Works as intended!. Love my trackers! I always forget my bag and belongings so it’s nice to stick one of these in there and they have a battery life of about 5 days or so. Charges pretty quickly too! Go by your local T-Mobile store and check them out! I got them as a bundle! 🤴🏾🙈💵

Homing Device. Awesome tracking device. I does help me track down my non verbal teenager son - on autism spectrum.

Fix. It doesn’t snapshot movement automatically and save it for you like if your asleep and are unable to track.

Disappointing. Had the Sprint version of this tracker & app and was forced to switch to the T-Mobile tracker & app. This device doesn’t send notifications, doesn’t track when the motion track is enabled. Called T-Mobile twice to troubleshoot the problem. Went through every troubleshooting step with tech support and couldn’t solve the problem. It useless.

Smart customer. I love this thing. U can save money on your car insurance. Put it on your child when u go to busy places. You can put it in your tools, or if u have a loved one that u need to make sure doesn’t go to the wrong places it good for that also! Very good at pin pointing area and not being wrong!

Thee best. Thee best tracking app, need some up date but it’s the best. Only need the battery to last longer thou. But yeah,it’s the best

Missing features. Fit and finish is nice but… We switched to this from the Sprint Safe and Found because our Sprint one is no longer supported. To our disappointment it seems it doesn’t support family members like the sprint version did. Please add a feature to share a tracker with two different accounts/add a family member. We’d like to both be able to track our pup if he gets away from us.

Not loud enough. It works great, but you simply can’t hear it if you’re more than 5 feet away.

Track issues. Doesn’t track in real time. Extremely slow

Amazing tracker and works great!. This is an amazing LTE tracker and works great. It gives me an accurate location and helps me to track my stuff. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

Customer. This product has been helpful to me in many ways. I am able to leave it at home when the children are there. I take it to work with me. I just like it.

Could be better, but gets the job done.. I got 2 trackers for my dogs, if they were ever to run away and to be notified when they are let out. I got these 2 trackers because there was a special promotion and I was thinking about getting trackers for my dogs, eventually. I was told these trackers could be used for dogs but the design doesn’t seem like it. I had to double loop the wrist holder it case with to make it more durable to not fall off and attached a key ring to that. Then I was able to attach the key ring to my dog’s collars. It would have been nice if I could have attached the key ring straight to the tracker. The device is also quite thick which doesn’t help the appeal of it. As far as the features, I think they are great! At first the app wasn’t notifying me when my dogs would leave the “virtual boundary” until I deleted and re-downloaded the app and adjust the settings, again. Now I receive my notifications when they leave but only past the virtual boundary. I would like if the boundary could be adjust to a smaller perimeter so I would know every time they leave the house to be let out in the yard. But the boundary covers 300ft minimum I believe which prevents me from being notified if they were let out in the yard. The GPS works great and it’s pretty accurate. I wish the battery lasted longer. For the price, the product is great and, gets the job done 👍🏽

Life. I absolutely love ❤️ the Tracking device especially with my young wife having dementia at only 58 years old 🙏🙏— only the sound alarm 🚨 is very low and wish it had a higher volume 👼🏼—but overall it’s a lifesaver

No Spanish?. This app doesn’t have Spanish functionality which limits it for use for Spanish speakers. Is there an update coming for it or is it just stuck on English only?

Did anybody test this release?. Can’t log in without changing my password. Then I can’t register the tracker. Doesn’t work on iPhone or iPad. At least it’s consistent.

App won’t open. After downloading the app it freezes when I type my password in. Happens when autofilling or manually putting it in. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and rebooted my phone multiple times and still can’t log in. The app always freezes and crashes at the login page.

Moving tracker. Would like to see the tracker in moving status permanent instead of having to keep turning it on

Needs constant monitoring. Glitches. You have to check constantly to make sure that they’re still on.

Frustrating. I’ve only had tracker a month and it ran up my bill $200 plus. Next bill has been adding up again. Turned it off and well going to have to cancel service to it. Very disappointed, I had to upgrade to this new tracker cause previous one was not going to work and well was not expecting it to cost me this much. Makes no sense to be charged for text messages on a tracker when already paying for data service. Wonder if anyone else has had this issue, but apparently I’m the first. This is very frustrating and disappointing. App doesn’t even send me notifications.

SyncUP TRACKER. The battery dies too soon battery short life Can’t be tracked without the battery

Motion alert feature not working. The Motion Alert has stopped working. The feature turns itself off after being turned on. Needs bug fixes and improvements. This is sub standard.

My motor scooter. I finally have peace of mind sleeping at night. I used to wake up thinking my beautiful brand new motor scooter would be gone due to someone stealing it. Now I have the Syncup tracker and it will notify me if there’s any movement and show it’s exact location. I dare someone to steal it now.!

I love this. When I start school ik this is going to help me I start on Tuesday

Tracker. When it works it’s great and it doesn’t always work won’t track goes offline a lot doesn’t record tracking this is the fourth one we’ve had so far

It’s good to know where our child is!. The SyncUp TRACKER shows us in real time where he is so we can keep track of where he is, and find him if we need to. It’s been a real help. We put one on his scooter and one on his bicycle, but we end up having to recharge them every four days. The battery life isn’t very long. We can send him a “buz” if we want to signal him, but he cannot signal to us from the tracker. All in all, it is helpful, and affordable.

Stolen trailer. Around thanks giving day my trailer was stolen from a job site and thanks to the gps keeping record of last location I could recuperate my stolen trailer in less than 15 minutes right after me finding out it was stolen.

Trackers. Need more battery life and tracking the movement as it is happening

Tracking History. So yeah. The app is fine. It tells you where the device is. There is a setting to change how often the device reports its location when you don’t have the app open, but theres no history data... so you can’t see where its been. So when the son takes the car without asking, you can’t tell where he went... really need tracking history showing where the device has been. Thanks

I can’t access. I can’t open the app it’s telling me it’s already active in a different account it’s not other way for me to go back for different options

Calibration. Seems like the actual place the tracker says it’s at it 200 yards off. Not very accurate.

T-Mobile SyncUp Tracker. Everything else working good except two issues; The feature light sensor does not send notifications to my my iphone.

Tracking basically anything!. These trackers are exactly what I was looking for, I had find my family app but it’s slow and not that accurate. This will alert me any time the tracker detects movement and will get me up to the minute of the exact route that’s being taken; and the best part is it’s totally undetectable to the person or thing your tracking. The only downside is u do have to charge them fairly often, I was worried cuz they say there only good for 7 hours but they stay charged for a day or two. So if u want to track basically anything (the tracker itself is about as big as a cc just a LOT thicker) I TOTALLY recommend!! I LOVE this product!

Up to date information. It doesn’t give all the history

History needed!. The app is cool and easy to use and install, the device is fancy and great size good features, but it definitely needs the location history as other tracking devices. That is one of the more important components for a tracking item.

I don’t live in Canada. Any time I try to set a geo fence it says the address is in Canada and doesn’t work. The only alerts I get are for low battery. There are serious issues with the app and the people at t-mobile say it’s been terrible working with these things because of horrible support. The app doesn’t work properly and the developers haven’t fixed it.

Amazing device. I love this device, it’s so amazing and super informative. I track my gym back with it and it tracks in real time. I love the idea that I can track the important stuff in real time!

It really works. It has been accurate and reliable, even in sheltered areas. The battery life is rather disappointing though.

Useful. I use this for tracking my baby’s car seat. I do wish the light detection worked better.

Works good but takes too long to refresh sometimes. UPDATE: I am happy that I received help after voicing my experience with the tracker and they ended up figuring out the reason for the tracker not charging, and there seemed to be an issue with the charging cord. They sent me a new one and it started to work again. What was weird is that this issue happened multiple times and would charge if there was still battery left, so I guess if the charger is defective and the tracker has no power left at all, it wouldn’t work properly. It only would work if there was some battery left. I am so glad to finally have this issue resolved! The only reason I updated my review to 4 stars instead of 5 now is because the tracker really lags sometimes and there were days where it would take 10 minutes to refresh. Other than that, it does work as intended. I am absolutely so sick and tired of my sync up tracker just not working if it ever dies/ runs out of battery!!! This is now the THIRD time I am having issues after it runs out of power! The first time, I didn’t use for 2 weeks and when I put it to charge, it just stopped working and had to get a replacement. It works fine until I accidentally let the replacement run out of power, since I wasn’t using it for when school was out, and when I tried using it again, same thing! I let it charge for a couple days, but it just wouldn’t turn back on! Then I had to get ANOTHER replacement for same thing!! Now, I forgot to charge over the weekend and it’s only been offline for a few hours, I put it on the charger… low and behold… not turning on!! This is just ridiculous!! I MUST always remember to charge and NEVER let it die, or else I have to keep replacing it, and process for it is sooo long too!! It takes so much of my time to do it! I am not only mad at this stupid tracker for not working just because it didn’t get charged right away, but also mad at myself for letting it die knowing this may happen yet AGAIN!! Ugh! I’m so mad I tell yah!! Like I can’t believe no one else having this issue, but yet it’s happened to me 3 times in a row now! Ridiculous!

Great product; app has issues. The product works great when the app works. For some reason I’m consistently getting a blank screen every time I open the app. This happens frequently but not always. I can shutdown the app. I can delete it and reinstall it. Nothing works but then POOF one morning it’ll work again. It defeats the purpose of the tracker if the app isn’t working.

Awesome (Not Really See Update). I don’t know why this device isn’t more popular or why there are negative reviews. Works great for me. Got four from T-Mobile. Followed initial startup and setup. Downloaded app. Set up area boundaries for home, work and school. Notifies me when our vehicles come or go from each. Rarely is the accuracy a little off where the tracker shows its position a couple hundred feet from where it is. Response time is usually good. Rarely more than a minute delay. Battery life is about 5 days with normal usage. Charges from 5% to 95% within an hour. You could use in vehicles, backpacks, luggage, computer bags, clothes pockets, or on a pet collar. I’m super impressed. Highly recommend. If anything, they could try to improve the precision and response time over the next updates. Edit1: Reducing from 5 to 2 stars after my monthly bill went up by $100. TM charges to use these and the billing comes in the form of a fee per text message that these gizmos apparently send out. They didn’t mention that when giving us the free trackers. Nope. I canceled the service and returned. They were a fun toy for free, but they aren’t accurate enough and update with too long a delay to pay anything for these, let alone $25 per tracker per month. Edit2: TM: I already got the charges fixed. These devices added lines to our plan with numbers we had never seen and sent texts at a rate of 2 cents per message. You are being either deceptive or ignorant with how that work. Since returning my Syncup Trackers, I got AirTags that work better for $0 per month.
