Too many ads. The amount of ads on this game is ridiculous. An ad in the middle of the task and an ad at the end of the task. I feel like I’ve seen more ads then actually playing the game it’s self. I was close to paying the $3 for no ads but I wasn’t sure if it was worth it. I’ve only been playing a week and I maxed out on decorating the office. I have all these jewels that I keep accumulating and I have no idea if I’ll be able to actually use them. It’s also confusing as you progress with the room switching and stuff. I don’t know it’s fun when you actually play but it could use some updates.

Beat the entire game in 30 min.. I downloaded the game thinking you would progress in the levels. I even paid not to have the 1000 ads that play so I could enjoy it. My fault there. But, I’m assuming I’ve finished the game? I’ve been trimming feet with zero progression. Never got past feet and ears. Never earned any more tools. Never saw a face. Set 2 bones. Other than that, feet and ears. I thought it was just really long levels, but have realized there just isn’t anything after that. Which was very misconstrued in the advertising of the game on the page to download it. I literally “beat” the game in about half an hour. Great job there with the hoodwinking. I’m sure we all appreciate it.

Pretty boring/aggravating game. There's no real goals to this game. Very repetitive and it misleads you like to get to completely finish a patient until they until everything that needs to be done is done, but it doesn't. It acts like you can keep getting new assignments or things to go like pop the blackheads or other things of that nature but you never actually get to do it. It just keeps you hoping like you can progress in the game, but after you play like the first 10 levels that's all there is to the game. Pretty much a waste of time and the only reason you'll keep playing is from hoping that it'll get better but it never does. So maybe great for a child BUT if downloading for a small child, I also wouldn't recommend it.. the game it's self is harmless but if youre not going to purchase for the adds to be removed, I wouldn't get it for them because the games advertised are pretty sexualized and provocative.

Not worth it unless you like ads.. There is literally more time spent having to watch ads even if you say no thanks than you actually use to play the game. The titles are also terrible. You go from med student to intern to doctor to all these things when really it should be perhaps a cosmetic doing manicures and pedicures then a podiatrist but with the random ear stuff that is more like family doctor if not an ENT. The regional titles being how you go up levels are done more politically than medically, so perhaps actually look it up. A medical student becomes a medical doctor/MD/DO. This stuff is literally from a podiatrist/DPM. Again it perhaps doesn’t matter because you have to watch more ads than game activities!

WAY too many ads and fake reviews. There’s ads between every level and I’m even getting ads while I’m playing the game. For example I scraped something off the foot and then it made me watch an ad before I could finish the level. And it’s the same things over and over and over. Where’s the levels I saw in the ads?? Or even the level that is on the graphic for the app. The gems are pointless cause there’s no store. And the items I have been offered to purchase are just decorative? No cool tools or anything. I’m about to delete it cause I feel like it’s a waste of space on my phone. Oh and definitely getting fake 5star ratings. Just read some of them. I saw the same one at least 3 times.

Lies. So, when I watched the add for this, it showed them doing all kinds of stuff. For example, pulling LEGO’s off there feet. I have had this game and it feels like I’ve had it for YEARS and I have still have not done that. And every time I do another thing, there’s this thing on the game it when you finish fixing there feet, it kinda like a scoreboard. It says something like; “ three more to go and you get to clean there feet” or something like that. Or; “ you get to clean there feet now!”. But now, it’s just blank. Yeah, that’s right. NOTHING AT ALL. But besides that, this game is fun. Thank you for your time reading this.

DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!. This game is REALLY bad. And I am only putting 5 stars just to get my review to get seen. I would normally rate it a 1. Here is why. First, there is WAYYY too many ads. Every time you complete a level, you have to watch an ad to play the game again. Second, this game keeps taking me to a website trying to get me to take a survey to win a FREE iPad Pro. I exit out time after time, and it still comes back. The website was a scam, and this game is a scam. I downloaded this game because I thought it was like the adds. It was NOTHING like the ads. DO NOT GET THIS GAME. It is a waste of your time. PLSASE PLEASE PLEASE. READ THIS PLEASE (only putting five stars so you see this). Ok the game was pretty fun at first but then I soon realized that the levels repeated themselves more then once. If you ever gives you the option to get vip level or whatever it’s a scam and I wachted 3 adds for nothing and had to waste time on something so pointless and annoying. I do NOT recommend this game unless you like bad games with a lie and there is NO asmr anyways it’s your opinion and do it if you want but in my opinion it’s a waste of time and space on your phone.

I WANTED TO PULL LEGOS OUT OF THEIR FEET!! this is false advertisement! if there are legos on the ad, there should be some in the game! also... how does someone grow mushrooms on their feet?? i wanted to play this game because i thought it would be educational because i want to become a foot doctor!! but nooo. it was totally unrealistic!! i literally almost threw up because of how nasty these feet are. i now have realized that i do not want to be a foot doctor. so i guess this game has helped me realize i wasn’t meant for this profession. and that is the only good thing that came out of this app so thank you. ❤️

Great game a few complaints. So first of all I really like the game, BUT, it does have its flaws. I first want to point out that it doesn’t have many adds which is the most amazing thing it’s one of my favorite things about the game also it’s exacting like the adds I saw, it’s almost the exact same. There’s one thing that bothers me tho, it doesn’t really let yo finish like you wash the foot with soap, then you take out the spray bottle (kinda weird) and spray the foot with water but it doesn’t let you finish spraying before it the game decides it’s good enough that’s what I hate.

Don't get this app. There is no asmr like it said there would be. All it does is vibrate my phone. After about 15 to 20 minutes I started getting the same levels. I thought that I would get the good levels but now I'm at level 1000 and they are still the same. Most of the teeth or ear levels you have to watch an ad for but then you barely get to clean anything. Also I have to watch so many ads for a game I don't even like. And it doesn't give you any of the levels it says you get. And this game is just to easy for me, it almost does everything for you. 2/10 don't recommend.

All right, so the worst thing is that it says that you’re going to do the mouth thing with the teeth on the photo but I’ve been blank for years of this game and I haven’t even got to it yet so I’m pretty sure that is a lie just a full entire lie so I’m pretty sure that it’s a lie, so am I opinion you should not get the game I look at the rating so I decided to see for myself, but I’m deleting it and then getting it back deleting it bring it back for years how many? Way too many ads completely grossed out. OK so I’ve played this game in 2020 and first of all you need to do some updating I can’t anymore. There’s a whole lot to life than just peeling skin and just taking off Legos that are stuck on a foot. I never saw this game like I should I going to be like something for kids caring thing. Do it but after like 10 minutes I got completely grossed out and pretty much puked in the toilet. And not even 30 minutes and I already got a world Dr. Maybe this would be better if you create a world where you can go to places, not just the same thing over and over and over and over again by level six things started repeating themselves. And once you have to clean ears all over again and wax stomachs it’s starting to get kind of boring boring and gross so if you could pretty much just update it and put less ads if you wanna flood your game with ads and pretty much just do do something that makes you a billionaire go to college to be like Elon Musk because you just ran a game and expecting people to play and I’m being overfilled with ads is pretty much unacceptable so long story short delete

This app is horrible. I hate this app because you could barely do any ASMR by yourself and you just get the same levels for about a few minutes after you first download the game there’s a Mail button that you click on it and then it sent you to a website and this game is just one star. I’m sorry actually actually no stars because of how horrible this game is, also, the website is a scam website and as smart is horrible, I said you could barely even do anything by yourself and the one where it says join and watch it add to join it when you click watch it and you watch it and then it sends you to the ear one or the foot one you can only one thing and it’s horrible

AD machine from HEdouble hockey sticks. Tried out app because I thought it would be amusing to pull worm like pus out of zit holes like I saw … in an AD. Just opened the game and immediately had to watch a 60 second ad ( the beauty makeover ad). Part 1- Spent 10 seconds to shear hair off a foot….had to wait and watch the same AD. Part 2- spent 10 seconds to push back a cuticle on a finger and trim it…. Watch same AD Part 3- hit button to move up to next level…. watch The AD. Part 4- pulled worm pus like cavities out of a couple teeth and guess what…THE AD Part 5- may have cuticle and teeth section in wrong order because…. Wasted To Much Time Watching … or rather Waiting for the Same AD to let me close it out. Part 6- asked if I was enjoying game, I rated, and now writing about my experience. I understand these games operate off of ADs but this was absolutely ridiculous!!! 30 seconds worth of “game playing” to watch 10 minutes worth of The AD Never made it to the part where I thought I would be amused by playing Dr Pimple Popper.

Love it…. Where’s the LEGO levels? There’s quite a few levels shown in the ad, that aren’t in the game. Not cool, just add them, and I’ll give u 5 stars. I hate games that show u one game in the ad, but then u download it, and it’s a different game. Also, add some sound effects. Make it so u can buy or upgrade new tools with the gems. After u max out decorating the office, which doesn’t take that long, ur just collecting gems for no reason. I bought the game bc there was way too many ads, and I really do like the game. It just gets very boring just doing the same levels over and over again. All it needs is what I mentioned, and it would be 100% better.

I PAID FOR NO ADS JUST TO GET THE SAME LEVEL OvEr and OVER AGAIn. Bruh I don’t even understand. the ads I’ve seen on tik tok seemed so fun but it’s literally the same 5 levels over and over again. The ads on the game itself were ridiculous so I bit the bullet and paid for no ads just to repeat the same 3-5 levels over and over again. WHY???? Your job was to make a game that was satisfying and stress relieving but I get stressed out by playing the same levels over and over again and knowing I spent money on this piece of crap game. The same 3 teeth in the lower jaw (3 lower right side molars). Cutting nails (I HATE ThiS OnE). Popping pimples/shaving removing fungus/removing legos(???) from the foot/ straitening the foot once in a while. Ear shaving wax removal. It’s these same levels over and over. Not as advertised don’t be like me and believe that this app will bring you joy. IT BRINGS ME ANGEr. fIX it !! fix it now!!!! It had so much potential and it’s so disappointing. GIVE US MORE.

Boring. First Of all I love gross things and this game I love ❤️, but I got this game YESTERDAY and it keeps repeating the levels because there’s nothing else to do. And what’s the point in gems 💎 if you can’t even use them. I really wish there was a store so I could actually use them. And too many ads the levels are easy because it’s doing satisfying things and you can’t lose. But there shouldn't be an add after EVERY level. Also how can people grow MUSHROOMS 🍄 on there FEET that’s legit weird and you shouldn’t use a beard trimmer on your feet! I’m sorry to break it to you and all the the people that play this but this game is a very much so SCAM and for all the people that are reading this the game is getting payed to play ads that’s why they show so many! Repetitive and Too Many Ads. Like the title says this game just consistently makes you play the same games and there is an ad after every game. There are a total of two “special” levels that you have to watch ads all the way through to play and like I said it’s the same two levels repetitively being shown. Sure, they could eventually add new levels overtime but you will just end up playing those levels over and over again mixed in with the old games. They could have made each level a new scenario or added new games as you progressed but that would actually take some thought and effort so of course that isn’t the case. Anyway, this game is worth about 10 minutes, maybe, of playtime before you start to experience the same levels so I would highly suggest skipping it.

Great game! But….. I’m wondering if anyone is going to respond to my inquiry? I actually paid to have an ad Free experience and that didn’t happen, in fact the “no ads” button is still there but won’t let me click it anymore, and just like everyone else’s review there are ads every 2 seconds it feels like! So please either do what I paid for or refund my money! Other than that, it’s a great game and very enjoyable.

Ads,inappropriate content. oh my god so many adds! every single step you have to watch an add it is not very good. it is not 100% bad but if there weren’t any adds or at least as many adds this game would be pretty good. Also if there are going to be some of these adds KIDS SHOULD NOT PLAY THIS, I am a pretty young person to write a review and some of the adds were very inappropriate. One of the adds that came pretty frequently was this add about 2 girls at a bar one was crying because she got cheated on and the other ask the girl for a drink and they are not wearing very much clothing. At the end the girl gets DRUNK AND SPREADS HER LEGS IN FRONT OF THE OTHER GIRL also SHE IS HOLDING A VIBRATOR?! There’s and option to play with her but you can’t play the add presses to play with her and the girl takes off her clothes wearing a bra and underwear. This game has to many adds and is not appropriate for kids at least under 15.

If you like watching ads, then this game is for you.. I gave this game way more time to prove it is worth my time and energy to play. After every step taken, you are forced to watch an ad, and to gain any reward you are forced to watch an ad. The ads you are forced to watch are not short, and when the ad completes you are then to watch another shorter ad before you can continue. Essentially you end up watching ads for 95% your time playing and only get to play the actual game for the remaining 5% percent of the entirety of time you play this game. The game would actually be fun if they decreased the ad watching time to a more reasonable time frame and also space the time out with playing the game more to make watching the ads more tolerable. I ended up deleting due to the insane volume of ads required to watch in comparison to the actual time allowed to play the actual game. What a complete waste of time.

Ads.. I think we can all agree on that this game has more ads then the average amount of ads for a game! The game itself is good, but the ads just ruin it all, RIGHT when your trimming hair off a foot, cleaning ears, basically the only fun part about this game. Why not put the ads somewhere else so we can actually enjoy this game more then five minutes? You guys made it almost impossible to enjoy this game. Don’t bother. I saw an ad for this game which made me decide to download it (the one where you squeeze stuff out of the bottom of the foot, hey don’t judge, you’re here too) but it is extremely ad heavy. Finish a level, here’s an ad. Finish an ad, here’s another ad. Skip an ad in order to not receive a bonus, oh yeah, there’s an ad for that. Want a new piece of equipment, you guessed it another ad. Try to forgo the piece of equipment, shockingly, another ad. If you want to spend ten minutes clicking ads for other games for thirty seconds of gameplay, then this is the game for you. Otherwise don’t bother. Unless you’re willing to pay for it, maybe it’s better. But with as terrible as the free version is, there’s not really an incentive to buy it. Good luck, game on.

😡. To be honest, this game was satisfying at first, but then the more I played the more I wonder where the sound web but then I realize if you touch the settings the sound will go on. I touch the sound to go on and it didn’t go on I kept trying for 30 minutes straight because I wanted to sleep in it to be relaxing but then I stayed up very late trying to fix this game just because there was a little bug. Please fix this error I had to stay up late just to fix it and it wouldn’t even fit if it was to fix I would definitely play again and fix this review please help my game and let it put sound oh rows, I will pull. Honestly? A little disappointed.. It really feels like a pump and dump game. Like the point is for them to gain money then just let the game be forgotten. I try to not be bothered by ads because I understand that is one of the ways to turn a profit on app games but mid level is a bit much. Second you never see half of the levels that are shown, as screenshots by the way, and the ones you do see have such annoying rates for when you do get to play them you might forget that that is one of the few things you can do in the game. Finally the advancement system is meaningless after about the fourth one, city doctor, and there are 10 advancement levels. There is no sense of achievement or advancement in what you can do after that point. So overall I am just disappointed.

It’s okay if you can stand it. So I’ve actually enjoyed the game-BUT I noticed that it got repetitive really quickly. I know that there’s only so much you can do but there’s more than just legos that get caught on my foot. And please fix the hangnails. That is not how you do that. There needs to be more. I played for 3 hours and by the first I’d gotten every single thing of furniture, epic tools, and every single kind of doctor you can be. I suggest you do your research before making anything like this disappointing game. There should be upgrades so your clients pay more, there should be a avatar, a bigger store with more furniture, different parts of the WORLD that you can go to. I understand that it takes a while to not only make but improve a game because I’m an animator, but also step up on the VIP customers because cleaning only ears and fungi get annoying. I personally have no problem with ads but they’re just always around. That’s what I think, please make a better game or pt 2

Short and to many ads. Ok I read some of the other reviews and I think all people in the world can agree there are way to many adds in this game sometimes Is have not even finished a level and an add just pops up I understand that the more adds the more money but can’t you understand that we are in happy about this if you could reduce the adds by half that would make me happy big time my second complaint is that the game is way to short I have not even played a full 30 minutes and I already have world doctor I mean the levels still take a long time and I know that it’s hard to add in jobs that doctors should be but I wish there was more just a complain on the world not the game also I wish this game was a little less discussing with the skin peals and stuff like that it’s just gross I already from playing this game made an promise to my self to never pick my skin EVER AGAIN over all this is a good game and I hope others enjoy it to

Why fix things when they aren’t broken ?. KL I have been playing this game for 2 years The recent changes are horrible The graphics are now weak, no vibrancy in color like before The pops are weak , There is no sensation during pops are scrapes , the tools are not easy to maneuver like before Not sure why you fix things that aren’t broken ? All in all , the changes have just made this game mediocre at best

Ads, Useless Currency, Repetitive Gameplay. Firstly- Too. Many. ADS!!! after each step in a level there was an ad, and then at the end of the level there’s an ad! Sometimes even before I finished a step in the level there was an ad! I understand the game devs need to make money but that’s pretty excessive. Secondly- There needs to be more upgrades you can get. Maybe an avatar to decorate, upgradable tools, or SOMETHING ELSE added to the game that you can spend the in-game currency on. I downloaded this game and was totally upgraded after 20 minutes of playing. Then there’s no point to the currency because there’s nothing to spend it on. Lastly- There needs to be an update to the level design. I get that there’s only so much you can do with this type of game, but at about level 6 things had already begun to repeat themselves. I understand having the same mechanics or “problems” with the clients you get but when you get the exact same thing back to back it’s a little boring. Maybe add some facial work or back work or something else to help diversify gameplay. This was a great game, I just think the developers need to be better about updating it and implementing new assets. And limit their ads to at least only at the end of each level if they still insist on having an abundance of them.

(only putting five stars to get at the top) hold down this rating and click helpful to spread this message. okay first of all there are ads on this game every two seconds and just letting u know that the more of the ads you watch and interact with, the more money your giving to the developer (keep that in mind) second of all i’ve read the reviews about this game being bad but i was curious and decided to download it. after I downloaded it, I instantly realized that the bad reviews about this app were true. one review talked about how the one of the ads were promoting a scam website and there were those ads at the bottom of the screen and when I tried to click off of it, it made me go onto the website and started asking for my information and stuff and then it started asking for my credit card number and for me to pay to remove ads when I literally just clicked an X. this app was asking me for all my personal information just when I try to click off in an ad. don’tbuy or download this app. It is just giving the developer more and more money for the amount of people that buy and watch the ads that it is promoting especially the scam websites that it’s promoting.

Too many adds & very repetitive. there is WAY too many ads and the asmr isn't that good. i started getting the same levels after playing for about 15 minutes, which is kind of a bummer. also, i saw a mail button at the bottom so i clicked on it, and it was a scam website!!! Way Too Many Ads. This game would be so much more fun if there weren’t so many ads. They pop up in the middle of a level, when you try to claim rewards, and just randomly out of nowhere. In the beginning of the game, you can use gems you’ve earned to buy nicer frames for diplomas and more decorations. When you get to a certain point, you’ve maxed out, so there’s no point in earning more gems. You keep accumulating them, but you can’t use them for anything. The levels end up getting repetitive. You would think that the further you go along, the levels would get more complex, but they rarely do. You’ll spend 10 seconds finishing a level just to have to wait on another ad.

False Advertisement and Too Many Ads. I downloaded this game about 2 weeks ago and have been playing it for some time now. The game is fun. However, THE GAME ADVERTISES FEET, FACE, MOUTH, ECT… BUT, I’M ON LEVEL 1201 AND STILL ONLY PLAYING THE FOOT AND EAR LEVELS. I don’t see it progressing to any other features so I am uninstalling it. THE ADS WERE INSANE. Every time you complete a patient there’s an ad. Maybe limit them so it’s not too many. I almost bought the $4.99 AD FREE FEATURE but I’m afraid if I do….. I won’t get any new levels (i.e. face and mouth) then it would’ve been for nothing. But, if I would’ve purchased and I did get new levels…. That would be really ridiculous. MOST LIKELY TO NOT RECOMMEND.

Way too many ads. I downloaded this game for my kids to play but they would spend so much time watching adds then they want to off a 5 dollar no add fee I can not believe how many adds you have to add for games it’s unbelievable any game developer that puts a game on here and makes someone watch 45 mins of adds to play the actual game for 5 minutes is a big waste of time if money is so important that you have to flood your games with adds develop something else that’s going to make you a billionaire because to be very honest your ruining it for the kids and any adult or elderly that wants to play with a million adds and to pay to remove adds and pay just to get stuff on your games and pay for every single little thing is just plain robbery and everyone who does it should be sued and shut down and banned from ever making a game the point is game for enjoyment and entertainment not spend 50 dollars just to play something it’s unbelievable how greedy people have become so disappointed good luck

Dear Developer,. This game is really fun, but I don’t get why we have to watch a ad to get some new tools, I’ve watched about two ads and have gotten new tools like a hair remover and smth that moves the bone into the right place. I think we all would like it if there was some more pimple popping, face care, basically stuff that just makes the experience more amsr and if it the levels get harder and harder but not too hard, I think this goes for all of us, but I could be wrong.

Not Awesome. Okay, first of all, there are WAY too many ads. There is an ad literally every 30 seconds. However, it’s a pretty decent game. The graphics are good - almost too good sometimes... 🤮 I seriously do not recommend if you are squeamish at all. Oh, also, you collect gems or diamonds or some form of currency for completing the levels. However, there’s a max on things you can upgrade which I really don’t like. I think there should be like multiple rooms or something to decorate, instead of just the one. Once you max out everything the currency just keeps collecting and it’s really annoying. The levels are pretty quick and easy, and I haven’t encountered any glitches so far. It’s a three star game. 😐

I LOVE THIS GAME. The first reason I love it cause it’s realistic. The second reason is because it’s so satisfying but sometimes it’s weird that people get mushrooms stuck to her foot like what? Ehh. I’m not going to lie, there is something oddly satisfying about this game, yet also disturbing. I did enjoy it for the game play, but there is NO WAY it should have as many ads as it does. You get to do about 15 s of game play and then there’s another ad, sometimes two! It got really annoying but I stuck with it before writing a review to see if anything more excited would happen. I wish there were more variables, or maybe some type of story line. With this many ads, there should be more to this game then what is offered. I also never understood what the gems were for or why I need the monitor and things.

Ad Malfunction. The app is ok. A lot of repetitive simulations no matter what level you get to. When trying to treat a VIP patient or get the tools, the ads rarely open so you do not get to treat the patient or get the tool. You have to close the game or you stay stuck on a black screen forever. And most of the time the VIP patients are the ones that make the repetition of the others worth even playing. Definitely could be more of a variety of ailments to treat and as you progress through the levels there should be some difference in what you see.

WAY TO Much ADS. Firstly, I was really mad because I thought I was gonna be a able to pop pimples, and every time you get on a different level it will have an ad I do not recommend this like every time you get one of the foods out the mouth there will be an ad, so I definitely do not recommend this, there’s just way too many ads. It’s nothing like it said you don’t get a pop pimples and that’s why I’m devastated so if you are going to get this, please read this I don’t think you’ll ever want this. It’s nothing like it said, and like I said, you don’t get the pop pimples don’t waste your time most of the stuff our ads so please don’t get it (Not forcing)

Awesome Game, but needs some work.. I fell in love with this game the minute I played it. But half way through every operation, there’s an ad. This game has a lot of ads but Is still playable. It is very addicting but it has WAY too many ads. And not to mention that after most of the operations, an ad pops up. And I also don’t like that at the end of an operation, you have to wait to get your actual reward. Instead of getting it right off the bat. It’s alright. There are a lot of ads in the game and they usually appear after every level, which gets really frustrating after awhile. The game requires you to use wifi so you have to have the ads there no matter what. The red gem currency the game gives you after every level can’t be used for anything except decorating your doctor’s office and besides that it’s useless. The asmr isn't all that good or satisfying and some levels that show foot fungus (which grossed me out)could trigger trypophobia for some people. Most things require you to watch an ad to get, as if they’re not already overloading you with them. Also, on some levels like the ones where you clean teeth, you don’t get to clean everything. Nog only are these levels extremely repetitive but the way you fix like 2 things then you just move on to a completely different level is very unsatisfying and annoying for me. But if you can ignore all the things I’m pointing out about the game and it doesn’t bother you, then it’s fine to get the game. I’m just warning anyone considering it that it’s not as good as it looks in the pictures, and it’s worthless compared to how it’s demonstrated on their ad in tiktok.

LITERALLY A WASTE OF TIME. - I first downloaded this app because I saw it getting advertised on tiktok(which was really great)! I loved the asmr and level in the video but it mentioned nothing about how many ads there were I mean I literally got 20 ads every 5 mins! - Also one of the ads brought me to a scam website and 5 people asked for my card info and my address to get a $1 PS5!!! The ads are whatever but I have family in my household with a game trying to track me! - Lastly, Sometimes you cant hear the asmr like they say you could even when the sound is on so that’s really irritating as well. Anyways, please do not download this app it is a waste of time and endangerment.

It’s ok...... It was ok. The game itself was a good concept but it wasn’t executed very well. First off, the graphics aren’t very good. Second, you would have to earn your tools by working on people’s injuries (obviously) but when I got to a certain point, I couldn’t earn any more tools. I was stuck with the tools I had unlocked. I didn’t delete right away though. I thought it might have been a glitch or the creators would add something new, but nothing showed up. I was stuck playing with the same tools over and over again. Eventually I just deleted it because I lost interest. It was fun when there were new tools to look forward to, but after that it was just the same, boring loop.

I couldn’t look at my skin after this. I have never written an app review before but this is the most disgusting game I have ever had the displeasure of playing. It is absolutely vile. All based on adds!. This game is all in all not that bad minus the disgusting images and the constant adds, basically when you’ve completed a level it gives you game currency (gems) and there is a room which you can decorate using those gems or so I thought turns out if you want a different new not completely plain white boring table, floor, desk chair or literally anything in the room you have to watch an add for?? It just doesn’t make sense..

Gross. I don’t mean to be rude, but the game is quite disturbing. After playing for less than half an hour, I deleted the game because I was absolutely disgusted by all the things I had seen, not only from the ads of this game (from other games), but the game, itself. Even though it is only a game, I was still creeped out and grossed out. I would recommend putting a warning at the start of the game, saying that, ‘This game has some things that may be disturbing for you or others. UPGRADES PEOPLE UPGRADES. Good game but need more updates. Repetitive. The game is mostly what is advertised and what some games pretend to be at the moment but after a few levels it’s just the same things over and over again. The super annoying part is that some levels you never get to actually complete because it doesn’t let you do all of the tasks that the person needs done (food left in teeth, etc). Also it’s an absolute rip off when you have to watch an ad to do the VIP client and every time it’s the same task that you have to do so there is really no reason to waste your time doing them. Endless ads with seconds of gaming in between. You have to watch 60 seconds of ads for every 10 seconds of the game. It is absolutely pointless. I am happy to watch ads in order to play a game for free, I don’t expect a game to be 100% without cost, but this is over the top. If you like the game, play foot clinic. Almost identical and still a lot of ads, but nothing like this. You at least get to play for a few minutes at a time.

You get an ad at the start of each game, the end of each game and often in the middle of the game. More time spent watching ads than playing the game. Too many ads and frozen game. There are more ads that you have to watch than to actually play the game. You only play for 10 seconds before you have to watch a 30 second ad without having the ability to skip it. Also, I was cleaning out an ear and the game just froze. WASTE OF TIME. The ad for this game includes the dentist, but in that game it is only feet cleaning.. there is no trigger warning so if you have a phobia of holes, this game isn’t for you! Ads, ads and more ads!. This is the most ads I’ve come across while playing any phone games. It is very frustrating to play halfway through a stage and get disrupted by ads mid game. I understand if it plays AFTER, but IN THE MIDDLE?! Deleted straight after, don’t even bother with this game!

Not exactly hands on. I don’t mind the mini games to unlock each new medical exam, but honestly it takes a while to unlock them and all you do is touch what area they want you to touch. There is not enough pulling or popping of the items the game doesn’t for you; disappointed on that part.

There are way too many ads too there doesn’t have to that, literally right before a round there’s an ad, right after a round there’s and ad, there is even ads WHILE YOU IN A ROUND. I honestly don’t recommend this game don’t play it if you want satisfaction, FUN, or for any other reason!

Lacking in so many ways.... I find pimple popping videos oddly satisfying so I was interested in the game. Unfortunately it doesn’t live up to the ads you see for it. The creators should have spent more time on it before releasing it. There are no LEGOs in the foot levels. Also no worms to remove. It’s a bit of false hype for the game for sure. You have to play levels to unlock more tools and to do more things to your patient. Eventually you unlock half the tools on the tray and that’s it - you keep playing the same levels over and over. No way to spend gems you collect either. There’s a store coming soon according to the start menu...that should have been added before the app’s release. The game is a good concept for those into this type of thing. However it needs more updates to be something worthwhile.

Not very fun. There’s some false advertising in the ad to start there is no LEGO pulling and there is not much new stuff to do after a while. The most awful part is that there is an ad after almost everything you do. There is an option to watch an ad after completing a round for double coins or skipping for regular amount of coins, and if you hit no thanks it will some times still give you an ad anyway and not give you any extra coins. The amount of ads is ridiculous and distracting to the games that it makes it unenjoyable to an already subpar game. It’s not worth your time.

Adds and WAY TO DISCUTING. When I first saw the ad of this game I wanted to play it after I played glad a level BOOM an add. There are too many ads and that one reason this is a one star. The next reason is that IT IS SO DISGUSTING like honestly the hair is the thing that bothers me the most and the fact that there are these little balls with mushroom things on it and peeling it off makes it even more disgusting. I’m deleting the game because of adds and because I almost threw up playing this game. Good..but could be fixed. This is a great game and all but I don’t understand why you get gems, but..can’t spend them! ♦️ it would be better to, instead of watching ads to get room decor..it would be a way more officiant to spend gems on the room decor! Liars. I just played through the first ten “awards,” so equivalent to like 100 levels or something, to find the level from the ad where you press on the gunk from the foot with that tool (you know what I’m talking about). That level just DOESN’T EXIST. I considered giving this a two star rating, because it’s kind of satisfying in a brain-numbing way, but I am so frustrated by being mislead that I don’t think it’s worth even that. Don’t waste your time if you’re hoping to play something like that ad. If it’s in there, it’s too much boring repetition to make it worth it to find. I deleted the app.

I hope you like cleaning peoples feet…. I downloaded this game because the ads showed a worm being pulled from a tooth. I was super grossed out and intrigued. It’s the thumbnail for the game! It’s the first screen shot on the app page! Well, I hope you like cleaning people’s ears and feet cause that’s all you’re gonna do. Zits on faces? Nope! Worms in teeth? Sorry! I’m a rank 2 Galaxy Master in Beauty Care and I have yet to pull a worm from a tooth. My disappointment immeasurable and my day is ruined. 0/10. Would not recommend. Go play Cube Escape instead. No worms in teeth, but the games are super weird and gross and fun. No false advertising. Oh! Also there’s SO many ads.

at first it was great but... So as you can see i gave it a 4 stars bc at first the game seemed to not have as much ads, well that seemed to make sense bc the game was advertising a lot but anyways. When i got the third round of the game it started give me ads every single time i did something like i could barely play the game. WAY TOO MUCH ADDS;TOO SHORT ROUNDS. Okay yay love the game I put 5 stars so you can see this. There is was too much adds and the rounds are not what they look like, they look fun and they are but they end in like 30 seconds and won’t let you do the rest of the stuff just a certain part of it, and after every 30 second round there is a add. Stupid and childish. I saw this on every ad ever and finally downloaded it because it looked satisfying. It’s not. 80% of this game requires you watch and ad. You watch ads after each level and in the middle of each level. They force you to use the tools they want rather than allowing you to use your brain and think about the tools that would work best which would make the game more interesting. All the levels are repeatedly the same. I forced myself to play the first 10 levels then I had to delete the app because the ads were out of control and it is an extremely boring game.

Please fix this. So I saw the add and I wanted to play to see how this game is the moment I went on the game I was greeted with a white screen so I thought maybe that's how it's suppose to be so I tapped my screen to be greeted by another white screen I assumed it was a bug so I deleted and reinstalled it to see the same thing this makes the game impossible to play for me but I'll be nice and give it a 5 star.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!. I downloaded this game after seeing the ad and confirming that ad, there is a picture on this app's page that shows the face care. I wanted to do so, but after going through everything, repeating the same exact care over and over again, and getting all of the badges and titles twice, I decided that there was no point to playing anymore. Not to mention this game spams you with ads and doesn't even let you get through ONE patient without ads. This was a big disappointment. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!

Dumb. This game is just a fast money grab. It has gems you can earn, but they serve no purpose, there’s nothing to buy, intact the only things you can earn you HAVE to watch an ad for. The gems do nothing, they only serve a purpose of having the chance for someone to watch an ad. There are only so many levels, once you earn the last tool for either the foot or ear, then that’s basically it. You’ve seen everything new. This game has no end, it’s just a mindless, money grabbing, and awful quality game. It’s only purpose is to make the creators money via ads. If I hadn’t turned off my WiFi, I’m sure I would have been watching ad after ad after ad.

No excuse for this. I got this thinking it would be a game. Starts off, I shave a foot. Takes me 3 seconds. Now I have to watch a 30 second ad. Once that is over, I get a level complete animation lasting 2 seconds. I click to claim my gems, another 30 second ad followed by a second 30 second ad. At this point I have played the game less than 10 seconds and watched a minute and half of commercials. Do the second foot. 3 ads. Upgrade to intern. Ad. 5 minutes with this app was 30 seconds gameplay 4 and a half minutes commercials. If I were the dev I would get rid of the game altogether and just run commercials.

First of all. I have not played this game yet but I was reading the reviews and it says that there are a lot of ads heres a trick turn you WIFI OFF and your DATA if you have unlimited data that’s just a little trick Thanks Ps some games you have to have wifi so I don’t know if it will work

Only feet and hands. I was bothered by the ads as well so I bought ad free expecting to play for a while. All of the levels just keeps repeating and there is nothing new. I thought there would be face and mouth but there isn't, and I'm on level 2102. Add the things you say are in there please, thats so obnoxious when apps do that. I know it can be hard to program things but come on now. If you don't have it, don't advertise it 🤷‍♀️ it is just not worth my time and honestly think refunds should be sent out because it is a waste of money.

Not enough levels. Galaxy Doctor and no new work!. This game has been enjoyable to this point. However, after a while, you have the same four levels over and over and over again. The ads show working on eyes, face, nose, etc. but these levels never appear. And the levels it does have aren’t necessarily completable. I have never been able to get that annoying spinach or other growing green thing out of the person’s teeth. Let alone any other dental work. This game has such potential! Please explore it!!!!

To many adds!!. It’s fun to play but the adds always get in the way! I just got the app and it feels like every 5 seconds there’s another add. The overall game is very satisfying and entertaining but I wish I could enjoy it a little longer without another add getting in the way. If there was a way that the creator of the game could minimize the amount of adds, it would be a lot easier to play without getting angry. Thank you!

Satisfying game. It’s fun, with great graphics, but way too many ads!! They interrupt before the task, in the middle of the task, after the task, and sometimes in between!! You can’t even complete one level without numerous ads popping up! Even for the free version it’s more ads than I’ve ever seen! It should at Least allow the player to finish one task ad free... To me, it really isn’t even worth downloading, as you’ll spend the biggest part of your time watching ads, and I don’t mean watching ads to get a “reward”! The ads completely litter the entire game, making it way less satisfying!!

To many ads and it’s just weird. Whenever I had the game every time I would play it I would get really grossed out about what was happening. When I finished a level I would get 3 ads I had to watch then even if I clicked on nothing it would start loading and say that I clicked to watch an ad. Dev has never been to a doctor and clearly has a foot kink. I became “continent doctor” whatever that means and I was still just giving pedicures and manicures/ shaving feet. Honestly lm 98% certain this was just made by a foot fetishist as a part of his therapy. On top of it not making sense and just being a manicurist called a doctor, there were nonstop ads, in the middle of levels, in between levels, after levels immediately after you click “no I don’t want to watch an ad to triple my diamonds” wish I could give zero stars or better yet take some away

Please please please take off some of the ad spots. The game is fine in general, you beat the main levels and unlock all the tools and that’s cool, and trust me as an app designer I understand these need for ad placement in game as a main source of revenue. But, there’s a possibility for an add before you start the level, in the middle of the level, after the level, and then an optional one to triple the amount of gems you get? Plus I couldn’t find where you use the gems at all. So overall, repetitive gameplay after you unlock everything, and then Jesus Christmas the amount of adds is overwhelming to say the least

Ads. I'm about five minutes into the game and I'm already quitting because of ads. I've never seen so many ads in my life. I get an ad after every section of every level (every five seconds and I'm not exaggerating). There is also a constany ad at the bottom of the screen that takes up a good amount of space. Because of the ads, the game is unplayable. And for the sake of my mental health, I am not playing it again. If the game fixed the issue by limiting their ads or just keeping them passive, I would happily give this more starts and write a review about the game. But, at this time, this is not a game but an advertisement platform.

Good app but.. WERID. Doctor care is a really cool game but it’s kinda/sorta weird and stinky.I mean like how people can grow mushrooms on there feet, not able to afford a nail clippers, and use a head shaver for feet?! I say when they grow the mushrooms on there feet I say “I think I’m gonna be sick” and act like I throw up 5 times!!!!! I feel bad for people doing this job for something worth it. Too many ads and nothing like the ads for this game. Way too many ads you get three tasks to do and it’s the same three repeated over and over and over. There’s never anything different to do after you get past the levels and you made it up to the highest galaxy Doctor it’s just repeating the same gameplay items and in each gameplay there’s only two things to do or three things to do and that’s it. I would’ve really love this game. Had it been more like their ads FOR this game.

Great game. I love this game a lot but I got to level XXXVIII and I did not get to do the lego part of the operation for a long time. Also to all those people out there this game does not need WIFI so if you turn of WiFi you will get no pop up ads. I did this and it solved the problem of too many ads. For those with the too many ads. One way to turn off adds is if you turn off your Wi-Fi and if yiu do no ads will appear, and if it says “No internet connection error” then turn it back on and click retry. THEN you turn the Wi-Fi off again

In Between. The game was pretty good starting out but after the excessive ads it just got aggravating. The ads did not come as regular ads did they popped up after even just doing one part of the procedure. I can deal with the ads popping up here and there but the rate they were going was crazy. Not sure if it was a way to get you put the $2.99 for no ads but it was a sure way to get me to delete the app all together.

Solidly OK. This app is pretty fun, satisfying, and also addicting. One of the problems is the crazy amount of adds. I recommend putting your phone on airplane mode for an easy fix to that without having to pay for add-free playing. My other problem with this, and I know it might not seem like a big deal but it is, is the sheer lack of representation. Every single character you do the doctory stuff on is white. I’ve been playing for a while and have seen no POC in the game. Other than those two things it’s pretty fun!

Dr Care. I really enjoy this game. I just wish that it didn’t have so many adds. I have this game on both of my phones. Eventually I will stop playing this game due to all the ads. Ads are very distracting to me. They take to much time from the game. I play this game on both of my phones everyday. I hope they will consider a cheap option to not have all the ads.

Feet. This game is truly game changing. As a 62 year old I can finally achieve my dream by cleaning young attractive girls feet! This game makes me super happy as its the only time I can really get up close and personal with feet. My wife left me 23 years ago and her feet weren’t nearly as good as these! I 100% recommend and just wish I could scarf on these feet! I bet the foot mushrooms just add to the amazing flavor!!

Alright. As much as I wanted this game to work it would not. Every level after I finished the screen went black and would not come off of it. This games advertisements are also very misleading showing things that are not in the game. I would definitely not have given this high if a rating but you need to read this before you accidentally get it like me.

Confused. When I saw this game advertised, I saw a face & tweezers for removal. That is the only face I have seen. I am on level 3,700 plus & I am still only seeing feet. Never anything except feet. No lego issues on these feet which was another advertisement. My lobby & certificates are upgraded as far as they can be & I still can’t find any faces!!!! If you can’t assist me, I will delete this game.

Fascinating, For About Five Minutes. ...and three of those five minutes are spent watching ads. Thereafter, it’s just the same stuff over and over; shave excess hair, rip off hangnails, spray antifungals, clip nails, clean ears, and pop zits. In 15 minutes, you reach level 8, Galactic Doctor, which seems like the pinnacle. Oh no; a couple of hours later, I finally couldn’t stand the boredom and shut down at Galactic Doctor XXVIII. And the next time I booted it up, I was back at the beginning! Don’t bother with this unless you really have a high boredom tolerance.

Too many ads and repetitive. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. I got interested to download this app from seeing an ad for it on tik tok. J have to say they advertise it well, they make look like you will be able to do many things. But in reality you don’t. It was fun at first, but then it got repetitive. For example cleaning the teeth, or icing the foot and cutting the nails. That’s all you do it doesn’t let you do something new it just repetitive. It’s just the same 3 games over and over. Along with that so Many ads.

Irritating to play. When I tell you the relentless amount of ads that pop up after each action in this game, I’m not lying. It literally makes it so irritating just doing a single thing and having one play, only for another one to show when you finish the next task. The game is fun for when I’m bored, but I only had it for 2 days and barely played because of how many ads there are. I spent more time watching them than playing the actual game, and that’s bad. The game is fine if you don’t mind advertisements being shoved down your throat every 2 seconds.

Horrible graphics and too many ads. Wow. Horrible game. There is an ad after every round and no way to mute the ads…I deleted the game after 10 minutes. I play lots of free games and the ads don’t normally bother me…after you play a few rounds with them they end up letting you play awhile without ads. This game? The ads are relentless and way too long considering how many there are. If the graphics were better maybe it would be worthwhile. But the interaction is clumsy and the art is terrible.

I’d like to perform the full procedures. I like this game but I’d also like to perform the full procedures because I saw when I was cleaning the teeth and handling the new VIP patient that there is still way more that I could do so that it could fully be done. I wanted to know why there isn’t an option to do more than the offered tasks. It would really improve the game if there’s possibly a chance we could perform the entire procedure instead of just one of two parts of it.

Not enough different levels. First of all, I think once you get to a certain point, you see more of the same levels repeating themselves. Me personally, I would like to see more different and disgusting levels. Secondly, I don’t know if it’s just because I haven’t gotten to the point yet, but for me, I have not seen any dental cleaning and i’m on galaxy doctor. I’m not so sure as to why you would put something you don’t have in your game on the cover.

First thing is that there is too many adds but it is fun and satisfying and you use fun and interesting tools I don’t want to spoil it for you but I think you should try this app I gave it 4 stars because the adds one more thing some adds are inappropriate one add ( I am not saying it all) but one girl was crying and another girl asked her if she wanted a drink so she got drunk

Too many ads that come in the middle of a level. I understand that a free game will have ads. I have even opted to purchase a game to remove ads once I play it and decided it was worth it. For this game the ads are too frequent and appear right in the middle of playing a level. It does not give anytime to enjoy the game to see if it is worth the cost to purchase ad free, therefore, I am just deleting the game. My suggestion to you is reduce the ads or at least have them appear after you have completed a patient or you will never be successful.

Too many ads & I gave it a fair shot. This game’s ad was very convincing & upon further examination, I thought it was exactly what I was looking for. However, yet again I am disappointed with how overrun with ads this game has. Where are the adds!. I’ve read other reviews, and they say that the game has very many adds. I just played the first fifteen levels, and not one add. Not that I don’t appreciate having no adds. Waiting for levels that were shown. I have gotten to Galaxy Dr XII and I haven’t seen any of the tools or procedures that were advertised. It is just the same ones over and over. So pretty much it is the same 3 things over and over again. Foot, hand, or ear. And like mentioned earlier, they advertised for several procedures that I have found. Fun game to start, but once you have done the several procedures, it repeats over and over.

Repetitious and Boring. Like everybody else, there are way too many ads. In one day I made it up to level 30. It’s the same thing over and over again. The gems you earn are only used to decorate your office and that’s about it. There’s not even a store to use them in. You also don’t get to decorate your office yourself. You just pay for what they give you. As for the game itself, I don’t see anything different at level 30. The ad they show to entice you, I haven’t seen the procedures yet. It’s the same foot and ear over and over again. I wouldn’t download this. I’m going to delete, it’s very boring.

Répétitive. I keep doing the same tasks over &over & over again. I keep playing hoping for new tools and tasks like the ones advertised before I downloaded. I’m maxed out on frames and decor. There is no information or indication of levels needed to reach to get new tasks. Somebody please tell me there is more to this. Everyone is right, there are too many ads. I paid the $2.99 to get rid of them. Worth the money if there is more coming in the game.

Fun game but too much ads.
