Get an iOS app with watch app instead. It works and is there on your wrist. It shows you when to run and when to walk. Can’t fault that. Also it gives pulse and distance. It tells you how far you went after the workout. Until you hit done. Then it forgets all record except that you have done it. There’s just no way to find a record for the run in the health app. I have to look in fitbod to see my record of the run. Native watch apps are a cute idea but take a lot of work to be useful. This costs the same as an equivalent phone app that probably includes a watch app gratis. I recommend that.

Almost there. Excellent app for the purposes of tracking runs without having to carry the dang phone along! I like it so much in fact that I wish I could use it to the exclusion of native fitness apps. If it had just two more features (the ability to track free runs at the end of the 5K program and the ability to toggle to miles), it would be a dream.

A life changer.. I’m 55, and haven’t run in 20 years. After quitting smoking, I finally had the lung capacity and energy levels to try again. I hated the idea of dragging my phone around on runs, so this app—combined with my iWatch, EarPods, and Spotify—was perfect. It helped me accomplish something I’d wished for for many years, but didn’t think possible. So thankful for it.

Safe way to slowly increase running time. This app has helped me safely increase my endurance without getting plantar fasciitis (knock on wood!). Slow and steady increase. Highly recommend this very simple, clear app.

Just get this app. The App Store has tons of c25k apps the free apps have tons of ads they keep trying to sale you upgrades and the watch apps are buggy and slow pay the few bucks and save your self the frustration

Simply works. I’ve worked through the C25K program a few times over the years and with various apps. Ben’s option here is the beat for runners who want to carry minimal electronics on their runs. I only need my Apple Watch and my AirPods. It is a very well-designed and developed app. It hasn’t crashed a single time or misreported or caused any other problems for me. Other running apps on the store often treat the Apple Watch as an afterthought which lead to frustrating user experiences and issues with recording the runs. Keep up the great work, Ben!

Great app. This app has been extremely helpful for me just getting into running for the first time. Highly recommend following the program. The new phone update is great, can’t wait to see what they grow it into.

Works great. No issues. Started my music, opened the app and hit start, and it worked seamlessly all the way through being able to see all the details in my Activity app. Great job!

It does what it says on the tin. The app is just what you need and nothing extra. It works and it isn’t a goofy subscription. It has helped get me back into running and I appreciate that.

No subscription, works great on watch. What more could you want, does exactly what it says. Only thing I would like is for the possibility of different announcer voices or just beeps.

*Updated* Distance not recording. **updated**user error on my part- all of the permissions were not turned on, therefore not tracking distance. Turned them all on and app works great :) Thank you!! I just got this app today and did my first run. However, my watch and the fitness app did not show the distance. ‘0’ is shown for distance, active calories, total calories, and average pace in the fitness app. I do however love that I don’t need my phone and it shows a map of the run. Just need to figure out the distance data.

Good app could be great with one fix.. The design is great. The single purchase is perfect. The big glaring problem with this app is the vibration notifications between run/walk aren’t unique or strong enough to really grab your attention when doing physical activity. It means that I have to keep looking at my watch to not miss the next prompt. I, also, can’t for the life of me to get it to play through the watch speaker or my AirPods when they’re connected.

A really well-designed app. So far I’m not impressed with a lot of apps for the Apple Watch. I bought the Watch with cellular connectivity specifically so I could go exercise without my phone. Other exercise apps seem to really want you to either bring your phone with you when you run, or require all sorts of options and configuration. All I wanted was an app that told me when to run, told me when to walk, integrated with Apple Fitness, and worked reliably. This app is it! It works great! I love that it logs the warmups, cool-downs, and runs as distinct workouts, so Apple Fitness knows to report something as a walk and not a run, etc. The display is intuitive and informative. The interface is dead simple. tl;dr: it just works, and it works well

Very Buggy on Series 5 watch. Great concept and app. Unfortunately I keep having bugs and the app will freeze up midway through a workout and if I restart the app it takes me back to beginning. Not optimal when you’re trying to squeeze in a quick run. Makes it almost useless since it doesn’t prop me when to run a walk and half my workouts are recorded due to the restart .

Simple, Elegant, and exactly what I wanted!. The interface is clean, the voiceover is encouraging, and it lets me leave my phone behind while focusing on my music and my training. This has been a real help in actually starting and committing to a training regimen! Simply put, it does everything I need, and nothing I don’t. If you want to do Couch to 5k with only your Apple Watch, this is the app.

Overall great watch. I love love love that there’s a native Apple Watch C25K app. I’ve used 5k trainer apps on my iPhone for years, but this is by far the best. I can *actually* leave my phone at home. One thing I can’t quite figure out how to make the haptics when switching from running to walking (or vice versa) more prominent. The first workout session there were multiple taps before the timer started for the next interval, but my last two sessions have had just 1.5 taps to cue me to change my pace. Since I don’t use headphones when I run, I rely on the haptics heavily. I hate having to feel like I need to keep an eye on my watch so that I’m not missing an interval.

No phone!. Finally a watch app that is actually a watch app. This is exactly what I have been looking for. The only con is the only way to hear the voice prompts is to be also listening to something else first. I would rather be running in silence.

Great app but…. I love the interface. Everything I need and nothing I don’t. Only two things kept me from rating 5 stars. I’d like to switch to miles permanently and I’d like to change the voice. Other than that, top notch!

Great Native Watch Running App. I love quite a few things with this app. And hope for tweaks in just a few areas. The fact it works seamlessly on watch only runs is tremendous. And the cues are great, easy to hear, and with great haptics. It also breaks the walk/runs into separate activities. Which I haven’t seen on other apps. The only tweaks I would have would be to allow for the option to utilize miles over km. I understand the logic. But it just isn't something I am accustomed to seeing after a lifetime of running. And it would be great to see interval runs as well. Great app though. Kudos! 👏

Warmup and Cooldown Issues. It is frustrating that heart rate isn’t shown during the warm up, and especially during the cold down. It would be great to have music controls accessible during these periods too. But overall, this has been a nice motivational app.

Great standalone app. This is a great app that’s just for the Apple Watch. No need to have your phone, this does all of the run/walk timing for you! The only thing I wish you could change is to make the distance in miles instead of km. But that’s pretty minor.

Helped me establish a healthy routine. I’ve done the couch25k program a few times. This app is helping me do it again using my Apple Watch independently of my iPhone on my runs. No complaints. Thank you!

So grateful. I’ve never been a runner and I was skeptical that could ever change, but I just finished this 9 week program and am so proud to have been wrong. The pace is great, I love the Watch app, and it makes it easy to stick with it to the end.

Great App but would like more customization options. I love the app and the fact I don’t need my phone while running. However, I would like the option to increase the time allotted to run a 5K. I can’t complete it in 30 minutes and would like the option to add 5 to 10 extra minutes before the workout ends.

The 5k watch app I was seeking!. A very simple app that works just on your Apple Watch. I can leave my phone at home and just run. It has Family Sharing enabled, so one small purchase means everyone in my family can have it too.

Great, Simple App. This is exactly what I was looking for: a couch to 5k program where all I needed was my Apple watch and my AirPods. This is just that. Prompts you via your headphones when it’s time to walk or run and gives you an alert when you are half way through so you can turn back around. Also love that this is a 1x purchase and not an ongoing subscription. Great app!

Made the impossible possible. I am shocked and insanely grateful for how easy this made running for me - something I didn't think was possible. I started it having actually never ran for more than 3-4 min in my entire life (I'm 30) and then to making it through the program.

Great App, Missing One Feature. The app is really well put together. I like that you can re-do runs and it still tracks your progress. It’s also simple on the Watch but you get good stats on the iPhone after. My only criticism is that as most of the weeks are a mix of walks/runs, I can’t check to see what my current pace is during an interval. It only shows the total pace over the entire workout. I’m trying to hit a certain pace and after I hit a walk I no longer know if I’m running fast enough until I check the intervals on the phone afterward. So I can’t adjust to speed up or slow down during the workout. Overall, though, the app is great and I recommend it.

Simple, great app. If you want to train for a 5k run only with your Apple watch and leave your phone at home then this is the app for you. It works simply and does what it claims. I had tried a more expensive couch to 5k app previously and their watch app didn’t work right - the voice prompts didn’t work. This one work seamlessly, I highly recommend it.

Great watch based running app, needs workout improvements. As I go back to running on the treadmill at the gym again, I decided to go back to using this app. Overall I really like it, easy to select the run I want, it makes separate workouts for the warmup and cool down as well. Complaints: I have it setup to do inside runs, but when I review the workout there is always this ridiculous squiggle drawing of me running like a madman in all directions at the gym as if it were an outside run even though it is classified as an indoor run. I hope this can be fixed. Also in the workout data there is no breakdown by heart zone. I hope these are things that Apple gives third party developers access to fix.

The only beginner running app you need. This app is aesthetically pleasing and puts an easy user interface on a 5k training plan. It works flawlessly with the watch and I ran further than I ever have with its tracking and encouragement! Love this app and well worth the money.

Simple and Effective. This is a super streamlined application of couch to 5k, perfect for the watch. It's an uncomplicated way to free you of the phone. All the analytics are available in the Apple Fitness app, so it's fine that it doesn't have all the bells and whistles. If I could, I'd give it 4.5 stars because the volume on the voice prompts is too low. It doesn't dip the background music enough and it doesn't seem to match the volume setting. It also logs the warmup, run, and cooldown as separate workouts in the Fitness app. It's annoying not to be able to see the total distance and route in a single workout. And you can't see your route for the warm up and cool down because it logs it as a walk which doesn't record the route.

Just What I Needed. This is an excellent watch app that was just what I needed to get back into running. No need to bring your phone along, just my watch and AirPods. I start my music, then start the the app and go! The app will lower the music volume temporarily while it’s giving you instructions on when to run, walk, or if you’ve hit the halfway point. A bit of advice I learned the hard way: when the app tells you to slow down to a walk, be sure to walk fast, it will make the transition into full time running easier.

Perfect 5k Training Companion 🏃. I’ve tried a few different apps and this one is the best! One-time payment and everything just works. The prompts are clear and the tracking is great. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to start, or re-start running. It’s one of the few apps that don’t try and get a subscription and is truly work the price, without a doubt. Very great app.

Getting me to my fitness goals. This app is exactly what I wanted to get back into shape. My only complain is the running jump time between the 3rd and 4th week. Yo go from 9 to 16 minutes. I did it, but it was a big jump. Still, I really like the app.

Great and easy app to use. The only point of frustration was with the initial setup. The instructions on the website say to make sure to setup in the health apps settings. The app won’t show up in there until you hit start on the first training. After that it is simple to setup. This is a great app well worth the $2.99 one time fee.

Great app! Easy to use and inexpensive. If you have an Apple Watch and are trying to get into running… this is the app for you! Excellent price. Easy to use. HIGHLY Recommend!

Question. Just downloaded the app. Love the simplicity and is a great tool to get someone into running condition. Quick question though, it did not show my distance, pace, heart rate or calories during or after my first run. Am I missing something in my settings? Am I supposed to run the workout app on my watch at the same time? Thanks

All you need. This is really all you need for the Couch to 5K program. One thing I wish would be added, would be some audio queue when it’s time to switch between running and walking.

Perfect. I used this app for my training and really liked it. Simple interface, easy to use. Not really any customizations, but it did the trick and helped me run for the first time in a few years. Now I am running 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a week without any pain. Definitely worth a few bucks!

Great app!. Just started today, so far so good. I love the voice assistance; no need to keep looking at watch. I couldn’t get the music to work though…but I don’t know if that is user error. Seriously, get this app!! I hope the developers continue and make a sequel..not having to carry your phone is amazing!

Works through watch, is a weekly progression app - RECOMMENDED FOR ALL. This app did everything I needed it to with only a couple things I was left wanting it to do. 1. You don’t need your phone to use this program. 2. It’s a weekly build up program for running. 3. It tracks and syncs to Apple Health. 4. Allows music to be played and coaching queues still work. 5. The phone version is great for a full view of the runs and progress. Wants: 1. Quick pause button - I have to scroll (swipe sideways?) the page to get to pause. 2. Warm up/Cool down and music player - you can’t play omusic while in warm up or end it in cool down because you can’t scroll (swipe sideways) to the music page. You can bypass this by opening the music app on your watch and playing through there. Nice job dev team - it works great.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for. This app is everything I’ve been looking for. I’ve completed the program a few times (!) using different apps and none of them come close to this one (including the one from Active). This is a native Watch app, as opposed to an afterthought for a phone app, and it shows. No fluff, everything that you need and nothing that you don’t. I hate running with my phone. With this app, I can just leave it in my car and go. No setup, no fiddling for 5 minutes. No endless confusing settings. It just starts, and it just works. The prompts are clear as day and to the point, the voice is not annoying (I do appreciate the GB accent!). Integration with the Music app and my bluetooth headset is flawless. Lastly, the Watch screens are great. Easy to read, and again, to the point. Integration with the Health app just works. I really like that it logs separate workouts for warmup/run/cooldown. But maybe that should be an option. I’m in week 3 and haven’t found a bug yet. The only improvement I’d ask for would be to be able to see the workout details before doing them. Oh, and a Watch to 10k app :) There’s nothing like putting on your running shoes and just going out with nothing but your car keys in your pocket. Thank you. I would have gladly paid more.

Life Changing. With this app I went from having never run to hitting up a 5k 3 times a week, a healthy habit I can take forward for the rest off my life. I repeated several runs until I had the stamina to move on and it even tracks that. While the couch to 5k training method isn’t unique, this app is. It’s simple and functional, no subscription, does what it says on the tin. I suggest it to all my friends wanting to be more healthy.

*updated* figured out the crash issue, now 5 stars. Following up on my review from earlier this week, I found that when listening to music through the music app, the watch crashes when Watch to 5K enters the first run or exits the final run. This is also when the Watch to 5K music option begins and ends. Solved by listening to music through the Watch to 5K app only. Feature request: I would love to be able to listen to music during the warm-up and warm-down walks too.

Simple clean app. I used this app to train to run 5km. I liked that I could go for a run without a phone. Nothing fancy here but the app does the job if you stick with it.

Great app!!!!. Updated my review after using for two weeks. It’s a fantastic app, and it feels so good to not have to carry a bulky phone. You can easily see your miles logged in the activity on the phone, so the fact that’s it’s in kilometers on the app doesn’t matter. Will you be developing apps for 10k and half marathon training?

Awesome. It does EXACTLY what I wanted. No more phone. Just the watch. I can listen to podcasts and still get the audio/haptic feedback. Also, Ben was very quick to respond when I had a question. I’ll definitely be buying his future apps.

Low cost for high utility. This is exactly what I wanted from my exercise and Apple Watch, an app that can take me from couch to 5k with no frills. I love the dialogue when wearing Bluetooth headphones. It would be nice if the app could beep or play a message over the speakers when I don’t have headphones, however. Sometimes I don't feel the prominent vibration while running, but its not a big deal since I think thats a limitation of the watch itself. I highly recommend this app. There are no hidden costs and the features are perfect for my running goals.

Great guide through the program. I got this to track my attempt at the couch to 5k program and it has done that as expected. It’s easy to use. I like having the prompts telling me when to run and walk. I feel like this app is making the whole process easier for me.

I just ran 5kms!. What more do you want from an uncomplicated , simple, focussed app? Highly recommend.

Brilliant app. This app is brilliant and so easy to use. You can simply walk out your front door, press start on your Apple Watch and the app does the rest. I found this app after being frustrated by having an expensive subscription to a well known couch to 5k app that was always a hassle to get to work on the watch (it usually didn’t). This app is so much better than all the others if you want to use your watch rather than taking your phone for couch to 5k runs.

Motivating you with the essentials. A straight down the line app that does just what it should, recommended as a great starting point in your running journey, and I’m just under halfway finished!

Awesome Watch app. There’s not that many Watch-first apps. This is one, and it works great. Has been improved over the years and now is flawless. Great work, dev.

Awesome!. I’m nearly done with Couch to 5K and this app has been the perfect companion. Simple and elegant UI, and most importantly I can leave my phone at home! Would recommend for any Apple Watch users looking to get running. The only improvement I need is for the developer to add a 5K->10k programme!

Awesome!. This is a neat little app that’s helped me immensely with starting my couch to 5k journey! The addition of GPS is lovely and the only thing I’d add is an option for the voice accent.

Works exactly as advertised. Can listen to music with my AirPods, and leave my phone in the car. Beautifully made app, works every time without fail. Well done! Highly recommended.

Best couch to 5k watch app. I did a lot of research before committing to a watch couch to 5k app. This is the best one by far.

Seriously Thank You. Awesome app! I’m very pleased with how the app is working! Just buy it! No subscription! No extra cost! Works as stated! Easy to use! Just worth every cent! Thank You!

Fantastic and simple. This is a brilliant app, does exactly what it says it will. If you just want to exercise with your watch, well worth the small one time cost!

Good app, some limitations, but it gets the job done efficiently. The runs are well spaced out, the program is easy to follow and builds up at a good level. The app itself is easy to use on my watch and great for the haptics/sounds it gives. The only thing I really have an issue with is that when it adds to my Apple daily exercise tracker it only adds the predetermined times. E.g if I pause midway through and have a longer walk break, or have a 5 minute warm up walk first, it doesn’t record these. Yesterday we went for a 40 minute exercise outing, including a warm up walk, a cool down walk, and a break in the middle for me to get my breath back, and the app only recorded the 20 minutes of running/walking that it lays out for us as the program.

A beautifully simple, easy to use C25K app that doesn’t require bringing your phone. I hesitated to pay the 5.99 (AUD) cost but after reading the reviews and Reddit thread I did, and buy an I happy I did! This app is exactly what C25K is supposed to be - effective, easy to use, reliable. Highly recommend you buy this app before it gets bought out by one of the major players and becomes a subscription service!

Fabulous app. I love this app. Workouts are perfectly spaced, and build up at an appropriate pace. The voiceovers are pleasant and not an annoyance and best of all I can just hit play on my watch and go, without the need for my phone. I’m looking forward to testing out the latest update and tweaking my watch face complications to have it right under my fingers any time I want to go for a run. Thanks for the great work on the app and keep it up!

Perfection hassle free running.. Privacy focussed. One off purchase. Leave your phone at home. Works flawlessly. I only wish for you to develop a 10k and beyond app. Will happily pay for those too once I get through 5k.

App not working since update. The app on the phone isn’t working since updating earlier this week. Just get a black screen. iphone 13 ios 15.5

Love this app. The watch to 5k app is great and I love it

So worth it!. This app is amazing. I just finished my final run and even continued running for another 5 minutes over. My mental and physical health have improved drastically thanks to this app! Such a sense of accomplishment. That’s it. You did it! 🏆 Thank you app developers

Perfect. Excellent app! Been using it for about 4 weeks now so I’m nearly half way through the program and loving it. Everything works as it should, simple and straightforward. Now I’m hoping the developer will consider doing a 5 to 10k version for when I’m finished this one!

Broken. Virtual coach doesn’t work properly if listening to music it’ll only play through my watch which means I can’t actually hear it, virtual coach only works properly if music is turned off

All you need to start running!. Best investment ever! I paid few bucks for this app and it has all I need with my Apple Watch! Sure, it does not have thousands of (useless) extra features, but it has all the basic ones working perfectly and smoothly. It gives me everything I needed and NO SUBSCRIPTION <3. For me this app is one of the best ever I purchased

Absolutely the best running companion with a watch. Can't praise this app enough, I had been used a phone based one for years and this is exactly the improvement I was looking for to no longer have to carry my phone on runs. Only suggestion would be to hire a voice actor for the coaching sections as the text to speech leaves a bit to be desired, but that's such a minor thing in this otherwise amazing app.

Glad I found this app!. “Perfection is Achieved Not When There Is Nothing More to Add, But When There Is Nothing Left to Take Away” - Antoine de Saint-Exupery.

Why isn't the app icon an Apple Watch?. Seems like an obvious thing to have done.

Better than other apps. This app is great I like the fact I only pay once and it’s a small fee, but I don’t hear the voice even when my headphones are paired to my watch and my workouts aren’t sent to my Strava account which I dislike. Not sure if this is just me and I’m doing something wrong or what. Thanks I’m advance if there’s a response

Cool app but can not import runs to Strava. Recently went for a run with this app. The run shows up as a workout in my fitness app but it will not import to Strava. Pretty disappointing but the app is still good.

Great App! Responsive Developer. This is a well-executed app, and is exactly what I was looking for. I had a problem with the map route not showing in the Fitness app, but after a discussion wit the developer we got it all sorted out. Happy to support!

Simple and awesome. Was looking for just this. Simple C25K that I could have on my watch. Nothing to carry. Just watch and headphones. Any plans to add GPS tracking for the runs?

Love the app, but. Everything is perfect with the app, but there seems to be an error with the running program. Week 5 starts with 5 min runs on day 1. Day 2 jumps to 8 min runs and day 3 has a 20 min run. Week 6 day 1 then drops down to 5 min, 8 min and 5 min runs. That makes no sense. I can’t go from running for 5 min to a 20 min nonstop run and if I can do 20min non stop then I don’t need to go back to the 5 min run. I saw other apps in the AppStore and it seems like this one has the order wrong.

Almost perfect. I love the app, love the fact it’s not a subscription and love the fact it records HR and splits up the runs/walks in the fitness app. However… Adding an option to change Siri’s accent would be nice. It currently sounds a bit too robotic and can be a little hard to understand at times.

Convenient and easy to use. I like the app in general. It’s very easy to use and set up, tracks all parameters well, good music app integration, and good apple fitness integration. My only dislikes are that it creates a separate “workout” in the apple fitness app for the warmup and cool down, and I wish the prompts to start walking/running were just a touch louder.

This app needs more love. Getting back into running is the main reason I bought an Apple Watch. The other apps have cumbersome Watch integration that had me frustrated. This developper came to the rescue with a simple and great little app!

Great except can’t choose miles. I love this app except you can’t use miles/hour or track miles. Only km, which doesn’t help me w pace. Otherwise, this is the perfect couch to 5k app for watch users

Excellent watch-first running app!. This is a watch-focused run training app that is well designed and well executed. The interface is highly intuitive, the running programs are nicely designed and with appropriate coaching and increasing difficulty, the overlay with Spotify is seamless, and the best part is that it allows me to walk out of the door with only the watch and no phone.

Meh. With volume turned all the way up on AirPods Pro, I cannot hear the queues for when to switch between running and walking. Also cannot hear halfway point queu. Constantly checking the watch seems unsafe and sort of defeats the purpose. Also, route map does not show up in activity log as it does if using the outdoor walk tracker on Apple Watch.

Missing only one thing. Love your app. The only thing that I wish it had was a warm up/cool down. I was wondering if you have any plans to add a 5 min warm up and cool down? Or maybe just an option to add them?

Fantastic App. This is what I’ve been wanting since I first got my Apple Watch. Hopefully you come out with a 20/21/42K version. I would pick it up in a heartbeat.

This is the best!!!. No glitches, no silly extras, just an awesome app. Love it!

No Audio Cues. I got no audio cues when using. Not sure if this is because I use Spotify, but other apps like Couch to 5k do cue over Spotify.

Love this app. Awesome app. I love the one time purchase fee. None of the subscription crap that are infecting App Store. Keep up the good work!

I love it. It’s perfect! I have nothing to say bad about it.

Delivers on it's promises. One time cost Works on watch without iphone Has audio feedback on Bluetooth Syncs with apple health

It really works!. This app is PERFECT. I always wanted to start running, but every time I tried I could not get it right. I was unstructured and just ran as fast as I could, leaving me breathless within a minute. I tried other apps, but they either just served as trackers, or over complicated the process. This app made it so easy and with the press of 2 buttons, you are on your way. It literally tells you via a running animation when it’s time to walk, and when it’s time to run. It even provides you haptic feedback, meaning that you don’t even have to check your watch, just focus on walking/running. In terms of breaking it down, it is excellent. It starts with mostly walking, all the way to 30 minutes of running. The structure is so good that by the time you get to the last week, you really can run those 30 minutes non stop! I started using the app the first week of September, just ran my first 5K ever first week of December. This is something I could have NEVER imagined I’d be able to do, but here I am, all thanks to this app. This app works. It makes the process just so simple. The only “downside” I can say is that you do need an Apple Watch so keep that in mind. If you are wanting to start your journey but don’t know what or how, this is THE app to use. Thank you to the team for creating such a good app, and man that running/walking animation is just so clever. One request I do have is if you all could also make one for 10K, half marathon and full marathon. Keep it this simple, just up the structure to be able to run the higher mileage. I know this is a long review, but I really do want to make it clear that this app works.

Wish there were a refund option. Nice to have something built for the watch, but it’s simple to the point of useless.

AirPods & Apple Watch....go!. This app really allows you to leave your iPhone at home and go for a run. I just finished week one with my AirPods and my Apple Watch and it was flawless. Syncs great with the Health app too. Get this app!!!

Makes C25K easy!. You just have to move your legs and the app does the rest. No fluff, solid app all around.

Just what I wanted. Don’t need your phone to run. :-) I know it is for a 5k but I wish you could toggle to or see miles in the after run overview. Also: 1. Instructions are vague on how to record a treadmill run. 2. I have the latest software, but even though my AirPods show connected, I don’t always hear when to run/walk. Overall, it’s an awesome app. I’m glad to have it.

Not worth it. It’s an okay running app. But a lack of features in combination with some baffling decisions ultimately make it not worth the purchase.

Omg yes!!!!!. Yes!!!!! Just what I wanted. Easy, functional and not fancy or complicated. Thank you!!!!

This app is everything I needed. Absolutely love this app! I’m already half way through the program. Please make a watch to 10K!

good app, needs minor ui fixes. amazing app, just needs some minor ui improvements for the watch interface

Excellent. It’s everything you could want in a C25K watch app, and it’s very nicely polished. I’d love to see a 10K add on!

Simple is better. Exactly what I wanted. Watch, air pods, run! Love that I don’t need my phone. Logs the runs on the activity app just fine.

Progress data doesn’t not transfer to a new watch. Reproduced a bug with a iWatch that has the app installed and runs tracked. Transferring to a new iWatch the previously completed runs are not carried over.
