Game freezes and must delete and start over. Fun game, I’d like to keep playing it, but it’s frozen on my iPad Air 4th gen, software 15.1 twice. Restarting the iPad doesn’t help. The game loads the screen to the 100% bar of the level, but it won’t move past that. When you tap on the screen, it scrolls through its bank of motivational advice for the game but never loads the level.

App stops opening. I’ve enjoyed playing this game but I’ve beat all of the levels so far and now the app will not open. It’s been this way for over a month. I don’t want to delete the app and redownload it because I will lose all of my progress in the game. This has happened to me before where the app just stops opening and I’ve always wondered why because it is a very fun game.

Programming Issues. I love this game but I have to reinstall and install it everyday. When I’m done playing for the day the monitor is blank so I have to delete and reinstall it. And I purchased something It gets deducted to my account but I don’t get what I purchased for? Please fix all the errors I emailed you guys several times but no reply….

I like it just one problem. I like this game it’s addicting and fun not to stressful and relaxing the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is because I spent the wheel in this game for my free item and got the no ads but then when I was done with a level after getting it I still see ads which is disappointing so hopefully it can be fixed and I will update my review to 5 stars but still really fun and addictive game.

Frustrating. Although this was fun, but as I got further (40-49 levels), the game would black out or kick me out! Plus too many ads (before and after each level)! Finally got too frustrated and DELETED the game😡

Can’t proceed to play after certain levels. I have been playing the Asian cooking star game and notice after level 98 my game will not load once I close the application. When I try to play it just continues to want to load. I have to uninstall the game for it to load. Once I access it takes me back to level 95. I had to uninstall it again today so I made sure to take note of the level. I’m not sure if anyone else mentioned this issue but wanted to bring this to your attention. I am using an IPhone 11 version 15.1.

This game is SO GOOD. I’ve never written any games review but this is literally the best cooking game I’ve played so I’m writing one. They don’t force you to buy stuffs with diamonds. You’ve just have to play it so chillingly. And I love the daily happiness goals you’ve got there, developers. Thank you for developing this game.

Love this game but not anymore. I played this game often and had gotten to the level of the Indian food truck but for the last week when I try to open the game it loads to 100% then freezes on that screen. I’ve tried closing the app out and restarting my phone multiple times and it still continues to do the same thing. I hadn’t saved any of my progress and if I delete it I assume I will lose everything. I wish this issue could be resolved

great! but…. i love this game. i’ve had it for a while and it’s awesome, one of my fav mobile games and easily the most fun cooking game i own. however, sometimes when i try to open it it just stays at the loading screen at 100% and never finishes loading so i cant play it. i have an iPhone XS, hope this gets resolved

Freezing. Great game! Level 75-80 keeps freezing and not allowing me to do anything. Then I exit and lose a heart! I want to continue but I won’t allow me!!! Please fix ASAP!

Great! But... I love that the goals are actually attainable and the levels are so fun! However, I purchased something so I shouldn’t have to get forced adds but since I download the recent update I get forced adds again, also when I finish a level it freezes and I cannot complete it. Please address this

Bugs bugs bugs. I absolutely love this game but I have to keep deleting it and downloading it. Every time I exit out of the game, I can never get back in. It just keeps loading and loading. I have to delete and download it again just to play. Luckily I have it connected to my Facebook to save my progress. But if this persists, I’ll no longer want to play. It’s getting excessive at this point.

Cooking apps. I play a lot of cooking apps, it relaxes me. This app by far as been the best. It’s not overly complicated and I don’t feel like I have to pay and exorbitant amount to keep going. Awesome job guys!!

Amazing game!. Okay, first off, this game is just plain amazing. I’m on level 58 of China and I already love it. This game doesn’t require you to buy anything unlike most other cooking/food games. I only have three things that I don’t like about the game, but they’re quite small. One thing I don’t like is the lack of worlds, but this game is new so I understand that you guys will be adding more soon. Another thing is the ads. While they aren’t very annoying, I’m glad this game doesn’t heavily rely on ads for revenue unlike other games. The final thing I have an issue with is the scenery. I absolutely love the look of the cities, however, I think adding some people for decoration and making some things move, like the fountain near the Duck House. Overall, this game is great, and I can’t wait to get further into it!

Ads. I downloaded this game ..,,. I could not get out of the Candy Crush ad. I deleted the game & I like it so much - I’m trying again. HOPEFULLY - I don’t have that problem again. The game is FUN!!’

Still has freezing problems. It freezes on the screen after the start screen. It also sometimes freezes after you make a purchase. It will say approved but the gems are not sent and it stays on that screen. I’ve been having this issue for over a month now and I keep having to ask Apple for a refund of the purchases I never received. I also have to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall the game in order to play.

Daily goals. I love the fact that the developers cared enough to add these daily goals! Surprising! If people actually do this, this will have a positive impact. The game is also really fun. The “free” spins, perks after excessive videos do NOT give you the jewels or coins, so a bunch of annoying add for nothing. I originally gave this 4 stars! Update: took my 99 cents for a spin, did not give me the reward. You need to refund my money.

Most HORRIBLE GAME EVER MADE. Funny how U guys only keep the good reviews but i have seen so many horrible reviews on this game that im baffled and 100% can prove that u guys pick and chose what reviews ya’ll wanna show. This game is a scan. Hit level 120 and telling me i need 457 coins to pass the level but everything in my kitchen is maxed out and it gives me only 437 coins which doesn’t allow me to pass it. What they want me to do is to spend money buying gems to pass the phases ya’ll made impossible to do. This game is a total SCAM. All those reviews saying that “is easy game” or that “u don’t have to spend money” are all lying. I swear that this game has some balls to threat us like we’re stupid. I hate this game so much and the time i washed in it. Ya’ll don’t even deserve 1 star.

Fun Game But…. This game is a lot of fun and you really don’t have to spend a lot of money to get through the levels. The problem is once you get to the Cafe level, you get stuck. The game will no longer load, it just stays stuck at 100%. The only way that I have found to fix it is by deleting the app and reinstalling. This is a bummer because I don’t need to start over. I probably have spent between five and $10 and each time I have to reinstall, I lose that money. My iPad is completely updated, so that’s not the issue. I sincerely hope the developers read this so that this issue can be fixed.

Addicting. This game is the best cooking game on the App Store I’ve played a lot of cooking games and this one is by far the best on the other games u get so far and u pretty much have to pay for coins to pass the levels, on this one u don’t have to it’s just fun and so addicting I love it so much I’m on the 3rd world it’s getting harder and more challenging but it’s still passable without paying a bunch of money to do so.

Program Disappeared. Recently, when I try to open the app, I only see a dark blank screen. I tried several times and I still got. Blank screen. I was able to delete the app. But when I went to the App Store, and pulled up the Asian Cooking app, I could not find the “GET” button. I somehow was able to finally get the app, but it started new. I had to delete the app many times and start over again. I do not understand why I could not get to the “Get” button. It is a pain to start over and over again. Any suggestion?

Awesome Game!. I love playing this game! It’s addictive and loads of fun. My one complaint is that when you try to get the bonus points at the end of the level you have to press the button many times because it repeatedly says there is no ad available.

BEST COOKING GAME EVER🤩🤩🤩. Honestly I’ve never play a cooking game as good as this one i’m also Asian which is why I like this game extra I have not seen a lot of Asian cooking games which is why I’m so happy to see one.

Have to use gems?. I have been obsessively playing this game and I love it, but nobody here has mentioned how at some levels it says I don’t have enough customers and I have to pay 30 gems to continue? I have done it just to see what would happen, and now I’m out of gems. I have even played older levels to try to upgrade my restaurant to get more money from the customers but it doesn’t help.

Great but can’t continue due to glitch. Really like this game but when I got to the Thailand world I ran into not being able to seethe whole screen therefor I can play any of my new levels. Anybody else run into this? And I can’t figure out how to contact the developers.

Loving the game. One problem when a customer orders the rice with soup And spicy cucumber, sometimes After I make it doesn’t go To the customer it winds up getting thrown away then the customer gets mad and leaves,

CM. This game has been so much fun! However I’m finding that in the 300 levels I have to watch ads just to get to the next level. The rewards at this point aren’t nearly as good as they have been. Great game! Love it I don’t want to delete it but if I keep having to watch a million ads per day for gems 🤷‍♀️

Excellent game but keep freezing, forced to delete.. Check Biriyani House, game frozen at the 1 st level of Fruit beer demonstration Had to delete this game, I can’t keep playing over and over…. Keep freezing at the same place and starting at the beginning from first restaurant . And second your cooking game has the same problem. My daughter also has this problem on her IPAD Any suggestions? Had to 4 times delete game and download again and again…. Very frustrating and no response to this problem.

Love this game!. I absolutely love this game - it's exactly the kind of game I was looking for. I can upgrade ingredients without having to spend actual money and it's super fun. BUT since the most recent update, it's been crashing - it'll load to 100% but won't get past the loading screen. I've had to delete and re-install the game (twice) to continue playing but it keeps happening. I want to keep playing but this glitch is getting frustrating. Other than that, great game and I'll continue playing once it's fixed.

Game keeps getting stuck on black screen. I really enjoy this game, it’s fair and all levels can be completed without using real money. I also like that I can get more coins by watching ads. I would’ve definitely given this game 5 stars if it wasn’t for one thing: the game keeps getting stuck on a black screen and then disappearing. I’ve tried restarting my iPad but the only thing that fixes the issue is if I delete the app and start all over from level 1. I’ve done this 3 times and it’s a bit frustrating starting over again and again. If I have to delete it again I won’t be re-downloading it. I hope this bug is corrected soon because I don’t appear to be the only one with the issue judging by some of the other reviews and I’d hate to have to give up on it.

😳😠😡. I love playing this game but the last 2 updates have totally messed up the app instead of improving it! After the update a few weeks ago, the picture was totally off in Thailand and I couldn’t cook anything and now with the last update, the app doesn’t even open! Please fix the app!!! I don’t want to delete because then I would have to start all over again!! 😫😫😩 This is the second review I write and I am still unhappy! After my first one, there was an update to the app and it still wouldn’t open for me so I wound up deleting the app and reinstalling it ( it would have been the only way I could play). The reinstalled app was working fine until yesterday. All of a sudden, it got messed up all on its own and it doesn’t open for me again!!! I don’t understand. How and why all of a sudden would it stop working??? Please fix!!! I don’t want to delete and reinstall AGAIN!! 😡

Fun to play. It is super fun to play. The only complaint I have is that the levels are too short! It’s so addicting!

Freezing. I was so far in this game and then the ads would not be available it would freeze my computer. Then sometimes it would just kick you off. You really need to fix the ads, also they would keep telling no ads available when I would click on to get more coins. What a waste of time with this app

Keeps freezing uninstalled multiple time. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I cant even remember. Even though I logged in thru FB, after reinstalling I still have to replay a lot of levels before getting back to where I was at. Soooooo frustrating and giving up!

Freezing. Love this game!!! But it keeps freezing on level 260 which is causing me to lose hearts and I’m not able to play pass that level.

SCAM. The app claims that the purchase of any package will remove the forced ads. This is a lie. I purchased one of their in-app bundles and the ads just keep on coming. I’ve had to kill the app multiple times to stop some back-to-back ads from playing. If you’re considering buying a bundle to free yourself of the ads, don’t do it. It’s a bald faced lie and an attempt to rob you while forcing you to watch the ads they are already being paid to push through the app.

Awesome!. Well, I have to say that I am completely in love with this game. It is very player friendly and not so hard that you grow bored of it and abandon it. There are ads, but I don’t mind ads that gain me double coins, extra diamonds etc. it’s a win/win as far as I am concerned because the devs get paid, and I gain coins. It’s all a choice though. You don’t have to watch ads if you don’t want to. I love the graphics and the different restaurants. I have been playing for awhile so this is not a review after only a few rounds. It is by far the best time management game I have played so far.

Great game but too many bugs!. I loved this game, it’s one of the best cooking games I’ve played so far. Let me start off with what I liked about it. I love that you don’t need gems to continue on or unlock/upgrade new equipment. You don’t need boosters or gems to beat levels. I like a challenge but not a game that makes it incredibly difficult to beat without spending your money to buy boosters or gems. This game isn’t like that, all you need are coins and keys. Both are easy to come by and both are actually FREE. I love that you can double your coins after every level if you want to and no pop ups every 5 seconds with offers and bundles etc. Now onto the problems. The first problem I came across was a black screen and seeing the reviews I’m not the only one. The app forces close.. 9/10 I can fix it by reseting my phone or waiting about 30 minutes before trying again. Sometimes ads froze my screen but that didn’t happen often. I can’t play this game anymore.. I just reached lvl 311 the first 🦀 restaurant in Thailand. I can’t select any of the ingredients because it’s so zoomed in they aren't visible on the screen. The customers are floating about and it’s just a mess lol I deleted the app and reinstalled it a couple of times but nothing changed. I really love this game but the bugs are literally making it unplayable. I hope this gets resolved soon 🥺

Great game. I really enjoy this game. Im not that far into it yet but it’s pretty good so far. You guys should also add a vietnamese map with Vietnamese restaurants.

Used to love. I used to love this game but now there making me buy jewels just to pass a level every time like having to buy more costumers when I wasn’t missing any meals. keep sending them I’m not about to pay for them to eat my food cooking all crazy then ain’t nobody showing up I’m done watching 12 ads to get 100 jewels for 3 more people to eat

Fun game but glitches are a problem. A lot of fun to play, cute graphics etc, but *twice* now I have lost my purchases and level progress. One day I went to load the game and nothing happened, so I waited a day and tried again, game still wouldn’t load. So, I deleted and reinstalled; the game is back at the lowest level/first world. I had connected to my apple ID, but when I tried the “restore” function it doesn’t work. The first time this happened, I hadn’t lost many gems and didn’t mind playing through the levels again. However, this game is definitely NOT worth playing through a third time.

Fun! But.... I really enjoy this game. But I’ve just gotten to level 59, and now any of the levels I try freeze right at the end, so I can’t continue 😕

Great game. I’ve done all 820 levels, now waiting for a new world. Some levels are quite hard but usually I had enough gems saved to add extra time or customers after playing easier levels. Hopefully it doesn’t get any harder.

TOO MANY ADS. I love this game but am getting fed up with every round ending in a 30 second ad. At times there are TWO ads! Please, at least give us the option of ad removal. I’d happily keep playing, keep buying gems etc if only I wasn’t subjected to the crappy ads. Don’t know how much longer I can put up with it.

False Advertising. I paid $5.99 for the removal of forced ads, plus made a few other purchases... SO.. Why am I still receiving forced ads? Remove them or refund my money. Typically through the app there is no way to contact support for this. Not Happy.

Game issue. I love this game! However, the recent few upgrades have glitches. For example, when watching the add with “daily bonus”, the prize doesn’t double like it says it would. Also, after watching the ads (selecting from top-right corner), you don’t get additional 3 or 4 coins as before. Please fix. Thanks.
