If I could give this app negative stars I would...now as we all know you can’t win all the time...however I’ve never seen a blackjack dealer win a hand off a bust card so much in my life. Not the worst. Not the best…. FanDuel was my FIRST mobile casino download.. and for a while it was my favorite. All the others seemed cheep and unorganized compared… more lately tho, it’s very slow to load games. Often crashes when it’s almost loaded. Errors frequently with no explanation.. just overall frustrating, there’s been days where I’ve not been able to play at all, it just would take too long to load a game and I’d just give up.. the daily free spins is one thing that keeps me coming back, it’s unique to FanDuel. However, your spending DEFINITELY reflects how much you can win on free spins… I almost ALWAYS win .05 cents… BUT if I make a deposit that day, then I won .25cents.. however, my friend who regularly deposited $20-$500+ DAILY…. Would get $2-$5 on a free spin win…. The fine print says it’s random and not at all related to how much you spend but it’s so obvious. But, as far as slots… Cash Machine is the way to go. Bet $5 or more to make it worth your time 😀

Bonuses are few and far between.... It takes forever to hit a bonus round on any game and then when you do it doesn't net you more than any other regular spin... sometimes even less... it's nice that they have some of the newest games but it would be nice to win something from those games... I've personally spent $50 straight in the same game and didn't hit one single bonus... and I was at the minimum bet which equals a lot of spins... just seems like you should win more than you do... the 24 hr payback from your first wager is kinda nice and the bonus play through is the lowest in the state that I've found! DON’T DO IT!!!!!. If you think it looks like entertaining don’t do it. If you think it’s like going to the casino without the travel don’t do it. It’s not entertaining when they can’t keep track of your location for half an hour. Half the games take several minutes to load and when you try to play they error out. That’s entertaining right? If you go to the casino chances are you will lose in the end, but they dabble you along for entertainment purposes. Here you win something close to poor man’s significant and they shut that stuff?off now. Then tell you about regulatory oversight. Pretty sure if you play a bit you can tell “like they can and I can when regulators are looking. All in all if you play more than 10 minutes it will be a negative experience. Want something just as fun to do for half the cost? Flush 50% of what you can afford to lose down the toilet.

AVOID THE CASINO. I’m not at all someone to complain due to anger or frustration, I totally admit that I’m the type to take a big payout on a sports bet and gamble a few hundred on the casino but there is - 100% - something off about the casino, particularly the blackjack games. Although an internet search states they must be compliant with state gaming board regulations, there just isn’t something right about the way the cards fall. The deck doesn’t turnover although it’s clear multiple decks are being used. As someone who has played a lot of blackjack - both live and on other sites - there is something highly improbable about the way the hands play out. I’ve spent a lot of time (as someone with an addictive personality lol) going back and trying these games from time to time and it is 100% a waste of money, you’re almost guaranteed a facecard hitting on 10, dealer always has a facecard buried, they have a bust card showing and hit 21 wayyyy too often, etc. Using basic strategy and playing by the book still results in losing almost, if not every single time for me now that I think about it. They also don’t have any rewards system or customer loyalty points system or anything so there’s really no reason to use this site at all. I just use it at this point to sometimes bet the daily boosted odds bets if they make sense because there’s sometimes some value there but that’s about it. There are better sites out there.

Disappointed. I singed up after seeing an ad for 200 free spins. I started playing the designated games and realized I was using my deposit, not free spins. I couldn’t find an option anywhere for the free spins. I’ve contacted support several times and have received conflicting information. Regardless of the casino, they all are under the same roof, same tables. This is a concern because roulette for example, they have a monitor in which shows the dealer where to spin the ball at, speed, spin etc. this generates a quadrant in which the ball will land. All these casinos are making millions off the same set-up different platforms. Dealers use coughs, clear throat and other signals to alert pit boss or others. Why would they need signals if it’s a truly randomized game with normal advantage? It’s a raise for concern. I have hours of screen recording on my iPhone that I’ll upload soon. They target certain players and ensure you lose once they have established what type of player you are. It’s bias and they don’t give you stakes or loss backs like an in house casino would. Positive experience. I read the previous review and my experience is much different. I have received all my cash deposits on the app. Immediately. I am pleasantly surprised with free play money. I am not always sure when it is coming. But very excited when I receive it. Also when I have completed a withdrawal the money has been deposited in my account in two days. I have enjoyed the games and I am hopeful they will have some more casino slots available to play in the future. Overall I have had a positive experience.

I was robbed. I contacted several representatives due to a pop-up screen saying inactive while I was actively in a game and a pop-up screen saying technical error. This occurred after trouble shooting so the team called it a connection issue on my need even though it didn’t occur on an other game ever . My internet provider also informed me that it was impossible for it to be my connection and there was not a break in service . In addition the screen shots I provided all confirmed that my connection was secure. My location wasn’t reverified as it is when there is actually a connection issue. Upon resuming my game it starts over and forcing me to wager money just to get where I was before fanduel forced a pop-up screen to display every time the bonus jar on any Asian slot played could be rewarded. They force you to lose by starting games over and then cause emotional distress by blaming you and assassinating your character. The representatives never reached back out via email and I wasn’t provided a case number. I had to open a chat explain it all again and ask for it. Also, agents were extremely hostile. These same game on live casino and other casino applications and in person at casino don’t have these issues for me . It has ONLY OCCURRED here . So how am I the problem ?

Owed $60 & still have not gotten it… yes same card I used to add funds and of course same bank lol. Love the app and will give five stars when I’m able to access the money I won! Read the reviews!!!. I’d give it 1 star but haven’t actually played so I’ll be fair and give it two. Make sure you read all the reviews. It seems as this app is a complete scam. I’ve seen multiple reviews about blackjack and how the house wins a very unlikely amount of times. I feel like every review I read was about this situation. I was looking for a decent casino game to play but glad I read the reviews. Pretty sad a big company like Fanduel is trying to cheat their way into peoples pockets. I know they say everything is regulated but you could never truly know if it is. This company makes so much money they could buy their way into being considered state regulated when they truly are not. Don’t even second guess it, don’t download this app.

Does Not Follow Through on “Promotions”. After doing the “refer a friend” promotion we never received our bonuses. We used the correct link. After being in a queue for support for 30 minutes we were told our wager amount wasn’t correct on the casino app. This person did a manual courtesy credit to our accounts for half of the promotion amount, told us we would get the remaining amount following the correct wager after 72 hours, and FAILED to tell us until after she did it that this could only be done one time. More than 72 hours later we had to reach out yet again because the remainder was never added, told that they would be reaching out to a supervisor to have it added, only to be emailed almost immediately after closing the chat stating they wouldn’t be giving us our credits. I have screenshots of the initial conversations. The same person who referred me went through this same process with who had referred him. Hold your “staff” accountable, not your PAYING customers.

No support. Casino is off line with no prior notice, no information as to why, nor when to expect it to be online again. There is no customer service. Their chat function takes you to a worthless bot that gives you limited options that you HAVE to choose from. Answer one question and you get another. And none fit what you are trying to contact them about. Even filling out a form about why I was trying to chat did nothing. Took me to the same exact chat function, asking me to choose from options that didn’t fit. Couldn’t even get to a person. All I wanted to know is why it was down and when it would be fixed but having an actual customer service PERSON available is too much trouble for FanDuel. Clearly they don’t care about customers.

Not worth it. So I found some really fun slot games on this app that I had never seen before and at first I was having so much fun playing slingo’s deal or no deal and then I noticed something fishy. I would only win enough slingos to unlock the banker’s offer when I bet higher amounts and even then the prize would be change. Consistently. Not only that, but yesterday when I decided to play for the first time in a while something even worse happened. I picked the 10 case. When the game started the 10 case was still on the board. When the 10 case on the board opened it housed $10. Now, I didn’t make enough slingos to win an offer but when MY 10 case opened it revealed $0.35. Not $10 even though that’s what the game maker revealed the 10 case to hold. Not only that but on several occasions I’ve noticed the grand prize was played in cases above the number 20 even though the player is only allowed to pick from cases 1-20. How could I ever win the grand prize if it’s in case 47 every other game? I can’t. This game scams. Computer gets 4 blackjacks in a row? 5th hand is a push? Makes complete sense. The developers are crooks and there are far better and more FAIR options available on the App Store. Skip this one.

Beware!!!. Worst casino app out there!! The absolute worst customer service!! Incredibly rude once you are able to get in contact with customer support (after a 30-60 minute waiting time) and then you get met with evasive answers and snide remarks. Games constantly crash out of nowhere in the middle of a winning streak, with a stupid pop-up stating location cannot be verified, WOW! Never crashes when you’re losing LOL! To top it off, they suspend your account and hold your winnings hostage with for absolutely no reason and with absolutely no communication or updates from their end. Claiming they are doing a fraud investigation, going on three weeks now by the way, and yet they happily keep your account open and running when you’re plugging thousands of dollars into the casino. They should be investigated for fraud, not me!!!! Steer clear of this app!!!

Great casino app!. I have read so many previous reviews about this app, and I have to disagree with what a lot of people say. I have had a very positive experience with this app. I have had a couple issues during bonus games, but when I contact support they rectify the situation. I am often given a small credit of maybe $10, but it’s the point that they try to fix the problem. If I win I am able to withdraw the money and place into my account then it deposits within 48 hours. Overall it has been a very positive experience!

Constant technical issues. The site and games are constantly crashing. It used to be somewhat fun, but it’s been SO bad lately. Think twice before you deposit and try to play- you might get a couple spins in before an error occurs. Not even a fighting chance to win anything that way- but they don’t care- they have your money. Then when you want to do a withdrawal because you can’t play you’ll have to wait up to 48hrs to get your money back. That’s a FanDuel problem, not a me problem. Recently also had a withdrawal that was not approved because it was saying it was bonus funds, when it absolutely was not. They screwed up, then had to wait another day to get funds approved. The absolute worst casino site. Run. Far.. Used to be my number 1 favorite casino site, but they did me dirty, disregarding my loyalty. Where do I start? They have potential but seem to be the worst site when it comes to payouts. Don’t bother with referrals either, I have referred over 10 people through my referral link, all of which followed the deposit/play through requirements, and have only received 4 bonuses. What a joke. About three weeks ago I won 5 times on the Book of Sphinx-I was never awarded my free spins for all five times. I sign back on and receive no spins and it starts over again. The game has been frozen at 92% loading for five weeks and I’ve tried everything to contact them to have them give me my rewards but there is no response. The state of Michigan needs to be aware this is illegal activity and a scam. When I play on other websites I win up to $1000 in the rewards. Since this is a third party app I wanted $30 back of the $55 I spent because or the $22 I won that wasn’t immediately paid to me as the game states. Bonus draw. I like FanDuel a lot. It my favorite casino app. I win a lot of the slot games, but please turn off the bonus draw ticket thing on the reward machine. I collected a lot of purple tickets at one point and didn’t win anything but people who got less tickets won. It’s just a few extra dollars if you do win on reward machine but I seriously feel like those purple tickets just be in the way of me winning my little $2 so I can get my daily spin fix. Please remove those purple tickets. Also as someone else stated there should be better rewards or some type of loyalty/member benefits I win a lot but I also spend a lot. Sometimes I spend 100’s before I actually do win something good. But I love this app 1 missing star for the purple tickets lol.

Best casino app out there. FanDuel is by far the best casino app there is. One time play-through for site credit, bonuses, and free credit giveaways are all great. That being said, recently there are a few things I noticed that are ruining the urge to keep using it. First thing is the credit giveaways went from opening the app to a random $75-$150, to having to deposit $100-$500 or wager $100 - thousands of dollars to receive anything. And with each update it seems like slot wins happen a lot less. Also the bonus mechanics for certain games aren’t what they used to be. Edit: One of the new updates seem to have brought the app back to what it once was. It fixed the bugs, slot lag, and game crashes. Also, I played MGM’s mobile casino recently after they offered a bonus.. until I found out I had to play through the money I won 40x! 40x?! I don’t understand how people use that app still when over here it’s a one time playthrough.

Glitches. I love fanduel but since getting my new I phone (previous Samsung user) and now whenever I try to go into my favorite games, it says update needed, I click yes, most of the time there is no update it just says open. 2x it has said it updated but hasn’t as I’m still unable to play my favorite games. If I go through Sportsbook to the casino it works fine. Game issues. Where do I begin? Let see, I use to love this app because of sport betting, but the casino app/ games constantly kicks you out or becomes an error. When you do resume, it gets stuck. Notify customer services, then get slapped in the face with no bonus and only your bet back. What is up with that? Then tell me to check my WiFi/internet services, and all the other things they wanted me to do and the game still don’t work. The game in mention is Jewels of the dragon phoenix. During hold and spin, it’s fine. Once you hit the free spin, it stops. When I do resume, still the same old screen. When I approach customer service, it seems like they were going to help you and be fair. Then goes around and just only give you your bet back. What a scam! The amount of time and money just to get a bonus, then you hit a “what seems to be a great bonus” is stuck! Definitely a scam don’t you all agree? I have played many sites. New app doesn’t feel like fair playing.. I much preferred being able to play the casino games using a link from the sportsbook app. I like playing blackjack, and the flow felt like it had a semblance of fairness, no matter the ups and downs. Once the app came out, blackjack felt like a joke. I get that betting has runs and ups and downs, but I’ve never experienced lost hands in a way that felt rigged and not fair until this app. The plus is I found the customer service chat to be helpful and the promotions tend to be smart as they usually involve just doing what you normally would do and after opting in you tend to get a little bonus for simply playing. I unfortunately don’t trust the dedicated casino app and while I love the sportsbook, I’ve taken my online casino playing elsewhere and have found the fairness that feels right.

Don’t sign up they are with holding my money & TERRIBLE/awful customer service. I signed up this was my second time playing I used 10 and made 535$ to make a long story short my only options of withdrawal were my bank account which wasn’t opened anymore so I needed to add a new one and than check and also picking it up at the counter which the only option was almost 2 hours away. Zero Stars. Don’t plan on getting a response if you ever need to send them an email or support tells you that they will email you with a response to anything!!! The amount of Bonuses that they throw at you is more than all the other Apps combined! Plus, you only have to wager the Bonuses 1x and the money is yours to do what you want (Play more or Withdrawal). Many other Apps (I’ll be considerate and NOT Name them) make you wager an insane amount of times before the Bonus $ is yours. Most Apps have a $10 minimum to deposit (which is good) but FanDuel’s minimum is just $5. Also…… whenever I withdrawal my Winnings into my bank acct (or other accts), I only have to wait 30 seconds to maybe 2 minutes and the $$ is in my bank!!

Don’t gamble with Technology…it’s a scam!. I encourage you to go to a real casino if you’re going to play FanDuel live casino. I will never play on this app again! It’s best to go to a real casino and play there because if a dealer mess up it takes forever for you to be reimbursed. But wait…that’s not the worst that can happen. Last night I literally placed a bet in craps on hard 8 and my bet was rejected a second before the dice went out. Yes, it came and they told me I wasn’t entitled to a reimbursement for potential winnings because of there technical error. I was displeased because I was losing and all of a sudden when I would have won my bet was magically rejected. Do not use. I have gone through their live chat now option for help on an error I keep getting when trying to play any casino game. All 3 times I was told the same thing, that I needed to delete and reinstall app, update phone, disconnect/reconnect app, try a different device, use computer. I did all those just to verify I wasn’t a “me” issue, when I messaged back saying I did that already, I was told do it a different way. What a joke. Best casino app by FAR. All my favorite slots, no ads, real money, potential for big wins. And no waiting for the wheel of fortune machine. Bet a dollar and won $200 which I was able to immediately withdraw. But what really sets this app apart is that in Blackjack if you accidentally hit the wrong button - I almost accidentally hit on 20 today when my finger slipped - but it shows an “Are you sure you want to hit on 20?” message when it very well could have easily taken my money. Also impressed that it’s not encouraging unhealthy habits. I was playing penny slots for a while and it notified me to let me know I’ve been playing for an hour. They conveniently glitch when they are supposed to pay out and loop you endlessly.. I thought it was reputable— even referred people who referred people, etc. App repeatedly “glitched” during wins. Ups and downs. As a site I think FanDuel is pretty solid all around easy to navigate and wide variety of games .. as a high end player I don’t feel appreciated AT ALL!!! 92k in losses and over 1million in wagering in just the past few months and I haven’t been offered anything in fact quite the opposite .. NO VIP TREATMENT.. just went through over a month long review of my account that could have been avoided with one simple e-Mail or phone call .. also am missing just under 1k in owed monies from before my account was suspended that has yet to be returned .. That being said once FanDuel security ‘actually acknowledged’ my e-mails they were prompt & punctual with their responses .. I guess we shall see how it plays out as far as my owes money though :(

FanDuel Casino issues. This is a scam, ya’ll!. You are MUCH better off going to an in-person casino, I promise you. Obviously, all casinos will favor the house ultimately, but this app takes it above and beyond. Slots fan. Enjoy the slots games. It’s a great distraction when life throws obstacles at you. We lost our daughter recently and my wife has Alzheimer’s and she’s declining. The games gives me a break from heartbreak. One complaint I have is that the reels skip way too often, especially when the first 2 rows match and I only need one more row for a win but there’s a bump or skip in the reel and of course that spin is a loss. I’m hopeful that’s not intentional to prevent wins. I truly hope that the game is random and not computer controlled. But I really enjoy your product

First casino app visually impaired VoiceOver compatible. This is the first casino app. I found it that people who use voiceover could play these games with the screen readers. Not all casino games are accessible but a lot of them are. None of the table games are accessible but that’s OK. I am enjoying playing this game and it’s not about making money to get rich. The Super Bowl bingo was great because it was accessible to voiceover users on the sports app. The only thing I didn’t know was when the Bingo button would become clickable so if there’s a way for that information to be put in the screen where the bingo board is located next year that would be really cool. Rotten frauds. I’ve got proof showing that they have not only not paid out to me on a winning bet but they are defrauding their customer if they use a debit or credit card by double charging their accounts when making a deposit. I truly wished I would’ve read these reviews before opening up an account because I figured nobody would believe me about the double charges but I’ve already read multiple reviews about the same crap! Then when complaining about this with the agents on there they asked me to send proof I did and they emailed me back with allegations implying I had some sort of a gambling problem then suspended my account so I couldn’t go back in obstructing me from gathering more evidence against them. The House Always Wins... Best Casino App but Worst Developer/Customer Service. I'll be honest, I like the games and I enjoy playing but these guys always suspend my account for no reason. They suspend it every couple of days and require me to upload the documents in or for them to reinstate it, even though I've sent the same documents more than twice before. Rigged!! Follow the Algorithm. Fan Duel is the most rigged casino slot app. You will have streaks of multiple losing hands in slots or table games. There is a losing algorithm that gets triggered somehow that makes you lose every bet or wager. Bonus spins are extremely low payout and rare to come by. The app tracks how you play and the seconds it takes you to press the spin button. It basically tracks your pattern of play into losing spins. I have lost 100 spins in a row before. Never buy the buy pass feature. It just takes your money and you will not win 1/3 of your purchase amount. All positive reviews are fake. I have numerous friends who experienced the same thing. You only win at a losing rate and then the bonus spins pay extremely low.

Game glitches (( SCAM )). takes multiple days to retrieve your winnings.. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have no problem taking your deposits. When putting funds into your FanDuel with a credit card of debt card be careful. I put money into my account via my credit card for the first time and they double charged my credit card account . Thank God I check everything twice if I didn’t I would have got screwed ...Not cool then you have to go through a whole ordeal to have them credit your credit card back for something they did wrong at this point still waiting for them to refund my credit card so my advise is if your not putting cash in your account and getting a writing receipt from them don’t do it it’s only my opinion because I’m going through it !

Contacted customer support (joke) told me they didn’t see anything on their end so it must be my phone?!?! How convenient for them ! So all they have to do is freeze the game rt when you win something then tell you it didn’t happen and you’re screwed! You would think that they could see that I never took the 7 spins rt?!?! Clearly rigged. Don’t bother trying to win from this app. It will let you win with small bets then as soon as you increase the betting, you will not win until you’re out of money. The slots are programmed to give you small wins and lose big. The live casino uses fake cards. The casino is the only thing winning. Gained $15 from starting with $50 in about 3 hours of low bets and lost $65 in 10 minutes of $2 bets that didn’t get a single hit until I was out. If you have the intentions to at least double your money, don’t bother it’s designed to make you lose everything.

WORST CASINO APP EVER. All this app does is take your money and run, I’ve been dealing with a game issue for a week. Spent the most I ever did and ironically my entire account crashed and Support can’t figure out why, they won’t return any money lost by their system failure. Every-time you get a bonus the system crashes and pulls you out of the game or it resets the slots back. The Tech support is full of fools with zero answers, they take forever to respond back to emails and when they do it gives zero Information on the problem you’re dealing with. Just run…if you want to gamble go to a real casino and have fun.

Worst customer service ever. I have 2 cases open since January, you call their support they tell you to email their support team, I’ve emailed them 5 times over 1 month with no response. I contacted their Twitter support handle, they pass the buck and completely useless. So I go to their live support chat through the app, after over an hour and 2 support agents, their support team just left the chat without resolving my concerns. I waited back in line to express my concerns with support about their team bailing on me. And then close out my chat. Also, their casino app is super glitchy and unstable. Go elsewhere. If you have never played on fanduel casino you have an alright shot of winning some money. After your first couple times, its extremely rare to win here. Don’t believe the random number generator stuff, this is far from random. Refer a friend and watch how fast you lose the free credits every single time. They only have a 1x play through because after you've played it through once you are lucky to have 10% of what you started with lol. The only casino Ive ever got a bonus on and didnt win a penny in the bonus round is fanduel. The only casino I have ever won less than my wager in a bonus is fanduel, and that has happened here multiple times.

Cheating. The automated blackjack cheats. As long as you bet low dollar amounts, the system MAY let you win a few hands. However, as soon as you decide to bet UP, usually $25 per hand or more, the system is calibrated to literally dominate EVERY Single time. Customer service has been informed and recorded. All they do is copy paste a response to you saying something to the nature of how they are audited regularly and there’s no way this is possible. Our video proof says different. Nonetheless, uninstalling.

Customer Support Not Good. I absolutely love the app. Well designed and works with very few errors. Unfortunately, their customer service team is almost completely non-responsive. My account was suspended for “suspicious activity” with no warning. I have no idea what was suspicious other than I started winning a little (after losing quite a bit). I tried their chat, email, messaged on X and Facebook with NO RESPONSE. They now have a fair amount of my money tied up in an account I can not access or get answers about.

Mid at best. The best thing this site had going for it was the reward machine. They just lowered all the potential payouts on it to almost nothing. Very few games to choose from that are actually fun to play. Honesty there are better sites for your time and money and they offer better rewards. This site offers basically no rewards no matter how much you deposit or play. Their promotions page consists of refer a friend and the random deposit $200 and get $20.

Terrible customer service and bonus awards. Usually a good experience, not today. I opted in to two bonuses a bet x$ and deposit x$ and recieve $50 for each, I got one but after depositing the $500 I was told i didn’t opt in to the promotion and wouldn’t recieve my bonus, I feel completely cheated and don’t recommend anyone to trust them to follow there bonuses because even after explaining I did opt in I was told I didn’t and they were not helping me with the $50 bonus, absolutely crazy I spend a lot of money here to have this happen. Never got my promotional money back! SCAM!. They had a promotion for the first 24 hours of betting they would pay back a maximum of 200$ of it if you lost money. I only did 25$ and of course lost it all because I was playing carelessly because I was supposed to get my money back but have yet to see it. Steer away from online casino’s nothing but cash grabs someone should really sue these companies for stealing money. Oh and the slot games are a JOKE the only thing that seemed even reasonably fair was black Jack and even then the dealer would get some absurd black jacks and or low cards when they needed them most funny how that works.

Rigged. Was playing blackjack and had a 12 to a dealers 10, hit for a 4 and hit for an ace so 17 overall, the game said “AUTO STAND” in big letters off the the side and the “HIT” button was removed and all I could do was stand. The dealer flipped over a 10 totalling 20, I’m like ok that’s weird but whatever I guess. The next very next hand, the first card that came out was a 3 (meaning if I would have been able to hit which I was going to anyway I would have pushed) so I lost my bet because the game removed my ability to hit my 17. Sticking to draft kings from now on

Truly the worst casino, I have proof. 100% honest and truthful , this review is for the casino only and not sportsbook , FanDuel casino pays out less then all the rest and I have 3 years worth of proof. I’ve printed out my stats from 4 different casinos , FanDuel, Dk, Caesar’s, and Borgata. For the the THIRD consecutive year my net losses on FanDuel are substantially more then the other casinos mentioned . It’s not a coincidence, FD is just greedier then the rest and they do not respect it’s clients . I don’t think I can afford another year with FD. poor customer service. I received a promo to deposit $10 or more to receive 50 free spins on divine fortune. It simply said to deposit the money & then head to game for free spins. I never received the free spins. I spoke to customer service both through email & social media and no one resolved it for me. I will not deposit any more money with them. Update: I have reached out numerous times & no one is helping me. I’ve received responses ranging from it’s something I did wrong on my end to not receive them (I didn’t opt in correctly. What? It said to simply deposit the money & then go to the games for 50 free spins which weren’t there) to maybe I went to the wrong version of the game ( I did not).

Best Michigan casino. To me this is by far the best online casino in Michigan hands down. Stingy. I play a lot. I’m on just about every one of the sites And I have to say that the slot manager over this site is stingy. Reviews must be paid for. I don’t understand how this has 4.7 stars. The only explanation for the way the games act is the casino is cheating. I don’t see how it’s possible to log in and play a quite a bit over the course of a few weeks and never win more than your bet back. Exclude yourself from online game. Compare to the other sites. This site is not bad. I pay very close attention to all the sites. MGM and Draft Kings are the worst two sites.
