Great app and website !. I started drafting on underdog two years ago when I jumped into multiple espn/yahoo mock drafts to prep for my paid leagues, and people were drafting 14th rounders in the 2nd… underdog fixes that issue. In fantasy, I know my downfalls, and that is that I’m a terrible GM. I never pick the right people up off waivers and I never play the right match ups. But with underdog, I’m able to do my favorite part of fantasy (draft), you get an extended bench, and the system automatically plays your best players. Perfect for a bad GM like myself! The only thing I wish the website or app had was a chat feature. I would love to roast people for some of their picks but, you can’t have it all. Download and make some money!

Skeptical at fist. Seen the adds wasn’t convinced… gave it a shot, put $100 down for the $100 match and was not disappointed. This app is seamless. Instant win earnings, satisfy the fantasy football itch and the best ball is super fun! + I haven’t once felt like I’ve been cheated even in a close loss lol. Great overall interface, easy to use and understand, loving it! PS - most of the negative reviews seem very sketchy, after using the app this app isn’t cheating you at all, if you follow the terms and conditions and aren’t trying to cheat the system, the system isn’t cheating you. Give it a shot! It’s fun!

SCAM!. Be careful bros! I’ve been using underdog for quite a while and I had no issues with the app. Actually I’ve even recommended to a few people. About 2 weeks ago I was on the computer with my phone connected charging to my left. I received a notification saying $250 was deposited from (2)! Of my cards I had saved with the app. I quickly removed my cards but the robbery was already made and deposited to who knows where !!? I checked my PayPal and nothing! I contacted “Underdog Support Team” (LOL)! And have not received any help regarding my fraud situation. I made an “unauthorized purchase claim” to my bank and luckily I will receive my payment back. Worst app I’ve ever placed betting on and would definitely not recommend to my worst enemy. Save your time and money and go bet on draft kings or somewhere more reliable! 💯 0 stars ✌🏼

Worst Customer Service. In one of my first few days on the app, I got a special that I wanted to use. I apparently did not select it and thus lost a good chunk of money. While I was confident I selected it, the customer service rep told me “it was user error” and that “the system doesn’t make those errors”. He also continued to say I need to think things through more before I do them. As someone who’s worked in customer service for years, that is far and away the worst service I’ve ever seen. After I asked to talk to the manager, he told me the exact same thing and that I should slow down while using the app. Despite my bet hitting if done correctly, I was mostly just hoping for my money back. I was practically insulted despite being a new user. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Highly recommend avoiding and going to a much better alternative.

Premiere Fantasy app, would like more features. Obviously the best ball format is a bit different from that of ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper and others, but the format is tremendous. I’ve been using ever since the 2022 NFL season started and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. A couple constructive criticisms: 1. Would like to see the exposure section update in real time, all the time. Sometimes it won’t necessarily show all of the teams I drafted 2. Possibly add some college basketball contests to the mix? Not sure what the rules and regulations are for betting on specific college players but feel like the people would LOVE that

As crooked as the major sports books they denounce. The CEO Jeremy Levine has been on many podcasts talking about the corruption and monopolies that DK and FD have especially when it comes to their harsh limits on winning. He claims that underdog will only limit players on rare occasions and if they do it will be in the $200-$500 range unlike other major sportsbooks. In NFL I bet some lines soon after they posted that ended up moving a lot as the week went on. Because of this over the course of the season my account went from a $1000 max bet all the way down to $50 and I WAS LOSING MONEY. They limited me as a losing gambler. In NBA I was winning but I made an effort to only bet right before games started to make sure I wasn’t getting positive line value. They still limited me from 2k max bet to $100. They are just as corrupt as the sportsbooks they preach against, they won’t take your money if they think it has a chance to possibly beat them. I really thought this company was different, but they aren’t. I think the only good pickem app left is Vivid Picks, that’s where I’d spend my money.

My favorite gambling App. Since joining Underdog fantasy, my gambling success has gone from the occasion victory to almost a nightly occurrence. I have won approximately $15,000 or more in the past 6 months. I spend hours making different lineups and I love the draft process of building a lineup to the best of my ability. I will continue to devote almost all of my gambling to Underdog. The withdrawal process is very quick (within 48 hours). Thank you to the Underdog team for coming up with the nightly slates for every sport.

Nice for player props unable to play on books. My only positive review for this schemy app is that they offer player props that I’m unable to play on my state’s sports books. Otherwise, it’s horrible. Apps like underdog and prizepicks only care about tricking younger adults into wasting $$$ and using verbiage to confuse players into thinking they’re winning more than they actually are (winnings from a bet always include the initial wager). Their customer service is horrible and their rules about eligible and ineligible bets are atrocious. Currently trying to get ahold of anyone on their app so I can withdraw and never come back lol stay far away from this app, it’s simply not worth it.

Great app..but. Awesome app unless you win. They make it super easy to add money with your checking account or debit card, but if you win and want to withdraw, it’s a hassle. If you have a working PayPal then it’s easy but I had an issue with PayPal back on 2001 , and that’s a whole other issue with their crap service, but bother companies could make things much easier for the end users. Underdogs only other way is to send your winnings via check. When I tried to use that option it had me login and said it didn’t recognize my device. I did get a new phone but it gave me zero problems logging in and ADDING money to my Underdog account. It only became an issue when I wanted to withdraw. I wish withdrawal were as easy as adding money. Other than that this is a great app that I’d still recommend. Good luck y’all!! Permanently blocking accounts. So I've been on Underdog for over a year now and I've never had any issues up until I had a few tennis matches that were canceled so Underdog refunded me my money so I withdrew well over half the money and the money I had left on there I made some basketball tickets with so I tried to deposit some more money on my underdog account to do halftime bets and all of sudden I had a deposit limit. I've never set a deposit limit on my Underdog account. So I couldn't make a deposit for 90 days, 3 months!! That's a little harsh if you ask me and my thing is we can't make another account to or they will block your Underdog account permanently. Seriously? If we are depositing money and we don't always win and Underdog is making money off of us why does Underdog permanently blocks people accounts for making a new account to gamble on?? That doesn't make any sense to me at all. It's really harsh. I love Underdog and like the anticipation of it but some of the rules are a bit immature.

STAY AWAY!!!!. Why would Apple allow this app in it’s App Store? I attempted to make a deposit, instead of having the option to decide how much to deposit, upon CLICKING NEXT, $100 was taken from my credit card and deposited. There’s MORE!!!, after that I called the merchant number my credit card had of Underdog, the number directed me to a film company in Brooklyn who had no idea what I was talking about regarding fantasy sports. I contacted Underdog support 3 times no one has responded. I requested to withdraw my $100 dollars I was told it would be directed to my pay pal account and while the $100 is no longer in my Underdog balance, my pay pal account has NO activity or deposit from this company. Also the $100 has officially been charged to my credit card it is no longer pending. I disputed it and am crossing my fingers. THIEVES…CROOKS, stay away at all costs

Georgia THANKS You!!!. I’ve been living in Arizona for the past 5 years and betting on FanDuel and MGM. Last year I moved to Georgia and all the fun was over, because Georgia still lives in the dark ages when betting was illegal and nobody was aloud to have any fun. FanDuel and MGM was out of the question. But then Underdog rides in on it’s white horse, and saves the day. I haven’t won big, but that doesn’t even matter to me. I have so much fun betting on games that I’ll even throw a few bucks down on tennis here and there. And NOBODY cares about tennis. Thanks Underdog! You’re awesome!

Underdog makes me feel like TopDawg. I love this app and the layout, still learning how to play but since I love fantasy sports so much, it’s a natural fit like a batting glove. Worlds apart different from DraftKings and other sports book wagering sites BECAUSE withdrawals are FREE and they’re quick 2-3 business days. We all win some and lose some but UNDERDOG truly won my heart. Now I just need my brain to catch up with all the action!!! Please don’t become like all the other sports wagering apps, who I feel like always have the upper hand somehow, with Underdog I feel like they’re rooting for me to win big everytime. The Pick ‘Em functionality is really solid. I haven’t used the fantasy draft feature much so skip this if you’re curious about that. Here are the pros: 1. I have made a few withdrawals and never had an issue. It usually takes 3-5 business days to receive funds. 2. During football season they run a lot of promos 3. They may not offer the most projections but they still do offer quite a bit 4. Their fixed payouts are equal or better than the competition 5. Their in-game projections are the most active in the field, they are always offering quite a bit of lines at any point in the game (minus the last few minutes of course) 6. They release projections before or at the same time as sportsbooks release player props, especially for NFL 7. They have a pretty significant amount of E-Sports projections Cons: 1. Not as much promos as their top competitor (still more than most DFS apps) 2. Their payout structure is fixed, you can typically find better value on DFS apps that have a variable payout structure

Doesn’t function correctly. I like the idea and the app, but it doesn’t work consistently enough to bet real money. Sometimes your draft rankings don’t show up and you don’t know it until the draft is launched, and at that stage you can’t leave the draft so you have to use their default rankings. Also, sometimes the draft button doesn’t function for the player you select so you’re frantically pushing it until time expires and they give you an auto pick. It’s so frustrating and seems so unfair it makes your blood boil. Also, their “pick ‘em” rules and payouts don’t match descriptions, entry fees are always included in won prize money, insurance just returns your entry fee. If they could fix the app glitches it would be a fun place to play, but now, it’s a crapshoot.

Favorite Site, app, platform for Fantasy sports.. So I have been playing fantasy sports now for many years, for all sports, between sports bets, odds, stat lines, etc. And I have to say by far my favorite is season long leagues with snake drafts but got tired of playing for free on ESPN etc, well I found Underdog a couple years back and was skeptical at first but tried it, and they matched my deposit both of the last two seasons I have played as well and I personally think it’s the best app to use for season long fantasy sports, it’s easy to use and navigate through the app and straight forward. I also play daily sports on apps like Fanduel and Draft Kings, but I am losing interest because I feel like they are over played matches, and also use auto bot generated lineups, but regardless I have used lineups on Fanduel we’re I win nothing, but same line ups and scores on Underdog have put me in the win column. I use to win a lot, might not have been huge winnings but consistently won with multiple lineups and now it’s opposite, I have had good lineups where I fall short of winning all the time because of one point. And again for me personally I love that Underdogs offers season long with large payouts and also offer snake drafts, only thing I wish is they would offer more entry contest to choose from, but other then that I can’t complain and I will be playing on Underdog from here on out.

Enjoying it so far!. Just won $100 on my first ever online sports bet, $5/5 parlay. Ease of use is decent overall. Only complaint is that it wasn’t made clear that I was only able to withdraw a portion of the money after I won. After I hit the parlay, I found out I could only withdraw $50 of the total amount, and the rest was only available to use towards future bets on the app. It may have been specific to promotional terms or something, not sure. Aside from that, no complaints so far. I’ll definitely keep playing, but it would be helpful to have the terms clearer when signing up.

My Favorite Sports Betting App. I’ve been on probably every sports betting app you can possibly think of and this by far is the best way. Everything is simple and easy to use and navigate. You don’t receive your money right away usually takes 5-7 days but I’ve received a payout once or twice in less than 24 hours. I don’t even write reviews this is probably the first review I have ever written on something but I just felt like I had to write something for this one. THE BEST THING OF ALL ABOUT THIS APP is that I don’t ever feel like I’m being cheated like on FANDUEL and draft kings

Not the best, but decent. Fanduel is so much better, more clear with the directions, pre fair, cheaper, better winnings, better quality. This app is organized well but the instructions aren’t clear at all. If you’re new to online sports betting, I’d try others first. A lot of the stuff on underdog is misleading and confusing. This app I’m particularly, you can tell their priority is for them to profit, not us. You have to bet a arm and a leg, to even get a chance at a decent winning. Other than that, it’s pretty cool. But Fanduel, MGM, and etc., are ones to play before this one. I would only play this if this was the only one allowed in my state (which currently is since I moved to Atlanta)

They’ll make sure you never win. Worst betting app I’ve ever used. And for me, that’s saying something, as both fanduel and draft kings are blocked in my state, so I’ve been banished to the depths of my state sportsbook and even THAT I prefer over underdog. Blatant false claims for the pick-em entries just to make people throw away money. They make it seem like hitting 3 out of 3 picks will get you 6x money and hitting 2 of 3 will give you 3x, but in reality, 2 of 3 only gets you your money back. Selecting insurance states “hit 2 or more picks to win” but in what world do you only get your money back on a “won bet”? They need to phrase this better and say the bet will be voided, not won. Also in the pick-em rules it states “Payouts include entry fee being paid back” which is not the case if you select insurance. This makes it seem like you’ll at least be making +100 on 2 of 3 but in reality you don’t get anything. Despite all of this, I was actually about to give them my business today on another pickem. I had 4 selections picked out, 2 of which were rescinded minutes after I selected. Do not select ANYTHING until you are ready to actually submit the bet. The fact that two of my promising, well-researched picks were rescinded minutes after I selected them, makes me almost positive that they are monitoring your picks before you even make them, and adjusting them accordingly so they’ll always come out on top. If I could rate 0 stars I would, don’t give these grifters your money.

READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING: Dictatorship. I played back when this developer came up with playdraft. I had over $20 grand in winnings on this app that no longer exists because the sell outs gave it to FanDuel. Originally I thought: hey, good for them! Then flash forward here and I had over 85 season long entries for NFL 2021. Was happy to include my girlfriend for one single draft the night before kickoff so we could try it out together. These jerks freezed both our accounts the morning after, then I was livid. I have done drafts with others that used my referral links before (so yeah, I’m such a sucker I even brought them business). They mentioned that I drafted with someone using my referral link as justification for my frozen account. It was a $5 qualifier draft this time. Her trying it out did not benefit me in any sense of the imagination more than it did the other 10 in the QUALIFYING contest with us. Be careful, they could turn on you too. I was shocked myself. Run away from this developer before his team’s egregious handling of a small and innocent situation causes termination of your entire account, despite your reaching out with the best intentions. What is the point of playing fantasy football without being able to enjoy experiences with friends? To be treated like dirt? That’s what underdog exemplifies given their email exchanges with me.

First Betting App Of The Day. It was my first time downloading a betting app and I got this app just trying to use the “Pick Em” mode that they have to make “over/under” bets on players. The app said it would match my first deposit. Me trying to be smart with my money I just wanted to put something small so I put in $20 just for it to not be available in TN. After I seen I couldn’t do that I tried to make some type of money out of it by doing the “draft” mode the app offers and my total went from 40 to 27. Instead of them giving me my money back after I realized I had just wasted my time on this app they say “ I can't do that as you've already began playing with through the funds.” I just don’t understand why the funds merged as whole to make me unable to take out what I originally put in like other better betting apps. Even though it was a small amount I needed every penny💯

Connectivity. I have a 1000 upload and download and I have not experienced lag once and I think I have done 3 or 4 drafts but my first entry in the puppy I had experienced some issues that did not allow me to select my players and I have watched people use your website many times before I signed up however I still gave you a 5 star because it is a very fun format and other than this bump in the road it has been a blast!!

App is a scam. I been playing underdog for almost a year now my wins are about 1/15 but I enjoyed playing I have won up to 3000 at once almost. here recently I won after a long dry streak I leave the money on the app to play the next day nba games I got to pick em to put my picks in it says account restricted not sure why . So I reach out via email they told me for “ suspicious activity” and ask for further more identification of me my ID and picture of my holding it . This goes on for 2/3 days with little response thinking this would be over turned and my account would be unrestricted I kept looking at the daily nba games then mid me while I’m looking I’m logged out with my money left on there . For no reason little communication it seem like it’s cool when you loosing app is overall a scam

Great best ball app. Was looking for an app that did best ball like the old app Draft, which was bought out by FanDuel. This apps the one! The user interface is solid - still some room for improvement (for example, in NBA best ball, currently it only shows the points scored for the players who’s scores are counting towards your best ball total, which makes sense, but there’s no way to see how your other players are doing in the app) but overall I’ve enjoyed my experiences thus far. Excited for the season and for the app to continue to improve!

Best new daily fantasy option!. I just started playing on Underdog and it is the best new daily fantasy option out. DraftKings and fanduel have become so overloaded with the professionals that enter thousands of lineups with computer algorithms that make it almost impossible to win as a casual fantasy player. The small group snake drafts are awesome to level the playing field and they even have a safety measure to ID and remove any collusion between players on drafts. That way one team doesn’t get loaded up with all the best players! I would recommend everyone that wants a fun way to get back into daily fantasy without having to worry about beating computer algorithms! They even offer best ball and season long options to fit whatever you are looking for and I haven’t even begun to talk about the over/under pickem section they have to give you yet another option to make every game in every sport worth watching!

A generic Over or Under betting app. The app itself is very organized. They offer a variety of categories to bet on. For example, they have CBB, NBA, NHL, NFL, Tennis, Golf and others. Their withdrawal methods are quick and easy but the only downside is that you can’t automatically withdraw to your bank account. They use PayPal or electronic checks for cashing out. The reason why I gave a 3 star rating is because their promotions are pointless. On NFL Super Bowl day they have a promotion on Jalen Hurts for 0.5 total yards for the entire game. I, of course, chose this “freebie” for my slip and I won my slip. The downside of this promotion was that HALF of MY WINNINGS were converted into “promotional money” aka money that cannot be withdrawn because it was basically Underdog Fantasy credit. I found that to be an annoying and a pointless promotion because what was the point of giving us a free square on our slip if we won’t be able to cash out our ENTIRE amount of winnings? A lot of other betting apps have the same promotions and they allow the entire winnings to be cashed out regardless of the promotional square being on your slip. Other than that the app is fun and easy to use, but I will not use this app again because of that only reason of not being able to cash out my entire winnings.

Underdog NFL and NBA BestBall. Hi, I love fantasy but find myself homicidal when it comes to re draft leagues or as I refer to them…”waiver wire” leagues. I also worry in best ball bigger $ tournaments allow for ppl to try and collude, leave talent for one team to advance, from what I’ve seen underdog does a better job at weeding these fools out to make for fair play. Using the matching bonus allowed me to draft 4 teams for NFL best ball mania and I pray the investment pays! NBA has just started and it’s also fun. My two main criticisms are the limited amount of rounds drafting and no small 1-2$ drafts. In nfl 18 rds is just not enough w injury. I think it also allows less talented drafters a better opportunity because taking flyers on sleeper players is a huge gamble. The NBA 16 rd format seems more appropriate for the format. Thanks.

1st Time Best Baller. I’m very pleased with the many options on draft rooms & cost differences.. That makes it affordable for everyone.. Take your pick high stakes or many $3 draft rooms.. Would appreciate if could show a possible calendar 📅 when draft events coming soon.. For example poodle 3 or The next Pomeranian event… excited about what you’re doing, I’m very pleased with everything so far.. Big concern of mine is… what keeps 12 team groups to jump in same time and take turns cheating to gain an advantage from all other groups.. Hope you police that very well!!!!Keep up the great work excited for what is coming next 👍

Draft times. Ridiculousness!. Your draft time periods are absolutely ridiculous both ways. Thirty seconds is way too fast. When you are competing against 10 or 12 people. Your trying to get who you want and doing research, all while trying to keep an eye on your competitors and who they are picking. A realistic time would be three or five minutes. Now we can talk about the eight hour draft which turns out is actually ten hours. That is the absolute worst amount of time in general. Now what I can’t figure out is why someone takes the whole ten hours to pick, the real NFL draft only gives you ten minutes in the first round then changes it to less time as it goes on. When someone uses auto pilot, do you pick in the beginning or after the full ten hours. If it is the later then you are really just punishing the next player, who probably already knows who they want or are pretty close to knowing. With that being said I WILL NEVER DO AN EIGHT HOUR DRAFT AGAIN! I will just have to practice the 30 seconds ones, but you should change it too. -jpf341

Best App By Far. This app is far superior to the competition and it’s not even close. They offer many parlay options for each sport, and are super fast on updates when it comes to guys being game time decisions and taking them off the selection options. Their payout speeds are out of this world fast. Twice I’ve requested payouts in the morning, and received them in my PayPal app by same day in the afternoon. I couldn’t recommend this app enough, and that’s saying a lot since I never review anything 😆

Very high quality daily fantasy. Competetive lines and high quality user interface with a good welcome bonus. Also have many specials on prime time games like over 0.5 YDS so it’s basically a guaranteed win for the first leg and just need your second pick to hit for the payout. Speaking of payout they payout practically instantly via PayPal which is extremely high quality as far as daily fantasy goes. Usually it’s only real sports books that have some sort of instant bank payout option. Nothing but praise for underdog fantasy !

Great. Great app, but as a suggestion, could you all make an app that delivers up to the minute fantasy news for fantasy football, fantasy baseball, fantasy basketball? I keep my Twitter notifications on from your Twitter accounts for fantasy baseball, for example, to get immediate news seconds and minutes ahead of my competition regarding lineups, injuries, prospect call ups, although would love if you had an app that mirrored the quick news. Thank you.

Keyboard.. EVERYTIME I type on it, it lowers, and makes searching for a specific player prop so dreadfully annoying. It used to not do this, then it started doing it every few characters, now it does it EVERY SINGLE LETTER. So annoyingly frustrating opening the keyboard, typing a letter 4 times then accidentally erasing it all because it decides now it wants to highlight the 3 weirdly ordered letters because it’s not familiar with it, just to do it all over again for each and every prop. I don’t know what caused it but PLEASE fix it. I have no issues with any other app on my phone in this way.

Best Fantasy App I’ve ever used. First of all wanna give a shout-out to Andre from customer support, extremely quick and very kind. Excellent customer service all around. Secondly, the app is very good and very well made. Other sports betting apps can be somewhat cluttered/extremely overwhelming like they just put everything together in some scrambled mess but this one makes everything very easy to find and very simple to use. If you’ve never sports betted before, use this app. Trust me. There’s no rigged competition and every game makes it possible for anyone to win, even the battle royales (unlike fanduel & draft kings who has professional app users making money off others) this app doesn’t have that. Withdrawals do take a bit longer however they do all withdrawals manually and you get to communicate with real people so it’s way more worth it. You guys are fantastic - Harrison

Simple, Fun, and Tons of Specials. This app has been a blast to use. There are always new contest, tournaments, and selections added to the lobby. Another thing that’s a huge positive is that this company genuinely seems to care about it’s users. I’ve reached out a few times in the past to other “Sportsbook” customer service for questions and issues I’ve experienced. Each time I got a vanilla copy paste response. At UD, I’m have some really genuine experiences with real people who have helped me out a few different times. The bestball tournaments are unmatched on this platform. Been crushing it in the NFL WeeklyWinners! Overall very satisfied with the app and company.

Great App So Far. It’s centered around best ball from what I can tell (Fantasy Football at least) but it offers great best ball lobbies and good payout structures. It’s a fun way to do multiple drafts but not worry about having to set lineups every week. This is the first App Store review I’ve left, I’m leaving it because I am happy with the app so far. There are little UI improvements they could make, but I’m sure they’ll come with time. For now, it functions really well for what it’s supposed to be. 5/5!

Absolutely trash support. Platform and layout, selections are good. However their support is by far the worst I’ve experienced out there. I have been a member of all DFS platforms and I’ve deposited 10k/across most of them. I deposited 7500 on this site, then I am not allowed to deposit more, but you also can’t get hold of support, you need to find a random twitter account and talk to a person named Zennan there who does nothing but just make you lose interest in continue on this site. In fact on $7500 usd you only got $100 bonus total. Prize picks would give out 15% on the total amount loss. If you consider this app, go to prize picks instead, they actually have a good support staff and are available. This platform don’t even have supervisors available that would maybe want their high roller players to continue.

Poor service. Customer service is terrible. They take forever to answer and when they do they blindly point you to the house rules which did not contain any info that pertained to my issue. When called out on it I received no response. I then recontacted them a day later and have yet to hear back. They don't put their customer first. They answer like robots, disingenuous. They don't have the decency to admit they are wrong and will stop answering when you point out they are wrong. Horrible experience. Pass on this one

Underdog fantasy!!. Literally the best app for player props. It literally has so many different options and outs out way more then any other app specially when it comes to esports. It’s a good app. I like the app overall. Gives a discount almost every day. This app also gives up to a 6x multiplier for a 3 pick parlay compared to other apps which are usually 5x or less. The only problem is the costumer service. My girlfriend’s account got restricted because we use my phone for both of our accounts. We were not aware that this was prohibited. It states that you can’t be “multi-accounting” which it doesn’t really explain what it is. But I’m guessing it means that we can’t have multiple accounts on one device which it doesn’t specifically say that. My girlfriend and I would just log in to our accounts on one device and out of no where she got restricted on her account. So I’m just assuming multi accounting means you can’t share accounts on one device. She had to email them that she understand what she did wrong and that she won’t do it anymore which she did. Anyways she has been waiting for almost a week for a reply. She emailed them about 3 times and still no response. Every other app we use, we get a reply within a day.

Incredible fantasy app and customer service. This is hands down the best fantasy app I have ever used. The layout is nice, the UI is intuitive, the aesthetics are pleasing to the eye. It’s easy to find every thing I’m looking for on the app, it’s easy to use the queue system during draft and the color coding for the positions of players makes it all easy to digest. I had a question for customer support and they replied within minutes and it was some of the nicest customer support I’ve ever received.

Deceptive. First time ever trying an app like this. The forced choices are so narrow on how and what you can select. It gives the illusion of having a choice but you really don't. You can't pick individual players performances. It's all about getting the stats right on 2 or MORE players in multiple combinations. Essentially every pick you're in a forced choice for a minimum of 4 actual outcomes. It's like forcing someone to chose: "Tomorrow, at 12:00 noon, will the sun be brighter than yesterday or darker? AND will the ocean be wetter or dryer tomorrow? (you must choose brighter or darker for the AND pick wetter or dryer for the ocean). Based on averages, the sun is about the same brightness every day. But now they have your money and you're stuck.

Loving it so far. After using prize picks, this app is a huge upgrade. I have not had any issues with being refunded after winning, support is responsive and don’t sound like robots reading a script, and their servers don’t have issues. The app is very smooth and easy to use. I have not tried the withdraw feature as I am waiting to withdraw something larger, but I haven’t heard anything other than the process takes a little longer than other apps. I will update when I try it out. The cons: -not as many players to choose from compared to other DFS apps -not as many props to choose from compared to other DFS apps -not as many sports to choose from compared to other DFS apps - withdraw may take longer The pros: -no sketchy refunds after winning -responsive support -easy to use app -higher potential earnings with the x20

Feels like it might be a scam!!. I’ve tried to cash out of this app 5 times in the last three weeks and it won’t let me! My husband won’t let him cash out either and one of our friends said they are having the same issue. It acts like it’s going to and then shows back up a few days later, as if I never tried to withdraw it. I’m starting to get very irritated and frustrated with it! I’ve emailed support TWICE in two weeks and haven’t heard a word back. If it was just my account doing this I’d think maybe I was doing something wrong...but three people having the same issue... 🤔🤔 Their customers service is definitely lacking big time! What’s the point of using the app, if you can’t even get your money off of it?! I definitely feel like I’ve been scammed at this point.

Had to figure out the app for myself. Most apps when you first sign up give you a tutorial to teach you how to use the app and what each section of the app is for and where to find things you might need. This app does not do that. So immediately as someone new to this app and new to sports betting I was a little disappointed that you had nothing in place to show me the ropes. I’m also confused as to why there are two sections for NBA, what is the 2H for? I clicked on that section expecting a title or something to pop up explaining what 2H means but it only say pick ‘em. I found where the rules were which took me a minute but I didn’t find anything that told me what the 2H meant. For someone brand new to this kind of thing your app is not very user friendly. I’m not sure I’ll even bother with this app for sports betting. Draft kings was also recommended to me as well, I might try them first before giving this app a shot.

GREAT APP HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I love the app and have played over 5000$ in the past season. I have already done over 2000$ in this years best ball. I was doing a special stream with father and used his card to make a small deposit , and it flagged my account . I am now banned for 90 days. I am missing all my opportunities to draft teams for the BBM3 contests because they want my fathers ID and he has never had a license. So now I am forced to miss this NFL season for bestball. I am now forced to stop using this app and go to draft kings because waiting 90 days is worthless because I will miss the start of the season. I have sent pictures of my ID and my dads state ID and they said it wasn’t enough . Wish they would just lift my 90 day ban. Again I don’t want to but now am forced to go to draft kings over something that shouldn’t have ever been an issue.

Found one niche and stopped improving. Underdog fantasy was my first introduction into sports betting and it was exciting and new. But then became boring and mudane was willing to change or better itself. But then I discovered another fantasy app. One that is prettier, fluid, flexible even more exciting( pretty chick you met at the library). But I still go back to underdog from time to time due to desperation( ugly girl at the bar). In all Underdog, as the potential to be better than its 1 real competitor but chooses not and instead decided to pride at the desperation of men. Awesome App, but…. I love Underdog! I really do, it’s super easy to use ADP is reasonable, and super fluid. BUT, some mechanism has to be applied to a “Slow Draft”. I’ve done a couple, and a week later we’re in Round 7. If players are timing out (and there are multiple offenders), they should go on auto-draft because that’s essentially what is occurring. Don’t penalize players who are engaged

Smart. They set brilliant lines and you carry all of the in game injury risk. Grind out some small dollars if you want but don’t waste much time on big parlay bets - it’s giving to charity without the tax receipt.

Decent platform. Underdog has restricted things like taking the same side of a strokes bet in golf more than once. Very quick to move lines and they don’t offer much for promos compared to other sites. It’s a decent platform but will have to adapt as more books are legalized in Canada.

Don’t do parlays on here. You can only pick one line per player, and no same team parlay unless you have multiple teams. Sometimes they void your bets and just give you your money back after a win. If you use this app stick to the fantasy drafts. The payouts on parlays just aren’t worth the risk taken because this is set up so they can win money obviously. However, if you do drafts you’re going against other people which sometimes it seems like it’s set up because I see a lot of the same people winning over and over again. I’d stay away from this site.

Not bad but not the best!. Honestly, not a bad app. It’s pretty easy to use, the only downside is the payout to use, the only downside is the payout format. It’s horrible compared to prizepicks and others that give same day withdrawals. I’ve been waiting almost two weeks now for my winnings… Which is why I’ll be deleting my account until that is fixed. It’s no fun if you can’t redeem your winning within 24-48hrs. If you don’t mind the long waits for your money this is overall a good app!

AZ don't download!. If you live in Arizona there is no point in downloading this app. I don't even know why it's available for Arizona residence. You don't even have access to most of the features because it isn't available in Arizona yet. Waste of money and you can't even get a refund. $100 down the drain. Maybe once you put in your location they should let you know what features are/aren't available BEFORE they throw the deposit screen in your face. Great. Great app, but as a suggestion, could you all make an app that delivers up to the minute fantasy news for fantasy football, fantasy baseball, fantasy basketball? I keep my Twitter notifications on from your Twitter accounts for fantasy baseball, for example, to get immediate news seconds and minutes ahead of my competition regarding lineups, injuries, prospect call ups, although would love if you had an app that mirrored the quick news. The app need to be updated. The app is great. But some of the higher or lower picks are a little to high. I also use other apps and I see a lot of different picks being a lot higher then these others apps and that makes me stay away from this app.. They also don’t have 2 half college betting and they don’t update it live like the other apps . I find it Funny how when it comes time to Depositing money from your bank account it’s instant but let you win money on here it’s going to take an arm & leg trying to withdraw your winnings ; I just won $200 today and the money haven’t even posted to my balance yet and the game has been over +6hrs. When I try to log in it says “Underdog fantasy has made the business decision to end our relationship and my account has been permanently removed”. I had just joined this year it was my first time playing. I have no access to any of my teams, money or potential prizes. Support has not responded through emails when I’ve asked for an explanation and how to fix the issue. Absolute scam, it even says in their terms of agreement they can terminate an account at any time and if that person wins the prize will go elsewhere. DO NOT TRUST

Underdog Review!. Underdog is one of the easiest sports betting app! They give you different ways to gamble as in pick’ems and drafts. Pick’ems were my favorite when I first got the app but now my state doesnt allow the pick’ems so the draft is becoming my new favorite way!!! The customer service is also very reliable, they answer pretty fast through email and I even got a really fast response through a dm on twitter.

Pickem’ prop bets system is misleading. First off its a good app that definitely fits a niche which is parlay prop bets. The major problem I have is that they are charging a massive rake on this bets. A 3 team parlay bet should pay 6-1 so that if I bet 10$ I should be paid 60$ plus my original bet of 10$, totaling 70$. They do not explain this to you before you place your bets which is very deceptive on their part. I don’t have a problem with them charging what they want to place a bet. The problem is that they in no way are upfront about this beforehand which WILL get this app shut down guaranteed. BUYER BEWARE.

Underdog has built the BEST product in the industry, in terms of ease of use, visual presentation, and quality of gaming. I initially was looking for a service that offered Best Ball contests. I’ve got over 20 entries going for the 2021 season. And then I learned they have more than just Best Ball. Everything is built perfectly for my Apple devices. Big and bold. The first minute I used it I knew I liked it. And as the contests started, and I saw how well they show the current scoring status for your player selections, I was hooked. And if you send their support team an email you will get a timely response from Etan. Keep up the great work, Underdog!

Too many problems with the platform. The players are not updated in real-time!! Trades happen and players are still on their old teams. There is no way to easily see your roster during a draft which makes it EXTREMELY difficult to put together a balanced team when you're fishing for player on a short clock. Especially if you are in multiple drafts. Their website is worse as they use a fraction of the page to show you the roster and put the position titles in massive fonts with paddings. Last year we informed them of many UX issues. They were a new platform so very understandable. No excuse this year.

Nice for player props unable to play on books. My only positive review for this schemy app is that they offer player props that I’m unable to play on my state’s sports books. Otherwise, it’s horrible. Apps like underdog and prizepicks only care about tricking younger adults into wasting $$$ and using verbiage to confuse players into thinking they’re winning more than they actually are (winnings from a bet always include the initial wager). Their customer service is horrible and their rules about eligible and ineligible bets are atrocious. Currently trying to get ahold of anyone on their app so I can withdraw and never come back lol stay far away from this app, it’s simply not worth it.

Worst betting app i’ve ever used. I saw the promotion to get a bonus $100 when you deposit $100 so i thought i would give it a shot. For one, the lines are horrible and the app is glitchy. Two, you can’t withdraw YOUR deposited money until you place the bets and hopefully win. Three, luckily I did win my $100 back and withdrew it (i strongly dislike this app and won’t continue to use it so i took my money out) but it’s been 6 business days and I haven’t received my money yet. The withdrawal process is also horrible. The only way to get your money is through a check or paypal and NOT directly into your bank like ANY OTHER betting app. Horrible app.

Great customer service. I downloaded the app not realizing it wasn't available in my state, either way I deposited 50usd and waited a few days before actually placing a bet. It told me it wasnt available in my state regardless of it being a few days I contacted support, and they responded back in under 30 minutes and were very understand, now i have the money back on my card.

Don’t expect to be paid your winnings. I’ve been on this app since the start of the season and have played the “pick ‘em” feature every week. This week I won my bet and was never paid out (the system even registered that I won my bet). After using their “contact support” option, I was 1). Explained how the payouts work, as if I didn’t already know, and 2). Completely ignored on my original request. After explaining again that I didn’t get my payout, they asked for photo proof, which I provided. I still have not heard anything back and my payout has still not been given. Stay away from this app if your expecting good business practices.

Love this app. My favorite fantasy football app. The drafts are fast or slow and very cheap. You have tons of different options on league size, time, and money. There are giant leagues with giant prizes as well. Can’t believe I ever did fantasy on another app. It’s very nice to do bestball since I’m in so many dynasty leagues. Thanks to this app I can get in more leagues and do my favorite part of fantasy football, Drafting. Would definitely suggest getting Underdog!

Great customer service. I setup an account deposited initial funds, qualifying me for a bonus, only to find that my state didn’t allow for the type of plays I wanted to make within the app. I contacted customer support via email asking for a refund of my original deposit, since I wasn’t allowed to withdraw it. Within 24 hours they refunded me no questions asked. They treat people right.

Legit, E Z payouts. I was very skeptical with deciding which parlay app I wanted to use. I live in CA. Lost a few 5-leg parlays and finally hit one and won $1k. I got nervous after winning not knowing what the process was to actually withdrawing the money. UNDERDOG MAKES IT E Z AND IS 100% LEGIT. 2 days after withdrawing from the app, I received an email requesting tax info since I won over $600.. 2 days after that, the $1k was in my paypal account. Super easy and will definitely recommend this app to everyone!

Pretty solid app. I’ve been using this app over a week now and honestly, it’s a pretty fair app. I haven’t won much money but that’s not the apps fault, I just made the wrong choices. I’ve been close a few times but the full parlay didn’t finish. The odds are really in the players favor as it gives you up to 20x your bet but it also gives you many different options. You can choose to parlay between 2,3,4, or 5 players. If you know your sports, this app will be good for you.

Good with one problem. Overall solid app with a bunch of markets and decent payouts. HOWEVER, they do not allow you to cancel entries that you placed inadvertently by misclicking a player or over instead of under, etc. The vast majority of others sites such as prizepicks, fanduel, hotstreak, etc. almost all allow you to cancel or cash out at least within 5 minutes. Very suspect and strange that Underdog does not give this option in any form. Fix this.

Lots Of Rules. It seems like every pick’em that I should I don’t for one reason or another. Most of the time it’s because injuries happen before the game starts but it’s not recognized and the player isn’t removed. The site says these players will be removed but they aren’t. Something about when or who you pick. Too many rules to winning, even though you already won. Always a technicality. It’s just way tooooooo complicated to try to understand winning on with all the rules. They also don’t pay out their best ball drafts with the amount they say you won. It says you are winning $30 but in reality you only win $5. I’m missing lots of money from Bestball drafts this year.

Enjoying the over/under. I really like the over/under picks. A suggestion to the game would be to have game time remaining show up on the live games. I also would like to see a symbol along with a color to show if you won a pick. On the phone the colors are not always real clear. Maybe a check for a correct pick and an x for a wrong pick would work. Thanks for asking for feedback. I really do enjoy your game options!!

PPR scoring format. I feel like I was screwed the first time I played. No where does it say scoring is not PPR style. I thought that's how scoring was based off of since every other platform uses PPR scoring. I ended up losing only two dollars, but I think I would've won $20 if the scoring had been PPR like I originally thought it was. Other than that, I've been really enjoying this app so far. Really glad I saw an ad for it on Snapchat.

Incredible drafting app for best ball and daily. Such a fun app that I find myself using almost everyday. I’ve been doing a lot of NBA daily drafts (one of my favorite things). Only change I’d like to see is that players who are done playing that day are greeted out or something to indicate that. When looking to see how I’m doing in a draft it’s hard to tell who everyone has left playing to see where I’m at without opening a bunch of other apps to check box scores

I love this but😫. They really need to let you put whatever money you want if you wanna put 1 dollar in the account where you put the money they should let you i miss winning 100 dollars yesterday because of that😭 they need to fix this they put a player that is injured i dint know until the game started imma lose my money because they put kyle Kuzma on the betting side and he is injured 😭come on y’all really need to fix this

Keyboard.. EVERYTIME I type on it, it lowers, and makes searching for a specific player prop so dreadfully annoying. It used to not do this, then it started doing it every few characters, now it does it EVERY SINGLE LETTER. So annoyingly frustrating opening the keyboard, typing a letter 4 times then accidentally erasing it all because it decides now it wants to highlight the 3 weirdly ordered letters because it’s not familiar with it, just to do it all over again for each and every prop. I don’t know what caused it but PLEASE fix it. I have no issues with any other app on my phone in this way.

Great app, but needs more stats. I love playing fantasy sports with Underdog. It’s fun, easy, and rewarding. The app is very well-designed and user-friendly. However, I wish it would show more past performances of the players when I view their profiles. There is a lot of wasted space on the screen that could be used to display more stats and trends. This would help me make better decisions and enjoy the game more. Please add this feature in the next update. Thank you.

Great best ball app. Was looking for an app that did best ball like the old app Draft, which was bought out by FanDuel. This apps the one! The user interface is solid - still some room for improvement (for example, in NBA best ball, currently it only shows the points scored for the players who’s scores are counting towards your best ball total, which makes sense, but there’s no way to see how your other players are doing in the app) but overall I’ve enjoyed my experiences thus far. Excited for the season and for the app to continue to improve!

Long withdraw. I used this app while in California for a while, likes are pretty darn close so you will have to know your players which is fair enough however there is no real system to their withdrawal process sometimes it takes a few hours sometimes a few days and in extreme cases you will have to cancel the withdrawal request it again and then attendant to reach out to customer support who seems to take longer than the withdraw process, all in all there are much better apps with instant payouts I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone

Great app, accessibility to betting. Obviously great app to everyone who doesn’t have access to sports betting in their states. I’m able to play this in Texas but can’t do FanDuel or DraftKings. One thing I would LOVE is to be able to chat with other people in my drafts. I mainly do drafts and think it would make it even more fun to trash talk or tell them they had a good pick or whatever

Underdog Fantasy has changed my life. Discovering the fantasy football format best ball has changed my life. It has helped me to pay off a significant part of my student loans by coming top 3 in a few tournaments. It has also created an online community of friends that have helped me through some tough times. I couldn’t be more thankful for what underdog has done for me and my life moving forward.

Great app minus the rug pulls. App structure, design and ease of use are all great. The only major issue is that Underdog just dropped their payout amounts which is highly disappointing. Used to be 6x for 3 picks and so on, now it’s 4.62 with no notification of the change while advertising higher payouts? Just feels wrong. They also pull players from being eligible to wager one even while you have them selected for a pick em, which also just feels wrong. Really wanna like this app but the competition like prize picks just feels like a better choice at this point

Great customer service, terrible at spotting collusion. Love the customer service, Cruz and Andre are on point. I downgraded this from 5 stars to 3 stars because of the sites failure to prevent collusion over the last few prime time slates. Yesterday: Derrick Henry, AJ Brown, Emmanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley was the winning lineup. Found it extremely hard to construct this lineup. The week before: Jonathan Taylor, Michael Pittman, Mark Andrews and TySon Williams and also another lineup of Marquise Brown, Mark Andrews, Michael Pittman and Paris Campbell. The integrity of the game is tainted in my opinion and takes away from a great product.

Good lines amazing app. I have been with underdog for two years now and it’s been really good to use the different options they have like the daily drafts and pick’em. This really allows me to enjoy the sporting experience a whole lot better. An Amazing platform. I 100 percent would and have recommend UD to anyone that wants to enjoy fantasy sport and have the chance to make money while doing so!

Payout Time. Underdog might be the worst fantasy betting app for payouts. I’ve used a lot of different sports fantasy apps but Underdog is the slowest by a land slide. Prizepicks only takes a few minutes a few hours at most. Underdog takes days-weeks. Your withdrawal request will just be sitting saying initiated for days, not even processed. Overall this is one of the worst payouts on the market. I withdrew like $50 one day and it was a few hours but once you start requesting anything over 1K it takes days or weeks. I’ve also heard of customers not being paid at all. Beware.

Great App So Far. It’s centered around best ball from what I can tell (Fantasy Football at least) but it offers great best ball lobbies and good payout structures. It’s a fun way to do multiple drafts but not worry about having to set lineups every week. This is the first App Store review I’ve left, I’m leaving it because I am happy with the app so far. There are little UI improvements they could make, but I’m sure they’ll come with time. For now, it functions really well for what it’s supposed to be. 5/5!

Deposits. So I don’t have a debit card in yet but I’ve linked my bank account to my PayPal and have deposited a few times like that but recently it won’t let me deposit money every time I try it keeps saying I need to add a debit card payment to continue but was working fine letting me add funds at this point it’s getting me so frustrated I’m ready to delete the app Because I’ve already missed 3 different bets I wanted to do , feeling like once I do have my debit card I’m not even gonna bother with underdog

Terrible Support Team. I’ve been loving this app for a while, but then out of nowhere I had trouble withdrawing my money for about 3 weeks. I did the next thing that came to mind which was obviously to contacts the support team. Next thing I know my account was restricted. I’ve tried to get a hold of them for so long, and theirs times where they answer and just stop responding mid conversation as if they didn’t care or just don’t respond at all.

Super fun, many ways to play.. Your picks can be complicated or simple and you can wager a small amount or a large amount. The website is easy to use and really well laid out with multiple sports to choose from. I really like how I can bet on all types of statistics for each player which makes it very interesting. It’s not about who wins or loses but who performs the best or performs the worst.

Top Tier Betting. Living in Wisconsin, we somehow don’t have most of the major gambling books but we do have a few and I have to say Underdog is BY FAR the best one. Overall as a sport betting app it’s easy to use and if your an actual fan of the sport your betting on it’s so many options you have to dive into making money. Like any sport books, it’s a game of luck with a little bit of skill but the experience on this app is amazing

Connectivity. I have a 1000 upload and download and I have not experienced lag once and I think I have done 3 or 4 drafts but my first entry in the puppy I had experienced some issues that did not allow me to select my players and I have watched people use your website many times before I signed up however I still gave you a 5 star because it is a very fun format and other than this bump in the road it has been a blast!!

Customer Service. Customer Service is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. This is the only bad review I have EVER made for anything. They do not know how to talk to customers and instantly are rude and act as if you are guilty. They claimed I did a chargeback and I called my bank, there were no outstanding chargebacks for any of the deposits, no fraud detected, and all deposits cleared successfully. They required a letter saying there was no outstanding chargeback which I am in the process of getting. I understand mistakes happen, but the biggest part of this negative review is the people behind the customer service emails are EXTREMELY rude and not polite in any way. Disrespectful tone from the start.

Lineup Restrictions BEWARE!. App works fine. Reason for my 2 stars is because they have the most ridiculous lineup restrictions I’ve ever seen. You won’t be able to freely pick your desired parlay, they’ll make you pick at least 1 thing you don’t want, then that part ruins the whole thing. Don’t use this app. Go with one that doesn’t restrict where you put your bets, they won’t allow you to withdraw your money either. Kind of a scam. I’m not giving them a penny more. Neither should you. Prize Picks at least allows freedom of choice.
