Cute but too many ads. You get ads during a mini game! Sure, you could fork over $5, but the quality of the game and skill requires doesn’t warrant it. MAYBE $2 for ad removal would be acceptable, but the point of the game just seems to frustrate you with ads to get you to pay them money.

DISGUSTING. I only gave you one star because of the graphics of this game!!! Remove the racism and the fat shaming part of the game and I will raise my rating!!! Great game!!!!. Fun, only thing I’m hoping is that I don’t finish the game to quickly because it’s fun. It’s like I wanna continue to play but I feel like if I do.... I’m gonna finish it too quickly, so I have to make myself quit playing for awhile. Hope more people see this game and play, so the developers will continue to add more stuff.

Adds. If you love adds, and must have them then this is the app for you. There is an insane amount of adds. 5 seconds of game followed by 15/30 seconds of adds. I cant comment on the game i cant play it long enough before an add stops the game and you have to sit through it. Did i mention that there are also alot of adds. A complete waste of time. I stayed on just long enough to write this review of because i cant play enough of the game without adds. Im sure there is a version you pay for to get no adds. How can i do that when i cant try the game because of too many adds. So i just came back from trying the game again. Timed myself....3 seconds of helping a patient followed by an add. Then 6 seconds on 2 patients and another add. Lame game

No Sound???. Bought the $4.99 ad free version. Still seeing some ads. Worse, the sound and music doesn’t work! It’s really annoying. I keep clicking on settings in the app but the sound and music just won’t turn on.

Fun game. So there is a bit to meny adds but this is a pretty good game I just started playing but I hope it get a bit harder

Fun and Addicting. Super addicting and a lot of fun! Hoping it gets harder as I move up in levels and I get more patients. Currently there is glitch with fixing patient bones and the app freezes but if you restart, you skip that patient and can move on.

Fun game but.... I enjoy this game however it gets extremely repetitive after a while. Same exact things over and over again. There’s really no change or growth. Also it ALWAYS freezes on any case where you have to fix bones. Have you play for a few days you’ll get tired of it. Ads are A LOT however I bought “no ads” which was well worth it.

Fun, Cute Game!. Hi! I got this game a couple of days ago and really like it! I love how cute the characters are and how they react😃. But, of course, there are some problems to a simple and cute game. First off, I do agree with the adds, yes they’re a little...much, and even if I go on Airplane mode, i don’t get to do the other opportunities like take care of a puppy or get more money. Now I have a good solution, when special challenges come up, like answering a call, etc. I think that it should cost money, maybe $100 or higher, just to get started, and so there aren’t to many adds to get a special deal. Last, I think you should create better challenges, for helping the president, puppies and furniture I think we should do different tasks then going around the hospital. But, this is my opinion. ANYWAY!! I love this game and encourage others to play, I hope the developers receive my ideas and understands and consider them! Thanks😊

Way too many ads. The game is cute but there’s just way too many ads. Seems like after everything you do an ad pops up and there are the same ones over and over. You watch more ads then you do actually playing the game.

here’s a tip. A lot of people are saying how many adds they got but there’s a free way to get rid of them ether turn WiFi off or go on airplane mode:) try it and thank me later every time I play I use this trick;)

I like the game but one problem. I like this game but I don’t like the adds pls remove the adds. I like that if you don’t buy something it just gives you it it’s nice.

Fun but buggy. This is yet another app that starts out fun but breaks after you pay. Before I paid to remove ads, it was fine aside from how excessive the ads were. Now that I’ve paid, it crashes a lot. It’s tiring.

Fun Game! BUT!. It’s a great game to play, it actually make you work to get upgrades which is not bad but when I get to level 10 upgrades my game starts to freeze up a bit and then it completely freezes up when I get to fix someone’s leg and more. I do enjoy this game all and all

Too many ads!. This game WOULD be fun, but besides the fact it is mind-numbingly simple (it takes 0 effort or brain skills: I’m on level 50 after just a few plays) it isn’t even worth wasting your time because over 75% is ads. You literally cannot do anything without having to watch an ad. They are all repetitive, and all 30 seconds or longer... the entire app may as well be an ad! Seriously. You get to play for maybe a minute at a time, and then sit by while the next ad takes its course, over & over. Of course, you can opt out of ads by forking out $5, but the quality of the game isn’t worth the price! Just do yourself a favor and find a better simulation game to play.

Ads, ads, and ads oh my. I understand that it has to have ads but as soon as I downloaded the game (only two tasks in) there was 5 30sec ads 😩 you can’t even get a feel of the game because you spend most of the time NOT playing.

Don’t bother!. If you like to have an ad play every 10 seconds you’ll love the game! It doesn’t even give you a chance to see if you enjoy the game. Every time you finish a 15 second task, there’s an ad, if you want to accept an emergency call, there’s an ad. Not worth it.

I have no idea how this is even a game. I played for about three minutes. I tapped one time, and watched a total of 2:45 of ads. This is not a game, it’s an ad watcher with occasional screen taps. Recommended if you really, really want to learn about Wawa or Cash Clash. At least Joe Biden wasn’t in it.

Freezes. I loves this game for its simplicity. But would give more stars if it would quit freezing when asked to fix the bones. Does same on iPad and iPhone.

Fun Game - interrupted. This game is really fun. However, you literally get an ad every 15 seconds. I have paid to remove ads on several other Lion games, but it is ridiculous that you have to keep paying to play. I understand ads between days, and even sometimes between patients. But I even have ads popping up WITHIN mini games, and while treating patients. I played the game for a little over 30 minutes and had almost 50 ads. I think I will be deleting this game, I spend more time watching the same ad over and over than actually playing.

It doesn’t work properly. I have played for only a few minutes, definitely not enough to know if I like it enough to spend money on it, and none of the “play ad” buttons function. You cannot get increased donations, you cannot take phone calls. It is a huge disappointment because it looks like it could be cute and fun. Deleted.

I like this game but.... This game is pretty awesome except for 2 things 1. When ever you need to “fix” a person the game freezes on me. I’ve watched the required video and when you get to the “room” with the patient you can’t do anything. There’s no buttons to push or ways to start the level! 2. There are too many ads. Even if they take the number of ads down by 25% it would make the game a lot better.

Game is fun but lab gets shafted again.. I work in a hospital laboratory. We do not ever make pills or employ any pharmacists. Pharmacists are employed by the pharmacy. Laboratories employ physicians known as pathologists, folks like me known as medical laboratory scientists and a host of others involved with collecting, processing, running and managing lab testing and specimens. My work is vital to diagnosis and care of patients. In this time of pandemic, who do you think is doing all of this critical testing? I realize you game is an extremely simplified version of how things go in a hospital, but it’s just insulting and frustrating to be overlooked once again. Thank you for letting me say my piece.

Issue with the “fix”. My grandson loves playing this ! But every time someone needs fixed this game freezes. Any fixes on this ? That’s the only issue we got with this game . If it gets fixed I’ll change my rating .

Fun but too many ads. I’d rate this a lot higher if it didn’t just drop ads in all the time. You’ll get an ad in the middle of playing. I don’t mind ads at the end of a round or at the beginning or even as an incentive, but just cutting in at random times is annoying. I realize you can purchase an ad-free version but I like to play a game for a while before I decide if I want to buy it.

Good advice. You wanna make money and actually make people addicted to a game like flappy bird ? Or any other big game ? Dont put ads all over the game every 2 minutes , your losing everyones attention span .. i played it for only 2 minutes because i lost interest with all the ads jumping in my face ... look at fortnite, they make billions and billions and do they have ads anywhere ? NO! They have skins and other in game things you can buy! Take that approach and you will actually make a game worth playing ! Instead of ruining it with an ad every second tap of the game ...

Just for ads not gameplay. You can’t touch the screen if it weren’t for their money hungry developers. Honestly this is just a money making game ad machine with no respect for you as a player of their game. Don’t download it or fall victim to it. The game doesn’t offer an option to pay to ignore the ads. It doesn’t even let you play without shoving an ad down your throat every time you touch the screen. Such a disappointment.

Even with advice, theres no fixing this app.. Ok so I tap on the add and go onto it near the install button and read a review. Most of them were one star but i took advice from a result. Ofcourse it worked but i like doing the VIP ones that you need WIFI for also it said turn off wifi for no add, so i do that but then i cant do the VIP (P.S Berry Bear if you read this no offence about this Review) if i could, id rate it no stars but to write a review you need stars. All ads, no game. There are more ads then an actual game in this absolute poor excuse of a ‘game’. You literally play for 5 seconds, find an object in a patient, then voila - 25 seconds worth of ads. You’ll play another 5 seconds and once again - another 25 second ad. Mind you, this is just the first tiny stage. You move on to the second stage and solve one portion of the mini-game that takes maybe 2 seconds to compete and guess what? Another 25-30 second ad. At this point you realize it’s not a game but just an ad service with YOU being the actual product of this game. This is probably true of many freemium type of games, but at least they can qualify as a game as they let you play around with the content that is offered. This game however should be stricken from the archives of the AppStore and thrown into the dustbin of history. A complete and utter piece of garbage.

Repetitive. This was amusing to start, but the ads are more frequent than I have ever seen. Almost every step of the way. On the assumption the game abs options would change with levels I paid to remove the ads. However I’m at level 113 and it’s the same. Thing. Every level. No variance at all. It seems this is just a game to get the $ to avoid ads as no other variances. Very very disappointing.

Bug?. Can’t do the fix option in the X-ray room anymore. Only thing I can do is X-ray the stuff in the characters bodies.. not fix their bones. Also too many ads.. especially in the middle of helping the characters get better.. but that’s just me

Nothing but ads. You get 10-15 secs of play and then 30-60 secs of ads. Just not worth the download.
