Scam. There was no way to delete my free subscription in the app. I had to do it through my own phone settings. Can be misleading for people who are used to having ability to cancel subscriptions directly in the app they want to cancel. I’m sure if the developers wanted to, they could add that to their app but they don’t want to because they want people to get dinged on auto pay for subs lol scam

I am unhappy. Negative stars I was told I got three days for free and then I could pay the subscription I pay the subscription they don’t give me the three days for free and I lose all my money and then I’m just screwed

Just a bad app. But I want it to be good.. If you text someone maybe they get it two or three days from now. Calls go right through immediately Texts not so much. All in all not a great app. Y’all want this weekly/month fee for your app fix it.

Can receive texts but my sent texts don’t go through. I receive text messages but when I reply, it is not received by the other person. It looks like it sent in my end so obviously this is a problem. I have not been able to reach any one through customer service despite my attempts.

No free option. You get a free trial but unless you pay you can’t use it. This app developer should offer a free option like other texting apps. I’ll stick with the one I’m using that has a free option.

Paid for texting and subscription but no services. I have paid for texting package and also subscribed to get even more, texted some messages them messages stoped to be delivered.. tried to send the publisher, but the option is not active, I requested my money from Apple! Don’t purchase!!

Misleading. I text someone and the next day I don’t even see where I had sent the message. It vanished. Where did my text go to? Why did it disappear off my screen?? I would love to know the answer..

Expensive!. Your pricing is 4-5x more than lot of similar services! Almost same as physical SIM card based ones. It’s not worth unless you reduce the price.

I am trying to unsubscribe but can’t. This service is horrible and I’ve reached out to the BBB and other agencies over the fact that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to unsubscribe. It’s so dishonest. I have heard the same from more than a dozen people. I am going to post on Instagram and Facebook. Hopefully it will Make more people aware so they steer clear of this horrible app! ZERO STARS

They took my money!. I was starting to use this as a trial and was going to cancel if I didn’t like it. They decided to charge my card $125 and i cancelled the same day! I’ll update my review if I get a refund, but I reported the problem and it didn’t give me an option to get a refund. Not cool!!

Texts don’t go through. I would give this app a “0” star if I could. I paid money for this app and it doesn’t work. None of the text I’m sending will go through. Do not waste your money on this stealing app.

Text Now user. This app text fun is actually garbage. I accidentally downloaded it and signed up with you and you get like free week or some thing but then it’s like outrageously expensive for very little amount of service. And they don’t even have any really cool features to set up with it. I think it’s a rip off and definitely not worth it I’ll be deleting this app even without using their free service. I wouldn’t have even given them one star except you can’t pick no stars!

Wi-Fi texting. I was excited when I downloaded it they made it sound like it’s unlimited texting free of charge. So I waste my time and effort to DL it and set it up only to delete because the charge and nothing is free

Impossible to cancel. Hello! I’m trying to cancel this service. I needed it for the duration of 1 day and now you all are making it impossible to cancel. You shouldn’t be able to make it it so difficult for someone to get rid of. I get to the cancel button and it goes straight to an error message. Is this how you make your $$$ make it impossible for people to cancel? I’m not worried bc I don’t have $ on that card so you won’t be able to get me but other people need to know about this. Beware before downloading and signing up bc you won’t be able to cancel.

Scam/Fraud. I purchased extra text messages for 9.99 through app during my trial and now I can to use it if I don’t purchase a regular subscription (since trial ended). This is fraud. I was under the impression me buying the extra text would be the subscription but it’s not. The text messages I paid for are more than the subscription itself. I want my money back or my subscription. Then you can’t even sent video texts.

Scam! Only gave one star because it MADE me do it to post a review.. I signed up for the free trial. It doesn’t expire until tomorrow. I decided to pay 9.99 for 400 minutes and they charged me and never gave me the minutes. Then they continued to charge my card three more times and won’t respond to customer care complaints. User beware.

Trying to get free the number this app gave me to enter is stuck. It not letting me enter my cell number which is off n it’s not showing the new number the app assigned me- I can’t process this start up using?

DisAPPointing. I had high hopes for this app. It definitely works to make calls but you can’t call this a “real number” as you can’t receive text messages for things you sign up for or verification. Plus, they never email you back when you ask for help. It’s been weeks with no reply. Probably will cancel my subscription when I return to my home country.

Purchased minutes DISAPPEAR. If you try the free trial and run out of minutes and purchase additional they will disappear and the app will force you to monthly subscribe and will not add the purchase to your monthly alotted minutes. And 300texts for 13 dollars is NO deal… this app is insufficient. I would like the minutes I purchased added to my new month. Because they should not have disappeared. I am not Satisfied

Charges for free trial… no thanks. This app claims it offers “3 day free trial then $6.99/week!” … EXCEPT, when you select the “Subscribe to begin 3 day free trial!” it charges your card right then. I am not entirely sure how a trial can be considered “free”— that means “zero or no cost”— when I’m going to be charged up front for the week that’s supposed to start when the 3 free days are over. But then, I’m not like a financial expert or anything, so, what do I know?! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Unable to log in. I’ve subscribed but I can’t log in

Fraudulent. I have been using this app for two months and I’m certain at this point that they are not tracking the minutes used nor can track it. I’ve bought credit 2 weeks ago and only used 45min out of 400 and I don’t have any credit left at this point. This is not the first tome this has happened. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Don’t download. This app makes it impossible for you to cancel your subscription and even when you think you’ve done it they still auto renew at the weekly rate.

Dropped calls. Everytime someone tries to call me while I’m on the phone with someone else it drops the call I’m on even if I don’t do anything- accept decline of nothing it drops my first call and takes my minutes

Beach pictures are too risky????. This app is ridiculous with sending photos. I tried to send beach photos of myself, wife and children to family members and a male shirtless photo is too risky for the app? I tried to crop a little further up to chest height so to say and again too risky?????

Charge you even when you cancel. I have no problem with the texting itself, that was fine. But I cancelled in time to avoid the fee. They charged me for one week 3 different times in 24 hours!! Apple wouldn’t refund it because I have signed up before, so they say I can’t access a trial. I didn’t see that disclaimer anywhere! If it is true why can i successfully cancel other free trials? But mostly why doesn’t any app anywhere say that is the rule?

Good sometimes. App works when it does and doesn’t when it doesn’t, lack of support for when it’s not working is my reasoning for staying clear of this app in the future. I explained the issue I was having “being able to receive texts and calls, being able to make calls but unable to send texts” a few times without receiving a response, I’m done!

Don’t use this app all they will do is take your money!. I was unaware of a subscription purchased for their app and brought it to they’re attention asking for a refund… because 1.) I didn’t even use the app once 2.) Fully unaware that’s this was subscription was purchased until 2days into the one week subscription I cancelled the services and emailed them.
