This app randomly plays ads even when the app isn’t open. So I downloaded this app and put all my pictures and videos on it. But ever since I got it my phone will just randomly start playing an add. Even if all of my apps are closed and my phone screen is off. It’ll just play an ad sometimes. I was talking to my boss at work and my phone just started talking in my pocket. Once these ads start. You can’t even stop them. You just have to listen to it till it quits

Great App. I was a bit skeptical about the app at first because of the large storage it offered. After months of using the app I have had no problems what so ever. Everything loads fast and the app has a clean UI. The one thing I would change is making files able to be uploaded in the background. Other than that I would definitely recommend downloading and using Terabox’s great service!

Great storage but annoying ads. Pro: It does help with clearing out my camera roll and reducing storage on my phone. I can place my photos in folders I have created. When I first downloaded it gave the options to do “tasks” to get more data storage, but that has changed. Con: I feel the ads have gotten more annoying than last time. I don’t even press anything and it pops up a web on my safari. I go back to TeraBox and it does it again. Needs to pop up 2 times before you can use the app. That’s something they need to fix.

Use this omg. ( at youre own risk). This app is amazing what i love about it the most is the log in like if you log in a week you grt 20 gb of storage thats full taken away and it doesnt take away on files or photos or downloads or any of that so yea but also im not sure if they steal youre data so be careful. (Nvm im back this app is goofy it only gave me free storage for one week) like bro i rlly liked this app too .

More storage some you know what to do with. I was forever running outta space with every cloud server I tried using. Only to be charged for extra storage space. Only to get hacked and hijacked and all my stuff stolen. We’re as for Telabox I’m not charged for extra storage space. Starting out with 1 ter of space is never heard of amazing

When it comes to free cloud storage options, nothing comes close to Terabox!. Sure- there are a lot of ads which does slow things down a bit. Also know that the upload and download speeds arent the fastest…but thats for the free version, so come on… 1TB!.. for free?! Thats simply unmatched… then theres hella games and drawings and tasks that you can do to win up to 2TBs of storage as well as other prizes and giveaways… Terabox really does provide something that other cloud storage providers do not, which is a TON of cloud storage, FOR FREE. Even with the cons I mentioned at the beginning- I’m being a realist by giving them 5 stars because they have to pay for it all somehow. Its either with ads or you can pay to upgrade with is a totally good deal and gain the numerous benefits as well… Either way, they provide an option in the cloud storage space that I do appreciate, so 5 stars all the way!

Awesome storage. So I don’t know all the setting for this app but I’d love to use this app to transfer an app because on one of my old phones I have this one app and on my new phone I just can’t find it so I’d love to storage apps little ones and the app I’m talking about is a wallpaper app it doesn’t have over 40 pictures and I could screenshot every picture but at the bottom there’s an add non of the less I’d really recommend this app it’s super simple if your younger than 50 years old less than 10 steps honestly

A helpful tool with a 500 file limit. I have found Terabox to be a reliable and efficient storage platform for a significant portion of my personal and professional files. Prior to uploading my files, I always ensure the security of my data by utilizing encryption software. While the advertised storage capacity of 1TB initially attracted me to the platform, I have noticed that the actual storage capacity is somewhat limited due to the restriction on the number of files that can be uploaded. Specifically, Terabox only allows for the upload of 500 files, which has at times presented a challenge for me in managing my storage needs. Despite this limitation, I have still found Terabox to be a valuable tool for organizing and accessing my files.

👍. This app has worked wonders for me. Good job guys. I do have to put 4 stars though and here’s why. It has problems with opening your content when not connected to wifi. If it even opens at all. I’ve had to be connected to wifi to start with. Drop off as it is opening the file and it works. But just for that one time. Also if there were a way to auto back up everything. Files and all. It gets very confusing having to do them one by one. And having the ability to open all types of files/play all types of video/audio files and view all images. Other than that great app.

One of the best cloud storage services…. This company is truly devoted. At first I thought there would be a catch to this amazing deal they offer to anyone and everyone (1024GB) but as I used their services (technology and software) the quality they offer is top notch. First, let start off with the iPhone app itself. Well made, EASY as ever to back up ALL of my photos and videos from the phone. Plus, it lets you view photos and videos from other devices that I’ve already backed up. You can view them in the album area which is also well designed. If a photo is already backed up on the cloud, it ignores. When viewing a photo or video, it will lower the resolution to save data. If you want to view the photo in full, it lets you choose weather you want to view a photo from cellular or WiFi (which is a life saver sometimes). Upload speed is good, larger files will take longer but that’s usual with cloud services and ultimately dependent on your internet speeds it’s. The download speed is decent, allowing very fast download for photos and smaller files (20MB in size). Premium is looking mighty fine though so I’m considering…great company, great app!

I love Terabox but one new issue. I will give 5 out of 5 but on my new iPhone 14 Max Pro but I am not getting my 5x a day 10GB each, it isn’t registering and says “failed to collect, also some ads won’t let me close using the “x” because they are too far off the side of the screen, please fix this! I love TeraBox because they have so many options to do a lot more than just backing up your data. I am a premium member and this app including my Windows app of TeraBox offer so many different features at an affordable price. Please fix the issues above and keep up the good work! I can send screenshots of my issues I am having if needed. Thank you so much to the people who work on and run the company /servers of TeraBox! You all have helped me get my data back after formatting my computers. You guys and gals are awesome but please fix the “watch ads to get 10GB of data”. Much love to you all!

Why would y’all change at the last minute. When I first downloaded this app it was very good even though I saw that u needed a subscription to upload long videos and to backup videos but that wasn’t too big of a problem but then that’s when I saw that you couldn’t upload videos at all anymore without a subscription like why would y’all change that just now if y’all had that at the beginning I would’ve probably never even got tricked into downloading this pay to use app

Lost everything!!!. I'm giving this a one star until I can get somebody to restore my account, this app was once dubox then switched to terabox and when that happened everything that was on my account is no longer there... I'm sure it can be recovered, I tried submitting a request 2 or 3 times so I'm writing a review hopefully this gets some attention - All fixed 5 stars 😁

Love this free storage space. At first, I was kind of reluctant on downloading this app, because I thought maybe that they would get all my personal information and not be able to transfer it to my other devices and stuff, but I was completely wrong just because the other apps misled me and led me to believe that they could hold my stuff, private and safe and secure but didn’t doesn’t mean that this happened the same nope this app has proven all you guys wrong that says that there’s no such thing as a good app that holds a lot of space for your stuff. this is my number one recommended app and it will transfer to all of your devices. All you do is download TeraBox. to top it off you got games to earn more space if you need it yay Know what I would do if I didn’t have this app because I have over 400,000 pictures and videos thank you TeraBox for inventing this app. This is the best app you could ever use for all the storage you need for everything you have all in one place keep up the good work and keep it free.

Awesome space. Thank you for the large storage space it works well helping to keep everything safe and easy to get to. A terabyte is a very wonderful thing most files are larger now and need to be on a cloud or something larger then the cell phone can handle. Thank you again for the rather large space.

Totally useless! Full of ads non stop. Unlike the other reviews that are bought & paid for by the Chinese company. I tell the truth. In the early beginning it’s true it was good! 1tb of free storage. I put 850gigs of mine in this cloud. But as time went on it got worse and worse. The free side of it. Now just forget it move on! You have more ads than you can count and one you can’t close! And ones that launch your browser. The free side has zero features! And is loaded with ads! Every time you launch the app. I spent 2 whole weeks in my local library using their high speed connection to battle the ads non stop to download everything I had on this cloud. GOOD RIDDANCE! I will never use this again! I suggest you look elsewhere for an ad free cloud

TeraBox review. I’ve been using TeraBox for about 6 weeks I’ve recommended this solution n added perks to several in my community Learning curve is a little challenging - I’m a 35+ year retired IT Director - primarily a Mac user - I’m apart of the TeraBox beta group - I’m also a part of several Livestream beta - TeraBox - beta testers appear to only be accessible to mobile devices or and not desktop MacBook Mac mini , for example - terabox crashed on my Mac mini, about 3x - - I’m not sure if it’s the M1 chip compatibility - - crash has only occurred on the Mac mini - - but recovered in short order - -no crashes detected on my - - -iPhone, iPad or MacBooks - - photos n videos do get transferred to TeraBox - I’ve done a bit of validation, for confirmation - No issues, really to report - - I’m just wanting to know the how’s n why’s - - teraBox - - also would like to access TeraBox from my iMac like any other external - - getting tired - I will have to continue later - - - g Albert

The best. I love that TeraBox doesn’t have a catch like many cloud storage apps I actually recommend it if you want to upload documents/pictures but for videos I would recommend paying for premium so you can get fast upload speed when uploading your videos but aside from that it’s a great app!

What a scam. Great app overall, 2TB of storage is 100% legit. Things to consider for free version: overwhelming number of ads, video uploads no more than 30 seconds, unable to x out ads at the beginning. Things to consider with or without free version: Welfare center. It's absolute scam. Gold is the main currency there, and it is used to buy more storage or a couple days of premium. To earn it, you need to complete tasks. Task completed, says "claim gold", and then, "Failed to claim gold". I am absolutely sure that this is not a bug or my wifi. That's because giving users so much gold for free is just going to ruin their business. If you are just looking to upload photos, download it. If you expect anything more, look somewhere else.

Amazing app. This app very easy to use and has huge cloud storage. In just one click i can save my all important data and files. It also saves my mobiles’ internal storage and it plays all kind of video so now I dont need to install any kind of video downloader or video player. So i like this app very much. This app is so good. I had really low storage to the point were my phone was telling me to get an app to clean my phone but it costed money and i didnt want to do that but i found this app of tiktok and decided to try it and its super easy and free i did a couple of tasks it asked me to do like backup my photos and things like that and right after i finished i got 50 gb’s of memory and it was that easy this is a great app and I recommend it to anyone who's low on storage

Worst! You’ve been warned, zero competency. I have now bought two descriptions and I still cannot even get the desktop site or the desktop uploader to even recognize that I have an account. Everything is up-to-date nobody, no one responds there’s no phone number and you can look at the FAQs if you don’t believe me or just Google this company‘s history- So… Do you want to trust all your online data with a company that can’t even figure out how to another verification email or build a link in the app? For real explain that- I cannot even get a customer service rep to email me back after several attempts from a paying customer -! What do you think would happen you get compromised or you can’t access for something? Or worse? Google it This company also has a history of filing under different names and jacking up the price and slowing down the rates of downloads Annapolis to abysmal speeds, all offshore- It’s obvious to reach you for every penny as you walked through the app and security is the last of the concerns along with even responding to anybody who’s a pain customer let alone having the competency to recognize the email address of paying a customer account- Worst

I just want to say thank you sooo much for this up it’s beyond amazing it literally saved me I tried so many apps but this is number one for me easily , so easy to use , Very organized and clear and maintains good quality and the presentation is really beautiful and organized for me, I may get lost in my iPhone’s studio but never in this app , thank you very much again & keep on the hard work 💜🙏🏻

No more (storage space running out) every other day now!. Haven’t had that stupid notification popping up since the day I downloaded this app..which is awsome, the ads and pop ups are alil bit frustrating and longg but there ads and the apps free unless you opt for the premium version..But you can also earn gold by doing certain things in the app and use it towards buying things like 50,100,500 more gigs of memory and days of premium access or get a gift certificate? Not quite sure how it all works just yet but so far I think it’s worth downloading for anyone who has a ton of pictures and stuff on there phone or are sick of seein the “need more storage space” notifications, this will help you out and for a lot less then apples icloud storage space upgrades will cost you every month for a fraction of what you get right off the rip downloading this app!

Liters the best app I have ever used. For a very long time I was struggling with using Google Drive dropbox and all these other services that had limited storage that made you pay for a lot more storage, but this thing is literally the bomb. You can download the desktop application and use it on your computer as well so it’s totally usable anywhere.

Spam you too.. Downloaded this because the app is highly rated, great reviews and people seem to like the app a lot. But the more I used it, the more I figured these were spam or AI generated reviews. This app spams my Safari Browser about every 10 seconds with a new page. Basically annoys you until you delete the app or purchase the app. Which makes testing the app out really annoying. By time you try to figure something out, you are exited from the app and into your web browser to look at ads for products and forced to watch 30 clips of mobile games. Since I can’t figure anything out, without being interrupted so many times when opening the app and exploring it. I will be deleting the app, it’s useless to me and to expensive to not be allowed to test it out properly. Thanks, but no thanks!!!

needs better search features. great app and very generous amount of storage however for someone who takes lots of photos like me I would really like to see some smarter features like being able to search keywords such as “dog, blue, outside, eye, etc.” I would also like to be able to favorite photos for quick access to my favorite memories and a facial recognition system for sorting photos of both people and animals would also make the app much better and easier to use if these features could be added I would have 0 complaints as I do not mind the ads or anything else about the app

Absolutely in love, both me and my friend did not want to get rifled of our photos/memories because we had already rooted though all of them to find what we could delete, this saved some great things, I really like this app, and I love how the creators haven’t given into the practice of charging money for everything, life is expensive y’all

Hey not gonna lie this app is pretty good this app has no trail just to delete the apps you want to remove it’s just the premium is a trail but everything else you can delete this helped me with the storage when I’m not busy or my friends aren’t online in my games and I’m bored I can just make my storage deleted photos but the one problem is For me is it takes a long time just to delete the apps I want to delete it’s very annoying and frustrating I’m sometimes busy but my free time is playing with my friends or saving my storage but yet I love this app

It’s a trap.. When it comes to photos, it’s not that bad. But videos? You’re never getting those back in your phone unless you want to do it one by one. I didn’t pay for premium so i could even upload my videos jus so i can’t get them back when i transferred phones. And on top of it all the app will stop downloading or uploading if you aren’t babysitting it on the screen. It’ll over heat your phone and now with file sharing all its being used for is to share folders of photos of explicit content. Then the micro-transactions in the app for prizes is just completely throws it over the edge. The developers are just trying to do too much.

Great Storage!. I love this storage company. The price for a plan is very affordable & the storage space is plentiful. The one thing I wish for differently is that it wouldn’t crash so much as I’m uploading files, but this is to me a minor issue. I’m hoping for a software update to fix this issue. All in all great! Plus, it has additional benefits in the welfare center so that’s really good too.

GREAT CLOUD SERVICE!!!. UPDATE: I opened my app today and there’s an announcement that a new version is found but when I click on it it won’t download & when I click cancel it won’t cancel either. Please help devs?! I have been using this cloud service for at least a year now and I have got to say that I am impressed! At first I thought there had to be some sort of catch to offer this much free space, but there isn’t! The upload speed to back up your photos is very fast, you just have to log in when you want it to back them up. It stores them all at a lower resolution, and if you want to view the photo at a higher you just click on it to download it. It backs up videos as well but you have to subscribe to the 2TB premium subscription, but even that isnt very expensive. I’m just very happy with this service and I do highly recommend it!

‼️🗑‼️. No stars! Tried the most basic of functions backing up my photos, failed !! Retried failed retried a third time failed. Notification to collect reward for retried failed retried collecting reward failed. Tried to back up files failed retried failed another reward failed to collect. Everything this app claims has failed massively. To be fair I have not spent a single penny on this app but if your gonna force users to pay for service say so…….. as far as I’m concerned this app is trash, no proof that it would work… even if you are regarded enough to pay

Love the price and storage amount. This is just what I was looking for. I love the price and the Storage amount that’s something that I can afford even without paying anything, and having all the ads is still well worth it compared to other Companies prices. Also, it was the fastest and easiest without any complications to upload all my pictures and videos and now I can unclog my phone

When a company provide 1TB for free to its users all around the word with out observing the region and country limited rules ,this shows that it is not an usual company and the owners of this company have global observation.I hope all digital companies and IT services providers reach such observation. I hop TeraBox grow like Magic beans! Love this wonderful and professional product.

Subscription required to upload video…. …seriously? No video files of any length can be uploaded without paying. Apparently, in the past, short videos could be added without a subscription… but now, none. That’s absurd and a total dealbreaker for me. From what I gather, even paying subscribers don’t have access to any real form of help/customer support. And the main selling point— terabytes of storage— appears essentially negated by a limit on the number of files that can be uploaded..? I was already thisclose to deleting the app after being inundated by obstructive ads, invitations to see even more ads through goofy “limited time!!1 promotional opportunities” to earn stuff like… very basic features within the app, coupons, gold doubloons, etc. I decided pretty quickly that Terabox is too irritating, sketchy, and reminiscent of some Candy Crush freemium non-game to be usable. Not a trustworthy option for the management of data that may be even remotely important to anyone, IMO.

Love the space! Hate the app access. Very difficult to move groups of files and migrate them. And the ads are horrendous! I realize the app needs to pay for the overhead and service, but wow! So many ads and other junk. I don’t want to play games to store my data. And I don’t want their daily game notification. But I do want emergency notifications or to be notified if there is a problem transferring files. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Still figuring out the best way to use this. Will be loading on my PC for access from there as well. So we’ll see. Will try to update this review as I use it more.

Spam and forced download. Sent me spam that an account was opened with my email. I tried to delete the account from the website but was forced to download the app to access the account deletion. The fact this isn’t available from the website is extremely suspicious. At the time of the original email they sent one congratulating me as a new user with a $2 coupon. When I logged in to investigate I recieved another coupon email congratulating me as a new user, despite my account supposedly being opened yesterday. Very concerned about my data being shared since I logged in to investigate the issue.

Offers More than asked, subscription wise. Compare to Dropbox… I will say this service is gonna give them a run for their money. I mean 1TB on free(yes) it has ads but not that intrusive. But they got me with a subscription fee that’s literally 1/3rd-1/2 hid what I was paying drop box for monthly!😉 Best insult to injury on Dropbox is this, y’know their premium… well TeraBox offers that price… for a quarter of the year.🤔🥸 TeraBox, shut up and take my money!😎👊💸💰💵

Best app ever. I am not being paid to say nice things about this app but after see all of the adds about it I had at least give it a shot and let tell if struggling with iPhone storage this app gives you 1TB of free storage I can’t wait see how much space I am going to make on my iPhone thank you TeraBox for giving me place to store all of my photos and videos

App is good but slow mo vids are buggy an a lot of scammy ads.. Conclusion: It’s a good app for free if you wanna upload your pictures in full quality. All my uploaded pictures add up to 2 gigabytes (about 800 pictures) so keep that in mind. Videos do get compressed without the premium version, but appear in full quality. Slow motion videos are buggy. Pro: You quite literally can get one terabyte of free storage to upload whatever files to. Cons: Videos don’t upload in full quality, even though sometimes it appears they have been uploaded in full quality. There are also a lot of ads that sometimes make me nervous for my phones safety but nothing has happened so I think I’m good. Slow motion videos are buggy, not being the same as the original. Audio is normal speed and pitch with the entire video in slow motion no matter how you edit it. Not too bad, I will edit this if I find any more kinks.

Terrorbox. Been having trouble login in to my account fallowed all steps to reset my password and haven’t been able to i tired contacting support and still no reply or response from them to make things worse all those stupid ads I have to put up with you guys can at least respond it’s really a one star I give I just put 5 stars because I know if I put one my review won’t be posted

Great App. When every company out there has created a cloud app that wants you to pay a monthly premium for something you can’t hold in your hand, it’s outrageous. Or they just offer very little cloud space for free to entice you to buy more space is also ludicrous! Now here’s an app that comes along and offers quite the storage space for free! Yummy! TeraBox Love. I wasn’t looking for anything that this app has to offer and somehow came across it.. since day one it has been hands down nothing but excellent. I love the positive feel all around that everything within this app does and had to offer. It had incomparable features and it is easy to use. The prices also are really reasonable. You must check it out & I hope you fall in love with it also!

VERY PLEASED!!. With everything going up in prices since Covid-19, it is an unexpected pleasure to get this easy to navigate storage and file sharing for free! Still half waiting for some small print to take it back!! Lol😄. I’m not tech savvy but figured everything out easily and quickly. That’s a major plus for me. Never trusted the “cloud”, and have a drawer full of flash drives and boxes of C.D.’s. This was such an unexpected prize to find, it made it to easy not too jump in! Thanks Guys!!

Thrilled its amazing 🤩. Thank you for making this app. It has made me feel so much happier knowing that I don’t have to pay an arm and a leg 🦵 for good secure storage for EVERYTHING. From pictures from 2006 to 2023 I have all of them now and I have freed up my phone space. Don’t have to worry about losing anything. What a relief that is. Great app I’d give it more stars if I could. Get it you will love it.

This is a real Life saver. As a person with a lot of stuff It helped me clean out stuff I didn’t even know I had which took up space And it stored all my files , photos , and videos And I like how you can earn more storage for task which the task are also helpful because the task being to clean your phone ( delete stuff you don’t need). But though this is a real life saver thanks TeraBox!

Great service! Unpaid version ads useless. When I paid for this app it immediately became a five star service. Without the subscription it’s a two star. The ad function isn’t only useless, I think the ads lead to phishing scams. If not they are completely irrelevant and bothersome. I hope they fix this soon because it really holds them back. If I didn’t have a network using Tera already I would have steered clear because of the total red flag ads. Safe function is very cool, and everything runs so smooth!

Amazing App. Oh my god this is a really, really great app. I can’t even believe something this good exists for free. The storage space is phenomenal (1024 GB) without any charge. As a photographer, all the pictures I take take a toll on the storage of any device I own. This app helps me keep all my precious memories safe and accessible all in one place with just an email and keeps my devices from exploding from storage capacity overload. Everything I could ask for from a free app!

Ads lock up the app. User friendly interface. I do like how they offer you extra free storage for completing menial tasks. However if you don’t want to pay for premium, the ads in the app make it near impossible to view your saved content. Tried playing a video and an ad pops up saying “your video is on the way” but the video never plays… after minutes of waiting nothing happens. Close out the app completely and upon reopening more ads play and you can’t get to the main screen until a couple minutes long ad completes. Wish they would change that but I doubt it. Aside from all the ads it’s a good app.

Not really happy. This app was a life saver but after I updated it , I couldn’t do anything there were adds nonstop. I couldn’t even view anything the adds are never ending even when I’m trying to skip it another add pops up. Please fix this because I’m gonna delete it cause the adds don’t let me view my stuff .

Not a convenient storage. Good storage space but files upload option can upload files only, no folders. So 1st create folders in TeraBox than upload files in each folder is LONG PROCESS. Please add folders upload option. I want to upload my books which are organise in author’s folders. Each folder upload will waste much time. Thanks

not a scam!-. so usually apps like this appear as free but when you download it you have to pay but this app is actually true to their words - a lifetimes worth of free cloud storage of 1TB which kinda surprised me- i dont usually leave reviews but i think people would expect this to be a scam but i need to let them know it isnt

Hard to use. To many ads, longer waiting time to use, the system make u spent money on apps, should give free trial for new customer to experience how to get use it.. going to take a minute two just to open the folder(because of the ads), and yet still charge customer for renting the cloud

Good app for storage of files except to the fact that when uploading images movies or files the app will only upload them while the app is open and won’t upload them in the background even with background refresh regardless test build, iOS dev or even iOS beta and even normal latest updates have never allowed it to run efficiently like other storage apps do and as have paid for the extra storage the simplicity of other web based apps seem to have more functionality to view details aswell as making web shortcuts to make it to be like others

Why Dropbox? Ideal for individuals. Quick and no fuss. Why waste time in Dropbox etc; limited extras for <1% of the storage - crazy?? Ideal for individual use; pay the monthly fee whenever you need large bandwidth. Otherwise free version does all one needs.

Rubbish App, time wasting and annoying. One of the worst app, whatever you save in so called free storage- you can’t access it as it says after advertisement and you cannot access that file again. On top you have to watch at least 45 seconds of video before accessing TeraBox every time you want to save something. I would prefer to give it 0 stars but there is not such an option to choose.

Terabox is one of the best!. So far I have found Terabox to be superior to other similar services and would highly recommend to anyone that need value and reliability in a cloud server.

Good but crashing. Crashing and freezing when trying to view downloaded MP3 files in iPad landscape mode. Limited sharing options, I can only really export images, other files cannot be exported onto device local storage.

1TB free storage!!. Its a very good app that offers TB free storage with little ads. It uploads all photos without any issues. Only one small issue with the documents is that its not properly sorted and easily accessible. Also if you enable the terabox from apple files app and try to access documents like pdf which is saved in the terabox, it shows error message. Overall a very good app to use.

Purchase yearly premium subscription amount deducted but not received premium.. I give 1 star because they deducted the amount from my Wallet but didn’t give me a subscription and they are not refunding my amount. The worst service.

You can also use it on your computers. It feels like there’s unlimited space. TeraBox also gives you tasks to do in order to win wicked prizes. When you pay into the premium it gets even better! Basically malware. App is completely unusable, opens safari and the App Store automatically every 30 seconds without having clicked on anything. Idk how Apple thought it was okay to allow such a an app on the store.

Company is gross. As a Chinese who used to use the Chinese version of this app, I just want to say this company is gross and this app will not be as good as you think in the future. Right now you may see that the storage is large and the downloading speed is fine, but after they attract enough user they will start to charge for the storage and limit the speed of downloading to around 20-50k/s or even worse. If you don’t pay for it you won’t even be able to download files in a normal speed! Since that is how the trick was used in China by this company, so I am here to remind you.٩😐ི۶

Glitch. This latest version , brings the screen to App Store again and again (every time u open any TeraBox link ), this happened when I installed latest version. In old version that wasn’t the problem .

Scam. They are showing lower price for the subscription but when you put your card in they charge a different price. There is no customer service also so there is no way to get your money back.

Don’t use this Chinese App, if you care about your privacy. The company behind this app is Baidu, which is infamous in China for huge privacy and censorship problems. They could delete files you uploaded at their wish and those files will be gone forever. Don’t upload anything private with this app. The company’s marketing strategy is also notorious. The promised “free storage” isn’t actually free, unless you are willing to download back your files at an outrageous 10KB/s speed. In a few years when you fill up the 2TB cloud drive, they will limit your upload / download speed so that you have to subscribe to a premium membership, otherwise you can’t even get your stuff back! Just don’t use this app, period.

Unusable. Althoguh you scan store pictures as promised, it doesn’t properly let you download them. You’re better if screenshotting the images otherwise it’ll be extremely low quality. Not to mention the ads. Every 30 seconds there’s an ad, and if you leave the app and come back, there’s another ad. It doesn’t matter how long it takes. These ads make the app so dysfunctional, they’re so long, all the ‘x’ buttons are fake and it takes like a minute to actually return to the app after, just for it to happen again in 30 seconds There’s also popups everywhere which make it so unusable. When you first get this, it seems fine but over time they trap you in it by keeping all your photos you want to keep, and once they trap you in, they make the app as dysfunctional as they can for you.

1 TB for free, what more could one ask for?. I love it so far, 1TB free, no question ask. I know that I would never use that much, but it provides me more than enough for my need. The only problem is I don’t know whether my pics is safe. Hence, 4 stars. Same goes for any other apps. Couple of ads while using can be annoying, but again, it’s free. So I don’t mind seeing some.

I expect your help in this regard. The app declined in quality. 1 to 2 years ago the app was great, you didn’t have to pay for video back up the upload speeds were decent and the app actually worked now even on photo back up the app doesn’t really work, and I have to watch 5 ads a day in order to get premium so I can video back up because videos take up the most space and even with the 1 day premium thing the app still works really really bad, I hope this can be fixed

Love having the space. So I’m a photographer and I use my phone to take pictures a lot so I have a ton!!!! Of pictures so when I downloaded it I went into my pictures and didn’t see the warning that use to pop up on my phone reading low storage I highly recommend this app a lot

Great App. TeraBox is a great app because it gives you statuses of uploads, including time, size, etc. Other similar data apps simply don’t compare. Additionally, the auto upload feature is one of the best ideas in the cloud industry. I would pay more for more unlimited storage.

Simple Amazing cloud storage. I am extremely happy with the huge cloud storage available to me. I have been able to save all of my kids videos from my iphone to TeraBox. It’s fast and easy transfer. Now that I have unlimited data on my cellphone I don’t wait to go home to connect to WiFi to upload.

Highly recommend it. Buy the subscription for more benefits and its worth it, this app makes dropbox and other cloud services look like crap. it funny how good this is. I honestly feel like its too good to be true. Check this app out and get yourself that extra terabyte.

Amazing. So far, I am happy with this cloud storage and grateful to get so much storage space in the Free version. I have noticed however that some video do not upload to the cloud from my iphone camera roll. I’m not sure if it was the format or the file was too large or too many minutes long. I’ll keep trying and see what I can do

Amazing. It was always annoying when I got the message “you don’t have enough storage” over and over again and then I found this app and it was amazing. For the first time in forever I didn’t get the annoying message and that was enough to make me happy!

Was the best.. I currently have 100 ish gigabytes of images and videos saved on this app, but the app suddenly freezes on the Upgrade to Premium ad on launch. I currently needed a few documents I had saved on there but can’t access them.

Good idea - Bad UX. 1 TB is great! However, the UI is all over the place. Wasted space on the sides of iPad Pro 11” and app sides are chopped off. Hard to navigate, locate, download files. Even the website is chopped off and doesn’t display the CAPTCHA fully and not able to login. Please hire a UI designer to iron out the issues and you will be golden!

Perfect Exactly What I Needed. You know that super annoying message that always pops on your phone, (running low on storage) I never have to worry now that I have been using this app for what feels like years. Simple and space saver for sure! Highly recommend you to try this out For yourself.

So far, so good.... I'm still on the trial version, but I believe it's definitely worth the sub price for the amount of space they offer and it keeps your photos, videos, files, etc in folders just for whatever type of media you're using. If anything changes I'll be back to update my review.

I’m shocked.. I got the app thinking that you’d need to pay for a bunch of stuff, but no. You get one terabyte of FREE cloud storage. And it works seamlessly! The extra terabyte for 3 dollars a month is also worth it along with all the other features the premium comes with. Amazing app, thank you to whomever made this.

Can’t access photos. I deleted the app and decided to re-download it but this time, when I go to settings, privacy then click photos, It doesn’t show that Terabox has asked me to access it. It has been bugging me recently and I was wondering if you can help me on that

I was about to run out of space but I came across Tera box I though it was fake because it said it would give you 1 T of storage it saves picture videos so even if u delete it Tera saves it in a box where it can save over thousands of photos and video very great app I recommend it🔥🔥🔥

My account doesn’t exist?. So I uninstalled the app just a few days ago and reinstalled it today now when I try to log in it doesn’t work and says the gmail I used isn’t registered. So I checked my inbox to check if I did use that email and I found that I got an email back then from you guys which proved that my email was registered as an account sense that was the only way I could have received it. Idk why it says this now since I’ve had the app for a long time already.

Don’t waste your time on this one ..Could not get my photos back to my phone. Oh I loved it at first. All that space… moved all my photos and documents and over . Brought a couple back to give to family when they requested. No didn’t want to share the photos from here. Put the photos back here. Now I can’t bring those back to my phone unless I take a screenshot of them. Shared my documents and now can’t share them again to get those pdfs so they are lost….. don’t waste your time…

A must have!. Such a useful app. It’s just like iCloud but with way more features! There’s tons of games and extra ways to earn extra space! Premium offers over 12 privileges! Prices are very fair too. Definitely recommend as replacement for iCloud!

Really good!. I love it! I love all the storage it gives me especially after completing all the challenges and stuff like that but my only issue is how it told me it was for limited time after, erased all i had, and it was absolutely terrifying. After completing it all id appreciate being able to keep all the storage i worked hard to get and not have it be for limited time…

General. In general the app is really good but it should be more improvised about the quality of the inner app things, the personal vault should be fixed since there is issue in it. And fix importing long videos because it doesn't go into camera roll , i mean the gallery app in the phone. Good luck

Great storage with option to earn. TeraBox storage is a great option for cloud storage and it’s offered for free to a certain extent. The unique feature about TeraBox is earning storage space. Not many places let you earn any space. Video storage is tied behind the subscription. TeraBox is a great place for photos and photographers.

I love this app. I’ve had this app forever now and I love it. I do pay for the premium but it’s awesome because I'm able to upload all pictures and videos automatically and I never have to worry about losing anything sensitive. Perfect to have if you want to free up space. Highly recommend.

Legit Free Storage!!!. I’ve been using this for awhile now just to keep old pictures and videos that I can’t put on my computer yet. I can’t speak on the transferring process or how the quality turns out after but so far it’s a great storage app with so much space for free!!

TeraBox is TeraRiffic‼️. Dropbox truly has a solid, well-designed, fully functional archival app in its category. TeraBox (free app) is a very good storage app 9n its own merits, even with the customary pop-up ads that are a slight distraction in most free apps. But even this mild annoyance doesn't take away from the fact that TeraBox is a worthy c9mpetitor to Dropbox. But if you take the dive to get the Premium version, you will be pleasantly surprised that the unlocked tools and features really elevates this magnificent app to another level. It's a great app and speaks well of the phenomenal work effort the developer has committed to creating a world-class storage app.

Free trash with to many forced ads. Your phone gets spammed with ads that force you to click on them. Once you click on them your metric data is then stored to ad target you with what ever was clicked on. Basically it’s free 1t storage at the expense of mass ad targeting and data theft. If you enjoy data privacy then skip this app. If you don’t mind then it’s great for “almost” free storage. Remember this, “if you’re not buying something, YOU are the product”….🤓

Some annoyances. The app should switch automatically between dark mode/ light mode 🌉 whenever I tap “Dark Mode” on my iPhone. Come on, get w/ the program! Also, I’d feel a lot safer if the app had two factor authentication. Lastly, I used to be able to upload videos from my phone. TeraBox has now disabled this functionality!

Great App But Could Be Better. It is amazing that you get 1TB for free but som things could be added. The option to make all files offline would be amazing instead of going into each folder and making them offline one by one. Another is the option to organize folders and move some ahead and below others.

One major problem. Everything else is great, and I’ve finally found a replacement for google photos which gave me nothing but problems. My only problem is that I can’t upload any of my videos, all fail to upload and say "unexciting local file." If there is a remedy to this pls let me know, despite that 4/5 for all the use I’ve gotten out of this app, thank you so much for making it

Amazing, incredible even! Just one thing :). This app is amazing and I wouldn’t change but about it. The only thing is you cant upload videos without premium and thats the thing that takes up most of the space. I get you need to make money but you didnt HAVE to restrict videos just to premium.

TeraGreat. It’s a great app that helps you clear up storage, you can add your photos to TeraBox and then delete them from your actual camera roll this will clear up storage but still saving your photos. A little issue I have with it though is you can’t add videos unless you pay for premium or something.

Storage space. Seems like all cloud services that say they were going to be unlimited storage for life are now all going back on that and cutting storage space extremely down. So far terabox has not reduced any of my storage amounts at all. So that is very nice. Thank you.

Very nice app. It’s a very nice app as compared to google drive as google drive gives you less space. It gives you more space then any other apps out there but there is a little problem that it’s user interface is a bit difficult to understand.

It’s great but it has one problem. Don’t get me wrong this storage app is amazing! It’s just that I have a problem with the ads. Whenever I open the app, I’m a few seconds I’ll get a ad as usual. Then, I’ll look at my photos and there will be a ad again. The app has too much apps that I’ll have to open and reclsoe the app. But overall, this app is very good
