Update please. Need more Coins!. So first of all I love this app, ok, it has a like soo many books I want to read. Like I have started over 10 books but have enough coins to only read 2 or 3 chapters a day and I don’t mean per book. No I’m not a subscriber or a VIP, but still there should be more free coins available for the people who can’t pay real money for coins, but still download your app and are playing on it every day. Thanks for understanding the situation here. I really hope you understand it and fix the problem. 😄 Peace ✌️

Deleting immediately. I read a snippet of a book on social media and dismissed it but then it popped up again. I knew it was going to be a decent book and I’m on vacation so I downloaded the app. In order to keep reading you have to buy “coins”. The first time I bought 100 coins for $5. No biggie a book normally costs about that. There’s a box clicked that says use coins automatically when you first buy them. I had no idea how many I was using but figured no big deal. Well I had to repurchase coins 3 times just to finish the book. $15 later I’m not a happy camper. Could the company just tell you up front? Sure but no one would ever pay $15 for each book. So why would they. Marketing 101 says keep your prices reasonable abd you’ll have long time customers. $5 a book times multiple books is $25+ because it is a good app. But they’d rather swindle you out of $15 up front and lose customers so now they have to keep this up, Word to the developers. Be up front, honest and reasonable and you could have had a huge amount of loyal readers. I easily would have read her series for $5-$7 per book upfront = $28 plus I’m sure I would have read more. You got $15 and no repeat business ever again. No way am I paying $60 to read 4 books from a shady company.

Too expensive. I used to love reading books on this app. Only problem is that most of these books are expensive. Sometimes you have to spend over $10 to read a book which is more that what I pay to read books online. I like to support new writers but it’s not reasonable priced. Read rewards helped a bit which they stopped as well now. I have no choice but to cancel this app. I’ll finish the book I’m reading and then cancel it.

Awesome eBooks. This is a great app not only are the stories very interesting, exciting & fun to read but they have a great variety of short medium and long books & I love that they offer you some free totally free no strings attached no aggravating wait times but totally free books for each and every reader to enjoy! Thanks so much for that totally unexpected gift! Also I like that you can see just how long a book is before you get into it because some are looonnngg!! Others like the great free book I read yesterday are normal to shorter in length I don’t like really long Christmas/holiday stories so this was great for my wants! Plus “Unwrapping Her Perfect Match” was free and very good I laughed, I cried, I was totally pulled into the story and I like that it tells each character’s POV which helps because as a reader I always like to know what all my characters are thinking & why they say and act certain ways this greatly helps! I have tried reading several other apps (9 to be exact) this by far is the best I’ve come across.

Gets you hooked and then.... 2nd Edit: After I’m FINALLY able to finish the book I’ve been on for over 2 weeks I’ll definitely be deleting the app. I won’t be recommending it to anyone either. Edit: Now y’all took away the rewards we can earn?! Not everyone can afford to pay to get coins to read your books. Now you just made it more difficult to enjoy the app. BTW, I’m still on the same book I was on when I first rated the app. Now it’s going to be even longer before I can finish. Dropping the rating I originally gave. You have to wait DAYS until you’re able to read one more chapter. Not a fan of how long it takes to earn rewards. I’d be very willing to change my rating of the app if I had more opportunities to earn rewards or if the chapters took less rewards. As it stands it’s going to be MONTHS before I can finish the book I’m on. Which is annoying, because I can’t just quit reading it.

Great Reads. Kiss has lots of great reading material. However, for those of us who don’t like to make in app purchases, there needs to be more bonus coins offered and or more ways to get them. You get all locked into a story just to be deadlocked at the end of a chapter and have to wait a day or so to get enough bonus coins to continue reading. Allow more ad watching and increase the amount of daily sign on so it feels worth it. Then I’ll increase my 3 ⭐️ to five ⭐️

Love this app!. I absolutely love this app! I have gotten away from reading because of wanting to not spend money on books right now. This has let me get back into reading. It would be a 5 star app if the orientation would change with the device. If I plug my iPad in, I want to be able to turn it upside down and continue to use the app. My case allows for landscape orientation and place the iPad at an angle which makes it easier to read if I am eating while reading or laying in bed wanting to keep my hands free. The app doesn’t allow for that. Otherwise, I love the app. I will say that I am a slow reader, so it benefits me to keep moving through the books and still earn the rewards I need to be able to continue reading. Great job!

Reading Rewards Are Terrible. I used to love this app. It used to be my favorite because I could read and read while gaining a fair amount of coins. I noticed a change recently in how many coins I can earn a day which bogged down my reading. Now I have to unlock 5 chapters to gain reading rewards? What used to take me one day to read now takes me a couple of weeks. Now, I hate this app and I’m deleting it. The book I was trying so hard to read was available on kindle so I just spent $2 for the whole book rather than wasting time on this app that has suffered a sharp decline in worth. Way to crash and burn KISS!

Do not recommend. I tried this app as it popped up on social media with the first 3 chapters of a book & wanted to finish this book. I thought that if I liked it, I could find some more interesting reads and maybe new authors. What I didn’t know is that they would use this book & the fact that I wanted to finish it to charge me a fortune in “coins” to read it. Over 200 coins and almost $12. I know I could have saved my money and not finished it but they used my love of reading and wanting to see the story through. I don’t care what they say about licensing or whatever excuse they use to charge so much- I can buy a well known author’s book for less on a site that doesn’t act like they are doing readers a special favor or service. I finished my book and deleted the app and I won’t use it again. They used the love of reading against me - it’s sad.

Liked the book I read but......... I don’t like the concept of paying for coins to open chapters. It’s a bit extreme. I pay $10 a month for Kindle app and get all kinds of books. I just spent $10 in this app to open all the chapters in one book! No thank you I’m not allowing myself to read another book from this app again. Anti-stepbrother was the one and only. I tested the app and I don’t approve. I absolutely loved the book and that’s why the app got two stars. Note to authors: get your books out there on kindle. Don’t put them on crappy apps like this one. Where the majority of the people in the world don’t want to pay by chapter.

Sneaky VIP subscription. I know everyone will say it’s the consumers responsibility to understand what they are purchasing but the app developers hid the fact (very well and I assume intentionally) that the monthly subscriptions don’t include all of the book titles. Just be aware many of the titles that draw you to this app are not included in their subscription. It would also take well over a hundred dollars to finish a book. Absolutely not worth it, especially considering the quality of the editing… Cancelled my subscription the same day I signed up, lesson learned.

New “offer” for more stories and more coins has locked the app. I clicked on it and it keeps telling me to go to my settings and allow it to track, but even when ido that, it still keeps showing me the same screen to go to my settings. Even when I close the app from the background and restart,it does the 5 second countdown with the story recommendation and then immediately goes back to the same screen to go to my settings. I can’t close the window, I can’t go behind it. Tapping everywhere and everywhere on the screen does nothing. I was going to see if I could delete and then Reinstall but I’m afraid I’m going to lose all my saved stories and will also lose all the coins (chapters) I’ve already put into the 74 chapter book I’ve been reading of which I’m on chapter 59 because i didn’t link the account to my google/apple accounts. So aggravated

Hate the new updates. I love this app but the recent updates have not made it better, it’s made it harder to get coins. The check in now has ads (which is not that big of a deal but still slightly annoying) and the old reading rewards were based on time read now it’s based on unlocking 5 chapters. This has been my favorite app for reading but I wish I had t installed the last two or three updates

No completed stories $10 month subscription?. How is it that you can Pay a $10 subscription monthly and yet only read up to 2 to 4 chapters a day. They provide so many books and no matter how many you have on your list you can only read 2 to 4 chapters a day. Also all of these so-called fake books are just fanfiction‘s that are still being written out some of them having over 4000 chapters. Like that’s a joke… you could go to the local thrift store or even the local Barnes & Noble‘s and buy a full romance novel not just half of it for the same price. Just go to WEBTOON or Google for free fanfiction don’t pay for this app

I Love the Books…but. I am kind of bummed with this app. For a couple of years, you could pay $10 a month and read any book that you’d like. Now, you get some books free and a certain percentage off on the coins. Recently, all the new books have been over 100 chapters, and I can’t afford to read any of those bc it would be over a thousand coins to do so. I would pay $20 a month if it meant I could read any book that I would like to for free/without spending a ton of coins. Right now I’m rereading some of the books that I’ve either bought or read already, but it’s starting to get a little old. Please, change this or do something different bc it’s starting to aggravate me. Also, the new books that they put out are all paranormal of werewolf books, which I hate. Most likely, I will cancel my subscription, and go to Kindle Unlimited where I’d pay $10 a month to read pretty much any books as I’d like.

Fantastic app UPDATE: Not so fantastic anymore. I downloaded this app sometime last year and didn’t really think about it until right before Thanksgiving and once I saw the stories offered, I was hooked and have been on the app every day since. It’s so easy to earn coins to unlock chapters and each chapter doesn’t need a lot of coins (4, 6 or 8 coins). Given the amount of coins you can earn every day, it’s a super easy and extremely affordable way to enjoy stories! UPDATE: I’ve downgraded this app to one star, and if I could I would give no stars. Getting rid of the reader reward option makes zero sense, and you say you have users notice the system was changing, but I think more than 3 out from the change was not enough time for users to understand the changes. Then nothing is explained if a user subscribes to the KISS Pass, except we’re being told we can”read for free”. But not really if we’re paying $9.99/month. I’m not even a little bit sad that I’m deleting the app.

..... but then I logged in. I got hooked into this one book and part of the appeal is only getting to read such a small portion. Well after seeing the ch number go up and up I splurged and brought some coins so I could read just a little moreC well that required me to log in which I had not done ok so I log in. The app froze and took some time to come back up after logging in and I don't know if it was the app or my job's horrible WiFi which gotten even worse at times with construction. Here's my thing that I don't like AT ALL. Before logging in I only had to wait like what 30 sec between watching the ads to get my coins to read the free chapters now after logging in its 2 mins which isn't bad pets say but a lot longer then before I logged in and made a purchase

Coins Are Nearly Impossible to Attain Without Paying. I have one chapter left of the book I’m reading, then I’m deleting this app immediately. I’d been getting the free coins from the daily check ins and the reading rewards, but the amount given for these things recently changed, giving you less than half the amount of coins for the same amount of reading. I already felt like I couldn’t get enough free coins every day, that I was being punished for being a faster-than-average reader, but this is ridiculous. You cannot get coins from the reading rewards if you aren’t even given a sufficient amount of coins to read a single chapter from the daily check in. I also believe that the daily check in should keep track of a streak, and if you check in every single day, it shouldn’t go back to giving you the smallest amount of coins at the beginning of the week. To go from getting 20 coins one day, then 5 the next is like a slap in the face that doesn’t make me want to be a loyal user. Furthermore, since the change, I currently get 10 coins for “day 1” and 5 coins for “day 6,” which doesn’t make an ounce of sense. The alterations to the app’s coin system made the whole interface unusable for me.

Diffiucult to buy coins.. I would love to give this app 5 stars. Cause it really is good. I love the book I’m reading, but when I tired to link my Facebook and Instagram for more coins with no luck. Then I tried to buy more coins so I can just read the freaking book nothing but error comes through and says to buy through google play or Facebook, won’t let me buy coins by app apple store or Facebook . So basically I can read one chapter in like 5 min and have to wait a full day till u can read another cause no way you can actually buy coins and I have tried them all; and I have no problem paying but with all their app errors not possible. So sad!

The app is a scam, duplicate stories in top 10, thousands of chapters. This app is basically a scam. Two of the top 10 stories (The Billionaire Alpha’s Contract Lover & I Got Married Without You) are the exact same story, just with character names changed (and adding werewolves to one, which somehow changes nothing in the story because they do nothing with them), even though they show different authors. The “books” also have THOUSANDS of incredibly short chapters, and no end in sight, so you’ll spend tons of money and won’t even get a full book. Don’t waste your time or money on it like I did, you’ll be disappointed.

Good selection of books. This app has a good selection of books, most seem to be written fairly well too. However the rewards you get for daily check ins and rewards for minutes reading tank horribly after the first week. I feel like you should get rewarded for continuing to use the app, but the daily rewards alone went from 20 to 5, and each half hour went from 8 or so coins to 3. Or nothing. When each chapter costs from 4-8 coins it doesn’t allow you read much at all a day without spending a fortune on coins. Once I finish the book I’m in I’ll likely be done with this app.

Terrible change. Used to love this app before with appropriate daily sign in coins and reading bonus. When I started, chapters were only 2-5 coins. Then they significantly decreased the coin value, took away bonus and brought back, you need a subscription and then all of my chapters are between 5-10 coins each so I have to sign in for like 4 days just to earn enough coins for 1 chapter!! Plus, with some books have very short chapters but so many chapters, you could easily spend $15 on a single book! There are many grammatical, spelling and spacing errors in so many books. I have loved the story line of every book I have read thus far though. I think these updates recently were a poor choice. I also now have a time limit that keeps popping up that I submitted for as a question and no one got back to me!

Not worth it. The fact that there’s a bunch of recycled books on this app is crazy! Literally word for word! The chapters are wayyyy too short, so you’re not getting your moneys worth! Also I literally pay for Kindle Unlimited which is soooo much better then this app, it makes me appreciate it a lot more, because I can read books by certified authors, who know how to spell for a lot cheaper! I have Hoopla through my Library and you get to read books actually for free! There’s no way this app has actually 4.4 rating because the comments on the app don’t back it up. Also the chapters don’t need to be over 300

Love this app. I’ve tried quite a few reading apps and this one is by far the best. It is way cheaper and I haven’t seen very many typos or grammar errors. There are a few things i would love to see them do as far as finding authors and their stories or putting books in a better order or something to help figure out which story comes first in a series. But other than small improvements that could be make, this app is great. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great reading app.

It’s a great app But….. I have just started using the app KISS: reading and writing.. I have started reading the story on Facebook My wife is gorgeous but a ex-convict I believe that is the title lol but you only get to read the first 3 chapters and then you have to buy coins to unlock a chapter it cost real money and they don’t give you ways to really get the coins you need to keep reading it would be better if they had more options to receive them like abs You can watch or completing task like commenting on chapters to receive coins or like writing reviews like this I don’t think you can get coins for it.. Idk it’s a thought I really enjoy the app but not sure how much longer I will be able to keep it because although I enjoy it I don’t have the extra money to spend.. Was amazing. Now? Not so much.. I loved this app. Had great books and actually had reasonable “freebie” coins, especially when compared to other apps on the market. It was the only app of its kind where I am actually willing to spend real money because of that. But recently they dropped the rewards by less than half, both for daily check in and reading bonuses. Now it’s no better than the other apps and frankly it’s not worth it to me if this is how it’s going to stay. I plan to finish the one I’m on to use up the coins I have, then I will be deleting. So sad-it really was amazing until now!

So-so App. I downloaded this app after reading a snippet that popped up on social media. I immediately received coins for downloading, but every chapter costs 4-6 coins to read, and I found out fast that in order to finish the book I’d have to buy coins (you can earn free coins each day for reading and checking in, but it would take about a year to finish the book that way). I purchased 140 coins for $4.99, which wouldn’t have been that big a deal considering the book was good and when I do pay for an e-book it usually costs me between $2-$4. Unfortunately, even after purchasing 140 coins, and getting 33 free coins, I still don’t have enough coins to finish the book. I’d have to purchase another 30-40 coins in order to finish the book immediately. The stories on this app are good, but this app seems best for someone who is happy to read 1 chapter per day. For anyone who gets engrossed in a story and wants to keep reading, this app isn’t worth the cost.

Great app for reading stories, no tricks or frills. So far this is the best app to read stories, don’t download anything else. I have tried about 10 different apps and/or games related to reading fiction and they require so much money to read a book that it is ridiculous. They also have very slim ways to earn coins/diamonds/points, etc. Not KISS, you get opportunity to earn coins very easily and each chapter just requires 4, 6 or 8 coins making reading a book actually doable.

Stories are good, but it’s a pain to even get to read them.. You get 3 coins for the first 3 daily check ins. It takes 6-10, sometimes more, to unlock a single chapter. The next 4 check in days, you get 5 coins each. Then the once you check in for 7 days, it goes back to giving you 3 coins. This is extremely frustrating because I have to check in for 3-4 days before I can even read a single chapter. Maybe consider offering ads for coins? I’m not willing to pay $4.99 and still not get to finish the entire book.

Enjoy Reading - Never Enough Coins. I enjoy the books here but, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars purchasing coins, however this is getting old. 1) unlike other apps, they don’t use your bonus coins first, so if you have recently purchased coins you lose all the bonus coins, they expire, so you really never obtain any “free coins” 2) if you don’t purchase coins, and rely on the bonus coins, I have to go two-three days to get enough coins to read only one chapter! Lord, depending on the book (how many coins each chapter is) heck it could take you two to three months to read one 30 chapter book relying on bonus coins, that’s crazy. Bottom line is I’m done paying over and over to read with this app, I can’t wait 2-3 days to read one chapter! It kind of stinks, I have several books I want to read saved, I really like the author Lexi Ryan and several others, I just can’t afford all the coins it takes anymore, several hundreds of dollars is enough!

Great content and easy rewards. Unlike so many other romance novel apps, KISS has excellent content. Stories are well edited with solid plots and plenty of steamy content. But the beat part of this app is the daily rewards and reading rewards. It’s easy to save up coins to binge read, and it’s not to expensive to purchase them either. I’ve recommended this app to all my girl friends and now we share recommendations all the time. Take my word for it, this is a must have.

The best reader app. Out of my 9 or so apps I currently have to read with, this one is my favorite!! Getting coins is a lot easier then some of the other apps (no “one chapter a day” bologna). There are no ads that take forever and throw you out of your reading groove, and the price of coins (should you wish to pay) is extremely reasonable. The books I’ve read so far are great as well!! A little drawn out in places, but I’m totally happy with them!!

No help from customer service. I’ve reached out several times to customer service. I have tried several times to purchase new coins to continue reading a book I really really like and my purchase won’t process. It tells me to click on a “reset” button ....I took a screen shot of my screen showing that there is no reset button to click on. I’ve gotten to help or feedback to help me. I’ve turned my phone off and back on several times hoping that could help, but it doesn’t. It’s been forever since I found a good book to get lost in and now that I’ve found one and can’t continue reading it because of this flaw and lack of help really is disappointing.

Do not get sucked into this stupid app. I started reading a book on Facebook. I wanted to finish it but it’s going to take me a week to finish the last few chapters because you have to either buy the coins to buy chapters or wait to earn coins. So I bought 100 coins for $4.99. And then unlocked some chapters but the balance never showed up it just automatically used my 100 coins to unlock who knows how many chapters and now it’s asking for more money to unlock more chapters. It doesn’t tell you how many coins it would be to unlock the whole book and some of the chapters are a different amount of coins. Also there is only one way to earn coins and that is your daily check in. The daily check in coin increases every day but only for 7 days. Then you go back to the beginning to get less coins after that. When I finish this book I’m deleting the app. I just want to read a dang book and not spend who knows how much money on the books. There are other book apps that don’t do this to you so you’re better off finding a better app that isn’t trying to scam you out of money.

Best Reading App. I have to say, this is actually a really good reading app! Most reading apps are full of amateur writers that can’t be bothered to edit, and the quality resembles that of a middle schooler’s. This app? It actually has REAL authors, edited books, and its not impossible to continue reading if you don’t have the money to support the authors. They offer you ways to earn coins by logging in and reading for x amount of time, or by purchasing. I love this app.

I love this app. This is my favorite story app. I don’t like the ones where you have to pick what happens because I never have enough coins and end up missing key stuff. This app, however, is just for reading. It’s fun, steamy, and you never miss any of the good stuff. If you watch all 10 ads a day, you can get plenty of coins to unlock new chapters each day. You can save up to unlock 10, 20, or even 50 chapters at a time or you can buy one chapter at a time if you can’t wait. However, recently things changed. I can no longer only unlock one chapter. Now it’s a 3 chapter minimum so I have 10 coins but not enough to unlock anymore today. Hopefully, it goes back so I have the options I need because these stories are good.

I’m confused….. So I’m not great at understanding apps honestly so please don’t take this personally. In the title of the app it said “Read & write romance” so I thought we could write there?? I am genuinely confused. And again please don’t take this personal, I just love writing stories so I decided to come check out this app. So I started exploring but I kind find anywhere to write?? So I’m confused by the title. If you could explain that would be amazing! Thank you.

What happened?. I used to really enjoy this app. Bonus coins were fairly easy to get because it typically just involved reading for a certain amount of time. Now you have to unlock so many chapters in order to get coins to unlock chapters. First 5 then 9. And if you unlocked 6 before claiming that first reward the extra 1 doesn’t go to towards the 9 for the next level reward. You end up spending more than you can get and eventually you can’t get the bonuses without spending money to unlock chapters. Doesn’t make sense. Also I noticed there hasn’t been any free for a limited time books lately. Please change this.

Deceptive “free” reading. “Free” is not free! It is discounted!! Currently reading “Dearest Love”, was offered as “free for a limited time” still have around 20 days of “free” reading for this story. This story is NOT FREE!!! You get to the locked chapters and have to pay!! Yes, it is discounted, but NOT FREE!! Use proper terminology!!! If it’s discounted, then say it’s discounted!!! If it says it’s free, that means I do not need coins to open the chapters!!! Another problem I’ve encountered is that sometimes in the middle of a story, like in “Dearest Love”, the translator changes. Unfortunately in this case, as well as some others, when that happens the names of characters also get changed. In this particular story, not only have names changed, and are frequently changing, and to make it harder to determine who they are referring to, the personal pronouns are also frequently wrong! I really feel sad for authors of these stories. I will not pay to read a story that is so messed up by a translator! If it was truly a free story I’d continue reading because the story itself is good. I will not however pay for such terrible translation! So not free, not willing to continue reading!

5 for the stories 1 for the coins 🤦🏽‍♀️🙃. I would give this app a 5 star rating, because I enjoy the stories, but I think it stinks that you have too keep paying for coins in order to get to each chapter, if there is away I can get free coins I would love to know! I’m not going to keep paying for coins just to try and finish the story I don’t mind purchasing every once and a while but dannnnggg, if I were to keep paying for coins that wound add up in expense ... I’m just saying there should be a way to earn free coins ... and if there is someone let me know!! The only thing I found was the daily check in & reading rewards & that’s even hard to find, the only way I knew how to find that option was to cancel the payment... you sound add a section specifically for stuff like that in my own opinion..

Great stories, terrible coin earnings and cost. I would have to agree with another user that the coin situation is terrible. By the time you purchase enough coins to read and unlock chapters, we could have bought a brand new book for the same price if not cheaper. Some times it takes 2 to 3 days just to read 1 chapter if you’re just using free coins. I stopped trying to purchase coins when the app kept trying to charge double. And when you do purchase coins, the app runs through your coins within a few chapters and doesn’t give you a good amount of reading before having to purchase more coins. Very disappointing situation for such a decent app.

The Alpha Kings hated Slave. Im loving the book so far even though the chapters titles don’t make any sense compared to the characters in the book. The chapters are too pricey or should I say the coins when purchasing are too expensive and there are little to no ways to earn free coins then when you do you only get one coin and you have to wait 2 minutes in between watching the ads and you can only watch 7-8 = said amount of coins which sometimes isn’t even enough to unlock a chapter! Then the book is literally on Auto Unlock so you can’t unlock multiple chapters you don’t know how much you are being charged per chapter and 200 coins are gone in what seems like 10 chapter!! Not too happy

This used to be my favorite reading app. This used to be my favorite reading app. Books are great, and well written and edited. Liked it so much I subscribed. Then two weeks ago I lost my reading history and now although the App Store happily accepts my money and shows me as subscribed the app no longer does and continues to ask for coins. I’ve asked for assistance through their feedback form twice in those two weeks and have yet to get a response. So I will find a new app and cancel my subscription before it renews in 9 days. I was fine paying for books individually but something just feels very dishonest about offering a subscription but not honoring it. Even if it’s just a glitch not receiving back a response in weeks to an actual problem involving real money just rubs me the wrong way and I’m not buying more coins again even if I’m just getting into a really good book when their app acknowledges to me I have a subscription but asks for more money…..

Fantastic Stories Thus Far!!!!. I haven’t had this app long, but so far the stories are really good. More importantly to me though is that they are written correctly. I realize a lot of these apps are offering people a chance to have their writing reviewed and “published”, but not having a properly edited story makes it less enjoyable for me as the thoughts are a jumbled mess that I feel I have to decipher. I am giving this app 4 stars because I feel there is always room for improvement even though I don’t have any complaints at this time. Keep up the good work and keep bringing more of these fantastic stories to my vivid imagination.

Better than most romance reading apps. This app gives a good amount of opportunities to earn coins to buy new chapters, but sometimes it gets to the point where you need to read for 30 minutes to earn more coins...so you just have to read new books with free chapters first and then you might lose track of what books you actually were trying to read. Kind of a pain when I'm just trying to keep one story straight in my head. I also keep waiting for an update to the app, since it is dangling 5 free coins in my notifications if I allow tracking on my iPhone. I can't allow tracking because I'm on the latest software update and the tracking allowance is in a different place than the app recognizes...so I'm stuck with a notification bubble that I can't clear and no 5 free coins to claim. Miniscule issues, I know, which is why this app is still way better than the others I have tried!

Stories that are ACTUALLY GOOD. I’ve downloaded quite a few short story apps to read in my free time, and so many have such poor quality writing and stories. But KISS actually feels like I’m reading books I would find at Barnes & Noble! Quality reads, great story lines, perfect for someone who loves romance, fiction, and feel good stories! I can’t stop opening a new book every time I finish one. The only negative is that I have to use coins for each chapter. I wish there was an option to earn coins besides just paying and a discounted option to buy the whole book at once instead of chapter by chapter.

Concept is good, execution is horrific. It is never explained how the “bonus” from daily check can be used, found that out by reading some comments in chapter notes. Everything was fine for a while then my account suddenly disappeared- “eh, I haven’t bought anything I can work around this” and did. They make a change to the other option to earn bonuses-worked only after sending a feedback form. No response, no sorry for the issue it’s been corrected…no customer service. Yesterday I try to use my daily check bonus but only get a popup to buy coins. Take screenshots to send another feedback request but they won’t come up when I try to attach (yes, the app is allowed to access my camera, it shows only pictures from 1st feedback form). So thanks for the memories of a few good stories but this app needs to be a lot more user friendly & reliable. The only plus was seeing some authors I wasn’t familiar with…now I’ll go buy there books somewhere else.

Very good!. I downloaded this recently and I’m really enjoying it! The app looks good, is well organized and makes it easy enough to get coins so that you can read significant amounts daily. One critique is that I tried to get the coins from an email verification but it wouldn’t send the email even though I entered it a few times and it always said “sent” at the bottom of the screen. Also it didn’t recognize the ending for one of my emails and wouldn’t let me sent unless I entered my gmail. If it has to be verified I don’t see why it wouldn’t send to another type of email. Overall the stories are great and well edited and I’m enjoying though so very well done!!

Awful.. I read on 5/6 different apps, I was intrigued by a story advertised on instagram and decided to try and read it, the first 4 chapter were really good and that’s what I see the most comments on, then the “book” becomes unhinged, starts skipping around, you can’t tell who is “talking” the plot has so many holes that I couldn’t keep up. It got disgusting where she was graped and just let it go and then we don’t hear about the mystery guy for ages, the guy she loves treats her like trash then care for 2.5 seconds and the guy who cares she gives up because she’s dying, all the while she calls organ rejection a heart condition band that no one knew… like they never knew she was sick and almost died or doesn’t have scars. I mean absolutely no common sense I think it was written by a robot. And anything else I’ve looked T it’s very much the same.

Kind of Expensive. I saw the first couple of chapters on an add on Facebook, I liked what I read so I downloaded the app. The reading reward system is cool, so is the daily check-ins. Just wished they would give a greater number of coins, at least 4 coins in order to continue reading a chapter. Especially since it alternates between 6 coins and 4 coins different chapters. If you want to purchase coins it’s gonna cost you like 5 bucks to complete a book if not more, and that’s with help of the extra bonuses they give. So my advice is if you’re very patient or have money to burn, get the app. But if not I wouldn’t really since the coin system is kind of flawed at the moment and could definitely used improvement.

Ridiculous. What an incredible waste of money. A chapter is about a paragraph long and $22 buys you 80 chapters in a 3500 chapter book. For that price the least you could do is have a copy editor fix the 100’s of typos and grammatical errors, which are actually so prolific and obvious they should be getting picked up in a simple word doc.

Expensive way to read a book. I don’t mind paying for books and stories but paying by chapter is an expensive way to do it. Even with the free coins you sometime don’t get enough for a chapter per day without signing up for all their tracking. Back to Apple Books I go where for a flat price I can get a whole book.

Actually enjoyed the book I was reading, however purchasing $22 of coins which unlocked “80 chapters” (and by chapters I mean a chapter is all but the size of a paragraph in a normal paper book), only to realise the book I was reading had over 3000 chapters… so in fact would cost me 800 odd dollars to read a book by an author that I doubt would have even been published (especially by all the typos/grammatical/punctuation errors!!) this app is a joke and would highly recommend you stay away and read proper books from bookstores or their apps. 0 star rating!!

Ridiculous costs. The costs for coins to read a book is horrendous. The boom I am reading will cost me over $150 (AUD) if I want to purchase the coins to read it. They should be disgusted in themselves! Not to mention the book has spelling and grammatical errors throughout. Even mixing up or changing the names of characters incorrectly in some chapters.

Not happy. I was really enjoying the books and I made a one time purchase for coins so I could use the coins to read more chapters of a book I was enjoying. After this one time purchase the app kept automatically taking payments from my PayPal account without my permission & I couldn’t cancel the payments so Apple told me the only way to fix it was to delete the app. Not Happy!

It’s raining free coins. I love this app!!! So many coins pour in with only a bit of patient waiting and rewards for reading. I have already finished 3 novels without buying coins at all!!!! Lots of technical issues. The books I have read have been well written. However, when you have an issue, the app makes it very difficult to report and solve. I purchased coins, double payment was taken on two separate occasions. Apple refunded on the first occasion but refused the second. The issue with Kiss is still yet to be resolved. I think i will invest in a kindle.

Great new app. Loving the app so far. Like how you can customise how the layout of the stories are to your liking and the vast variety to stories. The coins used to unlock each chapter are reasonable. Hopefully will have more way of earning coins in the future

No Free Lunch here. The only way to read books in this app is to purchase a pass then you may be able to earn coins. Developers should understand that in this day and age not everyone is cashed up. Other reading apps offer ways to read a book for free by waiting or watching ads etc.

What a load of. I have never detested an app such as this. I am happy to pay for reading material but the way this app works is atrocious. I ended deleting this app before I finished reading the first novel. It was absolute trash - pretty woman meets 50 shades of grey. No imagination, stereo typed characters, predictable plot. Don’t waste your time.

Shrinking coins!. You will lose half of your free coins the moment you purchase a package. I wish I never made any purchases. They also increased the number of coins required per chapter from 3 to 9 to 16 up to 20. This happened to me with one of the books where the following chapter was asking for 9 coins. The moment I saved my free coins it went up to 20 coins. I know they’re trying to force me to purchase another package as I had done so previously. 20 coins per chapter is not worth it. I put in a complaint & not surprisingly it was removed. What did I expect? I am just going to read whatever I have downloaded then delete the app. Plenty of other reading apps available.

Used to be good. Unless you want to pay, find a different reading app. This app used to have reading rewards, now you only get a pathetic log in reward unless you pay. So while it's going to take months to open a story now, at least we no longer have to waste hours a day keeping the app open to open up stories. Now it's just log in grab your coins and log out until you can open a couple chapters at a time (as I prefer reading the whole story at once, every few months I'll spend a day or two reading

Money scam with poor customer service. This thing is just a money grab! You need to buy coins to unlock each individual chapter. I wrote to customer service to ask if there was a way to buy the book and not have to unlock individual chapters and I was told there wasn’t. The guy literally wrote me « Becareful with your money lady ». Umm... (1) it is very rude to call me « lady » and (2) exactly! I AM careful with my money and would like transparency as to how much this book is going to cost me! Next step, deleting this app...

Terrible. I really recommend avoiding this app… I paid over 35 dollars for coins as you have to pay to unlock each new chapter… I’m now upwards of 120 chapters, not done the book and to be honest the quality is so bad! It’s like the author forgets who they’re talking about, messes up names, is incredibly repetitive and I think English may be their second language. There doesn’t seem to be any quality checking for the novels on this platform. For the ridiculous expense and terrible quality I’d give this experience negative stars if I could!

Paid for the book but after a while the chapters get cut off. Let’s start with the positives: 1) Good variety of books to choose from and you get a sneak peak of usually the first three chapters to read to see if you’ll like the book before you use your coins on continuing 2) Randomly, you’ll get free books to read for X amount of days/hours 3) Easy app to use and I like how they categorize the novels as well as provide key words of what the stories are about 4) There are free daily coins for logging in and for reading - not a lot, but free Now for the Negative: 1) I’ve had the app for a few months and I’ve never seen any discount on coins. As mentioned by a few other reviews, your 625 coins doesn’t last very long when you have books that go for 40-50 chapters at the cost of 3-8 coins per chapter 2) After I’ve paid $ to buy the coins to read the books, I realized after a while you no longer have the full book. What I mean is, I went back to read one of the books I really enjoyed only to find out the end of each chapter has been cut off. Like it’s missing 1/4 of the chapter and it leaves you hanging. The end of the chapter and the beginning of the next chapter don’t link and doesn’t make any sense. I think it’s ridiculous you charge money to buy these coins and after buying them, I’d expect to be able to keep the FULL BOOK I PAID for in my library. But instead, I’m being ripped off and I can’t reread the books tho I’ve supposedly paid for them.

Book. I was enjoying the app, until I had to pay not one 19.99 for 80 chapter then when used those chapter I needed to pay to continue a the book. There are over 1000 chapter in this book it would have cost me over 100 for a book. So I deleted my account without finishing the book. No digital book is worth that kind of money. The book I was ready was really good, just not paying that much.

Literally can’t even use it. I open the app and it wants me to enable tracking, sure whatever if it’ll help me find books faster. I go to settings, and it isn’t an option. I check many more times, still not an option. I restart the app to hopefully delete the pop-up, every time I do it comes back and won’t go away until I turn on nonexistent tracking. 1 star - doesn’t even work.

So far the stories I’ve been reading are really fun to read and very interesting. I liked the book I was reading but…. Each chapter is divided into like 4 parts so that means there’s literally 1,000 chapters to unlock. I got the pass because I thought I want to read the book and obviously author needs to get paid for their work but nope! The monthly pass doesn’t get you any coins or even access to the books only a select amount that I don’t even know if they are good. Why I pay monthly and I can’t read all books in platforms period?

Only one problem…. I just started reading on this program last night and then left it over night thinking I would have more coins to read with today…. Nope, no coins? I thought the coins refill after an hour?? I’m bummed because I really enjoy this app but I’m not gonna spend money to use it… sorry.

Nice. It’s a good app but I don’t like having to use coins or purchase more coins just to read books. If the coins were given more often or something then I would give it a 5 but when the number of coins goes up to open the next chapters kinda gets annoying. If you want ppl to really enjoy this app then try not rising the number coins to be used for the next chapters and add more free coins every hour or so it would make it a lot easier.

Short chapters means more coins required. I feel like I’m being cheated here. The chapters are unnecessarily short, so there are nearly 2000 of them in the story I’m reading. The amount of coins needed per chapter is around 6, so I end up buying coins because I have no patience to get more by watching all the ads etc. if I waited for it that way, I’ll never finish this! Stop making the chapters so short just to bilk us for more $$!

Stories are great, cost not so much.... So far each story that I have read has been great. But the cost of the chapters and the amount of coins you earn makes it not worth it. Last week the amount of coins offered for signing in every day went up until the middle of the week and then it dropped drastically. I feel like if you sign in everyday it should keep growing or at least just start over every week. So now when I get 5 coins for signing in I can’t even buy the next chapter with that.

Great chapters but not enough coins…. Honestly I was hoping to love this app…there’s just no way to enjoy reading the books without having to either buy coins, wait to check in, or watch a few videos to earn ONLY 1 coin for each video. The chapters are so short too 😭 there needs to be more options to earn coins for free. I can’t afford to spend money for this app so there needs to be more options for free coins. Love it!. It’s reasonably inexpensive to buy coins if you want coins to read more. And chapters don’t take many coins, though I think the chapters should cost less. That way people spend more time on the app reading. It has a plethora of stories to choose from. I hope to become a writer for this app.

Annoyed. I downloaded this app after reading three very interesting and very good chapters of a book on a social media app. I was able to enjoy another three chapters before being told I must pay with coins to open the next chapter. As they gave me 20 free coins, I went ahead and opened the next chapter. And then three more chapters before running out of coins. No biggie, I thought. I’ll just buy some. I did the math, and to purchase enough coins to read the entire book I would be spending almost $15. That is ridiculous! This app is a joke and wish I could find that book somewhere else. App deleted. Do not waste your time.

Lost coins and bonus. I really enjoyed the stories in this app so I decided to have a monthly subscription. If I get subscription, I will get 320 coins instantly and 6 bonus points daily. I paid for my subscription and did not receive anything. I sent an email, but have not heard anything from them. It has been five days. It even says, VIP next to my user name and I still do not get the benefits for being a subscriber.

It’s not Wattpad. I started reading books on wattpad and fell in love. I didn’t even know of any other reading apps till I found this one. I’ve fallen in LOVE. I love that books have to be submitted before being published because I think it helps to not have a bunch of books with grammatical errors. It does cost coins for the majority of books, but it’s not many and there are plenty of ways to earn coins freely.

Run Away!. Stories are definitely written by AI or ESL- who write much better in English than I do in any other language but it’s still quite off putting. Tenses are incorrect; odd wording of sentences; idioms & metaphors are very confusing etc.. It’s distracting while reading. A lot of story line revolves around needing to honor parents, husband etc.. even if they’re abusive. Main female characters literally dying and being assaulted “r*p3d” by husband. It’s also unbelievably expensive to purchase chapters for a story that literally never ends. I would get ebooks off Am@zon or somewhere else for both better quality and bang for your buck.

It was great but they changed things. I loved this app, it was one of the better reading apps I have found. Lately they have gotten really stingy with the coins they give away daily. I don’t mind paying for my reading but it was a huge difference from what they were giving before. Now the app is removing books I had saved from my library and I am not able to reread books I have already paid my money to unlock. It wants me to pay for them again. I was totally addicted to this app but now I think it is time for me to move on.

Anti-stepbrother. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE this book! Def recommend reading it. The story made it impossible to put the book down. I just wanted to keep reading and reading, not wanting it to end. Sadly it did but here’s to hoping the author writes a sequel to it. The characters in the story are instantly likable and relatable making it easier to fall in love with the book.

Horrible Coin system. You cannot get enough coins to read. The ways to earn coins changes every two seconds. It will say read for 15 minutes and I will go back to get the 3 coins and then it will say read for 2 minutes but never give me the coins for reading in the first place. The only reason anyone used this application is because of the escorting the billionaire series. As an avid reader I can easily say this application is one of, if not the worst ones out there. It’s really a shame too because they have some good material.

Highly recommend. Absolutely love this app!! I’ve found amazing books. I just wish we didn’t have to purchase coins to continue reading. And I wish if there were sequels to the first books, that the app made the authors number them but other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Reading Rewards Are Terrible. I used to love this app. It used to be my favorite because I could read and read while gaining a fair amount of coins. I noticed a change recently in how many coins I can earn a day which bogged down my reading. Now I have to unlock 5 chapters to gain reading rewards? What used to take me one day to read now takes me a couple of weeks. Now, I hate this app and I’m deleting it. The book I was trying so hard to read was available on kindle so I just spent $2 for the whole book rather than wasting time on this app that has suffered a sharp decline in worth. Way to crash and burn KISS!

Nice but Fees. The app it’s self is fine. I don’t like how now the new thing is to purchase coins to read a book. Wish there was a way you could just purchase the book with all the chapters for one price!!! I don’t understand why it’s like this now but it’s annoying and expensive by the time you finish reading over 900 plus chapters if you even make it that far!!

Don’t wast your time the app Steals off of you.. This app is taking all my coins and not even letting me read the book I was reading with them. I bough a big package and unlocked 80 chapters with it and had 129 coins left well only 25 chapters was unlocked and my remaining coins just disappeared! This app has been doing this for a while to me now I have been keeping an eye on it for a full week to see if it happens again. It has happened everyday! This app is taking a lot of money and not giving you anything in return!! Thai app is complete garbage and a thief!

Buyer Beware, Save Yourself. If you want to spend an insane amount of money on a book that starts fairly good, then never delivers, and never ends… then this is the app for you. It’s ridiculously hard to finish a ‘book’ when it’s over 2,500 ‘chapters’ and you have to buy coins to unlock each ‘chapter.’ Mind you this is a term I use very loosely here as each of these ‘chapters’ are about as long as this review. So in order to ‘finish’ a book you’re essentially spending tens, if not well over a hundred bucks. All for the pleasure of drowning in a sea of poorly written rubbish. Don’t say you weren’t warned…

Stories are good, but it’s a pain to even get to read them.. You get 3 coins for the first 3 daily check ins. It takes 6-10, sometimes more, to unlock a single chapter. The next 4 check in days, you get 5 coins each. Then the once you check in for 7 days, it goes back to giving you 3 coins. This is extremely frustrating because I have to check in for 3-4 days before I can even read a single chapter. Maybe consider offering ads for coins? I’m not willing to pay $4.99 and still not get to finish the entire book.

All titles. The books are ok so far. They need some extra attention to check grammar, punctuation and spelling. The worst thing is having to wait to claim free coins or buying them. If you advertise a free product it should really be free. Just be honest in your advertising. Why trick people into something. I personally like to bing read books. I HATE to wait to finish a book once I get into it. This will be the reason I delete the app. When I get tired of waiting for free coins I’m done and will tell everyone I know not to download it because it’s irritating

Used to be better. I loved this app when I first got it. It was the only app that made it actually possible to read every day. Collecting just enough coins to read a chapter a day. Now, they switched it up. You get less coins per day now and for how long you read. The chapters get up to like 8 coins to read but you only collect like 3 for reading. So disappointed in how this has changed.

Great app. This is the only and I mean only app where the books don’t cost an arm and a leg the wording is great not a lot of errors and its great actual books I would read. The best reading out out there hands down way better than those cheesy foreign ones. You can easily but coins that last a whole and you have opportunities everyday to earn coins easily.

Read Rewards. This app just keeps getting worse! Now we have to unlock 4 chapters before we earn coins?! And the coins expire?! Why would ANYONE use this when you can buy kindle books for $.99?!?! I used to love this app. Books/chapters are expensive to read if you strictly have to buy coins. This used to be “balanced out” by the fact that you could earn back 20 or so coins by way of daily reading rewards. This is being removed on 5/7?!?! Once this set of Coins is gone, I’ll be deleting the app and moving back to my kindle. I suspect others will do the same. Major bummer!!

Subscription Error. I subscribed because I love this app and it went great for about 2 months and then they updated the app and my subscription was gone. They told me it would be fixed and nothing so far. I emailed again and they told me I’m signed in with an Apple ID that wasn’t subscribed but I sent them screen shots that clearly show I am. I pay $10 a month and still have time left on my subscription but I the app keeps telling me to subscribe for a $100 yearly fee. I love this app but I feel swindled. Wish someone could actually fix the problem.

In general. The books offered are awesome. Be sure to look at reviews and comments. It saves time from reading books that have multiple spelling errors. There is nothing worse than to be stuck with one of those.

Bait and switch. This app works fine but - do not pay money for their premium service! They will take your money and then change the terms on you. They charged me $100 for a year subscription to unlimited content and then limited the content available to VIP subscribers. It’s deceitful. I contacted their customer service about it and was given a canned, unhelpful response. 0/10 will not recommend! Edit - thanks for your sarcastic response to my honest review, you crooks!

Love this app!. The writing is way better than any other app I’ve downloaded. The content is always so good. And I love that I get coins for reading and checking in daily.. it makes it affordable to read these books. I love it! I don’t think I’ll be going back to any other reading apps ever!

Recommended. I’m really enjoying the app so far. It’s not like the others where you have to wait like forever to get to read the next chapter, rather than that you can earn coins while reading for certain amount of time plus you get coins for signing everyday. I haven’t found any bugs but like I say so far it’s good. Ps: it has good stories as well.

Why be so sneaky???. Many of us would pay a reasonable price to have monthly access to this app, but charging per chapter????? That is not going to create any loyalty and everyone will be deleting after they realize how much they just paid for one book. The story I was reading was very well written - but I won’t finish it now I accidentally clicked the auto charge for coins- and have spent 30 min of my day trying to figure out how to turn it off. (Spoiler alert, there isn’t a way). How is this even legal- charging without confirming in the app??? Terrible set up- do not recommend.

Can’t Submit Story. I got really excited when I saw this app suggested to me on Facebook because I have been writing my own book and didn’t know how to get it out there. I thought this app would be the best way to see if it could go anywhere. But when I tried to submit it via email (twice), it couldn’t deliver. I triple checked that I had the correct email address but could not get it to go through. I haven’t started reading any stories on the app yet but I am hesitant now because of the glitch I’ve encountered. It makes me think it’s not worth it and I should just go buy real books.

Love the stories!. Love the stories, but I’m an avid reader, I wish you guys offered ways to collect more coins besides purchasing them, maybe have ppl pay to advertise and we can watch ads to collect more coins, idk, I don’t enter info online so I refuse to pay for coins, but wld be glad to take short surveys or watch ads to collect coins. Just a thought.

VIP is not longer VIP. I have been a VIP member for the last few years. I have decided to not renew my membership when it comes up. The VIP section is seriously lacking in new material. The app wants you to spend even more money to read any decent books. The editors picks and the “Best on KISS” all require you to pay money on top of the membership. If I’m going to spend $15 on a book I’m going to do it through Audible or Kindle.

Money TRAP!!!. I’ve never left a review for an app but caveat emptor ( let the buyer beware)! You start reading a book not knowing what it’s going to cost you to finish the book. I spent over $10 reading one book! Once you start you’re investing on finishing And that’s what they bank on. For $10 you can get other apps for a month worth of all the books you can read. While the book was good, I am deleting this app expeditiously so that I don’t spend anymore money.

All the wrong places. I have been interested in many stories on line and am usually disappointed in the poor writing skills and grammar. The stories usually start off great and then take a horrible turn. This was a great story. It was well written and believable. It held my attention to the last page and I was left wanting more even though we were given an adequate ending. I enjoyed this very much... it was perfect

4.6. I The app is great thus far and I’ve not come across any bumps on the way along the road. But reading only for a short amount of time has proved only so much. I’ve got an amazing fast read and have read my free chapters with a quickness. Not I’ve got to patiently wait for tomorrows bonus coins. I’ve not figured out the drawbacks of the app if any in the short amount of time I have earned the free codes.

Incredible. I don’t know why anyone would give this app anything less than five stars! I have not found a book on this app which is an absolutely sensational!!If you’re looking for a good reads, then this is the app for you!!

Excited then let down. I was stoked to find something to read that had many chapters than other platforms. Especially attainable with the coin rewards you earn. The let down was when the chapters you unlock go away after a couple days. When I had assumed once unlocked always unlocked. I mean even short video stories let you keep what you’ve unlocked. Huge disappointment. Deleted it knowing that.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! FRAUDULENT CHARGES WARNING!!. On June 27-28th 2023, my 12 year old somehow managed to play My Escape, My Secret Crush, by Crazy Maple Studios and over a period of hours, 45 separate $1.99 charges were made. She was actually asleep when some of the charges were made. She didn’t make all of these charges and I was not asked to approve or disapprove these charges. These charges are fraudulent and possibly the result of some sort of virus! APPLE has declined my request for a refund. Crazy Maple Studios, please do what is right and issue a refund!

My coins are disappearing. I will buy coins to read which is a little expensive but as soon as I read couple chapters it’s gone. For instance last night I bought 100 coins and I literally read 4 chapters last night and 1 this morning now I have to buy more. I noticed it’s been happening for a little while but this is ridiculous.

Earn coins by reading. What happened!! You used to be able to earn coins after you read for 15 or 30 minutes. It costs too much to buy coins all the time. I may have to go to a different reading app!! Please bring back earning coins after you read a certain amount of time!!! When will there be more ways to earn coins instead of buying them?

Love it, But. I do love this app, the only thing is we aren’t given enough bonus coins.. I mean it takes more coins to read a chapter than you get.. an I’m not sure why you won’t give a free pass fore reading. Like one day a week or so.. it is a great app an there are some really good stories.. And you have taken away the daily reading rewards also. I’ll be deleting it..

Adore this app. I absolutely love this app just because of all the different books you can find and the different series. The only thing I disagree with is the fact that they changed the point system. It takes forever now for my to try and read my books and I don’t want to have to start a new book just to be able to finish another by racking up my minutes to earn points. Can we go back to the other point system?

Ridiculous. You get roped in with a chapter that gets you to download the app to get access to the story. You are given a little more content only to discover you have to purchase “coins” to continue reading. $5 for 110 coins. I finished the story with a purchase of $10. After every single chapter you had to use your coins to gain access to the next. Ridiculous interruptions. The stupid part is that their introductory content was good enough I would have paid the ten outright to purchase the story. I did enjoy the story, kudos to the author but I deleted the app even though I had coins to spare. Messed up operation seriously

Great Books but...... This app offers really great books, but the adjustment in coins has dropped drastically and it causes me to choose books through difference sources. Even though you own coins for reading, the amount of coins doesn’t compare to what the chapter cost. You only only allowed 2 or 3 chapters before you’d need to purchase coins and that run out surprisingly fast. When you use to earn coin 15-20 coins, it made a hugeeee difference.

Great app!. Overall amazing app!!! I love the stories that are included, however I just wish more chapters were free or that they were at least the same consistent coin purchase necessary to unlock the next chapter. They usually vary from(4,6,8) coins per chapter....if they could set books to need the same coins to unlock the next chapters would be GREAT!! They would definitely get a 5 star from me if they could fix that!!

Easy to get hooked, but they keep moving the goalposts.. Have been using the app for a few weeks. At first, you got reward coins quite easily. Then, they got rid of half the rewards. A week later, they were back. Now, half way through my reading reward for the day, the task changed from read for 30 minutes to unlock 3 chapters to get 5 coins (it cost 33 coins for 3 chapters and I’m not even halfway through the book!) at this rate, it will cost me 112 coins to finish the book or $8. That’s just too much for a digital short story. Download kindle and use your library card instead.
