Can’t sign up. I downloaded the app from my App Store with no issue but then I tried to create an account and it froze. I rebooted my phone and still frozen. Am I doing something wrong?

I love this!!. So I’m not artistic at all, so when it comes to enlisting others to help me bring out an idea it is so hard to explain parallels to real life when using examples. Finally I have an app that lets me use the real world as another tool in the box

WHY HAS NO ONE THOUGHT OF THIS BEFORE!!. I almost never write reviews for apps because I don’t see it making too big of a difference. Seeing that this app only has 3 reviews made me want to share my experience. This is such a useful app especially for office or school use because it lets you transfer photos or even make png’s from you photos like on Snapchat and share it you your laptop using the power of MAGIC!! I really recommend trying this app and growing its downloads so that the creators have incentive to improve soon what this app already can do.

Great App but crashes a lot. this is a really awesome feature and definitely saves time from editing photos. HOWEVER, I paid for the full HD version, it works good, but it glitches a lot and gives the “error processing photo” error message very frequently. I’ve tried closing out of the app, deleting the app and reinstalling, and it still gives me errors when trying to take photos. please improve the workability of this app :)

Magic. It’s been such a long time that an app really impressed me and almost seemed magical. In fact, I rarely download apps anymore. But when I saw this...I was hooked. There are so many practical applications. Well done...I can’t wait to see how this product evolves!

Possible trojan. I have little knowledge about this but i installed program from link in the iphone app on windows 10 it was zip file with only 1 exe in it i extracted it and file just dissapeared thats the classical behavior of trojan file i think my computer is infected right now and I recommend to not install the software if u installed it already run boot time scan. Its not even in task manager or installed programs

Neat. The app works surprisingly well! Really excited to spend more time with it. Docked a star due to the near immediate paywall. The App Store description says 14 day trial but the app really only offers a 3 day trial. Also because it’s an in app purchase there’s no family sharing.

Good software. Love it

Great functions. Bad UX. So many bad user experiences side I started using this app. I trialed pro mode. I couldn’t create an account in the app as the submit button wasn’t doing anything. So I went to desktop and it was also not working properly and had to email a magic link and reset my password to finally get an account going. Ok, so we’re in. If it works from here on I could forgive that. But issues continued constantly. The app quits a lot and freezes a lot. Many of my photos just don’t load at all when I select them from the camera roll. These are JPEGs from my camera. Very typical photo data. I can’t hit the downvote button on new features to offer feedback because it’s too close to the close photo button. Always accidentally leaving the photo I’m editing losing all my work. They really need to work harder on the iOS app stability. Cool features but very early days for this app. This should be considered an alpha product. I would not pay for this app at this stage.

Subscription. Monthly subscription for a clipping app. Ridiculous!

Impressive. I saw a video of this app on Instagram and thought it was one of those poorly made fake app videos. Nope, it worked exactly as advertised. Literally just point and shoot and it will automatically clip the object in frame with a 99% accurate outline. Would recommend.

This could be amazing.. I can see how this can make life so much easier in so many areas. I like the app, even though it’s a bit clunky right now as a beta. My big question is why do they ask permission to record all activity on my screen even when the app isn’t being used? I denied this and see no adverse performance. Is such a huge invasion of privacy necessary. It is unethical at best.

Love it. To anyone wondering. You don't need a computer to drop the clips. There is a share button at the top right corner where you can save the image.

Nice...but. Can you add a save to photo album option? It does not exist.

Fantastic App. I love this App. I discovered it while scrolling through LinkedIn and saw a post on how it works. I love writing on paper. The app converted so many of my lists into text. I was instantly sold. 😀

Disappointing. The upscaling seems fine, but the UI is atrocious. Now it’s even worse, since the latest update made it portrait-orientation only. That’s way too cumbersome on an 12.9 iPad Pro. Total waste of the device’s advantages. Glad I canceled the free-trial before the subscription kicked in.

Well I can’t get it to work. I guess you should have a laptop not a desktop because I can’t get it to go to the desktop computer

Won’t work properly. Haven’t been able to get this to drop directly to the screen or into photoshop. Will put it in a window and then I can drag it over, but that’s it. I installed the photoshop plugin and it says it’s connected. What am I doing wrong? I never get a drop button in the app.

Waste. I try using the app no good won’t allow me to do anything it’s telling me to download clipdrop on the desktop not showing either waste of time

Really cool idea BUT. This is really cool but I think they made a big swing and miss by forcing you to drop it onto a computer screen. Why not allow you to have a virtual space to drop it directly in the app? So you can do everything from your phone. This would make this idea infinitely more useful. Right now it is barely a novelty since I can’t use it on the go.

Fantastic for e-commerce!. Works great! Even white on white. Resolution is not high enough for print (72dpi), but would be great for the web. If you need to take pictures of products for e-commerce site, this is a must. Save you so much time on cleanup.

This is insane!!. I never write app reviews but this is crazy!! Why has no one thought of this till now. We are always cutting and pasting- this is genius!!

Need to pay when use it. It only allows you to use several clips for free . You will need to pay to use it after the free clips.

Perfect App!!!. This app is perfect. I have clipped my computer, chair, book, clock, and many other items, and none have turned out any less than perfect. It was a very easy setup (account creation and login). My favorite feature is the fact that the clipped image is transparent, so I can add it onto any other image I desire. Also, the photo transfer from Phone to PC is pretty good. Sometimes, it put the picture in the wrong place on my computer but it was pretty accurate. Overall, amazing app!!!

Love what it does. I love that the software pulls a mat around objects so quickly and easily. But I miss elements from the most recent version. They got rid of the ability to take a simple photo for when I don’t always need to pull a matte. I also wish that it could use the back camera. And it would be helpful to have a timer so I can take selfie’s with it.

3 Day trial became instantly 1 year subscription!!!. I had the previous version and just wanted to test the pro version. After clicking the tryout button I was transferred to the one year subscription button… Be careful, when you click this button! You are going to purchase a 1 year subscription without the possibility to test it. Sent a refund request to Apple.

Great app needs landscape mode. Awesome helpful app, but I don't understand why it forces portrait mode on an iPad. Really frustrating.

Awesome...when it works. The app works fine until after about 4 clips. At this point when I take a clip, the screen goes all white and never finishes processing the clip. I have to uninstall the reinstall the app to get it working again. I’ve done this 3 times now and the issue keeps happening.

The only thing needed. The app itself is very good but the only thing needed is if you could add the button to upload some files without using icloud

Pricing model makes this app unusable. This app is really expensive as after 10 images they expect you to pay a high monthly fee (only reduced by half the first year when it jumps to a fee that‘s as expensive as what you would pay for Photoshop. For an app that only does one thing that is a crazy pricing model. Don’t waste your time or money.

Does not open. Looks like a good app, I wanna have it in my phone but it doesn’t open it kicks me out every time I have a 13 pro max and I tried to uninstall and reinstall, I made sure I have the latest version of iOS same thing restarted my phone still doesn’t work please fix the issue

Deceptive changes in the last version. Application said clipping text will always be free… The last version remove this feature without any specific note about the update.... why would they otherwise you wouldn’t update... I was considering purchasing this on behalf of a large group of my companies users. However with the deceptive updates I don’t know that I will any longer.

This app is MAGIC!!. I am constantly amazed and thrilled with the results of every picture! ClipDrop is so easy to use, delivers perfect results, and adds lots of versatility! I use it for product shots, design work and web assets. The photoshop plugin is dreamy.

Incredible trchnology. Truly nice to see such a good idea aligned with top-end technology (AR). It's a bit expensive and does not give us an option for one payment (which is the one I prefer). Aside that the app works super well and is quite handy as you don't need computer for heavy editions.

Sounded great but doesn’t work. I downloaded the app with crazy excitement! What a revolutionary concept! Alas, once downloaded you open to a white screen with errors taking photos. Can’t get past the first element. Don’t waste your time downloading.

I have built 2 of my own apps for something else, but this is the most amazing app I have ever seen, I have spent hours editing photos and more recently I have spent 100s of dollars having photos of products done professionally which I will not need to do anymore. So far so good. Easy to use! Glad u can save to camera roll and the subscription fee isn’t too expensive, all though I wouldn’t mind a one time purchase fee!

Really cool idea.... 12$ a month? No. Too bad, it’s really something special. I’d be will to pay a subscription, but 12$ is too much. Like 30$ a year maybe, 100$ a year is wild. If the subscription was lower, I’d be in this, and add it to my work flow. When my Adobe subscription is close to the same price, can’t justify the cost of this. Honestly love how easy to use this app is, but you are paying mad coin for this.

Weird app. Made me a reboot my iPad Pro 2023 two times. I tried to relight photo and looked like some bug . I can not save relighted photo and my iPad Pro was stuck .

It’s too basic. I bought the one year subscription but I won’t be renewing. It was buggy in the beginning which is why I got the subscription in order to test it out (forgot to unsubscribe before trial was over). It’s too basic for what it can do. Other apps like photo room can produce similar results with more functions and this one function from ClipDrop is free there. Also I thought as a Photoshop user, I thought I will prefer this with the photoshop plugin but it is so buggy I just give up on ever making this work and $50 down the drain. Right now, I’m only using PhotoRoom and not this at all even though I’ve paid for the 1 year subscription. Perhaps in the future there will be some solid improvement and other related features and so I hope my one year subscription fee goes to good use for the developers.

Cool but.... This is a very cool app - but Apple doesn’t save png files so the “clips” are saved as jpg photos with a white background. Not very helpful. If it allowed to to save to your Dropbox it would be great but they have their own “cloud” system which they require you to set up and allow them complete access to all your photos. NO THANKS.

Incredible app. Without a doubt it’s a fantastic app! So fast, accurate and handy. If it was a one time purchase,I would buy it without hesitation. Unfortunately it’s a subscription based app which is the downside of any good app. If I could cut and paste money I would subscribe. That’s not going to happen, one more subscription based app goes into the trash can.

Please note my review is not on the app itself. —— Updated part: The customer service replied my second email with the explanation why I was charged after I had canceled my subscription last year. They issued my refund and confirmed cancellation of my subscription. Hopefully, next year it won’t get renewed. Thank you for resolving my issue and issuing my refund. —— My initial review: Last year, I wanted to try the app as the app offered a trial period but I had to put my credit card info in to do so. Before the trial period ended I had canceled the subscription because the wasn’t what I needed. They charged my credit card and refunded my money back upon my request in 2/2021. This week, in 2/2022, they charged me for subscription renewal again although they canceled my subscription in 2/2021. Super weird!! Asked for a refund but nobody responded yet!

Price is expensive. $49.99 is wayyy to expensive for this app. This app has a LOT of potential. The price is irrelevant. Photoroom App has everything I need including what your app has and more. Please update your app to make it worth the $49.99

The problem with the app.. The app is good but the only problem is that when you use the app and take some picture after that you take the pictures you have to Pay for continue use the app.

A Trap.. I tried to use this and could not. It said the servers were full. I would like to delete it and not be billed again but cannot see how do so from my phone. This is something that I despise about these types of apps...hidden deletion to trap you in.

Hello Efficiency. Just purchased this app and have already found a number of uses to increase work efficiency. Unfortunately my company hasn’t updated my Photoshop to the compatible version so I rely on the gallery to hold my clips and the desktop app to pull clips into Photoshop. Just as easy and I’m just as pleased.The few samples I’ve done seem to be clean but future updates will hopefully improve clip quality.Great app, worth the subscription

Not a good app. I have used it for couple of days. Just another subscription based trick not much useful for many technology people. Don’t be fool with these tricks..

Doesn’t work. Unless you pay it doesn’t work and even then I’m not sure. Their servers are overloaded and you can’t even do one! I’m not against paying but I haven’t seen it work once yet so there is no way I’m paying for a non working app. Don’t waste you time!
