Total scam. This app is a scam. It lures you into a 3rd party app when you think you are signing up to rent a bike. Had to cancel my credit card after.

App. The worse it doesn’t work

Scam. Took my credit card info and made unauthorized charges . I had to have my credit card cancelled. It is NOT the correct bike app for Pittsburgh.

Deceiving ads. I thought by pressing “Start” at the bottom of the screen in the app was part of the app. After going through it, I find out it is an advertisement and I signed up for a service that was not the healthy ride. Poor experience!

Worst bike app ever!. Do not use…no customer service and no clear instructions if your having troubles.

Worst bike rental app ever. Hi, Ive been biking around the states, Miami, Boston, Nyc etc. honestly this is such an inconvenient app for Americans. First of all the app itself the map version, its not clear how to rent a bike. And its difficult to register to make a payment. Lyft, citybike is so much better honestly this company needs to make serious updates or just a whole new app where i can easily pay and rent through apple pay or without registering.

The real POGOH app is nextbike. If you are looking to use POGOH in Pittsburgh set it up through Nextbike, from what I understand this is just for finding stations.

Awful. This app causes people to give up on getting bikes. I see it so often, it’s absurd.

Cannot do anything with this app. Completely useless, can’t rent anything

Directions. Should give directions to stations

Doesn’t work. Been sitting here for five minutes waiting for a pin that doesn’t arrive. Then when it does arrive it’s a five digit code. But wait they want a six digit code. Just go to a place in Manna bike it’s a lot easier

Fake app. This isn’t the right app, the real one is nextride

Can be better.. What’s the point?

No Instructions. I cannot figure out how to change my payment plan or how to rent a bike.

Worst app. So confusing. Then I get a suspicious warning from me bank. Who ever headed this app needs to be fired.

Ad at the bottom is a fake start link.. The ad at the bottom with the big green start button is not a part of the app. It will steal your banking information and not allow you to delete it.
