Unfinished stories. The books are decent, but the chapters update way too slowly. Once I caught up with a particular book, it’s only updating a chapter once every several days. This is quite frustrating - at least one chapter a day would be more reasonable! It should show you which books are finished before you start reading. It saves me money though since I don’t blow all of my vouchers at once and can earn more from checking in daily. You can also find the chapters of the same books published elsewhere.

Lots of different genres. I just absolutely love reading book and this app has different genres

Very expensive. I have never paid so much for a book and I’m not even finished. 5 dollars every so many chapters. This is a rip off and not fair to people paying the price. You give some chapters free to real you in then you hit them with a very high price tag just to finish a book. Very disappointed, you should just set one price for a book a tell people the upfront cost.

Thanks during quarantine. I love this app. Especially during quarantine you can spend time without getting bored. There are lots of different stories to choose and read.

This is horrible. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. The main problem is that the book I have been reading has obviously been written in a different language and transposed to English. At first, I was able to understand the majority of plot, and I could make excuses for the text as “bad writing” I tried to press on, because I was interested in the plot. However, the translation is so poor that there are parts of the dialogue that I have absolutely no idea what the author is trying to say. As the book goes on, the translation gets worse and worse. DO NOT download this app. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT become engrossed in a story. It just gets worse and worse. This is a horrible way to spend any time or money. This app is TERRIBLE!! I can’t stress that enough. I know people tend to get sucked in because of a story, BUT DON’t let that be you!!!

It cost to much. I give this app a 3 cause the novel I’m reading is good but it needs to come to an end already. I haven’t never paid more than 30 dollars just to read a novel before. This app is expensive.

I am not her. After reading for many days and paying over $50 to open chapters. I am still not finished reading this book! But because I am feeling scammed, I refuse to read any longer. I was enjoying the book until I realized what they were doing. Absolutely not worth it!

Infatuated with my mysterious husband. Unfortunately, I have to give this interesting book a 1 star due to the fact it is unfinished. The author is stringing the readers along, updating 1-2 chapters a day or sometimes none. I would like to recommend to Fox novel have your authors finish their book before placing it on the app. We the readers are spending our money, and your authors are wasting our time. Waiting for authors to update chapters of unfinished books , the cost of the chapters to read an entire book is too expensive these are some of the reasons other authors won’t be supported. Consider your readers time and money.

Translations need work. The English translations are very messy and sometimes hard to understand. Stories are interesting. Edit: apparently you can report translation errors which is really nice. So make sure you report those mistranslations!

Coins for the entire story. Compared with other software, this software is convenient, very useful.

To the writer you are very frustrating in case you don’t understand this I have paid plenty of money to read the story so please one chapter at a time is disgusting have some common courtesy for people how do you expect us to eat any of the books that you print if it’s all about money I’m sure I still have money there and my name is Charlene just so everybody

Great Read, but a bit pricey. The books are really great reads, however, the chapters are short and pricey. Also, the delay in between each AD for vouchers is 1 minute and 30 seconds too long.

Disappointed. This is the 4th app I have tried and I haven’t been happy with any of them. On the plus side $4.99 allowed me to read the story to a satisfying end. I could have bought more coins to read further but could not face the bad spelling and grammar anymore. There were so many typos, both spelling and grammar, as spell check will accept ‘stink’ when the word should have been ‘sting’. Grammar was definitely as if the author knew English as a second language. Needed a good editor and proofreader. Not interested in reading another story to see if another author gets it right.

My husband, warm the bed. I am very disappointed with Foxnovels. First, it was very expensive for a novel. I’ve never had to pay this much money to read a book before. Secondly, I was not able to finish reading the story because you showed another story that was available which cut off my story. I was enjoying my story but when you pay so much for it but then get cut off & can’t read the end off the story it’s very frustrating. Very disappointed with Foxnovels. I won’t be reading them anymore!!!

Great stories but costly. I downloaded this app after I was hooked from a synopsis on Facebook, I realized it’s only 5 pages per chapter and it’s over 200 chapters for the book. Good ready but it gets pricey, after reading so many chapters you have to keep purchasing vouchers and coins I believe I’ve already spent over $20 for this one book. If I have to purchase more I will discontinue reading and delete the app. They should give you the option to purchase the book for one set price. Or have a monthly subscription for unlimited reads.

Chapters are too much. I like a story and it cost a lot to unlock the next chapter. You don’t give me enough options to gain vouchers/coins to unlock at least a chapter a day. I have to wait days to rack up enough points to unlock a chapter. There are never any events going on to gain points. I’m not paying for a book. There’s plenty of other book apps that allow me to gain coins/vouchers/etc. I will probably not finish this book “The Seventh Bride of President” even though I like it a lot.

FoxNovel. I would definitely read more of the stories if they had a set price. I am reading one novel and I’ve already spent at least $40. I will not start another when I can buy whole stories for $20 maximum.

Pricey!!. I wish I had read the reviews before I got hooked. The book I’m reading is $4.99 per 21 chapters. Although I love the book I’m reading, I can look for novels in the book app in the Apple store. For half the price. I don’t even pay this much for actual physical books. Unfortunately for me I’ll end up paying more than $20 to finish this book. The app is difficult to maneuver.

To difficult to read full stories without paying a lot. The stories aren’t bad but too difficult to read a complete story. By the time I earn enough vouchers I’ve lost interest in the story. In this economy I can’t justify spending money on things like this.

Scammed!. BE AWARE!!! My card was used fraudulently through this app in the early AM HOURS while I was asleep THREE TIMES already. I was only able to get a refund the first time it happened. In my previous review sharing about being scammed, the developer said to message them to see if they could help. They straight off the bat just said “the coins are virtual products” so that they couldn’t refund me anything. Okay, so what was the point of telling me to reach out to you for?!!!

Ok. This reading app has really good stories, but the help center is not really helpful. The ads to get free coin’s daily have not been working in over six weeks. I have purchased coins but that gets really expensive when other apps are giving better offers and their free coins are available to help.

The Second Prince. I am so addicted to this Novel! It is my quiet place reading, it has drawn me in and I anxiously await the next chapters. I am getting a bit restless day by day waiting for chapter after chapter to be released. It has over 400 chapters... thats a few books and yet I see no end yet! Guess I’ll keep waiting!

Deletes “coins” and resets account. Got the coins/vouchers to “unlock” the chapters… I closed the app out after reading for a few hours, went to go read some more and my “account” was reset… no record of my coin/voucher purchase(s). However I do have the iTunes receipt to prove that I did purchase them. The books are a good read though.

Rating. I’m only giving a 4 star. Here’s why, while there are so many great stories on here you have to pay to read. If it was like a subscription and was a set price it wouldn’t be so terrible. I however read a lot and so it’s inconvenient to have to recharge multiple times a day.

Something wrong. I enjoy reading the book online but now it chopped off part of page and I can’t continue enjoying reading the book because lots of words are cut off

Don’t download this app! SCAM!!!!!!!. I tried with 10 consistent feedbacks with customer service to get my rewards and the customer service is unable to understand basic English. Still haven’t been able to read to the end of the book. Still haven’t received my rewards and you pay $4.99 for 10 chapters. Such a scam!

Rip Off. I rated it a 5-star because it seems those are the only reviews that get seen. This App is overpriced and expensive. One chapter cost 100 vouchers/gems/coins. This app is not worth getting. There are others that cost coins to read as well but not 100. I can read 3-4 chapters on IReader for that much. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

Book. When a saw the app was on my Instagram... I downloaded because I get interested in one book they have a name on the people (Elliot) and (CHristian gray). I want to know the name of the book... please.

Errors. Your authors get in a hurry and make some huge errors. I’m not talking grammar here but writing about a character and calling them by the wrong name which is very confusing. I don’t see this a lot on other sites, the story lines are good but the mistakes sometimes get out of hand and throw the reader off if they’re not paying attention.

Cost. I don’t like how you have no idea how much a story is going to actually cost. I spent $10 for a story which equaled 8,400 points and yet that didn’t buy the story. And I can’t click on anything to give me the actual story cost. On line books by no named authors should NOT cost more than $10 and if it does then you should tell someone up front. Since I have no idea how much this is going to cost I’m going to delete this app and go back to Kindle Unlimited. I pay $10 a month for millions of stories. I’m all for supporting an indie market but not like this...

Too expensive. I was really looking forward to reading some of these books but it’s so ridiculous how expensive it is . I paid $10 for 4200 coins and 4200 vouchers and I’m on page 166 out of 567 and the book isn’t even finished yet , and all vouchers and coins are used up already bc each chapter is 86 coins/vouchers to unlock . That’s just crazy , I would rather pay $10-$15 for a published book then spend MORE than $20 trying to read one book .

Embarrassing. You read the novel and get to about chapter 22 of the novel when you are seized from continuing the rest of chapters; however the option left for you to do is to pay about 5$ before you’ll be permitted to continue reading.

Unhappy customer. Unfortunately the issue I have is lack of chapters. 1 chapter a day is totally ridiculous. That’s about 5 minutes of reading time. Hardly with the effort. Unfortunately they reel you in and then you get disappointed. If they ever finish book I will most likely delete app once done it.

Ridiculous. I got to read more of the story on your Facebook ad then in the actual app! Then to finish the story you want me to pay! Not cool! Should have ads to watch to get chapters or something! Great story but not worth paying money to finish reading it!

Not Happy. Very expensive and books just continue without end Would suggest having the books split into series so you know what you are getting into before starting Binge readers will not like this format started a book I thought was 92 chapters to find out it is at over 200 chapters and I am not sure if it is completed I am still trying to figure out how to do that 20$ and book is not completed very expensive for an unpublished author also does not work on my IPad

Horrible. It’s sad that now a days people rather make a quick buck then to actually put the time and effort in receive something better in the long run. This app has amazing books. But most are unfinished and the chapters are too costly. It’s unfair to have so many supporters to only disappoint them in the end. I would not recommend this app to NO ONE. I didn’t lose as much money as others did on this app because I sought out sooner than later that this is indeed a scam. I just pray the owners of this app and the parties uploading their books sooner than later realize this isn’t right. But hey!

Never finish. I like some of the stories on this app but it gets tiring when they never finish the books or give more chapters and the long wait I have books that I can never finish because the never update 🤬🤬

Expensive/ concerns. I have purchased chapters on FoxNovel. My concern it when buy 50 chapters I only get 30 chapters . I keep track on the chapters and how much is cost. They need to fix the problem or reimburse the customers . I would like someone from the company to call me .

Expensive for the quality of writing. There are tons of grammar and spelling mistakes and so far this app is way more expensive to try and read a book. I won’t be spending money to read more chapters wish they had more way to earn credits and that the chapters didn’t cost such high amounts to unlock.

Rubbish!!. You pay for coins and vouchers which are used to unlock chapters. The chapters are extremely short and some provide NO progression of plot at all, just a Point of View change to re-tell the previous chapter. I have spent over $20 trying to finish 1 book. It’s not edited well, and the chapters are ridiculously short. I have been had and am embarrassed to admit it. Don’t waste your time or money!!

NEED HELP. I have been trying to get coins so I can unlock the next chapter of the book that I completely hooked on right now but every time I hit purchase it says “banned the purchase or functions locally”. What does that mean? I really need to know what happens next in the book please help me figure out what the problem is so it can be fixed so I can get back to reading

Not recommended. After getting through some chapters they demand payment with real money in order to unlock more chapters and they don’t give unpaid users a chance to earn points to open the novels. It’s a disappointment overall unless you’re ok spending money with each chapter

Annoyed. Right now your stars are 2. I am looking for a specific novel and can only find it on my phone and the font is very small. I can’t find it to read on my iPad I’ve downloaded the app and can’t find the story. “The trilogy of love and marriage”. If I can get this on my iPad I will change my rating

U can do better. Y’all have good chapters but what’s makes nobody wanna use your app is when u have to pay for the next chapter or get coin...that probably why everybody is using readict cause it’s good and free...y’all need to do better make it free or something..y’all get paid if we download that app at least you can do is make it free cause everybody don’t get money like that to pay

The good, bad, and suggestions. The stories are great. The stories could use English spell check and translation check by someone who speaks English; however, none of this affects the reading. It is clear and understandable. The stories are very expensive and could use more of a discount as purchase options change. Or a plan to purchase into a reading club with a regular monthly plan. I think partly due to chapters not being the size of regular books., as well as 1 book for the whole story instead of a sequence of books. That said, if we were into a story by a author who prints sequencing books, it would cost per book. So if you have to keep buying hard copy books it gets costly too. Taking all of this into consideration, the higher cost I believe is worth it because of the quality of the stories. They are constantly changing and full of surprises. You can not predict what will happen next. It’s great that these authors are keeping the stories unpredictable.

Could not make account. I seen an ad for this and attempted to give it a shot! It lets you read the first 5 chapters as trial for “free” then says must sign in for chapter 6. I click it because usually on sign in pages is also a button to create an account. I looked under every tab in the app and there is no where to create an account and I can’t use the help center without being signed in. How am I suppose to sign in and read if it will not let me create an account? Very disappointing!

Dragon Husband. The storyline is good and interesting but the translation is horrible particularly in chapters from 150 forward. The later translation is confusing by using incorrect pronouns and changing names of characters. Who ever is translating doesn’t know English well and therefore making innumerable mistakes. This novel should be taken down and not charged. This is not a good representation of this site.

My husband, Warm the bed!. Didn’t finish the novel, got cut off near the end of the novel after completing 1003 chapters. Very disappointed. Now I can’t get back to original novel. The book ended in the middle of the story line of another member of the Kyle family. Very disappointed whatever happened with Karen Joy and brother Lionel??

Get More Coins. I’m a bit unclear with the process of allowing my app to purchase the coins. Every time I click to get more coins a pop up app read saying I have “no permission” but doesn’t give any explanation about how to grant permission. All the help questions don’t seem to answer this. Confused user if I can’t figure this out will be uninstalling

Not worth the money. Couldn’t even finish a book before uninstalling. Chapters are short (2-3 minute read) and require a lot of coins to unlock. Save your money, there are other apps that offer better books for free or a reasonable amount. You need to save about 3 days worth of coins to unlock; a chapter is about a 2 minute read. I only used events and free coins to try to read a book but after a few weeks, I got frustrated and lost interest. The grammar was so bad it was distracting from the story. I also only made it through 30 ‘chapters’ in the weeks I had this app installed with daily check ins for the free coins when in the same span of time I read at least 5 complete books on other apps for free. Save your energy and wallet by trying another app.

Too expensive!. So i indulged with just one novel from this app. It is free chapters till 16. Redeemed the free vouchers it offers as well just to continue enjoying the novel. I have to buy coins twice and it cost me almost $15 already and I am still in like chapter 30 out of 300+ chapters. So if I pay $7 for every short 10 chapters, then by the end of it I am going to lose almost $100 or more. What a scam! Just borrow books in the library or better just purchase one from other sites! Do not download this app!

I was charged $37.27 for a $9.99 charge!. The book I’m reading is great but I decided to get the $9.99 starter bundle which gives you 4200 + 4200 coins one time only and I just saw I was charged $37.27 on by bank account. I hope I can get this resolved and change my rating but as of right now I feel ripped off and and trying to figure out how to get I touch with then to resolve this issue. That’s way to much money to be charged and I’m super upset. Be careful

Crap. I did several actions to get free vouchers and I was ripped over 2000 vouchers. I then started writing my own novel to the site and it kept saying it could only publish 2-10 words, which it wouldnt even do that… When I contacted then on facebook a out my missing vouchers I was blocked.

Four star for now. Your app keeps on crashing.

Why does the amount to unlock jump so much. When you start reading it’s 20 coins to unlock a chapter but when you want to continue it jumps to 123 coins to unlock kind of ridiculous you don’t get enough coins with the daily check in to even read a chapter

Only doing this to finish my book.. I’m giving five stars just for the free vouchers. However now that I’ve given five stars my app has CRASHED uses my vouchers but won’t give me the next chapters. Frustrating

Only you can be my wife. Good book. But all of the sudden I was u able to receive earned coins/ vouchers to open more chapters. I complained but they will not reimburse my missing coins. They simply tell me do do what I’ve been doing. Time to find a book app that actually works.

Seriously. How much are they going to charge me for one book? Already paid $4.99 and on chapter 76, they want more money! Which I was further along in the book than that, but it does not stay put where you left off! Plus the book I was reading has a ton of errors.

Closes out too often while reading. It closes out in the middle of read so often that its gotten a bit annoying its been definitely written in a different language so it can get a bit confusing after a while the translation to English it really throws you off

My opinion. I love the app for the variety of stories available. And most of the stories I’ve read are really good.

Second Chance. Not enough reading coins given.

Pricey. Who in their right minds would pay to read these books that are SUPER expensive. Especially with the terrible grammar even with corrections it still isn’t right. This apps a waste of time. In my words it’s pathetic and shouldn’t even exist.

Issues. Can’t find a few novels I’m looking for. For example billionaire mom. Other users could find it but doesn’t work on my end.

FoxNovel. I like the app and the stories. The only problem I have is the chapters are to short for the amount of coins or vouchers they’re requesting.

FoxNovel is a scam. I would not recommend this! I started reading on Facebook, the book I chose when I got it on FoxNovel was 400 chapters. It is now 423 chapters. You get to read about 30 before you have to by more!!! Do not download

Super Sweetheart of the CEO. I can’t get anyone to help me get back to the chapter I was reading. I lost 547 chapters over night and it is on chapter 1 now. It is to expensive to try and get back to the chapter I was reading. I would not recommend this to anyone

Horrible app. The books are expensive and poorly written. Some authors add one chapter at a time. One chapter per day and the story drags out. Absolutely worst reading app out there. Zero accountability to the authors. Would not recommend even if it were free.

Book not finished. Why you charging people when the book isn’t even finished that’s ridiculous. Just leave it eight in the middle!!!!

Sweetheart don’t run away. Good story but I hate having to purchase points every time 😒 If they tell you get vouchers or diamonds for free etc it’s not enough because every chapter is expensive.

Do not want to use my passwords for my accounts to get into app.. The stories are good but I refuse to log into my Facebook or email accounts using my passwords for those accounts to be able to access these stories. I would have no problem setting up aseperate account with fox novels.

My husband warm bed. It cuts off at Chapter 1153 and won’t let you continue. You would think you are paying to read you could finish the rest of the novel.

The whole app!. I do not like how they don’t tell you what you’ve unlocked! I read a book and thought I’d purchased enough to read until the end and it shut me out! Although these unedited books can be good it’s not worth continuing to purchase coins!

Accounts. I had to sign in to continue reading but I did not have an account and was trying to create one but I cannot and I don’t know why

Horrible Do Not Download!!!!. The translations into English are of poor quality. I did my best to overlook that part but the developers don’t even let you read the entire novel with one purchase. I spent $4.99 and only got to read half of the book. If I could have given zero stars that is more than this app deserves.

This story is really good. Facebook recommended me “I got a super rich dad” I was skeptical at first but read the first few chapter and I’m pretty hooked into it now

Not ok. App keeps messing up and the chapters are really short. Because the chapters are so short costs a lot of money just to finish a book.

Too many glitches. Couldn’t even use my newcomer “unlocked” books. Super annoying since if it did what it says it should it would have been good.

True Love Waits. I love the story line but my issue is I keep getting kicked out of the app. Am afraid to delete app and re-download for fear I may lose the chapters I already paid for.

Scam. Y’all don’t get this everytime I try to buy coins for 9.99 it charges my card 32$ it’s a scam because it happens every single time don’t buy it unless u like being ripped off majorly

Purchase went wrong. I purchased coins and it said it was successful. Then the coins weren’t credited to my account but they took the money out of my bank account. Now the support team will not answer me about this issue.

Love Last Forever. I was reading very interesting book ‘Love Last Forever’ and suddenly the book disappeared.

Cost too much. The chapters are so short it is a waste of money to buy coins. I did buy a book but it was so expensive I wouldn’t do it again. Other apps earn coins more often that I could see buying coins to help the authors. But this app is not worth it.

Sign it and you’re mine. It’s a good storyline, but it’s getting costly and unfortunately I will not be able to complete reading the entire novel. For that reason, I did not give a 5 star rating.

People want to read, it’s not about the App. Just read a book, over 200 chapters. and at last chapter I couldn’t understand it that was the end or not. I was reading my sweet second marriage. And by the way, cannot find the book anymore

Unlock more chapters.. When I sit down to read, Which isn’t often, I want to read more than 2-3 chapters. Readict let’s you finish a book. The authors need to release more chapters or I will not be reading much more from “NovelCat”.

Cost too much. Stories are long and cost too much to read. Even short chapters cost a lot.

Ridiculous. The only way to finish a story is to use coins. The only way to earn coins is to pay for them. There should be some other system to earn coins. Also, I’m not paying money to read a story with a million typos.
