Best App. Adidas’s has by far the best sneaker app it’s not even close. I love the fact that they allow you to trade points for vouchers to me that shows the ultimate appreciation for the customer and it’s a blessing especially when you really want an item but you lacking financially those points and vouchers come in handy I use to just be a straight Nike head now you can catch me on my fly guy in them 3 stripes ya heard

Payment Not Verified. I’ve been an icon member for Adidas many years and I notice that few month ago; I couldn’t order anything from Confirmed App and Adidas app at all. Every time I placed an order, it says saying, “payment could not verified.” I tried using different card and it still the same. I called my cards institutions and nothing seems to be a flag in the account. So if the Adidas app developers’ see this comment; please make it works once again. It could be a bug.

App is useless. Less than 1 star in my opinion.. Adidas is trying to compete with the Snkrs app, unfortunately in doing so they’ve became just like them. You guys cater more to resellers and bots. I used to love this brand because you used to cater to loyal customers but using this app has honestly made me want to not even touch anything with 3 stripes. Also might I had it takes them 4 hrs to let you know you didn’t win. At least SNKRS notified you right away. Listen ti your customers adidas, read the reviews and fix what you already know is a big problem in the hype community. You companies do this like this and then wonder why people go to New Balance and other sneaker brands.

Fell Short…. I’ve had numerous issues with this app. The interface alone is a disaster. The amount of times the server has had an error is truly baffling considering the company it’s supposed to represent. From multiple charges in my accounts due to processing, the insane amount of time it takes to in fact process, to the app crashing half the time. And no, not just during lottery draws for limited runs of specific shoes. I mean ALL THE TIME. Navigation is a bit shoddy as well. I understand the aesthetic they’re going for but functionality should matter just as importantly and to that end I think they missed the mark.

Yeezy. I love that the confirmed app gives a fair chance for consumer to enter raffles for example for all the Yeezy drops and have the opportunity to win a release via lottery. I haven’t had the best of luck with the confirmed app since it transitioned to this. I have spent thousands of dollars on the adidas app prior to the merge and would purchase every single Yeezy drop. I’m a big Yeezy enthusiast and consumer. I hope my luck changes and I’m successful on purchasing my favorite brand of shoes. Thank you.

Disappointed!!!. This app is complete trash!!! from my childhood till today I been wearing adidas and honestly is a huge disappointment as a loyal customer that for almost 2 years trying to cop a pair of Yeezy’s, I couldn’t get a single W in all this time. It is frustrating how all the hype behind these products are created to later be snatched by bots and other traps that allow third parties to extort others to obtain hi profits, and the brand does nothing about it, at the point that they seems like direct beneficiaries of it. Tired of wasting my time in this absurd way of get products I’ve decided to eliminate the app from my phone and stop consuming all kinds of products from the brand, as not to continue supporting these absurd and irrational method. I’ll go with other brands where I can be more appreciate it as a customer, and you guys outside should do the same, Bye Bye 3 stripes !!!

Good app. I hit on the first day I downloaded all the comments of people that are mad you can tell you are all mad because y’all cannot hit lol , when there’s a drop there’s obv going to be connection issues ,, hmmm bright idea idiots ?! 😁 why don’t y’all enter the drop early instead of sitting there proactively on the app so it can get over crowded? Y’all didn’t know you can enter a drop then come back when it’s finished to see if you won ??

No bots just people. I am a novice when it comes to sneakers. I have always appreciated a good sneaker and hated the resale market. Never spent an extra dime on resale market for something I liked. It kind of defeats the purpose if you can pay to win, for me the charm of winning something at retail makes it that much more special. I have had a few “W”s on this app in the course of couple years but every time the joy on winning something was great. If you want to be part of the sneaker culture and hate spending extra on resale then this is the only way to go. Wishing you All the Best

You’ll never get shoes. They’ll take your money, but you’ll never get the shoes. Even if you “win” a raffle you still won’t get the shoes. You will get a shipping notice that never updates. You’ll wait a week or so and then spend an hour on the phone for them to explain that they didn’t have enough. They won’t reach out to you and tell you that, you have to reach out to them. But don’t worry, you can always spend 3X the amount they cost with a reseller if you really want them. All of these companies could end reselling if they really wanted, but they don’t. So buy the hype and keep taking those L’s. But don’t believe them when they say they can’t do any better

One of the worst experiences ive ever had. I would always join the raffles when adidas would use their old app to make them, now enforcing to use this app that can't and won't even work properly is disappointing, all sneaker heads know that the SNKRS app is bad, but SNKRS just got some competition, actually SNKRS is amazing compared to this. Raffles literally glitch out and don't even work 30 minutes before they close (you only have 30 minutes to sign up) and to make things worse not only it wont let you sign up but it will work for a little then ask you to choose select your payment method and then crash or tell you a message "Please try again later" NO I cannot try again later the raffle closes in 2 minutes! SNKRS at least would let you sign up and give you the L, but this app makes you look like a buffoon while trying to sign up. Really disappointing coming from adidas....

Confirmed is no bueno. Everything was fine until Adidas decided to start launching their sneakers on the confirmed app, it has problems loading on release day, keeps giving error messages and the only ones getting the hyped sneakers are resellers with their bots. Adidas app always worked fine, I know many people that hit on sneakers on the adidas app, including myself, but now ever since they move their sneakers release to the confirmed app it seems that no one win any sneakers. I going to switch to more accessible sneakers like Brooks or Puma because I’m not going to pay resell value for Chinese sneakers. Goodbye Adidas!!

What is the point of this app. What is the point of this app when you can’t hit on any of these drops. I have participated in a bunch of drops and have yet to hit on anything. To me that makes the app useless. I don’t get why sneaker companies love to play these games with customers. It’s unfortunate and down right wrong. The app itself is well designed and laid out beautifully, I just wish adidas would let more people actually get some of their sneaker drops. Hey adidas you need to do something about this or else you are going to lose customers & interest in your products.

Horrendous - Change name to “Denied”. This app is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. They do nothing to support real people using it trying to cop rare sneaker drops. The raffles and queues are not fair and do nothing to combat the use of bots. I have given up. I tried for over a year to use this app but have been unable to score anything. They completely changed the algorithm since separating from the original adidas app and it has ruined my experience and tried my patience. On the old app I was able to win fairly frequently. I would say maybe 15-20% of the draws I entered. On “CONFIRMED” I have entered over 50 drops with a 0% win rate. This is not a sudden change of luck. This is a change in the algorithm and it is frankly infuriating. Adidas system of verifying legitimate payment methods is broken. When you can’t even enter drops because the app architecture is broken it doesn’t make participating fun. I am so aggravated beyond words…I have never had a worse experience interacting with a system. I tried to delete the app, reload and change my address and payment info but only ran into pitfalls unwittingly created by the incompetence of the app designers. It is laughable you employ system engineers that cannot correctly build a proper app for a multi-billion company. I love adidas. I love the style and the shoes. But I cannot recommend this app. Using app is worse than being held underwater while subjected to multiple punches in the balls. Please fix this.

Should be called CULUDE not CONFIRMED.. After 4 months of not landing a single Yezzy. I began to think something was suspicious when every boutique sneaker store in New England has every Yezzy that came out this year and multiple pairs at a X5 mark up. Finally when the most hideous pair in the world didn't sell out I was able to buy it. When I went to buy the pair of sneakers the website said my Apple card didn't work, so I tried all of my cards. None of them worked. I called customer service and the rude kid said it was my fault and call my bank or get a Pay Pal. So I called my bank and the person on the other end said the same thing has been happening to her as well. What are the chances right!? The only difference for her was that she was in more raffles that week because she had kids and a husband. Yet, still didn't get a single kick. I run my debt card and my credit card from the same institution while on the phone with her and she says nothing is registering. Then today 3 weeks Iater, I get an email that says sorry and I can place my order now and give them a call. So I do, I ask if they are going to honor my attempts and they say no. Really!!?? This sounds like Elizabeth Warren needs to know.

This App needs HELP. When it comes to entering their Draws and Shock Releases you have to go through a 3D Secure screen. Which of its a shock drop release that makes your chances of buying the shoe basically impossible because by the time you enter all your info and go through the 3D Secure the shoe is SOLD OUT. And then when you enter the Draws you wait at least 2 hours or more to get notified if you won or not. ADIDAS PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!!

My honest opinion. I gave confirmed 2 stars because if I have been entering all of the raffles and never get any of the Yeezy collection. I mean not a single thing. It makes you give up hope if you never win. Not even once in a while. What happened to going to a adidas store to get something. Everything is computerized and now people with bots buy everything and resale. You never get anything you actually want and I want to wear it. I think resellers should be sued. I keep trying but I doubt I will ever win the Yeezy slides. And then they want double the price after they buy them all up.

Horrible app. I downloaded this app when it first launched several years ago. I have entered nearly all drawings and have never once won anything. I have been trying to get a pair of Yeezys for retail as I do not want to pay the mark up of resellers but no luck. The ease of entering is nice but pointless when you know you’re going to take an L. I have read other reviews regarding payment information errors which I have ran into about half the time. If you think the Nike SNKRS app is bad, give this one a try and you will be disappointed as expected. I will no longer be supporting adidas and finally just decided to delete this app as it’s a waste of time. Adidas - you should figure out a better and more fair system for your raffles.

Nothing Yet. A co-worker of mine told me about this site, after hearing about it constantly I finally gave in and downloaded the app, so was telling me a the sneaker (Yeezy) drawing that they be having, I wear a size 13 so you can guess how much sneakers (especially Yeezy) cost my size. The price of the Yeezy here are a good price, I’m probably not going to find that price nowhere else. Now my co workers have won multiple times, I haven’t won anything yet, now I’m hearing all these different things that have to be done in order for u to win, like you have to use a certain had of bank card, you have to wear a small size, you have to have to make purchase first, I don’t what to believe, but I’m still going to keep the app….for awhile.

Very confusing and a core flow broken. Maybe I have a high bar because I have been working and responsible for mobile apps (not competing in this segment). Tried to get in a raffle for my son. Added size and address the credit card then address again. Wait why? The seems like adidas forgot to link the flows. So the first step of getting in the raffle got lost when I was adding and confirming credit card. Also there is no support in app just a FAQ. But a multinational company living off its brand it’s pretty sub par. Enter same stuff multiple times and loosing your shopping cart is basics. Also not supporting Apple Pay in this day and age to make checkout simple is mind blowing.

Favoritism. I don’t know why they purposely do it. But they claim to be fair about the raffles they hold for products. This is not the case they intentionally sell the product to certain people with a following. If you are one of the unlucky few you may have a chance at the scraps left over. From a personal experience they launched a new line of shoes. I bought them less than 10 minutes after release and did not receive them. Later they contacted me by email about canceling my orders. I called to ask why? They claimed they sold out. In 10 minutes?! While on the phone they canceled my other order without permission. I would avoid the app if possible. There’s no point to having it if you can’t get new products.

Not perfect but at least Adidas is trying. Thanks to the proliferation of bots, it’s hard to win the most anticipated drops like Yeezy slides, certain celeb Forum collabs, and other highly sought after shoes. But unlike the app from that other brand that rhymes with bike, it’s way easier to score decent drops in Confirmed from time to time. All I ever “win” in that other app are boring shoes that nobody wants. Adidas also puts a stronger focus on customer relations by offering points and loyalty rewards as well. Adidas seems interested in more than simply taking my money.

Terrible APP!. This app is by far one of the absolute worst apps I have ever used! It seems to be a complete sham, if you are not only purchasing certain Adidas gear you have absolutely no chance at purchasing the items you want or winning any of the feature drawings for the shoes you may want. Only the same people every single time when all of the drawings on the app and the rest constantly get told they were not selected. I have entered into 13 drawings one minute after they have launched and have not won a single one but then one minute later once the drawing is over the items are posted on StockEx or goat and overpriced. It seems pointless to have this app for people to use if it does not even benefit you when you were wanting to purchase items you personally want. I would not recommend this app at all and think that it should either be removed or revamped so that everyone has a fair chance at purchasing things.

Fix the app. I entered two Yeezy drops yesterday and they worked and then last night I tried to enter one and I was kicked out of my account and it wouldn’t let me log back in so I couldn’t enter. Just now there’s another Yeezy drop and now it has be back in my account but it does not have my address saved for some reason and every time I put it in it just loads and then gives me an error and then I restart the app but then it takes away my card and does the same thing with that. Fix this because it is frustrating to not have a chance at these shoes bc the app is broken.

Possibly the worst app ever. I won a pair of beluga 350 and was asked to rate the app and give a review I gave an honest review and was told someone would reach out (no one ever reached out). I have no issue taking an loss when it’s fair but when I see people when all 3 yeezy slides or foam runners in one day while me and close friends takes losses it starts to become irritating. I can forgive all the bugs in this app but what I can’t forgive is the fact that people are taking all the products through bots with no issue . With all being said goodbye adidas confirmed app I’ll be now getting my products through a friend of mine through his bots and happily I’ll never have to see a “YOU WERE NOT SELECTED” notification again.

Completely lacks logic. I don’t see the point outside of early access (only if ICON) draws are still as useless as ever. It’s obnoxious to buy 4 separate items individually which could also mean you miss out during all of the info input. Plus you have to go back to the regular store and do those purchases separately because nothing is connected. Not only is it a waste of shipping materials it’s a carbon emissions catastrophe. Clearly it doesn’t stop the bots so it isn’t working but rather just making it more or a headache. If you want to cut StockX and the like off you need to look at who you supply like END clothing and such. They literally backdoor the items instantly. Who else can get 20 pairs on StockX before it has even released? Stores. Bots are a fraction of the issue. Bottom line a headache and globally irresponsible with climate change. Truth is window shopping on limited releases is over so when you miss it you miss it. Just the way of the world. The other negative reviews are Sneaker Heads who haven’t figured out how the others manipulated the system yet. I’m giving you real feedback to chew on.

Horrible app. This app is really terrible and I wouldn’t waste my time. Especially if your going for something limited like Yeezys, which is pretty much all people wanna go for cuz I mean who really wears adidas? Nobody! If it’s not a Yeezy nobody really wants it, Yeezy is the only reason adidas is even relevant, but it’s pretty much impossible to get the Yeezys on their app. I’ve went for several different Yeezy releases and I’ve yet to hit on anything. The one release I went for never even told me if I hit or not, it said pending for like 6 days then just disappeared 🤦🏻‍♂️I thought the SNKRS app was bad but confirmed is even worse. Least on SNKRS I hit sometimes, I’ve never once hit anything on adidas app. You’ll enter into a draw that’s supposed to end at 2 o’clock and a week later your still pending 🤦🏻‍♂️ like I would give zero stars if I could. And apparently they like to blacklist people for leaving honest reviews, but I really don’t care if I get blacklisted, the Yeezy releases are almost over so once that happens adidas will go back to being irrelevant and I’ll be deleting the app, but to some it up, I wouldn’t waste your time or money on this app, you won’t hit on anything. Worst app I’ve ever used

Always buffering then Sold Out. I love the brand,the shoes and the app but its getting hard to continue this and for over 3 years I have never had the opportunity to buy 1 pair of shoes from the site???? I have 3 Sons and its very disheartening to get a notification from stockx etc. and can buy the shoes my Sons want within 5 minutes of the drop but can’t buy 1 pair over the past 3 years through the app. And I have sit and waited for hours to hop in the waiting room the Second they are available. Only for the app to spin and spin and say please don’t reload “which I don’t “ then the app says Sorry SOLD OUT???? I think My boys and I will try 1 more time with the new app and then im done with yall. Thanks for the chance to download the app and waste many hours of my life but I think at some point it is just time to let the NONSENSE GO!!! Please let Avg normal people buy your shoes and cut out the people just making profit off your products! Thanks Bill, Harrison, Tyler and Colt

Im black listed for an honest review. I love the adidas products . I’m an Icon member I collect y shoes for my self and my kids. I feel I’ve been black listed over a review I gave to adidas stating that I love there product. but that I never win any of the real rare products. For example I would win a none reflective pare of Yeezys instead of the reflective pare . Once I a while I would win something that’s was already released ( a rerelease). I’ve contacted adidas and they told me it’s an algorithm. But I don’t believe it I’ve spent over 20k with them in a period of about 2 years maybe less . And I’m treated this way not happy . O the other day I one a pair of 450 . And I got those because they are that yellow color nobody wanted . . Please fix this problem . This is the only reason. I give this rating . If not they would gat a5 * review from me

FedEx. They’re delivery service is horrendous i don’t know if anyone else experiences these problems. But this will be the second time I was lucky enough to this a drop on Yeezy shoes and the SECOND TIME FedEx company stole it and confirmed/ adidas is siding with them and will not give me a refund for A Simple 90 dollar purchase. When the company makes over a 100 dollars annually. I was a devoted customer so much so I risked my package to these thieves and the was wrongfully donE AGAIN… not only that but it really shows you where adidas’s morals stand with these horrendous thieves. I know my words will not mean anything to this company but I hope others will listen to my warning. if you order form them wait out side for the package because FedEx will steal it!!! Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer. Very sick that I have lost over 300 dollars on 2 pairs of shoes that you shipping company stole.

Huge Problems with this app. This app is riddled with errors. And better yet, every 5 star review I’ve seen has only terrible things to say. Whenever shoes drop, it will consistently not show them at the time they drop, if you try to reload one of two things happen, they’ll be sold out already gone, or they will continue to not populate. I understand the raffle system, I don’t expect to always win, but I would at least like the chance to enter. Many many times this happened, I started to think it was on my end, but upon a little research, I found countless other people experiencing the exact same issues. Other issues happen consistently as well, the app will not load articles it posts, it will send notifications but if you press on them it just sends you to a page that says server error, it will log you out of your account randomly, which can actually be a big problem if youre trying to sign up for drops. All in all, terrible app, there should be online access rather than just the phone app that clearly doesn’t work for a LOT of people.

Don’t use app scam. I order a pair of 300 Yeezy for my birthday as a birthday gift to myself and it never came so I contact them they told me they would try Fedex twice and it would take 10days each try but if after that they still don’t no what happen they would refund my money well after 3-4 tries 2 different claim numbers and over 2-3 months they say fedex said they delivered it and it’s nothing they could do I asked to speak to a supervisor many times but never got one and on top of that they were suppose to send me a copy of their policy which states that if a package is stolen u it’s on u and they said they would and hung up on me so I don’t recommend them at all this app or the confirmed one either

App does not work. So many problems, where to start: It’s does not save payments all the time, so some times my card or PayPal info is there other times I have to re-enter it again. I get errors saying no internet while my phone has rock solid connection (as in I can stream a movie ). If you try to purchase during one of their errors you account get locked by adidas saying it’s fraud, which then takes a week to fix. Then you have to call support which is a waste of time because they say it’s your card, which you then have to prove it’s on their side. Basically this app is junk. The odds of getting a cool shoe is next to zero.

Powerless customer service. Never received my shoes. Customer service was always polite, informed me of a back log at the facility, blamed fed ex for never picking up , always promised to personally look into my purchase. (FYI Fed Ex never had the package. Only a label was printed.) Ultimately they were reading a pre scripted dialogue and were powerless to find my purchase and get it delivered. Over one month later ….. refunded with no explanation. Very disappointed. Shoes were sold out pretty fast with the Hebru Brantley collab and even though I ordered day one and received purchase confirmation and shipping confirmation immediately, never received any updates on my order. Every contact with an agent promised to resolve the issue. I initiated every contact with Adidas after the original shipping delays. I called/text chatted them again and again to see if anything had changed or been updated. I initiated all contact with costumer service. I really wanted those shoes.😭

I actually got shoes in a drop!. I usually don’t get shoes in a drop, but I actually got 2 pairs, one in each color with this drop! Very exciting for a shoe collector like myself. Finally an app that works, sometimes lol, and I’m not having to pay markup for shoes I want. I understand there’s only so many pairs to go around and more people than pairs I’m guessing. So I do miss out on some drops. But happy it worked this time. Better than the SNKRS app from Nike, I’ve never gotten a drop on that stupid app. Also overrun by bots.

Love confirmed. I love confirmed app amazing set up. All I ask is you continue to do your thing and never become like other places where thinking hitting on a shoe is like hitting the lotto that mindset to me is crazy it’s basically sending your fan base and customer paying customer to an after market site to spend double instead of selling from you. And that is why I love adidas plus the awesome quality. Please make the shoe with lightatrike pro with a good stack and no rods or plates just a wider set up so instead of a race shoe it’s just a super comfortable shoe which I think would be number one in comfort. Not worth your time. This app not only makes it seem like you have an actual chance to buy but also took 4+ hours past the time it was supposed to just to say I didn’t get it. It’s not a random draw, if it was a random online draw everyone would be instantly notified at the time it says if you get to buy or not. It’s bogus and makes you seem like you can actually get the items when in reality if you don’t get notified right away you need you wait 5 extra hours for it to tell you no. This just adds onto the reasons why I’ll never buy adidas again, if you want something that works and it actually worth your time go to Nike.

Shipping Logic. I love the brand, the app is okay, I’ve won about 3 releases in a 2 year time span and had about 3 early releases. My issue is the shipping. My daughter won the blue 700s on yeezy day. They never arrived! Received an email stating it was delivered that day at 12:00pm…nothing. Checked tracking, tracking stated it was delivered the day before at 12:00. RED FLAG…2 different days but 22 noon exactly? Nothing is never the exact time. We have cameras all around our home and the ring doorbell. Nothing was delivered! The FEDEX Driver stoles the shoes. For some odd reason, Adidas put the label on the outside of the box telling you what it is? Called adidas, they called FedEx and opened a claim. I already know she will never get her shoes , it was a release so they do not have anymore. I’ve read several articles where FedEx has stolen adidas packages and adidas refused to give back the money because they put it on FedEx, who also refused to give the money back! I hope my daughter does not have to go through this. At least adidas should compensate her by buying her shoes from a reseller! It’s their fault for the shipping stupidity!

Issues with app. Last time I used the app my purchase went through without any issues. This time around I was waiting for a drop was in the Que everything was set up and then my payment wasn’t processing not only did I miss the purchase it’s now a whole 2 hours later and the app still showing the sneakers available when they clearly are sold out. I don’t know if I’m going to continue to use this app if these issues are going to continue. I don’t even have the option to add my card to my account without making a purchase. I just purchased something from the adidas app and the save my card option wasn’t even available

Shipping on Confirm app. The confirm app is great with Yeezy drops but sometimes ( Most of the time) it will take up to a couple of weeks-a month before u get your shoes. I have bought shoes and depending on sizes ( bigger sizes) it will take twice the amount of time to receive your order. I bought myself shoes that dropped august 7th and today is august 16th and they haven’t shipped but I bought my son some last week ( a later drop and smaller size) and they are already here lol. But to end on a good note the prices are good and no overhead fees that sneaker shops charge for the same shoes.

Useless. Please stop selling yeezys on this site it’s completely stupid and pointless, your “algorithms” are trash. Your customer service, trash. what’s the point of receiving an exclusive invite to make a purchase if you can’t complete the purchase ? What’s the point of earning loyalty points if it gets you no advantages ? I literally watched a new member get an invite to buy shoes I’ve been wanting forever and I’m a level 4 I went to check out the shoes and it said it was sold out .What’s the point of notifications that come after most of the sizes are already gone ? I’ve had this app for almost two years now and the only shoes I’ve won are the shoes no one else wants , you’re too big and have done this too long to not have figured out a better way to sell these shoes or at least not have your systems crashing at the worst time for customers .

Terrible App. Adidas does not reward loyalty which is what they claim to do. Same accounts hitting every release while others hit nothing; (ex. One account hitting all three slides on release day while other “icons” hit nothing.) Their algorithm is completely flawed and they only give exclusive access to shoes nobody wants. I deleted this app at icon level 4 with 37,000 points after going 0/30 and wasting an entire day on “Yeezy Day.” The only reason I was an icon was because I went for every release; only winning un-hyped pairs that resell for less than retail so nobody wanted them. Adidas Needs a complete re-haul and actually start taking care of loyal customers like they claim.

Happy but not with everything. It’s great that we get emails when the latest drop comes out. Especially if it is a drop that isn’t promoted. But how is it that when I get that email and open it within 3 mins of the email being sent and then they are all sold out. This turns me off big time and I’m sure a lot of other people. If there is something available it should be available for everyone with enough time I don’t know if the boys have a lot to do with it. But now it makes it difficult to be happy supporting a brand or artist that u really love because of poor handling of the distribution

Internal error. I have never experienced service like this, or therefore lack of. When I tried entering a draw for a shoe it kept giving me a notification instead of prompting me to enter my information. The notification was “internal error” and when I called customer service about it, on three separate occasions, they all hung up on me. Adidas needs to get it together with this site and it’s employees. To not even get the chance to participate is a complete loss for the security community. With bots and resellers all over, the draws are the only way a normal person even remotely has a shot at obtaining sneakers these days, and now that has an issue.

Confirmed App is Top Tier 4 Yeezy/Gucci Notifications. The only downfall for me is although they notify you promptly of every high demand adidas shoe and/or adidas Gucci collab release, I still haven’t been lucky enough to snag a yeezy sneaker nor collab item since I’ve been putting in my bids :-(. The process seems nearly impossible, I’ve been trying to grab my son Yeezys everytime there’s a release including but not limited to on Yeezy day just recently 😩

Work on Your Technology. I'm not sure why this is even a problem in today's world but if you're going to have an app and put limited release items on it that are on a strict timeline for release, you need to make sure your servers can handle the traffic. Number 1 rule of technology is availability and my app crashed 4 times trying for a release you knew was coming. Have your technology ready to handle what you're doing. I have never been bothered by not getting a release, but I was not even able to participate because of "technical difficulties" with the app saying "we are experiencing high volume of traffic standby" and then the app makes me try to enter again just to keep getting the same message. By the time all was said and done they were sold out. I find that to be unacceptable for such a large company that should have a great IT staff. Do better.

I don’t like it. Finally win a shoe and have to wait a month to get it. I won’t do this again. Then I called to ask why I haven’t gotten any shipping info because the status has been processed for going on two weeks now. Nobody seems to know anything other than a lie. The guy told me my item was packaged and ready for shipping. I asked well if it’s packed and ready it should have a tracking # right? He says no. Then I speak with somebody else and they say the item is processing. I’m like how is that when that status changed awhile ago. Now it’s “oh it must be a glitch in the system.” After or if I ever get my order I’m deleting this app. Oh and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there wasn’t one.

Easy Navigation and Registration’s. Easy to navigate and easy registrations. However, it’s very frustrating to see several people each release win Adult, Preschool, and infant releases and some users such as myself won’t win ONE of the sizes. Confirmed typically likes to give you all or nothing. In my case nothing. Secondly, this 3D security causes a rejection on my card often. So whenever I get Yeezy exclusive access for 30 minutes I can NEVER ONCE checkout. So maybe reevaluate the way your app operates. Nike SNKRS seems to have it figured out much better.

Glitchy Waste of time. I got exclusive access to buy some yeezy 350s V2 and when I entered the draw as soon as the push notification came through, the app glitched prompting me to re enter as if I never did enter. This happened over and over until the draw closed and I was unable to ever enter it. I wasted 30 minutes trying to enter, trying multiple cards. Just a day or two before this exclusive access, I tried to get the ash blue 350s and the draw never made progress, two hours later it was at 0%. Customer service just threw discounts on items I don’t even want and did not care. Don’t make your customers feel like they have access to things they don’t.

Not Worth the Hype. I’ve been a big Adidas person for a long time and love all the collabs they do. But one thing when i got this app , I was hoping to actually be able to purchase something or even be able to purchase a drop. & every single drop.. it’s sold out in 1 min and i’m sure i’m not the only person that deals with this. Every draw you can never get picked and it is a big turn off , you would think if you put in for 30+ drawings you think you would at least get picked 1 time.. but you DONT! Please actually let your customers PURCHASE items off this app!!

Processing Order. I am very disappointed with confirm and the inability of them to yet grant me any participation orders. I haven’t hit on any online drawls and the minimal times I get early access I am unable to process my order with any of my bank cards and credits card and other friends of mine in the sneaker community have had the same issues. I believe the process is unfair and only rewards most that we’re grandfather in with adidas when confirm launched

Internal Server Error. The app is unfortunately is very buggy and it doesn’t work. Total failure. An app created for members to have early access and to participate in the draw, but it only give you the message “internal server error” from more than 2 days, from multiple devices. Also not support from any customer service, chat, 1-800 and store. Completely messed up and useless.

Rigged. I’ve had the adidas app for years and never won a single drop and now with confirmed no wins…. I’ve entered so many times times releases… I see some people get multiple pairs exemple multiple colors of yeezy slides… Now I know that only people that purchase other adidas stuff with their account can win so I wasted so much time for nothing, I’ve always been supporting adidas all my life and I buy products regularly in shops. Very unfair.

Internal server errors. Let users update their payment information ahead of drops. I fought with the app to add a payment method for 25 minutes before giving up. Also once I finally managed to add a new card it wasn’t automatically applied as my payment method and I was then never able to because of internal server errors. If I only have one card saved why wouldn’t the app apply it automatically!! I understand there is an influx of traffic during releases that slow down the app but allowing customers to save these details ahead of time could improve usability. ALD’s experience for raffles is way better.

Seems to be pointless. Absolutely horrible experiences overall. Raffles/Draws for limited releases are a mess, sometimes not even allowing a user to enter. Being an Icon level member of their Creators Club does nothing in regards to giving users an edge for raffles. Live releases on the app are somehow even worse, filled with continuous errors and most times not even allowing users a chance at entering a queue to try for shoes. Adidas has created an app experience even worse than Nike’s SNKRS app, which is notoriously terrible for the majority of users. Adidas should be embarrassed for subjecting their customers to this endlessly frustrating and pointless Confirmed app.

Unable to secure any pair of shoes. I enjoy Adidas and am a fan of the brand I am also a fan of the Yeezy brand. I have been a member of Adidas and the Confirmed app for quite some time. And in that time I have never been able to secure (purchase) a pair of sneakers thru the reservation process. How can I gain success and more recognition within the app if I’m never able to buy what I really want?

This app is awesome! First time tried first time winner. I was so worried and have no hope when I read the reviews that people said they never have a chance to cope any pairs. I tried it and deleted the app and thinking to buy on stockx but I changed my mind and participate again and waiting like errr…whatever but YES! I get notification that I win - First time winner and get my favorite pair of shoes. I luv it. I think I am so lucky then.

Appealing. Even at a time when there are times when I really don’t like what products I’m seeing on the Confirmed app, I always find my way back. I love that it’s not just a retail app, but an article, an interactive platform, a museum. Confirm finds a way to still be visually appealing. Offering a lot to see but never too busy. Extremely innovative and easy to navigate.

Payment verification. I have missed out on 2 Yeezy drops due my payment method not being “verified”. Not sure what the issue was so I reached out to customer service they said their 3rd party could not verify and they could not help me further. I deleted my account and even used another email to see if that would help. All of my cards, Amex, Discover, Visa, according to the app, could not be verified. It is obviously a fluke but Adidas & the Yeezy brand should do better. This doesn’t happen at Nike or any other sneaker website. Technology is way too advanced to be having these type of issues.

Constantly getting error. I am a fan of adidas ever since YEEZY started collaborating with the brand. I’ve had a total of 3 W’a ever since the app launched. Now every time a shoe is dropping I have issues putting in my payment information and it shows an error. Constantly I’m getting this issue and it is the same card I have used for years. It’s costing me so many opportunities to cop but because wit the lack of glitch fixes and advances that could be done I continue to go through this. The app has potential but definitely needs some work.

Noticed some improvement. I noticed I’m getting 3D secure everyone now. I noticed how much more fluid the app it overall. I also hear you are making bigger stocks so more people have a chance to win. I’m also thankful that you guys partnered with SAND. I see big things coming with you both.

Wrong address. I had my correct address before I ordered a pair of shoes. They sent my shoes to my old address in a different state. I will never buy adidas anything again. You have lost a life long customer. I remember buying drose 2.5 PE shoes when I was a kid and I have been a fan since. I am no longer a customer. You guys have time and time again proved to have the worst customer service and your apps don’t even work correctly if they send shoes to the wrong address. Thanks for essentially stealing my money. Go Nike! Go Jordan! Go New Balance. Anything but adidas. Never ever again.

Be Appropriate. I love adidas products and thought I would try the Confirmed App, cool idea but I never really got into it. Occasionally a pair of shoes pops up for release and you can enter to win them. I usually check them out and move on. But the other day the words “F* cking Awesome” showed up on a notification. I don’t know if that’s a brand name or what but that should never pop up on my phone. This is totally inappropriate

Honest App. I’ve been using confirmed for awhile. In the beginning, it was difficult. Needing to be in specific zones, and the cache would never work for me. With the New Confirmed app, it’s make your chances much easier and I feel I more luck. Being at Top tier level, I usually Win. With that said, I love the app! It works!

Adidas Needs To Do Better. Downloaded the App to participate in Yeezy day not only did you have to enter a drawing to purchase a shoe there is no guarantee you’ll win. I entered 3 drawings the app constantly crashed and took literal hours before confirming if I won or not. I won two pairs of Yeezy 350’s. The Onyx order came maybe two weeks after purchase but had a really bad smell like they came from an old warehouse. After waiting 3 weeks for the Belugas I got an email saying my order is cancelled due to inventory issues. This is horrible customer service for a multi billion dollar company. Never buying Adidas again sticking with Nike.

Please check your internet connection. During registration time, it will consistently say “Sorry, something went wrong. Please check your internet connection” after trying to submit registration, while my connection is good and speed is super fast. Understand the server latency will be high during peak time but you really should improve the process by having a queue or something and have a better error message. Awful and disgusting experience at this moment. Also I got randomly logged off and was never able to log back in before registration ended.

This app is garbage. What is the point of entering In a raffle multiple times if you can’t even get selected. I’ve noticed the same users hitting and It isn’t fair to other customers, you guys need to do better in actually caring about your customers. Just make is a first come first serve, your raffle system clearly doesn’t work or I’m really thinking you guys are starting to back door pairs. I could enter in every drop and I will never hit, this is just unacceptable and It’s not worth the time of even trying… this app caters to resellers and bots

Great app for early release limited edition items. i have used this app for a while now and i and absolutely love how you can win limited edition items by participating in raffles. i personally have won twice out of many times i participated. this app is not a scam. i recommend anyone to participate in the raffle for a chance to purchase a limited edition item at retail price!

Michelle. This app is great for acquiring the most coveted sneakers if you can get the chance to buy them. I get through about 85% of the time but I should be getting through 100% of the time because of my purchase history. It seems like with certain sneakers, your name never gets selected it with other ones, you’re always selected. I’ll keep collecting though.

Hopeful Raffler. I love the app. It’s all the best sneakers without all the other clutter on other apps/sites. I’m on the app all the time just reading the stories and seeing all the different street styles that people have. It inspires me to add flavor when I cook up a fit for my day to day. Still haven’t won any of the raffles for myself but I’ll never give up. 10/10 app otherwise!!!

Time wasted. So I entered the onyx Yeezy slide draw the second it dropped and I waited in the draw for a few hours. When I kept reloading the page the app quit it self and when I clicked on the app it said I needed to log back in. So here I am wasting time trying to get logged back in but it keeps saying problem with the server. Once I was able to log back into the app I tried to buy a pair of slides and guess what, they didn’t have my size all due to the app being terrible and logging me out. Terrible app for wasting my time.

Always ask new data. I tried to purchase but system always failure and always keep me asking new data about payment info and new address. You should fix that’s problem. At least let me know customer if the shoes still available or no, don’t show us you still have it but we ( customer ) cannot buy it. So for what?

Don’t buy Yeezys (can’t return). If you want to return an item you bought do not use this app. I bought some Yeezys off this app and it said I had 7 days free return. The problem is adidas somehow isn’t in control of this although I bought the shoes off of them. They send you some link to Yeezy support which doesn’t even work and gives you a white screen that says “unexpected error. Please try again”. Absolutely obnoxious and I have never had such an issue returning something that said free returns. I will never in my life use this service again.

Yeezy yeezy yeezy. Gave this app a try after failing to get several sneaker drops this year on other sites. The process for a big sneaker drop here eliminates bots and randomly chooses winners in the queue, and that gives everyone a fair shot. I finally confirmed a sneaker drop using this app and the shipping took literally a day and a half, with my package arriving way before the expected delivery!

Ordering a Sweatsuit in 1 Order. I should be able to order a sweatsuit in one order and you can’t! You should want dedicated adidas fans and really all customers to be able to buy more than one thing at a time! I have more suggestions, I can share them with you at another time! I am a life long adidas fan since Highschool! I choose adidas over Nike and I have never regretted it. Ok this is my biggest grievance! I kept my Kobe Crazy 1’s since they came out!!! I tried to wear them in 2019 and they fell apart. However I am still committed to the three stripe life!

I love Confirmed. Confirmed is that spot for “hype” shoes and clothes. Their draw is fair, you don’t always get selected but when you do it’s an incredible feeling because you’re getting a very exclusive product. I have been using the app for a year and a half now, and I love it, and I trust them, they’re good folks over their at Adidas and Confirmed.

Confirmed app needs a complete rehaul. Plagued with payment processing errors. Numerous calls with Customer Service resulted in no resolution. Only a “it’s fixed now” (after the EA has expired or shoe sold out), only for the errors to come back on the next release. Moreover, the app’s algorithm to award wins on Draws is outright comical. The same people constantly win every draw in every colorway (3 slides or foam runners in one day), while the rest are given constant L after L. The SNKRS app has managed to award more wins, but this Adidas Confirmed app is getting worse and worse. I used to buy a lot of Adidas merchandise but the constant L after L on Confirmed has caused me to not support them anymore.

Great app for sneakers. While you may not always win/get the shoes your heart desires, you genuinely feel like you have a strong chance at winning them. And when you don’t, you don’t feel like you’ve lost to bots or resellers. So it somewhat eases the ‘pain’. But I have definitely been more lucky on this app than any other sneakers app out there. Also helps that I’m team Stripes ALL DAY.

Confirmed Adidas App.. This App. is by far 1 of the coldest apps. out there when it comes 2 coveted sneaker drops & exclusive shoes only available through Adidas. For a long time it had some bugs & didn’t work properly, but they have fixed all the issues & Adidas has definitely kept up with the demand 4 exclusive shoes. If you want to stay updated on what’s trending with Adidas and not just what’s on the surface you need the Confirmed app. Yeezy’s and various collabs are all here. Don’t short change yourself with Adidas app only. Confirmed gives brand history and future launches that you can purchase and live your 3stripe life RN!

I GIVE UP!!!. I am very unhappy with the adidas “Confirmed” app. I NEVER won a drawing at all. I missed out on the only 2 Yeezy drawing I ever wanted (Beluga v2 & Wave Runners). I try to interact with this app as much as possible and my payment method is good, so I don’t understand why I haven’t won at least one drawing. This app is not user friendly and is very unclear on the steps to win. I have given up.

Horrible site for big drops. This site is horrible for big drops. There was no update available for my app, rechecked this morning when Yeezy 2022 drops started still nothing. The shoes I waited on this whole time come up on drop list, the app logs me out, won’t let me back in, shows an update available then I finally get back in. Guess what ?……”we’re sorry, this drop has ended/closed” sad how these places operate. Done with the hype, Confirmed kills the vibe and charges WAY too much in fees anyway.

Love Adidas but.... Love Adidas like it’s basically the only thing I wear but I can never order anything off this app or through their regular app. Always has a different reason as to why it won’t take my card and it’s frustrating cause The last two shoes I wanted could only be order through this app.

Awesome. I usually don’t write reviews but this app is amazing. It’s a lot like Nike snkrs but takes what they do there and do it better. I did have a few hiccups with it saying my address wasn’t valid and adding unnecessary sales tax, over 15% when it should be 0%. I have had this issue before but they always fix it after processing. So glad there’s finally an app for adidas collaborations!

Notifications too late. Why does this app notify me after the shoe is sold out, it’s like “just dropped”, I get on app and it says “sold out”. That’s annoying. If you can, you should add reminders when it’s approaching the drop time instead of notifying me about sold out shoes. When you choose to get notified there’s no said time the shoe drops, so you’re just depending on the apps notification. How is it fair to send the notification after shoe sells out? Not helpful, app needs work.

Rigged. I have been trying to buy new drops from this app but never hit a draw, then go pay premium price on reseller platforms. I’m a consumer who wears and tears the shoes not a reseller. Today was the last time I using this app as I entered a draw days ago for a pair of infants for my 3 year old son and not selected of course why would I be. I have came down to my own conclusion that this app is rigged, shoes are already sold and distributed before the drop. AND COME ON HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOUTUBERS WITH THOUSANDS OF SUBSCRIBERS ALWAYS GET A WIN <———- care to explain. Good luck every playing this draw game that not only adidas but all shoe companies do.

It’s nearly impossible to get shoes through the app. It’s been so many times that I try to get a shoe and I never get picked on the draw. It’s ridiculous how resellers are able to get 10+ pairs when there’s a drop and the average person trying to get the same shoe can never get. I’m tired of having to pay two times the price of an item because I have to get it from resellers. The app has to do a better job at giving everyone a fair shot at getting the shoes, and not just for resellers that pay for bots to get shoes and sell them 2-3 times their retail price. Definitely worst app adidas could’ve made

Sneakerhead hardships. It has become close to impossible to buy the latest or best sneakers nowadays. These bots and re-sale ppl are ruining to joy and excitement you get when you know a new drop is coming. I appreciate to opportunity to try without an up charge. Won’t take my payment!. For MONTHS I’ve been getting an error message saying “oops! Payment could not be processed.” I’ve called and chatted with customer service who has assured me multiple times the problem was fixed. They also suggested “log onto the website instead”... except some of these shoes are ONLY released on this app or the adidas app. I’ve spent over $3k last month on adidas items, but I still can’t purchase items that are exclusive to this app. For a huge company, one would think they could figure out how to process payments from customers who are literally begging them to take their money. I’m so annoyed at this whole process.

Horrible App - Unknown Error 4457. Tried to register for a drop and keep running k to “Unknown Error 4457”. No way to reach customer service. So many reports of this online. I also feel like this App is a scam perpetrated u Adidas. Even when I have been able to register for drops I’ve never been successful even once. Makes me feel like the bots or fake accounts have taken over Confirmed and it’s impossible for normal folks to get a shoe through this process. This app essentially forces folks to go to StockX or Goat. Very disappointing.

Lack of update. I bought a pair of shoes that apparently sold out but I was still charged for them and I had to wait a week (I had to call them) to find out they still took my order. I understand when an item is sold out but the fact the customer service team said “I will refund you the money so you can order it again” was ridiculous because she just said the shoes were sold out. I also had to wait a week me to call them what was going on. I never used this app before and unlikely to use them again.

issue w accepting credit card. i have had the app for several years and was lucking enough to win a good amount of drops. for the last few drops i was unable to participate due to the app not accepting my ONLY credit card i use. i logged on/off and recently deleted my account to start over. however, in doing that i lost all my points i earned from previous purchases. i love this app for the yeezy drops but it is extremely frustrating, infuriating and i’m annoyed no can help. so for that i will give it 1 star.

So much for CS. Trying to cop the Yeezy slides, been almost 45 minutes, can’t seem to get my payment information to stick. Deleted and redownloaded the app several times, only to continually be told ‘Sorry, something went wrong’ with my payment method, try another.’ As the minutes to the drop keep ticking down. Probably because there’s not enough stock, and instead of looking like Nike or SNKRS, they make it like it’s the customers fault? Tried a chat, waiting…waiting…waiting…go to send a text, come back and the chat says it ended, never even started. Super fed up! Am I the only one having problems today?

Waste of storage. This app is overall disappointing, many attempts to win in adidas draws.. never hit on any thing I’ve wanted or anything for that matter. This app is for botters and ppl looking to make a quick resell money. Not for sneaker heads or ppl who genuinely just wanna rock these shoes. Sneaker games gotta change or it’s reps forever I’ve deleted this app and i believe if you’ve wasted tons on money on StockX and goat for some sneakers that dropped on here you couldn’t hit on, then you should just continue to feed your money to these companies cuz they work hand in hand . Absolutely disappointing.. SNKRS app is trash too.

Payment method. Everything is fine, however, I do not understand why my pal pal payment method always gets declined. It is just for this app because my PayPal works with everything else. Now I had to use a different payment method which I did not like to do. You should always have your customers in mind also. Thank you.

No customer support. Zero customer support on this. Apparently they're employees don't even have access to the app. NMD_S1 shoes listed at $176 on CONFIRMED. When you go to buy them they're $220. there's two pair on there that are different than the ones on adidas regular site that are $200. But that's another problem with CONFIRMED, they don't have product codes listed under specifications. So Support doesn't even know what you're talking about. I mean I guess it's great for buying stuff you can't get on the regular site but with zero support it's pretty ghetto.

Impossible for some, too easy for others. I have never won a release on this app during the entirety of it’s existence. I’ve entered most of the releases. Between my family and I we have be 0/150 by now. Same with the adidas app, have never won a release on there. I’ve purchased clothing on my account in store so it shouldn’t think I’m a bot. I see some people win every single time and it’s very discouraging and angering. I contacted support to see if something was wrong and all they said was to make a new account, that didn’t help. Idk what’s going on but obviously my luck can’t be this horrid for me to never win. I just want some yeezys man 😕

Unsatisfactory service. Worst customer experience I have ever received in my 36 years of life!! I won a Yeezy draft and was sent a defective product, they have small circle where they were miss stitched making them unwearable, I have provided proof, confirmed order numbers and spent hours On the phone. $300 plus sneakers should come in good and condition and I understand things happen but it’s time to back your product “ I’d like my situation fixed!! “

Adidas Confirmed. This is a terrible app, every time there’s a Yeezy drop or any high end drop the app bombs out and you can even get into the queue because of all the bots and everyone trying to get in and all it gives you is errors!! This is a terrible app fix this immediately, it’s completely unfair to all the regular users who want to win a shoe. Do better adidas this is a sad excuse for an app.

Love this app.. Loving this app. I don’t know it is getting so many bad reviews. I have only twice on Yeezy’s and won once. I have also purchased two drops and had no issues finding sizes for myself and my son. Items also were received super fast. For me, it has been a good experience.

L’s EVERY WEEK. I don’t know if it’s just my luck or what but I have now and I’m kid you not. I have gotten my 20 L on the app and I don’t know what to do. Statistically it’s impossible to miss out of every shoe I raffle for but it’s happened. Only save your time and soul getting this app. I literally copped more shoes off of snkrs then I have on here. This is a trash app with no support to people who have missed out time and time again. At least snkrs gives me early access sometimes to make up for my losses but on here it’s a slap in the face everytime. Worst shoe app EVER!!! I have yet to cop nothing on this rigged app.
