CASINO SCAM. Blackjack will steal your money and not even hide it. They claim it is dealt randomly.. its not. They may let you win a couple in the beginning to make you think it’s real but if you make any money whatsoever at first, get out. Once they get to the point where they stop letting you win, you are destined to lose. This would usually be after you lose in a split or double down situation where you want to get some money back. Any time you increase the wager or do multiple hands it’s an automatic loss (usually a blackjack). Dealer will be dealt 20 the majority of the time while you are given 13-16 every hand and you will always bust but the dealer somehow manages to never bust on 15/16. A 20, even 21 will usually somehow be a push. Don’t keep playing thinking it’ll turn around because it won’t. Once you get towards the end of your balance you’ve already lost.

Don’t download. Put 20$ into it thinking I could make some quick money but the withdrawal process is not as straight forward as it may seem. They don’t want you to actually get your money. Try to stay away from this app can get sucked down a rabbit hole with not actual way to cash out.

Glitches ALL THE TIME. This website/app is straight trash. I can’t even count how many times it has glitched or froze in the middle of a poker hand or live blackjack hand. Tried to contact customer service multiple times to refund my money but haven’t ONCE received any compensation. They’ll tell you everything looks fine on their end and then a week later admit they were having technical difficulties.

It’s totally fraud. They are not allowing you to withdraw funds. I got check for my withdrawals and which we can’t cash out at any bank/ credit union and I reach customer support for the same . They replied like they are charging $40 for returning money to the original account and suggesting withdraw through crypto. It’s a totally fraud and don’t get into their trap. USA better need to stop this kind of fraud sites.

Great app. From the slot to the live dealer is a great experience. Setup is really convenient and easy to work around. I really recommend a try. Doesn’t hurt.

Excellent app for LIVE coverage and scores. I’ve used this app for a few years now especially during the March Madness Men’s Basketball Tournament. It has been a great app for catching LIVE coverage of top games across the country. It keeps up with real time coverage, no issues with video delays. My cable went out recently during the Purdue/Virginia men’s basketball game and I went directly to the BOVADA Sports app to finish watching the game. Plus it’s convenient for checking scores and tv lineup broadcast times. I do use competitive sports apps also but no LIVE coverage is available with those apps.

Bugs. I’ve had a lot of success using BOVADA, but recently I’ve been experiencing A Lot of problems. I like to make Live bets on just small stuff, like a inning, quarter in a game or just a half but now my app won’t load, then a hour later or 2 it will just magically work again. It’s been cutting out a lot. It goes to Spanish and I can’t even speak Spanish more enough read it. Just minor stuff happening daily recently have really ruined this app for me. I use to tell people to get it but now I can’t even use it hardly. I love sport betting, and would really love for them to fix this

Not that polished, odd process to withdraw funds. The app is pretty basic, but straightforward when it comes to placing bets. The oddest part is getting your cash out. Personally, I created a matchpay account, transferred the money there, linked my Venmo, and activated offers for the money I had. People essentially Venmo you for your matchpay balance. It’s strange at first, but easy after you do it once.

It’s all for entertainment while we’re thinking we can legitimately bet on our phones. On tournaments, you will never get the jackpots they betray. 3 people play $7 jackpot and can only win $14. Although u can double up. They still will favor it to point the money will just rotate but you will never win. ITS JUST A GAME,, LITERALLY!!. Mite as well play WSOP. At least you’re not fooled

Rigged poker ?. It’s odd enough that you can’t chat with players, but that isn’t the reason for this review. Ive been playing BOVADA poker for about 3 months now and I literally have run into too many statistical improbability’s. I understand variance, but positive ev play should always return to the mean. So after a series of losing with better hands I decided to keep count of how many times I’ve lost hands with a 70% chance or better to win. Multiple times that count has reached 4-6, while my count of how many times I’ve won with a worse hand is 0-2. I then kept count of how many times I’ve lost in a row with aces, that count is actually on going at 4, most being against lower pocket pairs. That level of variance doesn’t really make sense to me, I could be wrong but if you decide to play on this app just expect things like that to happen often.

BOVADA is the biggest scam. I have been betting on sports and doing pretty good. I put 1 grand in and worked it up to $1850 and BOVADA just shut my account down and took all my money saying I was violating their terms of refer a friend. I have literally never referred a friend they just took it all. You can’t talk to anyone on the phone because somehow they think they will get COVID over the phone. You can’t email them because they won’t respond and the live chat people are just robots that can’t help you with anything

Worst gaming experience I ever had!. You never win whatsoever this app should be called Fort Knox cause when they take your money you’ll never see it again!

Fraud and Theft. I created an account with my friend as a referral and his account was disabled due to him having a past due balance (however that can happen). I didn’t have any issues until I tried to withdrawal my winnings and they locked MY account and then told me I can’t get my funds until the person I used as a referral pay their account! Terrible company Terrible app

Scam. Scam beware of this app do not try to bet because they will steal your money currently I had made several bets in which I lost $200 but today I made a bet on a soccer game in which if I won the bet I would win $500 at the end of the game I won the bet and when I checked the app waiting for my payment they canceled my bet supposedly due to an error they are thieves because when I made the bet the app did not give me any type of warning that there was a problem with the bet or something for the style and they waited until the end of the game and when they saw that I won they canceled my bet and stole $500 from me applications how is it they should be out of the market they just steal people's money

Fake/lying about promotions. Shortly after downloading the app i received an email from BOVADA saying if i filled out a review on the website i would receive a 5$ bonus onto my account, after never receiving the bonus i reached out to try and figure out why and after about a month of trying i finally got ahold of someone via chat, and they were zero help. They were rude, and told me i was a liar even though i had proof. They refused to help me, even going as far to say because i haven’t spent a lot of money on the app that’s why they won’t help me. Point it’s you guy send out these emails then don’t honor your deal and call customers liars. Horrible app, horrible customer service. Will never use again.

Scam!!. I placed a futures bet 9 months ago and won. When I went to collect they had buried my betting slip making it difficult to find. It said I couldn’t collect until July 31st. On august 2 I logged in to collect and suddenly the slip is totally gone and I can’t see any of my past bets/deposits/withdrawals past 31 days. I used the live chat to ask where my winnings went and they claimed I had bet using bonus points not cash (which is a lie) and that my winnings were all expired because I didn’t spend the bonus points in time. They wouldn’t provide any proof of this or show me any of my prior betting slips or transactions. The chat “lost connection” in the middle of this conversation and they’ve stopped replying to my emails. They have stolen $5,000 of winnings from me. This company is a total scam so BEWARE

Do not even download. The absolute worst thing on the market! Playing blackjack against the computer is like saying, “yes I am a fool” because this app can pull 6 cards straight and they all adds up to be less than 21, but let you pull one card, it’s always a number to put you over 21. Please don’t play on a day like today when they send incentives to your email, just know this is a day that they are trying to recover some of their losses, therefore you aren’t going to win. They make you think that you will win by allowing you to win a couple of games only to take it all back! The worst scam out here!! Please believe the low rating that they have, we are telling you the truth! They allow you to deposit easily but if you win something, it’s like pulling teeth without anesthesia to get the money to you!!

Incredibly shady app. The allow you to easily add money to your account. Bt makes it almost impossible to get your money off. Their blackjack is also rigged. They will always get get the right card they need to beat you when it matters most. I go to real casinos on a daily to play blackjack, the way the steal your money is COMPLETELY unrealistic. Terrible app would not recommend 0/10

The app needs work done ! Website much better. Apps are supposed to make things convenient… however this app fails to do that. EVERYTIME i open it.. theres a “join now” screen that opens and takes up the entire screen… in order to get past it you have to click “join now” which then re directs you to sign up page .. and theennn if you have an account already you have to click out of that and finally you get the option to log in. Now the worst part is that even after you’ve logged in….. everytimee you try to refresh a page to see updated odds or to see new time stamp… this same page shows up… and you have to again click join now and then exit from the signup page it re directs you to. TO THE APP DEV: Take off the Sign up page popup and just have the option up top!!!

SCAM Do not use site They will take your money. So my Mother has been staying with us seeing that it’s been cold where she lives. She does not reside with us, has a place up north. I refer her to Bovada and she wins on a bet, over 1100 dollars. The shut down her account not even allowing her to retrieve the funds that she rightfully won. I guess they thought she was me since she signed in from my laptop at my house. There is not even a way or place to detest this, email says the judgment is final. Tried to email them but no response. So play at your own risk of knowing this could be you or your loved one. Crooked!! Save your time and money and us DK or FD sportsbook if at all possible!

Don’t install .. I’m a hall of famer on the app . I’ve done my fair share of betting on the app for months . I have won big time and I have had losses . But what happened today made me want to quit this app and delete my account . The disabled my account and are banning me from getting my money for a certain time , because my verification was typed incorrectly once . This is unbelievable .

Deposit/Withdrawal. Now tell me why, the app lets you deposit money from your credit/debit card into your account but when you want to withdraw your winnings , THEY GIVE NO OPTION FOR BANK WIRING OR EVEN JUST WITHDRAWING TO THE SAME CARD YOU DEPOSITED WITH. I had to download blockchain, create a private wallet, copy the wallet ‘address’, paste it into bovada, transfer (withdraw) the money to blockchain as a bitcoin, then after it transferred you have to sell the bitcoin and add a payment onto blockchain. Be for real now… Like what dumb app lets you deposit with a card but there’s no option to withdraw to the same card. only way you can get your money is through a check but the thing is installment fee is $100. IM TRYING TO WITHDRAW $30 and now i got to pay $100 in fees to withdraw my money?!?!? Deleting this dumb app. DELETE DELETE DELETE EVERYONE who is under the age of 21 but over the age of 18 or to those who can’t use fanduel/draftkings USE FLIFF. The app is 1000% better than this weird app. PSI to the creator of the app… add a method where people don’t have to use crypto currency.

Pretty bad. Only reason I’m giving it an additional star is because it’s the best available bookie in MA. The app is pretty bad. I’ve had many parlays fail to place last second. Constantly have to refresh and close the app. The lines are pretty bad compared to most other sites. With sports, you can’t make any quarter points type bets and there’s a minimum on your winnings.

Apology for over reacting. I was overreacting about my account because I finally won in about 2 months and I thought I was being finessed by not being able to withdraw my money from my account. It was doing some random update all of sudden and I couldn’t even get to the regular login screen, at that moment I couldn’t even see straight. But moments went by and the app finally let me log in , money was still there, so I humbly apologize for my behavior and also y’all really have great customer service.

Scam alert. After you cash out they take your credit card number and buy stuff from overseas they got me five or six times before I caught onto it

Third world app. To start, application software and mechanics don’t respond correctly, constantly refreshes to join now page logging you out … account got locked and my password that I used a few times to login with is now not the correct password, “forgot my password” option is selecting incorrect birthday no matter how many times I change it, so many flaws to this app, promotion is a scam obviously, you must gamble 5x your deposit+bonus to be able to withdrawal deposit. Wouldn’t download this app, wait until it updates or find another casino

It’s a Scam. The app is a scam. Made my account and put $25 in. Placed a few bets and came back later to see it logged me out of my account. Tried to log back in and it kept saying my password was incorrect. I tried resetting my password but it wouldn’t ever send me the email. Next I tried sending a message to the support team but they never answered me. I even tried making a second account but it won’t let me, even with a different email. I sent a message to their twitter and they won’t answer me there either. Do not download, it is a total scam.

Terrible cash out options. The app is clunky and I wouldn’t recommend but this review is focused on cash out options. I deposited dollars and wanted to withdraw dollars. But the only free withdrawal option was in crypto. They would mail a check but that cost $100. Beware - this site takes your real money (dollars) and forced you to change it to fake money (crypto). I don’t mind the crypto option but they need to have a free dollar withdrawal option as well. Much better sports books out there. No reason to mess around with this one.

Did not work. As soon as the app finished downloading, I went to open it but was just greeted with a message saying my account had been suspended. First of all, my account wasn’t suspended bc I had just used the website and verified afterwards that it was good, but even if it was it never even gave me an option to log in so I don’t see how it could even make the claim. Secondly, there was no other option on this page, it was just the message and nothing else. I tried again in the morning and the same thing, so I promptly deleted the app. Basically it didn’t work and had the audacity to tell me account was suspended even tho it never even gave me an option to log in smh

Issues. Im new and already having log in issues. First they lock my account for no reason . Claiming failed attempts. Then after we supposed to have fix that not the log in screen don't even show up on the app smh. At this point i just want to withdraw my funds . Yall have took the fun out of it

Great app. I actually enjoyed the sports betting aspect, but I’m currently waiting on my state to legalize betting. I hear a few other apps have better offers and give out free currency.

charged extra on bank statement. In the beginning the app was working I had no issues with my card or betting on games. Just recently I deposited some money into my account I was charged for the transaction already the day I deposited the money on my account. Just yesterday I was charged again for that same transaction even though the money was already charged on my card the day I deposited the money on my bovada account. This is the first time I had an issue with the app having money being taken twice.

Great but 1 suggestion. I really like this app and I am a big sports fan but it would be nice if you could go back and see teams previous seasons like you used to be able to.

Fraudulent application. Pls I beg you never put your money on this app, this is the most fraudulent sporting bet app, I won $23,000 and my account was deactivated I tried reaching out to them and I was told I was never a customer even though I have placed over 33 bet, my co worker won $1200 and he was told betting is not allowed in his location, why let someone bet if they can’t cash their wins… after doing few research I found other people they scammed and refused to pay smh this is ridiculous

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!. People who are running this app is some shady business. I had requested to have my deposit of $100 withdrawn and send back to me. Been over two months. I was supposed to get it in the mail and haven’t seen it yet. From what I understand, these people are not based in the U.S. They’re from another country. Sounds real fishy. Few bugs to fix. 1. As soon as I open the app and select a sport to bet it goes straight to a pop up for creating an account. But I already have one so I have to always close the pop up. 2. Everytime I try to log in it doesn’t seem to remember me regardless if I check the box that’s says “remember me” Other than that great app!!!!

This app is a scam!!. This app took my $100 deposit and then proceeded to not ever let me log back in. Every time I put in my 100% correct email and password it said it was temporarily closed due to too many wrong attempts. It took my money and will not give it back. And forget about trying to call their customer service is shut down do to covid. Don’t know how that makes any sense but ok.

This app is a scam. Every time I try to join a poker match for more than .50 cents the game freezes then takes my money. I’m not able to play to try to win and the app automatically takes my money even though I haven’t lost the game. This app is a scam and should be rated 1 star, I’ve lost a lot of money because the game works fine when it’s a 50 cent bet but when it’s a $7 bet the game just freezes and takes my money.

Many bugs. I love Bovada. It’s one of the best online sites. Lately been having a lot of annoying minor issues. My app Katie changing into Spanish automatically and the button to change languages back is nowhere to be found. Every time i refresh the site i have to clear the sign up or log in screen which costs me valuable time when placing live wagers. I also wish they had a notification system to notify you when your bets have been settled (win or loss) and the exact result. A lot of times I’ll bet on international sports and never know what the final score was, just that i won or lost my bet.

CON ARTISTS. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Took my first ever dabble in sports betting during the Super Bowl and had surprisingly good luck on my first few bets. HOWEVER, Brovada has locked all of my winnings behind a condition where I would need to bet more in order to withdrawal! I did some further research and this company has extensively shady practices. It’s unfathomable how they are allowed on the App Store much less a functioning company. Don’t go anywhere near Brovada. Don’t give them a nickel. I wouldn’t even create an account.

WHOLE THING IS RIGGED!. Please save yourself the headache of thinking you will win any type of profit from this app. I can’t begin to count how many times I’ve been robbed of a put. Technical Issues. I am a player with over 6 million points and I am at the Hall of Fame level. All that really means, so far, for me, other than the nominal reward points give out, is that I lost tens and tens of thousands of dollars. Being part of the HOF level has had no benefit, that I can bring. The aforementioned is a preface to explain that the site should not have so many technical difficulties, given the large amount of monies that are being exchanged, or mostly deposited into BOVADA, for that matter. It’s a unnerving to either not be able to sign into my account, which is way too often, or finally get in only see my account showing a $1.53 balance, rather than the $912 that should be showing.

Register button for new accounts is broken.. I am trying to create an account for the first time but I am not able to due to the fact that the register button at the bottom of the info page doesn’t work when clicked. Please fix this bug

Can’t open. This app has just stopped opening at random time...two weeks ago it wouldn’t open then it was fine for a week now back to ghosting. Will I lose my money if I delete and reinstall?

Scam. They steal your money I wasn’t sure how to withdraw my money so I clicked on Matchpay because I seen the Zelle icon and I was wrong so I deposited it back into my Bovada account and now for me to withdraw my money I have to spend $1794 before I can withdraw and there’s no customer service line DONT USE BOVADA ITS A SCAM!

Re-enable my account please. I typed my password incorrectly only 3 times and my account is now disabled. Customer support is not getting back to me and I don’t know what to do as I have money in my account I’d like to have back rather than losing it all…….

Keeps me on news screen. App is super buggy. Sometimes makes you join now other times it’s stuck on the news portion of the app. It’s impossible to get back into the sign in page, let alone the sportbooks. Super inconvenient

Problems. This app has been given me serious problems. I have placed bets, won and lost. But for some reason, when I placed a recent bet and won. The rewards was not honored. And when I contacted BOVADA about this issue, I received a lot of back and forth getting nowhere. Now I’m able to log into my account.

Account suspended. I downloaded the app about 3 weeks ago, i never created an account but for some reason when i open the app up it says my account is suspend and that i need to contact my host, i find that very odd.

Sketchy. This app is so sketchy. Every other play I always get the option to cash out. Today, I had a parlay placed that would have hit big. Not once did I have the option to cash out like I normally do. All the plays except for the last one hit so I ended up losing since I never got the option to cash out. That’s TRASH and very sketchy….

Rigged. I’ve used this site for at least 8 years. I’ve lost over 100k here. I was a top tier VIP member but decided to leave. They only let you win about once every 6 months. I will say I’ve never had issues cashing out via Crypto, but the amount of losses you get here are absolutely insane. They claim to be a casino but the odds at a real casino are much better. I’m a very experienced BJ player and have never seen odds so bad. It’s really a shame they can’t be legit, House always has odds but it’s 80/20 at best here. I’ll take my business to a real casino or other sites from now on.

Login in issues. Every time I open the app I’m greeted with an ad for Bovada that I have to go through, then close it out and sign in to my account, the scores on the app aren’t updated very well so when you refresh the page I have to repeat every step above

Horrible user experience. This app is horrible. Their website is decent but the user experience is just downright unacceptable. The past 3 days my app doesn’t even allow me to login. With all of the sports betting apps that are out there I would recommend staying away from this one.

Worst betting app. The amount of bugs and inconsistency when loading in to see your bet slip and half the time the tab doesn’t even open up is absurd. Not to mention the lag in the casino games, don’t even bother going to those. Hands down the worst betting site and app I have used.

Interface. The app interface for me is horrible. I can’t even sign up , let alone the interface seems so glitchy and late with response time. Should also included a walk through for new people as the app isn’t very beginner friendly either.

What a joke. This company is literally a joke when it comes to customer service. Nobody is ever there to answer your questions but they will lock your account when you miss one letter. Then It takes weeks to get ahold of someone the love chat is also a joke please don’t invest your money.

Logs me out every time. Every time I open the app I need to log in again. Can I not just keep my account logged in? Other than that it’s a good betting app.

DONT USE THIS APP!!!. They took out over 800 dollars in my account and when I contacted them and telling them what happened and all they could tell me is that the money that was taken out was deposited in my bovada account but money shouldn’t have been taken out a second time days later

Rip off. Do not use! After playing in a poker tournament for hours with a huge chip lead I get disconnected and can not get back in. Cannot chat with any one dispute what they say. Customer service number is useless. Lost the time and money. Seems like a fraudulent app to me. Best to not even download it.

SCAM!. I deposited using their crypto method and it never showed up in my account. I emailed support and they responded that if I deposited $100 using crypto from cashapp they would match it. They wanted me to deposit more money to give me my initial deposit. They are a scam and I never even got to try the app because they just took my money from me.

Phishing App!!. Got locked out and contacted BOVADA who advised me they do not have an app. Googled and found out this is a phishing app. Just had to go through a bunch of crap to get my password changed. So now these people have my financial and personal info. I feel like Apple should take responsibility for the apps they’re approving.

Register. I’ve been trying for a week to register and I can’t.

STAY AWAY!!!!!. DO NOT USE THIS APP. It was some suspicious withdrawals in my account after I placed a bet. They take border fee money and they take out money almost the exact same amount as what you bet so you won’t know anything. If you have this app and have placed bets check your account for unauthorized charges!!!!!

Registration fails and no email sent. Tried signing up and registration fails and says they have sent an email with further steps but I never receive an email. I wonder how many other glitches this app has?

App doesn't work at all. Downloaded it & the only message that showed on the app was an account suspended error. Considering I never used the app before and this is my first time downloading it in my life makes it clear that this is a malfunction on the developers end. Not mine.

Why did the whole app change. I can’t even bet sports it’s like a news source now like where are my winnings an why can’t I see any lines????

Incorrect Payout. Nothing like hitting a $50 win bet on the Bengals -3 against the Ravens. They won by 20 points 41-21 and my payout was only the winnings of $41 and did not include my original $50 bet. When you win you lose with this bunch. Emailed twice and have so far been ignored. Beware.
