Cute and Thoughtful. I like this app it’s a great way to stay in touch with my boyfriend since we don’t see each other often, but I can’t turn on notifications for some reason. In apple settings it say my notifications are on, but in the app the notifications button isn’t allowing me to turn it on so I have to check the app to see if anything has been sent to me. The reason I got this app was so I get a notification when my loved ones are thinking of me, I didn’t want to have to go looking to see if I’ve been sent anything. I also can’t do certain things like add a size and it keeps saying will be here soon or will be implemented soon. Is anyone else having this problem? How can I fix it?

Cute but has some errors. im not sure if its just me but two issues ive faced with this app was the fact that i had no notifications coming in the first week having it, whenever my bf would send me kisses i would not get it until i logged out and log back in, it did sorta fix itself recently tho, but now im facing an issue where it doesnt let me log in at all, it logs in but remains on the first page you see when you get the app, i logged out bc i didnt see my bfs avi and my avi color was rested but now i cant log back in, its a really cute app but its kinda frustrating to deal with atm

Great App but needs more proper updates/bug fixes. This is an amazing app that allows me to connect with online friend in a way that I couldn’t before, that being said, I think this app needs many bug fixes/improvements. For example as of this moment I am unable to use the app because of it saying that I need to update it, but when I go the App Store to do so it does not let me. All it says is “open” and not “update”. This might be a small issue but I would appreciate it being resolved. Thank you! -A Very Satisfied Costumer😃

I adore this app!! New update really buggy however :(. I’ve loved this app!! It’s so perfect for me and my friends, only thing I’m struggling with is the new update, it looks promising! However I have no ability to try out the new senses, and it’s unclear if the $2 I paid in the previous version were now made free :( It also seems I’m unable to add any new friends, when I click on their link it says the webpage is invalid whenever I try to open the app. It might be smart to have left this in beta than making it live with so many bugs. I hope the developers fix this soon!!!

A few bugs. I don’t know if this is just me but I can go on it and send stuff to my girlfriend but when I go do sun else n she sends me stuff, I can’t see it. We’ve had it for almost a week n lately I worked around that problem by closing the app and reopening it and it worked but now I can’t see anything she sends me at all. I do however get a notification of what she sends me but when I click on it it goes to the app but shows I have nothing to see. If this wasn’t going on then it would be a great app… The immediately worked on fixing the problem so now I can see what she sends me but I still have to close out of the app then reopen it. Idk if this is still a bug or if it’s meant to be like that. Gave it another star cuz they did immediately address it n lmk which I like

Frustrating. Hi I love this app it’s cute and very helpful in my long distance relationship I enjoy it my boyfriend actually recommended it but it has this bug where it now and then needs updating but when I open it and press to update it it sends me to the App Store but the store gives me no option to update it it would be great if you’d fix the app to where it wouldn’t have update problems also it won’t allow me to use the app until I update it which is inconvenient especially when it won’t let me update it can u please look into it and try to fix these issues be much appreciated thx

Cute and including. I think it’s very cute for people you are close with, and I also really love the feature of finding a random person to try and connect and b friends with! I see people talking about the paying features, and while I agree not everyone can afford such things, I think it still includes a lot you can unlock along the way! And they need to make money somehow. Me personally, I will maybe be buying the subscription/other :) however, I saw in the description here on the App Store for in app purchases you can buy packs, but I can’t figure out where to do that .. so any help on that would be amazing but otherwise I really like it! Very cute and good for communication for those who aren’t great at it sometimes

Important when you can’t see your significant other!!. I love this app! Being able to talk to my partner when we aren’t together in a way other than texting is so refreshing! I like that you can share moods and have them see it! I would like to see this app supported on the apple watch/smart watches! I think that would be a great feature because you can see your partner’s moods and feel their touches without having to pull out your phone. Overall it is a great app and I recommend it to couples!

More emotions?. I love this app! Me and my partner use it everyday! And it’s amazing for long distance relationships or just long distance friendships, but I feel like it needs more emotions, or like you can add more than one emotion, you could add new emotions like angry, depressed, unmotivated, Motivated, and like anything else that comes to mind, and like to have a multiple choice. I also feel like you should add a notification where you get reminded to change your emotion every hour or 3 hours, and have settings that the people can change to get their notification, just for like all the bipolar people and all, but overall it is amazing!

Super cute. This app is one of the best I’ve seen of course no messages to the actual people you’re in contact with but feeling the hugs kisses and other Interactions make it feel Less lonely me and my partner have used this for a little while and are loving it. Only problem are the servers updates, they tell us to update and when we try to update it nothing happens instead it tells us it’s up to the latest version and to open the app, no update or anything yet we can’t access our accounts anymore and we’re pretty bummed out.

Overall a pretty cool app but…. I like it, it’s cute and basically what I was looking for. I started using it with my friend and partner and it works nice. I have a few suggestions/things I think would be cool: (1) a search option to look for people you know (2) more emotions/the ability to create emotions (3) more casual options for touching (like high fives, fist bumps, etc,) (4) a way to pin certain people and like also make it so only they can see like certain emotions or things said with emotions (I think this is already being added but yeah) (5) a widget so that you could add specific people that you can interact with without opening the app. Also I can’t sync my contacts to the app which I wish I could cause it would be easier to find people once they have the app.

Great app!! Nothing else really like it.. This app has really been helpful for my wife and I since she went back to school. She’s so busy all the time and I miss her a lot - she really is my best friend! It’s nice to just send her a touch or a kiss via the app when she’s in class to let her know I’m thinking of her. I wish the interface was a little smoother. Having to swipe three times once I open the app before I can even send her a touch or anything is a bit of a pain point. I also wish you could purchase all packs for one price. Are there more packs coming? We love the animations, they’re super cute and fun and a big reason why this app has become a part of our daily routine

love it just an issue currently!. So me and my partner downloaded it recently, it’s been super cute and we love using it! :) a couple hours ago i went to go update my mood along with giving them some notifications when there was a server error and it said i should update the app. not a big issue, and i was like “ok cool i’ll just go update it then it’ll be fine”. i opened the app store and all it says is “open” not update or anything else. i restarted my phone multiple times to see if that was the issue but no, im just unable to get into it at all.

Adorable & Great Idea. Hey I remember the writing of the review before but now I need to write another because of the stuff that is happening to me, the app has been bugging out where I’ll randomly delete my friends on the app so I’ll be very confused and try to reload the app or even restart my phone. At this one I was getting very sick of it so I just had to log out of my little account and then log back in but the Apple ID just won’t work and it is very frustrating to have to do that, and then not even be allowed back into my account. I’m still not back in my account number frustrated because I do enjoy this app.I don’t understand why there are so many bugs on this app, because it is such a popular app among couples.

Good game…. It’s a good game fs. Ok so like my bestie told me to get this app for my depression and communication stuff so I did anyways🙄 turns out it’s actually heloed quite a bit tbh🥰 and I’m happy with the results all I had to do was was invite a few people/ friends or whatever have them get the app (it’s free tho) unless U want the extra stuff* but anyways😑 long story short get the aop and talk though emotions and actions with ur friends and family😭🫶🏽 Thank yoy for reading… if U read my review. You’re friends can know how you feel and what ur feeling with this app it might be limited options for some people but you can a pay a little extra in the app for more choices. That’s all. Unknown error sign in issue. Great app but one small issue. I loaded it up this morning with my account logged in prior and it deleted everything. My friends were gone, my name was changed, my color was reset. I tried logging out through the app and then signing in with my email and also my Apple ID. Neither worked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling then signing in both ways. The only thing I get when I try to log in is it says unknown error. I even tried power cycling my phone.

I like the app it just doesn’t work for me. The app is super cute, and I’ll be going on a long distance relationship soon so I figured this is a cute way to show eachother affection, but I started the free trial and I was going to pay for its additions like making your own sense, but no matter what I do it will not work for me. It takes forever to load and at the end of the day it never works, I’ve gone out of the app several times, and I feel like the free trial is pointless im not sure if it’s just me that it doesn’t work for. Overall it’s a really cute app and the free features do work, but I wanted to make my own senses and it won’t let me so I’m a bit disappointed. If someone from the app can help me, or fix the bugs, I would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you

Love this but keeps getting stuck. My boyfriend and I love this app but recently it keeps getting stuck on a page telling me to update the app, but when I press the button to update that app it will take me to the App Store but the problem is there doesn’t seem to be an update available, but it won’t let me go to anything else on the app or choose to not update it so it is just stuck on this update page, this seems to be happening on both my boyfriend and I’s phone. I would love to use it again if this problem was fixed!!

Horrible. I get this app one star because it’s incredible but I didn’t download it back because I saw it on TikTok and I try to sign in with my Apple ID and it says sign up not completed I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again and nothing was fixed this is so horrible I’m never down in this again until they fix it I’m so disappointed cause I’ve been sitting here for over an hour trying to fix this app and nothing works I’m so tired and over thisI will try to improve my relationship with my friends trying to get an app to make his composure and it’s just you want it it’s unstoppable unbelievable and sad everybody keeps having different problems me as a person download in the app for the first time this so bad anyways to get it fixed immediately

Super fun application for long distance relationships. Overall a super great app, 10/10. I use it with my girlfriend as we have a long distance relationship for some parts of the year and we love it. This application is such a smart idea for feeling close to your loved ones and making it feel like you are there. The application has a super nice interface and each action has a corresponding animation that comes up on the other person's side that makes it even more realistic. One nice feature is that you can pay a small monthly fee to create your own actions and own animation. One pro about this is you only have to buy this one then you get to keep all the personalized ones you made and you can continue to use them. The only flaw is that when you make a lot of your own animations, the page to select them does not scroll so it gets really hard to see which ones are which if you are not careful. Overall I would recommend this application to anyone that is in a longer distance relationship of any kind.

Awesome app only one issue so far. I just wanted to say my girlfriend and I downloaded this app earlier today cause we’re both sick and can’t see each other, and we absolutely love it. However, whenever we try to update our moods the other person doesn’t get a notification on it, and we aren’t able to see each others moods whenever we open the app unless we click on their icon and go to the others profile, but even then we don’t get to see the explanation of said mood. I don’t know if that’s how it’s supposed to be or not and if that is how it’s supposed to be I think it would be a cool feature to add to be able to see all of that from the main screen. Whoever had the idea for this app truly had an amazing idea, and thank you for putting it into a reality!

Good concept! But I have some suggestions:. I do like the idea of this app. I think it would be better with a few additions. I think there should definitely be some more senses, maybe things like “poke,” “flick,” or some more comedic ones like “throw.” I just think there should be a few more casual senses for when you want to send a sense to a friend who you aren’t super close with. And just some funny and interesting ones in general. Also I think a good idea would be to maybe be able to send short messages to a friend as well maybe?

i want my subscription. i paid for a 6 month subscription and received it BUT after a week it disappeared. i tried logging out and back in, but that didn’t work, i tried restoring my purchases, and that didn’t work. i deleted the app and redownloaded it, and that didn’t work. i went to the support center and they told me to request a refund, but when i went to, it told me there was nothing eligible for refund. i canceled my subscription with hopes to repurchase it, but it will not let me because my subscription isn’t over until may. i just want to be able to send my friends cute things. very sad:(

One does not simply lock Dark-mode behind a paywall. I got this app a couple months ago for me an my long distance girlfriend. It’s a basic and simple setup, we send each other little kisses and such, it’s nice to just check in on her. But today I open the app and find that the new update has made it so that the option to keep it on Dark Mode like all my other apps is now locked behind the subscription for Obimy+ Now I understand that as a company you want your product to be monetized and I’d be tempted to sign up for the extra emotions alone of it weren’t for the fact that it would be too much money in a month alone for not enough in return. But putting Dark Mode, something that other apps allow for FREE and sync to whatever mode your device is on, as part of your subscription system is not a good move. I can’t handle bright light, I rely on dark mode a lot, and if this continues on I’m going to have to stop using this app. Forfeiting user accessibility is not how you make a profit. If you’re that desperate for money, just make the app itself cost like 2-4 dollars to download and let everything else be free. I shouldn’t have to be paying monthly for something I can just tell my girlfriend over text for free without hurting my eyes Tl:Dr: making it so you have to pay just to enable Dark Mode is a scummy move.

Needs an update. I love this game, its great for me to show how I feel towards the people I have added. I dont really have many issues with this app except for two things. The first one is when I create my own mood. Whenever I finish it and press create, it just freezes and kicks me out the app. The second one is the character limit. I like to use song quotes to express why I feel the way I do, yet the 24 character limit messes it up every time and leaves me to either abbreviating it or give up.

Great idea but needs work. I love how this app is going so far, me and my bf use it all the time since we can’t meet regularly, it’s great but I wish you could send messages to each other and I wish I didn’t have to close the app and open it up for it to reload so I can get the reactions from him, maybe add like a button to refresh or just make it automatically pop up to play it at the bottom and like someone here suggested to add something so we can share things to each other like music, so far though you guys are developing this app very well, just needs more features

Pay to use. It feels it's pandering too much for money, to get any significant emotes and gestures or customization. Receiving answers on check-ins of a loved ones mood is unclear and there not much clear communication back and forth. This is worsened by the fact sometimes notifications never go through, for anything or anyone. The unstoppable spam of many touches you had missed or couldn't get to is annoying, especially if some are days old. could use a filter for relevancy, like when they sent it and/or what their mood was set when they sent that. Moods sets should last a little longer or have options to stay.

Great app, needs more. This is a great app and I love that I can send my friends and family a random hug or other interaction. But this app loses your interest very easily. I think it would be great if you could add a messaging feature on the app. Or share other things with your “loved ones”. My other concern is that on my phone I can’t request other people’s moods. I also can’t see my contact list in the app. It says “search for contacts” but on my other friends phones it has their contact list. I also think that having a location feature would be great, so we can see each other’s locations. I will continue to use this app and please take my suggestions into consideration. :)

2 star. I was going to use it today and I saw that it deleted all the people I had and cleared my profile of all its info, then I tried to put my Info back and it said that my changes were saved even though they weren’t. I decided I’d try to delete the account and make a new one and after that it kept giving me the option to only sign In with my email and every time I put it in it just kept asking me the same question over and over to put my email in. It kept saying repeatedly that it was complete when I put in my email then kept asking over and over again.

Cute app but a few problems!!!. This app is very cute and a fun way to send a kiss to ur significant other while they’re busy, BUT: - No matter how many times I turn my notifs on and off, the notifications almost completely stop working for this app. I never know my bf is sending me things unless i physically open the app. - It also freezes completely when I try to click to customize my character, or try to click anything to do with my profile. :/

Cute app, but not working anymore. I’ve used this app since yesterday and everything was working great. This morning my bf sent me a couple of notifications and I did the same back. I got back on a couple hours later and the color of my character has changed and I don’t see my bf in my circle anymore. I tried refreshing the app, I deleted it and reinstalled it, I even restarted my phone and it won’t work. I try to change the color of my character and it stays on the default color. I tried to sign out and hoping that maybe signing back in would work, but now it won’t let me sign in. Please try to fix this, it’s a cute app and I love it, but this is a little frustrating.

Something's Wrong. Me and my boyfriend were using this just an hour ago and it worked fine. I recently changed my phone's region to US (to check something with another app) and them back to my original country region, Saudi Arabia. That must've triggered a bug. Now, whenever i open the app, it shows the logo animation for a few seconds then shows me a blank white screen with nothing on it. It won't go away. It just stays like that. I've restarted my phone, then deleted and reinstalled the app twice and it still won't go back to normal :( PLEASE fix this issue asap. I just want to send and receive cute notifications from and with my love.

Good app but needs to improve more. - I think it would be better if we had more emotions than sad, okay and good, maybe some like angry, bored, excited, calm, fear… - Maybe be able to text each other, or at least be able to send messages in the way that we do with interactions like I love you, I wish I could be with you right now, or anything that would cheer someone up or make them feel special - Be able to share activities, or location -Add some kind of streaks to make people keep using the app This are the some things that I would personally like in future, but even without it it’s still a good app

Great, some bugs?. Good app so far!! It’s helpful because I love being in contact with my loved ones who I am not going to be seeing as frequently. All the features are adorable and can’t wait to see where this app goes. However I did notice a bug with the use of pronouns. My partner used “other” for the gender option but it refers to them as “he/him” in spite of this even when we checked the profile settings to make sure it’s on “other.” My thoughts at first are to just add a feature to select pronouns instead of selecting gender similarly to Instagram. Thanks and looking forward to more for this app!

Update took away my PAID add-ons. I used to love using this app as a way of being close to and showing affection to my child in a way they were receptive to; and we really enjoyed bonding through this — so much so that I PAID FOR additional features so that I could “connect” with them in more ways. Cue unexpectedly losing these features because the developers decided they’d rather charge 💰monthly, not to mention our favorite — cuddle the cheeks — is gone anyways (not that I’d pay for a subscription for such a simple service, regardless!). This app used to live on my home page, but sadly, I even opened it in over a month, until my partner randomly sent me a flirt. I wish I missed this.

Slow and you have to pay.... The app is cute and it's a really good concept, but there are MANY issues with the app. Firstly, this app takes FORVER to set up. The phone number part took 10 minutes to load before i even got anywhere.. Also, once you get into the app you get "connection error" after " connection error" even if you have a really good connection. Don't forget, the update issue. The app told me that it was going to update for better actions, but it stayed on that screen, and i never even had time to play around with the app with friends. Another thing, the colors you pick and most of the actions to do against your buddies you have to pay money for, which is ridiculous on how slow the app really is. It's not a super great app, and i can see the intentions of it , but it does not need to be so dramatic . If it was faster, a little bit more simple, and had more actions that didn't cost money it would be a fun app to do with friends !

Love it! Just having one problem. This app is so cute and I have had minimal problems that are normally just fixable by closing and reopening the app, but I can’t seem to fix this one issue. Despite completely closing the app and restarting my device this problem won’t go away. My partner has sent me the lullaby action and whenever I tap it to receive it my phone will buzz but my character disappears immediately. This has then blocked me from receiving any of the other actions my partner has sent to me because the lullaby feature is still at the bottom to be received and I can’t get to the other actions that were sent to me so that I can receive them.

Suggestions:). The app “Obimy” shouldn’t only be the way to interact with you is by other people. The app could use a random time notification like let’s say you have no friends and your upset or whatever that may be, the app should send you notifications maybe every 15,30 minutes or maybe every hour because i don’t have anyone that uses this app but i’d like it if it sends you hugs, kisses or whatever randomly and not just from people. If you don’t know what to put as your emotion, you could do a tiny quiz on how your feeling it will pick the emotion for you weather it’s happy, sad, based on your answers.

Love the concept!!!. I use this app with my children and my partner. My son lives out of state and with how busy everyone is, making time for phone calls can be a challenge and text can often feel impersonal. This app is a great way to touch base with feeling to let your close ones know you’re thinking of them. My issue is that aside from the notification on your phones home screen, you have no way of knowing who the gesture came from once you’re in the app. It would be nice to see which gestures are coming from whom in the app.

Overall pretty good. Im gonna keep it short and sweet. It takes a very long time to set up everything and is pretty uneventful so its easy to lose interest in the app. If they added maybe more emotions other than sad, ok, and happy, id use it a lot more. (id probably even spend the two dollars on new emotions if i had to) And maybe even some more interactions (or senses) because that would definitely keep me more engaged in the app. overall me and my friends use it a lot and its a good way to keep in touch with each other, just wish there was more options.

It’s a solid app and a good concept but could be improved. I like the app a lot I think it’s cute and a good way to keep in contact with friends and family that you can’t be with, however the app doesn’t keep your attention for very long. You can send hugs and kiss and things like that to your friends family and significant others but that’s basically it. It’s not an app that you would spend any amount of time checking it’s like something you might open two or three times a week it’s very easy to lose interest In it. If they were to add some different features like being able share the music you are listening to or something like that to connect more with your people I think the app would be great

Could use an update. I love this app, it's helped me in my long distance relationship and it's truly adorable with nice little graphics, but it could use an update. A nice feature of this app is that it allows you to share how you are feeling with your 'close ones' but it only gives you three emotions to choose from. I personally feel that 'mad, content, sleepy, and loving' or emotions like those should be added to help personalize the experience more. Along with adding a larger character limit when asked to express why you are feeling said emotions. Lastly, a touch log would be nice, to be able to look back at the touches you were given or even a 'replay' button after touches. Other than this the app is perfect and I highly recommend it. I'm looking forward to the updates that are already set up such as being able to set dates for things such as birthdays ect. I have high hopes for this app going forward. Thank you for reading.

I cant log in.. You said a new update was coming soon to help people who's apple ids don't work. Me being one of those people id like to know when this update is coming because id like to be able to actually have access to the app. I want to be able to sign in with my phone number. Not my email and the only option it’s giving me is sign in with apple id and theres 0 way of logging in with my phone number id like to know why? I see other people being able to log in with there phone number but its just not working for me there only one button on my screen and its “log in with apple id.” Thats not very helpful at all when it does not work. Great app, just needs a little tweak here and there.. I’m sure this app is a god send for people that in long distance relationships who have to deal will different time zones. I know it is for me. The only think I think that would be great is make change the animation for “Pat”. “Pat” should be like a pat on the head. While maybe “Pet” or “Caress” can have the animation that it has now. Also, an Apple Watch integration would be awesome. Like you get a notification you can open which shows your animation on your watch. You’re avatar is a square and the watch is a square, it almost seems like it was meant to be but the opportunity wasn’t taken. (Im not sure if the watch supports those types of animations but if it does, definitely worth the try.) All in all its a decent app, but it has a lot of potential.

Good way to keep in touch. I use Obimy everyday to stay connected with ny friends, in fact I asked several of my friends to download it. This app is amazing, it lets me know my friends mood and I can send them affection through virtual actions. The only thing I would want more from this app would be a chat system, like dming your friends through the app. And maybe even the option to create groupchats, I am excited to see what comes to this app next.

Cute and Simple. I love obimy!! 💕 I’ve been using obimy for a few months with friends and it’s most definetly a need!! Since using obimy I feel like me and my friends have gotten a lot closer!! Being able to share your mood and how you feel without it being the topic of conversation is a total lifesaver 😩! I’ve used this app to hug friends while we are on the phone talking and just have fun without and express ourselves in such a unique way!! The only downside is that while almost everything is free there’s not a lot of variety with the actions and it can seem pretty repetitive! I think monthly updates of like two or three new animations would be good or if the creators plan on releasing a whole bunch one day adding a search bar to search for a command to do! Like “high five” and then the high five option would pop up! (It would be nice if there were a high five or fist bump option btw!) BUT LOVE THIS APP SO SIMPLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD🥰💕

Love it but needs more variety and accessibility. This app is really great and allows me to communicate with my friends and family all the time, and it’s really cute. However, I do have a few concerns. It would be a lot cooler if there was at least a couple more mood varieties, since there’s more than just sad, fine, and happy, Also, when I put my bra size and panty size into the size caterhories I wasn’t aware that everyone would be able to see it, and now that I want to get rid of it there is no way to delete it or go back. Besides my constructive cristism, overall the app is pretty fun and cute and allows me and my friends to know how we’re are feeling

Cant even log in. I just downloaded the app and I can’t even get into it. I tried logging in with apple on the first time and it worked but then I logged out because the app was acting weird (wouldn’t save my account info and wouldn’t let me change the color etc.) I tried logging in again using apple and it just brought me back to the home page every single time. I looked up videos on what to do but they all said that the had to put in their numbers first when I never had that option. Being frustrated I deleted the app and tried to go to the app support, but there were no emails on there, so now I’m here writing this review hoping to get someone’s attention who can help me. Stopped Loading. Used to love this app and recently started using it with my partner, but today is randomly stopped loading. My widget shows a black background with a random yellow obimy, when previously it was my partner's obi. I can't open the app because i'm greeted with a black background with a blue fuzzy "aura" loading thing. Even after restarting, updating my phone and checking my connection it still won't work. I tried uninstalling it and it won't even load the reinstall. I think this app has some more hidden issues that seem to continuously affect the user's and it's not being properly addressed. Response to Developer: This issue was not solved. Every consumer with this recurring issue is told the same thing, but the system error is persistent across multiple devices and users.

Potential. I was so exited to get the app since me and my boyfriend can’t see each other as much as such a cute way to communicate. There are some problems such as it doesn’t notify each other on the actions we do to the characters nor notify how our moods are which is really sad since that’s the reason why we wanted to use the app for. Awesome but app issue. I’ve been using this app for about a year or so with my partner. And it’s honestly awesome. If you don’t subscribe to the premium it’s not like you’ll have nothing cause you can still do quite a lot of things which is a major thumbs up. However, I think this is an app issue where this morning I went on the app only to find my obimy reset? It wasn’t the colour I usually am in and to make things worse I couldn’t see my partner on the screen. When I try to add an obimy it’s just seen as loading.

Great app, but one problem. I’ve loved my experience on Obimy so far and have no complaints but, I have noticed that when I get achievements the colours and accessories don’t get unlocked like the senses do. Say for example, I got an achievement that unlocked a certain set of earrings and the ability to slap someone, if I go to customise my obi, those earrings will still be locked but the slap sense will be unlocked. Is this a common bug, and is there anything that can be done on my end to fix it?

Cant add people. This app looks really cool when I saw it on tik tok so I downloaded it With no issues and decided to share it with a few of my friends, we all downloaded and made profiles with no issues but when we went to add eachother the links we sent took us straight to the AppStore and the search for nicknames part kept saying “will be implemented soon”. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!

Helpful but many problem. Great app really good for long distance freinds or partners and attachment issues But the app only worked when I had a slice of wifi never with data or hotspot so not really ethical in the sense that your never allways connected to wifi

Really great!. I thought it was silly at first but my boyfriend suggested we get it and I absolutely love it. We poke fun at the slapping and licking options (but honestly that was such a great way to get more comfortable around each-other) and I feel closer to him when I send and receive the virtual kisses and hugs. It’s also just an amazing way to just send something sweet to your partner when you aren’t able to be close to them or talk. If I miss my partner but don’t have anything to chat about this app is my go to. Love love love this app.

Love love but some recs. I adore this app! It helps me keep in *touch* with my long distance partner and my friends back home and it means a lot to me! I’ve just found that there are quite a few issues with unlocking the senses bc some of the things I need to do to unlock certain senses have already been done but it seems the system hasn’t clocked that so I’ve been stuck with a few senses for quite a while which is frustrating. Also if you could give Apple users the option to watch an ad to use some locked senses that would be great 🥺

Download issue. I downloaded it for my boyfriend and I to use but he can’t download it without verification for something and it’s disappointing because that means that neither of us can use it. Apart from this it’s good. Reply: when he goes to download it it asks him to verify his account but only this app does it.

Trouble. Log in bug. Hii I love this app so much, it’s so fun to play around with loved ones and all the little features you can do I’m so obsessed. But I’m experiencing this bug were I now can’t see my close friend and when I signed out it won’t let me sign back in. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it won’t let me log back in. Is there any way I can fix this?

Creating an account. I have heard excellent things about the app but when creating an account after selecting your gender it says create account when I have clicked on it nothing happens and my screen isn’t frozen cause I can press the back button and it works. What do I do?

A suggestion!. This app works amazingly and it helps me feel more connected w long distance friends and family! I think it would be super cute if there were a little note option you could add onto the action you are sending! it’d also be nice to have a wider range of emotions etc.

Obimy app. Really great app super super cute way for couples that can’t see eachother often, only problem is for both my partner and I we keep having to delete and re download. The app keeps saying new version and service response error that our session has expired and we need to update it but there is no update showing.

Heartrate and steps + advice. I got this app with my partner and it is such a great app! However within a few hours of getting the app, the step count and heartrate icons both disappeared? which was a bit strange, I was wondering how we could get it back? neither of us had smartwatches on but it still displayed heart rates and steps so i don’t think the absence of watches was the issue. Some potential advice to make the app better would be to provide a larger spectrum of emotions for the user to use, and a larger variety of colours for the cube. perhaps even making it customizable? otherwise i love this app so much! and i am looking forward to future updates, my partner and i both love it so much! I would recommend it to everyone in a relationship whether it be platonic or romantic!

Love this app + advice. Hi, my partner and I just got this app and I love it. I have had no problems with anything at all so far and it’s really just fun to be able to send him a kiss or hug at night. The only thing I think could be better is that if you added more actions for people who can’t spend money on the app or add a customiser for the actions. That’s pretty much it for all I have to say but this all is amazing. I do have one probably where I can’t search my contacts for who have obimy and I can only use my link but yeah that’s it. I highly recommend this app and I can’t wait for the next updates!

App issue. Hi I really love the app I’ve been using it for a bit and it says I need to update it and so I press the “update” button on the screen and it takes me to the Apple store but the Apple store only says “Open” instead of “Update” and I’ve tried deleting the app and re-downloading as well as shutting down my phone even when it’s delated but every-time I re-install it, it just gives me the you need an update sign and won’t let me exit it so I can’t use the app and I really would like to because I absolutely love love love using it! :)

Sign in issue.. Hey! Awesome app. Love the ability to communicate feelings with my S/O while being far away. One issue, after a weeks use, I can no longer sign into my account. It is as if it were banned. It started this morning when my obimates were not seen at all. I then logged out to see if it would change much, and it of course did not work☹️. Every time I tried to sign in, it would load, then send me back to the sign in screen. This issue occurred on my iPhone XR (iOS 16 Dev Beta 4) and iPad 8th Gen (iPad OS 15.4). Fix soon?

Sign up problem. Hi i would love to try this app out but when i press “sign in with apple” and put in my face id, it always says theres an error no matter what wifi im on. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app twice and it still doesnt work. Please see if you can fix this.

Love this, but…. Hey! I got this app yesterday and I literally love it so much! Such a cute and innovative way of showing affection online especially when you’re not near your loved ones. 1. Another feature that would be SO GOOD is that if we could keep track of how many gestures we’ve sent or at least a history of them, including messages and all that. It can possibly help make the numbers of gestures sent more meaningful, for example a special number. 2. I think it would be great if we allow more customization for the obi avatars! Eg. Accessories and all that, and more moods maybe. 3. This may be difficult to do but some interactive gestures would be great! Like gestures that are able to be done when both users are on and interacting at the same time. Overall awesome and love it! Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing what you come up with! Quite disappointed. Really loved the app, my partner and I enjoyed sending little things to eachother. Then less than 12 hours after download, got kicked out and sent back to the login page, to which wouldn’t let me get past that point, just kept letting me sign in and then taking me right back to the sign in page. I uninstalled and redownloaded, made no difference. Quite disappointed tbh

love it. love it but its a bit boring, i would suggest outting mini games like colouring or like escape rooms or even like rain sounds, fire crackling, rain forest and you can make it quiet or louder using like a slider kinda thing. like just calming sounds of birds or have a journal too!! a journal and a mood tracker with little hearts and theres 7 hearts for 1 week and your mood depends on colours. but i honestly think a journal with relaxing sounds would make my day.

Great app. My S/O had me download the app. i held down the french kiss for 10 minutes and they’re dreading having to watch all of it! I will enjoy tormenting them throughout my day. Super fun, just one problem.. I have recently downloaded this app and it is super adorable!! I love the cute actions, faces, and everything overall. The problem is that everytime I click "Customize Obi" it freezes the app and I cannot access customization options. Notifications Broken. Got this app and it is really great so far not much to say however I was planning on buying premium but for some reason notifications don’t show up for me and my boyfriend when actions are sent. I’ve checked in my settings and they are allowed but they just don’t seem to show up. I probably won’t buy premium until this issue is fixed

So cute!. I adore this app! As soon as I heard about it I told my girlfriend, as we are in a difficult long distance relationship. With this app, it feels like we’re right next to each other, even when we’re thousands of miles away. One thing Id want from this app is more emotions. So far, we have: sad, okay, and pretty good. I’d love more emotions like: tired, anxious, focused, relaxed, etc! Overall though, this app is great and especially getting the other packs is a lovely addition to our relationship!

A very fun app. The app is very fun especially if you’re long distance I love how there are achievements and prizes that come with them, especially since you can win things for your avatar. I think that’s awesome since usually apps with premium just lock cosmetics and things that aren’t the core function away. Would recommend it’s definitely adorable!

Love it just load times. This app is super cute and just got it for me and my girlfriend and I love it so much just the load times are sooooooo inconsistent. Sometimes it loads right away and then sometimes it takes forever. This is actually the first time I wrote a review about something and the load times made me. Also there are huge delays on the app to like for example I push “save settings” and then it takes like 30 seconds to a minute to save and then go back to the main menu.

Great concept needs fixing. This app is so good for my long distance relationship. It gives an additional layer to loving over the phone. It’s frustratingly glitchy tho, sometimes everything that your partner has sent will not display until it has built up, the notification will pop up but the actual playable animation wont. Also when asking for their mood, it is never shown and vise versa when they try to display their mood. Hasn’t worked a single time. Reason for mood should be displayed alongside their profile.

This feature used to be free…. Dark mode used to be free before one of the updates, now it’s behind a paywall. Dark mode is a simple feature which comes standard with so many apps. It shouldn’t be locked behind a paywall. This app already has cool functional paid options. Dark mode does not need to be one of them. I was extremely disappointed when I saw that it had changed from free to paid. It’s the only reason it’s getting 3 stars as of now.

It’s good but could be better. I really like the app it’s really nice and fun to play around with but there’s a few things that would be better. So whenever you send something like a hug or something you don’t get the notifications for it and I would like that to be added in there 2nd is it would be cool if there was a dark mode but that’s not really a problem that much and 3rd can you add a little bit more emotions that instead of just good bad and okay

How to fix. I was having issues with notifications not popping up. After a while of playing around I learned that you have to send the invite link to each other or else the notifications won’t appear. I hope this helps for people who were struggling with the same issue. I suggest adding a warning to new users. Also I wish for a few more free emotes thank you

It’s wonderful! I just wish it wouldn’t glitch so much.. I love this app a lot and at first it didn’t bug at all but now I can’t even get on the app without it being a white screen. I asked my friends if it does it for them too and they can’t even get on. It’s an amazing app- I just wish there weren’t as many bugs. Though I know the developers will fix it!

Love it but could do with improvements!. My long distance bf and I really like this app! The animations are very cute, and it’s a fun way to show someone you’re thinking about them! However the notifications don’t always appear, and the custom senses don’t have any text when you play them in the app. I also would love if the regular senses displayed the text in the app for longer than they currently do. Also hoping for more animations for the custom senses in the future!

The app is amazinnggg but... As the title says I just loveee the app but idk why its glitching for me every time I want to make some profile changes I can’t click on anything then it suddenly crashes :( hope there is a quick fix for that! Other than that the app is lovely The feature not working for me is simply the buttons where I want to make changes for my avatar ( for ex the colors )and where I can add my steps and my bpm etc…)

Nice, but... I love this app! Especially good for friends that have a hard time communicating, or are in different time zones and don’t have much time to talk about how they feel during the day. However, it would be nice to have more emotions to choose from such as “angry” or “tired” or even “hungry”. It’s hard to express feeling through an app that has only 3 emotions. But other than that, this is great ! :)

it’s amazing!. I love this app so much it a good way to keep in touch with my friends when I’m at school! Everyone on here is so nice and it’s a overall amazing app! Everyone person it matches me with is always so nice and caring and cool! I totally recommend this and if you haven’t, please download it! It deserves more attention! This app would be great but... My bestfriend and I downloaded this app so we could check on each other throughout the day and see how we were feeling without having to text. This app seemed super cute and fun, but it will not send either of us notifications when we send a hug or how we’re feeling. We both tried redone loading the app and made sure we had notifications turned on in settings. It just doesn’t work

Stopped working. I’ve had the app for a few days and there was no issues and I loved it and I went to use it today and my account was basically gone and my partner wasn’t on it anymore and there account was also not working I tried to put my info back into my account and it would load then delete everything again, I then logged out to try and log back in somehow and it just loads and does nothing and won’t let me make a diff acount or get back into mine, I’m upset I actually liked the app, pls fix this <3

Was great at first. My girlfriend and I got this app and it was working great for a few days. We both log in TODAY and our obi's are missing from each others pages. I try to log out and log back in but every time I do, with my apple ID, it accepts it but it immediately brings me back to the login page. Does not matter how many times I TRY it will not let me in! Please fix this! This is ridiculous! Was amazing but I knocked it down to 2 stars for this reason. Please fix this, your recent update did not help anything.

I love!. I love this me and my classmates use this all day! But there’s some things I think you should add that I think people would love! You can play min games for coins also give your Close one coins and what u can do with the coins u can buy new emotes like: sleep, hit with ball, happy birthday! )and maybe pets ( thing your Close ones can do with pets! : pet, kiss, hug, play with, give toy) thanks for making the app I love it!

Great app but something werid is going on. I loved this app it was really fun to mess with senses with my friends but today out of no where everything was gone . My obimates where no longer there and my obi avater was reset to the original yellow color. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not cause I tried to log out but it took forever to log me in ( it still hasn’t logged me in ) and I tried redownloading the app and it still hasn’t worked

Bug Problems. I really like this app. I got it yesterday and it was working fine today and even this morning, but I’m having problems now. When I open the app, it doesn’t show my avatar character unless I get a notification from someone else, and I can’t send anything to the people I’m connected with. I’m not totally sure what the problem is though. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing as well as turning off and turning back on my phone. Again, I don’t really understand what the problem is.

The Updates!. Hi, I love the app and the connections I’m able to have with loved ones who don’t live near. One small problem: every time I go to try changing my Obi color by pressing the “Customize Obi” circle, it freezes and doesn’t even work. I know you guys have recently been updating it a whole bunch but if you haven’t already tried to fix that area, please do so!! :)

Really love!. I really love this app. I think it could use an update because of a few bug issues but I still love what it’s about. I found it right before I leave my boyfriend to be in a long distance relationship and I’m so grateful because just a hug or kiss or hold makes it so he can have these senses without having me close and vice versa and I am so grateful. Thank you for this! It means so much to me and my partner. 💕

The idea is there. I really like the concept of this app! For awhile, me and my girlfriend exchanged gestures since we don’t see each other a lot. However, things keep moving around and I’m unable to do simple things like give my GF’s obi a nickname and such. Today I encountered an error where my avatar completely changed and I was unable to send back my ID to my gf so that e we can reconnect. The format of the all is overall broken and it’s sad because I looked over the bad bits because the concept was cute.

gateway failure/connection link failure. My long distance partner told me to download this app and i like it to some extent but its really buggy. I cant even see any screens when i open it, its just a white screen with notifications popping up saying failures. Also you should add features where you should be able to feel your partners heart if they have their phone on them, change the time zone, make it accessible as a widget to see on ours phones & not go to the app each time.

Suggestion. Hi ! overall i really like this app, it’s cute. A way to communicate with your partner if your distanced from them or are unable to speak with them. But a suggestion i have for the creators is to add more emotions. As of right now you can only be “ok” “good” and “sad”. How about you add “upset” “angry” “annoyed” “bored” etc. there are so many missing emotions that i think would be a great add on. And for the love of god, if the creators do somehow see this, please make these emotions free. I shouldn’t have to pay to tell my partner how i’m feeling.

Hi. I really enjoyed the app when it worked, but a day after I installed it, I tried to open it and was notified that there was a server error. The app was requesting an update, and gave me a shortcut to the App Store, but showed me no update was available. I tried deleting it, and installing it again, I reset my phone, but it still doesn't let me get into the app. I hope this gets fixed soon, since I saw a few people having the same issue, and i really wanna use the app.

Super cute/lovely app!. This app has been super cute and bring joy to my boyfriend and I when we’re apart! Which can be frequent due to our busy work schedules. Only issue I have: I’ll get a notification that a sense was sent to me but when I open the app it doesn’t play. I have to close the app and pull it back up for it to be playable. Not sure if it’s a bug or something because it’s happened to my boyfriend a couple of times too. Once that’s fixed I’ll consider it a 5 star rating!

great!. i love the app so much, simple yet plenty to do! the only thing i’d love for them to change is when you have multiple people in your circle and you have reactions to play the only way u know you’re getting them from that person is the notification. I wish the reactions would pop up as from that person in the app as they’re being played :)

Super cool!!!!. this app honestly amazing. it's simple, and easy to communicate to loved ones far away. my family uses this app all the time since i'm always at school and my sister is in college. love it. but just a suggestion: can you make it so that we can see which level we're on? that would be really helpful. but other than that, this app is truely a must-have.

it’s okay. okay so me and my friend live close but we barely meet so we saw this app everywhere on the media, i decided to download it. But then it kept saying for me that i couldn’t sync contacts. it would keep saying “error_phones”. i even thought it was my storage, so i deleted some storage but it keeps saying the same thing. i restarted my phone and tried everything but it would keep saying “error” and “connection error” i don’t know if it was even talking about my internet but my wifi is working perfectly , i don’t get what’s going on.

The best. This app is so cute! i just recently discovered it and im so excited to use it. Although, is there any update on when the notification bug will be fixed? My partner and I aren’t receiving notifications and can’t see when we’ve sent each other something in the app either. Overall, i think this app is an awesome idea and i can’t wait to see it in its full glory!

Downhill. App seems to have moved more in promoting infidelity and messing around with anonymous people. Pretty frustrating when repairing a relationship. It also seems to send oddly flirty notifications to only my girlfriend about meeting someone through the random feature or kissing a stranger. Not sure if this is some weird thing the developer added only for females, but I do not receive these notifications. The notifications are also silent and have no sound. I’ve switched my sex to female to see if I start receiving these notifications.

Great app buttt…. I downloaded this app for me and my friend, and once we got linked together we could see our heart rate feature but after using it once it was gone and I never saw it again and many people have that same issue I don’t know if it’s hidden somewhere but I couldn’t find it I looked foreverrr honestly it was my favorite feature it was a bummer that it was a one time thing I hope it’s just a bug issue and it can be cleared up however overall it’s a great fun app! that’s alll byeee

Login bug. I downloaded this app yesterday and had no issues with it up until just a bit ago. I opened the app to find that my data’s been erased, my friends are gone, and I’ve been logged out and have no way of getting back in; the screen resets and makes me start the login process all over again every single time. I’ve tried everything from removing and downloading it again, updating and restarting my phone, and using new login credentials, but nothing is working.

This app is amazing but please fix this. So I really enjoy this app and I use it to nonverbally communicate with my friends. When I opened it today, it prompted me to update the game. When it brings me to the apple store however, it says open and not update. The cycle then repeats itself. I have tried multiple times, refreshing the app each time. But nothing is working, please fix this, thanks.

Didn’t expect that…. My friend sent me this app because they thought it was an app where friends and family can get in touch with each other. At first I hesitated to download the app but then I gave it a shot. It says 4+ on the app page so I thought it would be okay, but I was wrong. This app has many inappropriate acts. Even though it can be a nice app to use for other purposes such as cheering someone up I would really suggest to change the age to at least 17+ or 12+.

i think it would be cute but one problem. I was trying to download this app for me and my significant other but it’s not letting me sign in and it’s giving me an option to sign in with Apple but all it does is load for a second and takes me right back to sign in with Apple I’ve done that a couple times but it won’t load and I’ve tried deleting the app a couple times restarting my phone closing out all my apps but it won’t let me sign in

One problem. I love this app so much i think it’s so cute however it could be better if it would notify the other person when you send them something because without the notification being sent it makes you have to go into the app every time and you have to be checking when a notification can make it much easier please add this im begging you🙏🏽

Amazing! 💜. I first saw the app on tik tok and thought it would be a great way to interact with friends who are far, this app is so great! You can literally interact with people who are far and it'll feel like you're interacting with them from face to face. It's a bit sad we have to pay for the other interactions because some people just can't really pay but other than that this app is amazing and I highly recommend! :) 💜

It’s great but some issues... I love this app it’s really good! But I have problems when my freinds get the chance to just hold and something, like a touch or French kiss they could do it for hours, once i click on it my phone gets strange lines in it and starts getting messed up but other than that it’s good. I just wish they could fix that and add a time limit so nobody’s phone messes up. :)

having contact sync issues. I downloaded this app recently because a friend told me about and it works fine except for when i need to sync contacts. For some odd reason every time i click “sync contacts” an issue pops saying “error_phones” and i don’t know what to do. The link works just fine but it’d make things a lot easier if i could just add them through contacts instead of sending links out individually. It’d be appreciated if this was looked into. Thank you!

It’s AWSOME but needs a little fix. I like obimy very much but when I want to change my mood I can’t bc I have nobody to share it to even though I had like 5 friends on it they all just disappeared it’s kinda annoying it’s happened before but it just needs a fix bc my friends just get deleted somehow and they don’t come back until a while so please fix this
