the worst customer service experience of my life. When going to create my account it glitched out and shut everything down. When I tried to go back in and log in it told me there was no account matching this email. So I assumed it didn’t go through with setting up the account. This was in May 2023. It is now January 2024 and as I was checking my bank account I noticed that I’ve been charged for the 10 months since I “set up the account”. Seeing as it told me that I didn’t have an account I contacted customer service to ask for my money back due to the fact I’ve NEVER used the app to which they responded with “subscriptions are nonrefundable as per our terms of use”. This would be fine… HAD I CREATED AN ACCOUNT AND WAS NOTIFIED OF THE TERMS OF USE. Since I was unaware of the account actually being created I had no knowledge of these terms. Poor form from you guys. This is unbelievable.

Puppy training. Great ideas will be trying them with my new 11 week old puppy

No login option. I downloaded and took out a plan. It’s not horrid, and it’s got good smart phone integration, but if you get logged out, there’s absolutely no way to log in again, you have to take out ANOTHER subscription. meaning you also can’t login to cancel the subscription you already have, or put your existing account on another phone if you use two phone. I have emailed to cancel my plan altogether but these other reviews say that’s been dicey…. so I guess I’ll just block the card it comes out of if it comes to it.

Not actually personalized. Despite completing a quiz, there’s no personalized plan. The app started at puppy for my 3yo dog and we had to complete basic modules despite having indicted she already knew most training basics.

My puppy was driving me nuts. This app truly helped put my perspective in “puppy” mode. Training and rewarding him has been easier. Even disciplining him has been easier through this app and the tips it provides.

Lost all my progress. Like the app paid for a year. Then it stopped working. Had to delete and reinstall. All my progress gone. What a pain. It’s been 6 months since we started now I have to redo them all to work through properly.

Bad experience. I did not like my experience with Woofz. I subscribed via an add with a promotion on the first week. Download the app, and none of the information I provided leading up to payment was linked with the account so I redid that. Then it would not allow me to move on to more advanced training before going through the basics despite the fact that I stated in its questionnaire that my dog already knew and progressed past these basics. Later, I couldn’t remember whether I had purchased a one-time payment program or a subscription so I tried to view my purchase, but was not able to view any information in the app, on the website, or in my emails so I concluded it must have been a one-time purchase. Then was charged for the next month (when the promo ends) and contacted customer service about the difficulty I had in viewing my plan and purchase history and to cancel. They refused to remove the charge and did cancel my subscription at my request.

AMAZING. It literally changed my dog’s behavior less then a week!!! My dog used to chew on everything and he HATED dog toys he acted like a human he would always go in the trash and chew or eat or lick anything and he didn’t not like dry dog food but Woofz changed everything he ADORES his toys he still doesn’t like dry dog food but I started adding ground beef and milk TOTALLY recommend.

May I please use this app without being pushed to buy something. **Two stars because it’s a great app if you spend money, but only if you spend money :\ I got this app yesterday to see if it could help me train my puppy to do some fun new tricks, and it kind of did? After trying to force me to buy a subscription five times it finally let me learn a trick, and now it won’t let me do anything else without paying for something. The trick we did learn was very comprehensive and broke down the training process very well! It’s just very upsetting that I can’t learn anything else with the app now. I recommend this app if you don’t mind spending money, but if you’re like me and can’t afford to- or just don’t think it’s worth it, don’t bother :(

This is a game changer for our hard to train dog!. We have had such a hard time trying to train our dog. This app has been a game changer for us. We quickly learned that we were the problem and not our dog. He’s so smart, we were just doing it all wrong!

Poor business practices. The overall idea of the app and the way it works is not a problem. I signed up for a free trial, but didn’t find it useful for myself personally, so I attempted to cancel before the trial was up. It does not appear in Apple subscriptions, there is no interface in the app itself to check my account and cancel, and when I tried going to the website it automatically puts me into the app program. I now have a subscription I do not use that I have no way of canceling.

Worth it if you’re dedicated and in need. Definitely worth it if you can maintain the schedule and want to bond more with your pooch and help you both have better lives. Also way cheaper than actual classes and you get to learn more yourself

Seems cool but WILDLY expensive!. This app is TEN DOLLARS A WEEK and no opportunity to preview any of the app functionality before jumping into a pay flow?! I love my dog more than anything and we do a ton of training both at home and on location at various facilities… in person trainers cost money, i get that 100%! I’d love to support this idea, but $10 a week to use an app to read how to train a trick when i could use the internet to read how to train a trick? I mean, TEN DOLLARS?!

Cancel membership. I started using the app only for the free trial and I canceled my subscription after a day. Then I began noticing payments being made to the app. They only give you the option to subscribe not unsubscribe. I am very aggravated and wish a refund for the last two months of payments. This is the worst app I have downloaded for my dog training. The free Apps with limited features are much better then this piece of crap that you cant unsubscribe from.

Super expensive / not worth it. I tried the free trial only to realize it costs $30 / quarter. I tried cancelling the trial on the day it was supposed to be renewed, but the transaction was pending and I couldn’t cancel. I had to wait till the transaction went through to report a problem and request a refund. 2 days later the transaction completed and I requested a refund on day 2 of the 90 days I paid for and they denied the refund. Stay away!!

Overall pretty good. I like the simplicity of this app.. the only complain I have is that you have to complete one daily task before you can complete another. Sometimes I just want to see the full progression of learning a new trick in one read rather than having to unlock each mini tasks everyday. I hope that makes sense!

Quarterly pro family access. I bought the 12 week quarterly pro family access and when my family tries to access the app it only lets them see one video and tries to make them pay for it after I already purchased the plan. I already did what I had to do on my end so they could access it and they still can’t. Disappointing

Good but cant afford. This app is great and helps my puppy learn at a young age. My only problem is that i cant afford to pay for the videos and lesson for that price. For young dog owners like me I think you should fix it and make it free for only those videos and lessons. Overall I believe its a good app but would need some updates for young or new dog owners.

no user journey for long term dog parents. i’ve had my dog for 4 years. she knows many commands already - all the usual ones such that i thought this could be useful for coming up with novel ones. onboarding, this assumes you JUST got your dog, makes you go thru many prompts for this “new dog” and then starts your training journey at teaching your dog their name, how to sit, etc. AND THERES NO CLEAR WAY TO SKIP AHEAD. you have to go thru all these pointless lessons, clicking complete. this is total idiocy with zero comprehension of or respect for the users time.

One of the best apps ever. This app has taught my dog, so many cool things so fast my dog is two months old and she has learned all of the stuff without this app. She wouldn’t learn, barely any of the stuff I didn’t know how to teach her until I found this app.

2 month old puppy. I really like this app i have a 2 month old puppy and she is really smart and with this app she has learned way more then I thought she would have plus I don’t know a lot of tricks for dogs so this made me say wow

Times walks. With a Newfoundland puppy it’s important to keep their walks to 10-15mins until they are fully grown and I love that this app has a timer for walks to help me know how long we’ve been walking. I haven’t used the training portion yet, but am planning to start soon.

Trials. I’m just a little confused do u have to do the trial or can u click like a no or an X if not I can’t you this app because I’m only 11 and my parents don’t like to do trials so can woofs please tell me if I have to do the trial if yes then it’s totally fine I just won’t be able to use it and ofc I won’t give it a bad rating but the just my problem

Bought family plan but no one else can access. Purchased a family plan, it didn’t show the option for free trial so I guess I’m stuck with this app now. The main problem is that a family plan was purchased and set up on the apple side under family sharing but when my husband tried to set up the app on his phone it’s asking him to pay to subscribe. Haven’t had this issue with other family shared subscriptions

Training plan. It looks like it’s a good app but it’s very early to write a reviews cuz my puppy training plan did not start yet. I just had instructions. Also the app asks to buy more and more. They start with $7 something and over and over asking for more. If it continues , I will cancel my app.

I taught my dog a few cool tricks, its so cool!. I remember scrolling through tiktok one night and seeing the ad, i was like, "i guess ill try it" and here i am, my dog can balance a ball on her nose, roll over, stand, and high five! My dog ended up stealin my mans (im joking but i would recommend installing this to teach your dog cool tricks)

The app is good and easy to set up but I would like it if some of the tricks were free and I didn’t have to pay for them it seems a bit unnecessary to pay for a little app you’re not the one training my dog and the one training my dog so if some of them like the more useful ones such a stay for free that would be great

Great app. I feel like most of this is either common knowledge or can just be found on google so I don’t believe it’s worth $10 a month. I do like how it is tailored to your pet specifically and does help, I think $4.99. A month would be far more reasonable. I will only use it for a week at this price point.

Very Informative and User Friendly!. This app has pictures and words to align so you can understand the training from all angles! It breaks each section into chunks you can easily digest and work into your routine. Love it

When it works it’s a nice app. I pay for the app but regret it, it works off and on when it wants to. It freezes a lot and you can’t get any of the important information you put into it or you can not track the walks. It taught my pup quite a bit but seems to be constantly on the freeze so hit an miss. I would not pay for the premium again.

Expensive for googleable information. The info the app gives you is pretty straight forward. Nothing that you couldn’t look up yourself for free. The only part you benefit from is the tracking- it annoys you into consistency like duolingo (which doesn’t work btw ask ur local linguist why). $10 A WEEK is enough for a poor review tbh, considering the little it actually offers. Ooo a bonus doggy calendar- my phone comes w one of those already thanks 😤🫣

Horrible Customer Service. You will not receive any notifications about when your renewal date is approaching and this information cannot be found in the app. They will also not refund you after they renew your subscription, even if you cancel the service and request one hours after they pulled your money. If you’re not going to send subscription payment reminders, you should be offering refunds. Terrible company.

Doesn’t work. Purchased this app and entered in all my information and bought a 3 month sub and doesn’t load anything. Opened it a few days later and the menu loaded but when I tried using it it froze so I closed the app and tried it again and went back to the same screen with nothing loading. Emailed the developer and their inbox is full so no luck with getting a response there.

Technical difficulties with app. Although I like the premise of your app, I’ve had many technical difficulties, both on the iPhone and on my laptop Windows10. It does not record the countdowns so it never moves to the next step and does not let me bypass it. So I’ll be doing the individual commands instead of following the path designed for my dog. We also are on a new network and that has not resolved the issue

Good lessons for beginners!. I just recently adopted my dog Chase from the shelter, and it’s my first time training a one year old pup. He’s got a few behavioral problems I need to work on, but so far, these lessons have been really helpful in providing information and teaching me different ways to train my dog. So far so good!

Watch your subscription dates closely. Renewal came without notice and at a cost of $59 without the option to choose a different plan. There’s no receipt or notification. No assistance from the company is offered once they have your $$. No option for a plan that worked for me. Yes, it’s on me to watch expiration dates but I contacted them immediately and was told “too bad - should have read the fine print”. Left a negative impression about the company for me. Be better.

Do I like your training app?. Lacy is a Catahula Cur/Lab mix. We are adopting her today, January 26th 2024. I’m so excited because my boy Jake, who was Catahula Cur passed away last year in August from cancer. It’s time for a new best friend. This is perfect because I will need help with training. Lacy will need guidance and so will I… Lacy is about 14 mo old.

Why. I rated this app a 4! That’s is because sometimes it doesn’t always know what is up with your dogs or why they won’t do this or that but they also make you pay and you shouldn’t have to pay for something that helps you and impacts your life

Just a subscription. The app advertised me free dog training. I assumed there will be some kinds of subscriptions , bit I also expected there will be at least something for free. At the result it gave me one 3-minutes lesson(in pictures, not videos) on how to call my dog by name, so that she looks at you. And that’s it! For any other lessons or commands it wants me to pay monthly or early. It gives me no video lessons or anything else. Only disappointed because they advertise it as “Train your dog at home FOR FREE” - misleading.

Ripoff. This is an app that will continuously charge you to access tools and training you’ve already accessed, recorded progress but won’t allow you to use again. This software subscription model is making companies fortunes for mediocre content. You will always be lured to the next purchase for a small fee. Microsoft FlightSim is an industry leader charging for more content. Now auto makers are going to charge us to use functions in cars.

App is not working. This seems like a very good app, I paid for the 3 month subscription just to find out that the app is not working, nothing loads up, every tab in the app is either blank or showing the rotating loading sign. Please fix this. Money does not grow on trees and its not fair for this app to take peoples money without it even working.

Cancel my subscription they re-subscribe for me without my permission. After two days of using their services I decided I did not need their services they were not teaching me anything I didn't already know so I canceled the services after one day of using it I deleted the app as wellToday my account was charged for a weekly subscription that I had canceled the second day of using it I'm very upset and angry considering the app did not teach me anything new

LOVE the app. If you have a small or big dog this is a great app and it’s so nice and fun for little poodle to be all trained. Even for beginners with training it’s SO easy and the app isn’t just for training and it can be used in so many different ways that’s why this app is so great
