Couldn’t identify an aspirin... This app is not great, at all. I spent 10 dollars on it for a trial by accident so I then figured, since I already wasted my money, might as well use it! I tried to identify an aspirin, it gave zero matches to be found. What? How. It’s a simple pill. Nothing crazy. 🤔

Don’t buy - doesn’t work. What a rip off! I want my $2.99 back! Every photo of every scanned pill was distorted and the results were all the same: “No matches found”

Not User Friendly. Runs a long time and does not show oil that was pictured. Can’t seem to find the cancel button.

Fake. This is either a fake app or the worse app ever. I deleted the app i less than 3 minutes when it failed to identify ANY of my medications. Instead, they wanted more money for a monthly fee. Just awful

Poor quality, waste of money. Very slow app. Annoyed that I paid for it and can’t even use most of the features unless I pay additional monthly fees. Also annoyed that there are so many obtrusive ads on the app- you’d expect that from a free app. Would not recommend!!

Does not work. Did not identify the two pills that I tried. Also, this is a paid app and also a subscription app. I don’t want to pay, then pay again.

Doesn’t work. Good idea, but doesn’t work. When I finally got an identity, it was incorrect.

Junk. Can’t tell the color of a pill from background gives way too many choices of pills can’t scroll through the choices can only see the first three don’t waste your timePlus $6.99 a week is ridiculous

Very helpful. I’ve just taken control of my mom’s pills and she has a lot of loose ones. This is very helpful to identify them.

Useless. Won’t use macro lens so you have to manually enter information on pill. I got the app bc I couldn’t read the inscriptions in the first place.

Pill identifier app. T this app is very helpful and very informative. I am glad to be able to use it. I’m grateful that they make it accessible. They should make it for free though because because we’re just trying to identify pills so that they stay safe and out of children’s hands

Terrible. I work at a jail and needed something to identify pills and medication to see if it was either a controlled substance or a prescription med or contraband. I tried it on a few pills and it didn’t identify any of them. I then tried it on a Tylenol to see if it would even pick it up and it did not. Not worth $2.99.

enabling anyone knows a pill in an emergency. Great app using this tool in case of emergency, could be very useful Knowing what has been taken and informing, paramedics and nurses and doctors information that would accelerate The process to preparedness on the fly

Disappointed. I wanted to see if this app would identify my medications accurately. I carefully read the directions a place One Multivitamin Supplement known as Centrum in the boxed area of the app. I took the picture and the phone's camera scanned the pill 3 times. I was so excited to find out how accurate the information would be. Instead of being excited, I was overwhelmed with disappointment. The app scans 3 separate narcotics. Please fix the glitch in this app. We need a safe and reliable method to identify pills.

Doesn’t work. This did not find the pill I was trying to identify and it showed suggestions that had nothing to do with the info I entered. White round brought up capsules, football shaped, rtc. Most but not all were white.

Worthless. Gives 30 “possible” matches for each pill you scan. Don’t waste your time or money on this. Sorry I did.

Very poor quality. Don’t waste your money. I was unable to identify one pill. I wish I never bought it. And the drug Bible is worse. It locks up all the time. This is a complete waste

BUYER BEWARE - Don’t Waste Your Money. It does not work, folks. It correctly identified 1 pill out of 5 and I gave up. Suggestions it gave on the 5 wrong were wild. If the Developer were in it for anything but a cash grab, they would offer a limited free trial. They don’t because it doesn’t and now they have your money. It’s a great idea but this isn’t it. There would be half a dozen or more apps out there like this if the technology was there. It’s clearly not or maybe others are just smart enough to to assume the liability. I thought maybe other users weren’t using it properly so I ignored the previous reviews. I shouldn’t have.

Not cool. This app is $10/ mo. You get a free one day trial if you give a review, but you must give the review prior to trying it. So 2 stars for a poor customer experience.

Nope. Great idea- but only if it works, which this app does not . Scanner is slow snd can’t focus on any pill , no matter how simple , even in good light with a steady hand holding the phone still. And when it finally does manage to read a pills inscription - which happened exactly once for me- the suggested identities are so far off it’s laughable. Very disappointing app . Don’t waste your time , even using the free trial took away 20 minutes that I’ll never get back . Ugh.

Garbage. Don’t buy this. I tried multiple times with many different pills to use the image recognition and not a single one of them was able to identify. Don’t buy this trash. I wasted 3 dollars on this.

Pic feature doesn’t work. Took pics of multiple meds and each one returned a long list of possibilities, none of which matched the pill in question. Unbelievably bad.

Fantastic!!!. A lot of my pills look the same and I never know which is which. Downloaded this to help me correctly identify them when I forget and so far this has been great! Thank you!!!

Needs work. Camera function does not work well

Not worth it.. This app is not able to do what it claims and is no better than the free version of pill finders. The camera doesn’t work. The identifier lists so many other pills with the same markings that it is not helpful in a pinch. Might as well call your pharmacist and wait on hold. Save your money or get it back please.

Identified my mystery pill. Had a few mystery pills lying around, it found most of them automatically. The last one was found with the manual entry search

Pill scanner. Terrible! This scanner can’t read a photo, can identify from a written description and is totally useless!

Apparently not “Baby-Boomer” Friendly. I simply don’t understand exactly who/what age group this app caters to, ‘cause it’s certainly NOT for anyone born before 1967. Although I’m no “dummy” and I do know how to follow directions. This app seems to be designed for my grandsons’ era. Thank you for the opportunity to at least try.

Did not work. This app failed to identify a pill and I want to cancel my subscription. I will remove this post if you let me know how to cancel. Please.

Didn’t work. Took several photos, did not get color right and second line of imprint was not “read.” Even when I edited it, and the pill icon stopped spinning, it just “froze.” No way to “x” out, so restarted it. Three times. That’s too much work for something that is supposed to make life easier.

Pill finder. Great app , quick and simple

Did not id pill. Medication was not id by app. Even when putting in the identifying information and not just taking a picture. Trying to quickly check that my pharmacy filled the correct prescription. Then lots of ads between trying to go through each of the possible suggestions— not ok when it is a paid app.

Bad attempt. can't seem to focus on pill, and can't return a result because of this. Stumbled upon a feature that looks at your photos but can't get back to it. Great idea poor execution

Useless! Shady Biz practices. Not only does it not work, but its claims are fraudulent, so I clicked “free trial“ and can’t find how to cancel the subscription. It’s not in my settings under other App Store subs, it’s horrible and should be removed from the App Store. Shame on Apple as well for allowing so many neglected, non-working apps, that are auto-renewed subscriptions… TO RIP OFF APPLE USERS. That’s not only shady, but downright negligent & makes their loyal users vulnerable to scams and rip offs.

Mystery solved. Great app to determine a mystery tablet

No identification. - Took picture within the yellow square. - Confirmed number on pill. - Had to change color. - This was at 6:34 pm. It’s 6:38 now. - I’m not paying $50/year to sit and watch a capsule spin while app is searching. I can do better with my hard cover PDR that I already paid for!

Not helpful at all. Tried to use it to identify pills my mom had mixed up - did not help at all.

Over Charged. I got billed $1 more for app than what was listed in the App Store and I can’t get it corrected. In addition the app does not work to identify my pills.

USELESS APP. Don’t get sucked in like I did. Unable to get app to recognize pill. Just search google for “white round pill A2” and you’ll get a pic and easily identify the pill.

Doesn’t work. The app incorrectly identified more the half the pills I tested it on. 5 out of 9 pills were wrong.

Crap. Down loaded followed app directions . Took picture of med . And I got 62 results and not one matched .. yep total Crap cancelling if it will let me Now

Dr Hilburn Rates. Very poor photo tool. It distorted the pill shape image whether Ivised the canera inside the app or used the photo in my gallery. It could not identify a common añprazolam.
