Don’t buy things from this app!. I didn’t like this app at all. I ordered a pair of shoes but the shoe size was too small. I sent it back because I didn't like the things I ordered last time, but they still haven't sent my money. And you have to make a request to have a conversation with customer service. How many hours after making the request they write to you and usually around 2 or 3 am. And this happened a lot of times. This not the first time. Do not purchase something from this app. UPDATE; I tried to get into the site you said but when put my email address it said that this is a incorrect email address which was not. I don’t what to do and I didn’t get my money back from the things I returned.

Review. I was satisfied with my experience shopping with wholleeee but I didn’t buy any clothes but I will this week and will have a review after I receive my thing but my only dispute is the time it took to get my things but other then that 👌🏿

Fake apps. For This site is just u are putting your money on trash , I order jacket and I were wait 20 day , after this time I received message that the package is delivered to your location front / rear door but there was nothing and I did not see anything over there , The bad is that they don’t have any options for ( not receiving or returning ) . Don’t waste your time and your money.

Stolen. Ok so today is October 17 before this I ordered a figet ring bc I like the cool thing that I can spin the middle of the ring so today I got the package but my mom got it and ask me what did I ordered the package said it was damaged so I’m wondering then why my item is not in my package I’m very upset bc my birthday is in 2 days on the 19 and I wanted to make a outfit with the ring bc I loved the color I was gonna get but while I just wanna say I feel really sad bc of this and I hope that ya can help me out with this one

SCAM SHOPPING APP. My orders that I already PAID were all canceled by them not by ME, again by them, and then when they cancelled my order and suddenly they were also charged me or my bank for TRANSACTION FEE without my knowledge or without informing me. And until now they still not refund or return my money. What kind of people are these?!! Karma is real it will may happen not only to you but to your family as well , God is watching you remember that.

Don’t buy anything not worth it. Waited a while for my order to arrive.. very disappointed. The quality of the clothes were very poorly made and look like it was falling apart at the seems. I guess I got what I paid for so with that being said feel like I got robbed couldn’t even return all the items either shoes were so badly made i was very disappointed all I have to say is don’t make the same mistake I did. Going to deactivate and delete this shopping sight that just basically robbed me!!!!

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?. I ordered some items last August 22. The estimated arrival of my package is supposed to be last September 9, 2021. I let it go because maybe it's the pandemic. But it's been 7 days and I still don't have my package. The tracking info stopped updating me since August 31, 2021. Then they told me to contact my local post office. WHOLEE is responsible for every package to arrive in the address that were provided for. WHOLEE, I need answers, where exactly is my package? I need it now! NOW! This is crazy!

This App is a scam. Purchased four extra large adult shirts, received four juvenile shirts. Return policy, They offered two proposals. First proposal they are offering 50% off you keep in the item, 50% of the item is the actual price. Second proposal is you can ship the item back but is at your cost. Working with my credit card to get a charge back and get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM AT ALL COST!!! Customer service reply’s 6 days later with a lesser amount in return. SCAM APP

Will never from Wholee Or fairprices again. They only sell junk and their customer service also stinks…. I ordered sandals they made you think you were ordering Clark’s sandals, they were not. The quality was poor I wanted to return them so they said they would credit my account 70% of the purchase price NEVER received it yet this has been ongoing since July. Never ever again………

Where is my order. I placed an order over a week ago, and my money was taken out of my account, but I never received shipping info and now it says I never placed an order! Took care of me right away! Clothes showed up on my doorstep!!

Strong smelling rubber. I bought 2 pairs of rubber flip flops that outgassed so bad on the strong smell, I threw them out into the garage before I threw up. They looked just “Vionic sandals. I even emailed Aaron in customer service 3 times. I didn’t get an email back, ever ! I was not a happy camper. I don’t know where to go from here. I told him I wanted a money refund, no credit. I sent the pictures and everything they asked. No response ever. This is the worst customer service ever. Can I get a refund ??? I didn’t even get an email from anyone !

This is a scam. I saw a video of Samantha eve on TikTok talking about this app saying she got something for 0 dollars so I tried it and I put all my information in and it said it was processing and then it said it was still un paid and just please spread the word because I’m shaking rn I could’ve gotten scammed but I deleted the app so fast just dont risk it guys the people saying this app is good are all bots, don’t do it.

Lousy customer service. I bought a neck then it came to me with no cable or adapter to charge it texted them back to tell them that and they acted like I was lying to them very unhappy with their service or product so junky I got a neck fan Poor my mom the next fan came with the cable and an adapter that don’t fit in can’t charge it text them two times they will not text me back how to make it work The cable does not fit into the adapter plugged into the wall

Cheap clothing and Fraud. I receive my order 3 weeks after shopping on this website. When I receive the items taking them out of the plastic, they had the worst smell not to mention sizing is bad. Having been trying to get a refund label and I was told I have 2 option to get a refund of 1/2 my purchase or return items. I am happy to return items but I will not pay to return as stated on the app first time purchase free return.

Bad app. If I could give less than one star I would. Add for this app popped up for me. It looked interesting, so I downloaded it. I got as far as selecting my region. That part of the app works fine. Right after that on the main page nothing is there every time I click on something it says server error every time. I let it sit for a couple of days try it again still server or give it a few months still server nothing load skip biotin worst app I’ve ever downloaded.

One of the most sketchiest “shops” I’ve ever used. I have attempted to buy 3 packages off here and they all got rejected and refunded and I got like 1000 messages for my rejected packages, why you may ask? Well, the company that they use to ship things with (wan b express) will literally not allow anything to be shipped. Look on their site at the product details. If you buy a simple blank phone case on Wholee, you will not get it, If you buy a simple chain necklace with no charms on Wholee, you will not get it. However fake AirPods getting sold for “free” on there is allowed (funny because on wan b they said no electronics or “copyrighted” things are allowed to be shipped but there’s people that made videos receiving these “AirPods”). The shipping company is a big joke and Wholee is misleading. Get a new shipping company and actually have the stuff that’s listed on the site

WORST. STAY AWAY.. worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, they said they would give me a 50% refund which would be $86, but they were telling me that it was $65, so I replied saying I wanted my refund and now my messages have disappeared and I can’t get in touch with them, every single thing that was shipped to me was incorrect. Not one single thing was correct. I spent $172 on literally nothing. don’t let this app fool you. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT ME. WT ACTUAL F.

Questionable. I ordered a couple days ago, and I had no idea that they sucker you into a prime subscription. It says that I have the reoccurring payment for prime and I do not want my card charged without me knowing. I tried to contact customer service didn’t hear anything. Tried to cancel prime and there’s no way to do that. Not pleased at all

It’s like Wish all over again. Had some faith and ordered 3 pairs of pants which were advertised as 31 waist and 30 length. Checked the sizing chart and it said the inseam on these pants would be 30 inches. When they arrived, the pants legs were miles long (at least 36 length). The labels were obviously made in China and not made to the size that I ordered. The order did not appear in my order history so I could not contact them for a return. Attempted replying to the receipt I was emailed to resolve it but still only getting spam advertisements 2 months later. Maybe you get lucky and something you order is what was advertised or fits you. But do yourself a favor and don’t order clothes from here

Amazing app!!. Okay so I started using this app when i saw an advertisement about it. When I installed it, WOW!! You get a free gift for only 0.1¢!! im not a bot!! Shipping will only be 2.99 no matter how many items you get, and everything is so cheap. it doesnt take long to deliver, and they actually get your order right. You can refund your order in literal seconds!! thank you all so much!! if we could tip you, i would tip over $20 i love this app so fricking much!!!

Free gift?…..false advertisement. I made a order after they offered me a free gift after the purchase 4 days later the gift gets sent back to the wholee so they take back the free gift but still send me my order I purchased so was the gift false advertisement just to get the costumers to buy their products I’m not complaining about the products but the false gift that was promised to me so I want exactly the same free gift sent immediately next day mail or something more then the intended gift due to false advertisement and not that great customer service what’s the phone # for that it doesn’t say

Bad Fashion quality clothing. Clothing lines are very bad quality, don’t buy or you will regret it. They made them when you actually place an order and they made them in the rush with bad quality tissue. I received my order after a long wait and I wear them to go to sleep as pajamas. I am very upset and tired buying stuff from China. Nothing seems to be original. They even remove labels that’s supposed to be on the back neck of the T-shirts🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Poor Quality. I hardly ever write a negative review but this experience deserves it. I ordered 3 shirts for my husband for the holidays. One of the shirts didn’t pass quality control so I was refunded for it. The other two were replaced with two other shirts that were of the worst quality I’ve ever seen. The fabric was awful and they look as if they we’re sawn by an unexperienced person. I hated them! They came right on Christmas so I couldn’t replaced them for another gift. I should’ve been notified if the shirts were not available anymore but I wasn’t. They just replaced my order for a low quality item. Unacceptable! I went to my account using the app and the purchase doesn’t exist. I don’t trust Wholee and will not recommend it to anyone!

Very delayed package. I cannot find a number to contact customer service. I STILL have not received an order that was placed on Oct 4. My fiancé ordered something from here 2 days ago and just got it. There are no shipping updates, as USPS has not received it. Very disappointing. I’d heard great things about this company/app, but I’m not seeing what they seen.

Their sellers are not reliable. I placed two orders with them for some men’s shirt. The first order was wrong size and size tag was cut. I thought maybe it was a mistake. I asked for refund and they asked me to pay for shipping which was almost 70% of the shirt. Second order was the same issue. Two shirts. wrong size and the size tag was cut. Never trust companies that are located in the US because of their poor customer service

I got my bag that I ordered. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the long wait for my bag but another thin that I really think this is a cool app like there is so much stuff that I wanted to get but never had enough money for this app is not only a low shipping price app but a low budget app as well like I can get what I’ve been saving for and get more plus u can exchange dimensions for real cash rewards like who would not want that I def recommend this app unless you don’t have patience to wait for ur thing to come in the mail but I think it is worth the with that is only my opinion on it.

Rejecting my return. I bought some clothes for my wife and follow the size chart, but when we got them the clothes were to big. When I try to return the clothes they all got rejected we even sent in picture of my wife wearing it. We not only bought just 1 clothes but over $200 dollars worth of clothes and other stuff. We plan on buying more stuff that we put in the cart but with this return problem I don’t think that will be happening.

Have a good experience         . Had an incredible experience from this app. Garments were acceptable quality and their prices are so affordable. Over all I am happy with the shopping experience and items, will be orderring once more.‍     

Awful costumer service and poor material quality. I purchased 7 items for over 95 dollars several months ago. After waiting for three weeks, they were here and 4 of them were poor material quality and wrong sizes(much bigger than small) . I contacted costumer service and decide to return 4 of the items and they promised they will refund my 41 dollars of the those 4 items to my original payment and the refund me the shipping fee for the return on my PayPal account. I had to return them and pay for it on my end and also had to make a PayPal account for refunding of the return shipping fee( absurd why they won’t refund all of them to my original payment, specially when PayPal charge me 3 percent for all the transaction ) . After I refunded the items they just refund me 10 dollar shipping fee and they didn’t refund me for the four items for 41 dollars . And since then I ask for the refund, costumer service keep referring me to the 10 dollar shipping fee on the PayPal. So not only I went above and beyond to ship them back and put them in Usps box and pay for it, but also I haven’t been refunded. Too much hassle to do nuisances with them . Very disappointed and unsatisfied and lost money and time .

Not worth the wait. I ordered 24 small round mirrors back in Feb. It’s almost April and I still haven’t received my order. Shows my order has been in Orlando for almost 3 weeks. Every time I question “where’s my stuff”, all I get is the same answer with absolutely no updates. If you thought wish was bad, you ain’t seen nothing! They REFUSE to refund my money, they refuse to admit that I’ll NEVER GET MY STUFF. And there’s no way possible to get your credit card off their site, there’s no way possible to even cancel out the account. Update: another week has gone by and my stuff is still in “Orlando” with zero effort to deliver my stuff, still no refund, still won’t delete my credit card off their site. Such a shame I have to cancel my credit card to make sure these thieves don’t wipe my account out. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS, YOU CANT REMOVE ANYTHING!!

Love free stuff!. I keep receiving notifications for freebies on Wholee, and I actually get them (even if it takes a while, (it’s overseas so it’s not going to be a quick shipping option) but I always get what I order and so far I haven’t paid more than a buck 1$ for all the cool little things they’ve offered to me! This app is the best online shopping app. This app sells so many elegant fashionable clothes and accessories. The important part is the merchandise are cheap! The shipping time are not like that long, it’s often takes around a week or 2 weeks to get my stuff delivered. I liked it

Missing items. OMG what kind of website or App is this? I missed 5 items, I ordered 11 items and I paid for all of them but I received only 6 items. And I emailed them but they not respond. I don’t recommend to any one to order or buy staff on this app. Very annoying and they don’t have any respect and responsible for their costumers. Happy with most products I purchase. I never review any app in the Apple Store. But I am seeing a lot of bad reviews on here for Wholee. I am going to give an honest review. Paying customer! Not receiving anything free for my review. A lot of companies do this to entice new customers. But I feel this makes the review disingenuous. By offering incentives (promos, free products, etc…) I feel it’s highly unlikely to read/find an honest review. That being said I think Wholee is ok. In some instances you get what you pay for. But I’ve had the luck that my purchases have had accurate details in the descriptions and shipping is between 7-14 days. Some products are just as good as similar products with higher prices, online. Some aren’t such good quality. One thing I tend to stay away from is clothing. I have contact dermatitis (allergic to everything that isn’t cotton) The clothing on here isn’t cotton, may say cotton blend at best, but either the description is misleading, or there is missing information. Another reason I do not purchase clothing is the sizes aren’t true to size. I purchased a shirt, my size is 2xl, and it felt 2 sizes smaller, and wasn’t cotton. I would recommend Wholee for products that you may need where you’d like to save money and are in a bind. The shipping can be the drawback for some. Overall, Wholee products may be worth the wait, regarding shipping. But if you’re looking to make a purchase for a product of high quality, it’s a hard pass.

Scam App. Beware of this app... if you choose to purchase something from here, MAKE SURE to IMMEDIATELY take a screenshot of your order when the page pops up with your order confirmation number. If not, the item(s) in your purchase history will actually NOT reflect that you bought them, and so if you’re trying to return an item they’ll claim that there is no proof of the item(s) you purchased - EVEN WHEN YOU PROVIDE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR BANK STATEMENT SHOWING THAT IT WAS PURCHASED FROM THEM....!!! There are multiple vendors from varying countries attached to this app, so just something to keep in mind too. Because “it makes it that much more difficult for them to pin point” apparently unless you provide them with a screenshot of your order ID number... THENNN all of a sudden they’ll claim to “oh yes, it appears we have now located your purchase”... 🤦🏻‍♀️ Oh please. This is how sellers on apps like this make their money - send you stuff that isn’t that great and then nearly make it impossible to return. And if you’re even able to return it, you’re fully responsible for shipping it back, or only get 50% back of your money and get to keep the item (which you didn’t want or can’t use anyways).... Such baloney. If you could, I would just try to stay away from this as much as possible.

What happened?. The entire interface of the app changed, all the prices went up, I can’t find my weekly freebies… I used to recommend Wholee to everyone. Now I don’t even want to use it :( This app used to bring me so much needed happiness. I’m sorry but I’m not going to use it anymore.

Wholee👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻!!. Will never EVER EVER order from this company!! Gives delivery dates then changes constantly to a later date with tracking numbers for USPS that don’t work. Placed my order on December 9,2021 delivered should have been December 23, 2021. Then date was changed 4 different times and they say you will be compensated $$. NEVER received ANY type of compensation. Dian ally, received my orderJanuary 9, 2022….SERIOUSLY A MONTH!! Then my boots come in a plastic bag with no padding and folded in half! Description said leather NOT, totally pleather(absolute garbage). All the reviews are fake and good luck trying to get a refund the policy is ridiculous. Not worth the savings I was expecting for leather boots. Definitely, over priced for pleather.

Not sure what’s going on. I’m not sure what’s going on I downloaded the app placed a bunch of items in my cart and put all my info in for payment it said processing and would be notified when processed. 3 days later I remembered about the order and checked says unpaid. So I tried again and it says I will get notified in an hour. Mean time I have gotten a bunch of weird phone calls, emails and text messages. I wonder if my info just got sold and I won’t be getting anything. It does sound too good to be true.

Delivery could be better. The price is attractive but the delivery could be faster, or you need to plan ahead for two weeks.

Review. I’ve bought numerous small things but finally got some trust to buy a more expensive item and after a week they came back and said it didn’t pass QA and after a few more days went by another person said it was out of stock so it’s obvious they will lie to you and we’ll I still buy small amounts but don’t think there ready to trust for my larger items due to customer service is very bad.👎

It’s great!. I actually like Wholee a lot! They tell you which items will arrive first and if there’s an item out of stock they’ll refund it! Plus the items come in one big shipment rather than many tiny ones. 5 Stars from me!

Fake products, false advertising, unreliable and untrustworthy.. The top one. I love this page, I have been using it for many months and everything I bought is good for me and the same product ordered has been never received something different or with problems. Their consistent service has really caught my eyes, I love the way it presents. Hoping this app can becọme better and better.

Great App. I really do like this app. A lot like eBay, but prices are much more affordable, and no matter how much you buy it’s only about $5 postage which is very reasonable, and you can pay with PayPal too which gives me piece of mind and buyer protection. Items I have brought usually arrive about the third week later and everything I have ordered has arrived except one item which was refunded to me because it was unavailable. Also don’t forget to check any description or review feedback, but I do find that area lacking a little, but overall it’s a great app, definitely worth the download.

Stretch jeans and sports shoe. The zipper is stuck on the very first use . The jeans material is inferior quality. The shoe material is very different to what is exhibited in the website. Very misleading!! I am disappointed!!

FRAUD COMPANY All 5 Star Reviews are Fake, This is A Fraud Company. FRAUD COMPANY, There is No Address, No Website, No Reviews, Nothing on Google. FRAUD COMPANY Sent me damaged products, Shirts have a big holes in it and other products are about to rip off condition, these guys are selling C grade Company rejected clothes with defects for cheaper prices. When i requested for the returns and refund they offered me 10% money back and asking me to keep the product, what i am do with a shirts with big holes in it and why should i pay 90% for you for that? Customer support is the worst they reply you After 3-4 days for every single message. Check all other negative comments, All they reply is contact on our email address, other than that they dont provide any sort of explanations. RETURNS we have to bear all the costs they gonna not take on them even though its their fault. FRAUD COMPANY. When They bring products into the country in bulk its gonna cost cheaper for them, but when we have to send returns we have to do in individual package and postage gonna be 10 times more than product price, so basically we cant pay that postage price and we have to keep the product. thats their business technique. They are benifiting and we are losing money, such companies must be not encouraged in Australia and must be reported to consumer authorities. This app must be banned in Australia.

Legit think it’s a scam. I thought it would be this cheap app for fake clothes but I think it’s a scam. I just bought a hoodie and it started a subscription service which is gonna charge me every month. I have looked all in the app and can’t see anything saying cancel membership. I have also looked online but there’s no info about this app. And to make it worse the app support link on this doesn’t work. I’m starting to get scared because they probably just scammed me and now have all my info. I’m thinking of calling my bank to report unauthorised transactions and tell them to stop all payments to them and I’m definitely calling Apple tomorrow to report this app. Don’t get it they will scam u. (Edit) The app says my items have been delivered 3 days ago and nothing has come!! I have contacted Wholee and the courier. The courier said they received a small package and it’s gonna take another 3 weeks. It has already taken 18 days!!! The app is wrong and it needs to be fixed. the other buyers and myself need to be refund immediately.

I have been told after submitting the proof of the product difference shown vs received , I was told the only difference in the product is just the colour. Decent but could be better. The support system is pretty bad, the whole idea is cool though. Wrong items.. I ordered a phone clip, a sink organizer and a can opener. But the items that I actually received was a pair of false nails, an international exchange adapter and a a hair clipper. Ever time I get a response from Wholee, it sends me to a link that doesn’t work. It because they don’t actually care to help.

Order way overdue. Placed my order in the beginning of the month. Estimated time for delivery during “peak time” would be 9 - 20th. It’s now the 23rd and my package still isn’t even at my city’s postal office yet. Not to mention paid 100$+ for this order. Doubt I’ll be ordering for this app again anytime soon.

Phone charger.. Was a free gift for joining your company and purchasing a product. When I finally received you gift, it was for a iPhone 10 or 11. And I own a iPhone 7.
