All around GREAT book and casino!. Good app, it’s nice to be able to actually reach out to a live person at Customer Service when/if I have an issue. I can’t think of another book or casino that does that. Everyone has some bugs from time to time, but overall solid and trustworthy platform!

Awesome games. I love so many aspects about Twinspires Sportsbook! First, that I can bet as little as a penny on a game or as much as I can afford. Before when I called a bookie, I would have to bet a minimum of $20 a game. Second, the offer several Boost Bets. That makes game day fun to watch. And third, the Same Game Parlay is risk free! And anytime I win, the funds are immediately put into the account.

Twinspires Sportsbook Review. Overall, I find the app to be an ok user experience. Clearly, it is not difficult to navigate and the betting options offered are varied. I would note that at times it takes several minutes to load and the Touch ID feature does not work requiring you to logon each time you wish to place a bet.

Below average. The casino portion is very glitchy. The cash out process takes longer than DraftKings, FanDuel, betMgm, or PointsBet. It’s also the only app the does not allow you to withdraw change. So basically you always have a fraction of a dollar you can’t cash out. I would not recommend this site over other gambling options and especially not for casino. Also pretty poor in terms of customer service and functionality. I could nitpick 10 or 12 different aspects of this app but moral of the story is to use DraftKings instead. On the bright side there are a few good ongoing sports bet promotions that are good. Mainly the brick wall bonus on hockey Thursdays and 3 point bonus on nba on Wednesdays. Also first round knockout bonuses in ufc. Plus various others. That being said the promotions are not necessarily better than other sites.

Great. There are really only one complaint. Once the bet is entered and the count down begins, you cannot cancel the bet. Other than that, it runs smooth and is up to date. At times they change the lines before the updated scores but it is still accurate mostly.

Surprised. I’ve always been skeptical of gambling on an app but as soon as sports gambling became legal in my state I had to try. Lucky for me the first one I did was Twinspires. Everything had been completely fair and legit so fair and also has a lot of nice promos to help you win money. I rarely do reviews but when it comes to money I feel like people should know if something is legit or not.

Solid app.. Solid all around app. Probably the easiest interface to navigate out of all the legal sports books in NJ, with great reaction time especially on the mobile app which is a lot better compared to other sports books apps. Although I will say pointsbet definitely offers better promotions and is more user friendly when it comes to promotions and bonus bets and things of that nature.

So much fun.. I do not bet to get rich, I bet to making whatever I am watching more entertaining. Twinspires Sportsbook has been the best experience in that area. Other than a few technical weirdnesses everything has been fun and easy to use. On the other side, it is a very technical betting app, you can wager big dollars on everything. I find it the perfect app covering casual to expert wagers. I recommend it to users of all experience.

Down in Pennsylvania. OKAY…..The geolocation problem is fixed, however it is PAINFULLY SLOW going from page to page. I will now rate it at 3 Stars. If it can be made speedier transitioning between pages, I will kick it up to a 4 Star ********************************************************* Signed up this morning and it says that it cannot geolocate me…. On iPhone OR iPad! So I called and they said it is a problem system wide in Pennsylvania. Still not working. From other posts it seems this problem has been present for several days! Come on Twinspire….you got my money but I can’t place a bet!

Do not trust this. I have played on quite a handful of online blackjack tables. Never in my life has the “dealer” gotten as many blackjacks as this one. At one point it got 3 or 4 in a row. I understand bad luck, but this is ridiculous. At one point I think every 1 in 3 the dealer got blackjack. Not just that but once or twice it would freeze when I was up and bring me back to the Home Screen saying my original amount before I was up. I do not gamble a lot of money thankfully, but if your looking for table games, I would look elsewhere.

Great experience especially for their first season. The User Experience and User Interface are very clear and easy to use, the weekly or daily boosts they offer are fun to take a flyer on, and parlays are easy to put together. I think overall it’s a great app with a lot of functionality especially considering this is the first year it’s been available.

Customer Service Awesome. I’ve used many Sportsbook’s and one of best features of Twinspires is they have a live chat to answer any questions or fix an issue if it comes up which none of the other competitors have or do. Also they deposit your winnings much faster then any other competitor. I’ll be sticking with Twinspires for my sports betting in the future!

Great service lots of fun. The customer service is quick they take care of what the issue is I have deposit money withdrawn money my mom has gotten a check or two mailed to her and I have gone to casino twice to pick up money I have had a lot of fun I like that you don’t have to wager a lot to win or lose

Not Terrible. I’ve played them all and this app seems to have way lower payouts rates than the rest. There’s hardly any bonuses for playing and Literally no reward points system to earn as you play to in turn redeem for a bonus balance. I don’t play for big payouts just for fun occasionally but this app I don’t get hardly any play time compared to mgm or DraftKings. It’s also a little laggy occasionally. Not quite as many game options as other platforms too. Still a solid platform and unique. I will continue to use the platform. I do video recording while playing to entertain my viewers so play time is important to me not so much huge wins even though they’re awesome to hit! I will update my review as I play more and get a better feel of Twinspires because as of now I’ve only used the platform on and off over the past 6 months.

Easy App. A friend of mine told me to use another App to bet with. I tried it first but was experiencing issues with the App and I couldn’t login to my bank to upload. I came over to this one and everything was very simple. From sign up to loading money, I was no longer than 10 minutes! Great promos too!

Unable to Withdraw Full Amount. Extremely buggy app. Wasted an hour with their “tech support” and they gave me runarounds. The issue is that I have an amount to withdraw that has dollars and cents and there isn’t an option for a decimal point. Their support had me try signing out and signing back in; didn’t work. Uninstalling and reinstalling; didn’t work. They also said I need to deposit at least $10 via PayPal if I want to use PayPal to be able to withdraw and I stated I did but the agent lied to me and said their records show I didn’t use PayPal. So when i sent the screenshot of the PayPal transaction, more stall tactics. I asked to escalate to a higher tier support and they would not. Every time I try one of their methods, I would lose the troubleshooting chat and would have to start all over after trying their method. I just want my money so I don’t have to use this app again.

Worst of the bigger apps. Takes days to get your money out. Still waiting on an “approval” for my withdrawal which I asked for 3 days ago. App crashed in the middle of a bonus round on slot machine, I had it up to over $500 when it did- after re-logging in, the game didn’t continue and my money was nowhere to be found. I had to call customer service- who informed me that there was a KNOWN issue with that provider of the game and when they fix their bug, I’ll get my money. That was also-3 days ago, no communication, nothing from them since. I will be deleting this app as soon as (if) I get my money.

Twinspires rocks!. Twinspires is the best app to use while gambling hands down. Funding whenever you may and being able to parlay or bet on sports or almost anything. I love using Twinspires and there’s many more ways to make it an even better sportsbook. I even managed to win on the casino app!

New to Twinspires Sportsbook TN. The only negative thing I have to say is. I don’t know if I’m just dumb but sometimes I’ll want to place a bet and it won’t automatically do the math and I keep getting a message to enter a stake and end up not placing the bet. However I have bragged to my friends about the app and continue to share my positive experience.

Good app but watch the time remaining in games. It’s a good app as betting apps go. Easy to use and connect your bank account for easy funding. Unfortunately if you like in game bets make sure you check another site to verify the time left in a game. I have seen it show 3 mins left in a basketball game and jump on the o/u only to find out there was 2 mins left which changes what you would have bet

Terrible casino app. They give you 50 free spins a day as a promotion offer. After completing all the days of free spins I had $25 in my account. There was a one time play through requirement on this which was easy enough. The only problem is let’s say you play a slot and win $1 on the spin. Your next spin will use the $1 you just won in cash instead of using the bonus basically ensuring you can’t get the bonus money out. To get the money out you would have to take your winnings after each spin and make a deposit to have the minimum withdraw amount in your account. Idk why anyone would use this casino over draft kings or other online casinos. I have never seen an online casino use your cash before bonus credits given to you. The blackjack is also rigged in this app. I have played around 15 hands of blackjack and have lost every single one. The dealer hits a 19-21 every single time. 15 loses in a row on blackjack is not real odds. Don’t use this casino. Draft kings offers new users $100 in free casino play just for making a deposit and doesn’t require you to use any of your cash. Just a simple free $100 with a 1 time play through.

More problems than solutions!!!. All Sportsbook apps are basically the same, so it’s what’s different that might attract you to one or the other. This is where the application falls flat.... constant issues with Location Verification (acknowledged by support but no fix in site) so can’t use on your phone while not at home or on WiFi?!?! So basically I should “avoid the app” and use the Desktop version.... Lastly, if this is known why not advise your consumer base? Over all poor product, poor performance, lacking any customer support (after hours help does not exists), avoid this app and use another!!!

More reliable betting app than most. Not the quickest on pay outs and not able to use sportsbook bonus on casino but they pay out. I don’t like that I can’t cancel a bit before any of the game start once I book it though because sometimes I want to add games after the fact or take games away and can’t. If none of the games have started yet you should be able to edit your bets. At least it works tho....

Roulette app. This app is great- usually works pretty well and is fast. The only issue I have is that I can’t view how much I have in my balance or how much I am wagering on any of the roulette games. I have to get out of the game to the home screen to see my balance. Really takes away from the experience and the thrill of playing roulette if you can’t see what you won being added or taken from your balance. Please fix this because I really enjoy the app.

New Love. I’ve had a girlfriend that loves to watch football with me. She was annoying me but she would watch... I could never find a way to watch to get interested with her there. Until... Tennessee made sports betting legal and I found a new way to get excited before my girl would. Thank you Twinspires for making teams I don’t care about fun again.

Great odds and options. One od the best sportsbooks with existing player specials and wide range types of bets allowed. Payout is fast typically sometimes over night! The reason for the stars is because of the occasionally buggy techs. Has been known to shut off while I’m trying to place the odd bet and occasionally laggy....

You gonna lose but it makes sports a lot more fun. App is easy to use but I have one major beef. Sometimes the time remaining on games is off by a few minutes. I’ve been doing a lot of over under and this can have a major impact on how you pick in game. I would suggest either making pregame bets or watching the live broadcast for your o/u’s. Fix this and 5 stars!

Good payouts. I like this app a lot. It pays out better than other betting apps. However, during football season, there was a lot of issues with being locked out of the app making it incapable to make new bets during live games. I’m pretty sure they got a lot of heat for this. That being said, I’m hoping the fixed that so it doesn’t happen going forward. That’s why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Poor design and functionality. This app is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. Twinspires clearly does not value its sportsbook highly, otherwise it's sports betting app would be a much better product. Their promotions also do not measure up to other sportsbooks. Furthermore, I can't even look at their lines or at my bets unless I am physically within the state borders. I'm not trying to bet while out of state, just wanting to look at my bets and their lines. What a joke! Until they do something to improve their product, you're better off using one of the other sportsbooks such as Fanduel, BetMGM or Caesar's.

Twinspires is awesome to get paid is great also welsfargo check took 4 days or you can get it put back in your checking account you can bet on games while they are going they change the spread all around everything is great about this site no need for a book that you have to go pay on Friday’s

Awesome app!. Love the app, it’s easy to navigate & has loads of betting options. Also wanted to give a quick shout out to the Twinspires app developers & marketing team. I met a bunch of them the other night at the Meadowlands in New Jersey for a MNF party they held. Great group of people, asked everyone what they thought of the app, any suggestions, and overall experience. I really enjoyed the personal interaction with the Twinspires family!

Good but needs Improvements. Login process is too long on my laptop. I also can’t make Sportsbook bets on my computer because it says location hasn’t been verified even after the download says okay. I can play the Casino games on my computer but always have to login twice with two verification codes. Can these be combined to only log in one time? Would also like to be able to enlarge/expand site zoom when using my phone.

Great App. Up to the second accurate info.. Great app overall. Friendly lines and spreads and lots of in depth props and things to wager on. One critique would be to fix the 3-way soccer money lines and enact normal soccer spreads because I’ve never seen a site that doesn’t offer normal spreads where you don’t get screwed over by having no push options.

Great for spare time. I have enjoyed using this app quite a bit! I don’t usually follow other sports but when I have $.50 or a dollar on the line I get more excited and get to connect with the sport better. This also has been able to help my social life because I learn about players and teams so I can keep up with the people I hang out with.

I love this app!. Decent enough sports betting app although I would suggest a few things. During a same game parlay if you already lost or won that bet before the game is over they should show that to let you know so you don't have to check other sites

Top cops. Fandal, is a great sports book, its fair, they have all types of play, if you have a question you just call and they pick up the phone and answer your question. I think it is one of the best sports books that I’ve ever used I would highly recommend from,starters to pros, that’s a great establishment. Never had a problem with them!

Absolutely worst online casino. Please I repeat under no circumstances deposit money here! I play every casino in Pa. I also play in Michigan, New Jersey, West Virginia and a couple others cause I travel for work. In the last 7 days I have deposited $3,500 on here and I don’t bet huge and I can’t win ANYTHING. As I right this I am currently $900 in a session without ONE bonus!! Every 5-6 spins a message come up and says “oops your session expired” and it kicks you out even in mid spin and you have to reload it. It’s been doing that over and over and over without pause for 7 straight days. So if the app can be that broken how could anyone not think well maybe the “random number generator” is not functioning properly either?!?!?!? I gamble ALOT and I’ve NEVER deposited this much money in a relatively short period of time without hitting something!! How could you go $900 straight without even a bonus?!?!? I literally recorded my sessions because it is sooooooo UNBELIEVABLE. I’ve deposited 65k on different sites so far this year so when I tell you this is bad believe it. Worst in Michigan. Twinspires is by far the shadiest platform developer of online casino phone apps. The Michigan casino (Island Casino, wherever that is) piggybacks on their sins but, ethically, they aren't much better. Collectively, these two companies conduct their business in a manner that would (and should) be considered a crime. I'm fully aware that I have a gambling problem and fully aware that I may not have an objective opinion on the matter but it sickens me to know how much of my hard earned money these two "companies" have actually stolen from me (seriously). I've dealt with every scum bag casino app out there at this point and I've been willing to shovel money into all of their pockets. I have a pretty low opinion of them all but I chose to rate this app because it's by far the worst one. Bad payouts, uses tricks to get you to do the exact opposite of what you're intending to do-then restricts you from reversing what you did for 24+ hours. Doesn't prevent gambling junkies from logging on during their time-out periods and will still allow you to deposit money that you can't use and withdrawing it back out takes 3+ days. Shameful that these casinos and their online platforms feed on people who can't control themselves in the first place and make money hand-over-fist in the process. The very least they could do for the customer while draining their bank account is conduct the business in a fair and ethical manner.

Anywhere but here. Seriously if you want to gamble do it anywhere but Twinspires. They make it look like they have a ton of slots until you go to play them and 70% of the games just have a popup that says “game not available” If you get a slot to load then its going to be super laggy. Feels like the developers quit on them halfway through the app and twinspires said “just put it out there its good enough” Live dealer games do not load at all. I tried multiple live dealer games and all failed to load. Whole lot of false advertising going on here, you guys should stick to horse racing because casinos arent your thing.

Another review... This is so much better then DraftKings also... customer service is on point and doesn’t have me waiting for days to have my account running again. I asked for my money back on DK but they still have to get back on me... I’m just glad you guys are doing great and way better than them.

Twinspires Sportsbook 5 stars!. The app is easy to work. It’s user friendly and they always have great promotions. Everything is eye appealing and the platform is much easier to understand than most other sports betting apps. Best Live Sports Betting App!!!. Twinspires Sports Book, is the best real time betting app on the market. Sometimes it’s faster than the actual game on TV ! Best Online Sports Book. Was with Draft Kings for a long time but made the switch to Twinspires because they offer way better promos, more bet options, and the special offers are easy to cash in on rather than other places that make a bunch of hoops to jump through in order to get your special offer.

It’s not like I’ve seen with a couple other books tho, where you touch a button and it takes literally 5 seconds to load what you touched. If the bugs are squashed it’d be such a better book. Twinspires rating. Like almost everything about Twinspires sports betting. The one thing I DONT like is that you can’t cancel a bet. I think that is really ashame since as a good gambler, when odds change, I can’t cancel and rebet with better line or odds. Was really surprised when I found that out. Twinspires should be looking out for giving bettor best experience gambling on thier site.

Worst payouts I’ve seen in Michigan. Of all the gambling apps in Michigan, TwinSpires has the absolute worst payout I’ve seen. The problem isn’t even a lack of bonuses or free spins on games - it’s that you never win big…ever. I’ve been playing this site for a year and I keep doing time outs because it’s such a waste of money. Great selection of games, pretty good tech wise - but don’t expect to win big here on the casino side. Any other app in Michigan is better for payouts. I’ll be excluding for 5 years after tonight. Such a waste of time and money. This site has real potential with the huge selection of games, but it’ll be tainted by poor payouts, which we all know is way more important than variety. Trash Promos. They NEVER do promos anymore (dry since last year’s bball and hockey season) so they FINALLY do a NFL promo and hide in the terms that you can only pick from four of the absolute most trash games of the week. Instead of picking the game I wanted that ended up with the max free bet, I got nothing after wagering $50 and losing. This book is bleeding customers and their terms get worse by the day.

Love the App and great customer service.. First off, they have all the best games and actually payout. I am an avid gambler and have tried all the sights/apps and this is the best one by far. No issues getting paid, customer support is very helpful, and you can actually WIN, unlike some of the other apps.

Not a bad app just poorly programmed?. This app is awesome. It runs well and has awesome offers, but there are some times I have to wait an hour or even two for it to verify my location. On WiFi, on cellular, 5 bars to 1 bar. It doesn’t matter how the connection is. I’ve tried everything to get it to load faster and it just doesn’t. Would be my main Sportsbook if not for this reason.

Don’t waste your time or money. Open an account Monday, don’t win any significant bets and limited to $15 max bets by the end of the week. Takes 2 minutes to log in and load everything each time. Just copies barstool’s lines and offers smaller limits, then bans you if you bet the $500 max or whatever sad amount it is. Sad excuse for a Sportsbook, the only easy part is getting your money in.

Biggest Scam Site Ever!. This is the worst casino I’ve joined since Michigan began online gambling and their customer support is horrible! None of their “promotions” are actual promotions and seem to have all expired a week prior to signing up/using. I’m told that I have to make a (minimum) deposit EVERY DAY for 5 days to receive the “free spins” I was awarded with the promotion I signed up with. Do not waste your time or money.

Still waiting on a withdrawal. Submitted my first withdrawal over 10 days ago still haven’t had any communication. I know like most other apps they will ask for more information extending the withdrawal period to over 2 weeks. No other betting app have I waited this long. Avoid if you want to withdraw your money.

Terribly slow and even worse payouts. It fails verify my location more often than not. It’s very slow on booting up and trying to navigate around when it does finally log in. Worse of all it’s been four days since I requested my payout and I still have nothing. Don’t use this app unless it’s for a good promo. Even then it’s hard to justify…

Cash in early is great. live interaction on the site offering to allow you to cash in a bet, for a little less, if it appears your bet is going to win. I took about 70% of my potential winning in the early 4th quarter of a game.

Worst casino app ever 😡😡. Very glitchy app. Every time I get a win or bonus it freezes. Been trying to play my bonus game for 4hours, still froze. I logged out logged back still froze, but was able to play demo. Played another game because my money is still in there. Go back to my game with bonus. Problem precise. I will mot be playing this casino ever again. The Worst!!!!

Horrible. Absolutely Horrible App. Ironic that they will take your money however good luck with your withdrawals. I Spoke with Sera W via text. After being hung up on 3 times and having no response from emailing them. I have been waiting on funds and she said that I have to wait “inline” I have never experienced this with any other app. Don’t waste your money. It took me over a week before I contacted them that I got my money. Not worth it.

Not the worst...... I’ve played on every casino app in PA and this isn’t the worst. I’ve played it a handful of times and actually logged out a winner more than once. Payout is a bit slow, and so is the app sometimes. Nothing crazy. I actually like this casino app better than some of the bigger ones out there, (cough, cough, MGM/Borgata cough.)

But can you withdraw?. Had an account for a few weeks. I have no issues when it comes to making a deposit. Finally hit something worth withdrawing and getting an error message every time. Contacted customer support and go figure, THEY CANNOT EVEN LOCATE MY ACCOUNT like it doesn’t even exist.

Needs Improvement. I live just outside PA and drive 5 minutes to place bets. When outside of PA it does not even let me look at the sportsbook when all other major books do. Really just silly. Fix this and it will be 5 stars.

Stay away. Just a warning. They will take it all. Do a test run like I did with $100. Bet $1 blackjack and regardless of hand outcome count the number of 20s and 21s the dealer gets compared to player. (Dealer will always turn up down card at end of hand). After your $$$ is gone check the stats…cheers

Another scam casino app. Not even a single slot game pay you in Casino app. It’s just takes money, their promotion is another scam, they let you lose 500$ without giving you even a single feature game in slots and then they lock the 500$ promotional amount and eventually you lose again with their terrible odds. Download and put money in it just to lose, there is no fun at all playing slots in this app. You get frustrated and lose more!

Withdrawals take way too long to process. I play on all the Pa casino sites. This casino’s slots do not pay out as well as other casinos. Also withdrawals take entirely to long to process! The other casino sites have immediate withdrawals. So it’s hard to turn to this one for both of those reasons for me at least!

Quit reading and download the app already!!. I’ve tried every other competitors app and I can assure you this is the best one on the market. They display more than enough information, it’s easy to use, updates lines seamlessly through games, and payouts are fast.

Oops!. On a positive note, customer service is extremely friendly. On a less than positive note, make sure your state is one of the states that allows online gambling. Made the mistake and am trying to recover my money. System locked me out immediately and customer support can’t quite figure out how or why.

Very long withdrawal process. Money sits for days with the ability to reverse it! By far the longest withdrawal process I’ve ever had! Customer service chat is an incredibly long wait. It should be illegal for casinos to hold your money this long. Considering how quickly it’s taken out of your account.

Limited betting choices. Seems like a decent SportsBook but the bet options are really limited. I’m a big golf fan and love the head to head matchups for rounds though and you can choose the winner outright or place a tie or no bet option.

Location verification doesn’t work. The app was working perfectly fine till the latest update. Now it just hang on the location verification screen and doesn’t go any further. Twinspire fix the problem!

Geo Locator Bug- Bad, TwinSpires Losing My Business Before I even Start. Well, allowed me to sign up with NJ address and deposit money then keep giving me message that I was out of bounds while sitting in my home here in south Jersey. Fortunately allowed me to cash out, I am done with this gaming site before I even start.

Awesomeness. Otherwise it is a great Sportsbook with plenty of variety. I’ve taken plenty of money out of this app so there’s no issue with withdrawing.

Do Not Use. The App is absolutely horrible. The majority of games do not work. The ones that do crash repeatedly. They do not offer any customer support because they are “stepping away” from the online casino market, yet they still offer the app for use.

Typical. Same old same old, you wont win , you be teased with a hundred dollars,, not enough to take out , gambling is an illusion, save your money , also this casino if super cheap no promos so another to stay clear , you are only putting your money into their pockets

Customer service is amazing. Customer service is amazing. They try to be helpful, however the website and app is horrible. Waiting a week for a withdrawal, locked out of your account. I feel bad for their customer service personnel. The girl I had, Morgan, was extremely helpful. It’s a shame she works for a company that cannot fix their issues. I would not recommend using this app. FanDuel for the win!

Broken and buggy. This app doesn’t work anymore on iOS any more. Fails to properly geo-locate. Confirmed issue with support and lots of friends. Has been over a week. If the app was working, it would still be irritating. Lots of bugs and certain navigations take you out of sports book (click on promos, you are back at opening landing page or when you click super odds, it takes you to opening landing page). Love the visual design, but the mechanics are terrible.

RIP OFF. Terrible, declined ALL of my bank deposits abd then say “your bank declined them” and put the money back into my account. Tried to pull out again, through ACH and it wouldn’t go through.. there’s such better apps, MGM you will have your $$ in a couple hours after you deposit it! How’s this take DAYS?!

Great betting app, but unreliable at times. I love the functionality and user experience with Twinspires, however at times it is a bit unfriendly.

Avoid this Mickey Mouse Sportsbook. Do not deposit money into their app. It will likely be under maintenence when you want to use it anyway. I am very disappointed that they would not honor my promotion when I had opted in correctly and deposited money for the sole reason of being in the promotion. Rather than credit me $50, they are trying to weasel their way out of paying me! I have read many similar stories from customers. What a poor way to treat your clients.

Stay Away. This casino is the worst one. I put $100 on the site each time I played the I went down to 30 bucks before I would even see a feature the game had to offer. Each time I put money on the site it played out the exact same way. Were’s the fun in that. It felt like a legal Robbery. Beware

Good App. They offer good promos but sometimes the explanations are not clear so I don’t use it. They have good customer service and site credits when there is an outage.

Rip-off. Have repeatedly played the slot of the week and advertised free spins don’t show up. Chatting them later they claimed I never re-entered the game…which is just plain wrong…I even logged out, exited the app, and reopened the game. No free spins. It’s not so much the free spins themselves that bother me, but the idea of being ripped off and the poor customer service, including the false claims about me not reentering the game.

Slow. upon pressing the app, it takes awhile to load even though I have great signal and Wi-Fi. The login system takes forever to load as well and due to this technical issue I was unable log in and cash out on time. lol

Horrendous. Horrible. The worst betting site I have seen yet. They do not pay out/honor promotions. I spoke to customer service seven different times over one promotion. I was first told it was fixed and would be credited to my account. The next time I spoke with someone they no longer knew of that promotion and would not honor it. This was for one very small promotion, good luck with bigger ones. Stay away.

Don’t waste your time. I play enough blackjack to know that you have your good and bad days but I have experienced some insane streaks by the house (10+ in a row). Aside from that, the app is much slower, bonuses are locked into unreal wager requirements, and withdrawals take longer than the main casino/Sportsbook apps. Don’t waste your time on this

Where did deposit option go?. Was playing this ap for a while and now when I try the deposit option disappeared only shows withdraw option.

Worst in Pa. I don’t ever leave reviews but someone has to warn people. By far the worst sports betting app in PA. Takes forever to login. If you finally get in does not geo locate you. Try to contact customer service. Ha. Good luck. Chat tells you to leave email cause they are busy but they will never respond. The only app I’ve had these consistent amount of issues with. Sugar House and Bet Rivers don’t even have an app and make you use browser but at least they eventually work. Can’t recommend this one at all

Improve withdrawal timeline. Other sportsbook and casino apps have much quicker withdrawal periods. Fanduel is 2-3 hours now with PayPal. This would be a nice feature to incorporate.

STAY AWAY!! No bonuses for customers. Do not use this site ! Horrible. I spent a lot of money on this site and they told me that supervisors have rejected any bonus plays to any players. Horrible way to keep customers. I recommend all other sites. Fan duel, Draftkings, WynnBET but stay far away from this site. They don’t help you with anything and you have issues withdrawing money.

Easy betting. The setup worked very easy compared to other apps. I have had my first wins and hope it carries on like that 😀
